America was always great before Joe stumbled in, but to a watching world seems to have lost all common sense and sanity now that he’s here.
George Floyd had a violent, drug-riddled criminal history. He was convicted of armed robbery and served time in prison. Big and muscular, he worked as a bouncer at a Minneapolis night club. Still, when I saw him trapped under the knee of a cop and begging for mercy, I was outraged. Clearly the police officer had choked Floyd to death. I drew a cartoon to express my disgust. I thought it was an open and shut case—shocking police brutality, then murder.
Yet at the time I didn’t know the entire story. Tucker Carlson recently showed additional video footage on his program. Something was clearly wrong with Floyd as he sat in his car and begged not to be shot. He was already panicking before the police laid a finger on him. The cops calmly promised they wouldn’t shoot him—they simply wanted to question him for passing a counterfeit bill. Floyd kept begging for mercy and the police eventually asked him if he was ‘on’ something. It was that obvious. It was unlikely Floyd was even fit to drive.
As it turned out, Floyd had a tremendous amount of Fentanyl in his body, along with methamphetamine. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid drug known to be very dangerous. Most of it is produced in China and shipped to America via Mexico.
To my surprise, the police officer was using acceptable and department-approved procedure with his knee maneuver. Supposedly it was ’safe.’ That strikes me as absurd, but a drug addled Floyd could easily have died from Fentanyl. The stress he was under probably triggered life-ending symptoms.
Here are symptoms of a Fentanyl overdose:

Slowed or stopped breathing
Decreased heart rate
Reduced or loss of consciousness

My personal opinion is yes, it is far beyond time. Factually, I have supported a total 50 state nullification process since 2005 when I realized Wall Street was in full operational control over Washington DC. Once you accept that Globalists are writing U.S. legislation and laws; and once you accept they are paying DC politicians for the passage of those laws; then they are supporting politicians who will advance those laws by changing the judicial branch; then you begin to follow events to their logical conclusion, and the necessary cleaving of a freedom loving electorate becomes clear.
When you consider that Blue States and regions have been nullifying federal laws for decades (marijuana legalization, sanctuary cities, immigration policies, etc), the question arises about whether it is indeed time to complete the cleaving and for Red States to begin the same nullification process.
Ultimately and thankfully due to the wisdom of our founding fathers, this fail-safe approach is outlined within the constitution and applied through the tenth amendment.
Today, Steve Baldwin at American Thinker makes the argument the time is now for Red States to begin nullifying federal law by simply refusing to abide by the unconstitutional dictates of the federal government. [READ HERE] From my own perspective, in the final analysis, the constitutional nullification process has always been a source of hope and optimism.
We are a divided nation. Accept the division and act accordingly…. because we either ACT or we will be ACTED upon.

Attorney Lin Wood has released an interview with a whistleblower [pdf here] who operated for years within part of the apparatus connected to Deep State surveillance. While the focus is upon the activity of Rod Rosenstein and even Mike Pence as it relates to the Trump administration, there is part of the interview that connects to a much deeper aspect. The testimonial connects a larger story if you know what to extract.
While I am still reviewing the overall content, within the first few pages of the interview this segment jumps out – BIG TIME:
The whistle-blower is describing his activity in Baltimore, Maryland, while working with then U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein. At first review this part seems attributed only to attest the validity of the whistle-blower himself. However, read carefully what he just stated while reminding yourself of the issue encountered by former CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson.
Most people have forgotten that Sharyl Attkisson’s story originated with some unknown entity planting “classified material’ on her laptop, which she discovered and then independently had reviewed by forensic auditors. Attkisson’s computer audit identified government intrusion into her computer system, which not coincidentally is exactly what the whistleblower is outlining in this segment of the testimonial. Stay with me…
You might also remember that later on –early 2020- someone provided Attkisson with details and a tip about the intrusion. That information then led to Ms. Attkisson refiling the lawsuit and, this is the important part…. Attkisson named Rod Rosenstein and Shawn Henry, a former FBI official in her follow-up lawsuit. Shawn Henry was the former head of the FBI DC field office, who also became the head of Crowdstrike, a contracted intelligence gathering operation for the government and a politically connected data security and forensic company.
With the information from the Lin Wood whistle-blower, it appears the activity he is admitting to undertaking is in direct alignment with the computer intrusion and illegal compromise that Attkisson narrowly avoided. All of the participants, and the identified corrupt activity, now merge.
The Lin Wood whistle-blower outlines how the Deep State was conducting electronic surveillance on political interests in order to compromise people. Shawn Henry was the head of Crowstrike, a known FBI contractor with access to the NSA database as outlined in the 2016 admissions by NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers. The database was compromised by FBI contractors conducting political surveillance.
Both the Lin Wood whistle-blower and the tipster to Sharyl Attkisson are noting that Rod Rosenstein was one of the organizers of the operations from his role as U.S. Attorney in Maryland. Now all of the compromises are pictured, and all of the motives behind all of these players starts to make a lot more sense.

