Twitter file release #7 comes from Michael Shellenberger and focuses on how the FBI specifically engaged with Twitter before, during and after the Hunter Biden Laptop story surfaced. [RELEASE HERE]
There are some interesting facets to the Shellenberger outline including his naming of the communications method, “Teleporter, a one-way communications channel from the FBI to Twitter, ” and Shellenberger’s identification of payments from the FBI to Twitter in order to cover the expenses related to the censorship they requested.
As Shellenberger notes on paragraph 46, “The FBI’s influence campaign may have been helped by the fact that it was paying Twitter millions of dollars for its staff time. “I am happy to report we have collected $3,415,323 since October 2019!” reports an associate of Jim Baker in early 2021.”
Overall, the Twitter file 7 release shows the FBI being well aware of the Hunter Biden laptop issue long before the fall of 2020 and taking specific action to mitigate any potential damage to the Biden campaign. The FBI was aware of the laptop in December of 2019, and the engagements with the social media platform were transparently proactive measures with political intentions.
The story weaves in and out of Washington DC and transfers the action items from DC to the San Francisco field office of the FBI where Elvis Chan was in charge of coordinating control over the content of the Twitter platform.
Factually, a solid argument could be made that this specific release shows how the FBI Russiagate effort against Trump needed to exit Washington DC following the 2016 election, and so the majority of FBI’s anti-Trump activity for 2020 shifted to San Francisco.
Washington DC DOJ, FBI and Intelligence Community efforts focused on protecting itself from discovery of their activity in 2015 and 2016, while San Francisco became the headquarters for FBI anti-Trump efforts targeting 2020. This location shift aligns with the datapoint of Russiagate FBI Agent Joseph Pientka transferring from DC to San Francisco; with Elvis Chan taking the place of Pientka as the targeting focused on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, etc).
Former FBI Legal Counsel James Baker was fired after the Russiagate activity started to surface. Baker then becomes the General Counsel at Twitter, able to coordinate and receive ongoing FBI efforts. Baker would be positioned to influence Twitter executives to accept the FBI instructions as well as deflect any internal questions that might arrise about the platform being used as an extension of the FBI.
As noted by James Baker’s email in the file release, Baker also dissuaded the financial concerns by coordinating payments from the FBI to cover the internal costs to Twitter. The FBI was paying Twitter for influence and control operations and James Baker handled that transfer of funds.
On the financial side of the equation, I would be on the lookout for additional information about subsidies on the tech side of the platform operation. Specifically, data processing offsets for Twitter as a result of this DHS/FBI/ODNI relationship. My suspicion for multiple years has been that Twitter tech shifted from an open portal type connection (front of building) to Twitter actually operating on the backbone of DHS servers (back of building).
From the FBI San Francisco Field Office (SFFO) Special Agent Elvis Chan was coordinating the activity. Specifically, Elvis Chan was coordinating the overall FBI division influence operation of the DHS effort.
One rather stunning aspect to Chan’s role and responsibility, a point that highlights the importance placed on the FBI influence effort, showing the scale of Chan’s reach, was his ability to independently authorize security clearances for the Twitter executives based entirely on Yoel Roth just sending him a list of names.
This security clearance angle may explain why Twitter is currently concerned about releasing specific information related to the FBI “Teleporter” channel being outlined.
In summary, the Twitter File #7 release shows an active 2020 political operation conducted by the FBI in advance of the election mirroring the FBI operation in 2016 around the fraudulent Trump-Russia construct. The FBI is conducting domestic political intelligence operations on behalf of the United States government.
The FBI is essentially the soviet-era FSB.
Social media is under DHS surveillance, facilitated by platform partnerships and the FBI mission is based on the results. Domestic thought crimes and wrong-speak are a high priority.

The J6 Committee has announced they have found President Trump guilty of four counts of campaigning against their Democrat candidates and attempting to disrupt the DC system of governing and financial graft. The committee formally announced their intent today for political referrals to the Biden-Obama justice department.
