People are trying to figure out exactly what the DeSantis campaign were thinking when they created what appears to be an attack ad against Donald Trump, gay people and a host of others. [published on twitter] It’s really quite a wild story.
Following on the heels of Ron DeSantis saying he intends to start shooting Mexicans at the southern border, a policy position -I might add- that reveals the uniparty agenda because the media completely ignore it, the DeSantis team now release a video highlighting their anger and hatred toward gays, lesbians and Donald Trump.
The video [see below] highlights how President Trump defended the LGBTQ community against targeting by identified Muslim hate groups. The video is supposed to present Trump’s policy about gay people as a negative against Donald Trump. The video then evolves into a weird production of Ron DeSantis as the destroyer of gay people.
The ad is even more bizarre when you think about all the time and energy Ron DeSantis put into denying the Florida law against sexualizing children was really a “don’t say gay law.”
This might have sounded good in the echo-chamber of a toxic media network organized by Christina Pushaw, but the end result is something that only makes the campaign look more ridiculous. See Tweet Video below:
To wrap up “Pride Month,” let’s hear from the politician who did more than any other Republican to celebrate it…
I previously wrote that WOKE is by no means establishing EQUALITY – it is creating racism which is unconstitutional. This entire agenda is total nonsense. Gays are now being discriminated against as part of this propaganda movement behind Transgenderism. When companies make targeted racial composition goals for their employees, they have to engage in discrimination to achieve those goals. That is discrimination not to hire a white person who is more qualified because, like the White House, which wants a black girl – not even a black man as its spokesperson to appear WOKE.
Biden promised to appoint a black woman to the Supreme Court regardless of her qualification. Even if a black man would be better, it did not matter – do not apply. I watched the prosecutions in New York with amazement. They would put a black kid on trial, and he would magically get a black judge and a nearly full black jury where they would select the older blacks who were prejudiced against the young blacks shooting up the neighborhood. The judge would hand out a harsh sentence for these young blacks he would view as ruining his reputation.
There was a Chinese slave ship that ran aground on Long Island. The Chinese defendant magically got the only Chinese Judge Chin. I saw a Jewish guy get the maximum sentence because the judge was Jewish and he even said that he had disgraced his school that the judge also went to.
This nonsense that appointing a black woman would somehow rule in favor of blacks is such propaganda it is amazing. One lawyer accused a prosecutor of selecting a racially charged jury and the prosecutor then said he would make sure that lawyer was stripped of his license to practice in NY city.
The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that race-conscious admission policies of Harvard College and the University of North Carolina violate the Constitution, bringing an end to affirmative action in higher education in a decision that will reverberate across campuses nationwide and corporate boardrooms. This is a wake-up call that WOKE is flat outright racial and unconstitutional. People who work hard and graduate at the top of their class find this insufficient. They will not be hired if they do not fit a racial quota for the company’s WOKE score. I am getting a lot of emails about this taking place already. This decision today will establish a critical precedent and unleash lawsuits against these WOKE companies who are engaging in racism to file some arbitrary score.
The court ruled 6-3 along ideological lines in the University of North Carolina case and 6-2 in the Harvard dispute. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson recused herself. Chief Justice John Roberts authored the majority opinion, joined by Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. Thomas read a concurring opinion from the bench. Justice Sonia Sotomayor also read her dissent aloud, the first time a dissenting justice has done so this term.
“The Harvard and UNC admissions programs cannot be reconciled with the guarantees of the Equal Protection Clause.” Satomayor’s dissent argued:
The Court concludes that Harvard’s and UNC’s policies are unconstitutional because they serve objectives that are insufficiently measurable, employ racial categories that are imprecise and overbroad, rely on racial stereotypes and disadvantage nonminority groups, and do not have an end point.

