Two articles recount the ordeal of America’s first patient to struggle with the virus.

One is out of Spokane, Washington. The other, dated February 17, 2020, is from the South China Morning Post, out of Hong Kong, China.

The Post states that the 35-year-old patient flew into the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on January 15 after visiting relatives in Wuhan, China.  Few other details are reported in the Post.

Here’s how a Spokane paper heralded the story: Spokane Spokesman, January 31, 2020, “Washington state coronavirus patient treated with investigational, unapproved Ebola drug”.

The unnamed male patient was admitted to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA on January 20.

Although Remdesivir was not approved for use by the Food and Drug Administration, it was available if recommended by a physician for “compassionate use”.

After the drug was administered with patient approval, Dr. Jay Cook, Chief Medical Officer at Providence, said, “To my knowledge this is the first reported case in the world where this drug has been used in a human application against this virus”.

Sometime between January 31 – February 3, the patient was released from the hospital. No other details are available to the public.

The Spokesman quoted Dr. Scott Lindquist, Washington State Epidemiologist: “This is a drug that is not available to the general public. It is released on limited use and really was developed for the Ebola crisis. We do know that the manufacturer of this product is trying to work with China to provide this overseas.”

The article states that, “The World Health Organization declared the outbreak a public health emergency on Thursday (January 30).”

Toward the end of the article, one paragraph signals the CDC’s threat awareness of the virus at the time:

“While health officials stress that the likelihood of the novel coronavirus spreading in the U.S. and Washington is relatively low, anyone who has traveled from Wuhan, China should monitor their symptoms and contact their health care provider if they experience fever, cough or shortness of breath. Symptoms can present themselves in as few as two days or as long as two weeks after exposure, according to the CDC. Risk to the general public is still low, however.”

Compare the CDC’s threat assessment concerning the “novel coronavirus” to what Spokane County Health Officer Dr. Bob Lutz said in a May 7 on-line interview with the Spokesman-Review‘s healthcare reporter who wrote the piece quoted above. The topic was the current situation and the future with regard to the pandemic in Spokane and the region.

Lutz: (9:18) ”We were very ill prepared at the federal level, which, again, has really hampered us at the state level, and therefore at the local level to really proceed and to really address the pandemic in a way that we really could have and or should have.”  

Reporter: ”…when did you really start reading about Covid-19 in other parts of the world and start to get concerned, and I’m curious if you started sounding alarms in our health district here and started preparing here, when did that thought process begin with you and started to affect your work?”  

Lutz: (10:05) “The first awareness we had in the United States was soon, you know, late December – early January, and I think to Department of Health’s credit, as you know, was it in in the media a week ago, a week and a half ago, they noted that they had essentially been monitoring Covid-19 for over 100 days. We did not have formal recognition of monitoring,  but with that said, anybody who was in public health following infectious disease, epidemiology, health officers, we were well aware of the fact that an epidemic which was certainly in the making in China was, without doubt, going to move to the United States. And as it did, we were quickly monitoring it. So I think, that to our credit, we actually did have an incident command structure, we had that incident command set up in, I wanna say, late January – early February, and we were meeting…and then, obviously, when the very first case developed in Washington State, that really raised everybody’s awareness.  So, we saw it coming. We were very much concerned about it. Were we prepared? Internally, we had done enough preparation, we had plans in place…(11:35) But overall I would say that it’s been challenging because the preparation, really not so much locally, and not so much at the state level, but preparedness was really not to the degree that it should have been.”

Lutz clearly believes the big federal health agencies downplayed the threat.

Much of the U.S. media blames President Trump for a perceived lack of pandemic preparedness. But, the primary responsibility for preparing to deal with national diseases is assigned to the senior leadership of the CDC and the NIH. That includes Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Meanwhile, the race to mass produce and distribute Remdesivir was well underway in China.

February 17, the Post stated that, “China has begun enrolling Covid-19 patients into a clinical trial of the antiviral, which was developed by the pharmaceutical company Gilead.”

February 6: “Wuhan Institute of Virology Applies for a Patent on Gilead’s Remdesivir”

“The Wuhan Institute of Virology announced on February 4, 2020 that they applied for a Chinese patent on Gilead’s Remdesivir for treating the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) that originated in Wuhan in late 2019.  The Chinese patent application was filed on January 21, 2020 and the Institute plans to file internationally via the Patent Cooperation Treaty.”

February 12: “Coronavirus: China’s BrightGene Manufactures APIs of Gilead’s Remdesivir”

“A publicly traded Chinese drug developer, BrightGene Bio-Medical Technology Co., said today it has successfully manufactured the active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) of remdesivir (GS-5734), the Gilead Science antiviral candidate being tested in China human clinical trials as a treatment for the 2019-nCoV novel coronavirus.”

“‘[BrightGene] actively responded to the national call to fight the new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) epidemic, and recently successfully developed and synthesized the technology and preparations for the drug synthesis of [remdesivir] technology,’ the company stated today.”

“‘The company successfully imitated the development and production of [remdesivir] APIs by virtue of its technical accumulation in the development of high-end APIs and special injections,’ BrightGene added in its statement, issued through the Shanghai Stock Exchange. ‘The company has produced [remdesivir] bulk drugs, and the batch production of Remdesivir preparations is in progress.’”

