Remarkable, Trudeau Government Use Emergency Act to Seize Bank Accounts of Protestors, You Cannot Protest Government and Maintain a Bank Account in Canada

In a major exhibition of raw power of the federal police state, the Canadian government announced today they have instructed banks, insurance companies and financial institutions to seize the accounts of any individual, group or business who are associated with political protest.

Using the Emergency War Measures Act, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has just declared war against his own people.  You cannot protest against government and still retain a bank account in Canada.  I suspect a great number of Canadians will quickly move their assets into foreign banks including in the United States.

The announcement came after a meeting of the cabinet according to Trudeau and the financial measures were outlined in detail by Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland.

Corporate, business and individual bank accounts will be frozen and locked, this extends to crowdfunding sites and even cryptocurrencies.  To support these measures the government has created federal protection from civil liability to all financial institutions, including insurance companies.

Banks will begin freezing and seizing the account assets of any person, group or organization they may arbitrarily suspect of being aligned with, active with, or supporting the freedom protest.  The government has specifically crafted the financial mechanisms so financial institution can use their discretion on who should be targeted.  There are no structured rules for the banks to follow.

Additionally, the insurance policies associated with any individual, trucker, group, business or corporation who is identified or suspected of participating in a protest against the Canadian government will be nullified at the discretion of the insurance carrier.  Again, civil liability protection provided against recourse from the targeted entity.

Crowdfunding groups will now be required to register with the Canadian government and the regulatory agency the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), the national financial intelligence agency within the Canadian government.  This way all funds raised by individuals or groups can be monitored, blocked and/or seized by the government if the beneficiary of the funding is defined as acting against the interests of the Trudeau administration, or protesting.

The seizures apply to any entity, including opposing political parties, who might dissent from the policy of the Trudeau government.  In essence, the Prime Minister’s office can freeze the bank accounts of his political opposition and, using the power within the Emergency Act, Trudeau provides himself immunity from any liability for that action.  Yes, this is all rather remarkable and never before fathomed in a “western democracy.”

“The illegal blockades have highlighted the fact that crowdfunding platforms, and some of the payment service providers they use, are not fully captured under the Proceeds of Crime and Terrorist Financing Act,” Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland said.  “We are making these changes because we know that these platforms are being used to support illegal blockades and illegal activity which is damaging the Canadian economy.”

Canadian financial institutions can now temporarily cease providing financial services if the institution suspects an account is being used to further the illegal blockades and occupations, said Freeland.  “This order covers both personal and corporate accounts,” she said.  WATCH (prompted):

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Expected to Invoke Emergency War Measures Act to Break up Freedom Protests

Rather than remove any of the Canadian government restrictions and rules surrounding COVID-19 mandates, media are reporting that at 4:30pm today Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will instead invoke the Emergency Act, formerly the War Measures Act, to take emergency action to quell the ‘Freedom Protests’ taking place in Canada.

This is a rather remarkable development highlighting the severity of the totalitarian mindset behind the governing Liberal party in Canada.  The current Emergency Act has never before been used.

(CANADA – via CBC) – Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has told his caucus he will invoke the never-before-used Emergencies Act to give the federal government extra powers to handle anti-vaccine mandate protests, sources say. Those sources, who were not authorized to speak publicly, said the prime minister informed the premiers of his decision this morning.

The Emergencies Act, which replaced the War Measures Act in the 1980s, defines a national emergency as a temporary “urgent and critical situation” that “seriously endangers the lives, health or safety of Canadians and is of such proportions or nature as to exceed the capacity or authority of a province to deal with it.”

Trudeau is expected to explain his decision during a news conference at 4:30 p.m. ET. CBC News will carry it live.

The act gives special powers to respond to emergency scenarios affecting public welfare (natural disasters, disease outbreaks), public order (civil unrest), international emergencies or war emergencies. It grants cabinet the ability to “take special temporary measures that may not be appropriate in normal times” to cope with an “urgent and critical situation” and the resulting fallout. It is still subject to the protections of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. (read more)

In many ways this is the ultimate display of weakness from a national leader.

Think about it.  The majority of Canadians want Justin Trudeau to do two things: (1) meet with the protest groups and come to a resolution for when the COVID mandates will end with a clear exit strategy; and (2) End the mandates.

Instead of doing either of the two things that most Canadian want to see happen, the regime doubles down on crushing the rebellion and maintaining their tenuous grip on the mandates.

Quite remarkable.

