Dear Mr. Armstrong,

Your article on the trend set in motion with reference to Trump was fantastic. The world and how it ticks is truly fascinating, your work in investigating how it does so is worthy of any prize and will surely go down in history as the greatest investigation into humanity of all time. Always building on the work done by previous great minds and expanding on it.

Globalisation is a feature you predicted with the ECM you developed. Recently I came across the TTIP program – Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership. I was wondering if this is a feature of the trend towards globalisation which you saw possible? Is it possible that we could see a massive trade and investment peak before the crash and burn? Or is it crash and burn first with a spike in gold and then start a fresh? The “crash and burn” event you spoke of. Is this crash and burn of government ?
(the drop after 2030 looks pretty serious on the ECM) It seems that the degree of corruption “behind the curtain” is a webbed network around the globe…..people I think are waking up to the level of totalitarianism enforced upon them by powerful government circles, unknown names, unknown faces……the pot seems ready boil over

ANSWER: The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) will be a failure. There is nothing governments can do to stimulate the world economy. To encourage trade, you do not support the reporting among nations that will begin in 2017. You do not impose a global tax on companies, as proposed by the IMF. You do not keep increasing enforcement on taxes while claiming that you are expanding the world economy. So do not expect some surge in global trade.

There is nothing we can do to alter the business cycle. The West will crash and burn, and the global economy will rise from the ashes in Asia — not Europe or the U.S. Gold and tangible assets will make the transition from one monetary system to the next. It has nothing to do with the quantity of money. It has to do with a collapse in confidence in the state. That is what we are witnessing with Trump right now. The pundits are fools. They think they can attack Trump to hold on to their elite status and power. Sorry, that is just not the way this works. They will never reform because they will not admit that they have ever done anything wrong.

Trump is our Knight and is doing battle for us against those that wish to rule us!


Donald J. Trump has tapped into the anger of the American people, the vulgarians, who know and feel that all they have fought and died for will soon be gone if the current crop of corrupt DC politicians have their way. A true Grassroots movement by the vulgarians has taken root and signs of protest are now appearing in public in support of Trump and the vulgarians show up in mass at his rallies. This is the way that non-violent change is made — the people will be allowed to have their say or there will be hell to pay.

Now that we have found a champion a Knight to fight for us and that is Donald J. Trump — some have said that he is not perfect, no of course not he is human just like the rest of us that carry the original sin. But he is a Christian and he is a strong leader and his heart is in the right place. Further he wants to fix the wrongs that have been done to all of us and to the Constitution. The GOPe and most of the rest of the Washington elite have, in essence, signed on with the dark one and sold their souls to the devil himself knowingly or not their actions tell us they have. We are in the fight to the end and we will not be turned from our goal of making Washington work for us not for them.

Therefore in the spirit of the Declaration of Independence which started us down this path we rededicate ourselves to the founding principles … “and for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”

It’s amazing that it is a Brit that has to be the one to elucidate the truth, because we are hamstrung by political correctness in the Land of the free.  Trump has shown us that he is the only one that tries to tell us of the dangers that we face if we continue on this path of destruction.  We love him for this as we know in our hearts that he is right!

Dow Outlook – Month End February 2016

Technically, the Dow Jones Industrials was almost set up to make a “Channel Move” between two channels. But they interestingly over-lapped instead with no gap between. This is one reason the SP500 could break last years low but not the Dow. We made a new high for the month on Friday closing at 16639.97. We elected a minor Monthly Bullish Reversal in the Dow last month at 16175. Here the low remains the week of January 20th. We really need a monthly closing above 17800 to signal a breakout to the upside is likely. We have a Directional Change in March and the target for a turning point comes in April and then June.

Keep in mind that is the Euro starts to give way, more and more capital will flee Europe into the USA. The smart money will buy the equity rather than government bonds.

A month-end closing ABOVE 16934 will be bullish. A closing beneath this level is will still bearish near-term.

ANSWER: I have provided the Solution Conference and the DVD is available for purchase. I have signed a contract and they will be making a Hollywood feature film out of the Forecaster Movie. The character will be based on me, but they will present the goal which was to to provide the solution. Hopefully, this will help provide the idea to a broader audience. But understand this; we cannot reverse the trend. The best we can do is mitigate the fall. We are destined to fail and the Financial Capital of the World will move to Asia following 2032. We cannot alter the cycle because those in power will never alter their thinking. They see only their self-interest and therein is why no empire, nation, or city state has ever lasted indefinitely. No doubt some will argue I am wrong. I think given the odds that not a single society has EVER beaten the business cycle, I think you can bet on our outcome without any risk.

Perhaps one of the most enigmatic songs ever written was American Pie by Don McLean. For decades this song was debated as to what it meant. Most assumed it had to do with the collapse of society. That seemed to be the general consensus. After all, its famous lyrics seemed to imply the end of the world:

The song became number on in 1972 and has been one of the most played oldies that is actually timeless. For all of us growing up who debated the meaning, he finally revealed last year it was inspired by the death of Buddy Holly – the day the music died. The original manuscript sold for $1.2 million last year. Guess it just goes to show opinion rarely gets it right.

A reader has contributed these charts that demonstrate why the socialist agenda is destroying the world. As the reader points out: “It seems that the optimal govt spending (share) is max 35% (US, AUS), and not >50% like in Europe. Lower govt expenditure has doubled GDP at least in the recent history.” The socialists refuse to listen simply because they are greedy. If you earn $1,000 and your rent if $200, your disposable income is $800. If government demands 10%, you have $720 to spend; if government demands 50%, you have $400. This is why we call them “public servants” for they consume wealth; they do not produce it.
OECD Debt Growth
The OECD has done studies but nobody ever pays attention. Any way you cut it, the larger the share of the economy consumed by the government, the lower the economic growth. So the sublime fool never looks at the data and simply regurgitates the same socialist propaganda into infinity. They live in a state of total denial simply because the core of their position is sheer material jealousy. They justify robbing other people because they lack the wealth they wish they had. It is just a question of greed.
