Some people struggle to understand the relationships of the IC silo operation in Washington DC. That struggle is completely understandable, because the modern functioning doesn’t come as an outcome of any constitutional or legislative framework. The modern functioning was created by the Intelligence Community (IC).
To share an example and provide an accurate elevator speech, CTH assembles non-pretending metaphors. Here’s the State Department and CIA joint silo operation. All of our foreign allies and enemies know and understand this metaphor. I have discussed it with several and many smile in affirmation:
The U.S State Dept and CIA operation is like a restaurant.
The Dept of State is the front of the restaurant, with the Secretary as the Maitre D’.
The CIA is the back of the restaurant, the kitchen. The Director is the Chef.
The menus at the front, as well as the specific seating/tables available, are dependent on the status of each guest. Each table gets a different menu.
The Chef has the opportunity to kill the diner. The diners know this and those who understand the nature of the business model consider the Chef the most powerful person in the establishment.
The consulates are the wait staff. USAID are the food runners. The Dept of Defense are the bus boys.

Even the media who notice how dementia seems to be increasing in Joe Biden pretend not to understand the full scale of the problem. As the Daily Mail describes the awkward moments, they couch their explanation amid soft sentences intended to obfuscate the reality that Biden is impaired and getting worse.
He may not have lost all his marbles, but the hole in the bag is big enough for most to have dropped. After Biden had his episode and Jill tried to give him directions by covering her mouth, eventually they both just left the stage and French President Macron carried on by himself. WATCH:

The mainstream media continues to sweep this information under the rug, but if it were not (D)ifferent), this would be one of the biggest presidential scandals in modern history. Joe Biden’s daughter, Ashley Biden, left a diary a rehabilitation facility for sex-related trauma. The diary was shrouded in mystery and Biden’s PR team vehemently denied that the diary ever belonged to Ashley Biden. Snopes, a fact-checking website used by the left to promote propaganda, quietly revealed that the diary does indeed belong to Joe Biden’s daughter, Ashley.
“I will forever have to deal with the fact that my personal journal can be viewed online,” Ashley Biden wrote in a letter on April 8, 2024, to a New York judge who sentenced the woman who attempted to sell the diary to time behind bars. In the letter, Ashley claims she was a private citizen whose father just so happened to be running for president. Ashley also demanded that the judge sentence the woman who found the diary to the fullest extent of the law. “I worry that a non-incarceratory sentence will send a message- -to her and to others like her that it is okay to violate and exploit others for your own personal gain, regardless of the humiliation and pain it causes,” Biden’s daughter asked the judge.
An excerpt from the diary stating that Joe Biden inappropriately showered with his young daughter:
"But I have always been boy crazy. I remember pulling up my skirt in 2nd grade and showing the boys my underpants. Hypersexualized @ a young age. What is this due to? Was I molested. I think so - I can't remember specifics but I do remember trauma - I remember not liking the Woolzacks house, I remember somewhat being sexualized with Caroline; I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers with my dad (probably not appropriate); Being turned on when I wasn't supposed to be.”
The public was banned from having access to this information, and therefore Joe’s true character, ahead of the last election. Similar to the Hunter Biden laptop scandal, the FBI and all three-letter agencies confiscated and destroyed all evidence prior to the election. The MSM regurgitated lies that both the diary and the laptop were FAKE NEWS to protect Joe Biden’s image.
They would hold a public execution for Donald Trump if this information were revealed about his daughter. Clearly, this nation operates on a two-tiered justice system. It is extremely disturbing that the intelligence agencies collaborated to hide this information from voters. Then internet search engines and social media platforms were also eager to bury this information in order to sway public perception. The Department of Justice has become a branch of the Democrat’s personal Gestapo or Stasi.
One must understand how deeply embedded Joe Biden is in the establishment – Joe Biden is the embodiment and puppet of the entire establishment who holds the most powerful front-facing office in the world. The establishment needs Joe Biden to win and will go to any lengths to ensure that he sees a victory. We no longer have the right to vote for our elected leaders in fair elections and this nation no longer represents the ideals that it was founded on.

