The irony and hypocrisy dripped heavily when Biden said New York Governor Cuomo should resign over allegations of sexual impropriety.
Biden had earlier stated that women should be believed during the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings and now he’s suggesting the same thing when it comes to Cuomo’s multiple accusers.
HOWEVER…when it comes to himself, he said we should not believe one of his former aides whom Joe sexually assaulted.
Biden is a serial smoocher, groper, and sniffer. We all know that. It’s on a spate of videos. His targets include even young girls. Joe can’t help himself. Like his son, Joe is a sexual predator and opportunist.
Biden enjoyed swimming nude while vice president—despite protests from female secret service agents or any other woman present. Biden knows neither shame nor regret.
If anyone should resign, it’s Joe Biden. On the other hand, he is not a legitimate president, so there’s no need for him to do that. He needs to be removed from office and put in prison.
Here’s the top ten excuses made by Cuomo to excuse his behavior:
1. Italians are touchy-feely. We feel buttocks. We feel breasts. We kiss on the mouth. It’s only natural.
2. Nursing homes. Some die so others might live. Infected. Asymptomatic. They’re just words.
3. These female accusers misinterpreted my inappropriate, unwanted, uninvited, and unsolicited sexual advances. It’s all a misunderstanding.
4. I may kiss on the mouth but I don’t kiss ass.
5. My book–the book with a hefty cash advance that never sold–was a true success. It was a reflection on my governance and acumen as a leader.
6. I know the difference between actual sexual harassment and imagined sexual harassment. My accusers obviously do not.
7. I behaved just like my father. It’s not my fault. I’m not responsible. It’s an Italian family thing only Italians understand. You’re not anti-Italian, are you?
8. My staffer was previously sexually abused, vulnerable, and weak but she mistook my unwanted assistance as just another guy preying on her. I’m not just another guy. I’m a powerful and entitled governor!
9. Either I didn’t do it or I wasn’t there when it happened. I don’t care if you have witnesses, third party confirmation, statements of fact, documented evidence, multiple victims, and the Pope in Rome saying it.
10. My brother at CNN, who has been conspicuously silent on this matter, will bear me out. He knows me. We never lie.
Biden and Cuomo are high ranking politicians and think they are entitled to a grope and sniff. It goes with the job. Both are disgusting creepers who can’t keep their hands and noses to themselves.
While Congress has asked the Biden Administration to move the FBI to a new location out of Washington. Their building has been falling apart for more than a decade. It really is not connected to anything right now. There is a secret base being constructed in Florida. I am sure there are others in the country as well. They may be to fill gaps in view of the rising risk of civil war. It really has nothing to do with rising sea levels as some have been suggesting.

In February of this year the Wisconsin State Legislative Audit Committee, authorized a review of the 2020 election (link). Today the Committee Chairperson Rep. Janel Brandtjen (R-Menomonee Falls), issued subpoenas for Milwaukee and Brown County (Green Bay).
As noted by the Wisconsin State Journal – “The chairperson of the Assembly committee on elections subpoenaed Milwaukee and Brown counties on Friday for election materials — including ballots and voting machines — to aid in an ongoing committee investigation into the November 2020 presidential election reminiscent of an Arizona-style recount effort.”
Rep. Brandtjen’s goal is a full forensic audit very similar to the one conducted in Arizona (letter below) .
It seems like it is taking these Republican legislatures far too long to respond to the demands of the citizens within the states. However, that said, at least there is forward progress in Wisconsin.

During the question and answer session following his remarks yesterday, Joe Biden said something out loud the media are desperately trying to hide.
In this video segment listen carefully to what he says. As the Supreme Court and lower courts have determined, the CDC has no legal authority to block the rights of property owners from rental income from their tenants. This is a basic issue in the Constitution about private property rights and the limits of federal government to intervene.
However, think about Joe Biden taking an oath of office “to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” and contrast that oath against these public statements. In his remarks Biden readily admits that all constitutional scholars have advised the White House that a regulatory eviction moratorium will *NOT* pass constitutional scrutiny. He openly admits that….
….Then, in the very next sentence, after admitting any effort to initiate or extend a federal eviction moratorium violates the U.S. Constitution, he says he is intentionally directing federal agencies to trigger unconstitutional legal action in an effort to “buy time” and create a de-facto unlawful eviction moratorium.
In essence:… ‘I know this is unconstitutional; and I know we will lose the constitutional legal argument; but we will do this anyway, because ideology’. WATCH:
Put aside the sympathetic elements for a moment; and think BIG PICTURE. Think beyond the issue at hand with evictions. If the installed occupant of the White House can intentionally, and with willful and open intent, violate the United States Constitution; while admitting publicly he is violating the United States Constitution; then what makes you think they will stop at the issue of ‘evictions’.
Either we have a Constitution, or we do not.
Tell me how the willful violation of the Constitution -that is outlined in these public remarks- is not an impeachable offense?

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward provides an update on the legal battle between the State Senate and Maricopa County during their ongoing battle over the election audit. Ms. Ward highlights the recent letter from the Maricopa Board of Supervisors and the State Senate response to it. Apparently, the State Senate is preparing to go back to court against the county officials.