In a landmark court ruling released today, the U.S. Supreme Court effectively ended the use of affirmative action in college admissions. {237-page ruling here}
By a vote of 6-3 (UNC) and 6-2 (Harvard) the court ruled the admissions programs used by the University of North Carolina and Harvard College violate the Constitution’s equal protection clause barring racial discrimination by government entities.
Chief Justice John Roberts writing the opinion of the majority said that for too long universities have “concluded, wrongly, that the touchstone of an individual’s identity is not challenges bested, skills built, or lessons learned but the color of their skin. Our constitutional history does not tolerate that choice.”
Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, a woman of notoriously activist disposition defined by her self-image and race, sat out the Harvard case because she had been a member of an advisory governing board who constructed the rules the Supreme Court now determined were unlawful.
Amy Howe – […] Writing for the majority, Chief Justice John Roberts explained that college admissions programs can consider race merely to allow an applicant to explain how their race influenced their character in a way that would have a concrete effect on the university. But a student “must be treated based on his or her experiences as an individual — not on the basis of race,” Roberts wrote. The majority effectively, though not explicitly, overruled its 2003 decision in Grutter v. Bollinger, in which the court upheld the University of Michigan Law School’s consideration of race “as one factor among many, in an effort to assemble a student body that is diverse in ways broader than race.”
Justice Sonia Sotomayor dissented, in an opinion that was joined by Justices Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson. Sotomayor emphasized that the majority’s decision had rolled “back decades of precedent and momentous progress” and “cement[ed] a superficial rule of colorblindness as a constitutional principle in an endemically segregated society.”
Thursday’s ruling was the latest in a series of challenges to the role of race in university admissions. In both the North Carolina and Harvard cases, the plaintiffs had asked the justices to overrule Grutter. In her opinion for the majority in that case, Justice Sandra Day O’Connor reaffirmed that “student body diversity is a compelling state interest that can justify the use of race in university admissions,” but she warned that race-conscious admissions policies should not last forever. In 25 years, she suggested, “the use of racial preferences will no longer be necessary to further the interest” in diversity. (read more)
Associated Press – “Former President Donald Trump, the current GOP presidential frontrunner, wrote on his social media network that the decision marked “a great day for America. People with extraordinary ability and everything else necessary for success, including future greatness for our Country, are finally being rewarded.”
Former President Barack Obama said in a statement that affirmative action “allowed generations of students like Michelle and me to prove we belonged. Now it’s up to all of us to give young people the opportunities they deserve — and help students everywhere benefit from new perspectives.” (more)
In the bigger picture, the need for control is a reaction to fear.
Think in terms or politics and society – the fear behind the leftist worldview is the fear that someone might withhold things (opportunities, money, whatever) from me. Fear that if you live your life in a way I dislike, it might affect my life. Fear that if you get that job, there will be nothing left for me.
A fear that if you make tons of money, it’s means there’s less money out there for me. So, people who believe in leftist ideologies seek control, manipulation and rules as a means of trying to create guarantees and safeguards against those circumstances they fear.
Conservatives believe in equal opportunity. Leftists believe in equal outcomes.
Modern “liberals”, ie leftists, try to control the world and people to enable their comfort and happiness. Which, as we know, is an endless quest. Trying to control others does nothing in the way of making oneself happy. By extension, voting in this mindset so that government can try to control others will also – shocking – not lead to a happier, more comfortable life.
The conservative (and moderate, independent, but for the sake of expediency, the conservative), on the other hand, relies on himself to meet his own needs. And the tradeoff of being free to live his life as he wishes is also understanding that he has to make peace with how you live yours. By extension, aware that he wants to be able to hold onto this liberty and freedom forever, the conservative votes accordingly, so that everyone can remain free and in charge of his or her own life.
But here’s the crucial difference, perhaps, particularly where misery on the left stems: The conservative does not worry, so to speak, about you.
The conservative person knows that you were born with the same access to self-love, self-empowerment, self-determination and self-reliance that we all were, no matter the circumstances into which you were born. (Think about the millions of people this country has allowed to crawl up from poverty into prosperity – the conservative KNOWS this is possible.) And the conservative believes that if you want prosperity, or a good job, or a good education, you can make it happen – but you have to work hard.