Fed Chairman Jerome Powell essentially said he was unimpressed by the “strong” jobs report, and it certainly was not enough for the central bank to even consider dropping rates. I wrote how the BLS report was skewed; Americans are working more than one job and still struggling to keep up with the cost of living amid inflation. Another reason that the March jobs report was “strong” was due to the US government hiring 194,000 additional personnel to the private sector within the first three months of the year and 71,000 jobs in March alone.
These public sector positions are now on the taxpayers’ payroll. The public sector produces absolutely nothing and will not add to GDP growth. By comparison, government grew by 11% during the first three months of 2019 before Biden. The private sector rose by 4.3% in 2022 before slowing to 2.3% in 2023. The public sector, not the private sector, is growing at an alarming pace. Government hiring rose a full percentage point from 2022 to 2023 by 2.7%, marking the highest annual increase since 1990.
The government cannot hire manufacturing jobs and added a total of 0 new manufacturing roles in March. Police agencies have been defunded and are operating with a dangerously low number of officers. The government is increasingly created unnecessary agencies to solve nonexistent problems like DEI and climate initiatives. I discussed in a previous post how the public sector leeches off of the taxpayer and has become a form of welfare that is used as a political weapon.
Now, the Biden Administration has been blocked from hiring even more public sector employees. Without pushback, the Biden Administration would have multiplied the IRS and other agencies that are intrinsically unpatriotic and are used as weapons against the American people, the very people funding these agencies through taxation.
I also highlighted that these newly created nonprofit government-funded agencies are inefficient. An audit in California found that the $24 billion granted to numerous agencies to combat homelessness was never regulated or required to show results. Instead, homelessness more than doubled and you have people within these nonprofit agencies raking in hundreds of thousands per year to do absolutely nothing.
We have seen what happens when governments grow to disproportionate figures and it never ends well. The longest reigning empire, the Roman Empire, fell as a direct result of an oversized public sector that bankrupted Rome. The private sector produces economic growth, while government is a public servant consuming the wealth generated by others.
Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo. Reminded the US Energy Secretary, Jennifer Granholm, “We are not governed by a world government – yet!” The Biden Administration consulted with China before selling off America’s strategic petroleum reserves. In 2021, Granholm admitted that she spoke with the Chinese Communist Party about coordinating how America would handle its nation’s highly sensitive emergency oil reserves. “Does [China] call you to ask about decisions on what to do with their strategic petroleum reserve?” Schmitt questioned.
Granholm followed the Biden Administration protocol and blamed Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. She stated that America was simply insisting that the world operate in a coordinated effort to supply other nations with oil amid a shortage, a shortage that was directly caused by the West. China now has a large stockpile while America has a depleted supply. The reserves have been depleted for years and the people in charge never bothered to replenish America’s stockpile.
Instead, 900,000 barrels were sold to China through Sinopec, a Chinese corporation “which in turn had received billions of dollars from BHR Partners.” This private equity firm just so happens to be co-founded by none other than Hunter Biden, who owns a 10% stake in the company. The public must realize the implications of having a president who has been bought and paid for. I do not criticize Hunter or Joe to simply dismiss the Democrats, I have been trying to expose how major decisions regarding America’s future have been biasedly made by people profiting from shorting America.
It seems as if Joe Biden is making it increasingly easier for China to succeed at the expense of America. The latest round of proposed tariffs will simply make it easier for China to shy away from trade with the US. China was once the largest debt holder of US national debt, a figure that continues to grow every second. China is no longer lining up to purchase our debt. Why would a nation buy the debt of its enemy? That is akin to pulling a gun on someone and asking them for money to pull the trigger.
The rule of law in America has been distorted and there are two tiers of justice. The Biden crime family is above the law. Did Joe Biden put America’s future at risk for personal profit? There MUST be a serious investigation into Joe’s ties with the CCP and Ukraine because we have not yet witnessed the full repercussions of having a treasonous commander-in-chief.
