The vindication is good. However, unfortunately I suspect the ‘I told you so’s‘ are likely all we are going to get from John Durham.

CTH begins every outline of the ongoing Durham investigation with the following disclaimer: How is John Durham going to reveal everything that is possible about the deep state Trump targeting operation, and simultaneously handle the involvement of Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and the Special Counsel team who were specifically appointed to cover it up?
The short answer is, Durham can’t. The ramifications would collapse the U.S. government; yes, all three collaborating branches.

In a court filing late yesterday [Read Filing Here] special counsel John Durham dropped an explosive point into the public psyche. Durham confirms that an outside government contractor, controlled by Hillary Clinton aligned “tech executive-1” Rodney Joffe, had access to conduct electronic surveillance and spying operations into the Executive Office of The President of the United States (EOP).
Tech Executive-1 is Rodney Joffe who worked with a federal cyber contractor called Neustar.
While the surveillance and spying operation against Donald Trump is likely not a revelation to many people here, it will be quite a shock for some to see the direct admission in a public court filing. The eye-opening part is the contractor access to conduct surveillance of Trump extended into his actual presidency as the “Office of the President” was being monitored by outside agents.
Of course, the legacy media (New York Times, Politico, Washington Post, et al) will have to ignore these surveillance revelations because they so vehemently denied anyone connected to government spying on Trump it in all years past.

The obvious question is: If Rodney Joffe is spying on the office of the president, why hasn’t he been indicted?
Unfortunately, the most likely answer starts to get into that circular silo crap we have often discussed. The feds will say they were worried about Trump as a Russian asset as he came into office, so they used extreme sensitive measures to monitor him. Rodney Joffe will say he used his access to the DNS system of the president because the feds asked him to monitor the office of the President… and you are back in that investigative circular chase that goes nowhere…. until someone says, “mistakes were made.”
I’m sure a lot of deep weeds walkers will get into even more detail about this specific filing. We’ll share the good ones and check them out.
In the interim, what’s interesting to me is a little question I have always asked for years about this surveillance set up as it starts to surface. A few years ago, when discussing the Crowdstrike stuff, DNC hack, emails to Wikileaks etc….
… I always said there were just small glances, flickers of evidence, stuff in the background, that seemed to indicate the Clinton campaign had some kind of direct access point, a portal per se, into the government database. The Clinton crew just seemed to have direct access to information that wasn’t coming from a leak, but rather from their ability to extract government data on their own.
The most obvious reason for this suspicion was the absence of an inside government broker relaying information to the Clinton crew. Sure, they had boatloads of allies in the Intel Community, CIA, DoD, State Dept, DOJ, FBI and Deep State writ large, but they also seemed to be able to have information that couldn’t be attributed to reception from a government insider.
The Clinton crew had info that didn’t come from a leak. The Clinton crew had info that was direct.
This filing might just have answered or affirmed my questions and suspicions. It could be that Rodney Joffe, working outside government with a direct pipe into the same government database, just extracted what Team Clinton needed and then passed it along. Clinton team packages it, spins it, then launders it back into the government.
There are several federal contractors with access to government databases. However, Rodney Joffe is a federal contractor with direct access to extract data who works with Clinton.
In essence, Joffe was the portal I always suspected she had.

A lot more will come out related to this singular court filing. Hell, I’ve got about a dozen questions from just the first few pages; however, I stand by my introductory disclaimer, no-one inside government can/will be touched.
All three branches of government participated in the corrupt and illegal targeting of Donald J Trump, a political outsider. And all three branches of government have also participated in the cover-up.

