Intra-pandemic vaccination of toddlers with non-replicating antibody-based vaccines targeted at ASLVI[1]– or ASLVD[2]-enabling glycosylated viruses prevents education of innate immune effector cells (NK cells).

by Geert Vanden Bossche and Rob Rennebohm

Key message:

Antibody-based vaccines teach the immune system to produce high levels of antibodies that are directed against the surface protein that is responsible for initiation of viral infection. Due to their high specificity and strong binding capacity, these vaccinal antibodies (Abs) outcompete the child’s innate antibodies for binding to the virus[3]. This not only sidelines virus-neutralization by the natural innate immune system but also hampers the ability of innate antibodies to educate the innate immune system’s NK cells (Natural Killer cells) regarding NK cell recognition of (and appropriate response to) molecular self-mimicking patterns that are expressed on virus-infected host cells. This is particularly problematic when mass vaccination campaigns are conducted during a pandemic as those drive natural selection and dominant expansion of more infectious immune escape variants.

Strong immune priming as induced by vaccines elicits long-lived Ab titers. Even in the absence of further booster shots, repeated exposure to more infectious circulating variants will recall these vaccinal antigen (Ag)-specific Abs and thereby sustain high-titer antibody responses. When immature, low-affinity Abs become exposed to the virus, (which may occur when vaccines are administered during a pandemic), these Abs may bind to the virus without neutralizing it. This in its own right could already provoke Ab-dependent enhancement of infection (ADEI) by the target virus. Vaccinated toddlers are particularly at risk of ADEI as their innate immune system has not yet been trained. Consequently, young children who are vaccinated during a pandemic with non-replicating viral vaccines (directed at ASLVI- or ASLVD-enabling glycosylated viruses[4]) are at high risk of developing severe disease.

In addition, boosting of vaccinal Abs as a result of repeated exposure to more infectious immune escape variants will lead to prolonged suspension of NK cell education in these vaccinated toddlers. When, for a prolonged period of time, NK cells are prevented from being sensitized to pathogen-derived self-mimicking peptide patterns that are expressed on infected or otherwise pathologically altered cells, they may end up becoming tolerant to these patterns, which are typically shared among several different glycosylated pathogenic agents (G. Vanden Bossche, former provisional patent application). That is, the NK cells become hyporesponsive or desensitized to these pathogenic agents[5].  This opens the door to recognition by B and T cells of traditional antigens that are naturally expressed later on in the process of infection or pathologic alteration. Recognition by these ‘foreign-centered’ effector cells may enable abrogation but not prevention of infection (i.e., in the case of infectious pathogens) or lead to immune pathology (e.g., in the case of pathologically altered autologous host cells evolving towards expression of foreign proteins).

So, when the normal NK cell responsiveness to the patterns expressed on the surface of a specific glycosylated virus-infected cell (e.g. a SARS-CoV-2 infected cell) is downregulated, so is the NK cell response to largely homologous patterns on cells infected by other glycosylated viruses. That is how – in young children- vaccinal antibody-mediated interference with the education and response of NK cells regarding one particular ASLVI- or ASLVD-enabling glycosylated virus also interferes with the education and response of their NK cells regarding other glycosylated viruses causing ASLVI or ASLVD. This renders the vaccinated young child less able to handle not only the virus it got vaccinated against but also other glycosylated viruses (of course, unless that child got previously vaccinated with childhood vaccines comprising live attenuated glycosylated viruses such as measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, rotavirus). That is why/how vaccinated young children become more susceptible to other glycosylated viruses (besides the one they got vaccinated against).

The above-mentioned prolonged suspension of NK cell education, and the associated repetitive desensitization of NK cells, will not be ‘diluted’ by a “sporadic” sensitizing event (from an intercurrent influenza infection, e.g.).

