QUESTION: Thank you for your interesting writing on climate change. I take it you see the cycle as natural and this fear seems to flip back and forth between warming and cooling as you published various news articles. Do you rank this as just fear-mongering?

ANSWER: If we look just since 1895, the media loves to print headlines of fear. That they know people will then read. Therefore, this fear has alternated between global cooling and warming scares and at times they have even been overlapping. The first period was from 1895 until the 1930’s when the media was promoting we would all die from a coming ice age. Then it flipped with some overlap during the late 1920’s until the 1960’s when we would all die from global warming. Then it flipped again back to a coming ice age during the late 1950s which lasted into the late 1970s.

Now we are back to we will all die in 12 years from global warming. This time, the socialists have used it to justify dramatically raising taxes and seizing the economy for central control as was the case under Communism.

Doom & Gloom and fear-mongering seem to sell. I see this as absolutely a joke, but the joke is on us for the socialists are smiling – I gotcha now

Algae absorbs CO2 and a 500% increase in its population caused a mass extinction that wiped out more than three-quarters of all marine life and turned the planet into a phase of global cooling. Researchers from Harvard University made the discovery while studying ancient ocean sediments unearthed in Nevada. The sample of shale and limestone contained excessive compounds derived from chlorophyll, warning that over a period of just a few million years, the amount of these compounds increased approximately five-fold. They sucked so much CO2 out of the atmosphere that the planet was thrust into a virtual Ice Age. The idea of zero-emissions would create a major shift into global cooling.

Instead of seizing the economy and taxing everyone into non-existence, how about just requiring the construction of algae farms?

Poland has rejected the climate change demands from Brussels. Piotr Naimski, Poland’s chief strategic energy adviser, said energy security is a higher priority than sticking to EU emission goals. In an act of defiance, he said it was “not possible and not feasible” for Warsaw to meet the EU target of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. Poland has no nuclear power plants. In the 1980s, the Zarnowiec Nuclear Power Plant was under construction but it was abandoned in September 1990. Without nuclear power, Poland would become vulnerable if it relied upon imported energy.
