Is COVID-19 A Test Run For The Power-Hungry Democrats’ Green New Deal?The plague that has shut down the entire world by keeping people hostage in their own homes is,  as President Donald Trump calls it, an “Invisible Enemy”.  “Invisible” in the respect that all of those who count on gaining from it, are no longer visible anywhere in the flesh, but waiting it out from the safe distance of the virtual world where they can be only be seen digitally.

Having hoarded ice cream and plenty of chocolate, they wait out in lavish comfort for November 3, 2020, in an election that Barack and Michelle Obama promise to make a total mail-in vote for two-term former Vice President Joe Biden.

Not having to clock in for work, elected officials don’t have to wait on the mail for their guaranteed but vastly unearned pay checks.

Only President Trump, surrounded by a sea of medical experts, led by two Obama holdovers,  who count on ‘mitigation’ against the spread of the pandemic, is working.

Knowing at heart that he will be blamed for every tragic death in a seeming runaway pandemic of many names, he is attacked daily by the ‘journalists’ in the White House Press Corps.

You can see it daily on television, where because there is no work outside the home, you now have nothing better to do.

But the one name you will NEVER hear attached to COVID-19 is the Green New Deal, an Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez proposed package of United States legislation that aims to address climate change and economic inequality.  One that every elected Democrat—still pretending that it’s “only” a draft—is fully backing.

Is COVID-19, which has brought the entire world to a sudden halt, a test run for the power-hungry Democrats’ Green New Deal?

“According to The Washington Post (February 11, 2019), the resolution calls for a “10-year national mobilization” whose primary goals would be (Wikipedia):

“Guaranteeing a job with a family-sustaining wage, adequate family and medical leave, paid vacations, and retirement security to all people of the United States.”

“Providing all people of the United States with – (i) high-quality health care; (ii) affordable, safe, and adequate housing; (iii) economic security; and (iv) access to clean water, clean air, healthy and affordable food, and nature.”

“Providing resources, training, and high-quality education, including higher education, to all people of the United States.”

“Meeting 100 percent of the power demand in the United States through clean, renewable, and zero-emission energy sources.”

“Repairing and upgrading the infrastructure in the United States, including . . . by eliminating pollution and greenhouse gas emissions as much as technologically feasible.”

“Building or upgrading to energy-efficient, distributed, and ‘smart’ power grids, and working to ensure affordable access to electricity.”

“Upgrading all existing buildings in the United States and building new buildings to achieve maximal energy efficiency, water efficiency, safety, affordability, comfort, and durability, including through electrification.”

Sound familiar, folks?

“Overhauling transportation systems in the United States to eliminate pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector as much as is technologically feasible, including through investment in – (i) zero-emission vehicle infrastructure and manufacturing; (ii) clean, affordable, and accessible public transportation; and (iii) high-speed rail.”

“Spurring massive growth in clean manufacturing in the United States and removing pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from manufacturing and industry as much as is technologically feasible.”

“Working collaboratively with farmers and ranchers in the United States to eliminate pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from the agricultural sector as much as is technologically feasible.”

“Overhauling transportation systems in the United States to eliminate pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector as much as is technologically feasible, including through investment in:

  1. zero-emission vehicle infrastructure and manufacturing;
  2. clean, affordable, and accessible public transportation;
  3. high-speed rail.

Sound familiar, folks?

Look what’s already happened to the transportation sector in ‘The Time of the Coronavirus’ with the airline business all but bankrupt needing the lifeblood of government bailouts.

With their Coronavirus New Green Deal test run, governments, not just in America, but in the country next door and beyond that have proven how easy it is to force people to shelter at home with threats of fining—or even jailing—if they step outside their doors.

Tragically, millions of small businesses won’t be coming back when Doctors Tony Fauci and Deborah Birx proclaim it is safe to come out again.

The COVID-19 medical rescue is already following where the pattern of the proposed ‘rescue’ from man-made global warming/climate change is taking the world—the scientists believing that climate change is man-made being the only voices allowed to be heard.