The earlier this prolonged suspension of NK cell education occurs after the maternal Abs have waned, the more detrimental the effect will be. This is because it is during early childhood, when children have their greatest and most important capacity for education and practice of their innate immune system, that they ought to exploit this opportunity to actively kick off their own immune defense against ‘foreign’ while ensuring tolerance towards ‘self’. This opportunity occurs only once in a person’s life-time! Once the functional capacity of innate Abs wanes, the instructions conveyed to ‘self-centered’ innate immune cells (i.e., NK cells) on how to recognize self-mimicking patterns associated with ‘foreign’ as opposed to ‘self’ proteins may not be strong enough to prevent irreversible priming of ‘foreign-centered’ antigen-specific B and T cells. Once such priming has occurred, the child’s immune system will have irrevocably missed that small window of opportunity to draw the thinnest possible line between ‘self’ and ‘foreign’, enabling the immune system to discriminate ‘self’ from ‘self-mimicking’ (or ‘altered self’). If one leaves it up to the adaptive immune system, a line that thin will not be drawn as the adaptive immune system has only been conceived to distinguish ‘foreign’ from ‘self’. Deficient or insufficient education of ‘self-centered’ NK cells will therefore inevitably predispose the young child to immunopathologies (ranging from allergies over inflammatory diseases up to autoreactivity).

On the other hand, once their pre-priming has been properly established, ‘training’ of NK cells can take place at any later time. Training consists of imprinting immunological memory on pre-primed NK cells following their epigenetic reprogramming. Such functional reprogramming provides these cells with sufficient plasticity to establish an “adaptive” phenotype to meet the demands and challenges of altered environmental conditions (e.g., enhanced viral infectious pressure). However, innate immune effector cells cannot be trained unless they first got educated on how to recognize potential changes/ alterations they may need to adapt to. It goes, therefore, without saying that any intervention in this delicately evolving ecosystem cannot even be considered without an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms at play and the impact thereon of the targeted immune intervention.

[3] For the purpose of this manuscript, ‘virus’ relates to an ASLVI- or ASLVD-enabling glycosylated virus

[4] Examples of glycosylated viruses [other than SARS-CoV-2] causing ASLVI or ASLVDs: seasonal influenza, RSV, dengue virus and viruses responsible for vaccine-preventable infections: measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, rotavirus or other more virulent glycosylated viruses such as zoonotic influenza (e.g., avian influenza virus), parapox virus (e.g., smallpox virus),  Ebola virus, Marburg virus

[5] The biological mechanism for this fine regulation of the NK cell response is due to downregulation of germline encoded “activating receptors” on NK cells, and/or upregulation of “inhibitory receptors” on NK cells, and/or hypo-responsiveness to “activation signaling.” More details on the underlying mechanisms of this fine regulation of NK cells can be found in the literature as , for example, published by Orr, Mark T., and Lewis L. Midterm Elections Could Lead to Fauci Prosecution

Armstrong Economics Blog/Corruption Re-Posted Jul 22, 2022 by Martin Armstrong

Fauci plans to retire as soon as Biden leaves office as he knows he will no longer be protected. He mistakenly believes that he is above the law and will not be prosecuted for his crimes against humanity. Rand Paul, Fauci’s longtime foe, made it very clear that Republicans will subpoena Fauci if they take back the House or the Senate. Paul is not afraid to come off as a “conspiracy theorist” and plainly stated he wanted to know if there was a cover-up involved.

Paul said while speaking to Fox News:

“I do fully believe this virus, this pandemic that killed 6 million people around the world, leaked from the lab. But I think there was a concerted effort by him and his colleagues to cover this up and make sure it didn’t come to light, that the NIH was funding that lab and that there was reasonable scientific evidence that suggests that it came from the lab. So he’s going to be made to testify under oath. And I hope he sticks around because we do have some questions.”

Paul is not alone in his desire to investigate Fauci. Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) vowed to prosecute Fauci is the House gains control during the midterm elections. “We want to prosecute this guy to the full ability of the law. And I’ll tell you, to lie to the American people just to get your name in the news, just to get your face on the cover of books, just to get fame and fortune. I’ll tell you, Dr. Anthony Fauci does not deserve either fame or fortune,” he continued. Cawthorn also accused Fauci of being a “pawn of the Chinese Communist Party” and lying under oath about his knowledge on gain-of-function research.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene introduced the “Fire Fauci Act” in April 2021 which brings to light many valid questions. Why is Dr. Fauci the highest-paid government employee, surpassing even the income of the president? How much did he profit from the pandemic? Why did he claim herd immunity would require up to 85% of the population to be vaccinated when there is no proof or study to support this idea?