The conservative hopes and intends the free markets bring you all of the affordable and positive opportunities and resources that you need. The conservative also knows that on the other side of that hard work is great reward – material and, more importantly, emotional, spiritual and mental.
The conservative understands that not only is it a waste of time to try to control you, but it’s also actually impossible.
Humans were born to be free. And if we put a roadblock in front of you, you’ll find another way around it. So, we see attempts at control as a waste of resources, energy and time at best, and at worst, creating detrimental results that serve to hinder people’s upward mobility or teach dependence. We see much more efficiency, as well as endless opportunity, in leaving you to your own devices. And we want the same in return.
This is where modern democrats’ mis-view conservatives as heartless. But really, the conservative believes that there is one and one path only to sustainable success and independence – and that is self-empowerment. All other avenues – welfare, affirmative action, housing loans you can’t actually afford – ultimately risk doing a disservice to people as they teach dependence on special circumstances, the govt, or arbitrary assistance (that can disappear tomorrow). And the real danger – they will ALWAYS backfire and leave the recipient in equally or more dire circumstances. Any false improvement will always expire.
The conservative believes in abundance. The liberal believes in scarcity.
The conservative believes man is born free and will be who he is, no matter what arbitrary limitations or rules are put on him. The leftist believes man is perfectible, and by extension, believes a society at large is perfectible, and command and control is justified in the quest to a “perfect” utopian society. (Sounds familiar!)
The conservative tends to be more faithful – and not necessarily in God, but in the ability of the individual to find great strength in himself (or from his God) to get what he needs and to be successful. Therefore, the conservative has an outlet for his fear and disappointment – trust and faith in something bigger.
The leftist believes the system must be perfected in order to enable success. Therefore, disappointment is channeled as anger and blame at the system. Voids are left to be filled by faith in the govt, which they surely then want to come in and “fix” things.
And therein lies the roots of love and fear respectively. For the conservative, when life presents great struggles, he knows he has the power to surmount them. Happiness stems from internal strength and perseverance. For the modern leftist, when life presents great struggles, the system failed, therefore they were at the mercy of a faulty system, and they believe that only when the system is fixed can their life improve. Happiness is built on systemic contingencies, which they will then seek to control or expect someone else to.
One blames himself. The other blames anyone and everyone but himself.
And there it is….. There’s where the meanness comes from. The leftist ideology causes that person to cast anger at the world when things go wrong or appear “unfair.” He constantly chooses only to see the “injustices” – and that makes for a very miserable, mean, blame-casting existence.

The larger story behind this recent Intercept Article is the headline you just read. Let’s talk….
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is a representative organization in the United States that lobbies Congress.
The CoC represent the interests of the multinational corporations who use K-Street and J-Street in DC to write rules, regulations, policies and laws as part of their corporate control over U.S. wealth. That’s what the CoC does. That’s the entire purpose of the Chamber of Commerce.
The CoC has long been in the background of our political discussions. During the Obama administration, the Dept of Commerce literally permitted the Chamber of Commerce to write U.S. trade language – physically write the words that go into U.S. trade deals with other countries. This was the era of maximum value for the CoC that saw their coffers swell, as multi-billion-dollar multinational corporations realized the CoC was in the business of literally controlling the U.S. capitalist economy.
The arch nemesis of the CoC was President Donald Trump, who threw the CoC out of the room when decisions were being made about trade and economic policy. This was the era of minimum value for the CoC, when corporations were no longer getting to influence the policy. The CoC then turned to their purchased politicians in Congress, specifically to their #1 ally Mitch McConnell, to ask for help in overcoming the problem that Trump and his America First agenda represented.
