According to San Antonio media: 30-year-old Kino Jimenez was located by robbery task force detectives last night and arrested.
Jimenez assaulted a 16-year-old at a Whataburger restaurant for wearing a Make America Great Again hat.
TEXAS – An arrest has been made in connection with a viral video in which a teenager’s Make America Great Again hat was torn off by a stranger at a San Antonio Whataburger.
30-year-old Kino Jimenez was located by robbery task force detectives in Universal City, police said, and taken into custody on a warrant for theft of person. (read more)
COMMENT: Just to chime in, I discovered the 6 month rule when I tried to fly from Toronto to LA. They would not let me on the plane.
REPLY: It appears that if you are Canadian and drive across the border that seems to be OK. But if you fly, then they do all the checks and the airlines tend to be the enforcers. You should always have an address where you are staying no matter what the country. So make sure you have the hotel name and address. A friend of mine in Montreal was sending his daughter and her friend to Philadelphia to visit the sites. He asked if I would make sure they were OK and got to the hotel. I said no problem. I went to the airport to pick them up. She spoke broken English and did not know the hotel or address. Her father booked it and she knew I would be there to take them to the hotel. When confronted by border guards, she could not answer that question and handed the guard her phone and told him to call me. My phone rang and it was the guard. He acted surprised that I was actually there. He then bluntly asked how was I going to communicate with them. I responded in French, asking him if he spoke French. Of course he did not. I explained I knew her father and asked what was the big deal, they were Canadian. He was nasty and replied that they were still aliens. He let them pass and I was shocked that he at least called me instead of just putting them on the next plane back at the government’s expense. Generally, over 200,000 people are denied access at the border each year.
A police report has been filed after a sixteen year old was eating at a Whataburger in San Antonio Texas and an unhinged man attacked him at the restaurant because he was wearing a Make America Great Again hat.

The victim is 16-year-old Hunter Richard. The man assaulting the teen was identified quickly through social media as 30-year-old Kino Jimenez. According to follow-up reports Jimenez worked as a bartender in the area. He has been fired from his job.

The latest assault comes on the heels of Democrat Congresswoman Maxine Waters asking all social media activists to physically confront officials from the Trump administration. It does not come as a surprise to see this attack as a short distance from the requested political violence espoused by Representative Waters and the Democrat party.
The assault victim Hunter Richard told news4santonio: “I support my President and if you don’t let’s have a conversation about it instead of ripping my hat off. I just think a conversation about politics is more productive for the entire whole rather than taking my hat and yelling subjective words to me.” (link)

