Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency over the bird flu. Of the 34 reported cases, 33 were working directly in farms. There is no grave danger to the public at large. This publicity stunt is merely a way for Newsom to have more power over his state ahead of Trump’s inauguration.
Newsom enjoyed endless power under COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions. I’ve met countless people who call themselves “pandemic refugees” as they were forced to flee California during the pandemic as it became one of the most oppressive states in the nation.
“This proclamation is a targeted action to ensure government agencies have the resources and flexibility they need to respond quickly to this outbreak. Building on California’s testing and monitoring system — the largest in the nation — we are committed to further protecting public health, supporting our agriculture industry, and ensuring that Californians have access to accurate, up-to-date information. While the risk to the public remains low, we will continue to take all necessary steps to prevent the spread of this virus,” Newsom declared.
Over 600 dairy farms are under quarantine in California due to the bird flu. I explained that the USDA will begin testing ALL dairy farms across America, despite no known instance of someone becoming sick from consuming dairy. There have not been any recorded cases of person-to-person spread either.
Newsom may now issue executive orders and proclamations under the premise that this virus is not posing a risk to the public at large. He may now assume direct control over emergency management and state operations, as well as expanding current budgets. He could actually make expenditures from any state fund available for his use. There is a deeper power play ploy at hand behind these actions.
Governments are eager to spend your tax dollars on useless initiatives to save the planet from global warming. The Biden Administration spent BILLIONS on investing in EV infrastructure that never came to fruition. I spoke on how Biden approved of a $7.5 billion spending package to build EV charging stations throughout the nation, but only SEVEN were produced in over a two-year span. His most recent climate debacle that came to light rests on decarbonizing the Postal Service.
The government provided the Postal Service with funding to purchase 60,000 “Next Generation Delivery Vehicles” (NGDVs) from defense contractor Oshkosh. Oshkosh has never produced an electric truck and it is obvious why Biden avoided other more established EV manufacturers. Congress approved $3 billion to spend on this $10 billion project derived from the Inflation Reduction Act – the largest guise for climate spending in US history.
Out of that $3 BILLION, only 93 vehicles have been delivered since 2022. Countless issues have been reported with these NGDVs from leaks to airbags. Worse, Oshkosh was never equipped to handle the production of 3,000 vehicles, and has stated that they have only been able to produce ONE truck per day. They are now working to refine their manufacturing to create 80 trucks per day. Again, there were other avenues and established factories.
Does anyone believe those small mail trucks are truly polluting the environment? Should the American people simply accept that they may not receive mail when the weather is less than ideal? “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds” unless forced to drive electric!

The Western Press is nothing but propaganda, and they keep cheering death and destruction. This latest piece by the Huffington Post is just outrageous. I hope they enjoy bathing in a pool of blood, they advocate. They wrote that TASS reported that Putin said he “pointed out that ex-British Prime Minister Boris Johnson had said at some point that Ukraine ‘needs to keep fighting until the last Ukrainian’.”
Putin added: “So this is what they are doing – fighting. They will soon run out of Ukrainians willing to fight.”
The Huffington Post then claims, “But there is no online record of Johnson saying this.” They then write: “This is part of a wider conspiracy theory – often repeated by the Kremlin – that the ex-PM had derailed potential peace talks about Ukraine and Russia during the early stages of the war.
They have the audacity to print: “Johnson debunked these claims in The Times in January this year, saying the theory was “total nonsense” and “Russian propaganda.”
It was reported on the front page in Ukraine that Johnson did kill the peace talks. This is why my Ukrainian sources plainly say if Zelensky were on fire, they would not urinate on him until he was dead. Zelensky was even forced to claim that he could decide peace without permission from London and Washington.
It is just stunning how the Huffington Post now seeks to rewrite history. The press always claims these are Russian propaganda and conspiracy theories. We have to wonder who is pulling their chains and how much they are being paid to print outright lies.
There was a Ukrainian attempted assassination of Zelensky in May. He tried to claim it was Russians behind two Ukrainian military officers. However, Zelensky then fired his Ukrainian head of security, and now his bodyguards are Americans. He is afraid of his own people, and rightly so, for this is a stupid war that has no benefit to the Ukrainian people.
I am sorry, but I believe the Neocons, including Johnson, were all of the view that Ukraine would fight until the last man. By this fake news, they are trying to make it sound like the West can destroy and defeat Russia as they did with Iraq to get people to run to the front lines to kill Russians since they are all evil, worthless human beings.
