American Civil Liberties Union Files a Lawsuit to Stop Allowing Civil Liberties in Virginia

It’s not the apex of institutional hypocrisy, rather it’s the unmasking of political ideology.  The ACLU is filing a lawsuit today in Virginia demanding that mask mandates against parents and student civil liberties be reinstated.

The ACLU wants the Virginia mask mandate reinstituted.  The ACLU does not want parents and students to have a choice on whether to wear a mask.

The Washington Post headline is akin to folding the universe upon itself and looking back through the mirror: “ACLU challenges Youngkin order mandating choice on school masks.”

The civil liberties organization is arguing against allowing civil liberties.

(Washington Post) – […] The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Charlottesville on Tuesday by the American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia; the ACLU is involved in similar cases in Iowa and South Carolina. The plaintiffs represent 11 students with conditions that include cancer, cystic fibrosis, asthma, Down syndrome and diabetes that make covid-19 more dangerous.

“Universal mask use may be necessary to protect some children,” the plaintiffs write. “For many of these children, Governor Youngkin has effectively barred the schoolhouse door.”

Eden Heilman, legal director for the ACLU of Virginia, said parents from across the state reached out to the group. “Some are keeping their kids out of school if they are able to,” she said. “Some work and there is no virtual option, and they simply have no choice but send the kid with a mask and hope that their kid doesn’t contract it and suffer really dire health consequences.” (read more)

No one is stopping the plaintiffs from wearing a mask. The plaintiffs are demanding that everyone else must wear them.

This lawsuit is akin to the FAA dropping their mask mandate for air travel, and yet the ACLU suing the airlines to keep every airline traveler in masks because immunocompromised people need to fly.

If it seems bizarro world the American Civil Liberties Union would be suing to keep civil liberties and choice away from people, it would be; except that the ACLU does not exist to promote civil liberties, the ACLU exists to advance political ideology under the guise of civil liberties.

The mask dropping from institutions continues (no pun intended).

Meanwhile, teacher union boss Randi Weingarten argues the way people “feel,” not science, should drive mask mandates on kids in school. WATCH:

McConnell States the People Can Never Be Permitted a Voice in Politics, and January 6th Was a Terrorist Attack

Mitch McConnell and his team of UniParty leaders made a strong statement today against anyone who would ever have the audacity to stand in opposition to the upper elite within the United States government.  The timing of McConnell to align with Joe Biden is not coincidental.

First, to the status of the January 6th protestors, DeceptiCon party leader Mitch McConnel affirms the united DC position that all J6 protestors were violent domestic terrorists, carrying out an insurrection attempt, intent on destroying the carefully constructed democracy the DC elites are providing to the people.

Stunningly, the second point was McConnell admonishing the RNC for rejecting Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger as members of the Republican Party platform.  McConnell now states the Republican Party should have no input in determining who is supported by the Republican membership. WATCH:

McConnell’s first point about the J6 group only highlights the UniParty alignment with the larger DC interests.  The system of government in the United States, as controlled by political leadership, will not permit any challenge.

Whether it be Democrat Joe Biden, using the executive branch DHS to target dissident voices as terrorists, or whether it be Republican Mitch McConnell, labeling J6 attendees as terrorists, the absolute intent is the same.  DC are the rulers and everyone else is in a position to be ruled.

On the second point of McConnell calling out the RNC for acting against his interests, perhaps the MAGA movement influence in the RNC is more significant than it appears on the surface.

McConnell’s statement would seemingly infer he feels the RNC is less attached to the power structure in DC than he would like.

Previously, Mitch McConnell used the RNC to do exactly what he is now accusing them of doing – providing authentication for the ‘right kind’ of Republican that would be supported.  Now, with the RNC perhaps less aligned with the interests of his totalitarian DC system, McConnell is not pleased to see them involved in candidate authentication and approval.

