Special Counsel John Durham previously submitted his 306-page report on Matters Related to the Intelligence Community Efforts in the 2016 Election [pdf HERE]. There is also a 48-page classified appendix available to cleared members of Congress.

On Tuesday June 20th, Durham will deliver a classified briefing to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI); the following day, Wednesday June 21st, Durham will testify in a public setting before the House Judiciary Committee.

WASHINGTON DC – Special Counsel John Durham will testify in front of the House Judiciary Committee about his report in June, a source has told Fox News on Friday.

The hearing will happen on Wednesday, June 21. The day before, Durham will appear before the House Intelligence Committee in a closed-door briefing.

Durham has found that the Department of Justice and FBI “failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law” when it launched the Trump-Russia investigation. (read more)

We have a little less than a month to assemble questions for both the classified (HPSCI) briefing, and the public (HJC) hearing.

If you have traveled the deep weeds and have a specific line of questioning you think might be pertinent to either committee 😉, I am including the Republican names of both the HPSCI and HJC below.   The HPSCI members can ask anything – including questions directly related to classified intelligence.  The HJC members will not be limited in their questions but might find a non-answer in return to anything considered classified.

The FISA silo would likely fall into the classified questioning, depending on the specifics of the inquiry.  Questions involving the CIA and/or ODNI involvement may also be best explored in the HPSCI briefing.

HPSCI Republicans (classified briefing):

  • Michael Turner, Chairman 10th District of Ohio
  • Brad Wenstrup, 2nd District of Ohio
  • Chris Stewart, 2nd District of Utah
  • Rick Crawford, 1st District of Arkansas
  • ♦♦Elise Stefanik, 21st District of New York
  • Trent Kelly, 1st District of Mississippi
  • Darin LaHood, 18th District of Illinois
  • Brian Fitzpatrick, 1st District of Pennsylvania
  • Mike Gallagher, 8th District of Wisconsin
  • Austin Scott, 8th District of Georgia
  • French Hill, 2nd District of Arkansas
  • Dan Crenshaw, 2nd District of Texas
  • Mike Waltz, 6th District of Florida
  • ♦♦Mike Garcia, 27th District of California

.

House Judiciary Committee Republicans (public briefing):

  • Jim Jordan, Chairman Ohio 4th CD
  • Darrell Issa, California 48th CD
  • Ken Buck, Colorado 4th CD
  • ♦♦Matt Gaetz, Florida 1st CD
  • ♦♦Mike Johnson, Louisiana 4th CD
  • ♦♦Andy Biggs, Arizona 5th CD
  • Tom McClintock, California 5th CD
  • Thomas Tiffany, Wisconsin 7th CD
  • Thomas Massie, Kentucky 4th CD
  • Chip Roy, Texas 21st CD
  • ♦♦Dan Bishop, North Carolina 8th CD
  • Victoria Spartz, Indiana 5th CD
  • Scott Fitzgerald, Wisconsin 5th CD
  • Cliff Benz, Oregon 2nd CD
  • Ben Cline, Virginia 6th CD
  • Lance Gooden, Texas 5th CD
  • Jeff Van Drew, New Jersey 2nd CD
  • Barry Moore, Alabama 2nd CD
  • Troy Nehls, Texas 22nd CD
  • Russell Fry, South Carolina 7th CD
  • ♦♦Harriet Hageman, Wyoming At Large
  • Wesley Hunt, Texas 38th CD
  • Kevin Kiley, California 3rd CD
  • Laurel Lee, Florida 15th CD
  • Nathaniel Moran, Texas 1st CD

.

♦♦ Gaetz, Johnson, Biggs, Bishop and Hageman are the best chance for solid HJC questions that are pertinent.   I strongly suggest you send questions to this group, even if they are outside your CD.  However, if your area representative is also on the committee, copy them on your questions.

Unfortunately, we have a weak set on the HPSCI with only Stefanik and maybe Garcia for the targeted questions.