The President’s Coronavirus Task Force hears only Doctors Fauci and Birx—shutting out all other doctors who disagree with their mitigation charts—including the renowned immunology advocate Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai.

Why not bring their voices to the Corona Task Force with so many lives at stake?

Meanwhile, the forbidden-to-work masses, wait for the other shoe to drop: the dreaded day when Fauci and Birx claim that all who died from what they touted as the worst human plague since 1917-18 is the fault of ‘Killer’ Last Man Standing President Donald Trump.

Creating the New War That will Justify the Confiscation of American Assets in China

In Europe, the EU has used this coronavirus to justify nationalizing companies if the Chinese try to invest in any. In the United States, Congress wants to enact legislation to let Americans sue China over coronavirus damages. What is astonishing about this is that it has been established law that no American can sue the government with the government’s permission. Just last year, the Supreme Court which previously held that where one state could be sued in another back in 1979 in Nevada v. Hall, they have now overruled that decision holding that states have sovereign immunity in Franchise Tax Board of California v. Hyatt. The court wrote that the Hall court misinterpreted the framers’ intention that states should retain their immunity from lawsuits at the founding of the Constitution. If an American cannot sue a state or the federal government unless it expressly waives its sovereign immunity. I FAIL to understand how Congress can possibly waive the sovereign immunity of China. This is inviting war because someone will sue China, the decision will be political without proof, and then a judgment would be entered against the assets in the United States. This will ONLY invite China to start confiscating American assets in China. If you wanted to know how hard the West is going to fall, you now have the answer.

This is a political BRAIN DEAD decision. How about a real special prosecutor to investigate the connections right here in the West that created the lockdown which China did not inflict upon the West. That might reveal some facts nobody wants to deal with. Americans should be able to sue their local states for damages because they violated the Constitution and the Commerce Clause. How about a class-action lawsuit to open that door? I am sure they will raise sovereign immunity!

Bill Gates to me is highly inconsistent. He is a huge supporter of Climate Change and has done his TED Talks on lowering CO2 to Zero. Of course, the Climate Change contingent is all about reducing the population which is now about 7.5 billion and Gates laments it will hit 9 billion. So for someone who is so concerned about Global Warming, he has three kids but has funded a microchip to implant into women as a contraceptive. That’s right, a computer chip that can be controlled remotely to prevent getting pregnant.

The contraceptive chip is to be implanted under a woman’s skin, releasing a small dose of levonorgestrel, a hormone. This will happen every day for 16-years and can be controlled using a wireless remote device. The project has been backed by none other than Bill Gates. The question I have is hacking. If it can be controlled remotely, then it should be also possible for it to be hacked like any computer to ensure someone never gets pregnant.

I have previously told the story about attending a White House dinner in Washington back in 1996 when I was seated with the entire Environmental groups. It was a Washington elite political dinner and because I attended with my friend Dick Fox who was Chairman of Temple University and I was an adviser to the University, whoever it was that made the seating arrangements for these tables of 10  seated us with the environmental groups. That was a serious mistake (Yes the Business School at Temple is named after Dick Fox).

Dick had come from a real estate background, so he was not the classic academic type. Dick was the one who kept trying to drag the truth out these Environmentalists and he accomplished that. We were seated with the heads of all the top three environmental organizations. Dick kept interrogating them since he came from the real estate world. Dick managed to get them to admit that the real goal was to reduce the human population by making it difficult to expand and build houses.

This theory of reducing the population began with the Environmentalist. Back in the Nineties, they were labeling everything wetlands to prevent construction. Their theory was simple, they could reduce the ability to expand housing and thus shrink the population. That seemed very naive to me. Nevertheless, Dick kept interrogating them and succeeded in getting them to admit that this was all about reducing the population. Dick finally moved in for the kill: “So who’s grandchild are you trying to prevent from being born? Yours’s or mine?”