In addition to holding other scandalous political conversations, President Trump is accused of: (1) “aiding and comforting” disgruntled voters; (2) obstructing Congress’ Jan. 6 joint session by holding a political rally in DC; (3) conspiring with some unknown entity to make false claims to the bureaucrats in the National Archives about his private papers; and ultimately, (4) conspiring to defraud the United States and deprive Washington DC of its business model.
The J6 Committee has released a 160-page “executive summary” of a report they will release soon [READ HERE], and will now refer President Trump to Lisa Monaco, Deputy Attorney General and former White House counsel for President Obama, to be prosecuted in Washington DC for heinous crimes and insurrection.
The goal is to fulfill President Obama’s former campaign manager David Plouffe’s promise to destroy President Trump and block him from holding office again.
Washington DC – […] The panel has long contended Trump broke the law. But its new report — which the committee voted to release but has yet to become public — is expected to add vivid new details of that effort, particularly about the cast of enablers who facilitated Trump’s gambit, from Republican members of Congress to a team of lawyers pushing fringe legal theories to shadowy operatives awash in conspiracies. The panel also released the 160-page executive summary of its report, capturing the contours of its case against Turmp.
“Faith in our system is the foundation of American democracy. If the faith is broken, so is our democracy,” said select panel chair Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.). “Donald Trump broke that faith. He lost the 2020 election and knew it, but he chose to try to stay in office through a multi-part scheme.”
“This can never happen again,” Thompson added.
The recommended referral for insurrection mentions U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta’s ruling in February, which said Trump’s language plausibly incited violence on Jan. 6 and cited the Senate’s 57 votes in last year’s impeachment trial to convict Trump on “incitement of insurrection.”
Charging decisions rest entirely with DOJ prosecutors, not Congress, but panel members have increasingly stressed the impact their transmission to the department could have on public opinion — viewing it as part of building a historical record around the attack. Special Counsel Jack Smith is currently conducting a wide-ranging investigation of Trump’s scheme to cling to power, and the select panel has also moved in parallel with DOJ’s effort to prosecute hundreds of Trump supporters who attacked the Capitol. Everything seems to be following a flow and pattern associated with intense Democrat effort to retain their ‘fundamental change‘ objective.
If the sequencing is maintained, Hunter Biden will likely be charged with some low-level tax crime, right before President Trump is charged with attempting to destroy the universe. At this point the clown show is ridiculous and absurd. Believe me, the entire electorate can see it…. Not just MAGA supporters.
The more they do this, the more I appreciate the Rosetta Stone that President Donald J Trump represents.

One thing I dislike immensely about republican punditry, specifically as it relates to internal dynamics, is their tribal narrative engineering. The example from Breitbart about President Trump’s discussion of the next speaker of the House is a case study.
Take out Matthey Boyle’s woven narrative; and remind yourself that Boyle is writing from a position of DeSantis advocacy; read just the direct quotes from President Trump about the risk of House Speaker if the party doesn’t align to support Kevin McCarthy, and the position is pragmatic.
Essentially, if not Kevin McCarthy, and the House vote is dependent on Democrat support, the result will likely be worse.
Just the Trump quotes: “I think it’s a very dangerous game that’s being played,” Trump said. “It’s a very dangerous game. Some bad things could happen. Look, we had Boehner and he was a strange person but we ended up with Paul Ryan who was ten times worse. Paul Ryan was an incompetent speaker. I think he goes down as the worst speaker in history. We took [out] Boehner—and a group of people, some of whom are the same, and they’re very good friends of mine. All those people are very good friends of mine.”
[…] ““Think of it—we ended up with Paul Ryan. Boehner was like Winston Churchill compared to Paul Ryan,” Trump said. “Boehner wasn’t perfect—nobody’s perfect—but Paul Ryan was a disaster for the Republican Party. That’s what we got. Now we have to live with him. He’s destroying Fox and he’s destroying the New York Post. We got to live with this maniac. This guy, Paul Ryan, couldn’t have gotten elected in his own area of Wisconsin. I went with him after I won the election and we had a tremendous crowd of people and they booed him off the stage. You remember that? They booed him off the stage. This guy is now telling Fox what to do.”
[…] “Look, I think this: Kevin has worked very hard,” Trump said. “He is just—it’s been exhausting. If you think, he’s been all over. I think he deserves the shot. Hopefully he’s going to be very strong and going to be very good and he’s going to do what everybody wants.”