If you have questions, drop them in the comments section.  If you are looking for advice on the questions, drop that in the comments section as well.  We need to light up these committees with contact from people who understand the background issues.

We have time to submit the questions.  Make them as specific as possible, and include the follow-up questions based on anticipated responses.  Send them yourself to the members of the committee you want to have ask them.  Do not send them to me.  I have questions and will review the comments to add to my own list – but make the questions from you to the members.

There are people who prefer to complain about nothing being done.  Please understand, we are all in a foxhole right now, ducking, weaving, trying to find tools to push back against this corrupt system.  This is an opportunity to put information into the hands of those who may ask the right questions.

They may ask, they may not… but if we don’t try, we know the answer will be not.  I get it! I know it is easy to become despondent; believe me, sometimes I feel like I’m out here swinging a machete all alone against this swamp, but I’m not quitting.  Suck it up… get focused.  Our nation needs your help.

Review the prior CTH articles posted about The Durham Report, and put your thoughts together.   We have until mid-June to make a solid case with our representatives.

Do, or do not, there is no “try”.

You are worth it. You really are.

More later…

Corporate Equality Index 2023 – New Criteria for the Woke Credit Score

Armstrong Economics Blog/Corruption Re-Posted May 26, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

(old ratings featured above; deemed not inclusive enough)

I mentioned how the Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is the reason companies are going WOKE. This is the imaginary social credit score based on a company’s adherence to WOKE policies. The Human Right Campaign (HRC), a massive international political lobbying group that dictates the CEI score, employs 39 million workers globally. George Soros and the Open Society Foundation fund the HRC directly.

The 2023 Corporate Equality Index toolkit has a point system for various woke policies. The new policy has expanded these woke policies and makes it increasingly difficult for companies to operate outside of the far-left narrative. For example, spousal and partner benefits can earn a company up to 20 possible points. An employee does not need to be legally married for their partner “regardless of sex” to receive benefits, which include surrogacy benefits, expensive IVF treatments, foster care assistance, cryopreservation, and adoption assistance.

Transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits (25 possible points) entail a full page of demands, including puberty blockers and hormone therapy for minors, and reconstructive surgical reassignment surgery (including reconstructive chest, breast, and genital procedures). Employers “MUST” offer these procedures to all employees. They must also offer at least five out of 10 “essential services,” including travel expenses, tracheal shaving, facial feminization surgery, voice modification surgery, voice therapy, and hair removal surgery.

Outreach or engagement to the broader LGBTQ+ community is worth 15 points, meaning that businesses must show they are either trying to recruit more gay employees, working with gay-friendly third parties, providing philanthropic support to at least one LGBTQ+ organization, and more. This criterion is forcing businesses to recruit other businesses into the woke agenda. Forget qualifications! As long as they’re part of the gay community, they’re hired.

The criteria for a 100 CEI score rose dramatically in just one year. Religious organizations or employers are demonized for holding true to their values. Are we really forcing employers to pay for breast augmentations and voice therapy? The most disturbing piece is that employers must now provide “gender-affirming care” procedures to the CHILDREN of their employees. If you look around, nearly every business is adhering to this agenda as the CEI social credit score has become just as important as the ESG climate social credit score.

Is the Rise of LGBTQ Part of the Decline & Fall of the West?

Armstrong Economics Blog/ECM Re-Posted May 25, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

QUESTION: What do you think about Target now selling books on this transgender stuff for even first graders? This has gone full circle from recognizing their rights to pushing their influential anti-religion on everyone else. We should boycott Target like Bud from what I see.

SD

ANSWER: This has indeed gone from equal rights to denying civil and religious rights of everyone else. Target rolled out its Pride collection offering over 2,000 products, including books for kids aged 2–8 with titles like “Pride 1,2,3,” “Bye Bye, Binary,” and “I’m Not a Girl.” Target also suggested “The Pronoun Book” to kids aged 0–3.

