Ronna McRomney Schedules Iowa and New Hampshire Primary Debates With CNN

At a certain point you just start laughing at the insufferable corporate club, a corporation we call the RNC and all those therein.

It’s not really fair to blame Ronna, because just about any other corporate officer from within the corporation would provide the same outcome.  However, that said, Ronna McDaniel has scheduled the Iowa and New Hampshire Republican primary debates to be under the control of CNN; yes, fake news CNN.

CNN – CNN will host two Republican presidential primary debates next month in Iowa and New Hampshire – states that hold the first contests in the race for the 2024 GOP nomination, the network announced Thursday.

The events will provide Republican voters an opportunity to hear the governing philosophies of the leading candidates seeking to challenge the likely Democratic presidential nominee, President Joe Biden, in November.

The first debate will take place on January 10 at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, less than a week before Iowa caucus-goers weigh in on the Republican presidential race. The second debate will be January 21 at St. Anselm College in Goffstown, New Hampshire. (read more)

If we retain our non-pretending status, we all know the reason why.  CNN provides the mechanisms for domestic political narrative creation.  The RNC will keep attempting to eliminate the Trump virus from their controlled political operation up until the very end.  The RNC agenda and the CNN agenda are the same; that reality is why this decision. Yes, it really is that simple.

The functional mission of the UniParty apparatus is not based on ideology; the core and consequential baseline revolves around the business of American politics and the motives of the people who control the institutions within it.  For this outline I focus only on the Republican wing, the GOP corporation, one side of the professional business apparatus.

WRITE THIS DOWN, and force yourself to remember it every day.  “The Republican Party priority is to retain their business, to control the outcomes, and this has nothing to do with winning elections.”  The RNC would rather lose elections and retain power, than win elections and lose operational control over the apparatus.

In the past several decades, the motive of a Republican or Democrat politician, advancing their influence by running for political office, has absolutely nothing to do with representing the interests of the American people.  Nothing.  Their interests are to engage within the business of politics, while presenting themselves as qualified actors, to retain the premise of political service.  This is why they will spend $10 million to win an office that only pays $400k/yr.

The business of buying, selling and controlling policy, is the core operation of people within the US political system.  As an outcome, the business has two wings – the RNC and the DNC.  Two private corporations inside the political industry who are in place to retain the overall business model.  The RNC and DNC are both funded by the same interests, banks, corporations, Wall St interests, and even foreign interests who purchase outcomes.

The RNC and DNC are two operational wings inside the industry of politics.  They are in the same business, but they have slightly different business models.

The Republicans (RNC) want money, the Democrats (DNC) want power.  The Republicans use power to get money; the Democrats use money to get power.  The donor activity of the Republicans drives their agenda.  The agenda of the Democrats drives their donor activity.  It is a subtle nuance, but once you really understand it, everything falls into place.

The Republican politicians are ambivalent to the outcomes of the Democrats.  The Republican group only cares about the money.  Threaten the power of the Democrats, and you get a toxic and violent response.  Threaten the money of the Republicans, and you get exactly the same level of response.

Democrats are triggered when you threaten their power, their ability to control.  Republicans are triggered when you threaten their money – their ability to enrich.

The primary of 2024 is the election season when we see firsthand this corporate battle explode inside in the Republican group.  Decades of entrenched power are at stake, and there have been four years of counter positioning and backroom discussion leading up to this moment.

As a consequence, and I know this might sound odd to many people – but winning and/or losing elections becomes a secondary issue.  The people who control the RNC as a private corporation, the people who fund the business, are not focused on winning elections. The RNC corporation is focused on retaining mission control.

The RNC wants to give the illusion of support for MAGA conservatism, because the illusion of choice requires a base voter.  However, every move they make, on an operational level, is exactly in line with their previous outlook toward cocktail-class corporate republicanism.  The MAGA base of support cannot trust this corporate group, and we must not be blind or unguarded about the Machiavellian schemes they construct.