[…] “Now, I’m friendly with a lot of those people who are against Kevin. I think almost every one of them are very much inclined toward Trump, and me toward them. But I have to tell them, and I have told them, you’re playing a very dangerous game,” Trump said. “You could end up with the worse situation. I don’t even want to say what it is, but I could tell you it’s a worse situation. You could end up with some very bad situations. I use the Boehner to Paul Ryan example. You understand what I’m saying? It could be a doomsday scenario. It could be. You could end up with somebody who would be a disaster like Paul Ryan was.” (LINK)
I see absolutely nothing ‘controversial’ in those statements.
President Trump is correct. The conservative House took down John Boener, the creepy and emotionally unstable 60-year-old sitting at the end of the bar who hits on your 21-year-old daughter. What came next was Paul Ryan, the current brother-in-law to radical SCOTUS Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, and the Wisconsin politician married to a Democrat lobbyist.
Ryan then blocked any effort to hold the FBI accountable for their role in the 2016 election and the promotion of Russiagate. Then followed that obstruction with an intentional effort to lose the 2018 midterm election, while announcing his own resignation.
Kevin McCarthy might suck, but at least he sucks in a controlled environment.
I’m not a fan of Kevin McCarthy, few would dislike him more than I; however, in the final analysis who else has put their name in the hat and is going to -or could- get the entire republican caucus on their side?
The GOP only has a five-vote House margin.
It takes a simple majority to confirm the House Speaker.
What other method, candidate, representative or alternative position is there to take?

During the Turning Point USA America Fest, Fox News contributor and #1 rated cable news host, Tucker Carlson is asked about Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and President Donald Trump. Who would Tucker Carlson endorse in the 2024 GOP primary? {Direct Rumble Link}
The answer Carlson delivers to that question is the best 9+ minute dialogue on both men you will hear. Referencing his recent interview with Mike Tyson, Tucker begins by outlining the baseline premise inherent in questions around endorsements. The essence of the question implies an individual’s opinion of their own self-importance, which Carlson eloquently explained is irrelevant.
Tucker then delivers a very accurate encapsulation of both leaders and frames the context for both amid a scenario that no one should predict. WATCH:

This afternoon President Donald Trump released a video outlining a campaign platform position around free speech. {Direct Rumble Link}
Referencing the latest revelations about various political groups, campaigns and government agencies instructing social media platforms on the removal of content, President Trump notes his position would be to dismantle the government systems that facilitate the censorship. President Trump notes he would sign an executive order banning any federal agency from censoring or limiting the free speech of American citizens.
Additionally, President Trump noted he would ban federal money from being used to label domestic speech as misinformation or disinformation, along with firing any bureaucrat who has previously engaged in the domestic censorship, directly or indirectly, including within all agencies of the DHS, FBI or DOJ who have targeted the free speech rights of Americans. WATCH:
.
Among other initiatives, President Trump called for the federal government to break ties with any nonprofits and academic programs that are aimed at tacking mis- and disinformation.
“If any U.S. university is discovered to have engaged in censorship activities or election interferences in the past, such as flagging social media content for removal of blacklisting, those universities should lose federal research dollars and federal student loan support for a period of five years, and maybe more,” he said.

The fourth installment of the Twitter Files release dropped yesterday evening as presented by Michael Shellenberger [SEE HERE]. Overall, the Shellenberger angle covers the conversation within Twitter to block the communication and information from President Donald Trump.
Essentially, the executive filtration team in control of Twitter content was looking for ways to stop Donald Trump from using the platform and they modified all existing rules and moderation guidelines to target and censor President Trump.
One of the ways they justified their action was to infer motive for any content that President Trump provided through his Twitter account. “Ultimately on January 8, 2021, Twitter says its ban is based on “specifically how [Trump’s tweets] are being received & interpreted.”” The Twitter executives decided to reach their end goal of shutting down Trump’s voice, the way his message could be interpreted was their best justification.
