Hunter Biden Convicted of 3 Felony Gun Crimes, Jury Deliberated for Three Hours

We all knew this was going to happen, almost this exact way.

December, 2022 – ” Monaco will coordinate the timing of the arrest and indictment of Hunter Biden to coincide with the arrest and indictment of President Trump. This will provide the narrative of blind justice the DOJ will attempt to leverage to stop national reaction.” (LINK)

And, that’s exactly what Lisa Monaco and Main Justice did.  Hunter Biden was found guilty of three felony gun charges, and will likely receive a very limited sentence (probation or similar) with no jail/prison time.

The major crimes of bribery, money laundering, public corruption, Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) violations, are all being ignored.   The Biden crime syndicate is being protected.

WASHINGTON – Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, was found guilty Tuesday of three felony charges stemming from his purchase of a handgun in 2018.

Biden, 54, is the first child of a sitting U.S. president ever to be convicted in a criminal trial. The president said last week that he would not pardon his son.

The jury of six men and six women issued its unanimous verdict after three hours of deliberations.

Biden remained perfectly still as a court clerk read the verdict aloud. Before leaving the courtroom, he hugged his lawyers and kissed his wife, Melissa Cohen Biden. He and his wife, along with first lady Jill Biden, departed from the courthouse a few minutes later in Secret Service SUVs. (read more)

229-Page Hunter Biden Deposition Transcript Released

Hunter Biden spent 6 hours testifying on Capitol Hill Wednesday and giving obtuse answers to questions from a joint panel from the House Oversight and House Judiciary Committee.

Within his testimony Hunter Biden consistently blamed his drug addiction for his memory lapses and suggested he was often too high/stoned to recall events.   Within the testimony he claimed to have attempted to kill himself ‘on a daily basis.’

The majority of the questioning surrounded his father Joe Biden’s involvement in various payment schemes that were part of the foreign businesses Hunter was responsible for handling.   Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky) made the full transcript available to the public earlier today.  The 229-page document is full of information – READ HERE.

WASHINGTON — First son Hunter Biden corroborated many of the core facts in what Republicans say is a constellation of interactions between Joe Biden and his offspring’s foreign partners that shows Hunter and his uncle James were selling access to their powerful relative.

The 54-year-old’s closed-door impeachment inquiry testimony was released Thursday — just a day after he sat for questions about President Biden’s recurring role in lucrative foreign business relationships.

Hunter maintained that his 81-year-old father was not corrupt and that his own abuse of alcohol and drugs was to blame for many of the appearances to the contrary in business ventures that often at points involved first brother James Biden.
“The pattern that I see is that you literally have no evidence whatsoever of any corruption on the part of my father,” Hunter said during a heated exchange with Rep. Pat Fallon (R-Texas).

“And, therefore, what you’re trying to do is, you’re trying to make every single thing in business that I was ever involved in somehow corrupt.”

However, Hunter did verify that there were two dinners at Washington’s Cafe Milano in 2014 and 2015 where Joe Biden mixed with his Kazakhstani, Russian and Ukrainian patrons — including Burisma board adviser Vadym Pozharskyi, whose company paid Hunter a $1 million salary beginning in 2014 as his father spearheaded US policy toward Ukraine. As a reminder, the United States has two tiers of justice and the current administration may be the most corrupt in the history of the United States. This is why it is concerning that the Biden Administration wants to seize private enterprise and permit the government to assign its value through a perversion of Article V of the Constitution.

Hunter Biden’s artwork is estimated to be worth up to $500,000. His personal friend Kevin Morris purchased a few pieces and also gave him a loan of $2 million to cover Hunter’s late tax payments. Most of his buyers remain anonymous, but the known art collectors are all associated with the DNC. Hirsh Naftali, for example, was appointed by Joe Biden to be the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad after he expressed interest in his son’s artwork.

The corrupt NY justice system claims Mar-a-Lago, a 126-room, 62,500-square-foot mansion located on 20 acres of land in a prime area of Palm Beach, Florida, is worth under $30 million.

Trump purchased the property in 1995 for $10 million and turned it into a private club. It is the only private club to attain the prestigious 6-Star Diamond Award from the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences. Neighboring real estate that is the size of the parking lot at Mar-a-Lago and does not contain the prestige or glamorous interior detail has sold for hundreds of millions of dollars in recent years. A 2.3-acre plot of land with no structures at 1063/1071 N. Ocean Blvd. is on the market for a sky-high $200 million, as reported by the NY Post. 1980 S. Ocean Blvd., a 5-minute drive from Mar-a-Lago on only 2 acres is also listed for $150 million, or three Hunter Biden paintings.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul told real estate developers that they have “nothing to worry about,” as they are only targeting one man at the moment.

