If the other substantive weaknesses in the politically constructed Manhattan case against Donald Trump do not lead to a pre-trial dismissal, this one should collapse it.
The Commissioner of the Federal Election Commission (FEC) explicitly states the payments by President Trump to Stormy Daniels are not an election campaign violation.
WASHINGTON DC – A key member of the Federal Election Commission today rejected the Manhattan district attorney’s indictment of former President Donald Trump as a violation of federal election laws.
“It’s not a campaign finance violation. It’s not a reporting violation of any kind,” said FEC Commissioner James E. “Trey” Trainor. In trying to stretch the law to make it look like a violation, he added, District Attorney Alvin Bragg “is really trying to make a square peg fit into a round hole.”
In a 34-count indictment of Trump, the first criminal case ever against a former president, Bragg charged that a $130,000 payment made by former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen to porn star Stormy Daniels, which Cohen went to jail for in a plea deal, violated several campaign finance laws that splashed onto Trump. [T]he FEC and Justice Department already considered the case and tossed it.
First, he said, Cohen took the blame in his plea deal. “At the end of the day, there’s the person who committed the crime, and there’s the person who is behind bars because of it,” Trainor said of Cohen.
Second, the paperwork violation in question came well after Trump’s 2016 election, so it couldn’t have been done to help his election.
Third, it is not obvious that the reason for the payment and the reimbursement to Cohen was to influence the election, thus failing the “objective standard” of law. “It has to be something that anybody on the street can look at and say the only reason you did that was to influence the campaign,” said Trainor. “There’s a lot of reasons that he could have done it that aren’t related to him being a candidate for president, and so therefore, it wouldn’t have met the standard as campaign expenditure under federal law,” he added. Bragg has seriously exposed the core of real immoral prosecution practices that really have to stop. Let’s say you made one phone call and defrauded someone out of $100,000. You will be charged with (1) count of wire fraud. However, let’s say you had to call the person 34 times to get the same $100,000. The prosecutor will then charge you with 34 counts of wire fraud. Now let’s say the penalty is 5 years in prison. So if you called 34 times for the same amount of money, the judge could then sentence you to 170 years claiming it is his “discretion” to run them all consecutively.
Bragg charged Trump with 34 criminal counts connected to the payment of $130,000 to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016 as part of a nondisclosure agreement that was intended to keep Daniels from exposing their 2006 affair. Those charges are all various counts of filing false business records in the first degree, which could carry a sentence of up to four years in prison per count. That’s a crime that is normally a misdemeanor that can ONLY be upgraded to a felony if the alleged fraud is meant to cover up another crime.
This is where the ABUSE of power becomes self-evident. The other crime, in this case, is a federal campaign finance violation for which Trump has NOT been charged and Bragg would have no jurisdiction to charge. The indictment claims that Trump allegedly committed the underlying fraud as part of an effort to boost his chances of winning the 2016 presidential election.
So, to put this in plain layman’s terms, he is effectively charging you for something like buying a bullet in NYC, that you used in Paris in some attempt to kill someone but you are not being charged with that because you cannot be in the United States.
It is an ABUSE of power to take a single incident and turn it into multiple crimes all because of multiple emails and phone calls. This is standard abuse that all prosecutors engage in to try to force people to plea for a reduced sentence or risk going to jail for life. The legal system in the United States is in NO WAY fair, equitable, or even constitutional. Our legal system is so corrupt, we make a Banana Republic look like the leader of freedom and liberty in the world.
.
This was our Forecast back for the 2016 election. Out of 4 models, 3 of the computer models forecast that Trump would win and one was tied. Our computer had also forecast that BREXIT would win against all odds. Trump would have won and just as the Democrats swear the 2020 elections were NOT rigged, then neither was 2016.

I’ve never reached out to anyone in the orbit of Donald Trump, and I do not consider myself of any importance to do so. However, if I could send one message it would be this….
We need a big picture focus right now. Do not be distracted by the smallness of men and their constructs.
The landscape of our national challenge is in a much bigger focus. Connect to the sense surrounding the instability that everyone, even globally, feels amid their lives.
Give direction, context and understanding to that sense, then connect directly to it.
Expand and elevate beyond the schemes, frauds and manipulations.
Lead that level of victory. The rest will follow.
Which brings me to another point….
The number one question people ask is a variation on ‘what can we do?’
It is a natural and logical question, from an audience that: (1) understands the scope of the challenge at hand; and (2) wants to engage in tangible action to solve the problem.