You even have the NEOCON Lyndsey admit that the money sent to Ukraine is to kill Russians. He openly said this was the best money they had ever spent to kill Russians. What is this personal hatred all about? These people are destroying Ukraine. About one-third of the country has fled with no intention of returning.
In the first few months, I reported that 100,000 Ukrainians had already died. I got the hate mail claiming that it was Russian Propaganda. But my sources were from inside Ukraine. When Ursula repeated that same number in her speech, Zelensky made her take that out, claiming it was classified. Here is her original video and the edited version so they can keep up the pretense that Ukraine is winning.
The Ukrainian press has reported that over 1 million Ukrainians have died. Again, Zelensky ordered them to claim it was a typo. At least 6 million up to 8 million have fled Ukraine. The war does not benefit Ukraine. The United States wrote, “the war has shattered the Ukrainian economy, rolling back development gains made over the past years and plunging nearly 25% of the population into poverty,” according to the latest Annual Report of the United Nations in Ukraine, published in April 2024.
The Huffington Post twists statements about Putin to keep up the image of the evil empire. They wrote that “Russia currently occupies around 20% of Ukraine, and around 6 million Ukrainians live there, according to Kyiv – but Ukraine’s total population is closer to 38 million.” What they refuse to publish is that there was a Minsk Agreement was to allow the Donbas to separate since they are ethnic Russians just as the breakup of Yugoslavia along ethnic lines. The Huffington Post omitted to report that former Chancellor Merkel admitted that they negotiated a peace deal only to buy time for Ukraine to build an army to attack Russia.
The West has planned this war against Russia, and this will destroy Europe and their own careers. I recall someone there in England once wrote, “Lord, what fools these mortals be!”
Putin even tried to explain to Zelensky the importance of the Minsk Agreement in avoiding war. This has been a deliberate war set in motion by the West. Putin has offered peace countless times, but the West instructed Zelensky to invade Russia with no strategic purpose, only to try to force Putin to attack NATO so they can claim he started World War III.
They sent Kamal to the Munich Security Conference because she was a total idiot and read the cue card she was handed, proclaiming Ukraine should join NATO 3 days before Russia invaded. To make sure Putin crossed the border, Zelensky, the day before, said Ukraine would rearm with nuclear weapons.
When the Washington Post found out he knew when Putin would cross the border, they asked why he did not warn his people. This scum-bag told the Washington Post if he told the people, he would have lost $7 billion. He has declared Martial Law, so he no longer stands for election, and he has suspended debt payments defaulting. He has been a traitor to his own people and his own country and thinks that Black Rock will raise trillions to invest in Ukraine as the great European Investment of the century. Our computer warns that Ukraine will no longer exist.

No government agency will willingly surrender power once it is in their grasp. Every other nation has ONE REGULATORY body, yet the USA has the CFTC and the SEC, plus the Federal Reserve over banks. If you obey the laws of one, you go to jail with the other. This hurts American citizens, for they cannot avail themselves of a hedge fund, and they must decide what sector to invest in, which is why I provide Socrates covering everything.
I warned the government that we need to have one regulatory agency. The SEC and CFTC have different laws that contradict one another. This hurts investment greatly. Take the domestic investor who must choose between stocks, real estate, gold, etc. They make those decisions but that is what a hedge fund manager is supposed to do. Domestically, you cannot merge that, so you have the guy who says gold is the best, the guy who says stocks are the best, and so on. They’re akin to used car salesman.
The bond guys will say they are the best, and so will the commodity guy, the stock guy, and the gold seller. They will all swear they are the best. So now hedge funds are often forced offshore where the hedge fund manager makes those decisions on what is the best investment.
I turned down the opportunity to manage $60 billion because, by law, if I thought a stock would crash, I could hedge a max of 17%, so I said no, I won’t get involved and risk my reputation. You cannot hedge a portfolio when you know it is going to go down because of the nonsense in regulation. Gut those two agencies.
Any agency, once you create it, will always fight for its own survival like an animal. This situation simply does not provide the average American with the best fund management available.

The war is over and it is safe for Syrian refugees to return home. Assad is no longer a threat and nations like Austria, Greece, the Netherlands, UK, France, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, and Norway have suspended new refugee applications. Yet, what about the four million Syrian refugees seeking asylum in the European Union? Reports are circulating the obvious – they have no plans to return home.
“Why should you go back when you have everything here?… In Syria I no longer have a home, a job or friends. I will only fly to Syria for holidays and to visit family – probably next year when the airport is open again,” one 27-year-old male refugee told Welt news outlet.
