Earlier today the House democrats delivered an article of impeachment to the senate for the ridiculous accusation that President Trump incited an insurrection in Washington DC against Capitol Hill, he didn’t.

The political accusers have not yet determined if they will call witnesses to attempt to frame their insufferable story.

Meanwhile Brian Jack, Trump’s former political director at the White House, tells republicans considering impeachment that any action against Trump will lead to him coming after them in upcoming primaries.

(Via Politico) A top political aide to former President Donald Trump spent the weekend quietly reassuring Republican senators that the former president has no plans to start a third party — and instead will keep his imprint on the GOP.

The message from Brian Jack, Trump’s former political director at the White House, is the latest sign that Republicans considering an impeachment conviction will do so knowing that Trump may come after them in upcoming primaries if they vote to convict him for “incitement of insurrection.”

Jack did not mention impeachment in his calls. But he wanted the word to get around that Trump is still a Republican — and for many, still the leader of his party.

“The president wanted me to know, as well as a handful of others, that the president is a Republican, he is not starting a third party and that anything he would do politically in the future would be as a Republican,” recounted Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.). “The Republican Party is still overwhelmingly supportive of this president.”  (read more)

The MAGA coalition is the most diverse, widest and deepest part of the entire American electorate. President Trump’s army consists of every creed, color, race, gender, ethnicity and orientation. It is a truly color-blind coalition of middle America patriots and middle-class voters that cuts through the political special interest groups.

Quite simply Trump’s MAGA army is the ultimate political party.

No Republican will ever hold office in the next decade without the blessing of President Trump; and there is absolutely no confidence that President Trump will not lay waste to the system if the GOP acquiesces to the transparent fraud that exists behind the impeachment scam.

Despite the weak evidence outlined in the indictment, this looks like a case of specific DOJ and FBI targeting of political voices.   The regime will not be opposed…

Brandon Straka was the founder of the #WalkAway movement.  He was also a key organizer for the Stop the Steal group during the January 6th political protest in Washington DC.

WASHINGTON DC – A prominent activist in the Stop the Steal movement who spoke at a rally held by backers of President Donald Trump in Washington the day before the storming of the Capitol was arrested on Monday on charges that he took part in the riot.

Brandon Straka, 44, was arrested on a felony charge of interfering with police during civil disorder. The self-described founder of a movement to “walk away” from liberalism was also charged with unlawful entry into a restricted building and disorderly conduct.

An FBI agent’s affidavit used to obtain a criminal complaint against Straka describes his role as an organizer of Stop the Steal and quotes his comments at the Jan. 5 rally held at Freedom Plaza, but doesn’t indicate whether the government views those activities as context for his actions at the Capitol or part of the alleged crimes.

FBI Special Agent Jeremy Desor said that videos revealed that during the melee, Straka was part of a crowd pushing toward a Capitol doorway. Desor doesn’t contend that Straka went into the building, but says that as others tried to charge through the entrance, the activist shouted: “Go! Go!”

Desor said that as a Capitol police officer tried to make his way through the crowd with a riot shield over his head, Straka urged others to wrestle it from him.  “Take it away from him,” Straka allegedly yelled. “Take it! Take it!”  (read more)

On January 8th Facebook took down Brandon Straka’s group without warning and without any citation for the reasoning.  On January 25th the DOJ files a criminal indictment against him????…..   Curiouser and Curiouser.

Representative Matt Gaetz (MAGA-FL) is heading to Wyoming to assist the state effort to rebuke Liz Cheney for her insufferable position to impeach President Trump.

Ms Cheney voted against the overwhelming voice of the Wyoming people and is now facing the backlash she deserves.

Of course the ever snarky DeceptiCon Cheney fires back with insults instead of actual policy or justification telling Gaetz he “can leave his beauty bag at home. In Wyoming, the men don’t wear make-up.”

WASHINGTON DC – As another Senate impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump looms on the horizon, House Republicans stepped up their pressure campaign against GOP Conference Chairwoman Liz Cheney to resign from her leadership post.

Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz plans to rally with local Republicans in Cheyenne on Thursday to urge the Wyoming Republican congresswoman to step down as a result of her voting in favor of Trump’s second impeachment and accusing him of “betrayal” to the office of the presidency.

In a tweet promoting the event, Gaetz said, “I do not want her job. I unequivocally am not seeking a position in House Leadership. I also know Wyoming can do better.”

A Cheney spokesperson shot back at Gaetz, telling the Washington Examiner, “Rep. Gaetz can leave his beauty bag at home. In Wyoming, the men don’t wear make-up.”

Cheney, who is already facing a primary challenger, was excoriated by the Wyoming Republican Party, noting Trump was denied due process by the representative and that the state voted for the reelection of Trump by a margin of 70% to 30%. (read more)

The un-discussed aspect is the unity pact between both wings of the UniParty bird.  The GOPe wants elimination of “Trump” supporters in exactly the same way the GOP wanted, and orchestrated, the elimination of the Tea Party.

If America-First or “MAGA” ideology is the Republican brand, that means the elimination (ie. lots of republicans being primaried) of tenured GOPe politicians.  As an outcome, “Trumpism” is a risk to their structural power.  The charge against the Tea Party was led by senate republicans.  The same charge against Trump was led by Senate Republicans.

When the Tea Party rose to power and primaried a host of GOP politicians, it was the Republican party that attacked the conservative base and attempted to destroy the rebellion.  McCain called us “hobbits” and McConnell called us “jihadists.”  The threat from the Tea Party was felt amid the GOP.  The GOP was *not* going to adjust.

Meanwhile Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama destroyed the center of their political party called the Blue Dog coalition, represented by Bart Stupak.  The Blue Dogs were wiped out in 2010 because Democrats forced them into radical left-wing agenda items.

A new party, ie. ‘THE’ new party, would not be a carve out of around 80%+ within the Republican club.  A new party would be a coalition party of Democrats, Republicans and Independents.  Need proof of the scale, look at the 2020 election for Trump.  That’s the (fill__blank) party.

A new party would be a SECOND party to the UniParty occupants currently pushing more big government in Washington DC.  The fact that we have decades worth of evidence (Patriot Act, Wall Street Lobbyists, K-St. etc.), and specifically the past ten years (omnibus spending bills, limitless debt ceiling, massive wasted stimulus, political bailouts, QE1/QE2, Obamacare, college tuition takeover etc.) shows that both Democrats and Republicans are two wings of the same big government bird.

The fear of “splitting the GOP” is the weaponized talking point of the GOP leadership who use that fear as a weapon to remain in power.  In my opinion many of those who listen to that threat are suffering from battered conservative syndrome.

There is nothing conservative about expanding government, spending into oblivion, allowing open borders and simultaneously removing liberty and freedom.   What exactly is being “conserved”? CTH has been making this argument for years.

Yeah, you really cannot make this stuff up.  After the DOJ, FBI, CIA and US Intelligence Apparatus writ large, went to extraordinary lengths to influence both the 2016 presidential election (Yates/Comey) against Donald Trump; and the 2018 mid-term election (Rosenstein/Mueller) against President Trump; with no accountability despite the overwhelming evidence…. Now the DOJ Office of Inspector General wants to investigate political pressure on the 2020 election.

DOJ – The DOJ Office of the Inspector General (OIG) is initiating an investigation into whether any former or current DOJ official engaged in an improper attempt to have DOJ seek to alter the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election.

The investigation will encompass all relevant allegations that may arise that are within the scope of the OIG’s jurisdiction. The OIG has jurisdiction to investigate allegations concerning the conduct of former and current DOJ employees. The OIG’s jurisdiction does not extend to allegations against other government officials.