Donald Trump is not a problem for the Republican Party; Donald Trump is our response to the problem within the Republican Party.

Republicans are far more violent, hate-filled and vitriolic than Democrats when their money is threatened.  As long as the money is not threatened, Republicans happily play the game and permit the Democrats to purchase their votes and support.  However, threaten the money of the Republicans, and they will be the very first to go nuclear… including the intentional loss of any/all elections in order to preserve their stake.

This dichotomy, ambivalence and illusion, is what you saw in the 2018 midterms, 2020 general and 2022 midterms from the professional Republicans.  The MAGA team, who identify as Republicans as a method for ballot entry, are the only ones who will fight to change this dynamic.  Therefore, the Republican Party views the MAGA insurgents as the enemy that must be removed.

Now, to Iowa…

The Republican Party of Iowa Central Committee has refused to set a date by which a voter must choose Republican voter affiliation in order to participate in the January 15 caucus.  The private club is positioning to block the MAGA insurgency and advance the DeSantis operation; because if the approved RNC candidate doesn’t win in Iowa, Godzilla Trump will take the momentum and destroy the club.

The result is that Iowa Democrats (who have screwed up their own caucuses, so they will be free on Jan. 15) will swarm the Republican caucuses to cause mischief.  Iowans, who are not stupid, know exactly what “mischief” means in this context.  At best, it means a rough night and some bruises.  At worst, ask Joe Biggs.

This is an inside job by the Republican Party of Iowa.  During the legislative session earlier this year, they were all set to pass a bill setting the deadline for registration at 70 days prior to the caucus date.  Then, suddenly, the “lawyers” said legislators had to take that provision out, and that the Republican Party of Iowa would handle it by resolution.

The private corporation needs control.

As we have witnessed in Georgia, watch the professional party apparatus in Iowa align with a singular mission – to protect their business model.

In Iowa – the SEA ISLAND DeSantis crew have funded and planted Ron DeSantis to camp out.  The RNC, RGA and SI Group are supported by their beneficiary RGA Chair and Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds.  The goal is to use the Jeff Roe Cruz Crew, and roughly 1,000 paid Never Back Down (NBD) conscripts to do the stop Trump astroturf.

Let me emphasize a key point.  The professionally Republican Party apparatus is not positioning to win the 2024 election. The goal of the Republican Party is to remove the threat represented by Donald Trump.  That’s why the alignment with CNN surfaces.

When you start there, all of the RNC weaknesses or flaws look very different, very purposeful.

Donald J. Trump isn’t the cause of the Republican failure; he is our response to their failure.

The people in control of Republican Club do not care who is in the White House, that is a secondary objective.  What they care about right now is controlling the Republican corporation and stopping the hostile takeover.]

Murdoch Outlet Promotes Corporate Chair Ronna McDaniel Warning Trump Not to Avoid Murdoch Outlet Debate

The transparency of the puppeteers continues.  The latest example is the New York Post (Murdoch outlet) promoting a story of the RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel, appearing on Fox News (Murdoch outlet) to warn President Trump not to avoid the RNC debate hosted by Fox News, the Murdoch outlet.

The private corporation (RNC) has a vested interest in Trump delivering credibility to the organization.  The Fox News corporation has a vested interest in Trump delivering credibility and ratings to the organization.  Whether President Trump decides to attend or not, the desperation expressed by the two corporations is a little funny.

The Freudian slip in this soundbite “20 million dollars” is also funny.  WATCH:

[NEW YORK POST] – Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel has cautioned that it would be a mistake for GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump to skip the party’s primary debates.

“I think he should be on the stage. I want everybody on the stage that qualifies, obviously,” she told Fox News Wednesday. “It’s a mistake not to do the debates, but that’s going to be up to him and his campaign.”