Now overlay: (1) what we previously know about the NSA database exploits; and (2) Sharyl Attkisson’s computer intrusion:
A very interesting development appeared early in 2020 amid the ongoing effort of former CBS investigative journalist, Sharyl Attkisson, to resolve the issue of who spied on her, planted spyware and infiltrated her computer systems for illegal surveillance. [Attkisson website here]
According to a 2020 court filing [Source Here] a person who was engaged in the “wrongful activity” has come forward to provide Ms. Attkisson with details about the operation. As a result of those whistle-blower revelations Attkisson is able to name specific individuals who were running the operation:
Former DOJ Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein is named as the person who was in charge of the operation; and the former head of the FBI DC field office, Shawn Henry is also outlined.
Mr. Henry is the head of Crowdstrike, a contractor for the government and a politically connected data security and forensic company. Those who have followed the aspects related to the FBI use of the NSA database to illegally monitor U.S. persons; and those who followed the DNC cover story of Russia “hacking”; will be familiar with Crowdstrike.
According to the updated lawsuit (full pdf below) Rod Rosenstein, as the U.S. Attorney for Maryland, was in charge of the Obama 2011 and 2012 operation to monitor journalists specific to Ms. Attkissons reporting on Fast-n-Furious and Benghazi.
What I find additionally interesting is the overall timeline in the bigger picture.
In the April 2017 release from FISC Judge Rosemary Collyer outlining the abuses of the FISA-702 process by FBI “contractors”, where the NSA database was being use for unlawful surveillance of U.S. persons, Collyer specifically noted the findings of her review of the period from November ’16 to May ’17 (85% non compliant rate) was likely to have been happening since 2012. The “IRS Scandal” were the DOJ was creating a list of U.S. persons for political targeting, and requested CD ROM’s of tax filings, was the lead-up to the 2012 exploitation of the NSA database. [The Secret Research Project] So there’s a larger picture of government surveillance under the Obama administration that becomes more clear.
Political spying 1.0 was actually the weaponization of the IRS. This is where the term “Secret Research Project” originated as a description from the Obama team. It involved the U.S. Department of Justice under Eric Holder and the FBI under Robert Mueller. It never made sense why Eric Holder requested over 1 million tax records via CD ROM, until overlaying the timeline of the FISA abuse:
The IRS sent the FBI “21 disks constituting a 1.1 million page database of information from 501(c)(4) tax exempt organizations, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.” The transaction occurred in October 2010 (link)
Why disks? Why send a stack of DISKS to the DOJ and FBI when there’s a pre-existing financial crimes unit within the IRS. All of the evidence within this sketchy operation came directly to the surface in early spring 2012.
This is the same time-frame when DNI James Clapper falsely denied to congress about the U.S. government -through the NSA- collecting metadata on all U.S. electronic communication. This is the same time-frame where CIA Director John Brennan was monitoring the computer networks of congressional intelligence oversight staff.
When you overlay the new information from the Attkisson lawsuit, what emerges is the picture of an intentional effort by the Obama administration to weaponize the ability to collect electronic information on domestic political opposition. It’s one long continuum.