If the Republicans takeover during the midterm elections, expect Dr. Anthony Fauci to face a trial. The public at large will then learn the lies being pushed as science and will realize that the entire pandemic was a manufactured event. This will lead to civil unrest on a widescale spanning far beyond America.

CDC Stops Reporting Cruise Ship COVID Outbreaks

Armstrong Economics Blog/Corruption Re-Posted Jul 21, 2022 by Martin Armstrong

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will no longer report COVID outbreaks on cruise ships. Per the CDC’s website:

“As of July 18, 2022, CDC’s COVID-19 Program for Cruise Ships is no longer in effect. CDC will continue to publish guidance to help cruise ships continue to provide a safer and healthier environment for passengers, crew and communities going forward.”

Clearly, this is an attempt to hide the fact that the vaccinated are spreading and contracting COVID, possibly more frequently than the unvaccinated. Nearly all cruise liners have required staff and passengers to be “fully vaccinated” before boarding. Yet, there are countless stories of COVID outbreaks on ships with 100% vaccination rates. So the cruise industry lost over $63 billion between 2020 and 2021 for absolutely no reason.

The CDC still recommends that vacationers take a COVID test before boarding and adhere to all their guidelines. The agency now claims that the liners simply have access to their guidance and they no longer need to control the situation. In reality, they cannot explain why ships containing fully vaccinated passengers and staff are experiencing outbreaks. Answer: THE VACCINE DOES NOT WORK!

Infection-enhancing antibodies either ‘drain’ or ‘train’….

Weak immune activation by glycosylated ASLI- or ASLD-enabling viruses (that occurs, for example, during asymptomatic-mild natural infection) elicits low concentrations of non-neutralizing, short-lived IEABs. Upon subsequent re-exposure to a homologous or antigenically shifted[1] viral lineage these Abs are highly likely to enhance viral uptake by susceptible host cells and contribute to innate immune training of pre-primed NK cells. However, it’s important to note that individuals who contract asymptomatic/ mild infection provoked by a glycosylated ASLVI- or ASLVD-enabling virus can still experience disease. This can occur when re-exposure to the homologous or antigenically shifted viral lineage occurs at a point in time where the short-lived non-neutralizing IEABs are at their very highest level. As these Abs are immature (i.e., non-functional), their titers decline rapidly—they are no longer even detectable after 8 weeks. ADED after asymptomatic/ mild infection is therefore rare and the incidence rate thereof can only significantly increase in case of high viral infectiousness (which will substantially increase the likelihood for re-infection within just a few weeks after the previous asymptomatic-mild infection). In the case of SC-2, high viral infectiousness results from natural selection and dominant propagation of ‘more infectious’ SC-2 variants which is a direct consequence of mass vaccination (as previously explained).

On the other hand, immune priming by glycosylated ASLI- or ASLD-enabling viruses (for example, in people who contract the disease) induces virus-neutralizing Abs as well as non-neutralizing Abs (comprising IEABs). Upon subsequent re-exposure to an antigenically shifted viral lineage binding of the IEABs to a variant-nonspecific site[2] on the virus enhances viral uptake by susceptible host cells. This partially sidelines pre-primed NK cells and calls on cytotoxic CD8+ T cells to clear virus-infected cells, leading to more pronounced symptoms of disease. As the enhanced viral uptake does not usually lead to full drainage of the viral clearance capacity of cytotoxic CD8+ T cells, productive infection will not only enhance training of pre-primed NK cells but also enables priming of ‘new’ Abs directed at the surface protein that is responsible for initiation of infection by the antigenically shifted viral lineage.

This can explain why individuals who contracted disease induced by a glycosylated ASLVI- or ASLVD-enabling virus can still contract disease again (but rarely severe) up to several months after their recovery. This typically occurs when re-infection is caused by an antigenically shifted viral lineage and at a point in time where the naturally induced Ag-specific Abs are still fairly high. The phenomenon can also occur in the case vaccine-induced Abs are confronted with an antigenically shifted viral lineage before they have achieved full-fledged neutralizing capacity. Individuals who got partially vaccinated (e.g., only one shot) with a non-replicating Ab-based viral vaccine and become exposed to an antigenically shifted viral lineage shortly thereafter are prone to this risk.