McDaniel cited two main reasons why she feels it’s in Trump’s best interest to jump into the upcoming verbal slugfest despite holding a massive polling lead over his rivals. “One, short-term, you want to win the nomination, you got to get in front of the whole primary voters,” she said. RNC Announces Debate Qualifications for Approved “Republican” Candidates, Including Loyalty Pledge

Posted originally on the CTH on June 2, 2023 | Sundance

Let us be clear and non-pretending.  The RNC, a private corporation run by U.S. multinational corporations, billionaires and donors who control it, is a private club – who construct the rules of affiliation according to the interests and demands of the benefactors.

The RNC club, the right side of the UniParty corporate structure, has zero consideration or interest in the opinion of voters forced to register in their affiliation.

The people who fund the RNC have established the rules for participation in the club debate.  The first club debate is scheduled for August 23, 2023, on Fox News with the approved process through the prism of Rupert Murdoch and Paul Ryan.  Those club rules include:

♦ A qualifying candidate must poll support at least 1% in three national polls, OR 1% in two national polls and 1% in one early state poll from two separate “carve out” states (Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, South Carolina) as conducted by polling recognized and approved by the RNC club.

This rule will elevate all the purposeful idiot club members the voters do not like onto the stage.  After all, what good is a plan to split the vote if the club cannot give the optics needed for the operation.  In essence, and in fact, in order for Chris Christie and Nikki Haley to attack Trump on behalf of DeSantis, they must be on the stage.

♦ Each candidate must meet this polling requirement no later than 48 hours prior to the first scheduled debate and must originate from polling conducted on or after July 1, 2023.

♦ The Candidate must have a minimum of 40,000 unique donors to candidate’s principal presidential campaign committee (or exploratory committee), with at least 200 unique donors per state or territory in 20+ states and/or territories. Evidence of this donor support must be presented to RNC club no later than 48 hours prior to the first scheduled debate.

The RNC club will then use this donor data to request more money for their club operations.

♦ Each candidate must have signed a pledge agreeing to support the eventual club nominee, in order to be considered an “approved republican.”

If the candidate does not support the club rules, the candidate is not approved.

Do you guys see how ridiculously screwed up our system of American party politics is?

If I were advising Donald Trump, or any candidate, I would tell them to put out an official statement that says:

“My loyalty is to the American people, not a private club or politically affiliated corporation. I will not be signing a loyalty pledge to anyone except the American people through my oath of office.  Additionally, my view of our nation does not include any division, subset or categorization of personage based on political affiliation.”

The first rule in the maintenance of a constitutional republic, with the end goal to eliminate corporatism in US politics, should be to outlaw the formation of any political party.

Get rid of political parties, and Bernie Sanders would have been the DNC club candidate in 2016.  Get rid of political parties, and Newt Gingrich would have been the RNC club candidate in 2012.  Get rid of political parties, and voters would see bold contrasts instead of UniParty pastels.

Counter argument – Oh, but if you get rid of political parties then billionaires will just select their guy for office.   My point – WTF do you think we have now?
Of course, Politico gets it exactly wrong – on purpose.

(Via Politico) – The Republican National Committee says it will consider adding a second night to the first GOP presidential primary debate this August in Milwaukee, according to new qualifying standards announced Friday.

The first debate will be Aug. 23 on Fox News Channel, with a possible second date of Aug. 24 if enough candidates meet polling and fundraising criteria — and also commit to supporting the eventual Republican nominee and pledge that they will not participate in any outside debates.

Candidates will have to garner donations from at least 40,000 national contributors and poll consistently above 1 percent in three national polls or two national polls and a state poll, according to the RNC’s announcement. Candidates must secure donations “with at least 200 unique donors per state or territory in 20+ states and/or territories.”

The candidates will have until Aug. 21 — 48 hours before the debate — to meet the criteria. Polls conducted prior to July 1 won’t count toward qualification.

The new standards appear designed to prevent the free-for-all, circus-like debates that occurred in the 2016 Republican primaries. Though it’s too soon to know which candidates will clear the thresholds, the criteria are likely to be difficult for at least some hopefuls to clear.