“I think that this is really an extraordinary, unusual circumstance that the law-abiding and rule-following New Yorkers who are business people have nothing to worry about, because they’re very different than Donald Trump and his behavior,” Hochul responded to reporters.

It is overtly obvious that this trial is a deliberate attempt to arrest the Democrat’s only political opponent and revoke our Constitutional right to vote for our candidate of choice. Again, we must be extremely cautious of what the Biden-Harris regime is attempting to do with the Bayh–Dole Act or Patent and Trademark Law Amendments Act as the government can and will seize anything they can to pay off their debt and value it at next to nothing.

DOJ Admits Laptop From Hell was NOT a Conspiracy

The Department of Justice finally acknowledged that the Laptop From Hell did indeed belong to Hunter Biden. Apple provided the DOJ with information from the laptop years ago after compiling data from Hunter’s iCloud, leading to a multi-year propaganda campaign from the White House.

This scandal is far more significant than the president’s son engaging in illicit activities with drugs, guns, and prostitutes. This scandal exposes the corruption across the intelligence community – the FBI, CIA, and DOJ are in the establishment’s pocket. Most damning of all, the laptop legitimacy proves Joe Biden’s TREASONOUS dealings with foreign actors. The former Vice President of the United States, now POTUS, sold state secrets for his own profit.

Before Joe Biden’s mind deteriorated, he was helping his son make big moves in China and Ukraine. Text messages have been released that show Hunter Biden threatening a CHICOM official while allegedly sitting next to his father, the then-vice president. “I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father,” Hunter sent to Chicom official Henry Zhao.

“I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” Joe Biden stated. And yet, he used Air Force Two to shuttle his son to meeting across the globe on taxpayers’ dime. Cathay Bank revealed the Biden Crime Family’s activities in April of 2023. Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Senator Charles Grassley of Iowa presented the finding to the Senate but nothing was done. The Senators penned a joint letter, stating:

“The convergence of the Biden family’s political and business lives began during the Obama-Biden Administration. Obama Administration White House visitor logs show Hunter Biden’s business partner visited the White House at least 27 times during President Biden’s vice presidency. Hunter Biden’s business partner—Eric Schwerin—was later nominated for a position in the Obama-Biden Administration and handled then-Vice President Biden’s tax returns while he was in office and Schwerin was president of Rosemont Seneca Partners— another Hunter Biden-affiliated company. Republicans must track the dollars to uncover whether the current President himself benefitted from these transactions and whether the payments were from nations opposed to U.S. interests.”

A poll taken a few weeks after the Cathay Bank revelations showed that 67% of Americans wanted Joe Biden impeached for abusing his political power for profit. Around the same time, the House Judiciary Committee sent a letter addressed to Secretary of State Anthony Blinken that revealed Biden and Blinken deliberately created the story that Hunter’s “laptop from hell” was “Russian disinformation” in order to help him steal the election.

Questioning the existence of the laptop was prohibited and deemed a dangerous conspiracy. To make the lie more believable, Hunter Biden countersued the laptop repair shop owner. The poor soul who discovered the laptop did not realize that turning the computer over to the FBI was a mistake since the department is the establishment’s personal Gestapo.

Russia fabricated the story of the laptop from hell, and the MAGA supporters were spreading misinformation on their behalf. Joe Biden is a treasonous liar. Hunter Biden is a foul human being, but he is not up for election. Has Biden not already done enough damage to America? I assure you it can get worse. Hunter Biden Indicted on Federal Firearms Charges – But Don’t Expect FARA Charges

Three days ago, the DOJ filed a motion in court to quietly drop the charges against former partner of Michael Flynn, Bijan Rafiekian {DOJ pdf Link}. The initial case was created by the Muller team (Weissman) and encompassed the issue of violations to the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA). After one failed attempt at prosecution, the Mueller team turned the case over to the DOJ who were going to refile the charges. {Backstory Here} Instead, as noted, the DOJ recently dropped the case.

Why does this matter?

Hunter Biden worked as a foreign agent for Ukraine and Chinese interests.  Hunter Biden never registered under U.S. laws which require foreign agent registration to represent the interests of a foreign government or entity.  This is the same accusation that loomed over Bijan Rafiekian.  The DOJ dropped the case against Rafiekian, because they will not be charging Hunter Biden for FARA violations.  The DOJ does not want you to notice the timing.

