Hageman -vs- Majorkas

When the people of Wyoming removed Liz Cheney and replaced her with Harriet Hageman, it was perhaps one of the best reflections of a damaged, yet standing, constitutional republic.  To say Harriet Hageman represents an upgrade to our congressional representation would be a profound understatement.

This is a lady I would campaign for, volunteer for and fight like hell to keep in office.

During her remarks today Representative Harriet Hageman dropped all pretenses and eloquently called DHS Secretary Mayorkas what he is, “a tyrant.”  Representative Hageman’s perspective on the value, importance and critical protections for the constitutional freedom of speech was eloquently argued, directly to the face of the DHS organization that seeks to define, restrict, censor and control speech.  This is really good.  WATCH:

Ukraine is a Disaster, Putin is the Moderate, & Truth is the Victim

Armstrong Economics Blog/Press re-Posted Jul 25, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

COMMENT: Mr. Armstrong, At first, I questioned why you were more pro-Putin than the media. But given your reliable forecasting and being renowned for your sources, I kept an open mind. Whilst it is becoming clear that Putin has been going after the people who wanted to nuke and totally invade Ukraine, the media seems to overlook that agenda of invading all of Ukraine. Yevgeny Prigozhin disagreed with Putin on only protecting the Donbas. Igor Girkin, who advocated the invasion of Ukraine, was also arrested. The press even tried to pretend that China’s Xi warned Putin not to use nuclear arms in Ukraine when he was against it. Putin did tell the leader of Chentna that a nuclear on Kyiv was off the table. I can see what you have been pointing out. Putin has been the moderate.

Now the British press is admitting that Ukraine is a disaster. The WSJ also just came out and said the United States knew Ukraine was not up to this offensive. I must say, you and your sources are better than anyone out there. Your comments that you had dinner at Trump’s place when he was president and wanted to exit Afghanistan because he was anti-war were very interesting. You actually have the contacts, not conspiracy theories.

I just wanted to say that now I value your comments more than anyone else.

Keep up the good fight. I hope Scotty does not beam you up just yet.

Paul

REPLY: Thank you. My sources are renowned because they all share the same passion for truth. We all work together, sharing information that is off the grid so-to-speak. We all understand how we are being manipulated by the media, which I am so disappointed in for not being independent. The mainstream media was supposed to protect our liberty – not sell it to the highest bidder. News to them has become opinion – not fact.

I feel sorry for all of those who have been brainwashed to hate Trump, for they have been manipulated into being supporters of World War III. When Iran shot down an unarmed and unmanned American drone, Bolton was pushing for the US to attack Iran. As I have said, he would bomb Canada for one Russian. He is a hateful Neocon. Trump said no. It was not manned, and it was unarmed.

John Bolton would have started another war over a drone. The Neocons have launched all of these actions against Trump BECAUSE they know if he ever got back into the White House, they would be fired or perhaps even put on trial. As I have said, if they did this outside of Washington, they would be charged criminally for hate crimes.

I have met many heads of state. I am the longest person ever held in civil contempt for refusing to turn over the source code to Socrates. I have stared these people in the eyes face to face. What I write is not a conspiracy or just an opinion – it is a fact. I was asked to covertly invest $10 billion to take over Russia back 1n 1999. They blackmailed Yeltsin in their attempt to rig the 2000 Russian election. That is why Yeltsin turned to Putin, who was a nobody – not a politician, not a communist, and not an oligarch. I was in the middle of all of this shit. I know what happened.

They threw me in with the terrorists from the World Trade Center, all to prevent me from communicating with my lawyers while they took them away. They threw me into solitary confinement and took all my legal preparation away so they could sift through it all to see what my defense would be. They even tried to kill me, but I survived to their dismay.

You do not know what these people will do to ensure they win. They own Wikipedia, which is now joining the agenda to shut down all dissent on climate change, for that is in the works for the next lockdown when civil unrest rises. I feel sorry for the people who actually think elections are not rigged. Wait for 2024. We will see massive civil unrest, for it will become obvious what they are doing to the world.