As the MAGA America First economic and trade influence in Congress increased, the CoC had trouble because Trump would target any of the Republican CoC beneficiaries, and that could result in a career ending primary challenge. The Republican wing of the UniParty had a tough time supporting Tom Donohue who was CoC president at the time.
The result was an angered CoC turning instead to the Democrat wing of the UniParty with an offer of an open checkbook. The Democrats then became the lifeline for the CoC to remain in control of the economic outcomes from policy, regulation and law. In essence, the mechanism of CoC influence flipped from purchased Republicans to purchased Democrats. At the time of this paradigm shift, it was noted by media but not understood at its root cause. I just explained the correct context and reason for it.
Now, we enter a phase where an entity larger that Congress is now in control. The three branches of government have been superseded by an omnipotent Fourth Branch that controls the other three. The intelligence apparatus is now larger and more influential than the executive, legislative or judicial branches beneath it. While people understand how the 4th branch can influence the legislative and executive outcomes, people struggle to understand how the 4th branch can influence the judicial branch.
A clear example of the 4th branch controlling the judicial branch is clear in the Trump Mar-a-Lago documents case, where the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the DOJ being allowed to make arbitrary determinations and definitions of what constitutes “national security.” SEE BELOW:
The intelligence apparatus (4th branch) determines the “classification status”, and the intelligence apparatus (4th branch) determines the secrecy or lack thereof of the item defined as “national security.”
As soon as the judicial branch, in this example the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, defer the definitions and determinations of what constitutes “national security”, they are essentially becoming subservient to the Fourth Branch of government. See how that works now?
As a result, we have all three branches of government now subservient to the control of the Fourth (unelected and bureaucratic) Branch! This is also how the mechanism of the Lawfare operation against Donald Trump is being organized.
Back to the headline….
Understanding that corporations are now needing to work closely with the legislative and executive branches, the lobbyists who control that influence need to organize a new angle of their influence operation to include the Fourth Branch, the intelligence branch.
This is the context for the next story:
Intercept – THE U.S. CHAMBER OF COMMERCE hosted Michael Morell, former acting director of the CIA, at a major gathering for corporate executives on Monday, according to a copy of the agenda obtained by The Intercept. The invitation to Morell — who spoke at the Association Committee of 100 in conversation with a top Chamber executive — is another sign of the increasingly warm ties between the Chamber of Commerce and the network of Democratic-aligned opponents of Donald Trump that the former president maligns as the “deep state.”
[…] The rift between the Trump wing of the party and the Chamber began during the 2016 campaign, during which the pro-business lobby did not get behind Trump soon enough, Trump later let the Chamber know. Trump and his allies felt further betrayed after Republicans moved through Congress a multitrillion-dollar tax cut, only to see the Chamber increasingly endorse Democrats in close House races. Senate Republicans such as Ted Cruz and John Cornyn of Texas rarely miss an opportunity to lambaste the Chamber; House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., and Majority Leader Steve Scalise, R-La., have made their refusal to meet with the organization conspicuous.
“The priorities of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce have not aligned with the priorities of House Republicans or the interests of their own members, and they should not expect a meeting with Speaker McCarthy as long as that’s the case,” Mark Bednar, a spokesperson for McCarthy, told CNBC.
But Morell’s appearance also signals that big business has interests that go beyond Trump’s many grievances related to the 2020 election. Morell’s talk, according to a source, focused on the geopolitics of the U.S.’s ongoing confrontations with Russia and China — pocketbook concerns for the Chamber’s Association Committee of 100, which is made up of top corporate executives. (read more)
Hopefully, you can see how the alignment of the Chamber of Commerce fits in to the Sea Island Billionaire group backing Ron DeSantis. This is the core of the “trillions at stake” understanding. This control issue inside the battle for the soul of the Republican Party also plays out in the voice of DeSantis #1 financier, Ken Griffin:
Politico – […] While he’s supporting one of this cycle’s biggest culture warriors in DeSantis, Griffin said most hot-button issues — abortion rights, battles over sex education and LGBTQ rights — don’t define his interests. He wants to improve the diversity of the GOP and blunt the vein of populism that has complicated the party’s relationship with the corporate world — two things he’s consulted with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy about. (link)
Traditional Fascism was defined as an authoritarian government working hand-in-glove with corporations to achieve totalitarian objectives. A centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, using severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.
That governmental system didn’t work in the long-term because the underlying principles driving free people rejected government authoritarianism. Fascist governments collapsed, and the corporate beneficiaries were nulled and scorned. Then along came a new approach to achieve the same objective.
The World Economic Forum (WEF) was created to use the same fundamental associations of government and corporations. Only this time the corporations organized to tell the governments what to do. The WEF was organized for multinational corporations to assemble and tell the various governments how to cooperate to achieve control.
Fascism is still the underlying premise, the WEF just flipped the internal dynamic.
The assembly of the massive multinational corporations, banks and finance offices now summon the government leaders to come to their assembly and receive their instructions. Some have called this corporatism. However, the relationship between government and multinationals is just fascism essentially reversed with the government doing what the corporations tell them to do.
One brutally obvious example: Big Pharma telling governments to promote the vaccine and figure out the control details later.
Now consider:
…A massive multinational corporate conglomerate telling a centralized autocratic government leader what to do, and using severe economic and social regimentation as a control mechanism, combined with forcible suppression of opposition by both the corporations and government.

The bodycam video is intense and will make you hold your breath. It shows the Allen PD police officer talking to kids about wearing seatbelts just as the mall shooter begins his rampage in the distance.
Without hesitation the cop assesses the scene, grabs his rifle and charges on foot toward the suspect. The officer tracks and engages the shooter, shots are exchanged, and the suspect is neutralized. The intensity of the video is quite dramatic, as you can hear and sense the situation as it unfolds. WATCH:
TEXAS – […] “This video shows how quickly a routine interaction with the public turned into a life-and-death situation,” Allen Police Chief Brian Harvey said in a statement. “The officer recognized the danger, ran toward the gunfire and neutralized the threat — and for his actions, the Allen community is forever grateful.”
The footage, released after a grand jury Tuesday cleared the officer of any wrongdoing, showed he was by his car in the mall parking lot chatting with children and a woman when gunshots suddenly rang out.
“Make sure you wear your seatbelts when mommy’s driving … you be good,” the officer said moments before gunshots could be heard.
He spotted customers fleeing before grabbing his rifle and sprinting toward the sound of shots. (read more)
COMMENT: Thank you for your neutrality. I would point out that the West has rewritten history as if Russia had no role in defeating Hitler. Russia occupied Berlin for two months before the Americans and British arrived. They act as if Russia was never there.
Thank you once again
BV
ANSWER: You are correct. The Americans and British troops did not enter Berlin until the 4th of July and Russia had already taken Berlin and did occupy the city for two months before the West arrived. Russians entered Berlin on April 21st, 1945. However, the friendship between Russia and the United States goes back centuries before the American Neocons tried to rewrite history.
My father was with the Seventh Army which was created during World War II under General George S. Patton. My father served with General Patton, so I am very familiar with the events that really took place. My father was with Patton from North Africa into Germany where they captured Nuremberg and then Munich.
The United States supported Russia during the 1863 Crimean War. Some 30 American surgeons volunteered to serve in the Russian military. However, Russia sent its warships to protect New York City and San Francisco in 1863 against the British and French, who considered the American Civil War an opportunity to conquer the United States, perhaps. There is a lot of history between the United States and Russia during the 19th century, which was always our ally.
In fact, Abraham Lincoln drew his Emancipation Proclamation taking the actions of Tsar Alexander II (b: 1818; 1855–1881), who issued his own Emancipation Manifesto on March 3rd, 1861, emancipating 23 million Russian serfs. American abolitionists cheered his action and pushed for Lincoln to do the same, which he finally did on January 1st, 1863. Russians were actually shocked when the American states descended into armed conflict over the issue.
So, while Russia took Berlin, and many would know that if they just Googled the truth, most fail to know that it was Russia who came to the aid of the United States during the American Civil War and that there was close communication back then.
Unfortunately, these Neocons do not represent the feelings of the average American, who spins nothing but hatred. Why? Who knows. Perhaps their mothers, if they had one and were now grown in a pod, dropped them on their heads when they were very young. Instead of being a serial killers on the street, they aimed for the big guns and created endless wars to satisfy their insatiable hatred for others.
“Give us pizza or give us death,” the restaurant owner in the video above chanted while throwing pizza slices at City Hall. You have to love a New Yorker’s delivery. We heard about what happened over tea. While not a tax, the government is now telling New York pizzerias that they must cut down on emissions by 75%. This means restaurants that have been in business for over 100 years will be forced to change their coal and wooden oven methods. The pizza will not taste the same, and NYC pizza is a top culinary item that tourists and locals consume. Anyone who has ever visited NY has asked me to go for pizza — it is a staple in the city.
I reported in May that New York state approved a ban on gas stoves under a $229 BILLION budget plan to combat nature. New buildings under seven stories will be prohibited from using gas stoves by 2026, and taller buildings will face the same ban in 2029. Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer insisted this was merely a MAGA conspiracy theory before the law was approved. We are slowly losing our freedoms in the name of climate change. These restrictions are happening so rapidly that many do not see how much we’re set to sacrifice. They are coming down harshly on the food we consume from banning gas stoves to implementing cultivated meat.
Some restaurant owners have already installed air filters that cost tens of thousands. The additional costs are passed down to the consumer, and the pizza is not the same. “Regulation after regulation puts more pressure on us and makes it difficult to do business, particularly now with the cost of labor has gone up, the cost of the goods we have to buy to produce our products – it’s just making it more difficult,” one restaurant owner told Fox News.
Does New York want to repel small businesses entirely? They ruined small businesses with COVID lockdowns. Then numerous businesses in all five boroughs never reopened after the government-approved BLM protests burned down sections of the city. They tax small businesses to the brim and make it difficult to operate. The Soros-appointed DA Alvin Bragg has all but legalized crime, and shoplifting has become a serious issue for these mom-and-pop stores that cannot recoup the losses. It is a shame how quickly poor policies can dismantle a once great city.

For his Twitter monologue episode 7, Tucker Carlson walks through the post COVID new authoritarian model of ‘western democracy’, a system of dictatorial fiat and unilateral power intent on retention of control. {Direct Rumble Link}
Within our new system of “western democratic norms” authoritarianism is embraced by both wings of the UniParty vulture as it ensures power for those who benefit. From the dual system of U.S. justice to the dictatorship now present in Ukraine, the common thread is power by a select group of system operators with large control mechanisms.
The retention of this power structure requires the passing of the baton to the next loyalist of the regime. In the case of Joe Biden, Tucker foresees the rise of California Governor Gavin Newsom. I predicted a very specific flow for this transition a year ago and fully agree with Carlson’s prediction. WATCH:
[NOTE: I find it interesting [at 06:29] that Carlson notes the Ukraine war is only opposed by “one opponent”, yet he never mentions the man’s name, Donald Trump. It is a small datapoint, but an omission datapoint nonetheless enhanced by the chosen platform of the Carlson broadcast. I notice nuance. Keep watching.]

At the heart of the IRS whistleblower statements, is a meeting that took place on October 7, 2022, where U.S. Attorney David Weiss told six witnesses that he was not able to pursue a full case against Hunter Biden due to Dept of Justice roadblocks.