A smaller stage could benefit Ron DeSantis, who wants a one-on-one matchup with former President Donald Trump. The former president is welcoming a large field to splinter the opposition to him. (read more)

Mike Pence Will Launch 2024 GOP Nomination Effort From Des Moines Iowa, June 7th

Posted originally on the CTH on May 31, 2023 | Sundance

According to NBC and confirmed by Politico, former Indiana Governor Mike Pence is scheduled to launch his bid for the GOP nomination in Iowa on June 7th.

Oddly, and speaking to the framework of the larger GOPe operation, Pence isn’t making his announcement in his home state; instead, he is going to launch his campaign during a speech in Des Moines, Iowa.

Mike Pence is a well-known name to voters having previously been vice-president to Donald Trump, and he is currently polling around 3% support according to Monmouth.

In his biggest role as Vice-President, Mike Pence was in charge of the federal COVID-19 emergency response as head of the White House COVID taskforce in 2020.

Pence is a well-known traditional Republican who identifies with voters primarily on social issues.  Pence will make an appeal to the evangelical community in Iowa and is organized in that effort by GOP brand consultant Chip Saltsman, the architect of former Gov. Mike Huckabee’s 2008 Iowa caucuses victory.

(Via NBC) – Mike Pence plans to enter the GOP presidential nomination fray June 7 with a campaign video and a kickoff speech in Des Moines, Iowa, according to a person familiar with his launch schedule.

The former vice president, a longtime advocate of the priorities of traditional conservatives on social and economic issues, will join the race at a time when his onetime boss, former President Donald Trump, claims a majority in most national polls and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is in a clear second place.

Redefining himself to Republican voters, most of whom know him primarily as Trump’s vice president, will be a challenge.

But the Indiana-bred Pence views his fellow Midwesterners in the Iowa GOP, and their first-in-the-nation caucuses, as a hospitable home for his brand of politics. Typically, the Iowa caucuses play a winnowing role in the nomination fight, providing rocket fuel to a handful of candidates while burying the hopes of the rest.

“We view this race as absolutely wide open, and Iowa is really going to solidify itself as the pivotal player,” the person familiar with Pence’s plans said. “It’s a place that values Mike Pence’s principles — traditional conservative principles — deep-rooted faith and uncommon character.” (read more)

Pence’s job, on behalf of the Sea Island group, will be to present an optical contrast to the unacceptable vulgarian Trump, while Chris Christie acts as the attack dog and the rest of the field protect Ron DeSantis from The Great Godzilla MAGA King.

The team effort is increasingly transparent, and the debate hosts, like Rupert Murdoch’s Fox News, are proactively positioning to shape the staged narrative.  At this point in the dynamic, it is all rather shallow and obvious; however, in approved Republican operations – they never look outside the cloister.

Republicans 2024

Posted originally on the CTH on May 31, 2023 | Sundance

A person who was a teenager when Obamacare was debated and passed is now around 30 years old.  Put another way, if you were 15 years old when We The People defeated Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley with Scott Brown and took the Kennedy senate seat, you are about to turn 30.  Think about the context of modern Republican politics and time.

This context reminds us that a large portion of the generally distracted population has no foundational understanding of modern Republican politics.

This context is also the baseline behind ‘battered conservative syndrome‘.

You will never, not ever, see a professional Republican politician attack a Democrat with the same level of vitriol, hatred, bitterness and anger as they do toward their own base voter.

The Democrat party fears their base; the Republican party despises their base.  The truth of this very visible reality will never change. Professional Republican politicians are not ideologues to principle or policy; they are interested in one thing, money.  That’s it.

If you peel the core of any issue involving conflict with the Republican Party, you will find money at the center of it.  Current Democrat politicians focus on advancing an ideological agenda; they swing for the fences in an effort to maximize control and power.  Current Republican politicians are focused, to the detriment of all other facets, on their personal wealth.

When you introduce a newly elected ‘conservative‘ to the DC world of republicanism, it is like sending a new guy/gal into the room to talk policy, only to be met with every face around the table staring back quizzically and dismissively while replying, “We don’t do that here – we are talking about money.”