If they wanted to crucify Epstein as a pedophile for having girls 16 and 17, which are legal ages in Europe and Asia, they do not even teach sex education at such a tender young age. Barbie and Ken dolls did not have genitalia when my daughter was growing up. So now showing child pornography is prison time but not books like these teaching sex to pre-puberty children?

I am just glad I am not raising kids today. I would agree to not shop at Target and I would no longer take my children to Disney.

It is one thing to discriminate against LGBTQ, and another to promote it shoving it down children’s throats at such a young age. This is all going too far and instead of promoting equal rights, it is severely dividing the country offending the religious rights of others. How about we teach atheism in first grade that there is no God and it is all fiction? Would that be acceptable? The world has really gone insane. Civilization works ONLY when everyone benefits – not by dividing it into groups and pitting them against each other.

The Christians were persecuted BECAUSE they refused to respect the beliefs of others. When Rome started to fall, they were persecuted because the Romans thought they offended the gods by refusing to show any respect for other religions. From a historical perspective, this LGBTQ movement is no longer about inclusion and equal rights. This becomes a movement that has no respect for other people’s religious beliefs and is promoting their beliefs and forcing them upon everyone else. This is clearly offending the First Amendment and is courting our own demise.

I fear when the History of the Decline & Fall of Western Civilization is written, as our computer is projecting, there will be an equal parallel to the religious divisions that also tore Rome apart. We are becoming so divided, it will be IMPOSSIBLE to stand together as one nation or society. During the 1840s, gun battles were taking place even on the streets of Philadelphia between Catholics and Protestants. We are messing around with a tinder box. This is feeding into the cycle of our demise for 2032.

Feds Drop Almost All Charges Against Illegal Alien Driver of U-Haul Who Attempted to Ram White House Gate, Kill and Kidnap Biden

Posted originally on the CTH on May 26, 2023 | Sundance

On Monday night Sai Varshith Kandula, 19, of Chesterfield, Missouri, attempted to crash a U-Haul truck through the security perimeter of the White House.  He was arrested while saying he was attempting to kill and kidnap Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Oddly, during the event the Capitol Police never called the bomb squad, never moved the crowd or media back away from the truck, and simply opened the vehicle and started placing the contents -including a swastika flag- on the ground for the media to photograph.  The entire event, including the way the authorities handled the truck, was seriously sketchy.

Kandula was then federally charged with threatening to kill, kidnap or inflict harm on a president, vice president or family member, assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, destruction of federal property, and trespassing, according to U.S. Park Police.  However, yesterday the DOJ dropped all the charges except depredation of federal property.

Considering that J6 attendees have been charged and locked up for simply parading around the Capitol Hill building, the contrast of the way the authorities are handling Sai Varshith Kandula is rather stark.

CNN — The man accused of crashing a U-Haul truck into a security barrier near the White House Monday night praised Adolf Hitler to investigators after his arrest and said that he aimed to “kill the President” if necessary to overthrow the government and install himself in power, according to court documents.

Sai Varshith Kandula, 19, of Chesterfield, Missouri, is in custody and has been charged in federal court with one count of depredation of property of the United States in excess of $1,000. US Park Police originally arrested Kandula on several charges, including threatening to kill or harm a president, vice president or family member.

Kandula, in handcuffs and wearing a t-shirt and shorts, appeared in DC Superior Court Tuesday afternoon, US Park Police told CNN, and was held in custody without bail. He has not yet entered a formal plea in federal court – where his case is expected to continue with an initial appearance on the single charge Wednesday – and a lawyer for him in that case has not yet been named publicly.

The Secret Service said no agency or White House personnel were injured in the incident.

The truck, which carried a Nazi flag among other items, crashed into security barriers on the north side of Lafayette Square at 16th Street just before 10 p.m. ET, the US Secret Service said. A preliminary investigation revealed the driver may have intentionally struck the barrier, the agency later said.

