NY Case is Destroying Our Legal System

This case against Trump in NYC is an absolute joke. This judge himself is committing a felony by interfering in the 2024 election and is violating the civil rights of everyone in the country. This is so outrageous; no lawyer I know who is even a Democrat agrees with this case, or the Judge imposing gag orders only on Trump and not the witnesses against him is a violation of the very idea of a gag order to protect the jury. Then demanding Trump must be there in NYC every day violates everyone’s civil rights for an absurd trial.

Trump cannot testify in this case, for the judge is not trustworthy in the slightest. He would twist words and try to hold Trump for perjury to defend himself. Nobody should have any accounts in NYC. There is absolutely no rule of law left, and the courts there will ALWAYS project the bankers. When I asked a NY lawyer why no bankers are ever charged for blowing up the economy consistently, he said: “You don’t shit where you eat!” I am warning clients to sell all real estate investments in NYC. Get out before it is too late!

Where is the Judicial Watch NOW or the ACLU? Nobody should donate to either when they remain silent on the worst case for our country in history that shows the entire world this is no longer the land of the free with equal justice for all. Why have they not defended America and brought action against this prosecutor and judge, who are not immune from federal crimes! This is so outrageous. For now, it will be open season against Democrats when Republicans come up to bat. You are witnessing the end of the USA as a nation of law.

Florida Senator Rick Scott was seated in the front row of the courtroom gallery today as he showed support for President Trump in New York City.

Many of President Trump’s supporters in politics understand he is under a gag order and unable to speak in his own defense. It is good to see those who understand the dynamic show up in New York to say the things President Trump cannot.

Activist Judge Juan Merchan Threatens to Jail President Trump for Gag Order Violations as Part of Political Lawfare Strategy

So far, these ridiculous Lawfare attacks against President Donald Trump have backfired and generated more support.  The reasoning for this reaction from the polled public is simple; the more the weaponized state and judicial system attacks President Trump, the clearer the dynamic of the 2024 election becomes.

The radicals amid the Lawfare operation consistently disregard the intelligence of the average American; however, it should be noted talking down to people is a common trait amid most leftists who consider themselves more intelligent than the people they talk about.  As the operatives use transparently ridiculous Lawfare to attack President Trump, the dynamic of the race changes.

2024 is no longer about Republicans vs Democrats.  The 2024 race is now framed as ‘truthful voting Americans fighting against a corrupt and weaponized government supported by a corrupt political UniParty system – Republicans and Democrats alike.

As Mary McCord, Andrew Weissmann and Norm Eisen design the Lawfare narrative executed by District Attorney Alvin Bragg and NYC activist Judge Juan Merchan, the Lawfare crew underestimate the intelligence of the American electorate. Today, Merchan threatens to jail President Trump [SEE JUDGEMENT HERE] for violating the gag order they need in order to continue their Lawfare attacks.

Today Judge Merchan held President Trump in contempt for one of four statements prosecutors claimed were gag order violations. The ‘infraction’ was a comment Trump made about the jury, April 22 on a radio show called “Just the News, No Noise.”  President Trump responded to a question saying, “That jury was picked so fast — 95 percent Democrats.”  This retort, the judge claims, is a violation:

“Defendant violated the Order by making public statements about the jury and how it was selected. In doing so, Defendant not only called into question the integrity, and therefore the legitimacy of these proceedings, but again raised the specter of fear for the safety of the jurors and of their loved ones.”  [Page 4, pdf]

According to Politico the judge also said: “It’s important to understand that the last thing I want to do is to put you in jail. You are a former president of the United States and possibly a future president, as well. … There are many reasons why incarceration is truly a last step for me,” the judge said.

“I also worry about the people who would have to execute that sanction,” Merchan added, referring to jail personnel, the Secret Service and others. “At the end of the day I have a job to do — part of that job is to protect the dignity of the judicial system.” (LINK)

President Trump speaks with the press on Thursday afternoon following another stupid day in the NYC hush money trial.

This is the only court case in history where both the prosecution and the judge cannot outline the details of a law that was claimed to be broken by the District Attorney in New York City. President Trump is a criminal defendant, presumably supposed to defend himself against accusations that are not outlined by any unlawful code violation or illegal activity.

Activist Judge Merchan Fines President Trump $9,000 for Violating Court Gag Order in New York City Case

NEW YORK – Donald Trump was held in contempt by Justice Juan Merchan Tuesday morning for social media posts and other statements the former president made that violated a gag order imposed in his Manhattan criminal case.

The judge ordered Trump to pay a $9,000 fine — $1,000 for each violation. And he warned Trump that additional violations could land him in jail.

“Defendant is hereby warned that the Court will not tolerate willful violations of its lawful orders and that if necessary and appropriate under the circumstances, it will impose an incarceratory punishment,” the judge wrote in an eight-page decision. (more)

Awkward, Manhattan Judge in Trump Case Donated to Joe Biden and Democrat Causes to Remove Trump

Ehh, this could be problematic for the progressive leftists and the orange-man bad persecution efforts.  Sunlight dear friends.  Fear not, no weapon formed against us shall prosper.

Judge Juan Merchan, the judge in charge of President Donald Trump’s criminal case in Manhattan, apparently donated money to Joe Biden and Democrat efforts to remove President Trump from office.  At least that’s what the FEC records say.

However, the FEC records show Judge Merchan made the donations through “Act Blue,” the DNC funding mechanism; the same Act Blue organization now shown by James O’Keefe to have laundered money through various unaware Democrat donors.  So, there’s a possibility Judge Merchan may not have made the actual donations but is just another random name the Act Blue laundry used.  A possibility I might add, that’s buckets of irony.

NEW YORK – Judge Juan Merchan, the jurist handling former President Donald Trump’s criminal case in Manhattan, donated $35 to Democratic causes in 2020, including $15 to President Biden’s campaign and $10 to a group dedicated to “resisting … Donald Trump’s radical right-wing legacy.”

Federal Election Commission records show Merchan made three small-dollar donations within the span of two days in July 2020 through ActBlue, the Democratic Party’s preferred online fundraising platform.

The veteran judge contributed $15 earmarked for the “Biden for President” campaign on July 26, 2020, and then the following day made $10 contributions to the Progressive Turnout Project and Stop Republicans.

The Progressive Turnout Project’s stated mission is to “rally Democrats to vote,” according to the group’s website.

Stop Republicans is a subsidiary of the Progressive Turnout Project and describes itself as “a grassroots-funded effort dedicated to resisting the Republican Party and Donald Trump’s radical right-wing legacy.” (read more)