The Environmentalists moved from Wetlands to calling it Global Warming following James Hansen and others who published the 1981 study Climate impact of increasing atmospheric carbon dioxide.Of course, that was undermined by many new studies, but the press prefers to ignore those.

 

The climate has always changed long before humans ever invented the combustion engine. The same people who were behind the Wetlands in the Nineties, became the Global Warming protesters by 2000, and then as the climate turned colder, they switched the label to Climate Change and took credit for the drop in temperature as well.

They then used a 16-year old girl to get their message into the Media and at the World Economic Forum in Davos coached by Jennifer Morgan of Greenpeace. When that was not moving fast enough, they switched gears because Climate Change would not kill people for decades and there was too much resistance.

 

To move this issue to a global emergency, they have moved from Climate Change to we will all die if we do not remain locked-down and vaccinated. Meanwhile, they have succeeded in shutting down the world economy which was their goal all along. The problem which has emerged is that they have unleashed a Great Depression which is highly likely in unleashing a new World War and the US and China blame each other for creating a virus that would NEVER have warranted this type of reaction but for all the health organizations controlled by Bill Gates with the common link to both the virus and Climate Change.

The common thread that has run through all of this nonsense is this theory that we are doomed unless we curtail the population. This is linear thinking and the population has always gone through cycles. It too has never been linear. Many countries were paying subsidies to have children. Japan has an elderly population who are working long-term because the youth have not been getting married, no less having children. The same is true in Europe, Russia, and America.

ANSWER: I would agree to do another brief one. But I am not sure you can do any sort of a gathering right now. Maybe here in Florida where we are not locked-down. The previous one I did was in Vermont. Certainly, I cannot fly there right now. Otherwise, I guess it would have to be a virtual event I suppose. Not sure they do that.

World Health Organization Demanded Sweden Lock Down To Cover Its Own Fraud

The New York Times and others are out in full force to defend Bill Gates, their savior of the world. They distort everything and try to pretend he is this wonderful man who only has our best interests at heart. They also refuse to address how the World Health Organization has carried out the greatest fraud perhaps in modern history and the links of the United Nations to the drive for Climate Change also go back to Bill Gates. What they do not want to talk about is how Sweden did not lockdown its economy and its viruses cases were no worse than the countries that destroyed their economies for this exaggerated virus.

 

The press refuses to expose the World Health Organization (WHO) which called for Sweden to take more action, telling CNN that it is “imperative” that Sweden “increase measures to control spread of the virus, prepare and increase capacity of the health system to cope, ensure physical distancing and communicate the why and how of all measures to the population.”

Note that the entire theory for the lockdown was that they agreed with Neil Ferguson of Imperial College, also a target for donations from the Gates Foundation, that 2 million Americans would die and we would not have enough bed space to accommodate the people. The argument of Gates and the WHO was there would not be enough bed space to accommodate everyone ill so that meant we had to shut the economy down (bringing CO2 to zero) and destroy jobs to reduce the need for bed space. There are soup kitchens appearing in places like Thailand for people have been pushed to the brink of starvation by Gates & the WHO losing jobs in third world economies.

Trump sent in the Army Core of Engineers and they constructed the proposed bed space which was never filled up. He even sent Navy hospital ships to New York which were not used. He sent so many respirators that now they are offering them to other states. None of the forecasts of Gates, his slew of funded organizations have every proven correct. The New York Times and the rest of the socialist media will never raise that point – EVER!

Why is the New York Times, Washington Post, and the rest of the left media so intent upon destroying our liberty? This is a real mystery. Do these journalists even understand the world they are supporting that we should live in will destroy the freedom of their own children? Perhaps they are just climate change fanatics and hate children to save the planet. It makes no sense. How about just reporting the facts for once? I supposed what’s next – Bill Gates for President?