Kandula made threatening comments regarding the White House at the scene, including that he wanted to kidnap and harm President Joe Biden, law enforcement sources told CNN. Authorities are considering the role mental health may have played in this incident, one source said. (read more)

Walk around the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021, and you are a domestic violent extremist terrorist hunted by the FBI.

Drive a U-Haul into the White House security perimeter, waving a Nazi flag, while admitting you are trying to kidnap and murder the president and vice-president, and you are a bad driver.

Suspicious Eddie is, well, suspicious.

30 Tons of Ammonium Nitrate Goes Missing

Armstrong Economics Blog/USA Current Events Re-Posted May 25, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

(video from Dyno Nobel’s YouTube channel)

A lot of expensive and lethal weapons of war have been reported missing this week. There have been numerous train derailments in America this year, and trains containing lethal materials routinely do not make it to their final destination. A railcar holding over 60,000 pounds of ammonium nitrate left Cheyenne, Wyoming, on April 12. The railcar was discovered two weeks later, completely empty, at a stop in the California Mojave Desert.

Ammonium nitrate can be used as fertilizer or as a powerful explosive. This is the same chemical used in the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 and the 2020 bombing of Beirut, Lebanon. Miners commonly use this chemical as a fuel source to remove massive rock formations since it is so effective. Manufacturing company Dyno Nobel reported the shipment missing to the National Response Center on May 10. “The railcar was sealed when it left the Cheyenne facility, and the seals were still intact when it arrived in Saltdale [Calif.]. The initial assessment is that a leak through the bottom gate on the railcar may have developed in transit,” a spokesperson told the media. Another spokesperson told the New York Post that “there is no indication of any danger to the public and no indication the pellets were intentionally taken by anyone.” The company insists that the contents in the pellets “fell from the rail car onto the tracks in small quantities throughout the long trip.”

Should we believe the railcar casually fertilized the ground amid its long trip? Dyno Nobel markets itself as an explosive company, and their contents were never intended for fertilization. “All accidents are preventable. Injuries, illnesses, and environmental damage are not an inevitable consequence of conducting business,” the company states on its website. Given that this company specializes in explosives, it is peculiar that they would have such a major failing that they are reporting as an accident.

Beware of ISW

Armstrong Economics Blog/War Re-Posted May 25, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

QUESTION: Marty, the Institute for the Study of War is claiming that the fighting inside Russia was not Ukrainians but Russian anti-Putin groups. This seems strange since they were attacking civilians and you would think if they were Russians they would have targeted Moscow not something just across the border. Who is this Institute? Is this more propaganda from the West?

Thank you

FP

ANSWER: Do not trust ANYTHING coming from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). They are claiming sources inside Russia say they were Russians, not Ukrainians. I would not believe anything from the ISW. I believe they are the source of the idea for the TOTAL destruction of Russia and for the West to occupy and divide up Russia. They do not promote peace – only war. World peace is possible just by looking at Rome. When everyone benefited by being part of the Empire which allowed them to sell products throughout the Empire, it created local jobs, and that is what created peace. The Neocons are tearing the world apart and using climate change to try to destroy the economy of Russia for political purposes. They ignore peace or the cost to the economy of war, which is always inflation, reducing the standard of living of the people for their selfish goals or war. Their destruction of NordStream is an example of their treachery.

It will always be anti-Russian propaganda because it is a Neocon organization. Kimberly Kagan, Robert Kagan’s sister-in-law, is the founder of the ISW, which is the source of much of the fake news. Most curious, even the New York Times wrote about this Kagan family that they were really leftists and very outspoken to the point of manipulating whatever to gain their view of the world. The question is, just why is this family such warmongers?

There is a MAJOR conflict of interest. Victoria Nuland is really of Ukrainian Jewish descent. Her family changed their name to try to hide their Ukrainian-Jewish ethnic background. She married Robert Kagan. Victoria speaks Russian, French, and some Chinese. Hiding her Ukrainian-Jewish background is critical. Her father was raised by parents who were Orthodox Ukrainian-Jewish immigrants from Ukraine. Hence, her grandparents were Jewish Meyer Nudelman (1889-1958) and Vitsche Lutsky (1893-1941). This explains why Nuland has been a public proponent for Ukraine to wage war against Russia.

