Biden Administration Developing “Vaccine Passport” To Allow Travel and Entry to Businesses That Will Require COVID Vaccination

We all knew this was coming,…. it is only a natural outcome on the continuum of ideological control.  CTH warned since last summer of the ramifications if a leftist group used COVID-19 to expand federal power over peoples lives and livelihoods.  The day after his inauguration JoeBama’s team unleashed a series of TEN EXECUTIVE ORDERS fully weaponizing the opportunity.

Today the Washington Post is reporting about the Biden administration working with private corporations to create a universal “vaccine passport” to restrict the movement of non-vaccinated Americans.

If you follow the natural progression of the effort, there will come a time when employers will be forced by federal regulation to require vaccination for all their workers. [Predictions HERE and HERE]

WASHINGTON DC – The Biden administration and private companies are working to develop a standard way of handling credentials — often referred to as “vaccine passports” — that would allow Americans to prove they have been vaccinated against the novel coronavirus as businesses try to reopen.

The effort has gained momentum amid President Biden’s pledge that the nation will start to regain normalcy this summer and with a growing number of companies — from cruise lines to sports teams — saying they will require proof of vaccination before opening their doors again.

The administration’s initiative has been driven largely by arms of the Department of Health and Human Services, including an office devoted to health information technology, said five officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the effort. The White House this month took on a bigger role coordinating government agencies involved in the work, led by coronavirus coordinator Jeff Zients, with a goal of announcing updates in coming days, said one official.

Rutgers University Will Require COVID Vaccine to Attend In-Person Classes Starting in August

Keep in mind the vaccines are not FDA approved yet; instead all the vaccines are being administered under a federal Emergency Use Authorization (EAU).

Essentially what Rutgers is forcing upon their students is a mandatory policy for a vaccine that is not FDA approved.  However, faculty and staff are not required, only the students.  This is nuts! 

(RUTGERS ANNOUNCEMENT) – Rutgers University will require the COVID-19 vaccine for students who are enrolled for the 2021 fall semester.

Assurances from the federal government that vaccines will be available for all Americans by the end of May and assessments by public health experts prompted university leaders to adjust the vaccine requirements for the fall semester.

“We are committed to health and safety for all members of our community, and adding COVID-19 vaccination to our student immunization requirements will help provide a safer and more robust college experience for our students,” said Rutgers President Jonathan Holloway.

Sunday Talks, Senator Ted Cruz Discusses GOP Border Visit and Ongoing Border Crisis

Sometimes it is difficult to bite your tongue and not respond negatively to the manipulative public positioning of well known sanctimonious hypocrites.  Today, as I watched this interview with Senator Ted Cruz, my prayers were for grace amid the face the stunning & historical hypocrisy.

You see, there’s a problem with Cruz’s current position of advocacy regarding the southern border crisis… a position he must first reconcile before any credibility can be given to any statements.  Back in 2014 Ted Cruz, Glenn Beck and Dana Loesch attacked anyone who challenged them on their ridiculous public spectacle at the U.S. southern border; during their Teddy Bears and Soccer Balls tour.  More on that in a moment….

Here is Ted Cruz discussing his ‘new found’ concern about illegal aliens under the Biden administration.

In 2014 Ted Cruz, Glenn Beck and Dana Loesch went to the Texas border to deliver gifts to the incoming illegal aliens during the first of many crisis involving “Unaccompanied Alien Children.” Yes the same Dana Loesch that went on to become the spokesperson for the NRA was at the border handing out gifts to illegal border crossers under the guise of a humanitarian crisis. {Full Details Here}

Beck and Cruz were passing out Teddy Bears and Soccer Balls, while Catholic Charities and Baptist Child and Family Services were getting millions. The inner-city American kids? Well, nothing for them…. not even a word from DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson. But, oh yeah, Black Lives Matter, right? I digress.  All of this is well documented in the links above. It’s all there for those who have eyes to see and a capability of being intellectually honest.

When Clarice Feldman, Thomas Lifson (American Thinker) and myself called-out their enabling conduct, the trio of Cruz, Beck and Loesch went bananas and launched a full-throated attack against us for calling them out. Seven years later Ted Cruz apparently wants everyone to forget what he did to create the environment that now exists as the UAC issue on steroids happens again.