The OIG is making this statement, consistent with DOJ policy, to reassure the public that an appropriate agency is investigating the allegations. Consistent with OIG policy, we will not comment further on the investigation until it is completed. When our investigation is concluded, we will proceed with our usual process for releasing our findings publicly in accordance with relevant laws, and DOJ and OIG policies. (link)

In the 2022 Senate races there are 34 seats up for grabs.  14 are held by Democrats and 20 are held by tenuous Republicans.  [Breakdown Here] Due to vulnerability, their lack of support amid the republican base, and their insufferable 2020 behavior outing them as DeceptiCons it is almost guaranteed the GOP will lose seats in the 2022 mid-term election.

As a consequence Senators Richard Burr (NC), Ron Johnson (WI) and Pat Toomey (PA) had previously mentioned they were not going to seek reelection; now Senator Rob Portman (OH) makes the same announcement:

OHIO – On Monday, Sen. Rob Portman and his wife, Jane, walked into a room resplendent with ornate art deco murals and fixtures in the Hilton Netherland Plaza in downtown Cincinnati.

Portman briefly reminisced with reporters about ice skating in that very room as a child. Then, the Republican from Terrace Park took the stage and announced an end to his three decades in politics.

Portman, 65, won’t seek re-election next year but will serve out his term that ends on Jan. 3, 2023. (read more)

Things amid the DeceptiCon caucus are getting interesting.  With four GOP senators having announced they’re not running (Burr, Johnson, Toomey, Portman) there’s essentially zero chance of the GOP retaking control of the Senate in 2022.  [20 R seats up & only 14 D seats that are in solid D strongholds] it is far more likely the Democrats will gain seats, so keep this in mind…. 

…When we think about forming a third party, the “you will split the vote” crew always peddles their vote split narrative.  However, the GOP doesn’t have a chance in hell to win 2022 given what the base of the Republicans think about these senate DeceptiCons now.

There has never been a better time for a New Party to launch and capture three or four seats from the retiring GOPe crew.  It would be great to see true MAGA representatives that can caucus with Republicans but hold ground on America First principles.

And someone needs to primary Lisa Murkowski again.

The far-left lawfare group known as “Citizens for Responsible Ethics in Washington” (CREW); a ridiculous misnomer if there ever was one; had a big loss today as the Supreme Court dismissed their ridiculous lawsuit against President Trump and the Trump International Hotel.  The C.R.E.W. leader and advocate for all things ridiculous, Richard Painter, has a sad.

[Washington DC] The Supreme Court dismissed lawsuits against former President Trump on Monday that claimed he violated the Constitution by accepting gifts from foreign officials.

The legal battles concerned the Emoluments Clause, which bans government officials from receiving gifts or profit while in office.

The lawsuits claimed Mr. Trump‘s commercial businesses received profits from foreign officials during his time as president in violation of the law.

The justices, though, remanded the cases back to the lower courts on Monday with instructions to dismiss the legal battles as moot. The move came just days after Mr. Trump formally left office and is no longer a government official. (read more)

Biden promised us a ‘dark winter’ if elected, and he’s delivering. We patriots who voted for Trump are left out in the cold as China Joe’s regime labels us ‘domestic terrorists.’ Biden immediately issued executive orders to dismantle many of Trump’s accomplishments. Biden wants America to be masked, injected, distanced, impoverished, and rendered quiescent.

Of course, Sleepy Joe’s election was a complete and obvious fraud. Trump won in a landslide but the Democrats, aided by their mega-billionaire globalist allies, arranged for mass cheating that allowed Biden to claim victory. Such election rigging will now become permanent. The Democrats will vote to make the District of Columbia a state, thus giving them two more senators. Maybe they’ll make Puerto Rico a state as well. More senators. They will allow illegal aliens to vote. Maybe they’ll vote away the Electoral College. They want voting to be easily abused and manipulated—by them.

They will continue to limit our free speech. They’ll come after our guns by means of staging false flags. They want to impeach a president who is no longer in office to make sure he never comes back. The socialists are kicking us while we’re down and their corporate media cheerleaders love it.
