EU and NATO Remove Selected Russian Banks From SWIFT Financial Exchange

The key word in this release is “selected“.  I would guess that any bank involved in state energy sales, and/or the bank of any energy company involved in the direct sales of Russian oil and gas, are not included.

Joint statement from NATO, EU Commission and White House:

WHITE HOUSE – […] As Russian forces unleash their assault on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, we are resolved to continue imposing costs on Russia that will further isolate Russia from the international financial system and our economies. We will implement these measures within the coming days.

Specifically, we commit to undertake the following measures:

First, we commit to ensuring that selected Russian banks are removed from the SWIFT messaging system. This will ensure that these banks are disconnected from the international financial system and harm their ability to operate globally.

Second, we commit to imposing restrictive measures that will prevent the Russian Central Bank from deploying its international reserves in ways that undermine the impact of our sanctions.

Third, we commit to acting against the people and entities who facilitate the war in Ukraine and the harmful activities of the Russian government. Specifically, we commit to taking measures to limit the sale of citizenship—so called golden passports—that let wealthy Russians connected to the Russian government become citizens of our countries and gain access to our financial systems.

Fourth, we commit to launching this coming week a transatlantic task force that will ensure the effective implementation of our financial sanctions by identifying and freezing the assets of sanctioned individuals and companies that exist within our jurisdictions. As a part of this effort we are committed to employing sanctions and other financial and enforcement measures on additional Russian officials and elites close to the Russian government, as well as their families, and their enablers to identify and freeze the assets they hold in our jurisdictions. We will also engage other governments and work to detect and disrupt the movement of ill-gotten gains, and to deny these individuals the ability to hide their assets in jurisdictions across the world.

Finally, we will step up or coordination against disinformation and other forms of hybrid warfare.

We stand with the Ukrainian people in this dark hour. Even beyond the measures we are announcing today, we are prepared to take further measures to hold Russia to account for its attack on Ukraine. (read more)

The First Casualty of War Is the Truth – The Current Western Propaganda for Ukraine Is Epic in Scale

When we shared yesterday that all interested observers should be very wary of the information from media sources around Ukraine, there was a reason for that.  Question everything. Take nothing at face value.

If you have never experienced the propaganda push surrounding war, the totality of the inbound bullsh*t can be destabilizing, overwhelming and unnerving.  It’s one of the reasons why CTH doesn’t share immediate information.  Everyone has an agenda.

Everything we are seeing in U.S. media surrounding U.S. interests in Ukraine is a massive propaganda operation with the headquarters in the U.S. State Department and U.S. intelligence community.  The sense of sympathy you are feeling is part of an intentionally manipulative operation from within this DC matrix.

The images, pictures, videos, speeches, soundbites and the cinematography broadcast by U.S. corporate media are all purposefully intended to create a very specific outlook within the American people toward the issues in Ukraine.  The leftist United Nations, and the leftist U.S State Dept, will work together on this just like they have done in the prior examples (Ukraine 1.0, Libya, Egypt, etc.).

It is very easy to become a victim of psychological warfare intended to manipulate our opinions.

The neocons, war promoting agents working on behalf of the UniParty and the collective globalist interests, are all united in their effort.

Unfortunately, almost everything being transmitted from corporate news into our psyche is part of a battle for your mind.  The goal is to create a self-fulfilling prophecy.

This is why people who are familiar with these types of tactics often tap-out when the drumbeats get loudest.

The stories of the 13 guards on an island telling the Russian naval ship to fuck off… yeah, it was a lie (turns out they surrendered). The “Ghost of Kyiv” pilot, the lady with the sunflower seeds etc., now all recognized as lies and propaganda.  And do not expect it to stop, because it won’t. Thus, the nature of warfare for your mind.

Ukraine & Biological Weapons

There are all sorts of rumors that the US has biological weapons installations in Ukraine and Putin has been targeting them for destruction. I have found no truth to this from reliable information. It would also be totally illogical to attack such facilities for that would unleash any such biological weapons that would then also attack Russian troops and carry it home to Russia. You cannot blow up a biological weapons lab. That would unleash who knows what and it could even kill Fauci because he could say – “What lab?

The Other Side in Ukraine

I’m definitely not for war. But for 8 years, since 2014, the Ukrainian government has murdered and bombed Russian people there. Especially the cities (Donetsk and Lugansk) that refused to accept the fascist government that the United States and the European Union imposed on you in 2014 with blood and violence.

Russians in Ukraine have since become a banned ethnic group. The Russian language is banned, Russian books were burned and all Russian channels, movies, etc. were shut down and banned. 

Even people who demonstrated then were shot and burned alive. Year after year it only got worse and worse.

A few months ago, Zelensky, who is now the pro-Western president of Ukraine, honored and recognized a famous terrorist / fascist as a Ukrainian hero. 

Dmytro Kotsyubaylo is a member of the right-wing sector and the goal of his life, which he says himself is to kill as many Russians as possible. 

In several interviews, he has said openly that his caged pet wolf he feeds with bones from Russian-speaking children.