1st Amendment is Slowly Being Taken Away

Armstrong Economics Blog/Freedom of Speech Re-Posted Jul 25, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”- This is our first amendment right which was signed in 1791. According to a recent poll, it is said that 55% of Americans believe that the government should have a say in restricting false information online and then 65% of Americans believe that Tech companies should remove content on what they believe is misinformation. I am not sure why anyone would think that this is a good idea. If our sources of information are regulated (which most of it is), and everything is being portrayed how the government wants us to see it- we are provoking the constitution ourselves. Basically, this would correlate as being brainwashed. The founders would roll over in their graves. This is a revoke of  what we ask our soldiers to die for- our Constitutional Rights.

Take the discovery of Obedience to Authority as an example. This discovery was made by Stanley Milgram who did experiments to show we are influenced by mob behavior. Meaning, that people would torture one another if ordered to do so. As I have said in a previous blog- “society swings back and further between public & private confidence. People canceling anyone who has ever said anything, even 30 years ago, is the swing of the pendulum excessively to the left. The swing is based upon the “sheep” who can be herded and they will move back and forth depending upon their influence.”

With that being said, people are very easily influenced towards a higher authority. Whatever the government thinks is good, most people will follow. There are some countries who already censor the content that they allow their citizens to view/ post, a few being North Korea, Vietnam, Iran, and China. In some countries, the fear of imprisonment for “spreading misinformation”- meaning if it’s criticism against their government, they will be dealt with severely.

This poll showing that 55% of Americans believe that the government should censor media content is very questionable. We have our First Amendment right put in place for a reason which doesn’t seem to mean anything these days since Tech companies such as Tik Tok have already limited, censored, or completely will remove videos of information that THEY find harmful or violent. The very argument that Russia censors what people can say is what we ask our own soldiers to fight against, yet the majority thinks that this is ok for our government to carry out. Our soldiers put their life on the line every day to fight to protect our rights, but doesn’t it seem a bit hypocritical that some think that the government should censor things that they believe shouldn’t be out there in the world. This is a direct rebuke to our Frist Amendment.

If I Were The Deep State – Deploying Relentless Lawfare

Excellent video presented by Lauren3ve {Direct Rumble LinkWATCH:

Exceptional article, outlining the Biden DC agenda and the perspective of the American majority.  This is the crux, the essence, the core reason behind the upcoming victory of the American people, through Trump, over a comprehensively corrupt DC apparatus:

[…] What we have seen over the years is that every time the Deep State tries to hurt President Trump, his poll numbers rise, and he is able to fund-raise even more than before. It is an inexplicable reaction that frustrates Democrats, who fail to understand that most Americans are honest, ethical, and busy individuals, committed to caring for their families, attending church, and being active in the community. Most voters do not understand the complexities of national security laws. Nor do they believe that Trump committed felony violations by participating in a conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Voters may not remember their civics classes, but they know that Trump has always cared about America’s standing in the world. From the moment he descended the escalator at Trump Tower in 2015, Trump’s brand is that he wants America to win. Even in television interviews in the late 1980s and 1990s, Trump’s single-most consistent grievance against American officials was that they let foreigners take advantage of America and get ahead at the nation’s cost. For Trump watchers, the Make America Great Again campaign started more than 30 years ago. (read more)

Federal Court Bars Biden from Banning Free Speech

Armstrong Economic Blog/Tyranny Re-Posted Jul 24, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

Judge Terry Doughty favored the people in the Missouri v. Biden case. The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear the case in the near future, but the ruling stands. This is pending an appeal because the current propaganda machine refuses to be dismissed. The Ministry of Truth is completely unconstitutional. The Biden Administration believes they have the authority to remove the first amendment, asking the public to believe whatever they claim is true blindly.

It is public information that Biden used strategic propaganda ahead of the last election. Social media companies silenced any negative new about Biden and his associates, and silenced anyone from speaking out against him. The COVID narrative shows just how far the propaganda powers will go to promote a single message to people that they are legally unable to deny. Judge Doughty banned the administration from meeting with “social-media companies for the purpose of urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner the removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech posted on social-media platforms.”

Yet, social media companies routinely block the conservative narrative. Look at what they have done to RFK. You can no longer question government without the risk of being deplatformed and shunned as a conspiracy theorist. YouTube, Facebook, Google search results, and entire mainstream media silence ANYONE who speaks out against the status quo. So while this may be a step in the right direction, there is a long road to go to regain our freedom to speak, and therefore our freedom to think critically instead of blindly obeying like sheep.

Sunday Talks, Robert Kennedy Jr Discusses the Intelligence Community Power in DC and His Intent to Dismantle It

Posted originally on the CTH on July 23, 2023 | Sundance

Robert Kennedy Jr. appears on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo to discuss his Democrat campaign for the Democrat presidential nomination.  Within the interview, RFK Jr. outlines his perspective on the national security state control over Washington DC and his campaign platform.  WATCH:

RFK Jr’s positions on the First Amendment (speech) and Fourth Amendment (privacy) are good.  However, do not be lulled into thinking his positions on the Second Amendment (gun ownership) and/or his positions on radical climate change, can be reconciled against the prior two.

As a rabid anti 2nd amendment voice who believes in gun confiscation as a government power over the people, in combination with his radical positions on the urgency of climate change/global warming, a position that by its own nature is anti-economic freedom, RFK Jr. positions himself more to harm liberty and freedom more than protect it.

The corporate agenda behind Fox News promoting RFK Jr. is likely an effort to shave a few more voters away from the America First platform by lulling voters into the position of RFK Jr. as a moderate alternative.  Robert Kennedy Jr. is in alignment with the far left on most issues, other than Speech and Privacy.

To me, it looks like the corporate BIG CLUB agenda is using RFK Jr. as a tool to pull MAGA Democrats away from Trump – not an intent to pull centrist Democrats away from Biden.

Interesting Report Noting Bud Light Regional Sales Pattern – California Sales Minimally Disrupted by Boycott, While National Sales Drop 34.2%

Posted originally on the CTH on July 23, 2023 | Sundance

Finding solid information, accurate data, to update the perspective of the ongoing boycott of Bud Light products is a little challenging. You would think the data would be easily found; alas, in this era of hyper partisanship, data that would reflect the truth of the situation is less visible. Go figure.

That said, this market share report from Union does give us a little more perspective on the outcome.  According to the market share report, the decline in Bud Light sales overall is 34.2% over the past six months.  Interestingly, some regions have much larger declines than others. For California, “Union reported only minor changes in market dominance in the state. Bud Light’s sales share in California slid by 0.8 points to 6.6%, while Miller Lite’s sales share increased by 1.7 points to 12%.”

(Via MSM) – The hospitality consumption data platform Union reported a significant decline in Bud Light’s sales share in the Carolinas. From April through June 30, the brand’s sales share dropped by 6.9 points, falling from 19.4% to 12.5%. This decline has been attributed to the fallout from Bud Light’s partnership with Dylan Mulvaney, which sparked controversy and calls for a boycott.

[…] Local bar owners in the Carolinas have also reported a significant impact on Bud Light’s sales. For instance, Chris Dimattia, the owner of Recovery Room Tavern in Charleston, SC, mentioned that he used to sell 10 cases of Bud Light each week, but now only sells one to three cases of the boycott brew, resulting in a 70% to 90% drop in sales. At Blind Tiger Pub, another Charleston bar, Bud Light sales are described as “almost non-existent” by general manager Clayton Dukes. Dukes expressed his concern that the boycott may persist for an extended period, prompting him to replace Bud Light draft with Michelob Ultra due to the low sales.