“BrightGene acknowledged that its marketing of remdesivir ‘still needs to be authorized’ by Gilead, adding, ‘There are many uncertainties in this process, such as drug approval.’ BrightGene did not discuss in its statement what if any efforts the company has undertaken to pursue authorization from Gilead for the imitation product: ‘If the product can be approved for marketing, it will be supplied to relevant patients mainly through donations during the epidemic.’”

February 13:

“Last week, researchers at China’s Wuhan Institute of Technology applied for a Chinese patent for the use of Gilead Sciences antiviral candidate remdesivir as a treatment for coronavirus, potentially in combination with chloroquine.”

 

 

Several China labs rushed to field-test Remdesivir

Meanwhile, as several China labs rushed to field-test Remdesivir as mitigating the effects of a virus that came out of one of their facilities – Wuhan Institute of Technology – let’s review Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, interview with USA TODAY’s Editorial Board on Monday, February 17:

“The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will be testing for the coronavirus in people in five major cities who show up at clinics with flu-like symptoms but who test negative for the seasonal varieties.  If that testing shows the virus has slipped into the country in places federal officials don’t know about, ‘we’ve got a problem,’ Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, told USA TODAY’s Editorial Board Monday.”

“Short of that, Fauci says skip the masks unless you are contagious, don’t worry about catching anything from Chinese products and certainly don’t avoid Chinese people or restaurants…Fauci doesn’t want people to worry about coronavirus, the danger of which is ‘just minuscule.’ But he does want them to take precautions against the ‘influenza outbreak, which is having its second wave.”

“‘We have more kids dying of flu this year at this time than in the last decade or more,’ he said. ‘At the same time people are worrying about going to a Chinese restaurant. The threat is (we have) a pretty bad influenza season, particularly dangerous for our children.’”

SARS-CoV-2 is on the verge of an outbreak in the U.S. and Fauci is more focused on a possible bad flu season. Dr. Lutz in Eastern Washington was ahead of him.

On January 26, Fauci told “The Cats Roundtable” on 970 AM-N.Y. that: “It (Covid-19) isn’t something the American public needs to worry about or be frightened about, because we have ways of preparing and screening people coming in [from China].” In short, “We got this.”

Here’s the status of SARS-CoV-2 at the end of January, and into early February:

While the leading spokesperson for the federal government’s medical establishment, Dr. Fauci, is preaching a passive approach to a disease that the CDC knows has already entered the country in Washington State, Chinese labs are running full speed to produce Gilead’s Remdesivir in an effort to (1) service an undisclosed medical need in China and/or (2) corner the market before the West suffers the full impact of a disease that likely came out of one of their labs.

Does President Trump and the COVID-19 Team (The Team), that he has so depended on, have two different agendas, with different objectives? Is The Team taking orders from Democrats for political purposes? They both have resisted relaxing the lockdown. They both initially resisted taking any action at all. It is no secret that the DNC is using the pandemic to develop and introduce a socialist alternative to recovery. A ‘recovery’ which would keep millions of people from being free and independent. Are they lacing their ‘medicine’ with sugar, making it effectively compelling?

There is coming to light ‘lockdown deaths’ caused by accidents, mental problems and domestic violence

The president firmly believes that fighting the pandemic and putting the country back on course as soon as possible has always been the goal, what he thought everyone, regardless of Party, wanted and was working towards. The president trusted The Team’s medical expertise to make sound decisions he knew would touch millions.

It has not turned out that way. There is no proof that the lockdowns, and the havoc that has ensued have in any way prevented any deaths. In fact, it may have been the contrary. Thousands of elderly have died in assisted care facilities because some blue state governors ordered infected patients be moved to nursing homes for treatment. Countries like Sweden that did not lockdown show no significant difference in death rate if you remove from the stats ‘Covid related’ death, the New York Times found. There is coming to light ‘lockdown deaths’ caused by accidents, mental problems and domestic violence.

Many on The Team and other advisors are Obama holdovers. They originally had no great fear of COVID-19 and even advised against any lockdowns, social distancing or travel restrictions. I remember watching Fauci on TV saying COVID-19 is of no big concern. When President Trump ended travel between China and the United States, he was met with massive resistance from the Democrats, and, of course, called a racist. It was almost as if they needed time for the virus to take root. Yes, they are that evil. There is wide-spread talk out of Washington that Democrats have been giddy as of late. An economic catastrophe in an election year. How marvelous.

The Covid Team’s inconsistencies are suspect. First, it was no big deal, then people like Robert Redfield, CDC director, were predicting millions of deaths. The Team then pushed hard for social distancing, no hand shaking, self quarantine, masks, the closing of small and big businesses nationwide that provide livelihoods for millions of Americans, church congregants prevented from worshiping and threatened with legal action. They threw millions of people into the frigid ocean and then took away their life jackets, telling them the jackets were going to kill them.

Fauci has changed his mind once again

Now Fauci has changed his mind once again. It seems he no longer thinks the lockdown is a very good idea. I wonder how many people truly understand the damage that has been caused to our economy and our country.