DO NOT regard anything from the ISW as independent or reliable.

Audit Reveals Pentagon Lost Thousands of F-35 Jet Parts

Armstrong Economics Blog/War Re-Posted May 25, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

The Lightning II or F-35 is one of the most sophisticated fighter jets available. Created by Lockheed Martin, the jet is designed for stealth and destruction. This elite weapon is the most expensive plane ever built, with an estimated lifetime cost between $1.4 and $1.6 trillion. The United States owns more of these jets than any other nation, but a recent report reveals that the Department of Defense is missing thousands of F-35 parts.

Although the F-35 costs around $80 million, the operation costs are very high, with an average flight costing $36,000 per hour. Lockheed Martin has claimed that it could reduce flight costs to $25,000 per hour if the Pentagon awards them a lucrative maintenance contract. The Government Accountability Office (GAO) issued a report in 2019 stating that the F-35 had a major shortage of spare parts. “F-35 aircraft performance is falling short of warfighter requirements—that is, aircraft cannot perform as many missions or fly as often as required. This lower-than-desired aircraft performance is due largely to F-35 spare parts shortages and difficulty in managing and moving parts around the world,” the reported noted.

The problem of managing moving parts globally was never solved. In fact, the GAO released a new report stating that thousands of spare parts are missing, “the total value of which is unknown.” The Pentagon never kept a record of its most prized aircraft, which are held in over 50 locations globally. The Pentagon’s F-35 program office spent $12 million to conduct the inventory, discovering they were “unable to provide the cost, total quantity, and locations of spare parts in the global spares pool.” The GAO is condemning the Pentagon for its “lack of accountability” and said this massive error highlights why the Defense Department needs to conduct a full audit of all its inventory.

The Pentagon handed over the power of record-keeping to the manufacturer, Lockheed Martin. Lockheed Martin seemingly does not know where the parts are either, but they’d happily supply the US with more. The nation is trying to cut funding everywhere but has lost at least millions from this mismanagement. One must wonder if only the bill, but not the parts, existed. The US did gift Ukraine an F-35 and positioned numerous F-35 jets in strategic NATO member locations on the eastern front. Lockheed Martin believes that over 400 F-35 aircrafts will be stationed in Europe by 2030. The defense contractor is planning for a major war, while the US government is ill-prepared and cannot account for its own weapons.

All Media is Propaganda – The Big 6

Armstrong Economics Blog/Censorship Re-Posted May 24, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

What you learn through the news is mere propaganda. They all tell the same stories and expect their audience to listen and share what they were told as fact. The media may tailor their news to certain audiences, conservative or liberal, but make no mistake about it – they control everything you think you may know.

A Joe Rogan episode exposed this truth, showing countless news streams echoing one another verbatim. People think that the world is worse today than ever before, but they did not have a 24/7 news cycle in the past. It is easier than ever before to control the masses through the media. Some countries openly censor their media content. For some reason, we in the West believe that we have access to unbiased reporting. Whoever controls the media is controlling the narrative.

Less than 40 years ago, over 50 companies owned various aspects of American media. Only six corporations now own 90% of the media — AT&T, CBS, Comcast, Disney, News Corp, and Viacom. Often referred to as the “Big 6” these titans control a combined $430 billion in assets, and their span goes far beyond standard news channels. They control music, magazines, video games, movies, and most forms of entertainment.

Subliminal messaging is always present. You may not believe that they are influencing you, but it is almost impossible to avoid. That is why I offer this blog free of charge. I am beholden to no one; I will speak my truth even when it goes against the greater narrative. This is why they frequently ban or arrest independent journalists and paint truth seekers as conspiracy theorists. At least people in countries like China or North Korea realize they are being fed pre-selected messages that are designed to paint an identical reality to the masses.  The truth does exist if you care to seek it out yourself because they will not report it in the mainstream media.