Once you reset the Schoolhouse Rocks mindset and accept this is the truth of the thing, then everything else that puzzled you about Republican politics reconciles.

Ballot harvesting doesn’t generate money, so why do it?  We can make just as much money in the minority railing against ‘them’, so why be focused on a majority?  Donald Trump is threatening the financial position of our benefactors, so we hate him.  These are the simple truths of modern Republicans.

This is also the context to look at the institutions of professional Republican politics (RNC, RGA, NRSCC, etc) as well as the politicians who operate inside the business of professional republicanism.   Defending the trough is the goal – nothing is more important.  Removing any threat to the billionaires and multinationals who feed the trough, is a priority.  If defending the money means eliminating a pesky conservative thinker, so be it – destroy them.  That’s where the bitterness and anger come from.

If we do not accept this reality, we are doomed to repeat the cycle of abuse.

We can never make a professional Republican a perfect sandwich that will stop him/her from abusing us. Quit trying.

With this in mind, and understanding the nature of our corrupt two-party system controlled by two private corporations, the DNC and RNC, Donald Trump selected the RNC as the best available option to bring a new set of economic priorities back to the forefront.

Making America Great Again is a threat to modern republicanism, because MAGA has a core America-First economic agenda that runs counter to the priorities of the Republican party. {Go Deep}

Every professional Republican politician who enters the 2024 race for the Republican nomination is working toward this goal.  None of them are working on any other goal.  The removal of MAGA from mechanics of the Republican Party is their mission priority.  There is no other higher priority, including election outcomes.

Monmouth has a new poll released yesterday [article here – data pdf here] that was taken just before and during the time Ron DeSantis launched his candidacy.

When you look at the results, you can see why the people managing the Florida governor pulled the trigger a little earlier than anticipated.

DeSantis was scheduled in a very clear and strategic roadmap to launch as the ‘last’ candidate in the 2024 race.  However, despite his national politicking and “book tour”, his support was dropping every week.  They couldn’t wait any longer out of fear the principal would lose all support and the 2024 effort would be useless before they even got out of the gate.

The background managers pushed DeSantis into the race, and now we will see the last set of professional Republicans follow.  Each candidate will have a role and responsibility on behalf of the party.

Chris Christie and Nikki Haley will team up to play the lead role in the party attack against Donald Trump.

Notice how we are not seeing any post-DeSantis announcement polling?   Ron DeSantis launched on May 23rd and May 24th.  Sometimes it is the absence of the thing that tells you a lot about the substance of the thing.

[Monmouth Article Here]

Why would a candidate at 1%, 2%, 3% etc., stay or even launch into the race?  Stop pretending.  They do not have any chance of winning and they are not in the race to win.  They are in the race to defend the interests of the professional Republican apparatus.

They are in the race to destroy MAGA and the American First agenda.

Yet pundits and battered conservatives demand the non-pretending people stop talking about the truth of it and maintain their illusion.

It is all nonsense.

Battered Conservative No More!

John Thune Will Endorse Tim Scott for 2024 GOPe Nomination – It Is Time for the Senate to Protect Its Interests

Posted originally on the CTH on May 21, 2023 | Sundance

A report today in Politico states the next Senate Leader, the heir to the McConnell legacy, John Thune, will be endorsing South Carolina Tim Scott for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.  This approach makes sense, because the modern Senate is a rogue division within the modern branches of government.

The modern Senate has unique corrupt interests that are specific to the upper chamber, and those interests must be defended from any possibility of diminished influence.  The current U.S. senate does not consider themselves to be a co-equal branch, especially since they created the weaponized intelligence apparatus to give them greater power.

The Senate is where the DeceptiCons rule with targeted desire, influence and affluence.  They consider themselves more important than the government they are a part of.  Nothing was more detrimental to the principle of freedom than the 17th amendment.  The Senate rulers stroll the halls like Greek Gods filled with omnipotent power. They are vile parasites destroying our republican form of government… They are DeceptiCons.