However, keep in mind YOU are in the rare space of an intellectual discernment in the top tier knowledge base.
Having spent several weeks in prayer over this very specific question, let me reframe the dynamic in a way I feel compelled -by outcome of that prayer- to answer.
Put your thoughts into the form of a vessel, willing to deliver in just about any way possible. What do you want me to do?
Now, let me outline context for this question.
Beyond the keystrokes, I have traveled in this journey. I have been into the heart of the beast several times. I have researched, investigated, discussed, questioned, dug into and reviewed just about every possible angle of our current state of government at issue. I have written about those discoveries, some open – some oblique, in a myriad of articles explaining the dynamic as it presents; not as we wish it exists, but in the raw reality of the issue as it manifests & sits afore us.
As an outcome of this journey, I have been investigated, threatened, questioned, subpoenaed and brought before tribunals for inquisition as to the substantive claims of my affirmations.
What I have learned is a simple but powerful truism; the truth of the thing is a defense to every attack against the messenger of the thing.
Those who retain lies and deceptions as a matter of policy, institutional structure or motive, want nothing to do with these simple calloused hands with genuine questions and a research library filled with citations, evidence and supportive documentation, dragged out from within the silos they attempt to hide.
Believe me, there are very few good people in/around our body politic that want anything to do with the truth and evidence of the corruption within it.
In my experience, when you lay naked evidence of the wretchedness and corruption, even the honorable people amid the various institutions recoil in fear of it. How does that recoil manifest? They quit. Straight up true. They quit.
I have witnessed multiple people in tenured positions of power and influence just up and quit their position once they realize the sunlight is visible not only to me, but to everyone else who might choose to do the investigative legwork.
Simultaneous to this aversion, media constructs -and I do mean all of them- who operate a business model dependent on discussing the corruption, have no interest in actually outlining the scale and apolitical nature of the corruption, let alone participate in the solving of it.
If media were to get to the root of the issue, then outline it and pour sunlight upon it, they would have exhausted their stash upon which they build the very foundation of their business model.
Considering the aforementioned experiences, when Mike Lindell smiles and says, “I wish they would sue me or indict me”, I totally relate to why he feels that way.
The opposition is weak, filled with fraud and their constructs are easily dismissed; better yet, when attacked they collapse. That’s why you never see the professional republicans attacking those constructs.
As long as the corrupt pretenses are retained, there is always something to rail against. This is the business model of DC’s congressional representation.
Two wings of the same vulture. The RNC wants money. The DNC wants power. The RNC uses power to get money. The DNC uses money to get power. The donor activity of the RNC drives their ideology. The ideology of the DNC drives their donor activity. This is the essential difference in the business models of both wings.
Our national politics is only one aspect to the dynamic of the systems that seem to surround us. Those pretenses are in place, specifically to give us a place to focus our attention as the puppets dance. Take away the money and the music stops. The money behind the Potemkin stage is what drives the script of the pantomime we watch.
So here’s the question in context. Given the nature of the increased attack against the one entity who I feel well inclined to believe is the only non-participating entity in this performance, namely Donald J. Trump, I have situated myself to do just about anything in support of removing or exposing the fraud. What would you have me do?
I offer myself to you as a vessel, ready willing and able to do just about anything that would ultimately change the dynamic of the issues that surround us. I can travel, meet, discuss, deliver, challenge, confront and present just about anything to anyone. Their sh!t doesn’t scare me.
Additionally, I have just enough contacts, albeit with some effort and markers called, to reach into just about any system or institution and get positioned at the heart of the matter. And I stand ready willing and able to take you with me and outline the journey in almost real time as it takes place, with good, bad or indifferent results presented with brutal honesty.
From your perspective, what, where, when, and to whom would this effort be best deployed?
Let me know your suggestions and advice. Upvote each idea in the comments section as you find merit to the proposition.
We all know the goals; perhaps I know the enemy encampments better than most, and perhaps I carry a totally different arsenal.
You are in the top intellectual class of everyone. You operate cognitively in the rarefied air of wisdom, intellect, discernment and logic that few can fathom. You are smart, brilliant, loyal, insightful, patriotic and you love this country. We are the furnace; they are the gnats. It is important for you to feel that power in your bones. Weaponize me…
I will review every response and ultimately, I will quite literally take the action anticipated to deliver the best possible outcome.

