An inevitable evolution now takes place as rampant crime, violence and anarchy take over the municipal regions controlled by leftists and Democrats. What is described, in the video excerpt from ABC news in Maryland, is what we have described as the “Safari Rules.”
As stunning as it may seem at first glance, the media are informing the public on how to behave when entering any area were Democrats are in charge of civil society. It is important not to accept this new normal; instead think about this broadcast in the larger picture of what it represents. The media no longer question if you will be attacked; the media are now advising us on how to mitigate our pending attack. The attack itself is a foregone conclusion.
The deeper blue the region, the more dangerous the crime within it. This is the natural outcome of policy on a local level that allows criminal elements to operate without fear or accountability. Smash and grab robberies, armed robberies, carjacking, looting and the general breakdown of law and order is well underway in the municipal regions under the control of the Democrat Party apparatus.
These outcomes are the natural cause and effect from leftist policy being carried out. This is exactly the type of social anarchy that is predictable from a process of demonizing law enforcement, promoting social justice and letting the criminal elements within society take over.
The evolution of the Safari Rules has been ongoing for several years; however, now it appears the point of no return has been crossed. The situation is no longer reversible because the law enforcement mechanisms have been deconstructed entirely. Additionally, the application of law and consequence has been withdrawn from the system.

People trapped within the blue regions are now directly being told to follow the Safari Rules.
In essence, the underlying elements of the Safari Principle narrative begin with a pretense that victims of the mob, any mob or individual predator, have no one except themselves to blame because they did not follow the rules of the safari. When in the proximity of any person, event or situation that is engaged in an unlawful act supported by the political left, you are not permitted to exit your vehicle or engage in activity that will lead to your targeting.
If you enter their “space to destroy“, you are to blame for your own outcome. The safari narrative includes catch phrases like “he/she should not have gotten out of the car,” and “she/he shouldn’t have traveled to (fill_in_blank)”, or “he/she should have known better when…“, etc.
2015 in Baltimore, Maryland, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake then became a public advocate for the Safari Rules when she proclaimed her decision to let the riots, looting and arson continue, as it was intended specifically to give the mob “space to destroy.” Despite the dozens of property owners who saw their shops, stores and livelihoods go up in smoke, the rules of the safari took precedent.
Again, in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death in Minnesota, the rules of the safari became evident when looting, arson and riots were defined as “expressions of speech.” All violence supported by the political left is considered speech, while speech opposed by the left is defined as violence.
Because the visible chaos did not align with the gentle media descriptions of “protests“, the corporate media decision was to modify the language used to describe the arson and riots by using the term “mostly peaceful protests,” that term has stuck within the visible chaos over the past few years in various forms. Obviously the word “mostly” is a relative term , and that provides the flexibility needed to convince viewers the violence they are witnessing isn’t really the violence they are witnessing.
After years of this type of obfuscation and denial, ordinary life in the deep blue regions has become untenable. Rampant looting and lawlessness is now the new normal, and don’t look for it to get any better in the near future.
The taller the blue spike, the more likely the violent crime. All of the urban areas with Democrat policy are the most dangerous in the nation. The safe places to live are fewer and fewer as the urban regions expand their influence.
Borrowing from Twain, history may not always repeat, but it darn sure rhymes. These same blue regions like Chicago, New York, Los Angeles were barely livable in the 1970’s, most people have forgotten how bad things were.
What is happening now in these deep blue regions is essentially a circle of cause and effect.
Unfortunately, now those metropolitan areas have expanded into more states and regions from Houston (TX) to Minneapolis (MN) to Atlanta (GA) and even smaller areas like Asheville (NC). If Democrats are in charge of municipal policy, those areas will experience increases in violent crime and property theft. Increases in all types of crime are the natural outcome of diminished law enforcement.
The current rise in federalism will likely save the republic; however, those who live in the deep blue regions within blue states are now specifically responsible for following the Safari Rules if they wish to survive.
None of this is accidental, this massive crime wave is an outcome of ideology. However, and this is the important part to emphasize, unlike previous times when this cycle of violence took place – this time there is no capacity to reverse course. There are no police or law enforcement left in these regions with the motivation or support to save you.
If you can leave, get out. If you cannot leave, at least arm yourself while you still can.

There is a tremor in the dark force that encompasses the totality of the Big Tech control platforms. An interesting article from Axios notes the Tech oligarchs, and multinational corporate behemoths [Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram etc] that manipulate and control information, are starting to worry about the new “right-wing” architecture that is creating alternate platforms.