Finally, strong immune priming by non-replicating Ab-based vaccines elicits high concentrations of both potentially neutralizing and non-neutralizing IEABs.  Upon subsequent re-exposure to an antigenically shifted viral lineage the IEABs are highly likely to enhance viral uptake by susceptible host cells in a way that sidelines pre-primed NK cells and increasingly drains the flow capacity of viral clearance by cytotoxic CD8+ T cells (instead of training NK cells). This is likely to not only cause more severe disease and delay recovery, but also to prevent immune priming against the antigenically shifted epitopes (immunologically outcompeted by ‘old’ epitopes that benefit from ‘antigenic sin’). Instead, natural re-exposure to either a homologous or antigenically shifted viral lineage will strongly boost the IEABs for lack of sufficient flow capacity of viral clearance by cytotoxic CD8+ T cells (as a result of deficient NK cell training). In case of re-infection with the same viral variant, this is likely to increase the severity of the disease (due to ADEI) whereas re-exposure to an antigenically shifted viral lineage that is resistant to the potentially infection-neutralizing vaccine-induced Abs (e.g., the more virulent Omicron BA.4 or BA.5 lineages in case of SC-2) will enable boosted IEABs to protect against severe disease (via inhibition of productive trans infection in the LRT).

In the meantime, viral lineages that are resistant to the potentially virulence-neutralizing vaccinal Abs are being selected. Once this has happened, the IEABs will facilitate ADEI-mediated ADED in vaccinees.

Conclusion in regard of SC-2 and Covid-19

Whereas the unvaccinated are experiencing increasing and durable protection from C-19 disease caused by new variants through i) trained innate immunity (which is not susceptible to immune escape!) and ii) priming of new neutralizing Abs against those variants (as ‘antigenic sin’ is mitigated by trained innate immunity!), vaccinees now need to exclusively rely on boosting (as ‘antigenic sin’ is not mitigated by training of pre-primed NK cells) of IEABs (which are prone to immune escape!) to ensure a fragile and provisional protection from severe disease.

Whereas immune training is a blessing, immune drainage is a scourge! That’s why only natural immunity can eventually fully protect you during a pandemic. That’s why Africa will win!

Fauci Set to Retire

Armstrong Economics Blog/Corruption Re-Posted Jul 19, 2022 by Martin Armstrong

Dr. Anthony Fauci, Mr. COVID himself, announced that he would retire at the end of Joe Biden’s term. Fauci hinted in an interview that he fears an investigation into his personal dealings if the conservatives take back control next year. “They’re going to try and come after me, anyway. I mean, probably less so if I’m not in the job,” Fauci told Politico. We know the vaccination does not work and causes more harm than good. The long-term effects of the vaccines and lockdowns are now coming to light, and Fauci is responsible as the mascot for the entire COVID agenda.

Fauci maintains that boosters will be necessary every year, similar to the flu vaccine, despite the components of the two vaccines differing drastically. Fauci also admitted that the people are waking up to the fear-mongering and brainwashing techniques he used to scare the world to stay inside.

“It’s becoming more and more difficult to get people to listen, because even the people who are compliant want this behind them,” Fauci said, bewildered that people do not obey his every word. “What I try to convince them [of], with my communication method, is we’re not asking you to dramatically alter your lifestyle. We’re not asking you to really interfere with what you do with your life. We’re just asking you to consider some simple, doable mitigation methods.”

The ”simple, doable mitigation methods” involved involuntary house arrest, school closures, business closures, and forced vaccinations of an EXPERIMENTAL mRNA gene-altering therapy. These policies were a gut punch to the global economy. Countless people lost their jobs and lives due to his warped God-complex view of “trust the science.” This man should be held accountable for the damage he has done to society – permanent damage that will linger for generations to come.

Cunning Senator Manchin Tricks West Virginia Voters, Senator Stalls $500 Billion Green New Deal Energy Legislation, Democrats Demand Removal from Chair of Energy Committee

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on July 15, 2022 | Sundance

Joe Manchin didn’t completely torpedo the $500 billion in Green New Deal climate change spending, but he did stall it for a month saying he would not support the climate change spending until he sees July’s inflation numbers in August, which should be a warning.

If you think carefully about it, it’s a classic Manchin head-fake.  The July and August inflation numbers, to be released in August and September respectively, are almost guaranteed to be lower than June.