My Leftist friends (as well as many ardent #NeverTrumpers) constantly ask me if I’m not bothered by Donald Trump’s lack of decorum. They ask if I don’t think his tweets are “beneath the dignity of the office.”
Here’s my answer: We Right-thinking people have tried dignity. There could not have been a man of more quiet dignity than George W. Bush as he suffered the outrageous lies and politically motivated hatreds that undermined his presidency.
We tried statesmanship.
Could there be another human being on this earth who so desperately prized “collegiality” as John McCain?
We tried propriety – has there been a nicer human being ever than Mitt Romney?
And the results were always the same. This is because, while we were playing by the rules of dignity, collegiality and propriety, the Left has been, for the past 60 years, engaged in a knife fight where the only rules are those of Saul Alinsky and the Chicago mob.
I don’t find anything “dignified,” “collegial” or “proper” about Barack Obama’s lying about what went down on the streets of Ferguson in order to ramp up racial hatreds because racial hatreds serve the Democratic Party.
I don’t see anything “dignified” in lying about the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi and imprisoning an innocent filmmaker to cover your tracks.
I don’t see anything “statesman-like” in weaponizing the IRS to be used to destroy your political opponents and any dissent.
Yes, Obama was “articulate” and “polished” but in no way was he in the least bit “dignified,” “collegial” or “proper.”
The Left has been engaged in a war against America since the rise of the Children of the ‘60s. To them, it has been an all-out war where nothing is held sacred and nothing is seen as beyond the pale.. It has been a war they’ve fought with violence, the threat of violence, demagoguery and lies from day one – the violent take-over of the universities – till today.
The problem is that, through these years, the Left has been the only side fighting this war. While the Left has been taking a knife to anyone who stands in their way, the Right has continued to act with dignity, collegiality and propriety.
With Donald Trump, this all has come to an end. Donald Trump is America ’s first wartime president in the Culture War.
During wartime, things like “dignity” and “collegiality” simply aren’t the most essential qualities one looks for in their warriors. Ulysses Grant was a drunk whose behavior in peacetime might well have seen him drummed out of the Army for conduct unbecoming.
Had Abraham Lincoln applied the peacetime rules of propriety and booted Grant, the Democrats might well still be holding their slaves today.
Lincoln rightly recognized that, “I cannot spare this man. He fights.”
General George Patton was a vulgar-talking.. In peacetime, this might have seen him stripped of rank. But, had Franklin Roosevelt applied the normal rules of decorum then, Hitler and the Socialists would barely be five decades into their thousand-year Reich.
Trump is fighting. And what’s particularly delicious is that, like Patton standing over the battlefield as his tanks obliterated Rommel’s, he’s shouting, “You magnificent bastards, I read your book!”
That is just the icing on the cake, but it’s wonderful to see that not only is Trump fighting, he’s defeating the Left using their own tactics. That book is Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals – a book so essential to the Liberals’ war against America that it is and was the playbook for the entire Obama administration and the subject of Hillary Clinton’s senior thesis.
It is a book of such pure evil, that, just as the rest of us would dedicate our book to those we most love or those to whom we are most indebted, Alinsky dedicated his book to Lucifer.
Trump’s tweets may seem rash and unconsidered but, in reality, he is doing exactly what Alinsky suggested his followers do. First, instead of going after “the fake media” — and they are so fake that they have literally gotten every single significant story of the past 60 years not just wrong, but diametrically opposed to the truth, from the Tet Offensive to Benghazi, to what really happened on the streets of Ferguson, Missouri — Trump isolated CNN.. He made it personal.
Then, just as Alinsky suggests, he employs ridicule which Alinsky described as “the most powerful weapon of all.”… Most importantly, Trump’s tweets have put CNN in an untenable and unwinnable position. … They need to respond.
This leaves them with only two choices. They can either “go high” (as Hillary would disingenuously declare of herself and the fake news would disingenuously report as the truth) and begin to honestly and accurately report the news or they can double-down on their usual tactics and hope to defeat Trump with twice their usual hysteria and demagoguery. The problem for CNN (et al.) with the former is that, if they were to start honestly reporting the news, that would be the end of the Democratic Party they serve. It is nothing but the incessant use of fake news (read: propaganda) that keeps the Left alive.
Imagine, for example, if CNN had honestly and accurately reported then-candidate Barack Obama’s close ties to foreign terrorists (Rashid Khalidi), domestic terrorists (William Ayers & Bernardine Dohrn), the mafia (Tony Rezko) or the true evils of his spiritual mentor, Jeremiah Wright’s church.
Imagine if they had honestly and accurately conveyed the evils of the Obama administration’s weaponizing of the IRS to be used against their political opponents or his running of guns to the Mexican cartels or the truth about the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the Obama administration’s cover-up.
So, to my friends on the Left — and the #NeverTrumpers as well — do I wish we lived in a time when our president could be “collegial” and “dignified” and “proper”? Of course I do.
These aren’t those times. This is war. And it’s a war that the Left has been fighting without opposition for the past 50 years.
So, say anything you want about this president – I get it – he can be vulgar, he can be crude, he can be undignified at times. I don’t care. I can’t spare this man. He fights for America!
The colonies had been in conflict with England for over a year in June of 1776. A Continental Congress convened in Philadelphia on June 7 of that year. Richard Henry Lee from Virginia offered up a resolution with these now famous words:
“Resolved: That these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be, free and independent States, that they are absolved from all allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain is, and ought to be, totally dissolved.”
Lee’s words spurred the drafting of the Declaration of Independence. A committee of five was appointed to draft a statement making the case for the colonies, a statement to the world of the intent and the reason behind that intent.
Members of the Committee were John Adams of Massachusetts, Roger Sherman of Connecticut, Benjamin Franklin of Pennsylvania, Robert R. Livingston of New York and Thomas Jefferson of Virginia. Jefferson took on the task of actually drafting the document as we know it today.
The Continental Congress reconvened on July 1, 1776, and on the following day, the resolution for independence by Lee was adopted by 12 of the 13 colonies, with New York not voting. Minor changes were made to the Jefferson document.
Work on the document continued through July 3 and into the afternoon of July 4, when the Declaration was officially adopted by the Congress. Of the 13 colonies, nine voted in favor of the Declaration, two — Pennsylvania and South Carolina — voted No, Delaware was undecided and New York again abstained.
As we all know, John Hancock, President of the Congress made his signature large enough for King George to read “without his spectacles.”

