The Supreme Court of Wisconsin has ruled as it is very clear that these stay at home orders are illegal. The justices wrote in their decision Wednesday that “an agency cannot confer on itself the power to dictate the lives of law-abiding individuals as comprehensively as the order does without reaching beyond the executive branch’s authority.” I have looked at this issue and find it completely unconstitutional. I believe the more this is challenged in the country, the more we will see that this has been an illegal exercise of power. The police you have been arresting people on such orders have no right whatsoever to do so. They are acting illegally violated people’s civil rights.
Richard Nixon had to resign over the famous scandal of the June 17, 1972 failed break-in of the Democratic National Committee headquarters at the Washington, D.C. Watergate Office Building. After the five perpetrators were arrested, the press and the U.S. Justice Department connected the cash found on them at the time to the Nixon re-election campaign committee. Several major revelations came about with presidential action to try to cover up what took place. It was discovered that Nixon recorded meetings in the Oval Office. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Nixon must release the Oval Office tapes to government investigators. The tapes revealed that Nixon had conspired to cover up activities that took place after the break-in and had attempted to use federal officials to deflect the investigation. Nixon, however, never ordered the break-in.
The Obama Legacy is coming undone. It is looking more and more that President Obama was actually directing U.S. intelligence agencies to spy on Trump. Clearly, like Nixon, Obama at the very least knew what was going on. The likelihood that Vice President Biden also knew everything also remains very high.
Several Republican senators released the names of top Obama administration officials who had put in “unmasking” requests and might have gotten the identity of Michael Flynn, Mr. Trump’s former national security adviser who was captured on tape talking to Russia’s former ambassador before Mr. Trump was sworn in. The list of officials provided by Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell included Mr. Biden, former FBI Director James B. Comey, and ex-intelligence chiefs John Brennan and James Clapper. These are the men who have been most vocal against Trump – it appears that they have been taking that position knowing what they did was illegal to try to deflect blame if they became criminally indicted.
A federal judge is the Flynn case that appears to be acting more like a prosecutor. He has yet to accept the Justice Department dropping the case. The Judge himself in an unprecedented position suggested he might pursue contempt or perjury charges against Flynn. This is showing deep bias in a political case regarding this judge.
Newly declassified House transcripts show that Hillary Clinton presidential campaign chairman John Podesta met with a former Senate Intelligence Committee aide to join forces regarding the dossier with Fusion GPS for the post-election phase of trying to dig up dirt on President Trump. This is the same Fusion GPS that Mueller never mentions in his report and pretended that it was not part of his investigation.
The ex-aide is Daniel Jones, who in 2017 formed the secretive nonprofit The Democracy Integrity Project. For the project, Mr. Jones hired Fusion GPS, the Clinton campaign’s opposition research firm. During the election, Fusion co-founder Glenn Simpson took money from the Clinton campaign and the Democratic Party and retained Christopher Steele in June 2016. A former British intelligence officer, Mr. Steele went on to compile a dossier filled with felony allegations against Mr. Trump and aides that turned out to be bogus. Mr. Jones also hired Mr. Steele.
The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence’s final Russia election report revealed that Mr. Jones met with the FBI in March 2017, a month after he met with Mr. Podesta. He went to the FBI to brief them on his Trump findings and disclosed he had raised $50 million from Democratic donors to investigate the president and Russia. Mr. Jones, who then heads the Penn Quarter Group, said seven to 10 “wealthy donors,” primarily in New York and California, provided money to “continue exposing Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. Mr. Jones‘ plan was to share with Congress and the news media,” an FBI report said. It would be very interesting to see who are those donors.
Podesta appeared twice to testify during the summer and late 2017. It was during his testimony when Republicans him to detail his interactions with Fusion GPS. In the campaign, Fusion had introduced Mr. Steele to a number of Washington reporters to persuade them to write of his allegations of an enormous Trump-Russia conspiracy in the press to get the story going and manipulate the Americans.
The manipulation of the country into this Russia conspiracy was orchestrated in an effort to interfere with Trump’sagenda. It is truly amazing to the extent that the Democrats have been so intent upon preventing the promises that Trump made when he ran in 2016.
There is nobody who deserves to be thrown in prison more than Anthony Fauci. A team of researchers from The University of Manchester, Salford Royal and Res Consortium, have shown that a significant proportion of people in the UK- over 25% – is likely to have been infected already by the COVID-19 virus. MS. MCENANY: Hi, there. I just wanted to outline our pandemic preparedness. The Obama-Biden plan that has been referenced was insufficient; it wasn’t going to work. So what our administration did, under the leadership of President Trump, is do an entire 2018 Pandemic Preparedness Report.
Beyond that, we did a whole exercise on pandemic preparedness in August of last year and had an entire after-action report put together. In other words, the Obama-Biden paper packet was superseded by a President Trump-style Pandemic Preparedness Response plan.
THE PRESIDENT: Which was much better, which was much more complete, and which was a lot tougher. We were — we were given very little when we came into this administration. And they’ve done a fantastic job. And I think we’re going to have a vaccine by the end of the year, and I think distribution will take place almost simultaneously because we’ve geared up the military. And you’ll see that tomorrow.