It is important to keep a solid reference point in the front of our mind when we review any details about the information war. The Fourth Branch of Government has strong dependency on their public-private partnership between Big Tech and govt/intelligence networks.
It is a partnership of mutual benefit. U.S. government officials use their political power to direct the filtering mechanisms of Big Tech. In return, the tech empire facilitates the reelection of political officials to support the network.
However, a large and growing band of rebels have been assembling platform architecture outside the controls of Big Tech. The method of delivering what you are reading right now was created specifically as part of this architecture. A growing network of dissident people in/around the tech industry continue to build the framework for alternative platforms on the internet, and now Big Tech is starting to realize it is actually possible for ants to eat an elephant.
Notice how the focus of concern from within the Axios article is not about the creation of the alternative platforms per se’; what the Empire is really angered about is that money is available to support the rebel alliance. “Many of these efforts couldn’t exist without the backing of major corporate figures and billionaires who are eager to push back against things like “censorship” and “cancel culture,” the Empire says; as the officials inside the system gnash their teeth in anger.
That section under “why it matters” tells us the Empire storm troopers, FBI, DOJ and government regulatory agencies, are likely to target the financial mechanisms, people and groups, who help fund the Rebel Alliance. Watch for it.
The Empire is worried about these cloud-based hosting possibilities and the creation of server banks to support dissident voices. Everything from video platforms and book publishing companies are being created outside of the control of the Empire. They are starting to worry how their business models will be affected as their audience shrinks. Thus, the government subsidizing of these Big Tech platforms is likely to become more prevalent in the future.
Outgoing Mayor Bill de Blasio has announced a “first in the nation” vaccine mandate for all people who live and work in New York City. During a media appearance on MSBNC this morning, the mayor said: […] “as of today we are going to announce a first in the nation measure, our Health Commissioner will announce a vaccine mandate for private sectors employers across the board. All private sector employers in New York City will be covered by this vaccine mandate as of December 27th.”
Three days before he leaves office, the compulsory vaccine mandate goes into effect. [NPR Link] The mandate applies to all private and government sector workers and businesses. The mandate also applies to children over the age of five. All parents will be required to vaccinate their children and there will be no testing option.
No one in New York City will be permitted to avoid being defined as “fully vaccinated”, and that definition is likely to change as determined by the need for booster shots as dictated by government officials. The era of the full vaccination passport has arrived in New York City.
Details of the new mandate will be released on December 15th, after the city has an opportunity to evaluate the backlash. However, it is widely anticipated that enforcement mechanisms will be put into place with police officers from the Ministry of COVID Compliance doing random checks on businesses and patrons.
There are no details on the tourist side of this equation, but it would only be common sense to say that any/all visitors to New York City would have to be compliant with the city standards within the vaccination mandate. In essence, New York City is walling itself off from the non-‘fully‘-vaccinated with whatever level of boosters the city would require to be vaccine compliant for entry.
(New York Times) […] “Mr. de Blasio said the new measure would apply to about 184,000 businesses. Employees who work in-person at private companies must have one dose of the vaccine by Dec. 27; remote workers will not be required to get the vaccine. There is no testing option as an alternative.
The city plans to offer exemptions for valid medical or religious reasons, Mr. de Blasio said. City officials will release detailed guidelines about issues like enforcement by Dec. 15 after consulting with business leaders.
[…] The mayor also announced that the rules for dining and entertainment would apply to children ages 5 to 11, who must have one dose to enter restaurants and theaters starting on Dec. 14, and that the requirement for adults would increase from one dose of a vaccine to two starting on Dec. 27, except for those who initially received the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine. What was once conspiracy theory in 2020 is now taking place starting in New York City. Unfortunately, this is exactly as expected. New York and Los Angeles are likely the two metropolitan locations in the U.S. where the full COVID compliance system, vaccine passports, will be tested…. and it won’t stop there.
Right now, as you are reading this, under the guise of enhancing your safety, the U.S. federal government is in discussions with multinational corporations and employers of citizens to create a more efficient process for you to register your vaccine compliance.
You may know their conversation under the terminology of a COVID passport. The current goal is to make a system for you to show your authorized work status; which, as you know, is based on your obedience to a mandated vaccine.
Beta tests are being conducted in various nations, each with different perspectives and constitutional limitations based on pesky archaic rules and laws that govern freedom. For the western, or for lack of a better word ‘democratic‘ outlook, Australia is leading the way with their technological system of vaccination check points and registered state/national vaccination status tied to your registration identification.
The checkpoints are essentially gateways where QR codes are being scanned from the cell phones of the compliant vaccinated citizen. Yes comrades, there’s an App for that.