Now it’s Glen Youngkin. Virginia Governor Youngkin said in a release on Tuesday that he will lead a Virginia delegation to Taipei City, Taiwan, Tokyo, and Seoul, South Korea, from April 24-29.
Nikki Haley, Ron DeSantis, John Bolton, Asa Hutchinson, Glen Youngkin… The Republican wing of the UniParty is throwing everything possible and pulling every level within their control, including last night’s outcome in Wisconsin, in order to retain the illusion of political parties as the source/solution within a nation collapsing.
None of what DC Democrats, Republicans, the RNC or DNC presents is true or real within the landscape of the conflict tearing our nation apart. This is where the battle between pretending and reality is taking shape. I am not sure how we get this message communicated when the communication networks are purchased as part of the fraud.
On the positive side, every day more people are becoming aware of their false assumptions. Every day the social compact between citizens and elected officials is being scrutinized. Every day more people are starting to realize everything they thought about the construct of government in the United States is something entirely different.
We send politicians to stop the madness of government, but nothing changes. Why?
Washington DC is a Potemkin village.
We focus on the visible, but the constructs that impact us do not originate from the false facade. There’s something behind that facade, and what we see is…. entirely… a facade. That’s why sending the politicians doesn’t change the outcome. To get to the core of the issue, we must first stop looking at the Potemkin village, and instead look behind it.
Legislation, rules, regulations and laws are not written by congress. The paperwork comes from the assembly of legal and lobbyist foot soldiers on K-Street. That’s where the ink is put to the paper, and the legislative outcomes first originate. K-Street is where the corporations, multinationals and financial organizations control the process.
If the corporations behind the DC facade want to shift the money, they proactively write the rules, regulations and laws that steer the actual policy outcomes to their financial target or destination. Their wealth expands, and they reward the participants, the politicians.
Most of the entry level politicians are oblivious to where the corporations have proactively moved; however, a few of the politicians -the leadership groups- know exactly where the destination of the legislative intent is going. The latter are tenured in the power structure behind the facade.
Two private domestic corporations, completely unaffiliated with the constructs of constitutional government, known as the RNC and DNC, require membership in order to participate in the pretense of American democracy. The same financial entities that fund the K-Street operation, fund the private political clubs.
We The People, voters, are engaging in their construct to send ‘representatives’ into a political construct that is a facade. The financial entities on K-Street, those who position wealth and generate the rules to maintain it, are the same financial entities that fund the mechanisms of the two private corporations (RNC/DNC).
The United States system of government is now operating to maintain this construct of common benefit.
The institutions within our government are now operating with the primary purpose of maintaining this system. Maintaining the Potemkin village is their first line of defense, to stop any larger awakening from recognizing the futility of sending ‘representatives‘ into the woodchipper.
All of the institutions we discuss are mission-focused on preserving the system as described. The intelligence community, the federal police, the federal courts and every institution and subsidiary agency within this construct now operate to preserve the DC system. A system where the core of the originating activity does not take place in the Potemkin village of our focus.
The two political parties, two private corporations, funded by the multinationals and financial interests, are intended to keep us focused on the village. As long as we focus on the false front, the system can operate as designed. The financial institutions behind the village retain and hold the power; the politicians -many unwittingly- fulfill their role, and the bread and circuses are maintained. This is the baseline for what comes next.
In 2016 we disrupted the system. We threw an anvil into the woodchipper when we nominated then elected, Donald J. Trump.
“His kind” is you!
Trump didn’t come with the private club approvals. The private RNC corporation, meaning the people within it who control the operations of it, was not okay with the non-approved member getting the 2016 nomination. The multinationals and financial donor institutions who control the RNC corporation were furious.
The DC corporations who are at the epicenter of the power structure in Washington DC, did not and do not approve.
The woodchipper could not handle the anvil we threw in it.
Immediately, all of the mechanisms of the system, a system entirely designed to defend and protect itself, were laser focused on removing that anvil.
This battle is not an issue about political parties. The same interests that are funding Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley or even Glen Younkin are not focused on political parties.
The multinationals, billionaire donors, corporate constructs and Wall Street financiers are not concerned about political parties. Their issue of priority is self-preservation of a system, this system – built and exploited upon the backs of American workers, created to keep We The People within controllable boundaries, while preserving their status.
This fight, within the American system of government, is not an issue of political parties. The same people funding Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley or Glen Youngkin will just as quickly support California Governor Gavin Newsom or Former U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice in the general election of 2024.