Within the lawsuit the DOJ inspector general (Michael Horowitz) is identified as adverse to the interests of the case. Meaning DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz was engaged in behavior to help the institution cover-up what independent computer forensic technicians were able to discover. Employees from the IG’s office also told Ms. Attkisson they had received instructions from the DC offices adverse to the interest of truthful discovery.
In addition to the institutional cover-up effort; it would be worth noting the then current DOJ and FBI officials, who were identified as holding corrupt motives, were still positioned at key offices. An example is FBI Supervisory Special Agent David Archey (Mueller Team) being promoted to head up the Virginia FBI field office.
Obviously the DC institutional swamp is very deep and very corrupt. Current and former politicians and federal officials who have engaged in corrupt behavior, or who have facilitated corrupt -potentially unlawful- surveillance activity, are still working within the system to avoid exposure.
Another example was Christine Blasey-Ford hoax facilitator and Andrew McCabe attorney, Michael Bromwich, being hired by corrupt Chicago prosecutor Kim Foxx in an effort to protect herself from the outcome of the Jussie Smollett hoax in Chicago. Why does a Cook County, Illinois, State Attorney need to hire a DC-based lawyer?
It was obvious early on the Jussie Smollett hoax was connected to several members of the Obama team and network, the Smollett story directly connects to Kamala Harris. Michael Bromwich, who became Kim Foxx’s lawyer, is a former DOJ inspector general with ongoing direct contacts with corrupt DOJ and FBI officials inside the institutions. Chicago State Attorney Foxx hiring Bromwich is yet another example of DC managing the cover.
Suddenly all of the motives for all of these characters starts to merge with direct sunlight.
Whether it’s the identified weaponization of NSA databases to gain political leverage; or whether it was corrupt FBI officials covering for eachother and the DOJ ‘declining to prosecute’; or whether it was the need to put Rod Rosenstein into a position where he could cover for Deep State activity; or whether it was AG Bill Barr covering for the transparently corrupt former DAG Rod Rosenstein; or whether was the institutional need to hide DOJ scope memos given to Andrew Weissmann and Robert Mueller which initiated a false investigation (insurance policy) of a sitting United States President; or whether it is simply the need for the Obama crew to install an oblivious and cognitively impaired Biden so that Kamala Harris could continue the cover operation; one thing remains brutally obvious….
Let all of this settle in, contemplate it for a while, follow the dots and citations, and a very clear picture emerges that explains the motives all of these corrupt characters are carrying.