Currently the vaccine status scans are registered by happy compliance workers, greeters at the entry to the business or venue. Indeed, the WalMart greeter has a new gadget to scan your phone prior to allowing you custody of a shopping cart.
In restaurants, the host or hostess has a similar compliance scanner to check you in prior to seating or reservation confirmation.
It’s simple and fun. You pull up your QR code on your cell phone (aka portable transponder and registration device), using the registration App, and your phone is scanned delivering a green check response to confirm your correct vaccination status and authorized entry.
The Australian government, at both a federal and state level, is working closely with Big Tech companies (thirsting for the national contract) to evaluate the best universal process that can be deployed nationwide.
As noted by all six Premiers in the states down under, hardware (scanners) and software (registration) systems are all being tested to find the most comprehensive/convenient portable units to settle upon. Meanwhile in the U.S., cities like Los Angeles and New York await the beta test conclusion before deploying their own version of the same process.
In Europe, they are also testing their vaccine checkpoint and registration processes known as the EU “Green Pass.”
The “Green Pass” is a similar technological system that gives a vaccinated and registered citizen access to all the venues and locations previously locked down while the COVID-19 virus was being mitigated. What would have been called a “vast right-wing conspiracy theory” 24 months ago, is now a COVID passport process well underway.
As with all things in our rapid technological era, you do not have to squint to see the horizon and accept that eventually this process will automate, and there will be a gadget or scanning gateway automatically granting you access without a person needing to stand there and scan each cell phone QR code individually.
The automated process just makes sense. You are well aware your cell phone already transmits an electronic beacon enabling your Uber or Lyft driver access to your location at the push of a touchscreen button, another convenient App on your phone. So, why wouldn’t the gateways just accept this same recognizable transmission as registration of your vaccine compliant arrival at the coffee shop?
The automated version is far easier and way more cool than having to reach into your pocket or purse and pulling up that pesky QR code on the screen. Smiles everyone, the partnership between Big Tech and Big Government is always there to make your transit more streamline and seamless. Heck, you won’t even notice the electronic receiver mounted at the entry. Give it a few weeks and you won’t remember the reason you were laughing at Alex Jones any more than you remember why you are taking off your shoes at the airport.
However, as this process is created, it is worth considering that you are being quietly changed from an individual person to a product. Some are starting to worry in the beta test:

All product-based systems have these gates to control the flow of stock and weed out errors. It is how computers see things. The more gates, the more clarity.
You are updating the government like a parcel pings Australia Post on its way to a customer. If a fault is found, automatic alerts are issued and you are stopped from proceeding. In New South Wales, this comes in the form of a big red ‘X’ on the myGov vaccine passport app (if you managed to link your Medicare account without smashing the phone to bits).
Gate-keeping systems have been adapted from retail and transformed into human-based crowd solutions to micromanage millions of lives with the same ruthless efficiency as barcodes tracking stock. There is no nuance or humanity in this soulless digital age. Barcodes are binary. Good – bad. Citizen or dissident.
Even if you have all the required government attributes to pass through the gates – two vaccines, six boosters, and a lifelong subscription to Microsoft – something could go wrong. If your data fails the scan, you’ll slip into digital purgatory and become an error message. (read more)
It could be problematic if your status fails to register correctly, or if the system identifies some form of non-compliance that will block you from entry. Then again, that’s what beta tests are for, working out all these techno bugs and stuff. Not to worry…. move along….
Then again… “For those in the privileged class allowed to shop, take note of Covid signs which encourage cashless transactions under the guise of ‘health’. Messaging around cards being ‘safer’ will increase until the Treasury tries to remove cash entirely, almost certainly with public approval.”
Wait, now we are squinting at that familiar image on the horizon because we know those who control things have been talking about a cashless society for quite a while.
We also know that data is considered a major commodity all by itself. Why do you think every system you encounter in the modern era requires your phone number even when you are not registering for anything. It, meaning you, us, are all getting linked into this modern registration system that is defining our status. We also know that system operators buy and sell our registered status amid various retail and technology systems.
Yeah, that opaque shadow is getting a little clearer now.
Perhaps you attempt to purchase dog food and get denied entry into Pet Smart because you didn’t renew the car registration. Or perhaps you are blocked from entry because you forgot to change the oil on the leased vehicle you drive, and Toyota has this weird agreement with some retail consortium. You head to the oil change place that conveniently pops up in the citizen compliance App –it’s only two blocks away– they clear the alert after they do the oil, and you are gateway compliant again.