Last point. For well over a decade, CTH has been pointing out the danger of Mitch McConnell as the traitor inside the gates of the Republic seeking to destroy it for his own personal gain, politics and power.  WE on this site have been standing as a flea looking into the furnace of political hatred for sounding the alarms about McConnell for the entire time of our ‘last refuge’ assembly.

Today, February 8, 2022, almost twelve years to the day when we first gathered to discuss this seemingly insurmountable task of taking on the system that Mitch McConnell represents, there are now multi-millions of people awake to what we have discussed for so many years.

For the fellowship of the tens-of-millions newly wide-eyed and awake patriots, I am very thankful.

Today is a good day.

The tide is in our favor.

Let us make haste toward the goal of removing Mitch McConnell, and pledge to one another that not another coat of distracting paint will be applied to this corrupted DC vessel until we have taken it down to bare metal.

Whatever it takes.

Quebec Liberal MP Speaks Out Against Stupidity of PM Justin Trudeau Position on COVID Mandates, Immediately Removed From Position

Liberal MP Joël Lightbound lightly criticized some of the stances of Canadian Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Tuesday.  Within hours, the peer and party pressure upon him led to his removal from his position as Chairman of the Quebec caucus.

Lightbound encouraged the Trudeau government to provide targets to lifting restrictions; he was not implying that public health measures should be lifted immediately. He also committed the cardinal sin against COVID by asking for epidemiological data behind restrictions to be published, so people can see the information determining what measures need to be in place.

Transparency is against the interests of those within the government who weaponize covid fear.  The Liberal MP also spoke about the ongoing anti-mandate protests that started as a response to cross-border vaccine mandates, saying that messaging amid the demonstrations is dividing Canadians.  WATCH:

“I fear that this politicization of the pandemic risks undermining the public’s trust in our public health institutions. This is not a risk we ought to be taking lightly.  I have enough respect for my fellow Canadians not to engage in these easy and absurd labels.”

The response was immediate and severe.  There can be no dissent from leftist orthodoxy.

President Trump Issues an Important Statement, The United States Government Is “Desperate to Hide the Truth”

CTH has been waiting to write this because we first needed to see how both wings of the Uniparty vulture in DC were positioning.  Now, with clear vision, eyes wide open and clarity of focus the issue must be centered.

How are Americans going to respond when Washington D.C, the Fourth Branch of the security and surveillance state, and all the institutions of the United States government, officially declare that Donald John Trump will not be permitted to run for office?

If you have not thought about that question, we had better hurry up and get that conversation front and center.

It’s about to happen, and President Trump knows it.

The specific phrase, “They are so desperate to hide the truth, they’ll make it criminal to speak it,” does not only pertain to the election fraud.

We really need to start thinking carefully and strategically about this.

The institutions of the United States government cannot ever admit:

(1) What they did in the 2016 election with illegal campaign surveillance of political opposition.  How they weaponized the administrative state. How the intelligence agencies within the executive branch coordinated with legislative branch intelligence oversight (SSCI) and Gang of Eight members to target, then isolate, marginalize and remove Donald J Trump.  How the executive and legislative branches then manipulated the judicial branch to support their activity (FISA Courts).

(2) That Robert Mueller’s appointment was intended exclusively to cover up what took place in 2016; then to assist the effort in outlasting any internal review until Trump could be removed.  The entire DC establishment know this to be true.  Not a single voice ever discusses it publicly. (Why?)

(3) That COVID-19 was used purposefully to create fear.  That created fear was then weaponized by the same people in the same three branches of government for control and exploitation on an international scale.  Which includes all of the false mitigation efforts used as part of that control; and, more importantly, the use of a “vaccine” to maintain the architecture needed for the control.

(4) That all of the entities associated with the reference points above have no way to retreat.

With the scale of this in mind – and I do mean we need to think about the scale here – there is no way these same people, domestically and internationally, can run the risk of letting Donald Trump become President of the United States again.

Too much has been revealed.  The Alinsky approach will not work, because it hasn’t been able to work.  The entire premise of the J6 committee is based on their knowledge they will need to make this announcement.  The J6 committee is the 2022 version of the 2017 Muller appointment.

