What is the Mainstream Press so scared about? There is a worldwide rejection of this leftist agenda where they support World War III and would like nothing more than to get their ratings up with good old-fashioned blood, war, and violence, which they seem to love more than anything.

Well, folks, the press is at it again. They do not care if it is your blood or your children’s. They write stories about it to grab more circulation. The press has become part of the global corruption that everyone is upset about. We are watching the people rising up in Europe, the UK, the US, Argentina, and Canada and voting against those in power. Gallup Poll has them at just 14% regarding people trusting anything they say. When my daughter was young, I told her she had better never bring a prosecutor home. I would have had to add a journalist to that list today.

The Liberals of Canada have fallen out of favor, as evidenced by party’s defeat in the special election. Toronto – St. Paul’s had been filled by Liberals since 1993, but has been overtaken by Conservatives. We see this trend happening throughout the world as the politics have shifted so far left that the people have been swayed like a pendulum to the opposite side.

Angus Reid released a poll earlier in the week to ask Canadian’s who they’d like to replace Prime Minister Dictator Justin Trudeau. There was not enough support for any replacement to indicate that the Liberals could win, with Conservatives overpowering the Liberal Party by a 21-point gap. “Canadians are more likely than not to say rumoured successors such as Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, former Bank of Canada governor Mark Carney, Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc and President of the Treasury Board Anita Anand would drive them away from the party,” the Angus Reid poll found.

Bad news for the Liberal Party as they were positioning Freeland, a fellow World Economic Forum zealot, to be Trudeau’s successor.

The poll asked undecided voters why they were hesitant to support the Liberal Party and it comes down to results. About 31% said they simply do not want Justin Trudeau to lead, with another 29% citing government spending as their main issue. Simply wait until the impact of the capital gains taxes are felt, which I believe will cause far more people to flee the Liberal Party and never look back.

Two out of five (37%) voters are leaning toward the Liberal Party, but almost half (48%) of those voters say the current administration has not made any meaningful issues on any matter that they find important such as housing, price stability, or health care. What could the Liberals do within the next year to solve these issues? Trudeau has certainly had enough time to address these issues, but instead, he has only exacerbated them.

Yet, 60% of Canadians said they are not fully locked into one party over another. More Conservatives (65%) said they will vote for their party regardless, with only 38% of Liberals feeling the same and 30% of New Democrats.

Overall, 60% of voters cited the cost of living and runaway inflation as their top concerns. This is the same concern for people throughout the West, be it in Canada, the United States, or anywhere in the EU. The talking heads can tell us our economies are well and good all they want but the people see their quality of life declining as a direct result of government policies. We listen when our governments announce endless aid packages to foreign nations with no concern for their countries. The people are simply exhausted by the current world leaders and are seeking a change. Will the establishment under the thumb of globalists permit the people to vote for a new authority? The months ahead shall be interesting.

COMMENT #1: Well, unfortunately, that went pretty much as expected. I actually felt bad for Joe at one point. My parents are dealing with some level of dementia, so I know how it goes. And I can’t actually be happy, because the alternates that they would swap out Joe for are as bad or worse options. Not that I love Trump, because I don’t think he is that great either. Just the better of 2 evils maybe.

It’s becoming quite obvious that the USA is in big trouble and all of the West for that matter. Heck, the whole world is in big trouble, because I do not see it being much better anywhere else. It’s about freaking time We wake up and We The People start taking over our own authorities and jurisdictions, starting with our own respective local governments. We need to rebuild this Ourselves from the ground up and not let this Cabal keep trying to take over everything.

COMMENT #2: I was questioning you about the whole Hillary thing. You said they would hold the debates early to clear the way for Hillary. I was not a big Trump fan. Now, as you said on a recent blog, I think it is Trump vs. World War III. Russia has no interest in invading all of Europe, and for Biden to put out that claim shows how he should not be in office.

Welcome to the fix. CNN was proud to announce that this was the first debate to ever take place BEFORE each candidate was actually nominated by their respective parties. The reason for this was to set the stage for Democrats to move to replace Biden with Hillary. CNN moderators did an amazing job of being unbiased. This debate revealed that Biden struggled to speak often, and his closing argument was really pathetic. My sources have been spot on. This debate was done EARLY to allow for this to take place to replace Biden.

Some think the Democrats should go young. But the Neocons are behind the curtain, and Hillary is one of them. As I have said in various writings, they will NEVER accept anyone not a seasoned politician from Washington. One Democrat strategist told me the only question is whether Democrats will start to go public against Biden BEFORE the August convention. He also said some may be prone to start calling the White House to ask Biden to step aside voluntarily. Even Business Inside rushed to claim that the debate was a disaster for Biden. This was a setup.

This was not some slam dunk for Trump. I was told this was more about preparation to have Biden step aside, for they know he will drag the Party down with him. Look at the Gallup Poll; CONFIDENCE in Congress is at 8%. This is the same number our computer has projected Biden at. This is what this debate was all about. To put Biden on display, he did not appear on point or presidential.

Forget all the fact-checking. The lies were so deep you needed a raft, not a shovel. Sorry, but inflation rose during the 1960s and broke the Gold Standard thanks to the Vietnam War. All the money Biden authorized for war and climate change drastically altered the economy – plain and simple. Even Fed Chairman Powell in December came out and said this spending by Biden is “unsustainable” yet every word about inflation was just a lie. Hillary is cheering and has her book and mugs already to go.

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, Socrates has been so bearish on CNN’s owner, Warner Brothers, and the dabate is so rigged that other networks are even up in arms over CNN’s rules. We sold down all our institutional holdings in Warner Brothers, thanks to Socrates. Do you think this stock will collapse due to this debate that looks as corrupt as the New York courts?

ANSWER: The problem with Warner Brothers is it appears to be not just fully on board with the WOKE agenda that is reflected in its price decline, but its CEO and president, David Zaslav, may be part of this coincidence with those in the White House who are also Jewish with heritage back to Ukraine who claim their families were persecuted by the Russians for being Jewish at the start of the Russian Revolution in 1905. Even Wikipedia states: “His family was part of the diaspora from Poland and Ukraine.”

This raises some questions about whether Zaslav has been using Warner Brothers for personal biases against Russia and, thus, Trump. CNN’s anchor hosting this debate compared Trump to Hitler. If anyone did that to Biden, it would be in the headlines everywhere. We cannot say what Zaslav’s motivations have been one way or the other. However, his management of Warner Brothers does not appear to be in the best interest of shareholders. A CEO should be impartial, like a judge. Personal views do not belong in the boardroom or on the Nightly News. That is what OpEds are for – not anchors.

The major support lies at $5.10, and an annual closing below that for 2024 will be devastating. It is interesting that we have a Panic Cycle this month, living up with the CNN debate, but then again in January. Institutional investors have been dumping Warner Brothers big time. The CNN rules and restrictions they put on other networks are trying to create a monopoly on the debate, and rejecting any criticism of CNN staff is more like Pravda of Communist Russia days. It will be a hit job to interfere in the 2024 elections because Warner Brothers is so far left their stock is collapsing amid a great bull market. Why ANYONE would own anything of this company is just amazing. I guess they just hate Trump and see this as paying for his destruction rather than an investment.

Across the broad political spectrum of leftists and professional democrats, the apoplexy is consistent.  Everyone is freaking out about how terrible Joe Biden did in the debate against President Trump.

Biden was incoherent, stumbling, disjointed and generally showing all of the signs of cognitive decline the media have previously denied witnessing.  However, even the most political spin-masters on the democrat side of the spectrum will not spin this one.  The curtain of denial and pretending has fallen.  The emperor is naked; the crowd admits.

The number one theme being repeated by the professional left is the discussion of replacing Joe Biden with another candidate.  I suspected that was the entire reason for a presidential debate to take place before the conventions.

I have outlined my prediction for almost two years.  California Governor Gavin Newsom is certainly smiling, and there’s a reason why his aunt (in law) Nancy Pelosi, earlier gave up her leadership position to free up some time.  Keep watching.

The side-by-side of President Trump and Joe Biden was brutal for the democrats, and all of the debate structures built in by CNN to assist Biden ended up backfiring.  It was a hot mess because Joe Biden is a hot mess.

Donald Trump did great.  MAGA is ascending. The pretenses have dropped.

The meltdowns are as glorious as election night 2016.

Sad… pathetic…. all of it.

Supreme Court Allows Government Control Over Speech on Social Media Platforms, Rejects Standing in Murthy vs Missouri

The Supreme Court rejected the standing of the State of Missouri and five individuals in the censorship and free speech case surrounding social media.  The court came down with a 6-3 decision, Justice Amy Coney-Barrett writing the majority opinion.  Justices Alito, Gorsuch and Thomas dissented in the minority.

The background of the case was very familiar to this audience, as the Biden administration was previously blocked by lower courts from telling social media platforms to remove content against their interests.  Today, the Supreme Court rejected the standing of the plaintiffs, essentially giving a green light to the USA government to begin controlling social media platforms again.

If you read the opinion [FULL PDF HERE], I would strongly urge readers to focus beginning on page #11 of the Justice Barrett opinion.  It is obvious in the three or four pages that follow, the court was looking for an exit from the free speech issue.  Denying the case on “standing” grounds became their justification for the cop-out.

Barrett goes out of her way to make the standing issue the crux of the majority opinion.  Comey-Barrett dismisses all the instances of censorship and coerced removal under the auspices that the relief sought by the plaintiffs was for future harm, not past injury.   The lower courts had ruled the government could not interfere with speech in the future, without establishing that each individual plaintiff was harmed specifically by each action of the government.

Social media platforms did some censorship and content removal on their own, without government direction.  Therefore, it becomes impossible for the court to determine which censorship decisions were made by government coercion, and which were made by the social media platform with ordinary moderation rules being applied.  {pdf page #11}

Just because some of the removal was done at the direction of government, doesn’t mean all of the activity was done at the direction of government, and therefore the plaintiff standing is undetermined as a result of the lack of uniformity.   [WATCH THIS ASPECT CLOSELY, because CTH already predicted this was going to happen (¹I’ll come back to it)]….

As noted by Jeff Clark, “In effect, the Supreme Court majority is requiring government-private partnerships aimed at censorship to overlap entirely. If there are situations where private censorship predates and or postdates government calls for censorship, then the majority is saying the actions should be treated as independent and therefore to frustrate satisfaction of the causation and redressability prongs of standing analysis. And the Supreme Court majority did this even where they simultaneously acknowledged there was evidence of government collusion with Big Tech to censor COVID-related and 2020 election-related speech.”

Justice Samuel Alito Jr, joined by Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil M. Gorsuch, dissented.  Alito criticized the majority for failing to address the underlying free speech questions in the case, calling efforts by the government to police content “coercion.”

The court “shirks that duty and thus permits the successful campaign of coercion in this case to stand as an attractive model for future officials who want to control what the people say, hear and think,” Alito wrote. “That is regrettable.”

¹We keep saying in the Government censorship 2.0 model we were going to see a shift.  The original censorship removal was going to shift away from “content” as defined by the subject matter and will resurface as censorship against the specific individual person or outlet.   This Supreme Court decision aligns with that visible DHS intention.

This case is part of the reason why DHS shifted from censorship based on what was being said (ex COVID-19), and now focuses on who is saying it.  How big is their influence?  What is the size of their audience?  What is their platform?  Where are they vulnerable or fragile?

The targeting is not necessarily the subject matter; now it’s the person or outlet with the voice that spreads the subject matter.   This is what has already started to happen, and this is the approach that will continue to happen – only at a faster pace and larger scale.

It is even more critical now to show support to the entities that are at the forefront of the information network.  We must support the voices that are digging, sharing, providing the raw material information and analyzing the ramifications, so that an understanding expands the awakening.

Those voices who provide truthful information… information that enlarges the understanding of the average person… are going to be the biggest targets now.  DHS will shift away from spider crawls looking for “keywords” and “phrases,” and they will specifically be using AI to look for context within the content.

Accurate context with accurate content will be information most perceived as against the interest of government.

AOC “Squad” Member Jamaal Bowman Loses Primary Election

Despite AOC and Bernie Sanders attempting to rally support for New York Congressman Jamaal Bowman, his rabid support for Hamas and toxic progressive behavior was rebuked by his constituents in New York City.

The election was not even close. Jamaal Bowman lost by almost 20 points. It should be noted, the Clinton machine supported his challenger, George Latimer.  Pictured below is a screengrab from the super-cringeworthy video Bowman and AOC made last weekend.

A leading pro-Israel group spent more than $14 million on TV ads to unseat him. And as the results rolled in, it became clear that AIPAC and its super PAC United Democracy Project had succeeded in making an example of the two-term member of Congress for routinely criticizing the Israeli offensive in Gaza.

Latimer, speaking less than an hour after the polls closed, credited his victory to building a broad coalition in the district.

“Tonight we turn a page and we say we believe in inclusion of everybody in our representation — that you are included no matter what your demographic is,” he told a crowd of roughly 500, flanked by former Gov. David Paterson and other supporters. (read more)