Syria’s new leader Abu Mohammad al-Jolani conducted an interview with an Italian news outlet one day after taking power. His first priorities are to restore security and stability in all Syrian cities, saying his people have been “exhausted by injustice and tyranny.” His second priority is “to bring back the millions of Syrian refugees who are scattered around the world,” he stated. “Their human capital and experience will help restart the country. My appeal goes out to all Syrians abroad: Syria is now a free country that has regained its pride and dignity. Come back. We need to rebuild, to get our country on its feet again, and we need everyone’s help.”
His third priority should perhaps be his second: strategic planning and restoring basic essential services like electricity and stabilizing the food supply. Still, Syria needs patriots to come home to help rebuild their nation.
Regardless, European nations have never had the resources to fund millions of asylum seekers. Thanks to former Chancellor Angela Merkel, Germany boasts the largest Syrian population in the EU. HALF of all welfare recipients in Germany are of foreign origin or 2.7 million people. They have been comfortably living in Germany with no plans to return, in fact, 23% of Germany’s population is now migrants of children of migrants. This is one of the reasons we are seeing people turn to the AfD Party as the people do not want to subsidize the lives of millions who no longer even qualify as refugees.
Breitbart reported the same sentiments among refugees living across Europe. As one UK-based refugee stated: “After seven years of living in the UK, I don’t think I will go back… Some of those now in charge of Syria were members of al-Qaeda just a few years ago. I don’t think Syria is safe now, in a few months and possibly not even in a year.” The cost of supporting each refugee has spiked to 41,000 pounds per year.
Ideas such as free air travel back to Syria and cash incentives have been thrown around, but that does not outweigh the luxury of living in a developed nation free of charge and often above the law.

Two-thirds of American dairy farms have been eliminated within one generation. Cows produce dangerous emissions and have no place in modern society, according to the World Economic Forum and climate change proponents. We are seeing a drastic decline in dairy farms across the world thanks to this mentality. The latest crackdown on dairy farms comes from new regulations by the U.S. Department of Agriculture that demand dairy cattle be tested for the bird flu or H5N1.
There has not been a single case of a person falling ill with the bird flu from drinking milk. Yet, the USDA insists farmers comply with their guidance that is no longer mandatory. The World Health Organization managed to work its way into the situation too as they have criticized the lack of testing. Again, no one has fallen ill from drinking milk. There may have been cases of infection in farmhands who had direct contact with cows, but there is not a single case proving anyone contracted H5N1 in this manner.
This won’t prevent the government from spending recklessly on testing as they have already set aside $200 million. The USDA will ship samples to the National Animal Health Laboratory Network (NAHLN) for testing. Then, the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) stated they set aside $824 million in emergency funding for response and diagnostic efforts.
US Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said that widespread mandatory testing “will give farmers and farmworkers better confidence in the safety of their animals and ability to protect themselves, and it will put us on a path to quickly controlling and stopping the virus’s spread nationwide.” The virus is not spreading through the milk supply so why are they so eager to begin this program?
Better yet, the USDA is offering farmers a measly $75 payment for personal blood and nasal swab samples for the CDC. The government has also said it would provide funding for farmers with infected cattle.
Is this another excuse to add regulations to agriculture? Could there be ulterior motives here? The New York Post said that it is “unclear” whether this program will continue under Trump.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced Mangione was formally charged with one count of first-degree murder in furtherance of terrorism, two counts of second-degree murder, one of which is charged as killing as an act of terrorism, and multiple counts of criminal possession of a weapon. This is typical Bragg grand-standing for fame. He is charging him with being a terrorist so he can get the death penalty.
In New York, a first-degree murder applies only where the victim is a police officer, or the killing involves a contract hit or murder for hire. It also appies to the murder of a witness.. The other possibility that NY law would allow the death penalty is for terrorism.
This grandstanding is outrageous. If I were on the jury, I would have to vote not guilty of terrorism. This is the problem with our legal system. It allows people like Bragg to abuse the system to make a name for themselves for political purposes. This complicates the case, for they will bury the motive. Mangione did not have insurance with that company. So what made him do it? Was a friend insured or died because of United Healthcare? These would certainly not be a motive for terrorism. But Bragg is trying to manufacture a death penalty.
There have been way too many people who were innocent that prosecutors executed to become famous. Perhaps the most notorious was the Rosenberg Trial. It was April 5th, 1951, when Julius Rosenberg (1918-1953) and his 35-year-old wife Ethel (1915-1953) were sentenced to death using this Espionage Act. Today, everyone concedes that his wife’s crime was being married to Julius. The prosecutors charged her, thinking it would force him to give up his contacts, which he never did, most likely because he had none.
