Prime Minister David  Cameron is showing how politicians are really cross dressers. Just because he is the head of the Conservatives, does not mean he is really conservative. Cameron told the press that UNLESS the government can just start seizing money from people’s bank accounts it THINKS you might owe, he will have to raise everyone’s taxes.

Cameron actually told Sky News:

“We have a choice here. If we don’t collect taxes properly and make sure people pay their taxes properly we look at the problems of having to raise tax rates. I don’t want to do that, so I support the changes the Chancellor set out in the Budget which is to really say that not paying your taxes is not acceptable.

“It is very clear that they can only do this if there is a debt of over £1,000, they can only do it if there’s £5,000 or more in the account after this has been completed. The general principle – do we want to pursue every avenue of making people pay their taxes they are meant to pay before we put up taxes, because that’s the alternative – absolutely, yes we do.”

This is a total lie and is directed at tax revenue. Theresa May, claims there’s no reason to worry since the Investigatory Powers Bill would never be used just spying on citizens. Instead, it’ll help track down online bullies and trolls. This is in line with Cameron wanting to just seize money from ANY British account. They have had posters in London saying they are closing in on taxes. The Conservatives are liars for all these measures are directed at hunting money. Not people who “bully” others on Facebook of other social media.

Last October, Poland’s opposition Law and Justice party won the election with 37.6% of the vote, which was enough for it to govern alone. Law and Justice is a conservative and Eurosceptic party with leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski. Law and Justice has very strong support in poorer, rural areas. When I was in Poland, in all my meetings, there was unprecedented rejection of joining the Euro. EVERY single meeting was the same – the general view was if Poland joined the Euro, their economy would be destroyed by Brussels. There were large demonstrations against the Euro.

Poland’s Law and Justice conservative government took control of state media last week after new legislation giving it the power to directly appoint the heads of public broadcasters was introduced through parliament, despite EU concern and condemnation from rights watchdogs. The move was directed at ensuring there would be no pro-Euro direction of the press.

The European Union’s Executive dictatorship announced on Sunday that it would now discuss the state of the rule of law in Poland. During this initial process, the Commission will collect information and then with prejudice assess that these measures are a systemic threat to the rule of law. This is only because it is anti-Euro. They have rigged elections, intimidated the press, and shut down democratic processes throughout Europe to further their agenda. When someone fights back, they call this a democratic violation.

What are Human Rights? Do They Include Property & Class?

The real definition of a human right is a right that is believed to belong justifiably to every person. The United Nations defines Human Rights as:

Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.

The question is simply this: why is discriminating against class acceptable, as advocated by Karl Marx, which has become fundamental in politics as with Hillary in the States or Hollande in Europe? Those of us who are producers are looked down upon by the state as a possession as in Ayn Rand’s “Atlas Shrugged”. The G20 is on a witch hunt to track down every person to find where they have any money stashed. This greed of politicians to fund their mismanagement of the state violates our HUMAN RIGHTS.

We are economic slaves who are unable to be free because we cannot live in peace. We are not always free to resign our nationality and the United States claims that human rights include “nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status.” Class is a status.

What the G20 has agreed to violates the Universal Declaration of Human Rights supported by all countries. Article 2 states:

Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Discrimination against class because someone earns more than another violates human rights. Nevertheless, governments impose a progressive tax system which has produced FATCA and will destroy the entire world economy by 2017 for international investment will no longer be available to people on an individual basis. The global economy will be handed purely to multinational companies, be they corporations or investment funds of some nature.

Government have waged total war against wealth creation. Indeed, 2017 will be the year from hell.

ANSWER: It is not just the USA this time, it is France & Germany plus the referendum vote on Britain leaving the EU. All of this will be a lot of uncertainly in Europe which will drive more capital into dollar on sheer anticipation.

It is not dramatic with USA alone. It is the correlation of all political trends hitting in 2017, In the USA, this is also when everything goes negative and that is the government’s own budget. So this time the public will start to hear more about the budget crisis we face.

They get away with this and you are next for it will be extended in 2017 everywhere. Then there is the mad rush to move to electronic money to prevent people from hoarding cash outside of banks. This is why we have presented the SOLUTION that necessitates the end of public debt and the end of taxes for both are obsolete when there is no intention of ever repaying the debt.

