Taking a page from the J6 playbook, today interim Ottawa Police Chief Steve Bell confirmed that local, provincial and federal law enforcement will use the intelligence they have gathered to target and arrest any Canadian citizen who supported any of the protests.
From the outset, the nervousness, agitation, breathing and body language of Steve Bell reflects a highly agitated person who is barely able to retain his anger. If you’ve ever been close to an angry person as their central nervous system starts to overload, there is a physical rage that starts to surface as twitchiness, shaking and fidgeting. Timing the moment of their explosion then becomes important. Bell shows all those indicators of rage instability in this presser.
Bell noted cameras, photographs, video surveillance and geolocation systems will be used to assemble information on all the attendees to the protests, and anyone who came into the areas will be hunted by law enforcement for many months and years that follow in order to prosecute and arrest them for non-compliance. His visibly unstable remarks seem intended to create fear and anxiety purposefully in the Canadian people. WATCH (prompted):
Within the presser, Steve Bell said 47 arrests were made Saturday bringing the total arrests to 170. Police added helmets and batons to their gear on Saturday, as they faced a “barrage of resistance, shoving and vitriol.” Bell says the officers have shown “unparalleled discipline, restraint and the utmost professionalism” in the face of “aggressive” behavior from the protesters. Asked about an incident that occurred on Friday with police mounted on horses, Bell said, “There were two members of the protesters who did collide with the horses, they fell down, they immediately got back up and started again to engage in their protest and demonstration activity.”
The need for control is a reaction to fear. What does the government of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau fear so much that he invoked the first ever declaration of the Emergency War Measures Act? A group of middle class Canadians who challenged him. That’s it. That’s the sum total of the Trudeau justification.
Need proof? Well, here’s the lead organizer of the Trucker rebellion, Tamara Lich, who triggered the declaration of a national emergency and invocation of the federal Emergency Act. What heinous crime against the state was she charged with? “Counseling to Commit the Offense of Mischief“.
Think about it.
No, seriously, think about it.
It is true that she may later be charged with removing mattress tags. However, for right now, the biggest domestic terrorist in the history of Canadian politics is currently charged with the same offense as if she stole the lids off the shampoo bottles at the hotel where the Liberal Party of Canada was holding their national convention.
If the charge of “mischief” rings a bell for some of you, it’s likely because a very famous duo was previously charged with the same criminal offenses.
The Canadian Parliament is currently debating whether or not the members within government will support the use of the Emergency Act.
The members of Parliament are spending hours waxing philosophically, with tremendous seriousness, about the need to support the same declaration that is used when Canada would decide to go to war with another country. And they are doing this because blue collar workers have infiltrated the capital city with a demand to remove COVID mandates.

It would be nice if someone, anyone, in the Canadian Parliament stood up and made this simple point. “Um, hey folks… ahem… I don’t mean to be all captain obvious and stuff… and I certainly do not want to deflate your sense of self-importance…. or the seriousness of the debate. Neil Oliver delivers his remarks this weekend against the background of oppressive government on display in Canada.
The issues around the vaccines that Oliver notes are at the heart of what the Canadian truckers were protesting. Yet, those original grievances have been lost, intentionally lost and buried by the government of Justin Trudeau, because the Canadian government finds it less of a risk to trigger a national emergency act declaration than discuss the issues around forced vaccination. Think about that carefully.
As common in his monologues, Oliver outlines the baseline issue, lost in the shadows of the national emergency declaration, and eloquently drags it back into the spotlight. This is exceptionally well done. I appreciate the way Oliver can eloquently frame his argument, build it to the key takeaway – the central point, and then hit it hard at the end. WATCH:
The Canadian government has hunted down the organizers of the 2022 Freedom Convoy and placed them in custody. The Ottawa police issued the following warning: “DEMONSTRATORS: You must leave. You must cease further unlawful activity and immediately remove your vehicle and/or property from all unlawful protest sites. Anyone within the unlawful protest site may be arrested.”
Tamara Lich, one of the event organizers, was arrested by Ottawa police on Thursday night. Chris Barber, another organizer, was also taken by police. Lich listed a tearful video online stating that she is “not afraid.” “There’s a pretty good chance – well I think it’s inevitable at this point – but, uh, I’ll probably be going somewhere tomorrow where I’ll be getting three square meals a day. And that’s OK,” Lich said in the video that was posted that day before her arrest. “Please stay peaceful, and please take care of each other, and know that this too shall pass.”