The team behind creepy sexual deviant New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, obviously had several days to prepare their defense against allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation against state employees and private citizens.
After the New York AG released the report showing long-term sexual misconduct against young women, including the groping of young staffers private body parts, the office of the New York Governor released their carefully produced justification via a video statement.
Within the video, Governor Andrew Cuomo says the issues outlined against him are a matter of cultural differences. “Hey, I’m Italian”, he says to people defining Cuomo’s expressions of “warmth” and compassion as inappropriate in the modern-era. Cuomo’s team put together a picture montage of Cuomo touching and kissing people throughout his career, and the Governor says in hindsight, maybe he was just too nice a guy.
As Cuomo notes in his justification, the victims: “Read into comments that I made, and draw inferences that I never meant. They ascribe motives I never had; and simply put, they heard things that I just didn’t say.” … “I was trying to help, and obviously I didn’t.” To explain the groping of young women’s breasts and buttocks, the New York Governor said he does it all the time.
Governor Cuomo explains his cultural connection thusly: “Other complainants raised against me questions that have sought to unfairly characterize and weaponize interactions that I have had with any number of New Yorkers” … “I have been making the same gestures in public all my life. I have learned them from my mother and from my father.” … “I do it with everyone, black and white, young and old, straight and LGBTQ.” … “I do kiss people, I do embrace people, I do hug people.” “On occasion I do slip and say sweetheart or darling.”
The media is awaiting creepy Joe Biden to talk about creepy Andrew Cuomo. However, perhaps not coincidentally, the current occupant of the White House does the same inappropriate groping, kissing, sniffing and touching of little girls and young women in public. Team Biden has a direct attachment to the issues faced by Team Cuomo. It will be interesting to see what happens….

Perverted, creepy, sick, narcissistic, ego-maniacal New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is laughing hysterically right now as the dual-justice system of New York politics is on full display. Infuriating does not scratch the surface.
New York State Attorney General Letitia James specifically said at the beginning of her remarks releasing the investigative findings of a 5 month investigation: “The independent investigation has concluded, and Governor Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed multiple women and in doing so violated federal and state law.”
Moments later one of the investigators, the former federal prosecutor from Manhattan, Joon Kim, said: “We find that the governor, on numerous occasions, engaged in conduct that constitutes unlawful sex based harassment,” as outlined in the extensive investigation [168-page report pdf HERE].
During their press briefing, the investigators Ann Clark and Joon Kim outlined the evidence provided by 11 sexual harassment victims and the 5 month investigation which corroborated those accusations, including the interviews of 179 witnesses. Yet, despite their words, neither the State Attorney General nor the U.S. Attorneys’ general, will bring any criminal charges against Governor Cuomo.
New York Attorney General Letitia James, said at the conclusion of their press conference:
…”The document is now public, and the matter is civil in nature and does not have any criminal consequences.”
Mainstream media writ large, and CNN specifically, is forced by overwhelming evidence to play the game of optical sadness, visible victim support, pearl-clutching outrage, and solemn face displaying; while simultaneously deflecting, dismissing and downplaying the severity of the issues because, well, after all, this is a major player on the leftist team….
….And despite the overwhelming evidence, the professionally manipulative system of dual-justice never stops protecting their own. So, move along now.
As the New York AG said at the conclusion of her statement:
…”We were tasked with the responsibility of engaging in an investigation, and we have concluded our investigation, and our work is done!”
Meh, and tomorrow is Wednesday… who cares?!

Our greatest problem has been that Bill Gates has his tentacles deeply involved in the CDC and FDA while he has a major shareholding in the vaccine companies. If I was managing a big public fund or just a big private investor, the Federal Reserve, Treasury, and every other central bank in the world would NEVER be allowed to talk to me. We pay more than enough taxes to cover their expenses and now we have a nightmare with Fauci engaging in gain-of-function research. Fauci refuses to reveal that perhaps government money did not flow to Wuhan, but money diverted from Gates did. If that were true, then Gates with his financial interests tied to vaccines created the worst INSIDER TRADING scandal in modern history. The SEC will never investigate for they too are compromised. They will attack Musk for comments, but never Bill Gates who need not swim across the Potomac River when he visits Washington, he need only walk upon the water. CNN would support Gates and say he had no choice but to walk upon the water for he does not know how to swim.