The WHO has tried to ignore Sweden where they did not lockdown everyone and the death rate was no worse than any other country and in fact. Sweden stands as a testament that this has been the greatest scam of all time which has used a virus to achieve the very same goals as Climate Change. The Gates Foundation has donated at least $1.5 billion to WHO. Why do American taxpayers need to hand them more money when Gates says jump and they ask how high? Gate’s number one favorite donation is Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance.

UNDER NO CONDITIONS should President Trump resume any support for WHO. All health organizations that want to pretend to be unbiased governmental agencies MUST stop taking private donations. That includes the CDC, NIH, and the WHO. Any university that accepts donations from the Gates Foundation should be PROHIBITED from providing any such studies whatsoever given (i.e. Ferguson) that they have ALL been wrong concerning this staged viral Plandemic (a more realistic term for what they have done). New Jersey Directorate Arrests Subversive Citizen For Organizing Protest Against The State…

Comrades, let this serve as a warning to like-minded subversives who would attempt to defy the lock-down orders of Commissar Phil Murphy.   If wrong-thoughts continue to be expressed, it may become necessary for the Ministry of Coronavirus Compliance to deduct 500 credits from your social compliance score. Please do not put the Ministry in the position of having to make such decisions. Compliance is in your best interest.

A liberty-minded woman in New Jersey has been charged with crimes against the state.

Her infraction was organizing a protest, a rebellion against state interests, and violating Governor Phil Murphy’s quarantine.  For the crime of allegedly planning a protestagainst statewide stay-at-home orders, Mrs. Kim Pagan has been labeled an enemy of the state.

New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal and State Police Superintendent Colonel Patrick J. Callahan identified the woman’s infraction in a daily offense bulletin intended to outline the identity of non-compliant citizens acting outside the boundaries of state authority.   Scofflaws will not be tolerated within the confines of the Garden State.

A rogue citizen could put a compliant society at risk of infection. They may not just carry biologics they could carry a more alarming virus of wrong-thought against the interests of the state. Rogue citizens would be subversive to our new society.

[Crime and Law] […] According to that enforcement update release, Kim Pagan of Toms River was the mind behind a Friday protest at the statehouse in Trenton, New Jersey. Covered by national media, an unknown number of protesters reportedly waved American flags, honked their car horns and shouted “no more fear” through a megaphone.

According to New York’s NBC affiliate, WNBC, one protestor’s car bore a hand-scrawled message in shoe polish which read: “PLANDEMIC.”

Similar protests have occurred in a few other states, but the American public is widely in favor of listening to public health officials’ recommendations. Many genuine civil libertarians have accepted the restrictive safety regimes. The far-right protests do not appear to have any sort of widespread support. Pagan’s action was reportedly the first in the tri-state area, according to WNBC.

Pagan was charged by New Jersey State Police with violating Murphy’s Coronavirus-inspired emergency order “by organizing a prohibited event” near the statehouse and elsewhere in the capital city in which “protesters gathered” in order “to demonstrate against the Governor’s Executive Orders,” according to authorities. When you see that justice is measured, not by due process, but by compulsion; when you see that in order to invoke your first amendment right to speech; or your sixth amendment right to due process, you must obtain permission from men who rebuke our constitution; when you see that justice is determined by those who leverage, not in law, but in politics; when you see that men get power over individual liberty by graft and by scheme, and our representatives don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you; when you see corruption holding influence, and individual liberty so easily dispatched and nullified; you will know that your freedom too is soon to perish.

The COVID Compliance Ministry appreciates good citizens who comply with the interests of the state.  Good citizenship is rewarded with enhanced credits allowing access to a safe COVID Compliant Society. A safer society; where the odds will always be in your favor.

A reminder:… During this economic war residents within the Blue occupied territories will be held captive to the political whims of their regional generals.

The economic freedom and liberty zone will encompass the Red region. The center of the country, mid west, southern region (surrounding the Gulf of Mexico) and south eastern Atlantic region. These areas will be open to commerce and economic freedom.

