CNN Interviews Brad Parscale, Then Accidentally Notes the DNC 2020 Strategy…

This is a little funny.  CNN’s Dana Bash interviews President Trump’s 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale.  The discussion is about the election, but on a granular level is really about data use in the 2020 election.  Parscale has given these interviews before, the one with PBS [SEE HERE] is much better.

However, the more interesting aspect to the interview actually comes after the segment when CNN’s Jake Tapper happens to note what the DNC is attempting to do.  Within Tapper’s remarks he happens to outline why the DNC is running the crew currently enlisted as candidates.  Watch specifically at the 04:00 point.

.What Tapper notes as the urgent data collection priority of the DNC is specifically the reason why the club has enlisted Beto to draw-in the community they need to harvest.  The Democrats, specifically young democrats, have no idea how the ‘club’ plans to use them.

It is important to remember the DNC and RNC are private clubs. The club rules and processes have have no direct connection to the administration of government.

The DNC and RNC are completely private organizations with the ability to make their own rules, membership terms, conditions and agendas. You’d be surprised how many people do not know that simple point.

Because they are private clubs it is always laughable when politicians talk about “campaign finance reform”. Quite simply if either club -or both- wanted to put limits or restrictions on the financial side of their club membership or activity, they could; easy peasy. Those rules have nothing to do with government; the clubs make the decisions not to do so.

The introduction of Robert Francis O’Rourke was weak at best.  There was little to no fanfare from the DNC club.  The roll out was horrible.  This is not the entrance of ‘the chosen one‘.

The unofficial ‘chosen one‘, the intended party donor candidate, will not surface until April or May 2019. The DNC is predictable; it’s a club. It’s far too early for the anointed candidate to surface.

Planning, scheming, endless meetings, talking points, operational organization and strategy is one of the key elements of the Democrat party.  This is what they do.  This is all they do.  It might seem weird at first, but the DNC club is not chaotic; and, from my perspective, that is their weakness. It makes them predictable.The Democrats rarely, if ever, go off script.

Now, let’s get down to business….

Remember, the DNC is a private club. They set their own member rules, bylaws and regulations.

The DNC is a private club, they do not need to allow anyone to become a member. The DNC controls the terms for membership.

Most voters have no idea about how the RNC and DNC being private clubs plays into U.S. elections. Let’s talk about the open secret.

Like any club, there are dues or fees associated with being a member. However, the primary currency for members to receive support from the DNC club does not revolve around direct payments to the club. Instead, the club membership agreement is based upon a much more valuable currency of data gathering. The citizens, or individual voters, represent the data the club needs to collect.  The data is the game now.

Private companies like: Apple, Google, Facebook and Amazon have business models that are dependent on data collection. The data is you. Your data is valuable. When they have your data; your phone number, address, email, bank account,IP address, geolocation identifiers, pictures, vehicle location etc. they then have control over your profile. In essence, they know you… and they know your contacts… and your family… and your friends… and your work…. and your dentist… and your diet… and your secrets.

If you use your phone a lot, most people do, your phone holds a lot of your data. When you plug your phone into your computer the operating software downloads your phone data and transfers it to file sharing systems for transmission via the internet. Log on to a wifi network and the router automatically uploads that data to the host. If you plug your phone into a vehicle enabled with GPS or Bluetooth tech the same thing happens; the car downloads your phone data and then transmits it to the vehicle data-center.

Rental car companies make just as much money selling the uploaded phone data of rental car users as they do from the traditional business model of renting you the depreciating car.

In the business realm, the assembled profile allows the data owners to track you and influence you toward purchasing decisions. You, that is your ‘data profile’, then becomes a commodity; a currency of sorts. As a commodity the business can sell your data to another business who aggregates thousands, perhaps millions, of other profiles. Take a picture with your phone and voila, you’ve just shared data with the provider.

Your data is valuable.

The currency of the private club (RNC or DNC) is based on this model. Data is the trade-able currency for club membership. If you want to be an important club member; if you want the support of the club’s leadership; well, gather more data. Gather a lot of data and that data file is worth a great deal to the club management. They too want to influence your decisions.

Even if Joe Biden wanted to, he cannot gather the data needed for a 2020 presidential bid; Biden cannot pack an arena with 10,000 high-energy voters. So if the club wants to support Biden (or another party-favored milquetoast candidate), they need another method for data collection.