WASHINGTON DC – Sen. John Thune, the Senate’s No. 2 Republican, is endorsing the presidential campaign of Sen. Tim Scott, according to a person familiar with his plans.

The South Dakota senator will appear at Scott’s presidential launch on Monday in South Carolina, the person said. Scott will announce his presidential run on Monday in North Charleston and has already launched an ad blitz.

In backing Scott, the Senate minority whip becomes the highest-ranking congressional Republican to back the South Carolina senator. And he joins his South Dakota colleague Sen. Mike Rounds in backing Scott, who is popular among Senate Republicans. Some members of House leadership have already indicated they support former President Donald Trump’s campaign.

But Thune is making good on his hopes of turning the GOP away from Trump and presenting a more forward-looking vision for the party. Thune recoiled from Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election, famously declaring that his election challenge would go down on the Senate floor like a “shot dog.” That drew a political threat from Trump, but Thune easily won reelection last year.

Since then, Thune made clear he did not think Trump’s style was suitable for the party, and said in November that “it’s clear that running on relitigating the 2020 election is not a winning strategy.” He has also praised Scott’s strengths as a candidate, concluding last year that Scott has “obviously helped a lot of people around the country in the last year, raised a lot of money and built a lot of relationships that can be very useful if he does” run.

Scott could pick up more Senate endorsements in the coming days because of his throwback style of conservatism and optimistic rhetoric, particularly for Republicans looking for a non-Trump candidate to get behind. (read more)

Ronna McDaniel Reveals the 2024 Secret Weapon the RNC Constructed to Defeat the Ballot Harvesting Process

Posted originally on the CTH on April 26, 2023 | Sundance | 305 Comments

Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman, Ronna McDaniel, appears with freshly enhanced duck lips on Fox News this morning to unveil the secret weapon the RNC has been constructing to defeat the national ballot harvesting efforts of the DNC.

A new Fact Checking website that will solve all the RNC challenges for 2024. Seriously…. THIS is what they have put money, time and effort into, and Ronna is so proud.  WATCH:

The DNC is ideologically motivated.  The RNC is financially motivated.  The DNC uses money to get power, the RNC uses power to get money.  The ideology of the DNC drives their donor activity, while the donor activity of the RNC drives their political ideology.   This is the primary difference between the two corporations.

Everything the RNC does, and that includes everything within the apparatus of the professional Republican establishment, is created to facilitate access to the maximum amount of money possible.  The RNC doesn’t have ideological goals or objectives – their quest, and the objective of the donors who control it, is the assembly of money.

From that position, everything else takes on a dimension of clarity.   The multinational corporations who weaponize the Republican political apparatus, do so in the quest for coin, bigger and bigger vaults of wealth.   Because the goal of money drives their ideology, the RNC carries no social, economic, or cultural platform that is not in alignment with the assembly of finance, and they don’t care about ballot collection/harvesting.

Any questions?

Fox News Will Host the First GOP Presidential Debate in Wisconsin, August 2023

The ever-donor-aligned Republican National Committee has announced the first 2024 GOP presidential debate will take place in Paul Ryan’s home state of Wisconsin. The debate will be organized by Rupert Murdoch (Fox News) and livestreamed in partnership and sponsorship with Rumble and the Young America’s Foundation, a group led by GOPe favorite and former Wisconsin Governor, Scott Walker.  [Ronna Announcement Here]

Yeah…. sketchy.  All of it.   Rupert Murdoch, Paul Ryan, Bret Baier, Martha McCallum and Scott Walker… Gee, what could go wrong?

(Via Fox News) – “I am excited to announce that our first debate in Milwaukee will be in partnership with Fox News, Young America’s Foundation, and Rumble,” RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said in a statement first shared with Fox News on Wednesday.