Their unified opposition, the only person they cannot permit to succeed, is the one person who threatens the system they seek to preserve. That person is Donald John Trump.
Removing Donald Trump from the equation is not about political battles between parties. Removing Donald Trump from the equation is mitigating the existential threat he represents because his specific policies and outlooks are focused on America First.
President Trump represents the interests of the American people; that makes him dangerous to Big Club’s life of affluence, influence and control.
Republicans and Democrats cannot permit Trump to succeed, but the powers these interests use to achieve their goals are derived from We The People.
We can change the dynamic. They can be defeated if we withdraw our consent.
COMMENT #1: Mr. Armstrong, As I watched the media coverage of Trump’s arraignment, not guilty plea, and release of the indictment with the charges I’ve concluded as you have been arguing that we have crossed the rubicon. The 34 counts of the indictment to my legally untrained mind read as the criminalization of standard politics. What political campaign doesn’t include hiring people to look out for potentially negative press and seeking to limit the candidate’s exposure? By this indictment’s standard, pretty much every political campaign is a criminal enterprise. This is insane. I’ve generally been more libertarian-leaning in my politics and didn’t vote for Trump and even I can see this is a joke. I’ll be voting for him if we get an election in 2024. Unfortunately for the rest of us it isn’t funny and essentially seals the fate of the nation going into 2027-28 as you’ve indicated. Thanks for keeping us informed during these tumultuous times. All the best from East Texas, Greg
COMMENT #2: Good evening Mr. Martin,
As I’m watching this Trump shitshow on live french tv I’m wondering…
It seems that he got out to free, waiting for the trial that won’t take place before the next election. Can he still run for presidency? If yes, the fact that he is not in jail, does this mean that the deep state has no choice but to go to war as soon as possible ?
By the way, the French minister of defense announced today that the limit age to be on the reserve army is now 70 years old… that alone is telling a lot !
Despite all this news, the cac40 and Dax are almost at their ath. It is a mystery for I was expecting the capital to go to the US already…
I wish you and your team the best! Keep up the amazing work for this is the only light at the end of the tunnel, and it is not a fret train this time
Regards,
Adem
REPLY: I can’t even count all the emails coming one. Many are from those who never voted for Trump and all say that they would now vote for him in 2024. I myself must admit that I had thought Trump had gone past the “Best by Date” but instead of this hurting Trump, it seems to be boosting his support. When I look at the computer and even just the chart patterns, we can easily see that the Democrats are in a major decline and they have not even reached the Downtrend Line where as the Republicans have broken through.
Even the Arrays showed an important Directional Change in 2023. This indictment of Trump is outrageous and it will backfire on the Democrats according to the computer – NOT my personal opinion.

President Trump is not happy as Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has leaked the details of the Trump indictment as well as process details for what will take place tomorrow in New York City. [Truth Social Link]
New York – Donald Trump will be placed under arrest on Tuesday and informed that he has been charged with 34 felony counts for falsification of business records, according to a source who has been briefed on the procedures for the arraignment of the former president.
A New York City police arrest report summarizing the charges against Trump will then be prepared and entered into the court system before he is led into a courtroom to be formally arraigned on the charges, none of which are misdemeanors.
But, the source said, Trump will not be put in handcuffs, placed in a jail cell or subjected to a mug shot — typical procedures even for white-collar defendants until a judge has weighed in on pretrial conditions. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office, which has been consulting with the Secret Service and New York City court officials, concluded there was no reason to subject the former president to handcuffs or a mug shot.
The stated reason for handcuffing defendants is that they might be a flight risk or a threat to the district attorney or court personnel, neither of which was judged to be relevant to the handling of a former president protected at all times by a phalanx of Secret Service agents.
The charge of falsification of business records can be prosecuted in New York state as a misdemeanor. But Bragg’s office bumped up all the charges to Class E felonies — the lowest level of felonies in the New York state penal code — on the grounds that the conduct was intended to conceal another underlying crime, according to the source.
Under the New York State penal code, a conviction for the Class E felony of falsifying business records can result in a prison term of up to four years. But as a practical matter, that seems extremely unlikely. “No one gets jail time for that as a first offender,” said a New York law enforcement official.
The evidence for the underlying crime that escalated Trump’s alleged misdemeanors to felonies is still not clear and won’t be until the indictment is unsealed on Tuesday. But it is believed to relate to the payment of $130,000 in hush money to porn star Stormy Daniels during the closing weeks of the 2016 election to conceal an extramarital encounter with Trump. The need for control is a reaction to fear.