July/Aug are the two months we are in right now where inflation is hitting a plateau.  Gasoline prices are dropping due to a drop in demand. This is the period before prices start rising again in September and October when the energy farming costs start to roll out with the next harvest.

Senator Manchin isn’t stupid; in fact, he is quite Machiavellian, he knows this… thus, his position.

Manchin can give the illusion of prudence, but he knows the July inflation rate will show a decrease for two reasons.

First, in the month-to-month comparison, July will not carry the same scale of gasoline and energy increases as June.  Second, in the year-over-year comparison, July ’22 will be comparing to July 2021 when prices already started skyrocketing.  Bottom line, July inflation will give the illusion of dropping, which gives Manchin a shield to support the spending…. and he will.

WASHINGTON DC – Joe Manchin is forcing Democrats into a brutal choice: Take a deal now to lower the costs of health care premiums and prescription drugs, or try to negotiate a larger bill in September that includes climate and tax reform with no guarantee it will pass.

The West Virginia Democrat said Friday that he wants to see another month of inflation numbers before considering legislation that might increase taxes on some higher-income Americans and plow hundreds of billionsof dollars into the energy sector. On Thursday Manchin “unequivocally” rejected July or August approval of Democrats’ proposed energy investments and tax increases in a meeting with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, according to a person briefed on the meeting.

[…] Democrats are reeling after Manchin’s communication to Schumer indicated that climate change and tax provisions are unworkable for any party-line bill considered this summer. Fury is building within the party, with Sen. Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) questioning whether Manchin should continue to chair the Senate’s Energy committee.

[…] Manchin had sought to shave down an energy package originally set at more than $500 billion to $300 billion or less. He balked privately at sending money to the EV industry and the Direct Payment program. (Read More)

While you won’t see a single MSM analyst, financial pundit or mainstream political commentator point out what Manchin is doing, his strategy is cunning.

Right now, conservatives are calling Manchin a hero for blocking the GND spending while progressives attack him.  This gives the impression that he is a centrist, above the fray, and wise in his outlooks toward the economy and budgeting.   However, it’s a ruse.  Joe Manchin knows, just like you do, that the next inflation report will be much lower.  He is positioning to support the climate change spending in September.

The scheming strategery of Joe Manchin is as predictable as the scheming strategery of Mitch McConnell.

The two wings of the UniParty duck seem still on the surface.  This type of ploy is exactly how DC is able to operate, paddling forward furiously, just below the surface; and almost no one can see what is happening.

Once you see the strings on the political marionettes, you can never return to that moment in the performance when you did not see them.  However, because too few people see them, almost everyone congregates in the lobby during the mid-term intermission asking, “hey, when did Texas become dependent on windmills?

Two Weeks After Anthony Fauci Finally Agreed No Further Testing on Beagles, Virginia Humane Society Trying to Find Homes for 4,000 Animal Test Beagles

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on July 15, 2022 | sundance

The Humane Society of Virginia is trying to find homes for 4.000 beagles, exactly two weeks after NIAID Director Anthony Fauci told congress he would no longer use beagles for allergy testing.

These two stories seem connected.

July 5, 2022 – Under fire from foes of federal animal testing, the agency headed by COVID-19 czar Anthony Fauci has canceled a plan to start new tests of allergy medicine on beagles, some as young as 6 months.

In a letter to Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) and promoted by the White Coat Waste Project, Fauci said that instead of dogs, the new hay fever drug will be tested on rodents.

“Although the contract to Inimmune Corporation proposed the use of murine and canine preclinical animal models, after consultation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the company elected to proceed using two rodent models only,” wrote Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. “No experiments utilizing the canine model are being conducted under this contract.”

[…] The letter was a big victory for Ernst and the animal rights group, which had started a popular hashtag campaign against the testing: #BeagleGate. (read more)

Yesterday, this next story surfaced:

July 15, 2022 – CUMBERLAND, Va. — The Humane Society of the United States says it is working fast to transfer thousands of dogs bred for medical research from a facility in Virginia.

On Wednesday, the Humane Society said that over the course of 60 days, they’d be transporting around 4,000 beagles in stages to shelters nationwide so they could be adopted. (read more)

4,000 beagles?

Good grief, is that the scale of Anthony Fauci’s beagle abuse?

Suspicious Beagle is, well, suspicious….