The Canadian police have shown the entire world that they are no different from the Nazis of Germany whose excuse was the same – just following orders. It is a shame that they are defending Trudeau against all odds and world opinion. It was hard to win a race against Biden to the most unpopular world leader by Trudeau has achieved that amazing feat and he has singlehandedly destroyed the image of Canada on the worldwide stage of a free society which has taken a very dark road into authoritarianism.
Even the New York governor Hochul was forced to abandon the requirement to get boosters or lose their job. The NY Healthcare executive Michael Balboni argued there aren’t enough vaccinated workers for hospitals to even hire. Where we see many governments at the federal and local levels abandoning these insane COVID policies, Trudeau has chosen to destroy the image of Canada as a safe harbor for international capital.
Many truckers have figured out that they can open accounts in the United States to circumvent Trudeau. This is what the Germans did during the Hyperinflation, as well as during the rise of Hitler. As mentioned, Hitler outlawed even having an account outside of Germany which led Switzerland to created numbered accounts with no name. Like the Germans under hyperinflation and Hitler, the smart Canadians are converting assets to US dollar accounts outside of any Canadian Bank.
The Canadian police had a choice. Defend the people and the nation against Trudeau who is taking directions from a foreign entity, or join the tyranny and destroy the future of their own children. So far, they have sided with tyranny against their own families.

The Ottawa Police used horses to charge into a protesting crowd earlier today. An elderly disabled woman (identified by red jacket) was standing with her mobility walker as the mounted police charged. She was crushed by the horses and Fox News journalist Sara Carter {LINK} is reporting she died from her injuries.
Shortly after the police mounted the charge and trampled the crowd, the Ottawa Police claimed via Twitter someone threw a bicycle at one of the horses. Video of the incident shows it wasn’t a bicycle, and it was not thrown, it was the mobility walker of the deceased victim as she was trampled by the horses.
Video of the events clearly shows the police were the aggressors as they charged into the crowd. The victims can be seen getting pinned between the horses, falling to the ground and then being trampled by the horses. The elderly woman (red jacket) and her mobility walker are in the picture above.

As this was happening a bicycle was thrown at the feet of one of the horses in an attempt to injure it. One person was arrested for intentionally harming a police service animal.
Liberals (leftists), in Canada and around Ottawa, are cheering on the police and asking for stronger (more violent) attacks against the protest group.
The Ottawa Police are denying the reports that anyone was injured or killed and sticking by their demonstrably false claim that a bicycle was thrown at them.
If the elderly lady did succumb to her injuries these tweets are horrifically inappropriate and tone deaf.

Worth watching this entire diatribe from start to finish. In his public statements today, Trudeau’s Public Safety Minister, Marco Mendicino, definitively says the people charged by federal RCMP officials are tied to far-right extremist groups who are funded by international terrorist organizations with an intent to overthrow the government.
According to the statements, the Canadian government is under attack from thousands of highly organized terrorists within the country. Their goal is to overthrow the government and install an entirely new form of national assembly. This is what he is claiming.
Specifically, Mendicino claims the protestors, charged with firearms offenses in Coutts, are the first wave of a well known domestic terrorist group directly connected to the trucker protest group in Ottawa. However, when challenged to give the name of the terrorist organization he is speaking about, Mendocino completely walks back the claim to an unrecognizable point.
In related news, seven masked midgets were captured running amok in an Ottawa supermarket. No one was hurt during their apprehension, but several bruises were noted on the knees of the special military operators after their tactic operations were concluded.

When the terms “freedom and liberty” are allowed to be defined as extremist sentiment, what you end up with are Canadian federal police beating people in the streets and arresting citizens who petition their government for freedom. Meanwhile, the ever fearful and politically correct conservatives in Parliament grasp their pearls while simultaneously cowering to avoid labels.
Somewhere there is a radical called Saul Alinsky, the trainer of modern revolutionary communists and political leftists – who dedicated his training manual to Lucifer, smiling as he watches the results of his teachings. Unfortunately, we have not yet seen the worst of what is to come from this.
Allow me to highlight the point with two easily referenced examples from Canadian media (infiltrated with ideological stenographers) and contemplate the larger message against government saying we must “defend our democracy” while removing political protest. Notice the evolution of the collective narrative in just a few days.
The word “freedom” is extremist (Feb 13) … Conservatives are “extremist” (Feb 18)
When “freedom and liberty” are defined as extremism, conservatives become defined as extremists. See how that works? Yes, linguistic judo and ideological training provided by Saul Alinsky, in his rules for radicals.