Perhaps I need to explain the plot here why McConnel has joined the Democrats against his own party. You see it all hinges on their desperate attempt to call January 6th an insurrection. They are relying upon a sanction imposed on former politicians who supported the Southe during the Civil War. They passed the 14th Amendment on June 13th, 1866, which attributed federal rights to the states. But buried in there is Section 3 which reveals why you see Republicans who should be thrown out of office, not because they are against Trump, but because they are trying to prevent Trump from “draining the swamp” in 2024 in which both Washington politicians swim in together.

Doctor Who Discovered Omicron Variant Was Forced to Lie About Severity

Dr. Angelique Coetzee, head of the South African Medical Association and one of the doctors who discovered omicron, admitted that she was pressured not to reveal the mildness of the variant. “I was told not to publicly state that it was a mild illness. I have been asked to refrain from making such statements and to say that it is a serious illness. I declined,” Dr. Coetzee told Germany’s Welt newspaper.

Coetzee did not reveal which government officials pressured her to lie. However, she revealed that it spanned far beyond the South African government. In an effort to discredit her, Coetzee says that officials from the Netherlands and UK also began to criticize her. “What I said at one point—because I was just tired of it—was: In South Africa, this is a mild illness, but in Europe, it is a very serious one. That’s what your politicians wanted to hear,” she said.

“The definition of mild COVID-19 disease is clear, and it is a [World Health Organization] definition: patients can be treated at home and oxygen or hospitalization is not required,” Coetzee said, adding, “A serious illness is one in which we see acute pulmonary respiratory infections: people need oxygen, maybe even artificial respiration. We saw that with delta—but not with omicron. So I said to people, ‘I can’t say it like that because it’s not what we’re seeing.’”

Hospitals and Big Pharma would have lost out on profits from omicron had her voice not been stifled. Lockdowns, mandates, and the governments’ grab for power would have potentially lessened had the mainstream media reported the doctor’s findings. Governments worldwide clearly have an agenda (Agenda 2030) and collaborated to LIE to the people in order to retain the powers provided to them by COVID fearmongering. The Great Unwashed eventually discovered the truth after countless people contracted the virus and lived to tell the tale. In fact, omicron proved that the vaccines were a moot point since “the vaccinated” still contracted and transmitted the virus. The truth always reveals itself in the end.

Canadian State Media Declare Freedom is Racist

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), a media entity funded by the Canadian government, announces today that “freedom” is a word used by extremist “far-right” groups.  These are the same labeled groups the Canadian government has called racist and worse.

When everything is extremism, nothing is extremism.  When everything is racist, nothing is racist.  Remember, political protests the leftists do not support are called violence; and the political violence the leftists do support is called protest.

QUESTION: What about the deficit spending without limit? You do n to attribute that as contributing to the collapse in confidence of government? Do you think that the UN has known this all along and has been looking for the timing to rush in and save the day?

ANSWER: The issue of deficits is well known ONLY among the financial community and of that it is confined to mostly the hard money people. I have been in meetings with governments around the world and whenever I have mentioned the deficits, I was told that they are the government, and that is the difference. These people have always seen that they can borrow endlessly and that there would NEVER be a day of reckoning.

As for the United Nations, those from the very beginning dreamed of ruling the world. Huxley, from the very start, held the view that there should be no right to vote for the people who are too stupid. It lashed out against the United States as being the extreme left or communism – “unrestricted individualism is equally erroneous.”  These people have always been arrogant and full of themselves. They sit around drinking their port in 5-star hotel lobbies and pontificate how the world would be much better with them in charge. Of course, better” is always for their own power and we are not to have individual rights.

That said, Adam Smith’s Invisible Hand has also worked inside governments. No government was willing to hand their sovereignty to these egotistical maniacs running the United Nations. This is what  Schwab and Soros have been trying to pull off. Gates seems to be along for the ride provided he gets to control the climate and reduce the population while he is at it.

These power-hungry elites in the UN could not pull off this plot without the money from Soros and the dreams of Schwab who has set out to force his economic theories upon the world. He has been strategic, methodological, and patient.

I really think these people are on a mission to accelerate Schwab’s great hope of the 4th Industrial Revolution. The motive, I fear, is that these people are near their expiration date. Perhaps they are afraid of death and are desperately trying to accelerate technology so they can start replacing body parts to live beyond their time. Why are Schwab and Soros fighting so hard? Why not enjoy the last remaining years of your life? It seems they are like an Egyptian Pharoh. If they must leave – they are taking as many people within and Gates cheers that possibility.

Canadian Police Clearing Ambassador Bridge Truck Blockade and Freedom Protest, Tow Trucks from Michigan Sent to Assist

Tow trucks from Michigan have been sent to assist Ontario police and Canadian federal law enforcement to remove the Freedom Protestors and truckers from the Ambassador bridge at the border crossing between Canada and the U.S.A.

