Biden Spent Over $1T on DEI to BUILD BACK BETTER

Joe Biden signed Executive Order 13985, “Advancing Equity and Racial Justice Through the Federal Government.” This order “emphasized the enormous human costs of systemic racism” and “other disparities” and became “the first-ever national strategy on gender equity and equality.” Talent and quality were dismissed. Gender, race, and sexual orientation became primary indicators of a candidate’s ability rather than actual talent. How far did Biden and Harris take this order?

The Functional Government Initiative and the Center for Renewing America found 460 DEI programs across 24 US government agencies under the Biden administration. An astounding $1.1 TRILLION in public funds was diverted to these programs. The study said that the $1.1 trillion was the tip of the iceberg as it did not include every program or agency.

“Of the programs identified, 10 are exclusively dedicated to DEI and could be considered for quick elimination; 144 allocate significant resources to DEI initiatives and should be reviewed if those are to be ended; and 306 programs incorporate DEI to varying degrees, though the extent of their DEI focus is indeterminate based on the available documentation,” the study noted.

Researchers were surprised at the “speed” of spending that “shrouded public awareness of the financial burden.” DEI programs were nothing short of radicalized measures that repeatedly failed wherever implemented, and Biden’s people ensured it was implemented absolutely everywhere.

DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) is one of the primary tools used to accelerate the Great Reset transformation. Under the guise of social justice, DEI programs have been weaponized to dismantle free-market principles, undermine meritocracy, and create a system where political and ideological compliance dictates economic survival.

The Department of Education spent around $1 billion on DEI programs. The extent of these programs was a direct assault on America’s children who were forced to question their own sexuality before even reaching puberty. The government became more powerful than parents. Schools did not need to report to parents if a child was performing as a different gender. States like California usurped the power to remove children from their home if their parents did not allow them to transform their gender. Brutal mutilations were performed on CHILDREN. Students were indoctrinated to believe this false reality throughout their education.

These programs attempted to dismantle the nuclear family. Women were not permitted to exist, with even a Supreme Court justice (who was hired because Biden said he wanted to appoint a woman of color) refusing to define the term. “Mother” was deemed an offensive term that was replaced with “birthing person.” Hundreds of genders emerged as the left sought to remove our God given identities. But DEI woke initiatives spread across every facet of the Biden Administration.

The Assistant Secretary for Health at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) was an obese transgender man in a wig. The military underwent DEI training seminars and we flew the rainbow flag alongside the American flag. Every single federal agency was required to adopt DEI. Biden touted that he had the most diverse cabinet in American history, but it certainly was not the best.

Again, the globalist elite uses DEI and the woke agenda to mold the world as they see fit. The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) pushed the CEI (Corporate Equality Index), a company’s social woke credit score. The Open Society Foundation, operated by the Soros family, funds the HRC. The ESG promotes a company’s green social credit score, promoted by BlackRock and the World Economic Forum. ESG ratings have merely been a ploy to force companies to adhere to the Build Back Better agenda by adhering to climate goals. The CEI (Corporate Equality Index) was created by a massive international political lobbying group that pushes the woke agenda aggressively and is funded by Soros.

Why was this executive order signed on DAY ONE of Biden’s presidency? Tolerance and acceptance quickly turned into coercing people to accept an altered reality dictated by a woke government under the thumb of a globalist cabal. It was part of Biden’s mission to BUILD BACK BETTER by burning it all down first. The man spoke out against gay marriage as a senator—he never believed in any of the policies he forced the American public to implement and fund.

DOGE Uncovers Another $3B Wasted on Climate Change

Sunnova Energy, a solar panel company based in Texas, has filed for bankruptcy. It is not shocking for a solar panel company to go under as the demand is simply not there. Upfront costs could range into tens of thousands and it takes years to see actual savings. The Biden Administration spent more than any past administration on climate initiatives, so it is of no surprise that Biden’s Department of Energy awarded numerous loans to solar companies. Sunnova Energy in particular profited $3 billion from a partial loan in September 2023.

The company reportedly generated a mere $2 million in Q4 of 2024 when it had forecast a surplus of $104 million. Sunnova is $8.3 billion debt, with a 308.5% debt-to-equity ratio. Why would the government hand out $3 billion to a failing corporation?

The Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund was slipped into the Inflation Reduction Act as yet another climate change measure. The Solar for All program chose 60 different solar companies and shelled out over $7 billion in an attempt to promote green energy. This absolutely does not benefit the American economy in any way but these initiatives have always been about centralizing control over energy consumption. Now DOGE is uncovering how many BILLIONS have been wasted on this net zero agenda. Was there any vetting process for which companies received payments?

Governments are imposing carbon taxes, banning gas stoves, and increasing restrictions on oil production. We are seeing taxes on transportation and other basic measures that affect daily life. These policies are not about helping consumers but about centralizing control over energy consumption. By forcing dependency on electricity—which can be easily rationed—governments are tightening their grip on every aspect of daily life.

