USAID – A Criminal Organization Within the Deep State

I warned that what would be coming out about USAID would get much worse.

COMMENT: As one reader mentions, Elon is doing a bang-up job of exposing the state’s ultra-corruption.

I don’t know how Klaus Schwab will compete against you now that his welfare gravy train has been derailed.

The Clintons were shoveling $84M into their pockets.

USAID & CIA Were Behind Trump’s Impeachments

OCCRP Report Cover

OCCRP Meet the Florida Duo Helping Giuliani Investigate for Trump in Ukraine

To get Trump impeached, they relied on an Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) report that alleged that two Soviet-born Florida businessmen were “key hidden actors behind a plan” by Trump to investigate Biden and his actions via Ukraine. They connected Giuliani to two former Ukrainian prosecutors, and this was like the Steel Dossier. The OCCRP version was instrumental to the House Democrats’ impeachment claim off the ground. The report claimed that Trump dispatched Giuliani to pressure a foreign country to interfere in the 2020 presidential election. This pretend whistleblower cited this fake report four times to justify the impeachment of Trump.

There was even a 2024 German NDR documentary that investigated OCCRP’s dependence on the US government. Indeed, there was a USAID official who confirmed that USAID approves OCCRP’s “annual work plan” and approves new hires of “key personnel.” NDR, with French investigative news organization Mediapart, Italian new group Il Fatto Quotidiano, Reporters United in Greece, and Drop Site News in the United States, all got together to investigate.

OCCRP’s original funding allegedly came from the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the State Department. It appears that USAID/OCCRP may be interfering in foreign political situations. It has been alleged that there are connections to interfering in elections as well as organized attempts at regime change. NDR reported that this organization had “probably been responsible for five or six countries changing over from one government to another government.”

I warned you that this is going to get much worse. I wrote a book, The Plot to Seize Russia, where I was asked to put in $10 billion to fund Hermitage Capital to carry out a regime change in Russia. I refused. I was then held in civil contempt for seven years without charges until the Supreme Court ordered them to explain why I was being held. Then they released me.

I have had a front-row seat and seen far more than I ever desired.

Another Great Recipe for Pancakes

Making good pancakes is one of the easiest processes; however, you need just the right ingredients.  Consider this recipe next time:

2 large eggs

1 1/4 cups whole milk

4 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 3/4 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 tablespoon sugar

.

As expected, it continues: Y’all should know why by now…. Feb 3rd, 2025

The general public are befuddled. However, you guys should know exactly what is going on. Here’s the prior information, repeated.

Hopefully you guys are all making a little money. December 3rd, 2024

I’ve been talking about this since JD Vance was selected as the Vice President nominee.

Don’t let the Technocrats be the only ones benefitting.

.

This is transparently predictable.

Palantir benefits from DOGE.  That’s the financial mechanism to enhance the portfolio of the Technocrats.

Palantir provides the AI technology that enhances Facial Recognition software.  The “Real ID” requirement establishes the database.  Palantir provides the tech that takes the capture (facial image) and uses AI to scour the database, delivering a return.

Just as J6 targets were quickly identified using Palantir tech, so too will deportation efforts will be streamlined immensely.

Palantir will be the preferred surveillance tool used for a myriad of purposes.

♦ When the AI search and filter capability is merged with facial recognition, “Real ID”, and ultimately the NSA metadata; then adding fractal computing power and imagine the search results.  My concern is it’s only a matter of time before an Obama-type administration take power again.  What will that merged system look like if weaponized?

Palantir agreed to cooperate with the FBI and launched facial recognition AI on behalf of their federal contract with the FBI into the events of J6 attendees. The FBI arrests followed.  Palantir’s access to the DHS/TSA database, as granted by the FBI for use in their J6 targeting operation, can be looked upon as a beta test for how artificial intelligence could scour the national biometric database and deliver results.

Three key points:

(1) Palantir doesn’t have access to the full NSA metadata library yet. Concerningly that’s another part where Peter ThielElon Musk and JD Vance can come into play in (’28).

(2) Palantir (AI surveillance) is beta tested with various sub-silos (like FBI), under auspices of various legal authorities (like J6).

(3) Palantir’s product, combined with Real ID and biometrics, can also be used to identify and locate illegal criminal aliens.  Thus, the Tom Homan Deportation Operation benefits from incredible targeting efficiency.  But will DHS stop using it when the deportation program concludes?

As long as these systems are operating for good, then I look at the financial windfall to the technocrat group as no issue.  However, if those systems are weaponized for a process of targeting that violates the basic elements of our constitutional protection, then we have a problem.

“Politically Exposed Persons” outside the Big Club should be cautious.

Eyes wide open.

Love to all,

DeepSeek Launch

It was only a matter of time before an innovative mind created the next mainstream AI tool to compete with ChatGPT. In a massive step toward AI advancement, Liang Wenfeng of China launched DeepSeek, an open-source large language models (LLM) intended to compete if not one day overshadow ChatGPT. The launch immediately wiped $1 trillion off the US stock exchange and the tech competition between China and the US is coming to a head.

ChatGPT is run by OpenAI. Its creation marked the dawn of a new way of interacting with the internet and accessing information. Users can ask AI to instantaneously perform actions and it is reshaping the way the world operated. People have created businesses based on ChatGPT. There have been countless warnings of AI replacing human jobs. Governments are still uncertain how to regulate these services and the data they pull from users. Of course, countless services like ChatGPT have launched in recent years, but DeepSeek may be the next best alternative.

Wenfeng hired all the top minds graduating from Chinese universities and paid them top dollar to create DeepSeek for a fraction of what it took to create ChatGPT. OpenAI’s GPT-4, launched in 2023, cost $100 million to develop; DeepSeek-R1 began with a $6 million investment.

ChatGPT write own code

Semiconductor chips are shaping the tech race. It takes semiconductor chips to operate these AI programs and that has been an ongoing problem for American companies. Chinese companies do not have such problems. There is much speculation that ChatGPT did not require the estimated 10,000 GPUs and 3,500 NVIDIA servers. Nonetheless, DeepSeek is operating on less. Now, DeepSeek has around 50,000 NVIDIA H100 chips but they cannot speak about the matter due to US export controls.

President Trump stated that DeepSeek is a reminder that American companies need to be “laser focused” on competing with China. Everyone is impressed at the low operating costs. “Instead of spending billions and billions, you’ll spend less, and you’ll come up with, hopefully, the same solution,” Trump noted. Some US politicians are already calling for a ban. “The U.S. cannot allow CCP models such as DeepSeek to risk our national security and leverage our technology to advance their AI ambitions. We must work to swiftly place stronger export controls on technologies critical to DeepSeek’s AI infrastructure,” Rep. John Moolenaar, R-Mich., the chair of the House Select Committee on China, said Monday.

Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd, owned and funded by hedge fund High-Flyer has inserted $2 trillion into the US markets at the time of this writing. Critics claim that DeepSeek censors available information based on what the CCP will and will not permit. Still, investors seem extremely bullish on DeepSeek, which has already surpassed ChatGPT as the most downloaded AI app on the Apple app store.