The negative impact on Bud Light’s sales was not limited to the Carolinas. In New York and New Jersey, the brand also lost ground to its rival, Miller Lite. The combined sales share of Bud Light in these states fell by 5.1 points, while Miller Lite’s sales share increased by about two points.

Similarly, in Texas, where Bud Light faced significant challenges after the controversy, Miller Lite now holds a commanding 12% sales share, more than double that of Bud Light’s 5.6% share.  Surprisingly, the boycott’s impact on Bud Light sales was negligible in California, where Mulvaney hails from. Union reported only minor changes in market dominance in the state. Bud Light’s sales share in California slid by 0.8 points to 6.6%, while Miller Lite’s sales share increased by 1.7 points to 12%.

[…] Bud Light’s significant sales slide by 34.2% over the past six months has put the brand in a challenging position. The fallout from Mulvaney’s controversial posts and the subsequent partnership has evidently had a negative impact on the brand’s sales and reputation. (full article)

It would be interesting to map out the percentage change in Budweiser market share and overlay with a comparative map of regional political affiliation.

Regardless of the company ability to overcome the challenge, a total decline in sales of 34.2% over the six-month period would indicate the brand will not soon recover position.   Going woke has consequences.

A Specific Type of Continuity

Posted originally on the CTH on July 21, 2023 | Sundance

In roughly the past fifty years, the term “continuity of government” has been used with increased frequency describing how the United States of America, a constitutional republican system of government, contains internal mechanisms to protect the executive branch in the event of crisis, attack or disruption of leadership by adversaries.

The term ‘continuity of government‘ became much more common in the aftermath of 9-11-01 and the thunder shock of an al-Qaeda inspired terrorist attack in New York and Washington DC.

Within the very brief discussion period that led up to the 10-26-01 Patriot Act [pdf here], literally a structural reform of the entire domestic terrorist apparatus that created the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA), a bill only debated for a few weeks, the baseline was the enhanced ‘continuity of government‘ in the event of an emergency.

As we have exhaustively outlined on these pages, the outcome of the Patriot Act was to create a system where every American was now viewed by our federal government through the prism of the citizen being a potential terrorist threat.  The federal government aligned all of our institutions and systems accordingly.

DHS was created to monitor American behavior, the TSA was created to scan American travelers, and the FBI was enhanced with resources to conduct surveillance despite our Fourth Amendment protections within our Constitution.  Instead of the U.S. Govt protecting U.S. citizens from foreign threats, the Patriot Act changed the mission of government to protect itself from potential citizen threats.

In essence, We the People became the suspects, and all of the constitutional viewpoints within the FBI and Dept of Justice were modified to create monitoring systems.

The legislative branch was considered part of a this newly protected elite class of Americans, and the judicial branch deferred all scrutiny to the executive as long as they claimed, ‘national security.’  The secret FISA court system would grant the agents surveillance power over U.S. citizens.

As the foundation of this new surveillance state was just being finalized, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Eric Holder then entered government via the 2008 election, and weaponized this system to target their domestic political opposition.

However, there is also a second element to this ‘continuity of government’ that flows with the first premise.

The continuity of a very specific outlook by government.

The continuity of a very specific construct of government.

The continuity of a view within government of how government should operate. This is part of the continuity of government not discussed.

You can argue it was the viewpoint of a very specific type of government “continuity” that led to the opposition against Donald Trump by Democrats and Republicans.

Trump would be a disruptive influence if introduced into a continuation mission that did not like change.  This ‘continuity’ mindset then established the justification for every institution and element of the bureaucracy, including almost all layers of the people who run them, to oppose Donald Trump.

By the time the 2016 election arrived, We the People had already been defined by the Patriot Act outcome as a threat to government.  If we the people did not select the right kind of candidate who would be approved by the continuity system, then our selection would be rejected by all of the operators of that administrative system.   That’s what happened.