Missed your booster shot? We’re sorry citizen, your bank account is frozen until your compliance is restored… please proceed to the nearest vaccination office as displayed conveniently on your cell phone screen to open access to all further gates (checkpoints)…. TAP SCREEN TO CONTINUE.
What we described over a decade ago in this image, when we said everyone needed to start thinking about it and planning the choices carefully with your family, has just been announced.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) and chief medical advisor to the White House, presented with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) director, Rochelle Walensky during the Press Briefings by the White House COVID-19 Response Team and Public Health Officials. Although Fauci could offer “no proof” that the vaccines will work on the Omicron variant of concern, Fauci declared that a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine should offer some amount of “cross-protection” against this new variant. Why would Fauci be so fast to come to this conclusion, given so many unknowns, from transmissibility to actual severity of the disease? America’s top doctor declared during this press conference that the health authorities should know more within “a matter of days to weeks.” But Fauci used this forum to again, emphasize the importance of using this presently unknown risk to get vaccinated. Meanwhile, WHO as of late last week reported so far no deaths from the Omicron variant of concern.
Fauci went on to show a presentation that purports to back his claims that a booster will help with omicron, despite the acknowledged lack of any proof at this point. Fauci continued, using the Delta variant as an example, saying that by September:
“Unvaccinated people in the United States had almost a six percent increased risk of getting infected and getting COVID-19 compared to fully vaccinated, and about 11-fold increased risk of being hospitalized, and a 14 increased risk of dying when you compare individuals who are fully vaccinated versus unvaccinated.”
Because “in vitro studies” indicate positive impact of boosters—“markedly,” increasing antibody titers “against a wide range of variants,” Fauci continues, positioning that it’s better to be safe than sorry declaring:
“One of the things we now know, and it’s becoming increasingly apparent, is that when you get a high level of antibody—and as shown in the slide in an animal model…when you look at the third dose, you increase the levels of neutralizing antibodies against all the variants.” Of course, this leads to “an increase in levels of memory B cells and T cells, which strongly suggest that boosters it will give you cross-protection against a number of variants.”
Fauci was summarizing data from different vaccines. With Moderna in people ages 18 to 64, titers rise from 55 to 872 by 28 days post the third jab, which is more than the rise after the second shot. Moreover, titers increase from 32 to 708 in elderly adults (65 and up) at 28 days after the boost.
Moreover, with BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech), the third shot boosts 50% serum neutralization titers to 1,321 from 241 in people ages18 to 55 while that same measurement spikes to 1,479 from 123 in the elderly (age 65 to 88)—all based on data from a piece in the New England Journal of Medicine.
The top doctor doesn’t utter a word about natural immunity and the risks of the vaccine, especially if people have higher amounts of antibodies. TrialSite recently covered growing reports of adverse events and the need for a COVID-19 vaccine adverse event patient advocacy organization.
The fear here is that few have their antibodies measured. In some cases, they may already be high, and a booster could potentially trigger an overreaction. As Fauci doesn’t raise the importance of natural immunity nor systematic measurement of antibody levels prior to a third inoculation, the true risk of the booster vaccine isn’t known. Moreover, we do not know if the booster vaccine will help with this new variant seemingly originating out of the southern region of Africa.
Inflation in the doomed Eurozone increased 4.9% in November, marking the highest level of inflation since the creation of the euro. The larger economies within the bloc experienced a significant rise in inflation, with Germany posting a 6% increase and France experiencing a 3.4% rise. Other nations saw extreme spikes such as Estonia and Lithuania that reported increases of 8.4% and 9.3%.
Artificially lowering rates has backfired; the inverse relationship between reducing rates and increased inflation is now extremely apparent. Like the Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank (ECB) is aiming for a 2% inflation target. The ECB does not see anything wrong with its current policy. ECB President Christine Lagarde said that the bank will not raise rates in 2022, although they anticipate inflation to continue into the new year. “We still see inflation moderating in the next year, but it will take longer to decline than originally expected,” Lagarde stated in mid-November. Instead of changing the policy, Lagarde will simply revise inflation forecasts at the December meeting, marking the sixth consecutive time the ECB has done so. She should take a page from Powell’s book and retire the term “transitory” when discussing inflation.

As you know I am a longtime subscriber and active treater of Covid-19 patients. There is no doubt that this pandemic has been used for political purposes in much of the world, particularly the US and Europe. One only has to ask why cheap therapeutics were not only dismissed but their use actively prevented. Why isn’t natural immunity recognized at all let alone acknowledged as superior to vaccine mediated immunity. It really is a crime against humanity.