Yesterday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and U.S. President Joe Biden held a phone call to discuss the collaboration of U.S. and Canadian federal law enforcement as well as joint intelligence agencies to remove any blockades at the border crossing points.   Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer also told media she would assist the Canadian government effort.

As local, regional and federal law enforcement on both sides of the border begin to confront the blockades, it appears they are sharing resources.  Previously, Canadian tow trucks refused to cooperate against their own citizens in protest.  It appears that Michigan tow trucks are willing to do the dirty work. However, the initial tow companies pictured can only move regular passenger vehicles and pick-up trucks, like those driven by supporters of the truckers.

Police arrived shortly after dawn this morning to clear the protest group who spent the night at the busiest crossing between the United States and Canada and enforce a court order issued yesterday. “The Windsor Police & its policing partners have commenced enforcement at and near the Ambassador Bridge. We urge all demonstrators to act lawfully & peacefully. Commuters are still being asked to avoid the areas affected by the demonstrations at this time,” police tweeted.

Global News journalists reported, “police in black uniforms with yellow vests were seen moving behind the protesters’ cars on the bridge. Tactical teams and snipers were also present.” CTV News Windsor’s Michelle Maluske reported from the scene that some protesters had begun to pack up and leave ahead of police moving in to enforce a court injunction, while others remain defiant in the face of fines and jail time.

CANADA –  Police have moved in to break up a days-long protest at the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, Ont., where vehicles have been blocking traffic on the crucial border crossing into the U.S.

“We urge all demonstrators to act lawfully and peacefully,” Windsor police said in a tweet as officers started to move in with other law enforcement at about 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. 

They also advised people to stay away from the area.

While some protesters left immediately, a handful remained as of 10 a.m. Police formed a line and were steadily pushing back the demonstrators, some of whom were shouting “shame,” “freedom” and “you’re on the wrong side.” (read more)

You have said “they” want the economy to turn down, this is their goal with all the lockdowns.
So now you say that if the economy has a low after March it will mean a decline into 2023.

ANSWER: No. This is the most disastrous economic mess I think I have ever seen in history or my personal career. Here we have a collapse in the confidence of governments thanks to the COVID regulations. There is even confusion in businesses in NYC do they demand masks or is that now out completely? The WEF conspirators thought they would win. Just look at the Truckers who have brought Trudeau to his knees.

Biden and Western Leaders are begging Putin to PLEASE invade Ukraine. They now think this will provide the distraction they need to escape from their disastrous COVID scam that was the brainchild of the WEF and has FAILED to work.

Now, add to this mess, we are staring in the face of a total collapse in the confidence of central banks. They have nothing they can do about this type of inflation. Raising rates will have ZERO impact upon shortages other than making them worse. The Fed can keep raising rates until they hit 20%. All they will do is bankrupt more companies in the supply chain, bankrupt emerging markets, and in the end, the shortages will get far worse and prices will soar.

We are facing the total collapse of any confidence in government I suppose this is part of the computer warning that 2022 is a Panic Cycle Year in politics. Even the WEF crew has lost control. As an EXXON Gas Station boldly posted: “YOU ASSHOLES VOTED DEMOCRAT” and we now see what we will get when the only agenda is Climate Change.

As of January 1, Swiss citizens may change their gender on paper for the price of 75 Swiss francs. Four days after the law was implemented, a man (born XY) by the name of Luzerner Zeitung found a way to benefit from this ruling. Zeitung completed a 10-minute interview and paid the fine to become a woman. Now, she may receive early retirement benefits as women in Switzerland can retire one year earlier than men. Under Swiss law, her actions are legal. This is an unexpected variable for the ongoing pension crisis. Will more men opt to become women on paper to receive early pension benefits? Will people change their gender to avoid serving in the military? Probably.

Tucker Carlson used his segment on the Canadian Freedom Protests Friday night to emphasize a point we have made for many years.  The government need to control the truckers in Canada is a reaction to fear.

The administration of Justin Trudeau and also Joe Biden are fearful of the working class people the truckers represent.  Those who consider themselves elite are the few, we are the many. Those who live atop society, in politics or positions of influence and affluence, are becoming increasingly fearful.

Recent references are not limited to COVID lockdowns and arbitrary totalitarian rules put into place.  The way the government responded to the “yellow vest” movement in France; or the U.K. government efforts to fight Brexit; or the U.S. government response to Donald Trump’s election; these are all examples of those holding power being fearful of the us – a free people.   The elites are fearful, and they will lose.  WATCH:
