KOMMONSENTSJANE – SOBERING STATISTICS – EDUCATIONAL MONEY BEING TOTALLY WASTED

Its all over the country like that like that they are all so certain and yet know nothing. If they create a civil up rising they will all be slaughters — such a waste.

This from an Oregon Resident…Sobering

This is so sobering and a classic example of just how our hard earned money being used to hopefully educate our children is being totally wasted. Our High schools have failed to teach our children civics and history and when they reach college they are being influenced by equally uneducated minds, products of the 60’s & 70’s who have never really experienced any true hardships and have the mind-set that the government or society “owes” them just because they exist. This MUST change or this country is in DEEP TROUBLE!

*************************

The following was received from an Oregon Resident who has concerns for our country.

While I was getting a coffee, I overheard 7 young people (22-26 years
old, 5 males, 2 female) who have been protesting in downtown Portland
the last two nights.

I told them I was doing research and…

The Real Story at New Hampshire College

hampshire-college

Chicago is where they dragged a man out of his car and beat him because he voted for Trump. Well, what’s going on in New Hampshire certainly also gives us some pause. According to reliable sources there are some really serious issues brewing at this college. A group of Hampshire students took down the American flag on campus the day after the election and burned it. To cover-up that act, the college allegedly raised a new flag at half-mast to reflect their dissatisfaction with the election. The college said this was in response to the escalating number of news reports from across the country over recent months and years of hate speech, harassment, and violence against people of color, immigrants, international citizens, and Muslims. The college then said they lowered the flag in respect of veterans, who have since protested that cover-up. One former student who supported Trump was banned from the school’s alumni board. The school then tried to claim he was not on their list of alumni. When others chimed in and said he was, they restored his access to the blog. However, current students showed real hate speech by calling him a Nazi. He was then blocked again and thrown off the blog.

The college allowed the flag to remain at half-staff to honor the students’ expression and to facilitate a campus dialogue. They should be stripped of ALL federal aid. The college did nothing to support unity and allowed the pro-Hillary activists to bully and dominate the agenda by threatening anyone who disagreed. They hurled hate-speech in protest of what they claimed was hate-speech. The definition of hate-speech seems to be anything they disagree with.

“Sometime overnight the campus flag was burned. The College does not know who burned the flag, whether it was burned by one or more students or others. The incident is still under investigation by campus police,” the college admitted.

The college was forced to claim the flag burning is under investigation. Meanwhile, the current students are clearly predominantly socialists who claim to despise Trump so they engage in hate-speech and bully any student who disagrees with their agenda. Parents are paying over $60,000 a year to brainwash their kids into intolerant Socialists.

Hillary-Students

The students who burned the flag in support of Hillary are obviously wasting the national resources since they are too stupid to research who made their student loans non-dischargeable in bankruptcy — Oops! The Clintons!

Clearly, the students who protested and burned the flag are probably on financial aid and a large portion of the college is funded by the federal grants system that they protested against. Since the college and the current student class refuse to respect our country, they should be disqualified for financial aid as of the spring term 2017. Let the students who do want to really learn go to another college that is less political. If I had kids there, they would be out.

This, unfortunately, is setting the stage for the breakup of the United States going into 2036. This divide between left and right is becoming huge — bigger than the Grand Canyo

Scandinavia – Leader in the War on Cash

global_currency

The Scandinavian countries Sweden, Denmark and Norway are regarded as a pioneer in the the effort to eliminate money and move totally electronic. Denmark closed its final Mint outsourced the operation to Finland. This means that there is no coinage in the three states struck anymore. In this war on cash, about 20% of all transactions were settled in Denmark last year with cash. In Germany and Austria, cash transactions accounted for 80%. Scandinavia is pushing hard to eliminate all cash completely to enable 100% efficient tax collecting.

The demand for paper dollars is rising in Europe significantly. The average person will continue to increase their hoarding of US dollars, especially in the aftermath of India. Especially with Trump in office, there will be no cancellation of cash overnight. Even getting rid of $100 bills will be extremely problematic since the 1990s, about 50% of all paper dollars are held outside the United States, which was the Federal Reserve’s estimate back in the 1990s.

The demand for U.S. currency internationally has actually replaced gold. US currency is being held for the same reasons since it is a recognized as a unit of account globally, THE international medium of exchange, and especially in light of events in India and Turkey, the dollar has become the store of value. No doubt the goldbugs will yell about that statement. But it is true. Far more people are using dollars than gold internationally, particularly since you cannot hop on a plane with gold. Japan, Norway, and Sweden are the top three holders of US currency in small denominations. Switzerland is the largest holder of $100 billion followed by Netherlands and Belgium. Germany is rising EXTREMELY fast and may now rise to the second largest holder on that list.

It was Edmond Safra and Republic National Bank that was sending plane-loads of $100 bills to Russia. I personally saw these skids of cash in the bank. To get this much cash back then, meant that the U.S. Treasury had to have approved and sent these skids of cash to the bank (money-plane-crec-1996-02-13-pt1-pge196-2).

Obama Admits Hillary “Lost Badly” By Failing To “Make An Argument” That Inspired People To “Show Up”

Tyler Durden's picture

After weeks of pushing the “Russian hacking” narrative, mostly through White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest, Obama is finally admitting that Hillary “lost badly” in her presidential bid by failing to make an argument to people in the Midwest that inspired them to “show up.”  In an “exit interview” with NPR, Obama said that Democrats face “structural problems” with their base clustered in urban areas on the coasts which requires presidential candidates to make their case to swing voters in the Midwest, something he says Hillary failed to do.  Per The Hill:

“There are some things that we know are a challenge for Democrats — structural problems,” he said.

Obama noted that Democratic voters are often clustered in urban areas and on the coasts.

“So as a consequence, you’ve got a situation where there’re not only entire states but also big chunks of states where, if we’re not showing up, if we’re not in there making an argument, then we’re going to lose,” he said.

And we can lose badly, and that’s what happened in this election.”

Perhaps the President is admitting that a little less golf in his second term might have been beneficial to his party?

Obama Golf

Of course, when pressed on whether the electorate understood the democratic argument and simply chose to reject it, Obama assured NPR that that simply couldn’t be the case.  As Obama has told us many times, if anyone disagrees with his position on a certain policy then it is simply because they must not fully understand it.

Obama said he doesn’t think the Democratic Party’s problem is its core argument. The values presented by the Democratic Party have strong support, he said, citing the minimum wage.

“There are clearly, though, failures on our part to give people in rural areas or in exurban areas, a sense day-to-day that we’re fighting for them or connected to them,” he said.

A lot of people, he added, don’t know about the Obama administration’s push for collective bargaining or overtime rules and are not aware of all the benefits of the Affordable Care Act.

Finally, proving that he still has no idea what happened last month, Obama once again blamed Fox News and Hillary’s failure to adequately pander to the right people…Obama’s words are much more subtle than ours, of course.

“Some of it is the prism through which they’re seeing the political debate take place.”

“So part of the reason it’s important to show up, and when I say show up, I don’t just mean during election time, but to be in there engaging and listening and being with people,” he said, “is because it then builds trust and it gives you a better sense of how should you talk about issues in a way that feel salient and feel meaningful to people.”

To quote Judge Jeanine Pirro from this weekend, the American people “rejected you and everything you stand for,” Mr. President.  The American people rejected the idea of catering a message “in a way that feels salient and feels meaningful” to each individual group while doing absolutely nothing after election day.  The American people chose action over meaningless political narratives.

Saudi Arabia Lobbying To Amend Sept 11 Law

Tyler Durden's picture

Following last week’s report that Saudi Arabia is starting to apply pressure on the incoming Trump administration by hinting it could move the Aramco IPO away from New York to some still undeteremined venue due to concerns the recently passed Sept 11 law could make business in the US problematic, on Sunday Saudi Arabia’s foreign minister said he has been lobbying US legislators to change a law allowing victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks to sue the kingdom.

According to AFP, Adel al-Jubeir told reporters he had returned from an extended stay in the United States, which was partly “to try to persuade them that there needs to be an amendment of the law”, the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act (JASTA). In September, the US Congress voted overwhelmingly to override President Barack Obama’s veto of the JASTA. While 15 of the 19 Al-Qaeda hijackers who carried out the 9/11 attacks were Saudi, Riyadh continues to deny any ties to the plotters who killed nearly 3,000 people, and is worried disclosures in court could lead to material complications about conducting business in America.

“We believe the law, that curtails sovereign immunities, represents a grave danger to the international system,” Jubeir said at a joint press conference with visiting US Secretary of State John Kerry.

In opposing the law, Obama said it would harm US interests by opening up the United States to private lawsuits over its military missions abroad; on the other hand Trump has been a fervent supporter of the bill. He called Obama’s veto attempt shameful and said it would “go down as one of the low points of his presidency.”

In a statement before Congress voted to overturn the veto, Mr. Trump said: “If elected president, I would sign such legislation should it reach my desk.” Mr. Trump didn’t respond to requests for comment.

Saudi Arabia’s Gulf allies have also expressed concern about erosion of sovereign immunity, a principle sacrosanct in international relations.

But the potential implications go far beyond the Gulf. Some British, French and Dutch lawmakers have threatened retaliatory legislation to allow their courts to pursue US officials, threatening a global legal domino effect.

“The United States is, by eroding this principle, opening the door for other countries to take similar steps and then before you know it international order becomes governed by the law of the jungle,” Jubeir said.

He added that the US itself would suffer most from the erosion of sovereign immunity. “The question now becomes how do you go about amending the law”, he said.

Meanwhile, John Kerry, whose visit was focused on the war in Yemen, at the press conference reiterated his government’s concern over JASTA.

Australia Looking Into Cancelling the $100 Bill

a100

The Australian federal government is planning a full assault on the black or underground economy by appointing a taskforce who will consider the future of the $100 note and bans on cash payments over a certain level. Australia, like everyone else, is facing a monetary crisis whereby the current system of taxes and social programs with pensions are colliding and will simply collapse. This idea of perpetual borrowing cannot be sustained. Instead of reforming the system, they prefer to attack the people, as always — we are just the enemy.

The Australian black economy of unrecorded economic activity that is untaxed by government is estimated to be worth $21bn or 1.5% of gross domestic product. Even if they got all the taxes that they think they deserve, it would still not solve any problems. We are simply doomed and the longer governments postpone real reform, the worse the collapse will be.

Former KPMG Global Chairman Michael Andrew will head the new underground economy taskforce, which I suspect is one reason to think twice about KPMG. It will also include the Australian Tax Office, Reserve Bank of Australia, the Australian Securities and Investment Commission, the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Center, and immigration and human services departments. They plan on considering the continued use of the $100 note of which there are $30bn in circulation. They are also looking to France, a fantastic role model, where the government banned cash payments of over €1,000.

The taskforce is looking at putting a limit on cash transactions, and they are no doubt keeping one eye on how India’s cancellation of currency with no notice works out. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi told the nation that the cancellation of the currency would protect the interests of “those citizens earning honestly and with hard work.” Modi’s actions are sending probably more than 400,000 people into unemployment while shops have closed as they are unable to collect money or pay workers.

Steve Mnuchin & Gary Cohn

mnuchin-steve

QUESTION: What do you think about Steve Mnuchin as Secretary of Treasury? He does have a beautiful Scottish fiancee.

Bill

ANSWER: Not a fan. Yes, Steven Terner Mnuchin used to work for Goldman Sachs but he left them in 2002. That is really not an issue. It is good that he has real, live experience as an investment banker and hedge fund investor. After he left Goldman, he worked for and founded a number of hedge funds but with George Soros involvement, which would leave a question mark in my mind. During the financial crisis, Mnuchin bought failed house lender IndyMac and rebuilt it into OneWest Bank, which he then sold in 2015 to CIT Group.

OneWest Bank gained a reputation for having 17% of the federally insured reverse mortgage market, and almost 40% of all federally insured reverse mortgage foreclosures during that time. I would have to say that as the CEO, there is no possible way he did not know what was going on. One of the most egregious examples of OneWest Bank’s insane foreclosures was the story of Ossie Lofton, a 90-year-old Lakeland, Florida, homeowner on a reverse mortgage who OneWest foreclosed on over a 27-cent payment error with her insurance.

linton-louise

Obviously, the computer program foreclosed anyone who was late on a payment, but it did not even have a basic amount test. Normally, a mortgage foreclosure results in a loss for the bank. Here we are talking about a reverse mortgage. That is where they get to buy the home on the cheap.

As for his Scottish fiancée, Louise Lintonwell she is stunning. But then again, I may be prejudice having some Scottish blood running in my veins.

I also strongly disagree with Goldman Sachs President Gary Cohn for the top White House economic post — National Economics Council. This guy was deeply involved in sending Greece down the river. I think this is a huge conflict of interest.

How Professors are Engaging in Undermining the Country in Colleges

A student in California video taped what his professor was saying in class and how they are trying to create a revolution. He actually said that the people who voted for Trump were engaging in an act of TERRORISM because the socialist lost. He went on to say that the nation is divided as it was during the Civil War. Formal education is becoming indoctrination, not education. Children are being subjected to brainwashing and this video is just the tip of the iceberg.
