Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey should be Imprisoned for violating the Civil Rights under 18 USC 241 of the American People and Congress cannot by Section 230 grant him any immunity whatsoever that undermines the Constitution
The Supreme Court long ago recognized that the right to vote for federal offices is among the rights secured by Article I, Sections 2 and 4, of the Constitution, and hence is protected by Section 241. United States v. Classic, 313 U.S. 299 (1941); Ex parte Yarbrough, 110 U.S. 651 (1884).
Therefore, Section 230 cannot overrule a constitutional right. The Supreme Court held “We have rejected the view that the applicability of one constitutional amendment pre-empts the guarantees of another.” US v James Daniel Good, 510 US 43 (1993) see also Soldal v Cook County, 506 US 56 (1992).
Therefore, Section 230 CANNOT repeal the civil rights statute. They need to be brought to court and this power needs to be stripped from them as unconstitutional. Let the jury take their billions and redistribute it to all Americans fulfilling their Socialist dreams.
It is time for lawyers to bring a class-action lawsuit against Dorsey and Twitter.
According to the popular media narrative Joe Biden has a commanding lead in the state of Michigan. However, that claim is belied by the need for the campaign’s biggest influence agent, former President Barack Obama, to join Biden on Saturday in Michigan.
If internal polling did not show a problem, they would not be campaigning there. Which hearkens back to the foundational reality mentioned several weeks ago that Gretchen Whitmer’s COVID lockdown has backfired against the Biden campaign in a state they were counting on. The false narrative is running into reality as the MAGA movement surges.
Interestingly, the Michigan -vs- Michigan State football game is happening on the same day, so interest in Obama is already facing a headwind…. And the fact that Biden-Harris are keeping the venue secret highlights their effort to avoid a repeat of recent swarms of Trump supporters showing up and outnumbering the Biden crowd.
Governor Gretchen Whitmer has turned herself into a severe liability through her arbitrary and unpopular COVID lockdown dictates. Whitmer was positioning herself for a cabinet position in a Biden administration; those hopes are diminishing by the hour.
Essentially, Hunter Biden was a bag man for the Biden family; courting foreign businesses and governments for money so the payments could be laundered (by front businesses) and used to support the Biden family. That is the general takeaway from the interview with one of the legitimate business people, Tony Bobulinski.
More curiously though…. Mr. Bobulinski has the receipts; actual evidence of how businesses were set up to funnel the bribes, scheme and graft payments into the Biden family. According to the details he laid out Bobulinski was recruited to help set-up and facilitate the influence peddling program.
The described network is a smaller, start-up version of the Clinton Global Initiative; but essentially the intents and purposes were the same.
As Bobulinski detailed the engagements, one of the more glaring aspects was how easily the U.S. intelligence and law enforcement apparatus could monitor everything that was happening. Many of the meetings were with foreign officials outside the U.S; and many of the structural parts of the network were assembled in locations easily infiltrated by the U.S. intelligence apparatus.
The Biden network’s attempted communication was not too sophisticated. Their electronic trail of communication was captured and recorded by people inside the network. There is a ton of evidence for what they were doing including text messages, emails, phone call records and traceable meetings with all of the participants as outlined by Bobulinski.
So, knowing that, why did the U.S. intelligence apparatus not do anything about it?
Obviously, as outlined during the interview, some of the initial set-up was taking place while Joe Biden was Vice-President. The aggregate U.S. intelligence apparatus was obviously monitoring these activities; it would be intellectually dishonest not to accept that at some level this was well known inside the U.S. government.
Later on, as Hunter Biden began a downward spiral of addiction and dangerously abhorrent behavior; and keeping in mind he was formerly in the U.S. military -and kicked out due to a cocaine addiction- so his risk behaviors and issues would have been known as a risk by the U.S. government; he was a prime target for an influence operation by foreign intelligence adversaries. This would have been clear to anyone in the intelligence community and undoubtedly shared up the information chain.
Yet, at no point did anyone do anything to try and stop the construction of the schemes?
It just doesn’t make any sense… unless….
…Unless the objective of those within the U.S. intelligence background (writ large) was to capture and retain all of this information as part of a black file for use as leverage/control later on against a Biden administration, and likely the Biden family.
There is a similarity of purpose here resembling the FBI refusing to provide a defensive briefing for presidential candidate Donald Trump as part of a strategy to gather evidence against Trump in their sketchy investigation of him. However, in the Trump example, ultimately was no ‘there‘ there; so the investigation held no value beyond the assembly of a political narrative. Ergo, Weissmann/Mueller and the insurance policy.
The transparent lack of effort by the U.S. intelligence community to intercept the Biden issues well in advance of the compromise of national security, is alarming. However, it must be considered their lack of action was a purposeful decision…. and then the motive of those entities really becomes the bigger question.
This is a rather dangerous rabbit hole to start to consider. However, against what we know of the intelligence community as a result of President Trump holding office, there are some really serious questions that need to be explored.
Free Speech no longer exists in America any longer, The First Amendment is Gone!
The Silicon Valley billionaires who control social media want to control our free speech. Not all of it…we are still free to talk about our pets, our favorite drink or restaurant, or post pictures of our vacations. We simply can’t post anti-Deep State views about politics. We especially can’t question the medical tyrants who own and control ‘science.’ We could get banned for that! Questioning state authority could lead to a gulag for Chinese citizens. American citizens get warned, banned, or deleted. The Silicon Valley billionaires are part of the Deep State and we aren’t allowed to criticize their state. They are in alignment with Communist China, whom they admire. They all want a social credit system and a cashless society in order to bring more power and control.