The system will make that announcement.  It’s not a matter of ‘if‘, it is an issue of ‘when‘.

So,…

….What do we do when they make that announcement?

Biden Dept of Homeland Security Identifies First Amendment as Biggest U.S. Terrorist Threat

When hardline leftists (fascists, communists, et al) are successful in advancing their political ideology, we always reach a point where all opposition must be silenced.  Dissent is a risk to the totalitarian state; that’s also why communists always ban religion.

Totalitarianism needs total control.  Free speech is antithetical to that control.  The natural evolution of any totalitarian state is to use the justification of security as a method for that control; hence, the U.S. received The Patriot Act, and all of the longer-term slippery slope consequences that are never fully discussed at the outset.  I digress.

So, here we are today – facing a U.S. Dept of Homeland Security (DHS), under the current control of the far left, stating that free speech is now the biggest domestic threat for terrorism.  Whereby the voices to target are those voices who might: “sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence.”

Undermine trust in government, as defined by anyone who does not blindly trust the policies from Biden administration, and you are now subject to be labeled a terrorist.

DHS Alert (Feb 7, 2022) – The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors.

Insider Leak, Canadian Federal Police Likely to Begin Mass Arrests in Ottawa Very Soon

The Ottawa Freedom Convoy protests are exposing too many hypocrisies of the leftist Canadian government and their faux conservative opposition.  It is only a matter of time before both wings of the Federal UniParty vulture known as Parliament sanction an aggressive federal response.

An insider within the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), essentially the Canadian federal police force, has leaked some of the details.  The leaked plan as outlined in this video warning {Direct Rumble Link} does seem to be authentic and aligns with the statements from federal ministers inside the administration of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.  [Unfortunately embed disabled]

Previously Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly said his agency was working with RCMP officials “collecting financial, digital, vehicle registration, driver identification, insurance status and other related evidence.”  Additionally, Justin Trudeau’s Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino stated that U.S. and Canadian intelligence units had been cooperating to identify targets within the protest.  Federal agents have also been working undercover to gather information about the truckers and their supporters.

From the video of the leaked plan, the process is straightforward:

♦ Disable cell phone communication. Prevent communication and livestreaming.
♦ Add additional resources to raid the truckers, selecting key targets first.
♦ Remove arrested individuals to the Landsdown processing center. Dissident Detention Camp.
♦ Multiple Agency coordination including RCMP, POU, and local police departments.
♦ Timeline between now and Friday.

Rumble Bids $100 Million for Joe Rogan

Amid all the Joe Rogan controversy, Rumble has thrown its hat in the ring to offer the popular podcast host a new platform. The video streaming service is offering Joe Rogan a four-year $100 million contract to move The Joe Rogan Experience to their platform. Spotify already provided Rogan with a $100 million contract last year, however, Rumble is promising not to censor any of his content. After the Neil Young controversy, Spotify promised to protect one of its most lucrative content creators, but the race card recently came into play. Internet trolls have made a compilation of Joe Rogan saying the N-word, which he profusely apologized for while admitting the videos were taken completely out of context. There is currently a video of Joe Biden circulating from the 1980s where he mentions the N-word while quoting someone else. I felt it would not be fair to share that video or use it to paint Biden as a racist since it too was taken out of context. Despite Rogan apologizing, Spotify caved to the woke crowd and over 100 episodes of his show.

Daniel Ek, the Spotify CEO, initially supported Rogan. He pulls over 11 million viewers per episode and surpasses every other podcast creator. It would be a poor business decision to drop Rogan completely. However, Ek sided with the woke crowd painting Rogan as racist and said that they had to pull numerous episodes off of their platform to balance “creator expression with user safety.” Rogan has continued to apologize, but the media is determined to paint him as a racist despite being a father to a 23-year-old adopted biracial daughter.

Rumble has been growing in popularity since YouTube deemed itself the misinformation police by removing any video that notes an opinion that differs from the leftist narrative. In fact, I had a video removed from YouTube the first time I went on the Laura Lynn Tyler Thompson show. YouTube removed the video within hours of it being posted. Senator Rand Paul announced that he was leaving YouTube for Rumble in January after he was censored. “I’ve decided I’m going to quit giving them my content. I’m going to give my content to somebody who has a similar viewpoint to mine on speech, not necessarily politics,” Paul told reporters.

While it remains unclear if Rogan will take up Rumble on their offer, people are seeking platforms where they can speak freely. Independent news sources are becoming extinct in today’s society, where only one school of thought is allowed to present their opinions. This is why former President Trump is attempting to launch Truth Social to provide a platform for those who do not hold extreme left views. Either way, the “fringe minority” will be heard.

Will the Winter Games be a PR Disaster?

The Winter Olympics opened to a lackluster start with only 14 million viewers, marking the least-viewed Olympics in the ceremony’s history. Beijing permitted 150,000 live spectators to attend the games at the last minute. Although this is not a lucrative endeavor for China, the minuscule audience is a blow to its public relations campaign.

China displayed dismay over diplomats worldwide boycotting the games over genocidal abuses that the CCP vehemently denies. Some news agencies have likened the boycotts to the Moscow Olympics of 1980 that saw over 65 countries boycott the games. “Together for a Shared Future” is the official motto of the 2022 Beijing Winter Games with aims to create a “community with a shared future for humankind.”

However, viewership has declined over the years. Tokyo’s games now hold silver for the second-least viewed games after averaging 15.6 million viewers. Tokyo marked a 42% plummet from Rio’s games which saw an average of 27 million viewers.

A diplomatic boycott is offensive to the CCP, but a boycott of the people shows that the public perception is that China is the enemy. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian warned the US not to boycott the games. “The politicization of sports will damage the spirit of the Olympic Charter and the interests of athletes from all countries,” said the spokesperson, Zhao Lijian. “The international community including the U.S. Olympic Committee will not accept it.” Still, the US announced it would send athletes but declined to send diplomats. Britain, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Taiwan, Japan, and around 10 EU nations have also announced diplomatic boycotts ahead of the games.

The games last until February 20, and it is to be seen if viewership or support of the games will spike, although it does not seem likely.

The Effects of Masks on Children

COMMENT: My nephews and nieces go to school in New Jersey where masks are required. If they sneeze or cough, they’re required to take numerous corona tests before returning to school. One of their schools required two negative tests despite the children contracting corona at school two months prior! We were walking into a crowded store the other day and my nephew became uneasy and put on his mask. He said he was afraid to quarantine again. The girls have never attended school without a mask. Governor Murphy deserves no praise.

REPLY: The damage to the children has already been done. Democratic Governor Murphy announced plans on Monday to repeal school mask mandates. His decision will not go into effect immediately, but rather he will wait until March 7. This is a strategic move to make Biden look good for his next State of the Union Address on March 1 where his handlers will be forced to allow him to speak. I am sure he will use this as a talking point to show how well his administration has handled the coronavirus. Critics have accused Murphy of ending the mandate for political gain. “March 7 is an arbitrary date that doesn’t have scientific backing,” state Assemblyman Christopher DePhillips, R-Bergen, said. “Why not end the mandate and all of the issues that go along with it today?”

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) admitted that cloth masks are not effective. There is no medical reason for children to wear masks all day at school or at all for that matter. Around two-thirds of American schools require mask mandates. The World Health Organization does not recommend masks for children under 5, and Europe’s version of the CDC does not recommend masks for children under 12. Yet, the US has been muzzling children over the age of 2 for years.

The damage has been done. Teachers have come out and said that small children have been having a harder time with speech and being understood. Studies have occurred that show children have trouble identifying faces and emotions due to masks. If the powers that be have managed to scare a large percentage of the world’s adults, one must wonder what they have done to the youth, some who don’t know life outside of COVID restrictions.