Enter Bernie Sanders….

Bernie is a great capitalist.

Bernie is perhaps the greatest capitalist on the left side of the ledger.

Bernie Sanders as a political candidate is a great harvester of data. What makes Bernie’s harvest so valuable is the type of data profile he is harvesting. Bernie is harvesting from a key audience. For whatever reason, the valuable audience loves Bernie. Jane and Bernie love the value of the audience data. Yum.

Bernie and Jane know their how to exploit their business model for their benefit. The DNC club loves that Jane and Bernie know how to harvest. The club pays Bernie and Jane a premium because their harvest product is full of healthy young data nutrients.

The club also doesn’t want to undermine Jane and Bernie’s efforts; so they wait. Bernie and Jane know the club is waiting for the deposit; the club rules require it. Jane and Bernie have their eyes on a very nice house. The future is bright for Bernie and Jane.

And so it goes…. and so it goes.

March is harvest month for Bernie and Jane. After the harvest the club will pay handsomely and then all will cheer.

The same role and responsibility applies to Beto; this is why President Obama visited Beto.  However, unlike Bernie, Beto might just be stupid enough not to realize his role.

Additionally, just like the unsuspecting young couple who plugged their phone into the convenient rental car charger and gave away their data, the Bernie and Beto data providers will be oblivious.

It’s Mueller Time!

While the Democrats and Trump haters were desperately counting on Mueller’s report, anyone with a shred of common sense would have known there would not be any such connection between Trump and Putin to win the election. The entire theory that Putin hacked the Democrats to release emails on Hillary to ensure Trump would win the election was really absurd. If the emails had been ALTERED, then this scenario would have been possible. Even if we assume that Putin ordered the hacking, then this would have to ASSUME that what the Democrats were doing was outright illegal. Such an act could have been carried out by the FBI and there would have been such allegations. To me, it would have been different if the emails were fake for that would have suggested that it was a plot to defeat Hillary. But that was just not the case.

Now ex-British spy, Christopher Steele, who created the Trump-Russia dossier for Hillary, described some of the steps he took to verify the information he collected. He admitted he took material from an anonymous CNN website for public comments, iReport, which no longer operates. He claims he did not know it was not reliable and just gossip because he assumed it was under the CNN banner.

A new USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll finds that trust in Mueller has eroded and half of Americans agree with President Donald Trump’s contention that he has been the victim of a “witch hunt.” The fall out does not fare well for the Democrats who have been pushing this agenda to win the White House in 2020.

The hopes of blasting Trump with this report have been fading quickly behind the curtain. That does not mean that the Democrats will not try to raise the issue out of desperation. Nevertheless, what lies on the horizon is very much the riots we have witnessed outside the USA with the rise of the Yellow Vest movement.

In the United States, we will begin to see civil unrest rise for the election cycle. However, the world economy is in serious trouble for the central banks of both Japan and Europe have no ability to even do anything for the economy. China, on the other hand, has rejected any Quantitative Easing as they have witnessed the complete failure of the ECB, which has not just destroyed the European bond market, but it has turned the people of Europe into collateral damage

Representative Doug Collins Explains The Reasoning and Sequencing of House Transcript Releases…

House Judiciary Committee ranking member Doug Collins appears with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the reasoning and sequencing of congressional transcript releases highlighting the FBI and DOJ officials who participated in the political weaponization of their offices.

According to Representative Collins there will be more releases of congressional transcripts timed and sequenced to tell the details behind a very complex story.

I hope Doug Collins is successful in his plan to lay out the factual events in a manner that people will be able to understand and comprehend.  Unfortunately, I temper my optimism with knowledge of how Republicans tend to play too-cute-by-half  when they are tasked with creating a digestible narrative.  They’re just not good at it.

Honest and diligent politicians, not being as skilled in the dark arts as their UniParty adversaries; and suffering from decades of battered conservative syndrome; have a tendency to get lost in the weeds.  This allows their opposition to cloud, obfuscate and Alinsky the righteous opposition.

Official Deep Inside Obama-Era Defense Intelligence Agency Pleads Guilty to Spying For China…

When Senator Chuck Schumer said the “intelligence community has six ways to Sunday to get back at you“, few realized he meant the IC were treasonous spies and the “you” was our country.  An official within the DIA from 2014 to 2018 was selling U.S. intelligence secrets to China and he plead guilty today (full pdf below).

(Justice Department) Ron Rockwell Hansen, 58, a resident of Syracuse, Utah, and a former Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) officer, pleaded guilty today in the District of Utah in connection with his attempted transmission of national defense information to the People’s Republic of China. Sentencing is set for Sept. 24, 2019.

Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers, U.S. Attorney John Huber for the District of Utah and Special Agent in Charge Paul Haertel of the FBI’s Salt Lake City Field Office announced the charges.

Hansen retired from the U.S. Army as a Warrant Officer with a background in signals intelligence and human intelligence. He speaks fluent Mandarin-Chinese and Russian. DIA hired Hansen as a civilian intelligence case officer in 2006. Hansen held a Top Secret clearance for many years, and signed several non-disclosure agreements during his tenure at DIA and as a government contractor.

As Hansen admitted in the plea agreement, in early 2014, agents of a Chinese intelligence service targeted Hansen for recruitment and he began meeting with them regularly in China. During those meetings, the Chinese agents described to Hansen the type of information that would interest the Chinese intelligence service.

During the course of his relationship with the agents of the Chinese intelligence service, Hansen received hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation for information he provided them, including information he gathered at various industry conferences. Between May 24, 2016 and June 2, 2018, Hansen solicited from an intelligence case officer working for the DIA national defense information that Hansen knew the Chinese intelligence service would find valuable.

Hansen agreed to act as a conduit to sell that information to the Chinese. Hansen advised the DIA case officer how to record and transmit classified information without detection, and explained how to hide and launder any funds received as payment for classified information. The DIA case officer reported Hansen’s conduct to the DIA and subsequently acted as a confidential human source for the FBI.

As Hansen further admitted in the plea agreement, Hansen met with the DIA case officer on June 2, 2018, and received from that individual documents containing national defense information that Hansen previously solicited.

The documents Hansen received were classified. The information in the documents related to the national defense of the United States in that it related to United States military readiness in a particular region and was closely held by the United States government. Hansen reviewed the documents, queried the DIA case officer about their contents, and took written notes about the materials relating to the national defense information.

Hansen advised the DIA case officer that he would remember most of the details about the documents he received that day and would conceal some notes about the material in the text of an electronic document that Hansen would prepare at the airport before leaving for China. Hansen intended to provide the information he received to the agents of the Chinese intelligence service with whom he had been meeting, and Hansen knew that the information was to be used to the injury of the United States and to the advantage of a foreign nation. U.S. tech companies won’t help the U.S. military, but they will help the Chinese Military? Chinese 5G tech products set up for data collection.  U.S. congress members and senators oppose Trump’s new trade proposals, but they support existing one-way pro-China trade.  The entire Wall Street and financial punditry class rail against Trump’s tariffs against China….  Anyone else noticing a pattern here?

Border Security Vote – McConnell Unleashes Two-Thirds of Decepticon Caucus to Keep Borders Open…

The support for the U.S. Chamber’s open-border initiative is McConnell’s strongest showing yet that he controls almost enough votes to support impeachment; if the President continues to advance policy initiatives not supported by The Chamber and Business Roundtable.

Despite McConnell’s effort/threat President Trump has vowed to veto the resolution.

Between Tom Donohue and the Business Roundtable they spent almost $118,000,000 last year funding UniParty votes for their Wall Street initiatives and legislation.  Open-ended immigration is the holy grail for the multinationals.  Their K-Street community will not allow border security without putting up a very serious fight.  There are trillions at stake.

Report: Weissmann Leaving Mueller Team and Justice Department…

According to an NPR report, and confirmed by secondary sourcing, Andrew Weissmann is soon to depart the special counsel probe of Robert Mueller.  According to special counsel spokesman Peter Carr “Andrew Weissmann will be concluding his detail to the Special Counsel’s Office in the near future.”

The intensely political Mr. Weissmann is not just leaving the Special Counsel, he is also leaving his job at the Justice Department.  He will be teaching at NYU.

Additionally, this announcement happens just one day before the March 15th deadline by representatives Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows for new Attorney General William Barr to respond about numerous conflicts of interest surrounding Weissmann and his engagements with the 2016 DOJ election effort to stop Donald Trump.

WASHINGTON DC – One of the most prominent members of special counsel Robert Mueller’s team investigating Russia’s attack on the 2016 presidential election will soon leave the office and the Justice Department, two sources close to the matter tell NPR.

Andrew Weissmann, the architect of the case against former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, will study and teach at New York University and work on a variety of public service projects, including his longstanding interest in preventing wrongful convictions by shoring up forensic science standards used in courts, the sources added.

The departure is the strongest sign yet that Mueller and his team have all but concluded their work.  (read more)

The mission of the jihadi/jihada (one who engages in holy “war with non-Muslims to establish the religion”) is to bring Islamic law, sharia, to the world, whether through peaceful or violent means, and Ilhan Omar has dutifully begun her vocation for Allah, who is described in the Quran as the greatest deceiver of them all.  It goes on to say that ALL deception belongs completely to Allah, that Allah actually raises wicked individuals to deceive and scheme, and commands people to do evil so that he may then have reason to destroy them – for Islamic supremacy.  Mohammed led by example when he broke promises and treaties with three Jewish tribes, Banu Qaynuqa (624), Banu Nadir (625) and Banu Qurayza (627), and subsequently beheaded all the men, captured and enslaved the women and children, and enriched himself and his troops with the towns’ bounties.  We must therefore recognize that Omar is mandated by religious doctrine to emulate Mohammed’s deception, using any means possible against her victims to advance the Islamic ideology.  “When hate crimes against [her] and [her] followers don’t exist, they have to be invented,” to deflect attention from the jihadi onto the Muslims as victims.

Since her installation as a member of Congress, Omar has repeatedly censured Israel and Israeli and American Jews, making antisemitism acceptable and freely spoken by the re-awakening antisemitic community.  Her allegations are a stealth technique of projection, as when the subject attributes his own unpleasant traits, impulses or ideas to another.  For instance, Omar accuses Israelis of “abuse against women,” “apartheid” and “occupation,” distinctly Muslim deeds.  She accuses Jews of dual loyalty to Israel, but not people of, say, the Palestinian territories, Somalia, Iran, Central and South America, who might donate their earnings to provide financial assistance to their homelands.  Lest we forget, these three Muslim lands are known supporters of terrorism, whereas Israel is known to be the only democratic country in the Middle East, one of America’s most steadfast allies, and one that provides services that benefit people throughout the world – and this is the one she denigrates and boycotts.  There can be no other valid reason except the centuries-nurtured visceral hate.

Ilhan Omar’s hostility is clearly defined by Islamic law as against Judaism, a religion that follows the Torah and Commandments for morality over evil.  When Mohammed’s new religion was rejected by Jews and Christians for such pagan superstitions as circling the Ka’bah, and for its violent proselytizing, to name just two reasons, he turned their prayer direction to Mecca and against those who rebuked him, slaughtering thousands and seizing their treasure.  It is this resentment that was instilled into Mohammed’s followers.  They are removed from every aspect of individual freedom and bound to carry his millstone of hate and envy.

And here is the tactic.  While Omar attempts to delegitimize the Jewish community’s allegiance to America, and her coreligionists work to delegitimize the Jewish bond to Israel (even to destroying holy relics dating back 3,000 years), she hides her own history and failings, that she will never assimilate, is not to be trusted, and will work to delegitimize our Constitution with sharia.

Islam’s blame/shame culture is why this jihada will never admit to and apologize for her actions. Omar scarcely walks back her numerous canards when she immediately restates her free speech prerogatives to criticize Israel’s policies, using old antisemitic myths about Jews and money, as though Islam’s oil wealth has had no influence on our western banking, the media, our lower grades and universities, and indeed the entire United Nations.  Her vague apologies have never actually acknowledged her wrongdoing or responsibility, and she would obviously run a repeat performance.  She has also used the infamous Muslim Brotherhood maneuver, inserting the shrewd, devious warning that she must never be condemned “for being Muslim,” the Islamophobic threat intended to intimidate any who would contest her word.  She is not naïve.  Highly adept in her cunning, she is guilty of a fervent allegiance to Islam that supersedes any loyalty to America and, regrettably, she appears to have completely hoodwinked the inexcusably credulous Nancy Pelosi.

“Islam wishes to destroy all States and Governments anywhere on the face of the earth which are opposed to the ideology and programme of Islam regardless of the country or the nation which rules it. The purpose of Islam is to set up a State on the basis of its own ideology and programme, … regardless of … which nation is undermined in the process of the establishment of an ideological Islamic State.”  – Abul Maududi, one of the two most widely read and respected Islamic thinkers of the 20th Century. “

“The goal of Islam is to rule the entire world and submit all of mankind to the faith of Islam. Any nation or power that gets in the way of that goal, Islam will fight and destroy.” – Islamic Law and Constitution, pg. 262)

In the late 18th century, the Muslim Ambassador Adja explained that the Quran  gives Muslims the right and duty to make war against all, make slaves of prisoners, and that every Musselman who is slain in battle was sure to go to Paradise.   The Wahhabi-type Muslim radicals, named for the Barbary Pirates from the Barbary Coast of North Africa, waged terrorist attacks through two decades.  After a four-year war, a treaty was signed to end the aggression in 1805.

Yesterday’s Islamic Barbary pirates are today’s Islamic Somalian pirates from the same region, with the same pronouncements of jihad against the West.  It now includes those who participate in “large scale mass migrations [that] become invasions,” known as hijrah. It overtook the Middle East, is prevalent through much of Europe, and is with us now, which is why the Arab countries refuse to take in their own refugees.  Aided by the Left, the goal is to overtax the economy, tear down the wealthiest nations, redraw demographics and culture, and secure positions where they can work to overturn our civility and government.

Ilhan Omar, a Somalian Muslim, took her oath of office on the Quran, as did Rashida Tlaib, the “Palestinian” who wrapped herself in the Palestinian flag.  In so doing, they pledged their allegiance not to the United States of America, but to Allah.  Additionally, Omar is suspected of having ties to the radical Muslim Brotherhood (MB), and herein lies the projection connection.   While she accuses Jews of duplicity, we must always reinterpret what the devotee of Islam says, particularly one who has been a keynote speaker for the IRUSA (Islamic Relief USA), the largest, global, Muslim fundraising group with terrorist ties, and CAIR (Council of American Islamic Relations), listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorist fundraising operation in US history.  As MB affiliates, these women seem to be working to support subversive factions aligned to destroy America and Western civilization.

And while it was unexpected to hear her recent criticism of President Obama, considering his affection for Islam, and for other “flawed” presidents, Omar may be promoting herself and the new Progressives as the real “hope and change.”  It may have been an unguarded moment when she expressed disdain for everything American, or perhaps she hopes to prepare the directionless youth, who’ve been deprived of their identity, religion, history, and reason, to submit to governance by another – Allah.

Intriguing Implication Within Nellie Ohr Testimony: Nellie Ohr Approached Glenn Simpson for a Job in Sept 2015?…

The Epoch Times, via Jeff Carlson, has apparently gained access to the transcript of testimony from Nellie Ohr. Most of the back-story of Nellie Ohr working for the CIA as an Open Source Works contractor was previously discovered by CTH during earlier research; and again the transcript is not provided by Epoch.

However, while the transcript is not provided, there is a very intriguing implication within their description/interpretation of the testimony (emphasis mine):

[…] Beginning in September 2015, Ohr began working for Fusion GPS. Ohr told investigators that she “read an article in the paper that mentioned Glenn Simpson. And I remembered because he had been a Wall Street Journal reporter working on things like Russian crime and corruption, so I recognized the name. I was underemployed at that time and I was looking for opportunities.”

When later questioned as to her previous knowledge of Simpson, Ohr stated, “I had been at a conference that he was at. I don’t recall directly talking with him at that conference, and I don’t know whether he knew who, you know, who I was other than the fact that I attended that conference.”

Ohr acknowledged to congressional investigators that Simpson was acquainted with her husband, Bruce Ohr. (read more)

The implication here is that Nellie Ohr approached Fusion-GPS owner Glenn Simpson for a job; essentially to work on political opposition research files Fusion-GPS was assembling in 2015.  This is distinctly different from Glenn Simpson seeking out Nellie Ohr, and opens the entire background to larger ramifications.