The Cycle of Rebellions

Armstrong Economics Blog/Civil Unrest Re-Posted May 24, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

Spartacus Rebellion 73-71 BC

QUESTION: Marty, nobody has done such intense research geopolitically than you. This theory of a one-world government seems absurd with so many languages and cultures. Looking at Ukraine, Kyiv is demanding the people in the Donbas speak only Ukrainian and they must surrender their religion to the Patriarch in Kyiv. This is at least a parallel to the French seizing the Vatican and moving it to Avignon. I believe you have said that was the exact opposite of how Rome built an empire.

So, my question is straightforward. While Rome may have lasted for a thousand years, there were civil wars and uprisings like the Spartacus Rebellion. Can you elaborate on the cycle of civil wars in Rome? Is this our fate?

PL

ANSWER: This arrogance that a one-world government will end war is absurd. The Roman Empire was one government and it had numerous rebellions and civil wars. So much for this their intent to make the UN and the WHO rule the world. Nobody ever seems to refer to history and just ask – has this been tried before? What was the outcome?

The Social War, also called Italic War, or Marsic War, (91–88 BC) was a revolt of Rome’s Italian allies (socii, hence ‘Social War’). This was the first real civil war following the birth of the Republic in 509 BC. The allies in central and southern Italy had fought side by side with Rome in several wars. But the Romans looked down on them as aliens and denied them equal rights. They rose up against this autocratic rule and demanded Roman citizenship and the privileges it conferred. Then in 91BC, the Roman tribune Marcus Livius Drusus tried to solve the problem by proposing legislation that would have admitted all Italians to Roman citizenship. The response was to assassinate him. This resulted in the once-Italian allies rising up in revolt.

The Peloponnesian War was effectively the city-states that were once the allies of Athens rose up and joined Sparta against Athens also for their arrogance. I believe you will see the same unfold with Europe starting to split from the United States and turn against it also because of the arrogance of our Neocons. Remember Victoria Nulan’s comment ” F the EU!”

During this Italian Social War against Rome, we find the Coinage of the Marsic Confederation (90-88 BC) (90 when they began producing coins), which opposed Rome. They issued Denarii perhaps striking the coinage at a Bovianum mint. We see the laureate female head of Italia wearing a single drop earring and pearl necklace; viteliú (in Oscan) in both a left and right configuration. These coins were clearly a political statement that it was Italia against the tyranny of Rome. These coins are known as the Marsi Confederation named after the Marsi who were especially prominent in this movement.

The main fighting was in the years 90-89 BC and the rebellion assumed alarming proportions when both consuls (generals) for 90 BC were defeated by rebel armies. Rome appeared to be in serious danger of defeat, but the movement collapsed as suddenly as it had begun. The victory was probably achieved largely through the political concession of granting Roman citizenship to the enemy. Thereafter, all of Italy south of the Po was united by this common bond. The coinage of the Marsic Confederation is of great interest, consisting principally of silver denarii, some of which bear the names of the rebel generals.

The first coin ever issued with the name of Julius Caesar was issued by Sextus Julius Caesar (c 209-208BC) and they are very rare. It was actually the consul Lucius Julius Caesar (134-87BC) who stepped in and helped pass a law granting Roman citizenship to all Italians who had not participated in the revolt and probably also to all who had but were ready to immediately lay down their arms.

Despite championing the rights of Italians, Lucius and his brother Gaius Julius Caesar Stabo Vopiscus were murdered by Gaius Marius (c. 157-86 BC) sought to increase his prestige with marriage into an old, but impoverished patrician family, the Julii Caesares. He married Julia, aunt of Gaius Julius Caesar (100-44BC), around 110BC since his son was born in 109/108BC.