However, the urban dense populations (Blue pockets within Red zones) will push-back against the efforts of the Red generals in an attempt to retain alignment with their Blue team generals. Depending on the strength of the urban forces there may be roadblocks, sabotage, skirmishes and political violence against the freedom & liberty Red team.

Red captives within the Blue zones will have to be smart and strategic. Big Blue tech will be assisting the totalitarian Blue generals. Direct confrontation against the Blue forces should be avoided, and it will likely be a better strategy to fight stealthily as insurgents.

Any Red team member of the economic freedom alliance, trapped within a Blue region, is warned to evaluate their connection to their electronic devices. Your cell phones could be used as portable transponders expose your movement and your political views.

This is going to be one hell of a battle. A Spring and Summer conflict looms like we’ve never seen in the history of U.S. politics.

CNN Journalist Cries Under the Strain of His Pathetically Soft Wokeness…

As a nation the Wuhan Virus has framed a re-evaluation of priority: faith, family, community and freedom.   Seeing totalitarian Blue state governors so easy dispatch liberty and individual rights reminds us to rekindle the flickering flame of freedom.

Modern journalists, no more essential to life than scripted narrative engineers dancing as puppets on strings in boxes, are inconsequential. The true American story is not built upon celebrity; but rather grit, callouses and dirty fingernails.  Farmers, truck drivers, stock clerks and supermarket cashiers are essential; …dancing puppets, not so much.

Facing this reality a generation of pathetically soft and feeble sorts; lemmings from the spine-harvesting indoctrination machines that turn bone into jelly-fish membrane; collapse as they recognize just how pathetic they are.  Inconsequential gnats carrying a life-skill as useful as sand in the Sahara.

Desperate and yearning for someone, anyone, to reaffirm their importance, the miserable and pitiful harbingers of irrelevance cry out in a desperate quest for meaning. Please forgive my frank and direct response, but apparently someone needs to call the baby ugly.

Good grief man, cowboy-the-f*ck-up.  You are not being tossed a pack of Lucky Strikes and told to storm the beaches of Normandy.  You have to wash your hands, stop touching your face and sit on your ass while keeping distant from the check-out-girl.  This ain’t hard.

That said, Stelter’s “journalism” has evolved into back-slapping pundits reveling in process; and as a consequence it completely ignores the end point, misses the bottom line, doesn’t actually SEE the subject matter, never actually learns what might be discovered.

Here’s a tip to Stelter:  Cry more. The reality of your misery is worse than you can even imagine.  Your enterprise is not only irrelevant, but your self-indulgent cries for affirmation are meaningless. Every fiber of your woeful existence is inadequate in an era when grit, fortitude, perseverance & strength are the greatest human commodity.

Cry more.  What you provide is useless. Your professional existence has no merit.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, any average hard-working American is worth more today than all those who chase the golden statues of Hollywood; and ultimately if they want to go down the superiority path, what they provide is useless.

  • Florida Power and Light won the prestigious International Edward Demming award for excellence in multi-platform engineering and efficiency superiority. They didn’t blow every PhD intellectual out of the water with slide rules, CAD programs and engineering acumen. They did it with hard hats and dirty fingernails.

Because they lost the award, the Japanese spent 6 months studying FPL and later published a 1,000 page dissertation essentially saying FPL “wasn’t really good, they were just lucky”….. FPL field leadership laughed, took out markers and wrote on the back of their hard hats: “WE’RE NOT GOOD, WE’RE RUCKY”….

  • When every single Kuwaiti oil field was blown up by Saddam Hussein, they said it would take over five years to cap them all off and restart their oil pumping industry. The Kuwaitis and Saudis called Texans, who had them all capped and back in working order in ten months.

We are a nation that knows how to get shit done.

  • When the Northern Chile mine workers were trapped two miles underground, they said no-one could save them. Who did they call for help? A bunch of hick miners from USA coal country who went down there, worked on the fly, engineered the rescue equipment on site, and saved every one of them….