On the eve of the indictment of President Donald J Trump, Google, the parent company of YouTube, suspends Right Side Broadcasting Network from its broadcast platform.
Let there be NO DOUBT, the coordinated Big Tech effort to control U.S. politics continues….
AUBURN, Ala. — Just one day before RSBN was set to cover President Trump’s arraignment in Manhattan, YouTube has resumed its censorship practices and suspended RSBN’s channel, blocking our ability to livestream for seven days.
On Monday, RSBN received a notice from YouTube informing us that due to content violating their “elections misinformation” policies, the platform has removed several videos. These include President Trump’s most recent rally in Waco, Texas, his remarks at CPAC, and our exclusive sit-down interview with him at Mar-a-Lago.
[…] Conveniently, YouTube’s Orwellian censorship practices have returned just one day before President Trump is arraigned in a gross weaponization of the justice system. Rather than allowing RSBN to show a countervailing view to the mainstream media’s version of the arraignment, they are simply shutting down our efforts. Again, they are leaving millions of Americans voiceless in the face of tyranny. (more)
RSBN is available on Rumble video streaming platform [SEE HERE]. This is a spiritual battle; we can all feel it. No weapon formed against us shall prosper!

There is no deity in Donald J Trump, nothing even close; there is only the natural fallibility of one man, wrongly persecuted. However, if one cannot stand far enough atop the hillside to witness the landscape, construct and timing of this persecution – then perhaps, a deeper – more personal – evaluation to the connection of rhyming history is warranted.
We were gifted the spiritual purpose of Christianity in government by our founding fathers. It is a worthy endeavor to lift our eyes and see a larger picture as the bedrock purpose of our national assembly remains under siege. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is not possible without the framework of moral enterprise.
Into the very specific picture that emerges, New York City Mayor Eric Adams – fulfills the role of Joseph Caiaphas, day one. WATCH:

Former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson announces on ABC news that he will be running for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.
Speaking in the customary tones of an evangelical minister trained in the dark arts of using a righteous serpent tongue, Mr. Hutchinson indicates that he carries a higher moral authority to sit in judgement of what the professional Republican Party truly needs. The professional Republican Party likely anticipates dozens of votes for Hutchinson. WATCH:
He’s not running for President; he’s running to be the silver-haired serpent tongue of the professional Republican apparatus. Creepy vibes are all over this guy…
JONATHAN KARL, CNN CHIEF WHASHINGTON CORRESPONDENT: When I spoke to you earlier this year, you said you were thinking about running for president. Have you made a decision? Are you running?
ASA HUTCHINSON (R), FORMER ARKANSAS GOVERNOR: I have made a decision. And my decision is I’m going to run for president of the United States. While the formal announcement will be later in April, Bentonville, I wanted to make clear that to you, Jonathan, I am going to be going to be running.
And the reason — as I’ve traveled the country for six months, I hear people talk about the leadership of our country, and I’m convinced that people want leaders that appeal to the best of America and not simply appeal to our worst instincts.
That inspires me when I see everyday Americans just saying, give us good leadership, give us common sense, consistent conservatism, and optimism about our great country. And that inspires me. And I believe I can be that kind of leader for the people of America.
KARL: Now, you’ve got a lot of experience. You’ve been a prosecutor. You’ve been a member of Congress. You’ve been a governor. You’ve been director of the DEA.
But most people outside of Arkansas don’t know who you are. How do you break through?
HUTCHINSON: Well, a lot of hard work and good messaging. But I’ve spent some time in Iowa, and I love the response that I get there. And so, it’s still about retail politics in many of these states.
And also, this is one of the most unpredictable political environments that I’ve seen in my lifetime. And so, my message of experience, of consistent conservatism, of hope for our future and solving problems that face Americans, I think that that resonates. And whenever I make the final announcement, I’ll be everywhere. And I think it’s a plan that can work in this environment.
KARL: And how does the indictment of Donald Trump by the Manhattan D.A. change this race?
HUTCHINSON: Well, that adds to the unpredictability of it. And I think it’s a sad day for America that we have a former president that’s indicted. And so, it’s a great distraction.
But, at the same time, we can’t set aside what our Constitution requires, which is electing a new leader for our country, just because we have this side controversy and criminal charges that are pending. And the American people are going to have to separate what the ideas are for our future, going to talk about border security and the economy. We have to talk about those.