Today, a federal grand jury indicted Hunter Biden for federal firearm violations.  [4-page pdf HERE] This will be the extent of the criminal charges filed against Hunter Biden.  Everything else will be swept under the rug. Biden will receive a soft sentence.

The larger DC narrative will now shift to Second Amendment issues, and the defense will argue the Second Amendment doesn’t disqualify drug users.  This will put the discussion on a host of Second Amendment topics, which the Biden administration will then seek to use as they advance the 2024 election narrative, and simultaneously require more rules, laws, restrictions and legislation about firearms.

On Thursday, a Delaware grand jury indicted Hunter Biden on three gun-related charges, including illegally owning a firearm as a drug user and lying on a form when he allegedly bought the gun.

Thursday’s move is a major escalation in the Justice Department’s probe of Hunter Biden, heightening both his legal jeopardy and his father’s political peril. The courtroom fight will play out in tandem with a Republican impeachment inquiry into the president that is scrutinizing his son’s business dealings.

The indictment notes that when buying guns, people must fill out a form saying — among other things — that they do not use illegal drugs. In October 2018, the indictment continues, Biden bought a gun despite being a drug user. It says he owned a Colt Cobra revolver for about 11 days — from “on or about” Oct. 12, 2018, until “on or about” Oct. 23, 2018.

If convicted, Biden could face up to 25 years in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines. However, sentences are often issued below the maximum length allowed, and some defendants don’t face jail time at all.

Lawyers for Hunter Biden did not immediately return a request for comment. (read more)

The tax violations will be handled as an agreement with the IRS.  The FARA violations will never surface.  The Biden corruption ‘pay-to-play’ scheme will not be prosecuted by the DOJ and will be left to the game of pretending in congress (impeachment).  Hunter will receive probation.

We accept the DC corruption as it is, not as we would wish it to be.

Joe Biden will not be the Democrat nominee in 2024.

Lawfare Rep Goldman Admits Biden Broad Immunity Deal Was Political Construct Intended to Protect Biden Family from Future Accountability for Prior Criminal Conduct

Wickedness has a way of manifesting in the human body.   As the physical lifeforce within Daniel Goldman begins diminishing, the pale and sullen former Robert Mueller operative appears on CNN to discuss the Hunter Biden case and the appointment of the special counsel.

Skilled in the dark arts of lawfare, Representative Goldman spins the investigation to its situational opposite; however, he does reveal that David Weiss was motivated by politics when he constructed the plea agreement for Hunter Biden.  According to Goldman, the plea deal was built around broad immunity for any criminal conduct so that a future DOJ -one not in alignment with the Biden crime syndicate- could not hold the Biden crime family accountable. WATCH:

House Oversight Committee Releases Bank Records Showing Foreign Payments to Biden Family From Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has released details of the banking transfers from foreign businesses into the Biden family while Joe Biden was in office.  [House Oversight Link] – Bank Detail Link HERE.

The payments flowed into companies set up by Hunter Biden and Devon Archer, the witness who testified to congress.  Those companies then distributed the money (laundered) into subsidiary companies of Rosemont Seneca, and then the money was distributed to the Biden group.  One of the transactions, traced through bank records by the House investigators, was the payment of $3.5 million from Yelena Baturina, wife of the Mayor of Moscow.

The memorandum outlines how the Bidens and their business associates received millions from oligarchs in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine during Joe Biden’s vice presidency.

After Hunter Biden received millions of dollars in payments, then-Vice President Joe Biden dined with his son’s foreign associates in Washington, D.C. Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, recently testified that then-Vice President Joe Biden was “the brand” sold to enrich the Biden family and was used to send “signals” of access, power, and influence.

“During Joe Biden’s vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold him as ‘the brand’ to reap millions from oligarchs in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine. It appears no real services were provided other than access to the Biden network, including Joe Biden himself. And Hunter Biden seems to have delivered. This is made clear by meals at Café Milano where then-Vice President Joe Biden dined with oligarchs from around the world who had sent money to his son,” said Chairman Comer.

“It’s clear Joe Biden knew about his son’s business dealings and allowed himself to be ‘the brand’ sold to enrich the Biden family while he was Vice President of the United States. The House Oversight Committee will continue to follow the money trail and obtain witness testimony to determine whether foreign actors targeted the Bidens, President Biden is compromised or corrupt, and our national security is threatened.”