The chairwoman, asked during an interview on News’ “Fox and Friends” on Wednesday morning, if there will be one or two debate stages, said “we’ll put the criteria out soon. We don’t know how many candidates there’s going to be so that will dictate whether there’s one or two stages. Right now I don’t see there being two stages but I could be wrong on that. The field’s forming later than usual.”

[…] The debate will be televised exclusively on Fox News, and Rumble is the live-streaming partner.

Rumble chairman and CEO Chris Pavlovski said in a statement that “Rumble’s mission to protect free speech is not just a slogan, it runs through the DNA of our company. We are thrilled to partner with the RNC to bring the debate stage online and help promote open dialogue. Rumble saw record traffic and user engagement during the 2022 midterms, and we’re ready to be the premier platform for all candidates in the 2024 elections.” (read more)

Sea Island Senator Tim Scott Announces 2024 Exploratory Committee

Posted originally on the CTH on April 12, 2023 | Sundance

If you find yourself asking, ‘what the heck is Senator Tim Scott even exploring’, you are likely not alone.  But running for the GOPe nomination in 2024 isn’t really about winning the GOPe nomination in 2024; it’s more about fulfilling the requests of the Sea Island big club billionaires who guide and shape GOPe politics, nothing more.

I’m not going to spend a lot of time on this effort, because CTH already predicted the purpose, intent and timing of this moment {GO DEEP}.  Anyone with a generally solid understanding of GOPe nominations and the timing of South Carolina in the primary can see the big club play. [Tim Scott link]

Nikki Haley and Tim Scott intended to help the Sea Island billionaire confab to stop Donald Trump and create the path for Ron DeSantis.  It’s a tag-team splitter ploy, nothing more.  That’s why President Trump proactively moved to mitigate the big club move and embraced SC Senator Lindsey Graham and the organization Graham has in the Palmetto state.

Simultaneously, as the billionaire donor class construct their own blank line ballot spacing for the 2024 election [SEE HERE], both Scott and Haley can be considered options for the dark money group behind ‘No Labels’.  Essentially No Labels is a billionaire created financial vehicle to pay off a non-Trump candidate and influence 2024.

CURRRENT POLLING – (Winthrop University) – 2024 Republican Nomination for President (Table 10)

Support for Trump’s run for president is high among South Carolina Republicans who are registered to vote. Among nine Republicans who have either announced a 2024 presidential run or who are viewed as potential contenders, Trump is on top with 41%. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Haley are neck-and-neck with 20% and 18% respectively.

Huffmon notes, “Trump is riding high and doubling support over the next candidate in the field. Haley shows more than quadruple her support compared to national polls, but that should be expected on her home turf. While DeSantis is viewed as the singular alternative to Trump in national polls, the real story here is that Haley and DeSantis are in a statistical dead heat in what could be a firewall for Haley when voting rolls around.”

Seven percent of South Carolinians support a presidential nomination for US Senator for South Carolina Tim Scott when presented the list of 9 possibilities. Five percent support former Vice President Mike Pence, 2% support former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and 1% support New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu. Others listed were former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson and Virginian Governor Glenn Youngkin. (link)

Donald Trump is seeing the same GOPe map we are, and he is personally assembling neighborhood allies so that he is not caught without a network in a state that will have two hometown players competing against him.  President Trump is leveraging his prior endorsement and support for both Governor McMaster and Lindsey Graham.

Factually, McMaster would not be in place if President Trump did not pull Nikki Haley out of the state and appoint her as U.N. Ambassador, then turn around and support McMaster to fill her spot.   Additionally, President Trump has also always kept Graham close, despite the ideological economic policy differences, for exactly this type of leveraged moment.  This is political chess, and President Trump can see the GOPe moves.

Now, let’s talk about roles.

Nikki Haley was always going to run in 2024 for the GOP nomination – SEE OUR ARCHIVES – this was never in question.  All of her moves were predictable since she left the administration in January 2019.   However, Nikki Haley is also not necessarily running for the office of the President.  She’s running to be in a power position for the office of the President.  In the current construct, she’s positioning to be Ron DeSantis’ vice-presidential candidate pick.