The rest of the Western world is still moving forward with Agenda 2030. Germany is perhaps the greatest warning of how an economy can crumble when you cut off your own energy flow and impose incessant regulations while expecting to remain competitive. As for Biden’s energy spending spree, the American people deserve transparency. There are over 36 trillion reasons why that money should have been directed elsewhere.

Were Biden’s Pardons Legal?

Joe Biden’s mental decline made him the perfect puppet president for the Democrats and neocons on both sides of the aisle. “Though presidents always have gatekeepers, in Biden’s case, the walls around him were higher and the controls greater, according to Democratic lawmakers, donors and aides who worked for Biden and other administrations. Staff limited Biden’s ability to speak with others and limited the sources of information he consumed,” Attorney General Andrew Bailey stated in a letter to the Department of Justice in which he is urging an immediate investigation into Joe’s cognitive decline and whether many of his policies, including pardons, are valid.

“I am demanding the DOJ investigated whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey wrote. “If true, these executive orders, pardons, and all other actions are unconstitutional and egally void.”

This becomes a grey area as the Founding Fathers likely believed the American public would not elect anyone resembling Joe Biden. Article II, Section 2 declares that the president has the legal right to “grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment”

The 25^th Amendment states that impeachment or high crimes can be the only justification for dismissing presidential pardons. There is certainly an array of areas from the border to Burisma that were treasonous acts.

Section 3 of the Amendment has been invoked in recent history, but no one has dared to touch Section 4. President Regan invoked section 3 of the 25^th Amendment in 1985 after signing power over to Vice President George Bush during a colon surgery. Then George W. Bush invoked the Amendment twice for short durations of time while he was receiving medical treatment.

Section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President. [Emphasis added.]

Now, the Democrats chose to simply HIDE Joe Biden from the public rather than acknowledge his decline. Congress would need to establish an investigative committee and drain the swamp of every droplet as the corruption that went into Biden’s presidency spans throughout Washington.

“There are profound reasons to suspect that Biden’s staff and political allies exploited his mental decline to issue purported presidential orders without his knowing approval,” AG Bailey stated. Legislators would need to pinpoint exactly when Biden would have been considered too cognitively impaired to make decisions. They did not do this when a special council determined he was too old and mentally fragile to stand trial. It would be extremely difficult to pinpoint when Joe’s handlers completely overtook the reins of power.

AG Bailey is correct—the establishment hid Biden’s health from the public and he may be unaware of some of the measures he passed. Speaker Mike Johnson recalled one such incident where, after working tirelessly to meet Biden in person, he confronted him over a piece of legislation regarding a freeze on new liquid natural gas export permits. “Why would you do that? Cause you understand we just talked about Ukraine, you understand you are fueling Vladimir Putin’s war machine, because they gotta get their gas from him,” Johnson said he told Biden. Johnson said Biden was shocked and “genuinely didn’t know what he had signed.”

In fact, Biden told Johnson he never signed off on the freeze. “Sir, you paused it, I know. I have the export terminals in my state. I talked to those people in my state, I’ve talked to those people this morning, this is doing massive damage to our economy, national security,” Johnson said he told the commander-in-chief. “I walked out of that meeting with fear and loathing because I thought, ‘We are in serious trouble—who is running the country?’” Johnson said.

Unbelievable that our elected officials allowed this to happen. There has never been such an investigation in US history, but if it is allowed to occur, you can kiss the Democratic Party goodbye.

Are Biden’s Executive Orders Valid When Signed by a Machine?

The Oversight Project has examined all the executive orders signed supposedly by Joe Biden. It turns out most were all autopen—a machine. This raises serious questions about whether they were legal in the first place, for we do not know if someone else was writing these executive orders and feeding them into the machine to be signed. Is an Executive Order valid if the President did not actually sign the decree?

The Oversight Project shared what it had found regarding Biden’s use of an autopen. This raises concern that when his mental capacity was in question, these executive orders were issued by someone else and signed by the machine. To be legal in a commerce sense, that person needs express consent of the contracted party to sign on their behalf.

As we have moved from paper to digital formats in business records and contracts, federal lawmakers passed the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (E-SIGN) Act in 2000. The E-SIGN Act reinforces the legality of digital signatures in business contracts. The law means electronic contracts and signatures are legal as long as the consumer consents. E-SIGN also allows individuals to choose a paper format instead.

The Hammurabi Legal Code required clear contract law around 1650 BC. We have Akkadian cylinder signature seals that emerged during the fourth millennium BC, coinciding with the dawn of writing. One would sign a contract with such a seal.

The Romans used signature rings to validate contracts and agreements. So, the idea of an autopen is not unknown in history. However, these signature seals or rings did not allow someone e else to authorize such a contract.

When a law is issued that could carry criminal penalties for violating it, this raises a fascinating legal question if it is an autopen rather than a bonafide signature. Can the president delegate his authority to someone else to issue a law? I would have to say NO WAY!