Tow trucks from Michigan have been sent to assist Ontario police and Canadian federal law enforcement to remove the Freedom Protestors and truckers from the Ambassador bridge at the border crossing between Canada and the U.S.A.
Yesterday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and U.S. President Joe Biden held a phone call to discuss the collaboration of U.S. and Canadian federal law enforcement as well as joint intelligence agencies to remove any blockades at the border crossing points. Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer also told media she would assist the Canadian government effort.
As local, regional and federal law enforcement on both sides of the border begin to confront the blockades, it appears they are sharing resources. Previously, Canadian tow trucks refused to cooperate against their own citizens in protest. It appears that Michigan tow trucks are willing to do the dirty work. However, the initial tow companies pictured can only move regular passenger vehicles and pick-up trucks, like those driven by supporters of the truckers.
Police arrived shortly after dawn this morning to clear the protest group who spent the night at the busiest crossing between the United States and Canada and enforce a court order issued yesterday. “The Windsor Police & its policing partners have commenced enforcement at and near the Ambassador Bridge. We urge all demonstrators to act lawfully & peacefully. Commuters are still being asked to avoid the areas affected by the demonstrations at this time,” police tweeted.
Global News journalists reported, “police in black uniforms with yellow vests were seen moving behind the protesters’ cars on the bridge. Tactical teams and snipers were also present.” CTV News Windsor’s Michelle Maluske reported from the scene that some protesters had begun to pack up and leave ahead of police moving in to enforce a court injunction, while others remain defiant in the face of fines and jail time.
CANADA – Police have moved in to break up a days-long protest at the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, Ont., where vehicles have been blocking traffic on the crucial border crossing into the U.S.
“We urge all demonstrators to act lawfully and peacefully,” Windsor police said in a tweet as officers started to move in with other law enforcement at about 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
They also advised people to stay away from the area.
While some protesters left immediately, a handful remained as of 10 a.m. Police formed a line and were steadily pushing back the demonstrators, some of whom were shouting “shame,” “freedom” and “you’re on the wrong side.” (read more)
The controversy surrounding Biden’s crack pipe distribution plan has sent fact-checkers into a frenzy. Untrustworthy site Snopes, another leftist marketing tool, is labeling the story as “mostly false,” despite clear evidence to the contrary.

What's True In 2022, a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services substance abuse harm reduction grant did require recipients to provide safer smoking kits to existing drug users. In distributing grants, priority would be given to applicants serving historically underserved communities. However... What's False This was just one of around 20 components of the grant program and far from its most prominent or important one, despite being the primary focus of outraged news reports. The purpose of the program was to reduce harm and the risk of infection among drug users, not to advance racial equity, although that was a secondary consideration.
The Snopes fact-checkers worsened their position by claiming that crack pipes are only “ one of several sub-components” within the kits. While the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) reported that the main aim is harm reduction, Snopes and other fact-checkers are now claiming that racial equality was not on the agenda. Yet, the fact-checkers put their foot in their mouth once again by stating that the program is designed to help “underserved communities.” By definition under E.O. 13985, underserved communities include:
“Black, Latino, and Indigenous and Native American persons, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other persons of color; members of religious minorities; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) persons; persons with disabilities; persons who live in rural areas; and persons otherwise adversely affected by persistent poverty or inequality.”
Secretary Psaki is calling the issue “inaccurate reporting” despite clearly stating initially that the smoking kits would contain glass pipes. So yes, the Biden Administration is spending your tax dollars on drug paraphernalia and doing nothing to reform laws or rehabilitate addicts.

Here we have a collapse in the confidence of governments thanks to the COVID regulations. There is even confusion in businesses in NYC do they demand masks or is that now out completely? Biden and Western Leaders are begging Putin to PLEASE invade Ukraine. They now think this will provide the distraction they need to escape from their disastrous COVID scam that was the brainchild of the WEF and has FAILED to work.

As of January 1, Swiss citizens may change their gender on paper for the price of 75 Swiss francs. Four days after the law was implemented, a man (born XY) by the name of Luzerner Zeitung found a way to benefit from this ruling. Zeitung completed a 10-minute interview and paid the fine to become a woman. Now, she may receive early retirement benefits as women in Switzerland can retire one year earlier than men. Under Swiss law, her actions are legal. This is an unexpected variable for the ongoing pension crisis. Will more men opt to become women on paper to receive early pension benefits? Will people change their gender to avoid serving in the military? Probably.
An injunction aimed at ending a blockade by truckers, supporters and protesters at the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, Ontario went into effect at 7:00pm tonight. However, despite the court order even more people came to support the Freedom Protest.
Ontario police are handing out enforcement warnings in an effort to stop the blockade that has tied up cross-border traffic since Monday:

Video from the area (below) shows crowds growing despite the court order. Any effort to physically enforce the ruling, an outcome of Premier Doug Ford declaring a state of emergency, is going to be challenging – and could backfire.
This is sketchy. Despite them calling the upcoming February 15th meeting of the FDA vaccine advisory committee an approval review, everyone knows the meetings are just formalities as the FDA has rubber stamped all Big Rx requests throughout the COVID-19 effort.
As a result, the FDA was only a few days away from authorizing the Pfizer vaccine for children 6months to 4-years old. However, according to an FDA press release [SEE HERE] Pfizer asked the FDA to wait for authorization until more clinical trial data could be gathered. Additionally, Pfizer plans on presenting the findings of a three-dose vaccine regime.
FDA Press Release – The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has been notified by Pfizer that new data have recently emerged regarding its emergency use authorization request for the use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine in children 6 months through 4 years of age.
As part of its rolling submission, the company recently notified the agency of additional findings from its ongoing clinical trial. Based on the agency’s preliminary assessment, and to allow more time to evaluate additional data, we believe additional information regarding the ongoing evaluation of a third dose should be considered as part of our decision-making for potential authorization.
Therefore, the FDA is postponing the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee meeting originally scheduled for Feb. 15.
This will give the agency time to consider the additional data, allowing for a transparent public discussion as part of our usual scientific and regulatory processes for COVID-19 vaccines.
We will provide an update on timing for the advisory committee meeting once we receive additional data on a third dose in this age group from the company’s ongoing clinical trial and have an opportunity to complete an updated evaluation. (read more)
White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan gave a press conference today again emphasizing that an attack on Ukraine was likely. Sullivan also recommended that all U.S. citizens in Ukraine depart within the next 24 to 48 hours. However, for reference, the White House has been making this “imminent” claim for over a month.
When pushed by media for how these determinations were made, Sullivan reiterated his position that “it’s not his responsibility to convince anyone.” Overall, the entire situation still looks like a manufactured White House distraction from domestic criticism.
Russia has previously scheduled military exercises in the region. This could be cover for Russia for the increased military presence prior to a cross border incursion, or the exercises could be the justification, or cover story for the White House to pretend that an invasion into Ukraine is likely. The latter seems most likely.
Regardless of all of it, the White House has not made a case for why Americans should be worried about what happens between Russia and Ukraine, other than to say the financial interests of a lot of people and groups in Washington DC are connected to U.S. foreign policy toward Ukraine.
WASHINGTON – National security adviser Jake Sullivan warned Friday that a Russian invasion of Ukraine could come before the conclusion of the Winter Olympics on Feb. 20, but he did not say whether U.S. officials had determined whether Russian President Vladimir Putin had made a final decision on a course of action.
“As we’ve said before, we are in the window when an invasion could begin at any time, should Vladimir Putin decide to order it,” Sullivan said at a White House news briefing. “I will not comment on the details of our intelligence information, but I do want to be clear: It could begin during the Olympics, despite a lot of speculation that it would only happen after the Olympics.”

“We want to be crystal clear on this point: Any American in Ukraine should leave as soon as possible and, in any event, in the next 24 to 48 hours,” Sullivan said, adding: “If you stay, you are assuming risk with no guarantee that there will be any other opportunity to leave and no prospect of a U.S. military evacuation in the event of a Russian invasion.”
Sullivan went on to describe, seemingly for the first time, what the opening campaign of a Russian invasion would look like in Ukraine. Such an attack “is likely to begin with aerial bombing and missile attacks that could obviously kill civilians without regard to their nationality,” he said. (read more)
Why should the U.S. care about Ukraine?
The honest answer from the White House would be… The Biden and Obama administration are doing all this stuff in Ukraine, for Ukraine and under the auspices of protecting Ukraine, because a whole bunch of people from both political parties in/around the DC beltway – along with their families – receive massive amounts of personal financial wealth from the DC laundering operation of foreign aid money in/around Ukraine.
That’s the real answer, and NATO members also know that American politicians enrich themselves and their families through the laundry of foreign aid to their own bank accounts.
If Ukraine President Zelensky does not allow himself to be a proxy for the United States in Europe, the people who control U.S. policy will create a war with Russia to get rid of him. Biden is really a stammering stupid doofus and tool of the deep state, who isn’t strong enough to battle his own corrupt policy team; and Biden Inc, which includes his entire family, is paid by the DC manipulators to shut-up and just read.
Zelensky has to pretend like Joe Biden represents the U.S. interests, while knowing Biden doesn’t really have any control over U.S. policy.
The war mongering crew deep in the U.S. government are in control. The Fourth Branch of the U.S. government and the national security apparatus are in full operational control over the dynamic. Zelensky is stuck between Russia and the U.S. Deep State. Quite frankly, he’d be better off embracing Vladimir Putin and coming to terms.
However, the problem is Zelensky doesn’t want to end up being Ukraine to Russia like North Korea is to China.
If Zelensky refuses to allow U.S. interference in his country, then the U.S. system (writ large) will withdraw any support or assistance for Ukraine, and Russia will absorb his country quickly. That’s the unfortunate dynamic.
Zelensky wants to stop being a hostage to the West by joining NATO. However, Russia will not allow a formal NATO relationship.
It’s a mess.