Notes and a contemporaneous email in regard to the explosive meeting were taken by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, who then testified to Congress and delivered the evidence which contradicts the statements by Attorney General Merrick Garland and Deputy AG Lisa Monaco. Shapley’s lawyers documented some of the participants from the meeting on behalf of their client, as they refute the claims of Main Justice (Garland & Monaco):
Today, buried 21 paragraphs deep in their own reporting, the New York Times now confirms the content of the meeting and the statement by USAO David Weiss.
[New York Times] – […] in mid-2022, Mr. Weiss reached out to the top federal prosecutor in Washington, Matthew Graves, to ask his office to pursue charges and was rebuffed, according to Mr. Shapley’s testimony.
A similar request to prosecutors in the Central District of California, which includes Los Angeles, was also rejected, Mr. Shapley testified. A second former I.R.S. official, who has not been identified, told House Republicans the same story. That episode was confirmed independently to The New York Times by a person with knowledge of the situation.
While Mr. Weiss had the authority to pursue leads that led to jurisdictions other than his own in Delaware, the department’s practices dictated that he secure the approval and cooperation of the U.S. attorneys in those districts before proceeding.
[…] U.S. Attorney Weiss stated that he subsequently asked for special counsel authority from Main D.O.J. at that time and was denied that authority,” he added.
Mr. Weiss, he said, was then told “to follow D.O.J.’s process.”
Mr. Shapley did not say if Mr. Weiss told him who had turned down his request to appoint a special counsel, a decision that can only be made by an attorney general under department regulations.
After Mr. Garland last week denied Mr. Shapley’s account, Mr. Shapley’s lawyer, Mr. Lytle, issued a statement naming six F.B.I. and I.R.S. agents who he said witnessed the exchange, which Mr. Shapley also recorded in a contemporaneous email. (more)

I’m not going to say I toldyaso; I’m just smiling.
After a full media cycle of apoplexy and pearl-clutching, which included Andrew Weissmann appearing on MSNBC to declare “It’s the end of Trump,” CBS is now reporting there is no Defense Department memo about attacking Iran – the foundation of the media claims surrounding the leaked audio tapes from Special Counsel Jack Smith.
Worse still, and exactly as CTH previously outlined, despite the claims by CNN about how this audio would be used as the “central element” by the prosecution of Trump, the audio and mysterious memo are not part of the Special Counsel case.
So, why was the transcript of the audio recording used by Jack Smith in the indictment if the audio and nonexistent memo were never going to be used? Because it’s Lawfare, that’s why. Everything, yes including the specific language being deployed (ie “documents containing classification markings“), is hype for public consumption.
(Via CBS) – The Defense Department memo on Iran — at the heart of the now-public audio recording that captured a July 2021 meeting with former President Donald Trump — is not part of the 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information charged in special counsel Jack Smith’s indictment of the former president, a source familiar with the matter confirmed to CBS News.
[…] The document and recording are described in the indictment Smith’s team secured against Trump earlier this month, recounted as an alleged meeting with “a writer, a publisher, and two members of” Trump’s staff, “none of whom possessed a security clearance.” But according to a source familiar with the matter, Trump was not charged with unlawfully holding onto the Iran-related document discussed in the recording.
[…] Multiple sources familiar with the investigation previously told CBS News that defense attorneys were not certain the Iran memo in question was ever recovered and returned to the government. (read more)
There never was an Iran memo document. President Trump was discussing newspaper reports, “newspapers” and stacks of “papers”, as he originally told Brett Baier. Duh.
“There was no document… That was a massive amount of papers and everything else talking about Iran and other things. And it may have been held up or may not, but that was not a document. I didn’t have a document per se. There was nothing to declassify. These were newspaper stories, magazine stories and articles.”
Watch til the end… very important. There is NO IRAN DOCUMENT! Trump was showing newspaper and magazine articles.
Jack Smith is going to have to produce this document, he can't, and he's scared shitless, so he leaked the audio tapes. WE WILL ALL GET TO SEE SMITH'S DOCUMENTS!… pic.twitter.com/pK3dGedLBQ