A co-defendant of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, Morton Sobell (1917-2018), admitted for the first time that he was a Soviet spy on his deathbed at 91 after serving 30 years in prison but also made it clear that Ethel was innocent. Sobell passed military secrets to the Communists in World War II when the nations were still allies, he told the New York Times. Sobell, who served 18 years for espionage, said Julius did pass secrets, but Ethel, executed with her husband in 1953, was guilty of nothing more than being Mrs. Rosenberg.
People like Bragg are afraid of death. So, to them, the death penalty is the worst possible sentence. In prison, some people will pick a fight with someone, knowing that they will be killed. I believe the death penalty should be an option for the defendant. I would select death over life imprisonment in the blink of an eye.
Timothy J. McVeigh (1968 – 2001) was found guilty of bombing Oklahoma in retaliation for Ruby Ridge, etc. He was sentenced to death in 1997 and instructed his attorneys not to appeal. McVeigh was executed by lethal injection on June 11, 2001. He was executed in just over six years after the offense. McVeigh would have been constantly tormented by guards since he took out federal officers. A life sentence would have been mental torture, and death certainly was the end. I have seen people who find it more painful to stay than to leave. Some lament having to leave behind a family and justify in their minds to spare them the torment and take everyone with them.
The DEATH PENALTY is by no means the worst. Life imprisonment is far worse. You have to what your live slowly drip away like a water torture test. People who seem to cheer the death penalty are those who fear death, so to them, that is the worst possibility, and they think that is what they should do to others.

Canada’s Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland resigned from her federal cabinet position. This may be perhaps the best thing that the Prime Minister has allegedly done for Canada. The fracturing of the left has become a contagion.
Freeland shared her resignation letter on social media platform X this Monday. “On Friday, you informed me that you no longer want me to serve as your Finance Minister and offered me another position in Cabinet. Upon reflection, I have concluded that the only honest and viable path is for me to resign from Cabinet,” she added.
The shocking announcement came right before she was set to address the House of Commons to present the fall economic statement. Tariffs. Trudeau and Freeland were deadlocked in a debate over how to handle Trump’s threat to impose a 25% tariff on all Canadian goods. Freeland believed the best-case scenario was to secure the Canadian border in an attempt to appease Trump, while Trudeau did not. Freeland said “costly political gimmicks” and “a coming tariff war” were reasons for her departure. Perhaps Trudeau has surpassed her in his alliance to the WEF.
“Her behavior was totally toxic and not at all conducive to making deals which are good for the very unhappy citizens of Canada. She will not be missed!!!!” Trump said, who has had a tumultuous relationship with Freeland. They say that she even refuses to stand in the same room as him.

A lot of people are fixed on what money is and presume somehow that a return to precious metals will solve the problem. Precious metals are for personal use. They have never prevented any society from systemic economic collapse. Do not confuse hoarding gold to preserve wealth with a gold standard. We had one with Bretton Woods. Governments printed and never adjusted the conversion ratio because they had to admit what they had done. The problem is not WHAT is money, the problem is regardless what money might be, politicians always spend more than what they have. The only practical solution is to eliminate the ability to borrow.
Debt has destroyed every empire, state, and city since the dawn of time. Hammurabi’s Legal Code created legal limits on interest, so borrowing was a problem from the dawn of civilization. The only solution to be realistic must address the outstanding debt while eliminating the capacity to borrow. Changing to a gold standard means the outstanding debt would be due then in gold. The bankers will love that. If we default, all pension funds will go to waste, and we will be looking at massive civil unrest.
We have to be practical. If we are going to follow dogma, you better dig a hole and don’t come out until the mushroom cloud subsides. This is real shit we are talking about! This is not an idealized theory. Every act will have an equal and opposite reaction.
I have stated many times that unemployment hit 25% during the Great Depression because of the Dust Bowl, and 40% of the civil workforce was employed in agriculture. We are at a similar risk today, but the 40% is in government, producing nothing toward national wealth, and are public servants because we pay them to produce nothing.
It is the implosion of state and local government, their inability to print into oblivion, that is the check against hyperinflation as they raise taxes and try desperately to hold on to their chiefdoms. Gold is for personal survival. Switching to gold does not address the debt, growing employment in government, the pensions, and our long-term survival.
So gold may help you survive personally as the economy switches to underground, but it will not address the decades of abuse suffered under Marxism. The government is incapable of ever managing the economy. That is why communism collapsed. It is now socialism’s turn (just being a little pregnant with Marxism).