Stand and Save Our Children – The Emotional Impact on Schools Being Closed is Incredible, Fight Back With The Women of Watts

There is absolutely no doubt the emotional impact of schools being closed, and the social disconnect created upon children, is severely damaging to their spiritual and mental health [STATS HERE].  Last week with the help of John Spiropoulos we posted a ground report on the Women of Watts rally.

John has produced three more spots (video’s below), each profiling different parents or grandparents at the rally.  In addition John provided the footage to the Women of Watts to help them spread the word and raise money.  John’s goal was to increase awareness, make these stories more than a 15 second soundbite, and to allow people to tell their story.

To understand just how devastating the outcomes are upon our nation’s children, consider this emotional plea from Leo Terrell.  His tears are actually tears of strength, not weakness, because Terrell knows what horrific outcomes will manifest if we do not immediately make returning to school a priority for our kids.

In my personal opinion this emotional and education crisis is purposeful to the efforts of the far-left.  If they can destroy the emotional and intellectual functioning of a generation through the exploitation of COVID, their efforts to fundamentally change the U.S. will be enhanced by creating weaker citizens who are more dependent on outside solutions to their struggles.  

COVID today is a problem, but the COVID consequences in the subsequent years will surface as the fabric of a tenuous society becomes even more fractured around class/income lines.  The creation of a dependency (slave) class, is a fundamental objective of the Fabian Socialist worldview.  Elites who make decisions for those who cannot be self sufficient is always the goal of the communist utopia.  

Think ‘big picture’ and you can see how this pebble in our societal shoe today will become an extremely destructive boulder on the backs of the American way of life in the years ahead.  Do not view this current situation as a small problem; they are doing this by specific design.  STAND and fight. /SD

The CDC reports a Dramatic Increase in Mental Health Issues among children. November 13, 2020)  The proportion of child mental health visits to Emergency Rooms dramatically increased from March through October 2020 over the same period in 2019.

  •  The share of mental health-related hospital emergency department visits rose 24% for children 5-11 compared to the same time period the previous year
  •  The share of mental health-related hospital emergency department visits increased 31% for adolescents age 12 to 17 compared to the same time period the previous year.
  •  While there were in increases for both males and females, female cases were far higher than male cases.

At a Women of Watts rally in mid-March Cassandra Jones, a nurse and mother of two, says her daughters are falling behind because of virtual education. She wants the LA Public Schools open now for live, in-class instruction.

Parent groups in Los Angeles have been staging protests, demanding that the city’s public schools be re-opened for live in-class instruction. This report spotlights a rally in Watts featuring Berdadelle Watson whose son is a senior in high school.

John Spiropoulos provides supportive information:  This article reports on a survey of emotional distress among young people. “More Young People Are Depressed During the Pandemic. But They May Be Using Social Media to Cope.” Here’s where to read the full study.

There’s more evidence of emotional distress in this nationwide survey of students. Here are some of the findings:

  •   64 percent of students overall reported experiencing distractions at home that interfered with schoolwork, and half said feelings of stress, depression and anxiety made online learning difficult.
  •   Female students and those who identify another way were more likely to report depression, stress and anxiety as obstacles to learning than male students.
  •   Feeling depressed, stressed, or anxious has risen to the number one obstacle to learning. Hispanic or Latinx, multiracial, and Black or African American students faced more obstacles on average than did white or Asian students.

The Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) reports an increase in suicidal behavior during the  COVID-19 closures than in 2019. Here is a link to the study cited in the AAP report. While the pandemic increased depression and  thoughts of suicide, teen suicides have been on the upswing several years according to this report titled Youth Suicide: The Other Public Health Crisis.

Each suicide is a tragedy. There is a story behind each one and, hopefully, a lesson to be learned.

  •  The Washington Post reports “one in 4 young adults have struggled with suicidal thoughts since the coronavirus hit, CDC says. “I could see the storm coming,” says a father from Richland,Washington.
  •  When we adults look at young people, we think they have everything to live for. That certainly would be the case for Dylan Buckner, an 18 year old star high school quarterback in suburban Chicago. But he suffered from depression before the pandemic hit. Then things got worse. Here’s the  a report from NBC News Chicago.
  •  One school superintendent in California upon hearing of a suicide of a student in his district said “One of my biggest worries I had with the shelter-in-place order, was the social-emotional effect it’s going to have on so many people. In particular, my job is to really worry about students and their parents.” Unfortunately, the worst happened.