Our research has always indicated that Nellie’s work product was transmitted to Christopher Steele as part of an intelligence laundry process.   Chris Steele laundered Nellie’s information, provided second verification where possible, formatted into an official intelligence file, and returned that file -now named the Steele Dossier- to the FBI.

However, if it becomes verified that it was CIA contracted (former or current) Nellie Ohr who approached Simpson, then it becomes possible, perhaps likely, the intelligence information (seeds carried by Nellie), originated from the CIA.

Nellie Ohr petitioning Glenn Simpson for a job would be an explosive change in the dynamic.  However, it could further explain some other unusual side-issues including why Nellie suddenly started using a HAM radio.

First, this revelation would imply that an inside government effort from the CIA was likely the origination of material that Nellie would “discover” while working for Fusion.  Under this possibility the laundry process would have two washes.

The first wash was from some unknown CIA intelligence sources to Nellie Ohr…. The second wash was from Nellie Ohr to Christopher Steele (the second wash we always knew).

Second, whether Glenn Simpson knew of Nellie’s intent, or was likely willfully blind, is another question.  I tend to think it didn’t really matter.  Simpson hired Nellie to get valuable oppo-research he could turn into a commodity.

Simpson wouldn’t necessarily care how Nellie found the information, and he knew her background in the intelligence research community. The commodity was always the Trump-research file; which was then sold to the Clinton campaign after the contract with the DNC was made through Perkins Coie.

If Nellie Ohr sought out Glenn Simpson for the job in 2015, not vice-versa, then it would appear a sting operation from within the CIA (John Brennan) was underway and long planned.

This set-up and design would align with what we already know about the CIA using foreign intelligence assets (Five Eyes etc.) overseas to run against loosely connected Trump campaign people to dirty them up and give the impression needed to initiate the FBI counterintelligence operation known as “Operation Crossfire Hurricane” in July 2016.

If it is factually accurate that Nellie Ohr approached Glenn Simpson, and was part of a process of using that cover to plant corrupt CIA dossier seeds for use by Christopher Steele, then it makes sense Nellie Ohr’s communications with government officials, and the usurping intelligence community, would be a risk; a very serious risk.

Necessitating some very unusual communication safeguards.

•On July 31st, 2016 the FBI opened a counterintelligence investigation against the Trump campaign. They did not inform congress until March 2017.

•At the beginning of August (1st-3rd) 2016 FBI Agent Peter Strzok traveled to London, England for interviews with UK intelligence officials.

•On August 15th, 2016 Peter Strzok sends a text message to DOJ Lawyer Lisa Page describing the “insurance policy“, needed in case Hillary Clinton were to lose the election.

There was a previous line of inquiry surrounding the originating “EC” or “electronic communication” that was generated by CIA Director John Brennan and passed on to FBI Director James Comey. The EC initiated the FBI Counterintelligence Operation.

Specifically, House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes has asked about a redacted name within the “EC”, which has led to the DOJ and FBI claiming to release the name would compromise the individual.  This is one of those declassification docs we need.

All of these inquires, and refusals, center around the origination authority for the FBI Counterintelligence operation. The origination led to the FISA warrant. Remember that.

Chairman Nunes sent Main Justice a classified letter asking questions. DOJ responded saying they would not comply with providing information (letter)  The Washington Post claimed Nunes was looking for information on an FBI/DOJ ‘source’: “a U.S. citizen who has provided intelligence to the CIA and FBI.” Additionally, this “source” was later also described by WaPo as a witness for Robert Mueller’s ongoing investigation.

Remember the Peter Strzok trip to London?  The source of John Brennan’s “EC” was later confirmed as FBI and CIA operative Stefan Halper a foreign policy expert and Cambridge professor with connections to the CIA and its British counterpart, MI6.

So, what did Stefan Halper do?

Simple, his job was to locate then dirty-up anyone he could convince: 1) to meet with him; 2) engage in his requests; and 3) engage contacts he set up.  Halper was setting up a classic operation to use unknown “useful idiots” to give the appearance of Russian allies/actors.

Halper provided the underlying imaging, the optics needed for the “EC” referral; which Brennan then used to trigger James Comey; who originated the FBI Counterintelligence Operation.

The fraudulent origin, in combination with the October FISA warrant needed for surveillance gathering, would drive the insurance policy that Peter Strzok described to Lisa Page.