Biden is destroying the financial future of generations with his reckless spending in an attempt to buy votes. Fed Chair Powell nearly admitted it in his interview with 60 Minutes in which he urged the government to show restraint when plunging the nation deeper into debt. Biden and the Democrats are cheering that he will “cancel” debt for an additional 277,000 under the SAVE plan. Do people not realize by now that the taxpayer is paying for this debt cancelation?
Biden already “forgave” the debts of 4.3 million borrowers, but the banks have not, and neither have the universities. The liberals believe the Big Guy is magically opening his wallet or waving a magic wand and making the debt disappear. NO – the lenders will receive a repayment, but now WE, the people, must pay for the debts of a few. This would be akin to the president saying that federal funds would be used to forgive personal mortgage loans – people simply cannot afford them at the moment, and it is the socially just thing to do. Forget about the people who chose not to buy a home because it did not fit within their budgets. Perhaps we should forgive all EV car payments, t00, and hey, that money we owe to foreign nations? Well, that will be a discussion for another time since we simply won’t have the money to repay.
Newsflash – the youth do not approve of Joe Biden. They are afraid to fight in a war overseas in which they see no patriotic cause to go. His supporters on the far-left support HAMAS. Not Palestine, but Hamas. A Harvard-Harris poll conducted in October asked, “In general in this conflict, do you side more with Israel or Hamas?” Among Gen Z voters, 48% said they supported the terrorist organization. Those with clarity do not support any war and certainly do not support sending countless aid to Ukraine and Israel.
Tax season caused some of the woke young Americans to question their financial identities, and I reported that one poll found that nearly a quarter of first-time filers actually planned to seek psychological help upon filing taxes. No one explained to them how this sinister system actually works.
We do not live in a Democracy. We did not vote on whether we wanted to spend over $7 billion to dismiss the financial obligations of others. Furthermore, this is a clear and deliberate attempt to BUY VOTES ahead of the election. Biden is simply polling so low that he is desperate to do anything to garner support, be it ushering in a new population of migrants or gaslighting the public into believing they are better off today.
WE the people have spent $153,000,0000,000 on buying votes through student loan bailouts. On June 30, 2023, the Supreme Court declared Biden’s forgiveness programs unconstitutional. The Biden regime has never followed the Constitution and has actively sought ways to dismiss the very documents this nation was founded on. “I believe the Court’s decision to strike down my student debt relief program was a mistake, was wrong. So, we need to find a new way and we’re moving as fast as we can,” Biden was scripted to say after the ruling. Is there an amendment that this man has not dismissed?
The national debt crisis should scare you. Biden-Harris and the neocons are borrowing against future generations of Americans. The government believes it can shake down the citizens for additional taxes, but even if they confiscated all of our assets, it would not be enough to cover their continual spending.
Again, I want to state the importance of Jerome Powell’s words. It is unusual for the central bank to break with the government for any reason.
“In the long run, the US is on an unsustainable fiscal path. The US federal government is on an unsustainable fiscal path and that just means that the debt is growing faster than the economy,” Powell finally warned, later adding, “effectively, we are borrowing from future generations.” He warned that we must begin to prioritize fiscal policy immediately to fix this unending crisis.
Forget rate cuts. Forget a balanced budget or even seeing anything remotely in the green. Not only are we funding 2.5 wars and millions of unemployed migrants, but we are also funding the climate change hysteria that demands we implode our economy. The Inflational Reduction Act was merely the beginning. These spending packages are the greatest threat to our nation’s economy as we simply CANNOT REPAY OUR DEBT. Worse — we have turned our main buyers into enemies and will soon be left holding the bag as no one will come to rescue America.

I strongly doubt that Chairman Xi, President Putin or Chairman Kim think about Joe Biden for a single moment. Everyone knows Biden is a propped optic for the people behind the administration who control him.
At a certain point it just gets embarrassing to keep pretending. Check his polling, Biden isn’t collapsing because the left dislike his policies; Biden is collapsing because more and more leftists are being ridiculed and shamed.