I got my first rude awakening about censorship when I wrote an email to a friend in Germany. I was using Yahoo mail as a backup. For many years I traded occasional emails about classical music and culture with him. This time I typed an email concerning the corona virus and I expressed some doubt about what our ‘authorities’ had been asserting. I sent the email and a few minutes later it got kicked back to me by Yahoo. They said my mail had been censored for spreading ‘misinformation.’ That’s hard core censorship. It was as if the Post Office had opened my private mail, and returned it as undeliverable because the post master didn’t agree with my opinion. Shortly thereafter, Yahoo banned all commentary to their news stories. I often skipped their biased stories and went straight to the comments. Most of the commenters were onto the bias. So what did Yahoo do? They simply shut everyone up.
Since then, such censorship has become commonplace and growing steadily worse. Americans have not sufficiently pushed back. Many simply accept getting silenced as a new reality. Our Fourth Amendment has been obliterated and now the First Amendment has been under assault. We are no longer allowed to assemble unless we are socialist protestors. Mandatory vaccines are on the horizon. If we speak out against it, we’ll be censored. Joe Biden is owned by China, but our watchdog media has stood down. Not only aren’t they investigating Joe’s obvious corruption, they’re helping ban those who do. Adam Schiff says it’s all Russian propaganda. How long will the Deep State keep resorting to that canard? It doesn’t matter if we believe it or not, as long as we are rendered quiescent as they murder our free speech.
We watched the entire final debate of the 2020 presidential election, and wow what a difference a debate makes!
We learned that President Trump is really Abraham Lincoln who time traveled to the future to defeat Joe Biden.
We learned that Biden will make face masks mandatory and keep the nation closed until no one has a sniffle or cold.
We also learned the latest domestic terrorists are Poor Boy sandwiches and should stand down and stay on your plate, preferably with a pickle.
Joe Biden also told us that Hunter did nothing wrong and the whole laptop controversy is just a “smear job”.
Did you know the United States got along great with Hitler? Joe Biden said we were best buds until that whole WWII misunderstanding.
And finally Joe Biden let the entire country know, in no uncertain terms, that he would get rid of the entire gas and oil industry.
Even the moderator looked shocked at that statement.
Joe lied and lied some more. He blamed everything on Orange man.
And by the end of the debate, it was obvious the medications were wearing off, Joe started drooping and slurring his words and fell back into platitudes and saying “Period” over and over.
Trump looked Presidential and in control. He was clearly the winner.
So don’t fall for the Democrats gas lighting. Biden lost and looked bad. Biden won’t last 30 days into his presidency, and you will be calling Kamala “Madame President” if the Democrats steal the election.
We can’t let them destroy the country, so take all your friends and family and get out there and vote!
According to multiple recent media leaks and reports Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski has audio recordings of business discussions with the Biden family as they constructed the bribery scheme with the Chinese communist government.
Tonight at 8:00pm Fox Host Tucker Carlson is scheduled to broadcast an interview with Bobulinski and there is a great deal of anticipation for the content.

Documents have surfaced that indicate Hunter Biden’s signature on a receipt for $85 at a Delaware computer The Mac Shop where he dropped off laptops that included details of his international business deals and photos. The New York Post reported that Hunter Biden’s laptop was abandoned at the computer shop in April 2019 for months and was found to contain e-mails that have raised questions about Joe Biden and the typical Washington fraud where they have money directed to family members that do not have to be reported. The laptop’s hard drive was later obtained by the FBI and Rudy Giuliani, who shared its contents with the Post. Of course, the story is told overseas without the same political slant as domestically as in the Daily Mail.
With these allegations, it is clear that Biden would never be acceptable legally as President. The ethical thing to do would be resigning. However, the strategy for the Democrats and mainstream press in the United States is to ignore the evidence, deny it is real, argue it is stolen, hacked, blame it on Russia, and just keep throwing dirt in the air and hope they win the White House.
Nevertheless, between now and January, the evidence can build, and even if Biden wins, he may have to still resign AFTER he takes office under threat of impeachment by his own party. That would make Vice President Kamala Harris rise to the highest office in the land and become the first woman president making Hillary ever so jealous.
Even if the Republicans hold the Senate, lose the White House, and fail to take the House, the Democrats may try to save their Party by still impeaching Biden and hand the dirty work to the Republicans to make the choice between a corrupt president who will never make it to the next election or hand it to the extreme left Harris who could then run against in 2024. If Biden is removed in 2022, however, then Harris could run in 2024 and 2028 and be president into 2032.
If a VP finishes out the term for a president and held office as president for less than 2 years, then they can still run for two more elections. The Twenty-second Amendment says that no person can be elected President more than twice, and no person who has served more than two years of a presidential term to which someone else was elected (i.e., the president whom the vice-president succeeds) can be elected more than once. So removing Biden before 2022 would mean Harris would only be able to stand for election in 2024.
Keep in mind that the evidence surfacing already is very damming of Biden. If Biden is elected even a Democrat-controlled House will be forced to impeach their Democrat President just as Republicans were forced to impeach Nixon. This could contribute to splitting the party.
Even Obama is now concerned that Biden could “f__k” things up! Our Model still shows a Trump Victory if it is a legitimate election.
Indeed, the political atmosphere of today is just so insane it is Stranger than Fiction. Meanwhile, the fate of the markets and the world economy lies in the balance of CONFIDENCE.