REPLY: This entire scenario of using a virus right down to deliberately releasing it in China was laid out in October 2019 at a conference but my sources say this plan took real form by August 2019 and Gates bought into BioTech in September the next month. I fear it will take the military to rise up to save humanity and defend against this foreign invasion.
Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger of the WHO has come out against corruption. This is the basics of what she said in this interview in Norway that would never take place in the United States.
“It was special: Organizations such as GAVI – the Global Alliance for Vaccine Immunization led by Bill Gates – they came to WHO in 2006 with funding. Since then, the WHO has developed into a new type of international organization. GAVI gained more and more influence, and total immunity, more than the diplomats in the UN. GAVI can do exactly what they want, the police can do nothing.”
The WHO underwent an audit in 2014 and after that, it became more like a company with countries as its subsidiaries.
“When I worked with international relations in the WHO in 2013, I saw that GAVI came in more and more. GAVI presented a global action plan for vaccination 2012-2020. That is, eight years where GAVI had everything in their hands. Bill Gates handled the vaccination, he took over.”
She said the pandemic was most certainly planned. ” You can see this from all the documents. Everyone can analyze them, they are in the open, right in front of our eyes.”
She has said what I have been hearing from doctors that without autopsies, there is no real evidence of death. She said: “This is not easy to know, because autopsies are not performed. There are a lot of lies and scams in science, and in the systems. The PCR test is one example, the doctor can not use it diagnostically. Doctors are paid to claim that deaths are due to Covid, based on PCR that does not work. Very often this happens without an autopsy. They say the death is due to Covid, even when it is not.”
I have explained that the government was covering COVID so hospitals are paid to claim that deaths are due to Covid, based on PCR that does not work. I have said that I was personally test FIVE times and it was negative, yet two doctors said they believed I had gotten COVID. When I said I did not know anyone with COVID, they said I could have simply gotten it when pumping gas. So I said the masks do nothing. They said pretty much.
Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger added:
“It is terrible that one does not do clinical research, one only obtains information from the hospitals. It is unique in pandemic history that the data is not available. In the United States, 17 000 deaths from vaccinations are reported, including children and babies. It is not ethical to continue. So far in the United States, the death toll is three times higher than the total of all vaccines in the last 35 years. These are official figures, without clinical research or validation. The research is not finished, but the vaccination continues. It’s awful, really criminal.”
There are reports coming from around the world that I am receiving which I cannot yet fully confirm, but the sources are diverse. The claims are that stillbirths are exploding among vaccinated mothers. To think that politicians are deliberately suppressing such claims demonstrates that these people no longer “represent” the people. You simply do not act this way if you have any morality. It is a heartbreaking experience to lose your child. I know what that is like after losing my first son. It’s not something one takes lightly.
There are others coming out as has Dr. Harvey Risch, a professor of epidemiology at Yale School of Public Health. I truly wish this has all been just a conspiracy theory. But this is a battle shaping up between good and evil, and it is very evil.
There is a new dress code on Wall Street. Bank of America is urging employees to “dress down” amid surging crime in NYC. The bank is even asking employees to forego attire containing the bank’s logo. Citibank and other major banks are offering employees a shuttle service to work as their cars, job titles, and attire make them an easy target for desperate criminals. A source told the NY Post that attacks on working professionals in New York has become “frequent, if not common” and they personally have experienced about a dozen altercations. Another anonymous source said he was attacked by a knife-wielding criminal on his way into the office. These are working professionals who are trying to earn a legitimate living. The “eat the rich” sentiment has turned into complete class warfare.
NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio vowed to defund the police in 2020 to appease the same voters who are now begging for protection. The Black Lives Matter (BLM) protestors wielded pictures of George Floyd and convinced the mayor to cut $1 billion from the NYPD budget and $500 million from its capital budget The misguided social justice warriors from BLM, partially composed of privileged white kids, ignored calls from the black communities of NYC to have an increased police presence in their areas. In April 2021, de Blasio reversed course and began funding the police force.
As a result of pandering policies, crime in NYC has spiked by 42% in the past two years. In the 28 days leading up to November 28, there was a 15% YoY increase in felony assaults. In October, crime in the city rose 11.2% YoY; robberies increased 15.8% (1,450 v 1,252), and felony assaults rose 13.8% (2,123 v 1,865). Auto thefts have increased 15% in one year alone.
The media is vilifying the right-wing for inciting the January 6 incident nearly a year after it occurred. No one is being held accountable for promoting class warfare in the media.