Letting no crisis go to waste, blue states everywhere are continuing their lockdowns, crushing millions of small businesses, airlines, and great companies like Pier One, JC Penny, Victoria’s Secret, J. Crew, and Neiman Marcus. People are being arrested, threatened, and fined for going back to work to provide for their families. Going to the beach to swim and you risk arrest. Democrats are emptying prisons, conducting aerial and cell phone surveillance of citizens, especially in Baltimore. They are pushing for a new normal. Some even suggested that handshaking should be forever banned, trashing thousands of years of social custom. Inexpensive drugs like Hydroxycloroquine have been diminished even though many doctors attest to its effectiveness. Doctors everywhere were told to put COVID-19 as the cause of death for almost all deaths from any disease. Hospitals were given extra federal funding for deaths even remotely related to COVID-19 to drive up the numbers.

What an awesome, once in a lifetime opportunity for the Left and every swamp creature to create millions of new government dependents, keep people in fear, socially separated, apart, not to mention the side benefit of preventing the dreaded, packed, Trump rallies. All this in an election year. It may possibly ensure, not only the Left’s survival, but the guardianship of their power and fortunes remaining firmly intact for the foreseeable future.

We are seeing a rebooting of the entire country and much of the Western World for a disease that kills less than 1% of its victims!

Democrats are pushing and voting for ‘emergency’ bills that create millions of dependents, provide for their favorite institutions, and produce schemes like mail-in voting without ID that will safeguard their seats against loss, at a cost of trillions.

If allowed to continue, the reaction to this virus will have grave consequences well beyond the disease.

COVID-19, as it has turned out, is no Black Death of the 17th century, where more than 30% of Eurasia and North Africa died, some 25 million people. We are seeing a rebooting of the entire country and much of the Western World for a disease that kills less than 1% of its victims!

There is, without a doubt, a powerful political component to this pandemic.

In the Democrats’ attempt to show America who is boss, Americans everywhere are standing up, returning fire, unwilling to see their nation become a third world country. They are no longer willing to watch as their livelihoods and families are destroyed, creating more grief than this so called pandemic could possibly create.

Standing up together, we will not stand down. We’re going to have to be stubborn

Americans are defying government mandates to stay home. Virginia Governor, Northam had to ditch orders keeping beaches closed after thousands showed up anyway.

New York City, in particular, has been a tremendous disappointment. For a tough town, they’ve allowed a communist, good-for-nothing bully of a mayor to push them around to oblivion while the elite have left the city. De Blasio has effectively canceled the First Amendment, making it illegal to peacefully assemble and protest.

The Democrats have been telling us for years that open borders and globalism are the keys to humanity’s ills. In reality, it is just the opposite. They have allowed this virus, however historically insignificant, to take hold, create fear, and destroy millions of families. It has acquiesced to evil nations the ability to devastate our economy, attempt to destroy our power, sovereignty, and independence. We saw a clear example when we found that our medicines were not produced here, but in China.

Never in this country’s history has there been such a massive assemblage of corruption and treachery. Neither the nation, nor its people are of any concern to these conspirators.

Patriotic Americans have figured it out. The cure is not dependence no matter how much sugar is in the pill. If taken, the medicine will prove to be worse than the disease. Standing up together, we will not stand down. We’re going to have to be stubborn.

The New Normal or Modified Normal

Social conditioning is defined as the process of training individuals in a society to respond in a manner generally approved by society and various peer groups and their interests.

In a classic textbook method of social conditioning, all commercials and MSM news reports now contain the line “the new normal.” If the idea and concept reflected in a new euphemistic phrase is introduced and repeated it at nauseam, people will accept it eventually as “the new normal.”

The New Normal Represents Fear

The oft-repeated “social distancing” phrase is also played across the country in supermarkets, on radio, and on television until people accept it as part of life. There is nothing social about hiding from people and running scared. It is really “physical distancing” to avoid infection during a pandemic.  Sadly, fear becomes part of everyday life and people begin avoiding each other in all social interactions that are part of being human.

We know from the bad experience of dictator Ceausescu’s orphans raised in state institutions after having been given up by their parents who either could not feed nor want them, that those infants who were never touched, hugged, rocked, and interacted with, became severely autistic and rocked themselves non-stop in order to soothe the inner need and desire for human contact and love.

The “new normal” represents the fear of one’s own shadow, the fear of government, the fear of not wearing masks, the fear of coughing in public, the fear of one’s neighbors, the fear of quarantine, the fear of getting sick, the fear of other people, the fear of being outside without a mask on, and the fear of existing outside of one’s home which has become a prison of sorts in which the owners are both the inmates and the jailers.

Orwell wrote through his “1984” character named Winston, “To a future or to the past, to a time when thought is free, when men are different from one another and do not live alone – to a time when truth exists and what is done cannot be undone: From the age of uniformity, form the age of solitude, from the age of Big Brother, from the age of double-think – greetings!”  (p. 28)

The dystopian novel described a time when “nothing was your own except a few cubic centimeters inside your skull.” (p. 27) We do not seem to be so shocked anymore by the dark human nature described in Orwell’s novel. Life imitates art and we are getting accustomed daily to this “new normal” indelibly etched into our collective psyche by the powers with a globalist agenda of population control, vaccines, chip implantation, and 24/7 tracking of every move we make.

The ideas described by Orwell have come to pass and currently surround us everywhere, i.e., thought police, technology giants censorship of our freedom of speech and of our thoughts expressed on social media, thoughts packaged as hate crimes or racism, liberals triggered by the existence of divergent thoughts and ideas, doublethink, doublespeak, “Freedom is Slavery,” “Ignorance is strength,” enemies of the Democrat party must be silenced, thought crimes, and the government’s version of the “Ministry of Truth.” Undesirable people are disappearing, professionally “annihilated, abolished, and vaporized.”

United Nations has been peddling 17 sustainable development goals for decades under Agenda 21 now morphed into Agenda 2030, packaging and repackaging them under different euphemisms of global control, until the United States was brought to its economic knees by a virus and forced to accept them under the much-touted aegis of the Green New Deal. The poster child of this Democrat legislation was Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), the former bartender. We did not take her seriously but, with her powerful backers, she was able to implement most everything in this “deal” which is neither “new” nor “green.”

The restriction of travel and the generalized panic and fear have reduced air traffic to insignificant amounts. Airlines lost billions in revenue and experienced a severe reduction in travel by 95 percent. Airlines like United mothballed 25 percent of their air fleet. Air traffic may eventually exist just for the rich elites and well-heeled politicians on the taxpayer dole.

U.N. Agenda 2030 wanted to reduce our carbon footprint by pushing limited travel by trains, buses, and bikes, keeping the population stacked in high-rise apartments with no parking, a five-minute walk from work, play, school, shopping, and living.

Traffic on once crowded highways has disappeared. People are not going anywhere out of fear, because places are closed all over, or because of restrictions placed upon them by governors eager to control the masses while they take vacations and trips to places now denied to the average American.

Democrats have been pushing for a universal basic income for their base, and people scoffed and doubted them. But now the Democrats won. Americans who do work, work from home, while the rest are staying hidden and idle at home, waiting for the government paycheck to arrive so they can live and pay their bills.

Technocracy News expressed what many of us have been thinking, that we need clarity from our President and a concrete date when the economic lockdown of healthy Americans will end, “not in stages, not in phases.” President Trump’s advisers were wrong:

“They convinced the president to make bad decisions based on faulty science and speculative computer models stocked with false assumptions. They are up to their necks in conflicts of interest, mostly having to do with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and its many global partners pushing mandatory vaccines and global ID system that can used for tracking individual Americans.”

The “new normal” is not normal at all. There is nothing normal about living in fear, hidden, like an animal in a cage, waiting to receive a handout from the government that taxes those who do work.

There is nothing normal about closing schools indefinitely and having to follow one-way lines into and out of grocery stores.

There is nothing normal about having empty hospitals and furloughed medical personnel and doctors while people are dying from cancer, heart disease, and other non-COVID-19 virus related illness, or suffer in severe pain because their medical problems are judged non-essential by all-knowing politicians.

Retail in a physical space as we know it will disappear, replaced by online commerce

Perhaps one unintended consequence of this “pandemic” may be the dismantling of the goal for mega-cities which the environmentalists at the U.N. have been pushing for decades and the dispersion of people into less populated areas.

Retail in a physical space as we know it will disappear, replaced by online commerce.  Shipping methods will explode, and product choices will become scarce. Environmentalists will be happy as less resources will be used to manufacture what they deemed as too many goods and services. The U.S. economy will shrink as two-thirds of our GDP is consumption.

Remote work and schooling will become the new wave of commuting in the U.S. Physical schools and bussing many disappear over time. Office buildings may become obsolete.

Domestic travel will slow down as the middle class will have to deal with the loss of millions of small businesses and a disappearing middle-class disposable income.

Stronger border controls and mandatory quarantines for those with and without fever will result in much less international travel. International travel may morph into travel of the affluent who make the rules. Perhaps this will be the modified normal.

DOJ Joins Lawsuit Challenging Illinois Governor Pritzker COVID-19 Dictates…

Yesterday the U.S. Dept of Justice filed a statement of interest supporting the position of a lawsuit filed by Illinois state representative Darren Bailey challenging actions of Governor J.B. Pritzker in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Even during times of crisis, executive actions undertaken in the name of public safety, must be lawful”…

U.S. Dept of Justice – […] In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Governor of Illinois has, over the past two months, sought to rely on authority under the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act to impose sweeping limitations on nearly all aspects of life for citizens of Illinois, significantly impairing in some instances their ability to maintain their economic livelihoods.

According to the lawsuit, the Governor’s actions are not authorized by state law, as they extend beyond the 30-day time period imposed by the Illinois legislature for the Governor’s exercise of emergency powers granted under the Act.

Representative Bailey brought his case in Illinois state court and elected only to assert state law claims. On May 15, the presiding state court judge ordered Bailey to file his motion for summary judgment by May 18 and instructed the Governor to respond to it by May 21. A hearing on the motion for summary judgment was scheduled to take place in state court today. Yesterday, however, instead of responding to Bailey’s motion for summary judgment, the Governor removed the case to federal district court.

“The Governor of Illinois owes it to the people of Illinois to allow his state’s courts to adjudicate the question of whether Illinois law authorizes orders he issued to respond to COVID-19,” said Assistant Attorney General Eric Dreiband for the Civil Rights Division. “The United States Constitution and state constitutions established a system of divided and limited governmental power, and they did so to secure the blessings of liberty to all people in our country. Under our system, all public officials, including governors, must comply with the law, especially during times of crisis. The Department of Justice remains committed to defending the rule of law and the American people at all times, especially during this difficult time as we deal with COVID-19 pandemic.”

“However well-intentioned they may be, the executive orders appear to reach far beyond the scope of the 30-day emergency authority granted to the Governor under Illinois law,” said Steven D. Weinhoeft, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois. “Even during times of crisis, executive actions undertaken in the name of public safety must be lawful. And while the people of Illinois must be physically protected from the effects of this public health crisis, including by complying with CDC guidelines their constitutionally guaranteed rights and liberties must be safeguarded as well.”

In its statement of interest, the United States explains that this dispute belongs in Illinois state court, and that Representative Bailey has raised substantial questions as to whether the Governor’s current response to COVID-19 is lawful. Although the complaint does not raise any federal constitutional claims, the statement explains, “It is up to the Illinois courts to rule on Plaintiff’s claims, which, because of the sweeping nature of the Orders, may affect millions of lives and raise significant constitutional concerns in other litigation.” Even in the face of a pandemic, states must comply with their own laws in making these sensitive policy choices in a manner responsive to the people and, in doing so, both respect and serve the goals of our broader federal structure, including the guarantee of due process in the U.S. Constitution.  (LINK)

Ho he accomplished that is not the story here but the bottom line was after he retired he created a 501(c)(3)  Foundation, The Bill & Melisa Gates Foundation twenty years ago in 2000. The stated goal was the created an illusion that this foundation was created to help the poor and  destitute of the world, nothing could be further from the truth. The foundation started off with $46.8 billion  and Gates started giving large grants to implement his stated goals.

No one knows exactly how much money Gates gave away but it was, without doubt, tens of billions of dollars over the past 20 years. Gates made sure the world knew what he was doing through his extensive publicity efforts. However strangely the latest financial records of the foundation indicates that it’s assets are probably worth over $100 billion today. So it would seem that Gates was doing more than giving away grant money. So what was his real purpose of this foundation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Initially his focus seemed to be on Climate change And how it was imperative that we stop using carbon based fuels that were creating Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and that was casuing the temperature of the planet to increase and that that increasing temperature would in the near future destroy civilization itself.  Gates was not lone in this believe as Al Gore the former President Clinton VP was also on board with this idea. I became aware of this is a famous TED talk where Gates indicated that that to get to zero emissions of Carbon Dioxide production my humans would have to go to zero. Later it became obvious that this college drop out was not educated as he was being influence by those that followed the dis bunked theory of Tomas Malthus found in his 1798 book An Essay on the Principle of Population, Which basically stated the the growth of the population would out strip the ability to feed it and that would create famine and war. 222 years later, today, we know that was not true.  But Gates apparently does think it is true and it seems that his REAL GOAL is to significantly reduce the worlds population.

The following bits of videos will show that Gate and Fauci (a hired hand of Gates) probably created this COVID-19 pandemic in Wuhan China and hid its release in China and the World Health organization until it had spread world wide. This two both need to be tried for Crimes Against Humanity. or example from a NIH 2005 study, that found that “Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread.” Fauci has been rejecting the use of this and has been preaching the Gates vaccine solution. The report stated:

This may negatively influence the virus-receptor binding and abrogate the infection, with further ramifications by the elevation of vesicular pH, resulting in the inhibition of infection and spread of SARS CoV at clinically admissible concentrations.

Conclusion

Chloroquine is effective in preventing the spread of SARS CoV in cell culture. Favorable inhibition of virus spread was observed when the cells were either treated with chloroquine prior to or after SARS CoV infection. In addition, the indirect immunofluorescence assay described herein represents a simple and rapid method for screening SARS-CoV antiviral compounds.”

Pandemic, Plandemic, or Both?

Somewhere along the way, two-thirds of America’s foundational trilogy of “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness” abdicated to the first third. So what happened?

The Virus

SARS-CoV-2, also known as the 2019 novel coronavirus, was shortened to COVID-19.  Or, to be politically incorrect, the Wuhan Virus or China Virus. And, for the very bold, the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Virus.  SARS means “Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome”.

SARS-CoV-1 was identified in 2003.  The search for a vaccine has been underway for 17 years.  SARS-CoV-1 is thought to have, perhaps, originated in bats. Perhaps, spread to cats. But surely, first infected humans in the Guangdong province of southern China in 2002.

SARS-CoV-2 is thought, maybe, to have a similar bat pedigree, but with a different point of Chinese entry that spread globally. Whether it was created in a lab, or in nature, is debated.

The Guardians of Public Health

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) “works 24/7 to protect America from health, safety and security threats, both foreign and in the U.S.”  It opened on July 1, 1946 with 400 employees. In 2018, Forbesreported it had 10,639 “staffers”.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), founded in the late 1880s, is “the primary agency of the United States government responsible for biomedical and public health research”.  In 2012, the NIH had 20,262 employees. More current numbers are unreported. Dr. Tony Fauci, age 79, has directed the NIH Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984.