The Great Barrington Declaration – As infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists we have grave concerns about the damaging physical and mental health impacts of the prevailing COVID-19 policies, and recommend an approach we call Focused Protection. 

Coming from both the left and right, and around the world, we have devoted our careers to protecting people. Current lockdown policies are producing devastating effects on short and long-term public health. The results (to name a few) include lower childhood vaccination rates, worsening cardiovascular disease outcomes, fewer cancer screenings and deteriorating mental health – leading to greater excess mortality in years to come, with the working class and younger members of society carrying the heaviest burden. Keeping students out of school is a grave injustice. 

Keeping these measures in place until a vaccine is available will cause irreparable damage, with the underprivileged disproportionately harmed.

Fortunately, our understanding of the virus is growing. We know that vulnerability to death from COVID-19 is more than a thousand-fold higher in the old and infirm than the young. Indeed, for children, COVID-19 is less dangerous than many other harms, including influenza. 

As immunity builds in the population, the risk of infection to all – including the vulnerable – falls. We know that all populations will eventually reach herd immunity – i.e.  the point at which the rate of new infections is stable – and that this can be assisted by (but is not dependent upon) a vaccine. Our goal should therefore be to minimize mortality and social harm until we reach herd immunity. 

The most compassionate approach that balances the risks and benefits of reaching herd immunity, is to allow those who are at minimal risk of death to live their lives normally to build up immunity to the virus through natural infection, while better protecting those who are at highest risk. We call this Focused Protection. 

Adopting measures to protect the vulnerable should be the central aim of public health responses to COVID-19. By way of example, nursing homes should use staff with acquired immunity and perform frequent testing of other staff and all visitors. Staff rotation should be minimized. Retired people living at home should have groceries and other essentials delivered to their home. When possible, they should meet family members outside rather than inside. A comprehensive and detailed list of measures, including approaches to multi-generational households, can be implemented, and is well within the scope and capability of public health professionals. 

Those who are not vulnerable should immediately be allowed to resume life as normal. Simple hygiene measures, such as hand washing and staying home when sick should be practiced by everyone to reduce the herd immunity threshold. Schools and universities should be open for in-person teaching. Extracurricular activities, such as sports, should be resumed. Young low-risk adults should work normally, rather than from home. Restaurants and other businesses should open. Arts, music, sport and other cultural activities should resume. People who are more at risk may participate if they wish, while society as a whole enjoys the protection conferred upon the vulnerable by those who have built up herd immunity.

Pandora’s Bossche

Dr.  Geert Vanden Bossche, a world-renown vaccine expert, made some alarming statements regarding the rush to release COVID-19 vaccines to the public—particularly the mRNA jab. Bossche has seen what’s in Pandora’s Box and is warning the world. He can’t be labeled an ‘anti-vaxer’—he believes in vaccines and has spent decades in the field.

Predictably, Bossche has come under attack from the mainstream corporate media. They explain away the variant danger by saying there’s an easy solution: More vaccines.

It’s almost as if the human immune system is no longer functional. Humans are told we must rely on vaccines for anything and everything. Worse, the money-mad profit makers from vaccines want them to be made mandatory. This is vaccine abuse and medical tyranny.

Sidney Powell – Her Side

As I stated, Sidney Powell’s legal argument was simply that there was no harm even if she had just made up the story, which she states she did not. CNN misrepresented what her brief states:

“Powell, who repeatedly pressed unfounded claims of voter fraud on the airwaves and in court, now says that “reasonable” people would not accept her statements as “fact” because the legal process hadn’t yet played out. It was a stunning admission from a woman who served for a time as one of Trump’s top legal lieutenants.”

CNBC also engaged in Fake News saying “‘no reasonable person’ believes election claims were ‘statements of fact’ when the bref is quoting the legal standard id/p27. The leftist press is cherry-picking words and trying to say that Powell has admitted her statements were false. Nowhere in the brief does she admit such a fact.