In essence, Alinsky taught the budding communists to define the opposition, isolate them, ridicule them and marginalize them. Now, if you find yourself having a mental reference to a race of persons as defined during World War II, before Alinsky’s book was even written, your reference point is solid.
Whenever we allow any entity, group, or collective echo-chamber to change the terminology, we are making a big mistake. Orwell wrote about the outcome in his book 1984, where The Ministry of Peace is established to create war; the Ministry of Truth is established to create lies and propaganda; the Ministry of Love established to justify torture and beatings; and the Ministry of Plenty to control food production leading to starvation.
These are not simply contradictions in words and terms, these are an earlier version of what David Mamet later described as necessary tools for modern leftists. In order to advance severe ideological positions, they must pretend not to know things. Ignoring contradictions is a feature of modern leftism, not a flaw.
Denial of truth allows easier trespass.
However, the issue of not really believing in the message of freedom and liberty is far more consequential.
What we are witnessing in Canada is not only an outcome of a severely ideological tribe of leftists; the worst part of what we are forced to witness is an outcome of conservative politicians with ZERO skills at fighting back against it.
The Conservative Party of Canada is a weak, ineffective, useless and scared political apparatus.
They are cowards, because they really do not believe their own message.
They are so afraid of the Alinsky linguistics, they expend all of their energy trying to avoid labels. As a result of their all-consuming politically correct avoidance efforts, they have no other skills to fight.
The leftists shout, “look a swastika”, and immediately their opposition jumps to the defensive. People have become so accustomed to this ever-repeating situation, they have lost all reference for what “liberty and freedom” actually mean.
“Look a swastika,” should be met with a voice declaring, “yes, and how incredible it is that our commitment to liberty is so strong that we can see a multitude of expressions, even those we do not agree with, and not tremble, cower or fear over their appearance.”
The fact that a group could walk down Parliament Hill carrying a banner that says, “We Love Communism” and no one cares, is the truest version of freedom and liberty. However, fighting for freedom, liberty and self-determination depends on believing in it.
“Look a swastika.” Yes, and we proudly have the strongest free speech democracy in the west. You do not have to agree with the speech or even like it, to defend the right of independent thought.
Liberty, freedom and self-determination depends on believing in your message.
Donald Trump believes in it, that’s why DC hates him. The Brexiteers in the U.K believe in it, that’s why the British Parliament hate them. Ultimately the Canadian truckers believe in it, and that is exactly why the leftist political class in Ottawa hate them.
Additionally, the unapologetic audacity within all three aforementioned groups also strikes fear into their opposition because Alinsky’s tactics do not work against people who believe their message.
The need for control is a reaction to fear.
Anger is a very visible response from the political left whenever their collective policies are challenged or rejected.
The modern political left does not view rejection as a rebuke of their ideology, instead they view rejection as a signal they need to push harder. From their perspective they need to reeducate their target, to force a change in thinking from incorrect thoughts to correct thoughts, and the only acceptable path is to push harder.
The abuser says, “if you had made me a better sandwich, I would not have needed to slam your head into the fridge,” the same principle applies here.
This leftist political approach is based on a cognitive inability to reflect or contemplate their ideology is flawed. There are several reasons for this, including that their belief system is not a natural outcome of independent growth. They had to be taught to hate, and when confronted they do not know how to argue.
Instead, they put the emotion of their views as the motive for their effort, and they become incapable of changing direction. From the perspective of the modern political left, if they were to change direction, they would be rejecting the foundation of their own personal value. They cannot do that. It is not them that are wrong -ever- it’s you.
Those who do not adhere to the insane ideological goals of the far left, are viewed as the problem that must be overcome.
The leftist emotional attachment to ideology is why these avowed and ideological followers cannot be redeemed or coerced into reasonable positions with any logical argument. Instead, it is you who must be re-educated to see their worth, to value their ideology. You, the person or group who stands in their way, will always be viewed as the problem.
Failing to accept the fundamental set of core beliefs within the modern political left is a flaw on the side of those who engage in the battle for ideas.
It doesn’t matter how good your ideas and policies are, even when you deliver results to prove your accuracy, this specific opponent will always revert back to attacking the success based on their view of your wrongthink.
“Freedom” becomes extremist.
Arguing with a political leftist like Justin Trudeau, in the hope they can be convinced to change direction, is futile. He is disassociated on a mental and emotional level from any semblance of a capacity to consider he may be wrong.
This is why Canadian conservatives must harden, become more severe, and never let up in the fight against leftist Canadians.