Committee Staff is Releasing Payments from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine that Occurred During Joe Biden’s Vice Presidency: The Committee has now identified over $20 million in payments from foreign sources to the Biden family and their business associates.

♦ Hunter Biden and Devon Archer Used Rosemont Seneca Entities to Bring in Millions from Oligarchs in Europe and Asia: Using accounts nominally tied to Devon Archer (but using the familiar “Rosemont Seneca” branding), Hunter Biden received incremental payments originating from foreign sources, attempting to hide the source and size of the payments.

♦ In February 2014, a Russian Oligarch Sent $3.5 Million to a Shell Company Associated with Hunter Biden and Devon Archer: Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina transferred $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a shell company. Approximately $1 million was transferred to Devon Archer, and the remainder was used to initially fund a new company account, Rosemont Seneca Bohai, which Devon Archer and Hunter Biden used to receive other foreign wires.

♦ In Spring 2014, a Ukrainian Oligarch Placed Archer and Biden on the Burisma Board of Directors and Agreed to Pay them $1 Million Each per Year: Burisma Holdings’ (Burisma) corporate secretary, Vadym Pozharsky, worked on behalf of the Ukrainian oligarch and owner of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky. Hunter Biden was initially hired by Burisma to work as counsel for the company, and Pozharsky and Zlochevsky met with Hunter Biden at a conference in Lake Como in Italy where they decided Hunter Biden would work on the board of directors with Devon Archer. Then-Vice President Joe Biden visited Ukraine soon after their first payments. Payments from Burisma for both Devon Archer and Hunter Biden were wired to Rosemont Seneca Bohai. Payments were transmitted in incremental amounts to Hunter Biden’s different bank accounts.

♦ In April 2014, a Kazakhstani Oligarch Wired the Exact Price of Biden’s Sportscar to a Bank Account Used by Archer and Biden: In February 2014, Hunter Biden met with Kenes Rakishev at a Washington, D.C. hotel. Rakishev worked closely with the prime minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Massimov. In April, Rakishev, a Kazakhstani oligarch, wired $142,300 to Rosemont Seneca Bohai. The next day, a payment was made from Rosemont Seneca Bohai for a sportscar for Hunter Biden in the amount of $142,300. Archer and Biden then arranged for Burisma executives to visit Kazakhstan in June 2014 to evaluate a three-way deal among Burisma, a Chinese state-owned company, and the government of Kazakhstan.

House Oversight Committee Releases Transcript of Devon Archer Testimony About Joe and Hunter Biden Business Deals

Hunter Biden’s business partner at Burisma, Devon Archer, testified about the nature of the business construct and the flow of payments to the Biden family.  The House Oversight Committee has released the 141-page transcript [READ HERE].

Within the transcript, when Democrat representative and lawyer Daniel Goldman questioned Mr. Archer about the exact value of having the Biden family as part of the Burisma Holdings organization, Archer informed Goldman the intent of the partnership was for the Biden family to keep the legal inquiry about the business operation under control.

Various foreign businesses contracted with Hunter Biden and Devon Archer, specifically because Joe Biden could address their interests and influence government, both in the USA and abroad. [House Link HERE]

Mr. Archer: My only thought is that I think Burisma would have gone out of business if it didn’t have the brand attached to it.  That’s my, like, only honest opinion.  But I have no basis for any ‑‑ never heard any conversations –

Mr. Goldman: You’re just talking about that Hunter was on the board. 

Mr. Archer:  Right. And I think that’s why –

Mr. Archer: Well, the capabilities to navigate D.C. that they were able to, you know, basically be in the news cycle.  And I think that preserved them from a, you know, from a longevity standpoint.  That’s like my honest ‑‑ that’s like really what I ‑‑ that’s like how I think holistically.

Mr. Goldman: But how would that work? 

Mr. Archer: Because people would be intimidated to mess with them. 

Mr. Goldman: In what way? 

Mr. Archer:  Legally.

New York Representative Daniel Goldman, a former DOJ official and member of the Robert Mueller team, has a very specific role to play with his political assignments.

In these brief soundbite segments below, Goldman spins the intent of Hunter Biden calling his father during business meetings with various foreign business officials was just to discuss the weather on behalf of the participants.

This is how far the left-wing is willing to go out on this.  Think about the intellectual dissonance here as the narrative is produced.  Goldman would have the American people believe that Hunter Biden is having meetings with various Ukraine, Romanian and Chinese business officials, and suddenly as the issues of the executives were being outlined and discussed, Hunter would just call Joe Biden in the middle of those conversations to inquire about the weather.  WATCH:
