Mandating Vaccines Win in Courts

Here in Australia our last legal hope hinged on a case in the NSW Supreme court against mandatory vaccinations. I personally donated to this cause. They needed half a million they reckoned as the lawyer was going to cost $22K/day.

I don’t know if you knew of it (and if you managed to watch the live stream) but it was a complete sham. For $22K/day, the legal team for the plaintiff’s was pathetic. After listening for 2 days all we saw was a bumbling fool get torn apart by the judge. He literally had no case, he brought in so called experts that had nothing to do with the most serious questions, and at the end of it all, no one even knows what rights he was professing to claim and protect.

On monday, I suspect it will conclude and the judge will rule in favour of the NSW Govt. When this happens, all govts in Australia will unleash hell on all of us.

REPLY: This was a real shit-show, as they say. There are lawyers who are told on the side by the government to yield if you don’t want your career terminated. They threaten lawyers all the time in political cases. It is entirely possible that this was a sham. I cannot imagine paying any lawyer $22k a day. That was insane. The defense was not professional.

The ONLY way to win this is to tie it to the right to privacy. If they can mandate vaccines, then they can deny women the right to an abortion. The two are linked. A woman cannot have the right to abortion despite the theory it is her body, so it’s her choice, but then the government can mandate vaccines that are not proven. The two are inconsistent. I think you need a real lawyer who has his heart in it.

On Friday, Justice Sotomayor also declined to grant an injunction against NYC’s mandate. The ONLY way this can win is to tie it to abortion. The Democrats will not agree to overrule Roe v Wade, so you have to box them in.

You’ve taught the current “loss of confidence in government” cycle doesn’t peak until 2032.

Are you surprised how much confidence has been lost and how authoritative government has become this early in the cycle?

ANSWER: No. Everything is on track. Even the forecast from 1985 that the 2016 election would be the first opportunity for a third party president to take office was indeed correct with Trump winning the election. Forget if you liked or hated him. He was the FIRST nonpolitician to ever take office who also was not elected because he was a military general like Washington or Eisenhower. He took office right to the day of the pi target in this wave (1985.65 + 31.4. = 2017.05).

We entered the authoritarian phase in 2020. They are using Biden as a puppet. He just reads the cards and went from claiming they would never impose mandatory vaccines to fining companies $70,000 per incident for an employee refusing to be vaccinated. What the hell is so damn important with the vaccines?

Norway has dropped all restrictions because the death rate is no worse than the flu. This COVID mandate is clearly for some nefarious political agenda, which has yet to come out.

Now we have Panic Cycles in politics for the first time since the 1930s. These are due in 2022 and 2024. This has been laid out in this year’s WEC reports.

The Australian mining magnate and politician Clive Palmer has outright called out Gladys Berejiklian for taking bribes by Big Pharm in New South Wales. If this is true in a province/state in Australia, it is true right up to the federal level around the world.

Meanwhile, the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, who blew open the Panama Papers, has dug up the dirt on politicians. Tony Blair is the classic example. You create a corporation, put in millions in real estate, the politician then buys a share of the company at a fraction of its assets and are paid under the table in a tax-free deal. They then go on TV and bash the hated rich, despite entering office broke and leaving extremely wealthy, set for life.

U.S. Attorney General Instructs FBI to Begin Investigating Parents Who Challenge School Board Policy and Decisions

With zero specific citations to support the claimed threats, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland has now instructed the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI, aka political state police) to target and investigate any parents who challenge local school board policies.  [DOJ Announcement Here]  The objective appears to be an overt threat to intimidate parents who are actively engaged in their child’s school education.

On behalf of militant teachers unions, the Biden regime does not want school policy (COVID) or indoctrination lesson-plans (Critical Race Theory) to be challenged.  To execute their objective the intensely political FBI has now been activated against parents in all 50 states.  [Targeting Memo Link]

The goal is to label dissident parents, non-conforming free range citizens, as “Domestic Terrorists.”  The FBI will use the assembly of Big Tech social monitors to identify the targets for investigation.   If parents do not want to see their child forced to wear a mask or have a needle injected into their arm while being told their skin color makes them less worthy of life, that person will become a target of the federal police.

Doctor Performs Blood and Immune System Test Before and After COVID Vaccination, The Alarming Results Motivate Him to Share This Video

Dr. Nathan Thompson was approached by a long-term patient, we will call him Mr. Smith, who was being forced by his employer to get the COVID-19 vaccine.   Mr. Smith and Dr. Thompson have a long history together, as the doctor helped his patient change his lifestyle and eliminate Mr Smith’s type-2 diabetes.

Because Mr. Smith has a long history of blood tests to form the baseline for his healthy immune system; and because the patient was being forced to take the COVID-19 vaccination; Dr. Thompson and Mr. Smith decided to take comparison blood tests after the first shot and after the second shot to see if/ how the patient’s blood-work was impacted by the vaccine.  The doctor states his, “Jaw dropped after seeing the blood test results following the second shot.”

The results alarmed Doctor Thompson so much, with the patient’s permission, Thompson felt compelled to record this video and share the results.  Overall, the blood-work showed a massive negative impact to the natural immune system of the patient.   Because his patient is now more at risk after the vaccination, Dr. Thompson is left with multiple questions; including how long will this vaccine-induced autoimmune compromise last in his patient?   WATCH:

New York Largest Healthcare Provider Fires 1,400 Workers For Non-Compliance With COVID Vaccination Requirement

Two points.  #1) New York is shutting down healthcare provider services due to lack of human resources.  #2) New York’s largest healthcare provider, Northwell Health, just fired 1,400 workers for failing to take the forced vaccination.  Both of these points are currently facts in New York state.

NEW YORK – Northwell Health announced Monday that the company let go of 1,400 employees who decided not to comply with the state’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers.

“Northwell regrets losing any employee under such circumstances, but as health care professionals and members of the largest health care provider in the state, we understand our unique responsibility to protect the health of our patients and each other,” a spokesperson for Northwell Health said in a statement.