Even in victory, the blue collar working class commonsense approach must be relentless.
The modern left has to be destroyed on such a scale as their dangerous ideology is reduced to burning embers; however, do not trick yourself into believing it will ever be fully extinguished.
History has taught us that even when the professional political left is seemingly wiped out, enough will remain waiting for another Alinsky or Obama type personality to blow them gently into a state of reignition…. and the cycle will start again.
The events in Ottawa have triggered them to such an extent, they needed to invoke National Emergency Measures, a state of national emergency and martial law.
Conservatives in Canada must now fully expect this insane crowd to become even more entrenched, even more vitriolic, and yes, even more crazy. We will see it with even bigger demands on their Big Tech allies to crush voices of communication against their enemy.
They won’t just stop with debanking, that’s too immediate. Now comes the longer-term issue of controlling communication to ensure the uprisings never happen again.
Prime Minister Trudeau will demand more control mechanisms, more censorship, more deplatforming of his opposition, more silencing of voices, more demonetization of content platforms by the government’s corporate allies. He will go even harder in the totalitarian direction, all the while proclaiming it is one effort to “save Canadian democracy”.
This is what they do.
Trudeau’s tribe are like the scorpion in Aesop’s fable about the frog crossing the river. They are incapable of not stinging… it’s what they do.
We are The Last Refuge because we accept the political left as they are, not as we wish them to be.
The problem for conservatives in Canada is the same problem for Republicans in the era before the rise of Donald Trump. They do not believe their own message.
Candidate Donald J. Trump knew the Republican Party was incapable of succeeding, because they did not fight for what they claimed to believe.
So, Trump started to fight for GOP issues; visibly fight against the ideological left with common sense promises, policies and brutally obvious solutions. We all saw the response from the professionally Republican class in their rebuke of Trump’s style of fight, which I must emphasize was the only effective approach to destroying the political left in the past three decades.
Conversely, leftists in Canada and Democrats in the U.S. do believe their message; even when that message is fundamentally toxic to the survival of their nations.
Liberals (CAN) and Democrats (USA) believe in what they are doing, and they will never retreat from their doing it. The modern political left is intent on destroying the foundation of this nation. That is their mission, and this fight must be viewed through the urgency of a prism where we accept this is a zero-sum game.
You cannot comply your way out of tyranny any more than you can negotiate your way out of the gallows. If you are considered the enemy of the modern leftist movement, they will seek your destruction.
The only way to fight this adversary is with brutal hand-to-hand combat where you never, ever, concede an inch.
Developing Story. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau cancelled parliamentary debate today as federal police began arresting protesting truckers and confiscating vehicles. Trudeau did not want to face government while the operation to break the back of the freedom protestors begins.
Early this morning, federal police assembled a convoy of heavy tow trucks to begin the operation. The identities of the tow truck companies were masked by painting over the logos to avoid retaliation. RCMP and Ottawa police then brought in Armored Personnel Carriers (MRAP’s and APC’s) to support the operation.
Media were told to leave the enforcement zone to help hide the optics of heavily armed RCMP tactical units, and they began breaking the windows of the trucks and forcibly removing the truck drivers. For the same reason, popular social media YouTuber’s, who had been broadcasting livestreams, were arrested as the operation began.
The police are slowly moving down the road arresting people, removing the truckers, and then letting tow operations begin.
Canadian state media have been embedded with the Jackboots in order to show an officially approved video presentation to Canadian citizens. The media are being directed and choreographed from the executive suites of Trudeau and the corporations. There are a few citizen livestreams below:
CANADA – Police are clashing with protesters and making several arrests as officers move along Rideau Street toward Parliament Hill in downtown Ottawa as part of the operation to end the three-week occupation. Ottawa police were seen moving along Rideau just before noon ET, arresting several protesters and towing vehicles.
Police in high-visibility yellow jackets moved in large groups, several ranks deep, along Rideau blocking the road and slowly moving protesters toward the National War Memorial and Parliament Hill.
Behind those ranks of officers were tactical teams wearing green camouflage-type gear and carrying heavy automatic weapons. Police horses with mounted officers also moved toward the line of protesters confronting police officers.
The movement of police was slow and deliberate, inching along the road and slowing driving protesters into an increasingly smaller footprint.
Despite the heightened tensions, police said they continued to engage in conversations with protesters and regularly provided warnings, through social media and other means, indicating anyone in the “red zone” would be arrested if they didn’t leave. (read more)