About 20 million people are in eastern and southern Ukraine.

REPLY: I can verify that Dmytro Kotsyubaylo did indeed tell the press that he feeds the bones of Russian-speaking children to his pet wolf. Apparently, he said that with a laugh so it may be a joke that does reflect the attitudes of some and these are the neo-Nazis that Putin referred to. These are also the ultra-right-wing in Ukraine who Putin wants to be brought to justice.

Nevertheless, the Western press is so biased against Putin, this is the real problem. Nobody will even listen to the other side. A friend from Eastern Europe who I have known for more than 10 years and who has lived mostly in the West, is disgusted with the one-sided propaganda and just text me that they cannot wait to return to Serbia which is more pro-Russia.

I can confirm that Zelensky enacted the Ukrainian-only language, whereas Yanukovich wanted both languages to be official.

Australia Could Require 5 Jabs

Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) chair Nigel Crawford stated before a Senate committee that he could not guarantee that Australians would not need more vaccines. He pointed to Israel and noted that they are recommending a fourth shot. Australians must already have the full two doses plus the booster to be considered “fully vaccinated.” Anyone over the age of 16 who had their second dose of mRNA will have their fully vaccinated status revoked after six months unless they go through the procedure again.

The government has already purchased millions of doses for 2022 and 2023. It began with a two-dose vaccine and then the third booster shot was introduced. Now many are taking a fourth, and a fifth could become available soon. How many shots are people willing to take before the majority stops complying?

France Revokes Nearly 4 Million Vaccine Passports

France has deactivated nearly four million vaccine passes as the definition of “fully vaccinated” continues to change. Authorities are now requiring everyone over the age of 16 to receive their third booster dose within four months of their second dosage, which has been dramatically shortened from the original seven-month period. The Ministry of Health secretly acknowledged that the vaccines are not effective as contracting the coronavirus could serve as a booster replacement, “one infection = one dose.”

France will grant amnesty to those holding fake vaccine passes, warning them that now is their last chance to get vaccinated without consequences. An estimated 192,000 people currently have fraudulent vaccine passes as it is not possible to participate in French society without a vaccine passport. This means an additional four million people will be banned from entering public places. Oh, but the unvaccinated may still attend political rallies.

Has Macron’s promise to “piss off” the unvaccinated worked? As I have said, even if you took the vaccines, you are always one shot away from being labeled “unvaccinated,” banished from society. Will four million people comply and take an additional dose of an unknown substance? “I really want to piss off the unvaccinated – and that’s what we’re going to do, right until the end,” Macron stated in December. However, the people will ultimately decide when “the end” of this pandemic will take place.

War is Never What it Seems

War is rarely what is reported in the newspapers. Here we have the West all blaming Putin and asserting that he is the aggressor. War is always created by politicians – not the people. There are intermarriages in Ukraine. In this case, the Minsk Agreement which was supposed to have been brokered by France and Germany was started in 2014.

In Ukraine, politicians refused to allow the independence of two Russian states. During the Soviet Union, Russians migrated to various regions. With the fall of the Soviet Union, the Minsk II agreement was to allow local elections in the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics on their future status in Ukraine. Make no mistake about it, if Western Canada decides to leave and become independent, Trudeau would also send in military forces. The same would be true in a separatist movement that takes hold in the United States, Germany, France, Britain, or Italy. This is a matter of human rights that people ignore.

I do not believe in 19th-century Imperialism where politicians carve up territory ignoring the wishes of the people. This to me is also a deep violation of human rights. Donetsk and Luhansk should have been allowed to vote and decide their own fate. It is a throwback to imperialism to say that was our border under the Soviet Union so it is mine – which is the real words of politicians.

Back in December 2021, the refusal to negotiate on the Minsk Agreement to allow election by Ukraine, probably at the direction of the West,  has merely placed the entire nation of Ukraine at risk. There has been plenty of time – 8 years

We really have to wonder if the West misled Zelensky or is he really this incompetent not to have noticed that the entire West withdrew which was a signal to Putin Ukraine is yours. Putin demanded that Ukraine not be allowed in NATO. They refused to concede that point yet everyone fled Ukraine. Something just does not add up. If you were standing behind Ukraine, you do not flee. That was the signal to not stop with Donetsk and Luhansk. Why refuse to relinquish those two provinces when there was no defense for Ukraine as a whole?

Something is just not right!

Ukraine and Russia Officials Negotiating a Meeting – Biden Administration Tells Zelenskyy to Stop, Only U.S. Permitted to Negotiate With Russia

Amid an intense conflict continuing, the government of Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the government of Russian President Vladimir Putin are in negotiations for a meeting.  However, the U.S. State Department does not want Zelenskyy and Putin to negotiate an end to hostilities.

Reuters – “Ukraine and Russia are discussing a place and time for talks, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s spokesman said on social media on Friday.  “Ukraine was and remains ready to talk about a ceasefire and peace,” spokesman Sergii Nykyforov added. (link)

Unfortunately for Zelenskyy, an end to the fighting would be against the interests of the Biden administration.  Highlighting the point, the U.S. State Department does not want Zelenskyy and Putin to meet.  The Biden administration conveys a very telling message, from their perspective, saying only the United States is permitted to negotiate with Russia on behalf of Ukraine.   Zelenskyy needs to stay out of it.

WASHINGTON: Russia’s offer for talks with Ukraine is an attempt to conduct diplomacy “at the barrel of a gun”, State Department spokesperson Ned Price said on Friday (Feb 25), saying Russia must stop its bombing in Ukraine if it is serious about diplomacy.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said earlier on Friday that Russia was ready to send a delegation to the Belarusian capital Minsk for talks.

Russia had attempted to engage in “a pretense of diplomacy” even as it prepared to invade Ukraine this week, Price told reporters at a news briefing.  “Now we see Moscow suggesting that diplomacy take place at the barrel of a gun, or as Moscow’s rockets, mortars, artillery target the Ukrainian people,” he said. “This is not real diplomacy. Those are not the conditions for real diplomacy.”

[…] Responding to reports that the US government had ordered officials to stop most contacts with Russia, Price said the invasion of Ukraine had “fundamentally changed” Moscow’s relationship with Washington and other nations. But US officials would continue to engage with their Russian counterparts on important national security issues, including the talks to return to a 2015 nuclear deal with Iran, he said.  (read more)

The arrogance and controlling attitude by the U.S. State Dept tells us all we really need to know.

The Biden administration has created this crisis between Russia and Ukraine for a convenient purpose, and the White House is not about to let Zelenskyy screw it up and create peace.

The U.S. wants President Zelenskyy to leave Ukraine, so the State Department can take full control over the narrative.  Zelenskyy is refusing to leave.

…”Listen you little shit, we’ve put a lot of time, money and effort into creating this mess – and I’ll be damned if you and your little scruffy band of tin soldiers are going to be allowed to act as if this is your war to negotiate.”…

New York Times Reports U.S. Intel Agencies Spent Three Months Seeding Information Into Russia Through China

There’s a New York Times article getting attention today, as the article frames a narrative of the U.S. intelligence community and diplomatic offices trying to get China to influence Russia away from invading Ukraine.

However, as with all NYT reporting of the U.S. intelligence apparatus, the information within the article must be viewed through a different prism to understand the real motives being discussed.

Never ascribe to incompetence, that which can be explained by intent.

The Deep State narrative, what the NYT reports, begins thusly:

WASHINGTON — Over three months, senior Biden administration officials held half a dozen urgent meetings with top Chinese officials in which the Americans presented intelligence showing Russia’s troop buildup around Ukraine and beseeched the Chinese to tell Russia not to invade, according to U.S. officials.

Each time, the Chinese officials, including the foreign minister and the ambassador to the United States, rebuffed the Americans, saying they did not think an invasion was in the works. After one diplomatic exchange in December, U.S. officials got intelligence showing Beijing had shared the information with Moscow, telling the Russians that the United States was trying to sow discord — and that China would not try to impede Russian plans and actions, the officials said.

The previously unreported talks between American and Chinese officials show how the Biden administration tried to use intelligence findings and diplomacy to persuade a superpower it views as a growing adversary to stop the invasion of Ukraine, and how that nation, led by President Xi Jinping, persistently sided with Russia even as the evidence of Moscow’s plans for a military offensive grew over the winter.

This account is based on interviews with senior administration officials with knowledge of the conversations who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the diplomacy. The Chinese Embassy spokesman, Liu Pengyu, answered an earlier request for comment a half-day after this article was posted online, saying, “For some time, China has actively promoted the political settlement process of the Ukraine issue.” (read more)

The article goes on to say that China shared the information with Russia, and then outlines how Russia and China are the geopolitical partnership in the modern era.  However, here’s the part where the motive and deep state angles are missed.

Do not view the details of this article outline through the prism printed by the intelligence apparatus; instead, view this article through the prism that U.S. intelligence and State Dept operatives were planting information into China, knowing it would be shared with Russia.

Obviously, anyone who follows geopolitical events already knows that China and Russia are partners against the west.  Why would the U.S. intelligence apparatus think China would not share the details of the intelligence and/or seek to block Russian intents?  The short answer is, they wouldn’t.

The White House, U.S. intel and Dept of State would know, to a guaranteed certainty, that any information they shared with China would get directly delivered to Russia.  All information the United States would share (think ‘seed’) with China, would therefore be intended to get to Russia.

As a consequence, if the White House, CIA, State Department or U.S. intelligence community wanted to provoke Russian aggression, they would purposefully put that provocation material into the hands of the Chinese.   THAT is the main takeaway from the New York Times article.

The U.S. intelligence apparatus was seeding information to Russia via China for three months prior to the triggering point.

What that provocation intelligence contained is unknown, but the U.S. delivering it through a third party is now confirmed.

It’s all a competing disinformation, manipulated information and propaganda warfare folks.  Do not take any claim, any construct, any narrative from any side, at face value.  This is where the underlying alignment of U.S. media becomes critical.
