The Supreme Court rejected the standing of the State of Missouri and five individuals in the censorship and free speech case surrounding social media. The court came down with a 6-3 decision, Justice Amy Coney-Barrett writing the majority opinion. Justices Alito, Gorsuch and Thomas dissented in the minority.
The background of the case was very familiar to this audience, as the Biden administration was previously blocked by lower courts from telling social media platforms to remove content against their interests. Today, the Supreme Court rejected the standing of the plaintiffs, essentially giving a green light to the USA government to begin controlling social media platforms again.
If you read the opinion [FULL PDF HERE], I would strongly urge readers to focus beginning on page #11 of the Justice Barrett opinion. It is obvious in the three or four pages that follow, the court was looking for an exit from the free speech issue. Denying the case on “standing” grounds became their justification for the cop-out.
Barrett goes out of her way to make the standing issue the crux of the majority opinion. Comey-Barrett dismisses all the instances of censorship and coerced removal under the auspices that the relief sought by the plaintiffs was for future harm, not past injury. The lower courts had ruled the government could not interfere with speech in the future, without establishing that each individual plaintiff was harmed specifically by each action of the government.
Social media platforms did some censorship and content removal on their own, without government direction. Therefore, it becomes impossible for the court to determine which censorship decisions were made by government coercion, and which were made by the social media platform with ordinary moderation rules being applied. {pdf page #11}
Just because some of the removal was done at the direction of government, doesn’t mean all of the activity was done at the direction of government, and therefore the plaintiff standing is undetermined as a result of the lack of uniformity. [WATCH THIS ASPECT CLOSELY, because CTH already predicted this was going to happen (¹I’ll come back to it)]….
As noted by Jeff Clark, “In effect, the Supreme Court majority is requiring government-private partnerships aimed at censorship to overlap entirely. If there are situations where private censorship predates and or postdates government calls for censorship, then the majority is saying the actions should be treated as independent and therefore to frustrate satisfaction of the causation and redressability prongs of standing analysis. And the Supreme Court majority did this even where they simultaneously acknowledged there was evidence of government collusion with Big Tech to censor COVID-related and 2020 election-related speech.”
Justice Samuel Alito Jr, joined by Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil M. Gorsuch, dissented. Alito criticized the majority for failing to address the underlying free speech questions in the case, calling efforts by the government to police content “coercion.”
The court “shirks that duty and thus permits the successful campaign of coercion in this case to stand as an attractive model for future officials who want to control what the people say, hear and think,” Alito wrote. “That is regrettable.”
¹We keep saying in the Government censorship 2.0 model we were going to see a shift. The original censorship removal was going to shift away from “content” as defined by the subject matter and will resurface as censorship against the specific individual person or outlet. This Supreme Court decision aligns with that visible DHS intention.
This case is part of the reason why DHS shifted from censorship based on what was being said (ex COVID-19), and now focuses on who is saying it. How big is their influence? What is the size of their audience? What is their platform? Where are they vulnerable or fragile?
The targeting is not necessarily the subject matter; now it’s the person or outlet with the voice that spreads the subject matter. This is what has already started to happen, and this is the approach that will continue to happen – only at a faster pace and larger scale.
It is even more critical now to show support to the entities that are at the forefront of the information network. We must support the voices that are digging, sharing, providing the raw material information and analyzing the ramifications, so that an understanding expands the awakening.
Those voices who provide truthful information… information that enlarges the understanding of the average person… are going to be the biggest targets now. DHS will shift away from spider crawls looking for “keywords” and “phrases,” and they will specifically be using AI to look for context within the content.
Accurate context with accurate content will be information most perceived as against the interest of government.
Despite AOC and Bernie Sanders attempting to rally support for New York Congressman Jamaal Bowman, his rabid support for Hamas and toxic progressive behavior was rebuked by his constituents in New York City.
The election was not even close. Jamaal Bowman lost by almost 20 points. It should be noted, the Clinton machine supported his challenger, George Latimer. Pictured below is a screengrab from the super-cringeworthy video Bowman and AOC made last weekend.

A leading pro-Israel group spent more than $14 million on TV ads to unseat him. And as the results rolled in, it became clear that AIPAC and its super PAC United Democracy Project had succeeded in making an example of the two-term member of Congress for routinely criticizing the Israeli offensive in Gaza.
Latimer, speaking less than an hour after the polls closed, credited his victory to building a broad coalition in the district.
“Tonight we turn a page and we say we believe in inclusion of everybody in our representation — that you are included no matter what your demographic is,” he told a crowd of roughly 500, flanked by former Gov. David Paterson and other supporters. (read more)
Pro-Palestinian protestors have been wreaking havoc in US cities for a cause they do not properly understand. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has proved to the nation that his idea of justice equates to demonizing and prosecuting his political opponents while turning an eye to real crimes committed in favor of left-leaning policies.