One small business owner wrote to tell us that when they deposit any cash, they now must supply the bank with photo ID to deposit cash even as a small business owner dealing with the public IN THE UNITED STATES.

The sum of all our worst fears is coming. You will know it by its number – 2017.

2016 – the BIG SHIFT

As we close 2015 and begin a new year, the markets generally closed flat to neutral with a warning that as we approach the political year from hell being 2017, this is by no means going to be a walk through the park. We are more likely than not going to see some trends conclude in 2016 and others perform a false move the scare the hell out of everyone. Nevertheless, the stars may not be aligning, but the markets appear to be setting the stage to align for the BIG SHIFT.

What does the BIG SHIFT mean? It means that as we face a meltdown in Socialism which has taken hold of Western Governments destroying our underlying democratic foundations, ALL assets must prepare for the HEDGE against government.

Big Shift 1975-1982

 

Relationships are NEVER constant, yet the TV analysis touts fixed concepts that people then believe. At first, many will buy or sell based upon such unfounded beliefs and assumptions. When we examine them in detail, they fall to the ground into dust.

Troika-Unelected

Europe is operating under a dictatorship and has lost any possible right to exercise a democratic process to remove the three members of the Troika since not a single one stands for any election. Lagarde is of the IMF and is not even appointed the head of the IMF exclusively by Europeans. She was a personal friend of Obama. Draghi is ex-Goldman Sachs. Once a member of Goldman, you never leave. The EU Parliament has no validity since the Commission is not bound by their vote. The people of European nations have absolutely no means to reclaim their sovereignty by any method other than force. And to prevent that, the EU Commission wants to create its own army.

As we hurl through time and space toward 2017, we will come to realize that this is indeed the year from Political Hell. Not only will a new president take office in the USA, but we are looking at France, Germany, and Britain also going nuts.

The $40 level becomes important resistance now in oil. The Dow closing lower than 2014 is warning that there is a risk of a retest of the lows as was the case with the S&P 500 and the NASDAQ which made a new high at last but with little follow-through. This warns we may yet see a retest of support and the Sling-Shot Move remains possible. Silver closed bearish and gold only neutral.

It appears everything lining up for a very dramatic move between 2017 and 2020. So grab your socks, this one could be very crazy and wild to say the least.

Australia Cannibalizing its own Economy

The Australian Tax Office (ATO) has applied to access to everything to hunt for money. They want access to phone calls, emails, posts, and SMS text messages. We have verified this with several sources. Like Rome, Australia is cannibalizing its own economy. They will succeed in destroying Western civilization and when the G20 tracks every penny in 2017, the 2017-2020 period will look like a cliff on a global scale.

The ATO asked for these powers back in 2012. Guess what? They are getting them. They have already begun using children to hunt their parents. This is precisely how they force people to to hoard their savings and withdraw it from banks, which become highly dangerous whenever government needs money. They have created wars to enable taxation. For you see, historically the king had NO RIGHT to impose taxes. He had to summon Parliament and ask for their “consent” to tax the people and the only justification was war to DEFEND the country, not to invade another, hence 100 year war. Even in the USA, income taxes are technically “voluntary” and Congress must introduce legislation to raise taxes by pretending to be the people requesting to be taxed. They cannot imprison you for NOT PAYING your taxes, the crime is failure to “file” as it is your criminal obligation to tell them you owe taxes. They cannot imprison you if you cannot pay what you do not have.

A reader forwarded this except from a professional accounting newsletter in Australia. As the reader points out, Australia is copying USA’s every move. At least our politicians are openly saying they are hunting taxes instead of pretending the phone tapping is to prevent terrorism!

Phone Tapping Powers for ATO

A parliamentary committee has recommended that the Australian Taxation Office should be able to intercept stored phone calls, emails and SMSs as part of its efforts to crack down on serious criminal behaviour and tax fraud.

The report into financial related crime which was released in September this year recommends the ATO be listed as a criminal law enforcement agency under metadata retention laws passed in 2014 and would grant the ATO powers similar to those utilised as part of the Project Wickenby investigation, the largest tax-evasion investigation undertaken in this country. The report also looked at the threat of technology-based financial crime such as money transfers and thefts and recommended ASIC improve their response time to limit internet scams.

In the meantime, the ATO plans to target up to 90,000 small businesses that are deemed to be failing to comply with their tax obligations. This follows the Tax Office’s launch of a social media campaign earlier this year which called for consumers and business owners to ‘dob in’ businesses suspected of evading tax bills.

Rising Separatist Movement in Corsica to Leave France & Riots Against Muslims

On December 5th, 2015, youth clashed with police in a separatist protest. This is the youth uprising – the lost generation that Socialism has turned into economic slaves. Some 500 young people responded to the call for Independence from France. This is a building movement which has picked up speed following the turning point of the Economic Confidence Model on September 30th and violent protests began on October 2nd, 2015. Youths began throwing stones and shooting flare guns clashing with police two days after the ECM in an attack which targeted a docked French customs boat in Corsica. This new shift post-ECM is calling for independence whereas pre-ECM it was primarily a trend of rising violence on the island which was a wave of labour strife.

The rising trend toward independence in Corsica took a new turn as demonstrators ransacked a Muslim prayer hall and set fire to copies of the Koran on Christmas Day. A reader from Corsica reports

The situation keeps evolving in France. And it seems still in tune with Corsica.

Now Corsican regional government made it cristal clear that it sees things differently than the french government. The assembly president stated that “corsican is the language of Corsica”, responding to the french government who insists “french was the language of the french republic”.

As i said before, since the french revolution, the French State does not make a clear distinction between nationality/culture and citizenship. So, to be a “good citizen” means to become culturally french. Corsican are now able to openly question the definition framed 224 years ago, when the first french constitution was written (1791).

As you stated that 30th of december was a key date for the political trend, i noted that, in France, a powerful debate occured this very day after a former french minister, Nadine Morano, quoted Charles De Gaulle as defining the French people as a “white and christian nation”. I told myself that this meant it would be the frame of the political cycle from now on, i.e. “who is french ?”. The answer being a cultural / pre 1789 answer.

Following the massacres in Paris, the government wants to modify the constitution. Curiously, the socialist president decided he would include the possibility for a french born citizen who has another nationality to lose the french one. This is triggering a further debate about multiple nationalities, thus leading to crisis around the definition of the french nationality (jus sanguinis, jus solis).

Yesterday, muslims rioters attacked firemen in ajaccio (Corsica). They use to do it in France everywhere for Christmas and New Year. The corsican crowd reaction has been this : 300 peoples went to the near mosque and ruined it while calling for killing all the muslims. The slogans were “Arabi for” (“Arabs out” in corsican) and a call for national corsican unity.

It seems that the French Revolution ideals are completely falling apart : rise in french nationalist sentiment, separatism on an ethnic base, both fueled by anti-muslim reactions.

Genie Energy was granted in 2013 the exclusive oil and gas exploration rights to a 153-square mile radius in the southern part of the Golan Heights by the Netanyahu government. The players are all in the game of a company most people have never heard of no less from Newark, New Jersey.

Genie Energy, confirmed that it has discovered oil and gas in this occupied territory held by Israel on the Golan Heights, which is formally the territory of guess who – Syria. So while the pipeline issue we reported was the real reason behind Obama wanting to invade Syria, we now have to also add to this mix Israel. Genie Energy needed a very influential Strategic Advisory Board because this is occupied territory becoming to Syria. The announcement of the discovery took place October 11th, 2015. We also have Russia starting to bomb US trained forced destined to overthrow Syria. This was the announcement of Genie.

This entire cauldron in the Middle East is shaping up to be World War III but it is over energy. It all began right to the day of the Economic Confidence Model on September 30th, 2015. The public announcement of Genie was October 11th. That means the results were already known Behind the Curtain going into September 30th. These people need a war in their mind to get oil prices back up. If oil closes in the States above $35, then we are NOT getting that long-term bear market signal. We need a closing BELOW $32.20 to negate a bull market. A closing for 2015 ABOVE. 

This is not a Christmas message I cared to write. Oil will be VERY CRITICAL as a signal for 2016 because we also have the War Cycle moving higher into 2017.