I have gotten a copy of her reply brief (read here: Powell Reply Brief) and I must say, Fake News is twisting the story again. The pertinent section reads:

“All the allegedly defamatory statements attributed to Defendants were made as part of the normal

process of litigating issues of momentous significance and immense public interest,”

Reasonable people understand that the “language of the political arena, like the language
used in labor disputes … is often vituperative, abusive and inexact.” Watts v. United States, 394
U.S. 705, 708 (1969). It is likewise a “well recognized principle that political statements are
inherently prone to exaggeration and hyperbole.” Planned Parenthood of Columbia/Willamette,
Inc. v. Am. Coal. of Life Activists, 244 F.3d 1007, 1009 (9th Cir. 2001). Given the highly charged
and political context of the statements, it is clear that Powell was describing the facts on which she
based the lawsuits she filed in support of President Trump. Indeed, Plaintiffs themselves
characterize the statements at issue as “wild accusations” and “outlandish claims.” Id. at ¶¶ 2, 60,
97, 111. They are repeatedly labelled “inherently improbable” and even “impossible.” Id. at ¶¶
110, 111, 114, 116 and 185. Such characterizations of the allegedly defamatory statements further
support Defendants’ position that reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact but
view them only as claims that await testing by the courts through the adversary process.
Furthermore, Sidney Powell disclosed the facts upon which her conclusions were based.
“[W]hen a defendant provides the facts underlying the challenged statements, it is ‘clear that

the challenged statements represent his own interpretation of those facts,’ which ‘leav[es] the reader
free to draw his own conclusions.’” Bauman, 377 F. Supp. 3d at 11 at n. 7 (citations omitted). The
documents supporting the various lawsuits were made available to the public on the DTR website,
as the Complaint makes clear. See, e.g., Compl. at ¶¶ 6, 77, 82, 85, 87, 89. Similarly, all the
documents related to the election lawsuits filed were publicly available through the websites of the
various courts.12 Likewise, on December 23, 2020, the Complaint alleges, Powell published a 270-
page document to the Zenger News website. She added a link to the Zenger website on her own
website with the caption, “READ IT: SIDNEY POWELL BINDER OF ELECTION FRAUD
EVIDENCE.” Id. at ¶ 149.

Most of the brief deals with the fact that they deliberately filed in Washington assuming that is a Democrat-controlled court so they are seeking political favoritism. Sidney Powell really had no connection to Washington and claiming she represented Flynn in DC has nothing to do with this case. It should be dismissed or sent to Texas where she is a resident but neither Dominion nor Powell are in DC. That is very strange, to begin with.

The claim that “no reasonable person would have believed” which some media claims to have quoted, simply does not exist in her reply brief. They are quoting cases that people normally assume political speech “is often vituperative, abusive and inexact.”

As I said, I understand her legal argument, but she should have known that arguing EVEN IF the statements were wrong, is still political speech, and protected by the First Amendment was not the best argument. As I have also said, the only way to prove allegations of fraud against Dominion will require access to the program code. That cannot be determined from the results. I still believe that the fraud was with the mail-in ballots. It may have existed in the machine counts, but that could only be established by accessing the programs. If I were her, I would not go after all the program source code, the names of every programmer who EVER worked on the project. Dominion must have been out of their mind to file such a lawsuit.

Here is a link related to ongoing deaths from this “gene therapy” spun as a vaccine.
My father-in-law died last Thursday, two days short of 8.6 weeks after receiving his second dose of covid 19 vacciness. I begged and pleaded with my husband’s family not to inject him with this vaccine but my voice was drowned out by personal feelings/belief and reasonings. Additionally, from what I gather, most nursing homes require their residents to be injected. Families are in a very difficult situation when their loved ones are in a nursing home.

REPLY: I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, I am getting a lot of emails where the elderly do not last more than a few weeks. I went to the dentist and there too, his father died within a week. The elderly are susceptible because they are in a weakened state. Lawsuits are filed in the international court because these vaccines have been given political clearance and have not gone through the normal testing cycle. This violates international law which was supposed to ban human testing, which the Nazis were engaging in. Fauci admitted they were given only an emergency approval. No other drug gets this fast-tracked. What they are doing is criminal.