After illegally camping on the grounds of Columbia University for weeks, over 40 protestors broke into the university and barricaded themselves inside. In the process, they kidnapped several staff members who were forbidden to leave the building that they sealed with zip ties, chairs, tables, and any barricades they could find. The protestors removed security cameras in the building. Students were unable to attend their own graduation ceremony. Columbia President Minouche Shafik called the incident “a violent act that put our students at risk.” Although the police arrested 44 people, Bragg has decided not to prosecute the majority of those responsible.
Yet, Bragg has been relentless in prosecuting former President Donald Trump for non-violent perceived offenses that he had to fabricate in order to create a case. Senator Ted Cruz spoke out against Bragg, noting that Democrats across the US are turning a blind eye to the crimes of pro-Palestinian crooks. “The Democrats you elected and put in charge, they support the radicals and they refuse to prosecute them. You know what, you do that in Texas, you do that in Florida, you do that in Georgia, you do that in Alabama, you will be arrested and you will be prosecuted. There is a consequence if you elect Republicans who actually believe in prosecuting criminals,” Cruz added.
College campuses have turned into circuses, overtaken by protests that turn into riots. Where have we seen this before? Precisely the last election cycle where the Democrats kneeled before statues of George Floyd and permitted the Black Lives Matter gangs to burn down their very own cities. One would hope the rioters do not take the violence to the same extreme as the last election cycle where looting was permitted and the police were utterly unable to act amid calls to defund the police. But it is not looking good as tensions are rising between two groups of thought in this nation.

Those in charge like Bragg have taken matters to step four as they are taking control amid the chaos. They have long allowed the chaos to ensue. Now, they will implement restrictions to “protect” the nation from wrongdoers in our midst. The problem becomes that the prosecutors believe riots in the name of liberal social causes are fair, and gathering of like-minded conservatives pose a threat to national security.
We know that these organized groups have been funded by Democrat-backed super PACs and philanthropists like Soros, who openly speak of meddling in our elections. There is a concerted effort to destabilize the United States ahead of this election. The rule of law has been lost, and half of the country is considered a threat.
Our computers are predicting a major twist come September ahead of the election. Joe Biden simply cannot win fairly and the establishment would never permit Trump back into the Oval Office as he would have most of them arrested and halt plans for the Great Reset. The coming months will be extremely volatile as the left grows increasingly tyrannical.
I don’t watch CNN much, so I will admit to essentially skipping the topic until someone I trust told me to watch it. I was expecting some visible antagonism or conflict by Karoline Leavitt, to wit Kasie Hunt had an overreaction. This isn’t that. This is much worse. The video is really goofy.
Ms Karoline Leavitt didn’t even say anything remotely antagonistic or controversial before Ms Hunt came unglued and shut down the interview. The entire exchange is really weird. The CNN lady, Ms. Kasie Hunt, presents herself as a very unstable person. WATCH:
Obviously, CNN has plans to make the debate an absolute mess of aggressive political manipulation. With that backdrop they would not want anyone setting up a context for the pre-planned attack. That can be the only explanation for such an over-the-top defensive triggering.

Liberals everywhere have been trying to combine Pride month with Islamic causes such as the free Palestine movement. There have been instances across the UK, Canada, the US, and all of the West where pro-LGBTQ protestors have been assaulted when attempting to join Palestinian protests. The woke justice warriors glue themselves to every social cause without understanding the meaning behind it.
The free Palestine movement is NOT a woke social justice cause. There are numerous gays for Palestine groups emerging, which would be like chickens for Chic-fil-A. The social justice warriors could wave the Ukrainian flag and tout anti-Russian rhetoric freely without understanding the root cause of the war. Muslims are attempting to correct the far-left who mistakenly believes they are tolerant or accepting of the gay community.
Homosexuality is not permitted in Islam or the majority of Islamic countries. The offense of loving someone of the same sex is often punishable by death. Earlier in the month, a man attempted to open the country’s first gay club in the same city where Osama bin Laden was allegedly killed. Pakistan punishes homosexuality with a minimum two-year prison sentence that could be extended for a lifetime. This mistaken leftist was not jailed but rather committed to a mental hospital for even proposing such an idea. Clearly, he could not be of the right state of mind.
It is illegal to be gay in Palestine, with a possible punishment of up to 10 years. If Hamas catches you, then you’re dead. The law will look away if someone is murdered for homosexuality. In 2016, Hamas killed one of its own top officials for homosexual activities. Palestine’s woes have absolutely no correlation to the pride movement in the West, where people are permitted to express themselves however they see fit through the protection they have under the laws of the countries they hate.
It feels as if liberalism, at its extreme, has become a growing mental health epidemic. There is no logic or individual thought present. Far-left liberalism has become a trend of being the most oppressed among society. No one has a clear image of self or identity. They do not even know who they are supporting or why, but they insist you support whatever cause they have taken up for unknown reasons. They insist it is taught at schools to children. All of this is absolutely absurd, and yet no one is permitted to question it without being labeled intolerant.

REPLY: It is interesting how little intelligence exists in the mainstream media. There are just no independent thinkers and certainly no investigative journalists left. Mainstream has chased them all out. Or is it that they are just taking orders like the Nazis insisted at Nuremberg? All you have to do is look at the press reporting in 2014. It was the UNELECTED government installed by Victoria Nuland and her Neocons, who then directed them to attack the Donbas to draw in Putin.
Here, the Associated Press states at the beginning, “Ukraine’s acting President,” meaning unelected since the Ukrainian people NEVER voted for war. Ukraine had just gone through a revolution, but when the Donbas wanted to split from the Ukrainians because they hated Russians who had lived in the Donbas and Crimea for hundreds of years. The media never looked at the facts or the truth and has constantly promoted World War III.
The very next month, in May 2014, the Ukrainians began to attack Russians on the street, beating them and killing them. They wanted all Russians dead, and the Western Press turned a blind eye. The hatred in Ukraine of non-Ukrainians goes back to the ethnic cleansing they engaged in when they were Nazis. They hate Russians, along with all other minorities they hate and do not trust. Make no mistake about it: if Russia loses, the Ukrainians will massacre all Russians in the Donbas territory, and the Western Press will never report anything. The West ignores the fact that the Ukrainians carried out a massacre of ethnic Russians who lived in Odessa as soon as their 2014 Revolution, and that is what started this entire civil war that the Western Press will not address.
The 2014 Odessa Massacre of Russian-speaking civilians where killed by the Ukrainians on the streets. When the civilians fled for safety into the Trade Union Building, the nationalist Ukrainians burned them alive. That was the turning point. It revealed that the Donbas had to separate, for the Ukrainian hatred of Russians was out to annihilate every last one of them – not their submission to Kiev. Victoria Nuland told them to call it an anti-terrorist action because they sought a democratic solution to vote for their freedom.
This 2014 Odessa Massacre is ignored by the Western Press because they are too busy promoting World War III. For the first time in history, an organized massacre of civilians was carried out and even filmed by numerous people. The West was silent and cheered the deaths of Russian civilians. This has been documented in extraordinary detail, and the Ukrainians did not even fear any negative consequences in world opinion.
Zelensky ran promising PEACE. That is what the average Ukrainian wanted. Ukraine is the plaything of Neocons, and they do not care if every Ukrainian dies as long as they take at least one Russian with them.
I have videos that are too horrible even to post that were captured from Ukrainians who filmed their war crimes. They were crucifying Rusdian and burning them alive.
I have refrained from reporting what many are starting to document. Ukrainian Neo Nazis are harvesting organs from Russian children in the Donbas and have been selling them even into Israel. This is starting to come from many sources.
The real number of deaths from UKRAINIAN sources is 1.1 million, I am told, and AGAIN, this comes from Ukraine – not Russia! In fact, a local TV news operation reported the real number, and Zelensky again made them take it down as he did with the head of the EU. They suddenly reported it was a typo. The Neocons are completely destroying Ukraine, and they have ZERO regard for Ukrainian lives as they will with Americans or Europeans.
Anyone who dares to criticize Ukraine is called a Putin supporter. This is their standard tactic so that they can do as they like, paint Russia as evil, and lead the world into complete destruction. Everything we have achieved since World War II will be lost – PERIOD! People have to start demanding their stupid world leaders stop supporting this insanity and HONOR the Minsk Agreement. Ukraine was NEVER a nation. The People in the Donbas and Crimea are Russian, and they have always been Russians.
The American Neocons control the media as well as NATO. When Ukrainians vote to separate from Russia, that is legitimate. But if Russians vote to separate from Ukrainians, it is rigged by Putin. I’m sure the Russians in the Donbas want to live under Zelensky. The only way Russia loses is for Ukraine to exterminate every Russian in the Donbas. This goes back to the ethnic cleansing under the Nazis.
During his Friday broadcast on HBO, apparently Bill Maher started to catch on to the issue of fake media polling. Maher questions how Biden could be losing big percentages of his core constituency (by demographic), yet suddenly be polling ahead of Trump. It just doesn’t make sense.
Bill Maher: “45% of Hispanic voters prefer Biden, compared to 39% for Trump. Last time, he won 59%. That was 2020. So, he’s lost 14 points there. He went to Morehouse, he said, ‘What is democracy if you have to be ten times better than anyone else to get a fair shot?’ That seems like pandering to me. Black voters under 50, he led by 80 points in 2020. Now, by 37, still a lot, but he’s lost 43 points off the key constituency.”
“Student loans, he’s forgiven $144 billion in student loans, only 36% of student debt holders like it. I mean, If you can’t win the people you’re pandering to — I mean, I get it, politics is somewhat about pandering. That’s not even an insult. You’re supposed to do what people want to a certain degree, also be a leader, but if you’re not winning these groups, and he’s lost 8% off women since 2020. And yet, I read in the polls, he’s pulled ahead this week. Explain that to me.”
There’s nothing to explain. Media polling has always been manipulated in order to advance a specific narrative. Obviously, with the Trump New York Lawfare case now concluded with the outcome desired, the media intent is to give the appearance that Trump support has diminished.
Media polling, like the outlets who pay for it, is generally a fake construct.