That’s our America.

Don’t lose sight of it.

  • When a half-breed Islamic whack job, armed with an AK-47 and a goal to meet his virgins, begins opening fire on a train in France, the Americans on board didn’t run to the nearest safe room and hide themselves amid baguettes and brie. They said “let’s go”, and beat the stuffing out of that little nut with a death wish.

Legion d’Honneur or not, that’s us.  That’s you.

That’s just how we roll.

Lady Liberty can stroll along the Champs-Elysées with a swagger befitting Mae West because without her arrival they’d be speaking German in the Louvre.  Yet for the better part of the past several decades groups of intellectual something-or-others have been selling an insufferable narrative about it being better sitting around a campfire eating sustainable algae cakes and picking parasites off each other.

Enough!

In case you missed it, it wasn’t FEMA driving jacked-up monster trucks into the flooded neighborhoods around Houston Texas to rescue people from their homes; it was a bunch of glorious rednecks assembled like the second division of the Cajun Navy… which also just happens to be a fabulous bunch of shallow water boat operators who convoy their gear voluntarily into the aftermath of hurricanes and floods.

That’s America folks; in all her magnificent colorblind glory.

Git-r’-done ain’t government.

Live your best life.

You only have this moment once; and that moment is right now.

We are not going gently into the bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we will make with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from this day forward will be forced to note, even if the Brian Stelters despise us in their writing of it.

WHEN WILL FREEDOM BREAK OUT?


Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, the outspoken socialist, referred to Christianity as a ‘ridiculous superstition.”

The Democrats have become the socialist party. They have become the anti-Christian party. Bernie Sanders constantly railed against ‘religious bigotry.” He was referring to Christianity, because many Christians do not like transvestites in demonic garb making sexual advances toward children at public libraries. Christians do not like abortion. The Democrats love abortion with an almost religious fervor. They worship it. They want to harass anyone who disagrees with them.

That’s what the police have been doing to churchgoers during this scamdemic. We have seen pastors and churchgoers getting arrested and fined. It’s an outrage. Social distancing is merely a recommendation from corrupt medical ‘authorities’ such as Dr. Fauci. It’s not the law. The Constitution trumps their recommendations and We The People have a right to freely travel. We have a right to assemble. The police are violating their oath to the Constitution by carrying out illegal mandates from tyrants.

Amid a series of documents released by the Senate Judiciary Committee [SEE HERE] there is a rather alarming letter from the DOJ to the FISA Court in July 2018 that points toward an institutional cover-up.   [Link to Letter]

Before getting to the substance of the letter, it’s important to put the release in context.  After the FISA Court reviewed the DOJ inspector general report, the FISC ordered the DOJ-NSD to declassify and release documents related to the Carter Page FISA application.

In the cover letter for this specific release to the Senate Judiciary and Senate Intelligence committees, the DOJ cites the January 7, 2020, FISA court order:

Keep in mind that prior to this release only the FISA court had seen this letter from the DOJ-National Security Division (DOJ-NSD).  As we walk through the alarming content of this letter I think you’ll identify the motive behind the FISC order to release it.

First, the letter in question was sent by the DOJ-NSD to the FISA Court on July 12, 2018.  It is critical to keep the date of the letter in mind as we review the content.

Aside from the date the important part of the first page is the motive for sending it. The DOJ is telling the court in July 2018: based on what they know the FISA application still contains “sufficient predication for the Court to have found probable cause” to approve the application.   The DOJ is defending the Carter Page FISA application as still valid.

However, it is within the justification of the application that alarm bells are found. On page six the letter identifies the primary participants behind the FISA redactions:

As you can see: Christopher Steele is noted as “Source #1”.  Glenn Simpson of Fusion-GPS is noted as “identified U.S. person” or “business associate”; and Perkins Coie is the “U.S-based law firm.”

Now things get very interesting.

On page #8 when discussing Christopher Steele’s sub-source, the DOJ notes the FBI found him to be truthful and cooperative.