When we understand how the Fourth Branch works [See all Previous Outlines], questions about our dysfunctional U.S. modern government are answered. Additionally, the motives and intentions of people inside the institutions start to reconcile. However, before completing the final outline, there is a structural understanding needed about the global intelligence apparatus.
On a global scale – the modern intelligence gathering networks are now dependent on data collection to execute their intelligence missions. In the digital age nations have been executing various methods to gather that data. Digital surveillance has replaced other methods of interception. Those surveillance efforts have resulted in a coalescing of regional data networks based on historic multi-national relationships.
We have a recent frame of reference for the “U.S. data collection network” within the NSA. Through the allied process the Five Eyes nations all rely on the NSA surveillance database (U.K, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and U.S.) The NSA database provides the digital baseline for intelligence operations in defense of our allies. The portals into the NSA database are essentially an assembly of allies in like-minded ideological connection to the United States.
Unfortunately, there have been some revelations about the NSA database being used to monitor our allies, like in the example of Germany and surveillance on Angela Merkel’s phone. As long as “the good guys” are operating honorably, allies of the United States can feel confident about having protection from the NSA surveillance of global digital data. We warn our friends if we detect something dangerous etc.
The U.S. has nodes on communication pipelines to intercept and extract data. We have also launched hundreds, perhaps thousands, of satellites to conduct surveillance and gather up data. All of this data is fed into the NSA database where it is monitored (presumably) as a national security mechanism, and in defense of our allies.
However, what about data collection or data networks that are outside the NSA database? What do our enemies do? The NSA database is just one intelligence operation of digital surveillance amid the entire world, and we do not allow access by adversaries we are monitoring. So what do they do? What do our allies do who might not trust the United States due to past inconsistencies, ie. the Middle-East?
The answers to those questions highlight other data collection networks. So a brief review of the major players is needed.
♦ CHINA – China operates their own database. They, like the NSA, scoop up data for their system. Like us, China launches satellites and deploys other electronic data collection methods to download into their database. This is why the issues of electronic devices manufactured in China becomes problematic. Part of the Chinese data collection system involves the use of spyware, hacking and extraction.
Issues with Chinese communication company Huawei take on an added dimension when you consider the goal of the Chinese government to conduct surveillance and assemble a network of data to compete with the United States via the NSA. Other Chinese methods of surveillance and data-collection are less subversive, as in the examples of TicTok and WeChat. These are Chinese social media companies that are scraping data just like the NSA scrapes data from Facebook, Twitter and other Silicon Valley tech companies. [ Remember, the Intelligence Branch is a public-private partnership. ]
♦ RUSSIA – It is very likely that Russia operates their own database. We know Russia launches satellites, just like China and the USA, for the same purposes. Russia is also very proficient at hacking into other databases and extracting information to store and utilize in their own network. The difference between the U.S., China and Russia is likely that Russia spends more time on the hacking aspect because they do not generate actual technology systems as rapidly as the U.S. and China.
The most recent database creation is an outcome of an ally having to take action because they cannot rely on the ideology of the United States remaining consistent as the administrations ping-pong based on ideology….
♦ SAUDI ARABIA – Yes, in 2016 we discovered that Saudi Arabia was now operating their own intelligence data-gathering operation. It would make sense, given the nature of the middle-east and the constant fluctuations in political support from the United States. It is a lesson the allied Arab community and Gulf Cooperation Council learned quickly when President Obama went to Cairo in 2009 and launched the Islamist Spring (Arab Spring) upon them.
I have no doubt the creation of the Saudi intelligence network was specifically because the Obama administration started supporting radical Islamists within the Muslim Brotherhood, and threw fuel on the fires of extremism all over the Arab world.
Think about it., What would you do if you were Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait, the UAE, Jordan, Oman or Yemen and you knew the United States could just trigger an internal uprising of al-Qaeda, ISIS and the political arm of the Muslim Brotherhood to seek your destruction?
Without a doubt, those urgent lessons from 2009, 2010, 2011 triggered the formation of the Arab Intelligence Network as a network to defend itself with consistency. They assembled the network and activated it in 2017 as pictured above.
♦ Israel – Along a similar outlook to the Arab network, no doubt Israel operates an independent data collection system as a method of protecting itself from ever-changing U.S. politics amid a region that is extremely hostile to its very existence. Like the others, Israel launches proprietary satellites, and we can be sure they use covert methods to gather electronic data just like the U.S. and China.
As we have recently seen in the Pegasus story, Israel creates spyware programs that are able to track and monitor cell phone communications of targets. The spyware would not work unless Israel had access to some network where the phone meta-data was actually stored. So yeah, it makes sense for Israel to operate an independent intelligence database.
♦ Summary: As we understand the United States Intelligence Branch of government as the superseding entity that controls the internal politics of our nation, we also must consider that multiple nations have the same issue. There are major intelligence networks around the world beside the NSA “Five-Eyes” database. China, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Israel all operate proprietary databases deploying the same tools and techniques for assembly.
The geopolitical conflict that has always existed has now shifted into a digital battle-space. The Intelligence Agencies from these regions are now operating as the backbone of the government that uses them, and has become dependent on them. [<- Reread that].
Once you accept the digital-era intelligence apparatus of China, Russia, Saudi-Arabia, The United States and Israel, are now the primary national security mechanisms for stabilization of government; then you accept the importance of those intelligence operations.
Once you understand how foundational those modern intelligence operations have become for the stability and continuity of those governments…… then you begin to understand just how the United States intelligence community became more important than the government that created it.
What you have just read is the baseline for the next chapter in ¹our series of how the Intelligence Branch has become the superseding branch of the United States government. This foundational understanding also explains why traditional intelligence “oversight”, which was never structured to end up as subservient to the intelligence system it was intended to oversee, has become useless in controlling or restraining this Intelligence Branch.