“Ranbaxy USA pleaded guilty to three felony FDCA [Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act] counts, and four felony counts of knowingly making material false statements to the FDA [Food and Drug Administration]. The generic drugs at issue were manufactured at Ranbaxy’s facilities in Paonta Sahib and Dewas, India…[T]he whistleblower, Dinesh Thakur, a former Ranbaxy executive, will receive approximately $48.6 million from the federal share of the settlement amount. Also reported, “FDA inspectors found tablets with a ‘black fibre’ suspected to be human hair and pills with apparent machinery oil ‘black spots’ at the Mohali plant.  Last year, glass was detected in some pills.”

On behalf of Gilead, Ranbaxy Labs cooked-up gnarly drugs.

August 4, 2014 – Two Gilead employees bring accusations against their employer in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ex. rel. CAMPIE et al., Plaintiffs, v. GILEAD SCIENCES, INC., et al., Defendants.

Jeffery Campie was Gilead’s Senior Director of Commercial Quality Assurance, and his wife Sherilyn Campie was an Associate Manager of Quality Control for Gilead.

The two claimed that Gilead had committed “violations of the False Claims Act (“FCA”), 31 U.S.C. § 3729, et. seq., and analogous state statutes and city ordinances, claiming that Gilead defrauded the federal, state, and local governments by selling billions of dollars’ worth of nonconforming drugs, which were paid for through programs like Medicare, Medicaid, and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief [AKA: PEPFAR]”.

The pair stated that “…Gilead develops, manufactures, and sells drugs used to treat diseases like HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, and cystic fibrosis. Gilead manufactured and distributed drug products that failed to meet applicable specifications because they (1) were contaminated with a host of adulterants, including, but not limited to, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, lead, nickel, steel, titanium, chromium, iron, cobalt, aluminum, metal shards, glass, rubber, polyethylene (plastic), stones or pebbles, cement, paint, wood fibers and fibrous building materials, organic material, microbes (including bacillus cereus), paper, Teflon, acetaminophen, other degradants, and blood; (2) were improperly manufactured using active pharmaceutical ingredients (“API”) [the part of any drug that produces the intended effects] sourced on the cheap from unregistered facilities in China and otherwise in violation of federal law and Good Manufacturing Practices; (3) were subjected to extreme storage and shipping conditions; and (4) lacked proper testing and analysis…These nonconforming drugs were paid for by the government through programs like Medicare, Medicaid and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.”

November 6, 2019 – “United States Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Gilead Related to Truvada and Descovy for Pre-exposure Prophylaxis of HIV.”

“In the complaint, HHS [U.S. Department of Health and Human Services] alleges that Gilead has willfully and deliberatively induced infringement of the HHS patents. The complaint further alleges that, as a result of such infringement, Gilead has profited from research funded by hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars and reaped billions from PrEP [Pre-exposure prophylaxis when people at risk for HIV take daily medicine to prevent HIV] through the sale of Truvada and Descovy.”

In short, the U.S. Government (USG) claims that Gilead infringed upon USG patents by creating drugs that Gilead sold without rendering payment due to the USG for use of its patents. Furthermore, Gilead then sold some of those drugs to the USG.  I.e., a kind of double-dipping, or maybe straight theft.

Gilead Recycles Remdesivir

Gilead Sciences is the biopharmaceutical company that today markets Remdesivir. It’s the drug selected, by the government doctors in the white lab coats, to mitigate the symptoms of SARS-CoV-2. It was originally developed to treat Hepatitis C. When it was tested against the Ebola and Marburg virus diseases, it failed to work.

When SARS-CoV-2 came along, Remdesivir was taken off the shelf and used against SARS-CoV-2—not as a cure, but as a stopgap drug to mitigate symptoms. Hence, the Mayor of Los Angeles awaits a vaccine.

Shakespeare famously asked “What’s in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” That’s a sentiment that has more or less been constant among sane people since Billy ESS wrote those words 420 years ago. But it seems that there are a lot of individuals that would disagree.

Take the progressive global mind set that insists COVID 19 is the only appropriate and/or legal term for the current pandemic. Those using the term “Wuhan virus” or “Chinese virus” risk being accused of racism and in some jurisdictions incarcerated for using the wrong name for the virus.

Recently the City of San Antonio, whose mayor, Ron Nirenberg, felt it was necessary to ram legislation through council that criminalizes use of the terms Chinese Virus or Wuhan Virus as hate speech. My first reaction was to wonder whether the city was still part of the US, much less, a part of Texas or if it had become a province of Belgium.

At the time the idea seemed so ridiculous that I didn’t take much notice—wrote it off to Fake News.

But then, a couple of days later along comes Sen Kamala Harris (D. CAL) introducing a bill in the Senate that would condemn “all manifestations or expressions of racism, xenophobia, discrimination, anti-Asian sentiment, scapegoating, and ethnic or religious intolerance” and “to expeditiously investigate and document all credible reports of hate crimes, incidents, and threats against the Asian American and Pacific Islander community in the United States.”