Those are the facts about our Declaration of Independence, the history that we as school children have learned since the creation of this great nation that we celebrate, that we love and honor so.
Usually we humans can’t adequately find words to express our own sentiments, let alone those of a nation and successive generations to come, but Jefferson and that Continental Congress did just that.
The words have stood throughout several centuries as a clarion call for freedom, for breaking free of tyranny, for men to put aside their individual causes and join together to battle for the right of every man, woman and child together to become a people united in goal and resolve.
Today as we celebrate, today as we pledge allegiance to a flag that has gone from 13 stars to 50, may we remember not only the sacrifice, but the resolve. May we honor not only the words, but the unity and deeds of our forefathers. May each of us dig deep into our hearts and work out our differences for the betterment of our nation and our children and grandchildren.
Say a prayer for America today. Rekindle hope today. Honor the past by determining the future.

ANSWER: Oh yes. The coin above celebrates precisely that — the Christian persecutions. There was a major active campaign of persecuting the Christians during the 3rd century as the barbarians were storming the gates. The Christians were blamed because the Pagans believed that their gods were angry because the Christians refused to worship them and therefore they were punishing everyone. In the United States, Rev Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson came out and said that God was angry and punishing New York by allowing the terrorists to succeed on 9/11. They said God allowed the attack because of “abortion, homosexuality, secular schools and courts, and the American civil liberties union.” (see Guardian). This is the standard reaction when fortune shifts. Many will blame some group and claim that God is punishing the entire community because of them. This human response was the same in the Hindus as it was among the ancient Romans and Greeks.
Maximinus II pursued the popular view and unleashed the Christian persecutions which reached its height during 310-313 AD in the eastern cities of Nicomedia, Antioch, and Alexandria. The Christians were subject to confiscation of land and property and expelled from the cities. Their churches were closed and ransacked. These three major mint cities all struck a series of small bronze coins honoring the old Greco-Roman gods including Jupiter, Apollo, Tyche, and Serapis. The persecutions subsided in 313 AD as a result of the Edict of Milan, jointly issued by Constantine and Liciniuswho were the senior emperors at that time in the Tetrarchy. The edict proclaimed a policy of religious freedom and returned confiscated property to the Christians.
It is interesting that whatever group is being persecuted, it always magically turns into confiscating all their assets. Edward I(1272-1307) of England borrowed from the Jews, when he could not pay them back, he suddenly discovered they were Jews, expelled them from England, and confiscated their assets. Constantine I the Great endorsed Christianity as the state religion, and then confiscated all wealth in the Pagan temples. Henry VIII (1509-1547) broke away from the Catholic Church and created his Church of England, and he too confiscated all the assets of the Catholic Church in England. Napoleon confiscated the assets of the Catholic Church and crowned himself, rejecting the pope. The French even issued currency backed by the confiscation of assets belonging to the church. The Americans issued paper currency also backed by assets confiscated from those who supported the king. The list is endless. The USA invaded Iraq because it was profitable. We did not invade North Korea who openly had weapons of mass destruction. They had no oil or fertile land so it was not profitable. It is historically the same – Just show me the money!
Reuters editor has had to apologize for blaming Trump for the Capital Gazette shooting. This reflects just how biased the press has become. They interject their personal opinions and hatred of Donald Trump and in the process create fake news. Once upon a time, journalists actually just reported the news. Something has seriously gone wrong with the media where they believe it is their RIGHT to engage in propaganda or to INFLUENCE people by indoctrinating them with their personal political philosophy. This is coming from both sides these days and the middle ground appears to have been a thing of the past. It did not take me long to investigate the reason for the shooting. Less than 5 minutes revealed this was a personal grudge. That is what you are suppose to do – INVESTIGATE before you speak