Marius was actually acclaimed for saving Rome from the brink of collapse at the Battle of Vercellae, fought on July 30th, 101 BC in Northern Italy when a Germanic-Celtic confederation invaded. Yet his conflict with Sulla the Dictator (138-78BC) has overshadowed his significance in Roman history. It was Sulla who forced Julius Caesar (100-44BC) to flee. It was Sulla who said he saw another Marius in Caesar – a man of the people.

When the Social War began in 91 BC with the uprising of the Republic’s Italian allies against Rome, the Senate turned to Marius being an accomplished military general to lead Rome’s troops against the Italians. Marius at first complied and competently commanded legions throughout the first year of the war in 90 BC. However, he retired perhaps being forced out of power by his senatorial enemies as he clearly disagreed with fighting against the rest of Italy.

As the Social War was nearing an end, the King in the East, Mithridates of Pontus, rose up against Rome. Marius wanted the command. This really revealed that it was Marius’ disagreement with the Senate to wage war on their Italian Allies. Yet, Sulla was ultimately given the Mithridatic command. Marius plotted with the tribune, Sulpicius, to introduce a motion to transfer the Mithridatic command to Marius, which he did. It passed, but instead of obeying the Senate, Sulla treacherously turned his troops on Rome itself in 88 BC and marched with it on Rome. Sulpicius’ measures were rescinded, and Marius was exiled.

In 87, Lucius Cornelius Cinna (130-84BC) became consul. When he tried to register the new citizens (acquired at the end of the Social War) in all 35 tribes, rioting broke out. Cinna was driven from the city. He went to Campania where he took over Sulla’s legion. He led his troops toward Rome, recruiting more along the way. Meanwhile, Marius gained military control of Africa. Marius and his army landed in Etruria (north of Rome), raised more troops from among his veterans, and went on to capture Ostia. Cinna joined forces with Marius; together they marched on Rome.

Cinna revoked Sulla’s law against Marius and the other exiles when he took the city. Marius then took revenge executing his enemies which included fourteen prominent senators. Cinna and Marius were both re-elected consuls for 86 BC, but a few days after taking office, Marius died.

After briefly attempting to repel Sulla’s invading legionaries, Marius was forced to withdraw. Sulla then seized control of the Republic becoming a true dictator.

Spartacus Rebellion was during the Republic 73-71BC, 15 years after the Social WarJulius Caesar crossed the Rubicon on January 10th, 49 BC which came 22 years after the Spartacus Rebellion. The next Civil War came following the assassination of Caesar in 44 BC. That lasted for about 4.3 years. In the process, Brutus (85-42BC) was killed.

Then we have a civil war instigated by Cleopatra using Mark Antony. That culminated in the Battle of Actium and then Augustus (27BC-14AD) invaded Eqypte and both were dead in 30BC. That concluded 14 years following the death of Caesar.

The last of the Julio-Claudian line of emperors who followed Augustus (27-14AD), was Nero (54-68AD).  Nero dies June 9th, 68AD, and that unleashed the next civil war which lasted about 2.15 years.

This brings us to the assassination of Commodus (177-192AD) in 192AD which set off another Civil War after the Praetorian Guard, the Deep State, actually auctioned off the crown to the highest bidder – Didius Julianus (Jan 30th-June 1st, 193AD). That created such outrage it cause many generals to march on Rome.  Septimus Severus (193-211AD) emerged as the victor.

The son of Septimus Severus was Caracalla (198-217AD) who killed his own brother Geta so he would not share the throne and was assassinated. That set off another civil war which lasted again for at best 2.15 years. The women of the family were very dominant and they managed to seize power and keep family members on the throne until 235AD and the murder of Severus Alexander (222-235AD).

This is where the monetary system really begins its Waterfall Event when Maximinus I (235-228AD) comes to power. He enlists spies to target people with wealth. Executes them and seizes all their assets. Many historians claimed he was a barbarian who pretended to be Roman to destroy the empire. He effectively was doing what Karl Marx advocated centuries ago.

The Senate tried to seize back power by appointing Gordian I and his son Gordian II (238AD) to defend Rome. That became the year of 6 emperors. The troops demand Gordian III (238-244AD) to take the throne and the Senate had no choice.

Philip I (244-249AD) overthrow Gordian III and is known as Philip the Arab. This sets in motion a number of usurpers in 244AD including Silbannacus and again usurpers appear in 248AD – Pacatian and Jotapian.

Yet it is Trajan Decius (249-251AD) who emerges as the victor. He was the first emperor to be killed in battle with the barbarians. This sent shockwaves through the empire causing many to begin to realize that perhaps they were not invincible.

He has one young son who survived, Hostilian, who was taken in by the next emperor – Trebonianus Gallus (251-253AD), who tried to buy peace with the Goths. They took the money and violated the agreement. Aemilianus (253AD) defeated some Goths and then marched on Rome. The Goths also brought with them the Plague. This resulted in Gallus and his son Volusian being murdered by their own troops.

Aemilianus was challenged by Valerian I (253-260AD) and rather than do battle, they decided to kill Aemilianus. Valerian raises his son Gallienus (253-268AD) to be his co-emperor.

It was Valerian who was captured and turned into a royal slave by the Persians. This was a tremendous humiliation for Romans. The monetary system simply collapsed. People began hoarding their currency on a grand scale. This created a shortage of silver which then resulted in the debasement of the coinage in just 8.6 years.

This collapse in the monetary system brought with it political instability. Once Valerian was captured in 260AD, this is when the Roman Empire splits into three – the Gallic Empire in Europe was the result of Postumus (260-268AD) and Zenobia (271-272AD) takes Asia.

There were a few other generals who declared themselves upon the capture of Valerian – Macrianus (260-261AD), Quietus (260-261AD), and Regalianus (260-261AD). Interestingly, Gallienus is assassinated in 268AD and so is Postumus in the Gallic Empire. In Rome, Claudius II (268-270AD) comes to the throne but he dies of the plague which was brought in by the invading barbarians.

Aurelian (270-275AD) come to power and sends an army against the Deep State which was controlling the mint and keeping all the silver for themselves. He also builds the defensive wall around Rome since the barbarian invasions make it into Italy itself. He was assassinated by his own officers on rumors that he would accuse them of corruption. The troops rebelled against the assassins and asked the Senate to appoint a new emperor. They installed Tacitus (275-276AD) who was 75 years old. He died on the campaign of old age.

Upon the death of Tacitus, his half-brother Florianus (276AD) claimed the throne. He face another general who claimed the throne Probus (276-282AD). The troops killed Florianus to avoid battle. Probus was in turn murdered by his own troops for having to build public works.

This led to Carus (282-283AD) being proclaimed emperor by the troops. He was struck by lightning and killed by the gods. He was succeeded by his son Numerian (283-284) who was murdered by his troops. There was a usurper named Julian of Pannonia (284-285AD) which was in the region of Yugoslavia, He was defeated by Carus’ other son Carinus (283-285AD).  He was then killed by his own troops which seemed to becoming a common practice.

Now the empire fell into the hands of Diocletian (284-305AD) the Great Reformer who even reintroduced silver coinage. He established the Tetrarchy to try to end the chaos of usurpers. Diocletian also introduced wage and price controls attempting to bring inflation under control.

That lasted until Constantine (308-337AD) used Christianity to justify that if there was one God, then there should be just one Emperor. He created his own dynasty after defeating Maxentius in 312AD. The Constantine Dynasty lasted for 51.6 years.

The true fall of the Constantine Dynasty came in 350AD with the rise of Flavius Magnus Magnentius (350-353AD) who many considered was of barbarian descent. The last technical emperor related to the Constantine family was the Pagan Julian II (360-363AD).

While many simply list Six major Civil Wars, this really is just a gloss-over concerning the true depth of history. What we truly discover for this entire period between the Social War up until the fall of the Constantine Dynasty in 350AD. Thus, from 90 BC to 350AD, divided by 8.6 reveals an average of