This is an incredibly misleading statement to the FISA court because what the letter doesn’t say is that 18-months earlier the sub-source, also known in the IG report as the “primary sub-source”, informed the FBI that the material attributed to him in the dossier was essentially junk.

Let’s look at how the IG report frames the primary sub-source, and specifically notice the FBI contact and questioning took place in January 2017 (we now know that date to be January 12, 2017):

Those interviews with Steele’s primary sub-source took place in January, March and May of 2017; and clearly the sub-source debunked the content of the dossier itself.

Those interviews were 18-months, 16-months and 14-months ahead of the July 2018DOJ letter to the FISC.   The DOJ-NSD says the sub-source was “truthful and cooperative” but the DOJ doesn’t tell the court the content of the truthfulness and cooperation.  Why?

Keep in mind this letter to the court was written by AAG John Demers in July 2018.  Jeff Sessions was Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein was Deputy AG; Christopher Wray was FBI Director, David Bowditch is Deputy, and Dana Boente is FBI chief-legal-counsel.

Why would the DOJ-NSD not be forthcoming with the FISA court about the primary sub-source?  This level of disingenuous withholding of information speaks to an institutional motive.

By July 2018 the DOJ clearly knew the dossier was full of fabrications, yet they withheld that information from the court and said the predicate was still valid.  Why?

It doesn’t take a deep-weeds-walker to identify the DOJ motive.

In July 2018 Robert Mueller’s investigation was at its apex.

This letter justifying the application and claiming the current information would still be a valid predicate therein, speaks to the 2018 DOJ needing to retain the validity of the FISA warrant…. My research suspicion is that the DOJ needed to protect evidence Mueller had already extracted from the fraudulent FISA authority.  That’s the motive.

In July 2018 if the DOJ-NSD had admitted the FISA application and all renewals were fatally flawed Robert Mueller would have needed to withdraw any evidence gathered as a result of its exploitation.  The DOJ in 2018 was protecting Mueller’s poisoned fruit.

If the DOJ had been honest with the court, there’s a strong possibility some, perhaps much, of Mueller evidence gathering would have been invalidated… and cases were pending.  The solution: mislead the court and claim the predication was still valid.

This is not simply a hunch, because that motive also speaks to why the FISC would order the current DOJ to release the letter.

Remember, in December the FISC received the IG Horowitz report; and they would have immediately noted the disparity between what IG Horowitz outlined about the FBI investigating Steele’s sub-source, as contrast against what the DOJ told them in July 2018.

The DOJ letter is a transparent misrepresentation when compared to the information in the Horowitz report. Hence, the court orders the DOJ to release the July letter so that everyone, including congressional oversight and the public can see the misrepresentation.

The court was misled; now everyone can see it.

The content of that DOJ-NSD letter, and the subsequent disparity, points to an institutional cover-up; and as a consequence the FISC also ordered the DOJ to begin an immediate sequestration effort to find all the evidence from the fraudulent FISA application.  The proverbial fruit from the poisonous tree…. And yes, that is ongoing.

Moving on…

Two more big misstatements within the July letter appear on page #9.  The first is the DOJ claiming that only after the application was filed did they become aware of Christopher Steele working for Fusion-GPS and knowing his intent was to create opposition research for the Hillary Clinton campaign.  See the top of the page.

According to the DOJ-NSD claim the number four ranking official in the DOJ, Bruce Ohr, never told them he was acting as a conduit for Christopher Steele to the FBI.   While that claim is hard to believe, in essence what the DOJ-NSD is saying in that paragraph is that the FBI hoodwinked the DOJ-NSD by not telling them where the information for the FISA application was coming from.  The DOJ, via John Demers, is blaming the FBI.

The second statement, equally as incredulous, is at the bottom of page nine where the DOJ claims they had no idea Bruce Ohr was talking to the FBI throughout the entire time any of the FISA applications were being submitted.  October 2016 through June 2017.