Twitter File #4 walks through the internal conversation at Twitter in early January 2021, but again heavily redacts the specifics of who was participating in many of the conversations. Also missing is any contact by government officials or representatives of the Biden team as the transition period was ongoing. Given the nature of the previous contacts from the Biden campaign, the absence of communication from the transition period in Twitter File #4 release is stark.
Three other interesting Twitter developments below.
♦ Additional scrutiny is finally beginning to surface toward the DHS/FBI network that is running in the background of Twitter. It is critical to remind ourselves that DHS Twitter is still the current Twitter as it is being witnessed and these files released.
Twitter user “NameRedacted,” a familiar account that has gone through many modifications since it was originally created and then banned from the platform, went through the public profiles of the Twitter officers currently on staff and started identifying all of the FBI officials that remain employed. The list is rather extensive [SEE HERE].
People are starting to ask questions about why so many officials from the U.S. intelligence community were hired by Twitter. Perhaps the Potemkin Village, the face of Twitter, may soon drop as people realize what Jack’s Magic Coffee Shop was really all about. As the smart question is asked, “Why, after Trump was elected, did Twitter hire over a dozen ex FBI/CIA agents and place them in Senior Management roles?”
The current DHS involvement in Twitter surfaces with the thread created by NameRedacted being suppressed by the same algorithmic tools and control flags described within the previous Twitter file release. People running Twitter right now do not want the public presentation of what those ‘former‘ FBI officials are doing, and who they are.
♦ Twitter Head of Information and Safety, Yoel Roth, essentially the fulcrum of what content would be permitted on the platform or not, is now getting additional scrutiny not for his moderation decisions but for his personal sexual outlooks and the previous refusal of Twitter to remove explicitly sexual content around children.
After reviewing his dissertation at the University of Pennsylvania on gay sex, pornography and the social media app Grindr [SEE HERE] people are looking at the sexualized content of the Twitter platform differently. Did Yoel Roth allow child porn and other content as an outcome of his own deviancy? Many objective researchers are coming to the conclusion the answer was yes. Even Elon Musk seems to think the lack of urgency toward removing sexual content that targets minors was related to Yoel Roth.
Obviously, there is something profoundly troubling about the head of Twitter content and his sexual outlooks toward minors.
There is a particular creepy and weird fascination that triggers multiple “groomer” alarms, and simultaneously explains why any content that exposed the sexual indoctrination of children [LibsOfTikTok] was viewed differently. Accounts that exposed sexualization and grooming of children in a sexploitative way, were removed. Accounts that promoted the sexualization and grooming of children were allowed to remain on the platform. The ideology of Yoel Roth seems to have played a significant role.
♦ Lastly, it appears Mr. Elon Musk is also going to release the internal Twitter content surrounding COVID-19 and the well-publicized censorship efforts on the platform. It will be very interesting to see if there is any release of information from HHS and CDC contact to Twitter officials.
We know those contacts must have been expansive, including the targeting and removal requests from the Biden administration toward content. However, so far, the people releasing the material from Twitter have withheld the names, details, methods of communication and any information that would identify the government officials on the other side of the portal. [Musk Tweet]

… Both were targets of the U.S. government’s use of Twitter and social media to manipulate election outcomes.
While current conservative headlines are filled with discussion surrounding revelations of Twitter being used by U.S. government officials to control and manipulate public opinion, it is worthwhile reminding everyone how this process was first triggered – and then look at how the intelligence community applied the lessons to the USA in 2020.
The Obama administration first created the public-private partnership with Twitter and Facebook to support the “Arab Spring” uprising. As a consequence, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak was the first elected official to be taken out by former President Obama’s deployment of Twitter as a community activist tool for revolution in 2011. In direct and consequential ways, Egypt was the BETA test for a process that surface a decade later in the United States during the 2020 election.
Using and influencing social media was a tool created by the Obama state department, as noted years ago in Mic.Com:
[…] In countries like Egypt, Tunisia, and Yemen, rising action plans such as protests made up of thousands, have been organized through social media such Facebook and Twitter. “We use Facebook to schedule the protests” an Arab Spring activist from Egypt announced “and [we use] Twitter to coordinate, and YouTube to tell the world.” The role that technology has taken in allowing the distribution of public information such as the kinds stated by the aforementioned activist, had been essential in establishing the democratic movement that has helped guide abused civilians to overthrow their oppressor. (link)
(NationalPulse) The most popular Twitter hashtags in the Arab region in the first three months of this year were “Egypt”, “Jan25”, “Libya”, “Bahrain” and “protest”.
