Ms. Maria Bartiromo interviews Senator Lindsey Graham, yet again, about the surveillance coup effort and the recent documents released in the Flynn case. Once again, Senator Graham claims he will use his position as Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman to initiate an investigation of those in the DOJ and FBI who have continually lied to the FISA court, the U.S. judicial system (various judges), and the America people.
Bartiromo calls Graham out on his lack of action; however, once again Senator Graham hides behind an “ongoing investigation.” This “I’m not going to interfere in an ongoing criminal matter” is the exact same excuse Graham used previously in: (1) the Mueller investigation; (2) the Horowitz investigation; (3) the IG review of the FBI FISA abuse; (4) the IG review of Andrew McCabe; (4) the IG review of Comey’s memos; and now the Durham investigation into the origins of Obama’s political targeting and Flynn.

I will keep repeating this until the Hope-Porn sellers catch up. Graham cannot, and will not, take any investigation action within the Senate because senators were involved in the FBI/DOJ and Intelligence Community operations. His own chamber, and the Senators on his own committee, were participants in the schemes.

Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING, about the inaction behind politicians, DC, the intel community, the current FBI and the Current DOJ, showing their unwillingness to do anything….. all of it…. circles back to the Summer of 2018 when:
(1) WHEN the decision was made not to prosecute James Wolfe for leaking the top-secret and classified FISA application (that contained the lies needed to continue surveillance operations).
(2) WHEN the DOJ/FBI lied to the FISA court; they didn’t mislead – they lied in July 2018; about the continued valid predication for the FISA application.
(3) WHEN the DOJ/FBI and SSCI operated in unison to protect Mueller’s investigation as a tool to cover-up their own participation in an effort to target and remove Donald Trump.
(4) WHEN the DOJ/FBI and Intelligence Community threw a bag over Julian Assange; anticipating in advance and preparing for the Mueller report to come out.
(5) WHEN the DOJ/FBI and total IC continued to hide, mislead, stall, redact and remove damaging information that would have outlined the intent and purpose of the surveillance effort against Donald Trump.
Those 2018 decision were an inflection point; a massive signal flare fired from the epicenter of Washington DC; that should have alerted everyone to think carefully about the ramifications and WHY the institutions were going to take no action.
The consequences from those decisions are only just now starting to come out because some of the material connects to the Flynn case.
Unless and until John Durham or Bill Barr are going to admit what took place within the DOJ/FBI and Intelligence Community in the summer of 2018, nothing is going to change.
Nothing.
If Durham and Barr decide to allow the truth to come out; Bill Barr is going to have to reverse all of his support for the 2018 participants which includes: Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein, Chris Wray, Dana Boente and all of the DC politicians who were/are attached to the fraud and scheme.
That reality is what CTH previously called The Big Ugly.
As soon as CTH saw all five of those points above; and as soon as we accepted the ramifications of the 2018 actions identified; CTH stopped outlining the possibility of a quest for justice and started accepting that, unless a complete change in top-level officials were instituted, no justice would be delivered. We are asking the participants to prosecute themselves.

We noted this last week, a specific and nuanced lie about the phase-1 gateway. Last week Jake Tapper and Chuck Todd were pushing it; this week it is Chris Wallace.
When the original guidelines were rolled out by the White House COVID-19 task force, the administration was clear to say how the guidelines were created for the state governors to use in coordination with “state and local health officials.”
A key part of the White House guidelines was the “gateway to reopening”; which included a recommendation of a 14-day period where the virus tracking showed diminished spread. However, the guidelines were emphasized to be driven by “local and state health departments.” It does not take every county in the entire state to pass the gateway before the governor, any governor, can start their phase-1 reopening.
The White House guidelines to the state governors were intentionally structured around coordination with county health officials/county health departments. The reasoning was simple, a state with 40 counties may have passed the gateway hurdle in 38 of the 40 counties, but that does NOT mean the entire state has not passed the phase-one gateway.
“The guidance allows each state governor to modify their phased response by county depending on the Virus impact. Some counties may be in phase-one, while other counties may be in phase two or three. The state and local public health officials will be responsible for monitoring the virus impact on an ongoing basis.” (link)
Here’s a specific example. There are 67 counties in the state of Florida. Sixty-five of those counties may have already passed through the phase-one gateway; meaning they show declining infection rates for 14-days, and/or had little impact. Two counties like Dade, and Broward may not have yet passed the gateway guideline. It would be ridiculous for 65 (mostly rural) counties to sit and wait for one or two (mostly urban) counties to achieve the same level of virus containment before re-opening their local economy.
It would be ridiculous for a State Governor like Ron DeSantis to hold back sixty-five counties while waiting on the other one or two to catch up.
That is specifically why the White House guidance emphasized the local health departments coordinating with the state governors.
It does not take every county in the entire state to pass the gateway before the governor, any governor, can start giving guidelines for reopening. Nor is it accurate to say that “no state has passed the gateway for phase-one.” Factually, every state has some counties that are well beyond the phase-one guidelines.
Conversely, many counties within individual states may already be in phase-three; however, that doesn’t mean the entire state is in phase-3 based on the guidelines.
If you were to follow the false logic claimed by Chris Wallace, you could argue as soon as a state has a single county at phase-3 then the state has achieved the phase-3 gateway.
Watch how in the interview Wallace makes the false claim: “no state has passed the phase-one reopening guideline”… He is lying, and he knows it.
David Mamet had a famous saying that is often cited. Essentially he said: ‘in order for left-wing partisans and ideologues to continue advancing their agenda, they must pretend not to know things.’ CTH calls this “The Mamet Principle.” No where is that quote more clearly showcased than with these types of interviews.
Chris Wallace is a political operative. A placed ideologue within media advancing an agenda in an effort to do as much harm as possible. This is not an accident; and yes this harm is specific, purposeful and with intent.
The evolved Fabian-Socialists, the professional left which includes most mainstream media now, are dangerous in disposition due to the rabidity of their partisanship. If they were not, they wouldn’t be consistently lying. It really is that simple.
“Why didn’t we think of ‘social distancing’ Joseph?”
National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow appears on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo to discuss what growth the relaunch of the economy can create.
Additionally, Kudlow is questioned about a phase-4 legislative package containing bailouts for state and local governments. Kudlow remarks the president has not made up his mind on whether to support any state bailouts.
Former Vice President Joe Biden is the presumptive Democratic Party presidential nominee. He has received the endorsements of every major figure in the party, including former President Barack Obama, and 2016 Democratic Party presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. Biden was also endorsed by all his opponents in this year’s nomination battle, including U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT).
Despite this unified support and his consistent lead in the polls over President Donald Trump, Biden is in serious trouble. His media appearances in the past few weeks have been embarrassing. Biden continues to make serious gaffes, looks confused and does not inspire any confidence that he can handle the most important position in the world.
Now, Biden is facing a serious sexual assault allegation from a former staffer, Tara Reade. Last year, Reade came forward to claim that Biden engaged in inappropriate behavior, such as unwanted touching. In March, she gave more information about the alleged assault by Biden. She asserted that Biden groped and penetrated her against her will in 1993, while she was working in his U.S. Senate office. Not only did Reade make the accusation in an interview, but she also filed a criminal complaint against Biden with the Washington D.C. police.
Reade said that after she made a complaint about Biden’s behavior, she was fired from her Senate position. There is corroboration for this allegation from four people, including her brother, a neighbor and several people who knew Reade. They claim she told them about the attack.
In fact, her mother called into the Larry King Live show on CNN in 1993 to discuss a “problem” that her daughter had with a U.S. Senator. She asked for help on the show since her daughter “could not get through” with any type of relief. The caller did not identify herself, her daughter, or the Senator, but Tara Reade has confirmed it was her mother, Jeanette Altimus, who lived in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Unlike the flimsy allegations of Christine Blasey Ford against Judge Brett Kavanaugh in 2018, Reade seems to have a very credible accusation. While Ford was given great coverage by the media and allowed to testify before the United States Senate, Reade has been practically ignored. Ford became a household name after her more than 30-year-old allegations against Kavanaugh almost derailed his Supreme Court nomination. Until recently, Reade has been practically ignored by the mainstream news media and received few, if any invitations for interviews.
It is outrageous that Reade’s serious accusations of criminal sexual assault were not addressed by the former Vice President for one month. Finally, in an interview on MSNBC Friday morning, Biden was asked about Reade’s allegations. He vigorously denied the charge, claiming that it “never, never happened.”
Democrats will now have to determine whether these allegations are enough to derail his nomination. Biden is also facing claims from seven other woman that he engaged in unwanted touching, kissing, messaging, hair sniffing and hugging, although none of them alleged assault.
Biden was able to overcome the inappropriate non-sexual accusations by confessing he was too friendly and just wanted to warmly greet people at public events. Of course, he did not explain how it was proper to grab women and children without their consent.
Despite the inappropriateness of such behavior, Reade’s charges are more damaging as she is alleging criminal conduct that cannot be explained away. If Biden is so confident that the allegations are untrue, he should authorize the University of Delaware to allow access to his personal archives.
In the MSNBC interview, Biden refused to grant permission for his archives to be researched, claiming that it would be political “fodder” for his opponents. Even worse, Biden has refused to allow Reade’s name to be searched among his University of Delaware records.
While Biden has serious problems, prominent Democrats, and leaders of the #MeToo movement are sticking with him. For example, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) discounted Reade’s allegations and called Biden “a man of great integrity.”
Fortunately for Biden, his supporters are not abandoning him at this point. However, in the days ahead, the challenges for Biden will multiply. He will eventually have to leave his basement and conduct real interviews. This will give him more opportunities for embarrassing mistakes. He will also have to continue to address Reade’s accusations, which are not going to disappear.
While Biden faces plenty of difficulties, Trump will continue to dominate the recovery spotlight. If the nation can move forward toward an economic reopening, Trump will receive the credit. He must walk a fine line between health and economic concerns, but if anyone can navigate a political minefield, it is Donald Trump, who won the presidency in 2016 despite the political world being arrayed against him.
Although he is currently behind in the polls, President Trump is in good shape to repeat his 2016 victory and earn four more years in the White House.

Elite private schools are receiving federal loans — including one attended by Secretary Mnuchin’s children
Brentwood School is one of the wealthiest private schools in America. It also has a 22-acre illegal real estate deal with the Los Angeles VA for their state-of-the-art sports complex while disabled war-injured Veterans live homeless and hungry on the sidewalk outside the VA.
Now, Brentwood School is getting federal funding thanks to U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven T. Mnuchin who has two children attending the School, according to multiple people with knowledge of the school. Also, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s kids attended the private elite school as well as the kids of Steven Spielberg, Bobby Shriver, Kareem Abdul Jabaar, mega-billionaire developer Rick Caruso and a host of other big-name wealthy celebrities. Moreover, Brentwood School Board members include actress Calista Flockhart and investor Lance Milken, son of billionaire Michael Milken, the former junk bond king, et al.
It’s rather obvious that the U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California should be prosecuting Brentwood School. Instead, Nick Hannah, who is the U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California under the Trump Administration’s DOJ, was a former partner of the monstrous Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher law firm that is defending Brentwood School for its illegal real estate deal on Federal VA property.
Thus, since the U.S. Attorneys will only prosecute Veterans for displaying the American Flag, taking photographs and “loitering” outside the VA instead of prosecuting real criminals like VA bureaucrats who answer to the demands of the wealthy and powerful such as Brentwood School, it’s time for President Trump to come to the Los Angeles VA and clean house—and the first thing you do when you clean house is take out the trash.
Correspondingly, President Trump needs to immediately and unconditionally evict Brentwood School’s 22-acre sports complex, UCLA and their 10-acre collegiate baseball diamond / stadium, the City of Los Angeles with their 12-acre rent-free public dog park, recreation park and public parking, Brentwood Village’s public parking lot for shoppers, et al.
Special privileges for the wealthy elite who live in safe mega-mansions must cease posthaste, and the VA must immediately establish emergency humanitarian housing and care for our war-injured U.S. Military Veterans who have been living homeless and hungry in some of the most inhumane conditions imaginable.
However, please note the dramatic change directly outside the VA with the new “Veterans Pride Row Village” where Judicial Watch and private citizens have donated $250 for one 14×10 walk-in tent with a cot to provide these homeless Veterans with their own “Home,” while on the other side of the VA fence is the VA’s own “internment camp” with pitiful, shabby, inhumane, crawl-in “pup tents” that is overseen by the VA police and the VA’s private security force.

During the Soviet and Eastern Bloc decades of communism, which dominated almost the entire 20th century, fundamental dissenters to the communist ideology who were locked up between the borders of a tyrannical system rarely matched by history were considered dissidents. They were forced to live a life of harassment and poverty below the average proletariat’s impoverished lifestyle, being denied basic human rights.
But some citizens chose to escape their physical and mental communist prison at any cost to them or their families and became defectors. Politically, the definition of a defector sounds ordinary, “a person who gives up allegiance to one state in exchange for allegiance to another, in a way which is considered illegitimate by the first state. More broadly, it involves abandoning a person, cause, or doctrine to which one is bound by some tie, as of allegiance or duty.”
But a defector, whether it was a famous, infamous, or ordinary person, absconded in order to find freedom of mind, body, and spirit. More broadly, they wanted to find freedom which they were denied – religious, educationally, economically, physically, politically, etc.
In a pejorative sense, in the free world, a defector was anyone who switched loyalty to another religion, sports team, political party, a rival faction, a “traitor” to the original side. I do not know how they can be traitors to a cause or ideology they’ve never embraced in the first place, it was forced upon them by heavily armed men on a tyrannical quest.
There is a long list of defectors from the former Soviet bloc countries. The most famous is the two-star Romanian Securitate general and personal advisor to Nicolae Ceausescu, the brutal dictator of the Socialist Republic of Romania. Gen. Pacepa defected to the free West in 1978 in the American Embassy in Bonn, West Germany; he was sentenced to death twice in absentia with a $2 million bounty on his head. The dear leader even sent Carlos the Jackal to assassinate him unsuccessfully.
There was Nadia Comanici, the famous Olympic gymnast, who defected weeks before the Romanian revolution in December 1989.
An air force cadet, Mihai Smighelschi, flew in 1987 his Aero L-39ZA Albatross jet trainer aircraft from Buzau, Romania to Kirklareli, Turkey, where he landed on a dirt road.
There are thousands of untold stories of defectors who walked away from conferences, chess tournaments, gymnastics competitions, classical concerts and ballet performances, swam across the Danube River while being shot at by border guards, hiding inside car seats or engine compartments, crawling under barbed wire, jumping from trains into large rivers and lakes and swimming to freedom, flying light aircraft low in order to avoid detection, and many who escaped by visiting friends and family, overstaying their three-month visas, and never returning to the communist hell they escaped.
In each case, the defectors were stripped of their citizenship from their home countries, of their life possessions, savings, and private property if they had any, and their families left behind were tortured, mistreated, beaten, and stripped of their private property which did not even belong to the defector. Such was the totalitarian socialist life dictated by the Communist Party. Under their control, you had no freedoms and certainly you had no way to redress any wrong.
You were told what to do, where to live, how to live, where to go to school, where to work, where to travel, what to eat, how much to eat, how to behave, how to exercise, locked down in your own little world dictated by the all mighty communists and their informants, enforcers, the police, the security police, the economic police, the border police, and the army.
People were prisoners in their own countries, their homes, and minds. Doctors were even sent to homes to check on the medical and physical welfare of children to make sure that they were raised in the right socialist environment in order to become good and compliant socialists.
Having felt on my own skin the socialist oppression under the boot of the Communist Party, I watched in dismay as one virus, which killed less people than the seasonal flu, become an instrument of oppression and an excuse to install a political global control which someone had termed “corona communism.”
Never have I seen Americans, so fond of their freedoms spelled out so clearly in their founding documents, compliantly and peacefully watch them disappear virtually overnight under the guise of “protection” from a virus.
Millions of healthy people around the globe were quarantined in their own homes by draconian state and local governments who used the police and the military to enforce compliance – healthy people forbidden from walking and sitting in the woods, parks, beaches, and other recreational venues. Everything was shut down except “essential businesses” which were randomly chosen based on their crony capitalist size.
Avicenna, who came up with the idea of quarantine for SICK people, would have laughed today to see healthy people being quarantined for more than 40 days, affecting their natural immunity in doing so.
During the 14th century, in order to protect coastal cities from infection by plague epidemics brought in by ships, vessels arriving in Venice from infected ports were required to sit at anchor for 40 days before landing.
But the current lockdown (quarantine) of healthy people all over the world, not just in the U.S., is something that we have never experienced before to this extent.
Why did Americans fold so quickly to the irrational power and control of two CDC doctors, the World Health Organization’s (WHO) chief whose faulty computer modeling predicted millions of casualties in our country alone, and globalist political hacks at all levels of government? Certainly, the globalist media fanned the flames of fear and irrational panic of instant death and destruction.
It is a good question to ponder as we struggle to restart the comatose economy at -4.80% GDP in the first quarter. As more and more small businesses are going belly up due to forced closures, and even large retailers are filing for bankruptcy, are we just sinking into an even more serious recession in Q2, or is there something more nefarious at play?
I hope that some Americans will not be forcefully vaccinated with the rushed corona vaccine, nor microchipped to prove their compliance. They will become defectors in their own countries because there is certainly nowhere else to defect to on the planet that offers the freedoms they have been enjoying and taking for granted for such a long time. But the skies are getting darker and more ominous with each day of forced lockdowns and closures of “non-essential” businesses. Defectors from encroaching globalism, where will you go? The “no borders” are being squeezed tighter.