He said we needed a Manhattan Project for vaccines; this President initiates a vaccine Manhattan Project, diagnostic Manhattan Project, therapeutic Manhattan Project.
Oh, and by the way, whose job was it to actually lead the development of vaccines? Dr. Bright. So while we’re launching Operation Warp Speed, he’s not showing up for work to be part of that.
So this is like somebody who was in a choir and is now trying to say he was a soloist back then. What he was saying is what every single member of this administration and the President was saying: “We need more personal protective equipment. We need more ventilators. We need therapeutics. We need vaccines.” Every single thing this President was on, this President achieved. And Dr. Bright was part of a team and was simply saying what everybody else at the White House and at HHS was saying. Not one bit of difference.
And on hydroxychloroquine, Dr. Bright literally signed the application for an FDA authorization of it. Literally, he’s the sponsor of it. So, this just — his allegations do not hold water. They do not hold water.
THE PRESIDENT: So we have had some great response, in terms of doctors writing letters and people calling on the hydroxychloroquine. And this guy is fighting it. There’s no reason to fight it. There’s no reason. But more importantly than that, we’ve had tremendous response to the hydroxy. We’ve had the great response to zinc, along with it, and the Z-Pak. So a lot of people have sworn by it. And we’ll see.
But I’ll tell you what: To me — I watched this guy for a little while this morning — to me, he’s nothing more than a really disgruntled, unhappy person. And I’m not just talking about Alex, because Alex said it strongly, but there are a lot of people that do not like the job he did. I don’t know him. I never met him. I don’t want to meet him. But I watched him, and he looks like an angry, disgruntled employee, who, frankly, according to some people, didn’t do a very good job.

But the World Trade Organization is horrible. We’ve been treated very badly. I’ve been saying it for a long time. And we act on it. When I talk, we act on it. The World Trade, they treat China as a developing nation. Therefore, China gets a lot of the benefits that the U.S. doesn’t get. They have other countries that are developing nations. And the people sitting in the Oval Office should never have let that happen.

THE PRESIDENT: I don’t know how they’re counting. I never discussed it with them. Death is death. We don’t want people dying in this country. And we’ve done a great job. We’ve done a great job.
I’ll tell you what: What we’ve done on ventilators and what we’ve done on testing — except the press doesn’t write it that way because you have all this fake news. But what we’ve done on testing, we’ve now tested more than the entire world put together. The entire world put together, we have many more tests than they do and better tests. And the reason we have more cases is because we have more testing.
We’ve done a great job, and the people — the men and women that have done this great job should be acknowledged by the press.