Nearly 9 in 10 Egyptians and Tunisians surveyed in March said they were using Facebook to organise protests or spread awareness about them. All but one of the protests called for on Facebook ended up coming to life on the streets.
These and other findings from the newly released second edition of the Arab Social Media Report by the Dubai School of Government give empirical heft to the conventional wisdom that Facebook and Twitter abetted if not enabled the historic region-wide uprisings of early 2011. (link)
Fast forward to 2020, and those same elements deployed against the Egyptian government were deployed in the United States in a coordinated public-private partnership with Twitter, Facebook and social media.
The U.S. government control over these social media platforms is ultimately what lies at the heart of the latest Twitter Files release.
Within the Twitter file release, you will find Twitter’s lead censor, Yoel Roth, meeting with an official from the U.S. Dept of National Intelligence (DNI). From the testimony of FBI Special Agent Elvis Chan, we know that official was Shelby Pierson. Chan was speaking under oath in an ongoing first amendment lawsuit against the Biden administration for manipulating and censoring speech on social media.
To see the connective tissue between the events in 2011 (Egypt) and the events a decade later in 2020 (USA), it is worth noting a discussion that took place in early 2020 between Shelby Pierson and former CIA Director Mike Morell.
Mike Morell was made CIA Director after General Petraeus was removed in 2012 by then DNI James Clapper at the behest of President Obama. With his new position, Mike Morell was the Obama official who gave testimony to congress about CIA operations in/around the Libyan Benghazi compound attack on 9/11/11. Morell was put into this position to protect Hillary Clinton and President Obama for the crisis they created in Libya, the covert arms sales to Libya, and ultimately the Benghazi attack that stemmed from State Dept and CIA efforts to retrieve those illegal weapons.
During the 2016 Presidential election between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, Mike Morell was a key voice helping to frame the narrative that Russia was planning to interfere in the election. Morell, no longer in government and working for Clinton, was another 2016 vector seeding the Trump-Russia narrative to the media while Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele worked outside sending various files to FBI allies to assist the fraudulent framework.
Mike Morell is a key Clinton/Obama loyalist and tool of the national security state. Morell is now a CBS intelligence analyst and contributor.
Back to Shelby Pierson…. In early January 2020 Ms. Pierson and Mr Morell were discussing the upcoming presidential election from the perspective of how the U.S. Intelligence Community would be engaged. Emphasis mine:
(Via CBS) – In this episode of Intelligence Matters, host Michael Morell speaks with Shelby Pierson, a career intelligence official recently named the Intelligence Community Election Threats Executive within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Pierson details past, present and future election security threats facing the U.S., and explains how the intelligence community has partnered with other government agencies to boost visibility into foreign interference efforts.
She explains how the threat landscape has broadened since 2016, and tells Morell what new vectors foreign adversaries may consider using in 2020. Pierson also offers new insights into Russia’s systematic efforts to interfere in the 2016 and 2018 midterm elections. This is the latest installment of a continuing series on “Leadership of the IC,” featuring currently-serving senior leadership within the U.S. intelligence community. (link)
Keep in mind, Shelby Pierson is the key official from the ODNI office, talking to FBI liaison Elvis Chan about frameworks for social media censorship and the specific needs of the U.S. government in October 2020. At the same time, it is Shelby Pierson who is coordinating withe Twitter Executive Yoel Roth.
I urge readers to read the full CBS transcript above get a sense Ms. Pierson from the context of her conversation with fellow traveler Mike Morell in January 2020.
Then, not coincidentally, we go to the CTH archives from February 2020:
February 23, 2020 – […] Sending shockwaves through the intelligence community, it was reported yesterday that newly appointed Acting DNI Richard “Ric” Grenell asked the intelligence community, specifically including Shelby Pierson, to produce the underlying intelligence within the briefing she gave to the House Intelligence Committee.