In essence the claim there is that Bruce Ohr was working with the FBI and never told anyone in the DOJ throughout 2016 and all the way past June 29th of 2017.  That denial seems rather unlikely; however, once again the DOJ-NSD is putting the FBI in the crosshairs and claiming they knew nothing about the information pipeline.

Bruce Ohr, whose wife was working for Fusion-GPS and assisting Christopher Steele with information, was interviewed by the FBI over a dozen times as he communicated with Steele and fed his information to the FBI.  Yet the DOJ claims they knew nothing about it.

Again, just keep in mind this claim by the DOJ-NSD is being made in July 2018, six months after Bruce Ohr was demoted twice (December 2017 and January 2018).  If what the DOJ is saying is true, well, the FBI was completely off-the-rails and rogue.

Neither option speaks well about the integrity of either institution; and quite frankly I don’t buy the DOJ-NSD spin.  Why?  The reason is simple, the DOJ is claiming in the letter the predication was still valid… if the DOJ-NSD genuinely didn’t know about the FBI manipulation, they would be informing the court in 2018 the DOJ no longer supported the FISA application due to new information.  They did not do that.  Instead, in July 2018, they specifically told the court the predicate was valid, yet the DOJ-NSD knew it was not.

The last point about the July 2018 letter is perhaps the most jarring.  Again, keep in mind when it was written Chris Wray is FBI Director, David Bowditch is Deputy and Dana Boente is FBI chief legal counsel.

Their own FBI reports, by three different INSD and IG investigations; had turned up seriously alarming evidence going back to the early 2017 time-frame; the results of which ultimately led to the DC FBI office losing all of their top officials; and knowing the letter itself was full of misleading and false information about FBI knowledge in/around Christopher Steele; this particular sentence is alarming:

“The FBI has reviewed this letter and confirmed its factual accuracy?”

Really?

As we have just shared, the July 2018 letter itself is filled with factual inaccuracies, misstatements and intentional omissions.  So who exactly did the “reviewing”?

This declassification release raises more questions than any other in recent memory.  Perhaps AG Bill Barr will now start asking some rather hard questions to FBI Director Christopher Wray.

Big Declassification Begins – Documents from Senate Judiciary Committee – Including Bucket Five Documents and Less Redacted Carter Page FISA…

The Senate Judiciary Committee has just released a bunch of documents, some of which were on the original 2018 congressional request for declassification.  The documents are considerably interesting; perhaps even EXPLOSIVE.

The documents include more Papadopoulos transcripts from wired conversations with FBI confidential human source Stefan Halper; and also for the first time less redacted version of all three Carter Page FISA applications.  It’s going to take some time to go through this.

The declassification and release includes some seriously interesting documents the DOJ submitted to the FISA court, as far back as July 2018, which completely destroy the prior claims made by Lisa Page, Peter Strzok, James Baker, James Comey, Andrew McCabe and their very vocal media and Lawfare defenders.   Here’s one example:

Lisa Page testified to congress, and claimed in media, that the FBI never had any contact with the Steele dossier material until September 2016.  However, the DOJ directly tells the FISA court that Chris Steele was funneling his information to the FBI in June 2016.

Not only did Lisa Page perjure herself in her testimony to congress; but ironically the DOJ notified the FISC of the issues with Chris Steele (and his compromised contacts with the FBI officials) in July 2018, that’s before Lisa Page started making her media appearances.

Obviously Lisa Page did not expect this information to come out. It shows she was lying, and/or she never knew the truthful DOJ information to the FISA Court had taken place.  This is just the beginning… there’s lots of stuff in the release.  [SEE HERE]

There is a lot of new information, explosive information, within this declassification series of documents.  CTH will highlight in smaller bites and articles as we can discover and share them…. No doubt this is coming out as a result of Richard “Ric” Grenell in the position of DNI so he can declassify the documents the Deep Staters have attempted to keep hidden.