We have to talk about the leadership of America in the world whenever you have Russia and China taking advantage of any weakness that America shows. So, we can’t be sidetracked for a year and a half.
KARL: You suggested recently that if Trump were to get indicted, that he should drop out of the race. Do you believe that now that he’s been indicted, should he drop out?
HUTCHINSON: Well, I do. First of all, the office is more important than any individual person. And so, for the sake of the office of the presidency, I do think that’s too much of a side show and distraction, and he needs to be able to concentrate on his due process, and there is a presumption of innocence.
But the second reason is, throughout my eight years as governor, and as a political leader, I’ve always said that people don’t have to step aside from public office if they’re under investigation. But if it reaches the point of criminal charges that have to be answered, the office is always more important than a person.
KARL: And he should step aside and no longer run?
HUTCHINSON: Well, he should. But, at the same time, we know he’s not. And there’s not any constitutional requirement. And so he’s going to pursue, and I understand that, but I stated my principles and belief and how I think it should be handled.
But he’s going to proceed on. And so he’s going to be a candidate. And I think, ultimately, the voters are going to have to decide this.
KARL: Do you trust this process in New York? Do you think he can get a fair trial, a fair hearing in New York?
HUTCHINSON: Well, the important thing is that the grand jury found probable cause. And that’s the standard for any criminal charges in our society. And the presumption of innocence follows you. And then there’s a trial. And the termination of guilt or innocence. That’s the American system. We don’t want to erode confidence in our entire criminal justice system simply because we don’t like the beginning parts of the case.
KARL: What about the fundamentals of the case? Put aside the legal issues here. The idea of hush money for a porn star to conceal an alleged affair, does some of this end up making the evangelical voters who supported Trump so strongly in the past think twice about supporting him again?
HUTCHINSON: Well, let’s look at the three different investigations. One is the hush money out of New York. Secondly it is the request and pressure for votes out of Georgia. And the third one, of course, is the mishandling of classified documents in Mar-a-Lago. Those are three very serious investigations. You might say one of them doesn’t showcase anything. But when you look at all three of them combined, it should give Americans pause.
When you ask about the evangelical community, I’m part of that.
KARL: Yes.
HUTCHINSON: And I believe that the evangelical community understands that we need to have a leader that can distance themselves from some of the bad instincts that drive Mr. Trump. And I hope that we can do that in the future.
KARL: You recently said that your lane is the non-Trump lane, as opposed to the anti-Trump lane. What do you mean by that?
HUTCHINSON: Well, it means that I’m providing an alternative to the former president, Donald Trump. Now, when I say non-Trump, I want – I want to be able to speak to the Trump voters, I want to be able to speak to all the party and say, this is the leadership that I want to provide, and I think that we need to have border security. I think we need to have a strong America. I think we need to spend less at the federal level. These are the values that I represent.
KARL: Chris Christie, speaking in New Hampshire recently, said that the key is Republicans need to be fearless in taking on Donald Trump. That does not seem to be the case. I mean look at how candidates and potential candidates have reacted to the indictment. I mean they’ve rallied to Trump’s defense, effectively?
HUTCHINSON: I know there’s going to be some that say I should be tougher on the prosecutor, I should be tougher on the unfairness of this. I’ve expressed my view that I wouldn’t bring those charges if I was a prosecutor. But let’s let the system work.
And what I don’t want to do as a leader is to undermine everything that is good about America, which is our criminal justice system. It’s what sets us apart.
KARL: I mean there are a lot of Republicans attacking that judicial system and that legal system right now.
HUTCHINSON: And I’m different.
KARL: If Donald Trump manages to win the nomination again, becomes the Republican candidate for president, will you support him?
HUTCHINSON: I’m running because I believe that I am the right time for America, the right candidate for our country and its future. And it shouldn’t hinge upon anything else.
KARL: But you couldn’t see yourself supporting Trump again?
HUTCHINSON: I don’t believe he should be the next leader of our country.

Jim Jordan appeared on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo to discuss his perspective on the indictment of President Donald Trump by a politically motivated Manhattan District Attorney, and the potential for the House Judiciary Committee to question DA Alvin Bragg. WATCH:
The only way these radical leftists are going to slow down is if Republican State AG’s and local DA’s start prosecuting Democrats for similar issues. Match them one-for-one on every attempted case.
