China’s K-Visa

China declined to make an official statement regarding Donald Trump’s change to the H-1B visa. Around 12% of such holders in the US are Chinese nationals. Instead, China announced that it will launch a new K-visa, expanding its 12 existing visas, to attract global talent.

“In a globalised world, cross-border flow of talents is instrumental in global technological and economic advancement,” Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun stated. “China welcomes talents from various sectors and fields across the world to come and find their footing in China for the progress of humanity and career success.”

The visa will take effect on October 1, 2025, and is designed to attract skilled professionals in engineering, technology, mathematics (STEM), and science. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in STEM from a recognized university or research institution, and employer sponsorship is not required.

Sorry, but top talent is not eager to work in China. China is already experiencing record levels of youth unemployment at 18.9% as of August 2025. Around 12.22 million university graduates in China entered the workforce this year, up from 430,000 in 2024, and the competition is intensifying as the number of available jobs declines.

China also produces over 77,000 STEM PhD graduates each year, nearly double that of the US. Naturally China would like to attract Indian graduates as they are receiving the bulk of the burden of the H-1B visa change and 34% of all graduates in India have a background in STEM. India excels in IT services, electronics, biotech, and software. China has more opportunities in AI, semiconductors, manufacturing, and robotics.

However, China does offer a much higher salary for these workers than India. In fact, salaries in STEM in India are 2-3X lower compared to China despite working longer hours. China also offers more protections, such as medical benefits, paid leave, and retirement benefits.

The current flow of Indian graduates relocating to China is relatively low compared to those relocating to the US. Those who think US companies are xenophobic have not worked with China. The environment is not exactly welcoming to foreigners. China may take on additional workers who are denied access to the US workforce, but it will not be significant. Specific niches and fields may spark interest as China is becoming a superpower for clean energy and robotics. Yet, global talent will not flock to China for employment, and the K-visa in no way compares to the visa that provides a work opportunity in America–at this stage in time. The matter may be different as we approach the end of the Sixth Wave–2032–when China dethrones the US to become the financial capital of the world.

A former FBI agent who was embedded in the CIA’s Bin Laden unit, Mark Rossini, claims the CIA was fully aware that the 9/11 hijackers were in the United States planning an attack. Rather than inform the FBI, the CIA tried to recruit two of the hijackers for a “false-flag” operation, which quickly spiraled out of control. The failed mission raises urgent questions about government secrecy, intelligence failures, and what really happened before 9/11.

President Trump Calls Out Democrats for Threatening to Shut Down Government

The Democrats are threatening to refuse to support a stopgap spending measure to extend federal spending. President Trump is calling them out and refusing to meet with them until they get serious about it.

After passing a clean CR in the House, Republicans in the Senate are pushing a “clean” seven-week continuing resolution, which they say will buy time for more negotiations on full-year spending bills and possibly an extension of expiring health insurance subsidies. Democrats, meanwhile, wrote an alternative four-week punt that tacks on a laundry list of other demands, including a permanent extension of the insurance subsidies.

Should the government shut down, Office of Management and Budget Director Russ Vought will determine which elements and agencies of the government are considered essential and which will be shuttered until the budget is extended.

President Donald Trump – “After reviewing the details of the unserious and ridiculous demands being made by the Minority Radical Left Democrats in return for their Votes to keep our thriving Country open, I have decided that no meeting with their Congressional Leaders could possibly be productive.

They are threatening to shut down the Government of the United States unless they can have over $1 Trillion Dollars in new spending to continue free healthcare for Illegal Aliens (A monumental cost!), force Taxpayers to fund Transgender surgery for minors, have dead people on the Medicaid roles, allow Illegal Alien Criminals to steal Billions of Dollars in American Taxpayer Benefits, try to force our Country to again open our Borders to Criminals and to the World, allow men to play in women’s sports, and essentially create Transgender operations for everybody.”

“These Radical Left Views and Policies is what allowed me to win the Presidential Election, including all seven Swing States, and the Popular Vote, IN A HISTORIC LANDSLIDE. There are consequences to losing Elections but based on their letter to me, the Democrats haven’t figured that out yet. They are trying to eliminate the popular $50 Billion Dollar Rural and Vulnerable Hospital Fund, which was passed with only Republican Votes, and proudly signed into Law by ME.

The Democrats in Congress seem to have totally lost their way. They obviously have no idea what it means to put America First or to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! All Congressional Democrats want to do is enact Radical Left Policies that nobody voted for — High Taxes, Open Borders, No Consequences for Violent Criminals, Men in Women’s Sports, Taxpayer funded “TRANSGENDER” surgery, and much more. Few people voted for what they represent, which would lead to the destruction of America.

Instead, people voted for COMMON SENSE, and that’s what the Republicans and your President, “DONALD J. TRUMP,” stand for. I look forward to meeting with them if they get serious about the future of our Nation. We must keep the Government open and legislate like true Patriots rather than hold American Citizens hostage, knowing that they want our now thriving Country closed.

H-1B Visa – Top Talent Only

Hiring new talent from abroad will cost employers hefty fines under new provisions to the H-1B visa. Amid the push for American companies to hire American workers, Donald Trump has raised the application fee for the H-1B visa from $1,700-$4,500 to $100,000.

Over 70% of H-1B visa holders are Indian citizens, as reported by Fortune. “This measure is likely to have humanitarian consequences by way of the disruption caused for families,” India’s Ministry of External Affairs said in its official statement. “Government hopes that these disruptions can be addressed suitably by the US authorities.” Chinese nationals hold the second-largest number of H-1B visas at 12%.

Hundreds of visa holders have returned to the United States from overseas as they fear they may be unable to re-enter. The White House issued follow-up statements to clarify that the new one-time fee does not apply to those who already hold H-1B visas.

Companies wishing to import talent to the US must be willing to invest in the best and brightest. There is concern that the measure could stifle innovation by preventing potential talent from entering the US workforce. However, the Trump Administration is validly concerned about rising unemployment.

The number of unemployed Americans exceeds the available jobs. US employers have reduced their workforce more in the first seven months of 2025 than in all of 2024. AI is replacing around 491 tech jobs per day. We’ve seen a 36% decline in tech jobs this year compared to last as technology advances. The US outsourced 300,000 tech-based jobs overall to India as offshoring trends continue. Not only is labor cheaper, but India produces over 1.5 million engineering graduates annually. The tech sector is especially vulnerable to this increased visa fee as 80% of computer-related H-1B workers are from India. Additionally, the big tech companies have the most H-1B visa holders on their payroll. Apple, Google, Meta, and Microsoft each employ over 4,000 H-1B workers.

American companies remain the most desirable workplaces in the world, as the payout far surpasses European salaries. The UK noted on Monday that it is considering eliminating some visa fees to attract top talent that is blocked from entering the US. The UK and Europe are indeed more desirable than China or India, but workers still want to come to America for the most lucrative opportunities.

If companies are willing to invest $100,000 in an employee, then that person is top-tier talent. The question remains whether American companies can hire domestically and maintain the same level of innovation aptitude.

Lula Refuses to Speak with Trump

Brazil’s President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is actively destroying a once-growing economy. Lula told the BBC he refuses to maintain diplomatic ties with the United States under Donald Trump, and Brazil is losing the title of Latin America’s top exporter to the US. “The American people will pay for the mistakes President Trump is incurring in his relationship with Brazil,” Lula warned.

“I don’t have a relationship with Trump because when Trump was elected the first time, I wasn’t president. His relationship is with Bolsonaro, not Brazil,” Lula responded when asked why he has not spoken to Trump directly. This is not the quality of a leader. Diplomatic ties are essential for cooperation and world trade. Trump may have placed a 50% tariff on Brazil, but Lula is refusing to negotiate or speak with him directly to make a deal.

Lula is willing to maintain diplomatic ties with Russia and China. In fact, Lula has actually broken step with the globalists by continuing to purchase Russian crude. “Brazil doesn’t finance Russia, we buy oil from Russia because we need to buy oil just like China, India, the UK or the US needs to buy oil,” he stated. Lula has directly engaged with Vladimir Putin and China’s Xi Jinping under the BRICS alliance. Yet, since Lula personally dislikes Trump, he refuses to have any open dialogue.

Brazil will not permit an anti-establishment president. Bolsonaro was once considered the Donald Trump of Latin America and the men maintained close ties despite countless disagreements. As mentioned, Lula was losing in the polls and that is why the establishment silenced Bolsonaro permanently with political lawfare.

Lula’s war on Bolsonaro is not over. He believes the US is harboring Bolsonaro’s family and would like to lure them back to prosecution. “But I am a compassionate man, a family man. I would love dearly to have his son Eduardo to come meet his beloved father back in his country of birth. I will even grant an executive dispensation to make sure they are together and close in Brasil – perhaps even in the cell right beside or opposite the father’s. As a personal favor,” Lula mocked.

Brazil is risking losing access to its second-largest export market, potentially resulting in a $20 billion annual loss, all because the current president will not engage with his opponent’s supporters. Total goods traded with the US reached $92 billion in 2024—this is a strategic alliance. Donald Trump is a businessman first and foremost. He is willing to talk with anyone. The 50% tariff is excessive, but it was intended to encourage Lula to initiate dialogue.

Republican Wing of UniParty Demand $25,000 Per Month for Each Representative to Hire Personal Security

Traditionally, it’s called “the people’s house” because the House of Representatives is supposed to represent and reflect the people to whom the congressional members represent.

Republicans in the House threatened to withhold votes if Speaker Mike Johnson did not pass an enhanced House Member Security Funding Bill that includes a payment of $25,000/month per lawmaker to hire their own private security. This is in addition to the pre-existing security packages the House members receive.

The monthly funds would be designated for use hiring private security when the representatives are not in Washington DC. It is the republican wing pushing this demand.

WASHINGTON DC – Speaker Mike Johnson huddled Thursday afternoon with House Republicans who are threatening to oppose a GOP-led government funding bill Friday morning if leadership doesn’t add more member security dollars to the underlying measure.

During the closed-door meeting, Johnson told the group there could be additional money for that purpose included in the separate legislative branch spending bill, which funds the operations of Congress and is in the midst of bipartisan, bicameral negotiations, according to four Republicans who were in the room.