President Trump sits down for a lengthy hour-long interview with Fox Business’ Maria Bartiromo. The President discusses coronavirus, the economy, China, trade, Flynn, the election, and much more. 55 minute interview taped yesterday, aired today.
Bill Gates was a ruthless businessman and used any means legal or not to achieve his goal. Ho he accomplished that is not the story here but the bottom line was after he retired he created a 501(c)(3) Foundation, The Bill & Melisa Gates Foundation twenty years ago in 2000. The stated goal was the created an illusion that this foundation was created to help the poor and destitute of the world, nothing could be further from the truth. The foundation started off with $46.8 billion and Gates started giving large grants to implement his stated goals.
No one knows exactly how much money Gates gave away but it was, without doubt, tens of billions of dollars over the past 20 years. Gates made sure the world knew what he was doing through his extensive publicity efforts. However strangely the latest financial records of the foundation indicates that it’s assets are probably worth over $100 billion today. So it would seem that Gates was doing more than giving away grant money. So what was his real purpose of this foundation.
Initially his focus seemed to be on Climate change And how it was imperative that we stop using carbon based fuels that were creating Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and that was casuing the temperature of the planet to increase and that that increasing temperature would in the near future destroy civilization itself. Gates was not lone in this believe as Al Gore the former President Clinton VP was also on board with this idea. I became aware of this is a famous TED talk where Gates indicated that that to get to zero emissions of Carbon Dioxide production my humans would have to go to zero. Later it became obvious that this college drop out was not educated as he was being influence by those that followed the dis bunked theory of Tomas Malthus found in his 1798 book An Essay on the Principle of Population, Which basically stated the the growth of the population would out strip the ability to feed it and that would create famine and war. 222 years later, today, we know that was not true. But Gates apparently does think it is true and it seems that his REAL GOAL is to significantly reduce the worlds population.
The following bits of videos will show that Gate and Fauci (a hired hand of Gates) probably created this COVID-19 pandemic in Wuhan China and hid its release in China and the World Health organization until it had spread world wide. This two both need to be tried for Crimes Against Humanity. or example from a NIH 2005 study, that found that “Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread.” Fauci has been rejecting the use of this and has been preaching the Gates vaccine solution. The report stated:
“We report, however, that chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV infection of primate cells. These inhibitory effects are observed when the cells are treated with the drug either before or after exposure to the virus, suggesting both prophylactic and therapeutic advantage. In addition to the well-known functions of chloroquine such as elevations of endosomal pH, the drug appears to interfere with terminal glycosylation of the cellular receptor, angiotensin-converting enzyme 2. This may negatively influence the virus-receptor binding and abrogate the infection, with further ramifications by the elevation of vesicular pH, resulting in the inhibition of infection and spread of SARS CoV at clinically admissible concentrations.
Conclusion
Chloroquine is effective in preventing the spread of SARS CoV in cell culture. Favorable inhibition of virus spread was observed when the cells were either treated with chloroquine prior to or after SARS CoV infection. In addition, the indirect immunofluorescence assay described herein represents a simple and rapid method for screening SARS-CoV antiviral compounds.”
This is a photo of Nussbaum’s Jewelry store (at least of the storefront as it looked in 1991). It was my father’s family business. As a little boy he was introduced to the watch business and plans were someday he would inherit and run it. Lots of people had plans for their stores in New York City too, when March 2020 began.
Nussbaum’s jewelry store was closed on Friday, September 1, 1939, by fascists, taken first by Hitler and then by his twin Stalin. And the entire family except for my father were sent to the gas chambers. My father survived alone because he unlike the rest of the family was in the part of Poland that Stalin took over. But it is only “temporarily” closed. Like all those stores and restaurants in New York City that were forced to close on March 15, 2020, and that still have ‘“temporarily closed” signs in their windows.

New York City is Venezuela today. It will not have theater, luxury stores, restaurants in which the middle class can sit down and eat. Do not expect to see Rolex, Breguet, Cartier or Omega boutiques in Manhattan again It will be one of the worst slums on the face of the Earth, rivaling anything in Pakistan. My father did not eat in restaurants under Stalin. He told me he survived only on potatoes and by stealing corn from a field.
Today in New York City people wearing mandatory masks stand six feet apart outside, awaiting the chance to enter grocery stores to buy food. This winter they will be standing outside in frigid weather and snow. Only there will be food shortages and the start of starvation. The number of deaths will dwarf those of Coronavirus. My father was young and strong then, he survived. I am neither young nor strong in this hell.

When the every day news for the last three months running has been saturation COVID-19 coverage, and with only a handful of media outlets covering what Obama and Mr. Rogers are up to, this is what America is up against:

“Hanks and Wilson, who were the first celebrities to announce they had tested positive for the virus, took part in Obama’s Monday evening When We All Vote #CouchParty event along with thousands of volunteers and supporters who joined in from their own homes.
“Hanks and Wilson are co-chairs of the group alongside Obama, who founded the effort.
“Obama spoke by phone to attendees about the importance of voting being accessible to all, especially through voting-by-mail, given the dangers of the pandemic. The former first lady also noted that she and husband Barack Obama have sent in their ballots for “every election for the last decade.”
Guess those election photo ops of the Obamas voting were courtesy of ‘Fake News’!
“Voting should never, ever be difficult and it should never be a partisan issue,” she continued. (NY Post)
“Wilson echoed Obama’s sentiments, saying, “We as Americans and as voters should be able to request the options that work for us.”
“We don’t want to have to risk our health or our vote. So to make that easy, mail-in ballot, absentee ballot, I think that’s a really great compromise,” the actress added.
“Hanks added that even during a health emergency, “our democratic principles mean that I want to vote [even if] I’m sick.”
“In November, we need to have every voice heard. It’s important,” Wilson chimed in.”
Legions of dead people, ironically many of them the elderly tragically killed off by C-19 in nursing homes, millions of illegals and Democrat surrogates ready to vote multiple times is the takeaway of the coming Mail-In Vote.
Don’t let them away with it. Bring down the curtain on the ‘When We All Vote’ scam, kick the main actors off the stage and put up the words most Americans want to see: “THE END”.