Every move by the U.S. federal government, from 2016 to now, has been contrast against the backdrop of a new awakening and visible understanding.

We the People are the threat, and those who control the DC power centers that determine the continuity of government, will not accept any modification or diminishment of their mission.  This is how they justify their conduct in very real terms, including through application of law.  This is also why the people who operate these systems are very visible with their conduct and do not have any reservations about showing their omnipotent mindset.

From their perspective, they are doing what they do, running government how they run government, maintaining the continuity the system was designed to protect, and we are what they consider futile and irrelevant voices.

Both the Republican and Democrat leadership hold this same view.  This “continuity of government” is the core of their UniParty alignment.

Here is where this understanding gets really interesting.  In order to maintain this system, there has to be an internal monitoring system, a surveillance system to protect itself against any adversary.  A domestic surveillance state has to exist as an outcome of the logical sequence.

Within this total surveillance state, the FBI is the federal agency – a national police force with a mission to run monitoring operations.  Everyone is monitored, and in case anyone would raise objection to being monitored, the corporate media provide protection against criticism by saying the agencies doing the monitoring need to be independent.

As we plunge deeper and deeper into this weaponized surveillance state, if you engage in any conduct to avoid monitoring, you run the risk of being caught in the DHS surveillance sweep.  You run the risk of becoming a DHS subject of interest, just like candidate Donald Trump – only smaller.  If you choose to fight against accepting the weaponized surveillance state, you will be considered a DHS subject of interest – just like the J6 detainees.

When the FBI was recently fighting against the release of the FD-1023 report, outlining the Confidential Human Source (CHS) that gave evidence to the FBI against Joe Biden, people missed something.  The DOJ/FBI reluctance to admit the FD-1023 report existed was not just about Joe Biden, it was about a surveillance process this reporting would reveal.

The confidential human source (CHS) was a person giving information to the FBI for their files.  This is the library on congress.  There are hundreds of thousands of these FD-1023 forms created, as CHS’s undercover agent employees (UAE’s) and a myriad of resources, are deployed in this surveillance system.

It’s the breadth of this surveillance system that leads to the FBI saying, “The safeguards the FBI placed on the production of this information are necessary to protect the safety of confidential sources and the integrity of sensitive investigations. Today’s release of the 1023 [form] – at a minimum – unnecessarily risks the safety of a confidential source.”

As noted by the Federalist Margot Cleveland, “During Wednesday’s hours-long hearing, IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler both told lawmakers they had never seen the FD-1023. Significantly, Ziegler then stated: “There’s things that are contained on that document that could further corroborate other information that we might be having an issue corroborating because it could be regarding a foreign official. So if we have information regarding that in a document or a witness, we can further corroborate later evidence.”

The reason the IRS agents were not aware of the CHS reports to the FBI, is because keeping the FD-1023 report hidden did not have as much to do with protecting Biden as it does with protecting this surveillance apparatus.

Who are all of these CHS’s and UAE’s like Igor Danchenko, Patrick Byrne, Azra Turk, Carter Page, Joseph Mifsud, Ray Epps, 1% Watchdog, etc. etc. etc?  There is a massive surveillance apparatus underway monitoring everyone, including an assembly of files against sitting members of congress and political leadership.

Keep in mind, the FD-1023 reports are not blackmail, they are reports of conduct and action.  Blackmail and/or leverage is an outcome of knowing information.  The massive assembly of FD-1023 reports are the source information.  This is a big part of the reason why FBI Director Christopher Wray initially denied there ever was an FD-1023 report.

In the bigger of the big pictures, this Joe and Hunter Biden story is the tip of an iceberg story about how the FBI is a domestic surveillance operation assembling files on everyone; that includes members of Congress and key political leadership that could advance to power.  Why is all of this surveillance taking place?…

….Because it is a very specific type of Continuity of Government that must be maintained.

Don’t look at the Potemkin village we call Washington DC.

Look for the people behind the construct.

Look for the people who are using these files.