This brings me to wonder exactly how this bill would “condemn” the poor sods convicted of these heinous crimes? Are we talking fines? Democrats love fines because it gives them more of other peoples’ money they can give away to buy votes. Would there be jail time for the crime of Intolerance? House arrest? Flogging?

The rationale behind this silliness is the usual blather about using the term Chinese Virus; that it might somehow reflect badly on China or Chinese people.

Progressive Left is attempting to hijack language for political gain

Given the history of how this pandemic came to be, I strongly believe that there should be some pushback against what amounts to knowingly infecting 5 million people globally and counting.

Once again, one sees how the Progressive Left is attempting to hijack language for political gain. There are two check boxes they can tick off with such legislation: Identity Politics and defending Socialism. Classic strategy defined best by George Orwell, who recognized that if you control the terms of reference or the language, then you control the debate.

They’re telling the groups defined in her bill that they need to be protected and the only people that can protect them are Democrats. And by refusing to hold the Government of China accountable for this huge debacle, they are defending the most repressive Socialist regime currently in existence. And somehow that doesn’t bother them.

But to get back to the question of what’s in a name? to paraphrase the Bard, “That which we call COVID 19 by any other name would be just as fatal.” So what difference does it make what it’s called?

‘Operation Catch President in a Mask’ Fizzles Out Miserably in Michigan

What the media crave more than anything else to deliver to the deplorable masses is the money shot photo of President Donald Trump wearing a mask—gone totally viral.  Indeed, a masked President Trump has become the not-so Holy Grail for which the media and desperado Democrats—frustrated beyond all measure by four years of constant failure— are now in hot pursuit.

Why is depicting the President of the United States in a mask their end-all-be-all?

It’s because to them getting to depict a masked president is depicting a MUZZLED one.

Humor can be found in watching their histrionics and goofball antics:  Not only did scores of iphones at the ready fail to capture a masked president, but the partisanship between media and politicians was left transparent to the masses in Michigan yesterday.

So easy to see how ‘Operation Catch President in a Mask’ fizzled out so miserably in Michigan.

While Julia Roberts and other Hollywood activists are promoting Dr. Anthony Fauci—last seen wearing a ginormous mask at the last White House Task Force briefing, beginning Thursday and continuing for the next three weeks, and turning over their social media accounts for a day to frontline workers, health, economic and other “experts” allowing them to share their perspectives on the pandemic—all while patently ignoring the shocking number of Coronavirus deaths in their own nation’s nursing homes—activists in government office failed in enabling the media to photograph the President wearing a mask at the Ford Motor Company’s Rawsonville Components Plant in Ypsilanti yesterday.

In fact,  Michigan AG Dana Nessel’s attempts at ‘viciously threatening’ Ford for letting the president tour the plant without wearing a mask seems to have boomeranged right back on her.

“President Trump blasted the attorney general of Michigan late Thursday after she said she was going to have a “very serious conversation” with Ford Motor Co. for allowing the president to go without a mask during part of a tour of the company’s Rawsonville Components Plant in Ypsilanti. “The Wacky Do Nothing Attorney General of Michigan, Dana Nessel, is viciously threatening Ford Motor Company for the fact that I inspected a Ventilator plant without a mask,” Trump tweeted after his tour. “Not their fault, & I did put on a mask. No wonder many auto companies left Michigan, until I came along!”

Thanks for the setting-the-record-straight opportunity, AG Nessel!

“While speaking without a face covering—next to others wearing masks—the president added that masks were not necessary in the front of the plant, where he was standing. “They’re not necessary here. “They knew exactly what the order was and if they permitted anyone, even the president of the United States, to defy that order, I think it has serious health consequences potentially to their workers,” Nessel told CNN.

“She also said she was “ashamed” to have him as the president and she hoped Michigan voters “will remember this when November comes, that he didn’t care enough about their safety, he didn’t care about their welfare, he didn’t respect them enough just to engage in the very simple task, the painless task, the easy task of wearing a mask when he was provided one.”

“Trump suggested in another tweet that Ford might leave Michigan if it’s held accountable for his actions.

“Do nothing A.G. of the Great State of Michigan, Dana Nessel, should not be taking her anger and stupidity out on Ford Motor – they might get upset with you and leave the state, like so many other companies have – until I came along and brought business back to Michigan. JOBS!”  he wrote.

“When asked if it was true that it wasn’t required that the president wear a mask, Ford’s CEO, Jim Hackett, told reporters, “It’s up to him.”

“In a statement Thursday afternoon, the Ford Motor Company added: “Bill Ford encouraged President Trump to wear a mask when he arrived. He wore a mask during a private viewing of three Ford GTs from over the years. The president later removed the mask for the remainder of the visit.” Bill Ford, the great-grandson of Henry Ford, has been the company’s executive chairman.

Nessel later responded to Trump on Twitter, defending the state’s auto industry.

“Hi! After struggling with our Gov & SOS, impressed you know my name,” she wrote. “Seems like you have a problem with all 3 women who run MI-as well as your ability to tell the truth. The auto industry has been thriving for years bc of our incredible auto workers & companies.” (Fox News)

“She added that it was hard to say she’s done nothing “with all the lawsuits myself and the other @DemocraticAGs have filed and won against you.”

Meanwhile, catching President Trump wearing a mask, photographing him in it, and sending the photo viral, is proving to be mission impossible for the spittle-flecked media and desperado Dems.

Who should we trust in DC?

At first, deep state shills opposed every move the President took to protect Americans from COVID-19, and Dr. Fauci, the deep state expert, was one of them. On January 21, Fauci told Greg Kelly of Newsmax that the virus was “not a major threat to the people of the United States.” Then, ten days later, on January 31, the President announced his decision to ban travel between the US and China to protect American citizens from COVID-19.

However, in an interview with CNBC, on February 26th, Fauci said, “travel restrictions become almost irrelevant because you can’t keep out the entire world.” Democrats opposed every move the President made to protect Americans from COVID-19, and Fauci’s hogwash supported their anti-Trump propaganda.

In another interview on the USA Today Show, on February 29, Fauci said there was no need to “change what you’re doing on a day-by-day basis.” And while Fauci was busy contradicting the President, the fake news media was running a clip of brainless Biden calling the President xenophobic for taking measures to protect the American people.

No Ban Act

Then the Democrats went berserk after the President added Iran to the travel ban list and a warned about travel to Italy. Democrat Judy Chu of California introduced the “No Ban Act”  to strip the President of the power to impose travel bans. Chu and the Democrats weren’t worried about the welfare of America. They were only worried about the welfare of China and Iran.

Meanwhile, Pelosi, Schumer and the usual Democrat crackpots and manure spreaders were telling Californians to go visit Chinatown, and Fauci, in a White House briefing on March 29th, said, “If you are a healthy young person, there is no reason if you want to go on a cruise ship, go on a cruise ship.”

Then, suddenly, deep state experts changed their tune and recommended closing down the entire country for 15 days, and Democrats and their media manure spreaders changed their tune and started accusing the President of not acting fast enough and not doing enough to stop the spread of the virus.

The Democrats reaction came as no surprise because they always try to turn things around and use them against the President. So as the virus progressively spread, their narrative changed from “the virus poses no threat” to “the country must be shutdown to stop the spread of the virus.” The sudden change of position brought the words of Rham Emanuel to mind: “Never let a crisis go to waste.”

Marxists, the Hegelian dialect: “Problem—Reaction—Solution”

While the media was busy instilling fear of COVID-19 and selling the need for a vaccine to the public, they scorned any suggestion of a treatment or cure. In other words, the Marxist media went from “you have nothing to fear” to “things can never go back to the way they were, until we have a vaccine.” The media instilled fear into the public consciousness and trashed all remedies except a vaccine, thereby controlling the public’s reaction to the spread of COVID-19.

That’s the “problem—reaction—solution” scheme that Marxists are known for. It’s called the Hegelian dialect, and it involves creating a problem, controlling the public’s reaction to it and then offering a solution that furthers the socialist agenda. What we are witnessing is a textbook example of the Hegelian dialect in action.

Moreover, the media and their experts are taking advantage of the crisis and using it to offer their own solution—a vaccine that everyone has to take or face the consequences. And, there’s no doubt that vaccination verification is part of their scheme, as well as incarceration in isolation camps (concentration camps) for refusing to take the vaccine.

I’m not saying the virus was intentionally released to destroy the U.S. economy and justify forced vaccinations, but I am saying “that’s what the deep state is trying to use it for.” Forced vaccination of the masses gives deep state socialists more power and control over the masses, and that’s what socialism is about—power and control. Socialists are simply using the pandemic to justify a forced vaccination program.

What’s the proof? After the President mentioned that hydroxychloroquine was a potential cure, a game changer, the media and their experts immediately trashed it and the President for suggesting it. However, doctors who listened to the President, and used hydroxychloroquine to treat infected patients, reported the drug successfully cured them. Even after repeated reports of successfully curing COVID-19 patients with hydroxychloroquine, the media and their so-called experts continue to trash it and emphasize how untested and dangerous it is.

Millions of people, around the world, are taking the drug, and have been since 1955, but according to the Marxist media and their deep state experts, hydroxychloroquine is untested and so deadly that a single dose will kill you.

However, they are lying as usual. How do we know they are lying? They lied about the seriousness of the virus, and they are always wrong and the President is always right because they lie about everything. The media and their experts can’t tell the truth because they are pathological liars. The truth is they don’t want a cure, and they don’t want anybody to hear about one. They want an excuse to force a vaccine on the public and a reason to imprison those who refuse to take it.

Furthermore, Fauci, the expert virologist, who knows more than anyone else about infectious viruses, was wrong about COVID-19, and President Trump was right. Was Fauci that ignorant of the viruses lethality and potential to spread, or was he just supporting the deep state’s narrative? His assessment of the virus was all wrong. Not only does he look like Harry Reid, he’s about as knowledgeable as Adam Schiff.

It’s important to note that Fauci has only been right when he agreed with the President. I don’t know about anyone else, but I know who I’m going to trust and believe, and it ain’t Fauci, Birx, the Democrats or the Marxist media. I trust the President over anybody else in DC. I’m going with President Trump because he has earned my respect and trust.