Well, what do you know…. All of a sudden today, anonymous intelligence officials are reporting to CNN that Ms. Pierson “overstepped” her position, was “misleading” in her briefing, and “mischaracterized” the underlying intelligence. Imagine that.
Washington (CNN)-The US intelligence community’s top election security official appears to have overstated the intelligence community’s formal assessment of Russian interference in the 2020 election, omitting important nuance during a briefing with lawmakers earlier this month, three national security officials told CNN.
The official, Shelby Pierson, told lawmakers on the House Intelligence Committee that Russia is interfering in the 2020 election with the goal of helping President Donald Trump get reelected.
[…] “The intelligence doesn’t say that,” one senior national security official told CNN. “A more reasonable interpretation of the intelligence is not that they have a preference, it’s a step short of that.
[…] One intelligence official said that Pierson’s characterization of the intelligence was “misleading” and a national security official said Pierson failed to provide the “nuance” needed to accurately convey the US intelligence conclusions.
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence, where Pierson is a senior official, did not respond to CNN’s request for comment. (more)
Why would Shelby Pierson and Joseph Maguire intentionally blindside the White House?
The briefing was obviously spun by HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff and democrats on the House intel committee; and there was no intelligence presented during the briefing to support the claims made by Pierson, Democrats and media. (2020 LINK)
What you see now surfacing is evidence of the framework of 2020 election manipulation from the DNI office. That government manipulation later manifests in the public-private partnership between the U.S. government and Twitter, as highlighted in the releases of the Twitter files.
One note of caution. I will draw attention to a very similar framework now rolling out with the Twitter File releases that we saw in the John Durham investigation. Notice how both Bari Weiss and Matt Taibbi are drawing attention to the Twitter executives, but NOT drawing any attention to the government officials. This does not appear to be coincidental.
Bari Weiss could have easily identified the head of the Twitter head of the “Strategic Response Team” an intelligence official named Jeff Carlton. She didn’t. Similarly, Matt Taibbi could have identified the official from the DNI office in contact with Twitter executive Yoel Roth, ODNI official Shelby Pierson. He didn’t.
Just as John Durham structured his public investigative releases to cast the unlawful shadow on only those people outside government, so too is Weiss and Taibbi structuring their public reviews of the Twitter files to draw attention only to the Twitter executives outside government.
The officials from the U.S. government, who are transmitting through the DHS portal to Twitter, are not being named and identified, why not?
From Taibbi and Weiss and Taibbi again, we are getting an outline of actions taken by Twitter officials, but we are still blind to how the information, requests and demands come into Twitter from the U.S. government, and who specifically is sending them.

In a recent court filing [Document Here] President Trump through his legal counsel has requested Judge Cannon to unredact and unseal the search warrant affidavit used as the predicate for the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago. Apparently, the DOJ have yet to provide President Trump with the constitutionally required predicate documents to support their search.
Additionally, the DOJ previously leaked to media about “empty folders with classified banners” as part of the evidence cache they collected. According to the filing the DOJ has since presented three different versions of their evidence collection list, with the most recent list dropping any claims of “two empty folders with classified banners.”
While asking the court to provide the affidavit to the defense team, the lawyers for President Trump are noting the fourth amendment protects everyone against warrantless searches and seizures, and that same protection also guarantees the target the right to receive and review the claimed justification for the warrant.
The unredacted affidavit is obligated to be supplied so that it can be determined if the search warrant was legally valid and predicated. General search warrants are not legally permitted. The warrant must specify what is being searched and why. The DOJ is fighting against this affidavit release. The Trump lawyers are asking the judge to make a decision.
The issue of compartmented (siloed) information, specifically as a tool and technique of the aloof DC system to retain control and influence, is a matter we have discussed on these pages for several years.
Quite literally anything can be classified as a ‘national security interest’ in the deep state effort to retain the illusion of power over the proles, ie us. It is the exact reason why congress exempts themselves from laws and regulations written for everyone else.
In this case we are watching the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD) deny the production of the material that supports the framework of their search warrant. Again, if Main Justice has nothing to hide, then why are they not willing to stand openly behind the predicate for their search.