Senator Rand Paul questioned health nominee Rachel Levine on the process of gender ‘reassignment.’ Only there is no such thing as reassignment.
Wishful thinking and medical mutilation won’t change the fundamental DNA structure that resides in every cell of our bodies. Our sex is part of who we are—not an ‘assignment.’
One’s sex cannot be changed. Neither by means of surgery, nor hormones.
Yet for some reason we live in an age where the ’trans’ delusion is getting ’normalized.’ Wishful thinking is now considered science. We can’t debate the issue without being smeared as a hater or ’transphobic.’ Transgender people are the new sacred cows. One can no longer reasonably question the delusion. Government said so. Stooges representing science said so. Biden said so. Burly boys can claim to be girls and compete alongside them in sporting events—and they usually win. They also get to go into the girls’ locker rooms and we’re not supposed to question that, either.
As a libertarian I don’t care if men and women think they can transmogrify into the opposite sex. If they are adults and not hurting others, that’s their business. I do have a problem when it comes to minors wanting trans surgery and big government overruling parents who don’t want their kids mutilated. Teenagers aren’t mature enough to make such a life-changing and irreversible decision. It’s also why I don’t think children should be allowed to vote. They lack life experience and will usually vote for socialism and free stuff.
Senator Paul knows it’s impossible to ’transition’ from one sex to the opposite and he asked Levine simple and straightforward questions about whether we should allow children to make decisions that have permanent and major health implications—both mental and physical. Levine dithered. Paul finally stated it as clearly as he could:
“I’m alarmed that you’re not willing to say absolutely that minors shouldn’t be making decisions to amputate their breasts or to amputate their genitalia. For most of our history, we have believed that minors don’t have full rights and that parents need to be involved, so I’m alarmed that you won’t say with certainty that minors should not have the ability to make the decision to take hormones that will affect them for the rest of their life. Will you make a more firm decision on whether or not minors should be involved in these decisions?”
Levine still refused to answer the question and repeated “her” memorized statement:
“Senator, transgender medicine is a very complex and nuanced field. And if confirmed to the position of Assistant Secretary of Health, I would certainly be pleased to come to your office and talk with you and your staff about the standards of care and the complexity of this field.”
It’s not a complex and nuanced field. It’s not medicine. It’s doing harm to the bodies of children and doctors are supposed to do no harm. Why wouldn’t she answer the question? Her disingenuous response disqualifies her from office.
Paul was quickly attacked as being transphobic. We aren’t supposed to question the supposed science behind transgenderism because the trans people’s feelings might get hurt. To protect their feelings, any criticism of the transgender fad is labeled as ‘hate speech.’ Trans people have become a special caste and immune from any criticism whatsoever. A book that explained the transgender delusion was recently removed from Amazon. They said the book was ‘hate speech.’ This type of online book burning sets a very dangerous precedent.
We must be able to criticize government officials regardless of their race, religion, or sexual orientation. We must be able to debate and ask questions without fear of getting cancelled by identity politics.
Even now, says the LORD, return to me with your whole heart, with fasting, and weeping, and mourning; Rend your hearts, not your garments, and return to the LORD, your God. For gracious and merciful is he, slow to anger, rich in kindness, and relenting in punishment. Perhaps he will again relent and leave behind him a blessing, Offerings and libations for the LORD, your God.
Blow the trumpet in Zion! proclaim a fast, call an assembly; Gather the people, notify the congregation; Assemble the elders, gather the children and the infants at the breast; Let the bridegroom quit his room and the bride her chamber. Between the porch and the altar let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep, And say, “Spare, O LORD, your people, and make not your heritage a reproach, with the nations ruling over them! Why should they say among the peoples, ‘Where is their God?’”
Then the LORD was stirred to concern for his land and took pity on his people.
Many people associate the season of Lent with Catholicism, but that no longer holds true. Many other churches and people are choosing to observe the forty days (not including Sundays) before Easter. Lent is a time of penance, of choosing to look closely at our lives and invite the Holy Spirit in to help us clean house.
Often we will choose to give up something, a sacrifice we offer to the Lord, but also something we use as a way to remind us to be more holy, more dependent on God. We fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday, and we abstain from meat on Fridays as well, although many Catholics do not understand that we still have an obligation to fast on Fridays or substitute another penitential practice year round. We are called to give alms during Lent.
These practices are meant to help us prepare to meet Jesus on Easter Sunday, having walked these six weeks with him toward Calvary, fasting as he fasted in the desert, carrying our cross as he carried his, doing the will of the Father as Jesus taught us so well.
Like Mary, we hope to find ourselves at the foot of the cross on Good Friday, still with our Savior, looking with a more hopeful and receptive heart toward the Resurrection.
If you are not a member of a church, or your particular church does not have any Ash Wednesday service, you are welcome to participate at any Catholic Church. You do not have to be Catholic to attend the service or receive the ashes. I’m sure that is true of other denominations as well.
Catholics, and many other Protestant denominations follow a liturgical calendar, which I find to be of great aid to me daily and yearly in my attempt to follow Jesus. Advent begins our new Church year, and we look forward to the birth of Jesus. We then celebrate Christmas for an Octave, and the season ends with Epiphany. Soon after comes Lent, and we cast our eyes toward Holy Week, and the death, and Resurrection, and we again spend eight days, another Octave, celebrating Easter. After Pentecost comes the long stretch of what the Church call Ordinary Time before we start again with Advent.
I find this yearly journey helps me keep an eye on where I am going. It helps me not just tread water spiritually, but make progress, and to more “live out” the life of Christ.
If your church has special services today or during Lent, please tell us about it, especially if visitors are welcome to participate. And don’t forget the Knights of Columbus fish fry on Fridays! Usually for five or six bucks you’ll get a get supper and help the Knights raise money for their charitable causes.

If you choose not to worship, are not Christian, or have a grudge against specific faiths such as Catholicism , there are many forums online where you can debate or condemn. This is not one of them, and I will without any second chances ban anyone who breaks that rule. I’m sorry that this has become a necessary warning, but it has.