2021: …”“I don’t think [Trump’s] going to be in the picture,” she said, matter-of-factly. “I don’t think he can. He’s fallen so far.” […] “We need to acknowledge he let us down,” she said. “He went down a path he shouldn’t have, and we shouldn’t have followed him, and we shouldn’t have listened to him. And we can’t let that ever happen again.”  (link)

A few weeks later…”Out of respect I would never do anything to go against [Trump], he knows that. I would have a conversation with him and talk to him about it should we decide we want to pursue it; but, um, no, I have a great respect for him and I would never consider running against him.” (linkVideo Prompted:

Thus, you see the conniving lying of Nikki Haley.  (Anticipate video disappearing)

In the role she has carved out and also accepted, Nikki Haley is going to be the biggest attacker of President Trump on behalf of the management team protecting Ron DeSantis.  Nikki has a very specific set of skills, including her willingness to be nasty – that makes her perfect for this role.   Haley will be the tip of the spear, providing Ron DeSantis the opportunity to pretend he is just above it all.

Trump also knows DeSantis is pretending, and I have no doubt he can see the role Nikki Haley is positioned to play.  Watch Trump continue hitting DeSantis as Haley moves in for cover.

You might remember Trump hitting Xi Jinping of China every time Kim Jong-un of North Korea did a directed by Beijing stupid thing.  He’ll do the same thing here.  DeSantis in the role of Chairman Xi and Haley in the role of Chairman Kim.  Each time Haley does the passive aggressive slaps, Trump will hit DeSantis with something.

Haley has no chance at the nomination.  Coastal establishment Republicans love her, but that only means she will have money, not votes.  The Republican voting base has seen through her schemes and wind-testing for years.   Haley is not stupid, she knows this.  Heck, even Liz Cheney polls higher than Nikki Haley.

Haley’s positioning right now is for 2023 power and influence despite her lack of base voter support.  The best she can hope to achieve in 2024 is a VP pick to get her in the target zone.

Senator Tim Scott is on a pure GOPe mission.  He’s the utility insider, the team player taking the South Carolina field to support the team goal of blocking Trump.  Scott is visible diversity, yet ideological alignment with the GOPe Club mission.

Tim Scott’s role is what Tim Scott is good at, being a team player on behalf of the GOPe and giving the South Carolina Republican voters, those who detest Haley, an alternative.

What Marco Rubio was in Florida 2016 for non-Jeb voters, Tim Scott is in 2024 South Carolina for non-Nikki voters.

President Trump has this mapped out in exactly this format.  CTH saw this SC Desantis/Haley/Scott alignment forming last year and we said to prepare for a great deal of announcing as soon as the RNC winter meeting concluded…. Which happened, not coincidentally, to conclude at the same time as Trump’s January 28th kick-off in South Carolina.  Again, strategery.

On the positive side for Tim Scott, his bestie Trey Gowdy will give him free airtime on the Murdoch network to help stimulate the Sea Island agenda…. So there’s that.

Returning to Neocon Roots – DeSantis Backtracks on His Tucker Carlson Ukraine Position as Territorial Dispute, Now Says “I think it’s been mischaracterized,” and “Putin is a war criminal”

After attempting to navigate through the politics in order to curry favor with the base Republican voters on a Ukraine position, when confronted by Piers Morgan who is a pro-NATO war voice, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis now says his former position on Ukraine has been “mischaracterized” and Vladimir Putin “is a war criminal.”

The walk back highlights once again that Ron DeSantis is an empty vessel using poll testing to formulate his policy stances.

The reversing comments on Vladimir Putin and Ukraine come from the interview DeSantis gave to Piers Morgan as noted in a recent New York Post article:

(Piers Morgan, NY Post) – Florida’s Gov. Ron DeSantis has branded Vladimir Putin a “war criminal” and demanded he be “held accountable” for his barbaric invasion of Ukraine.

Taking a tougher tone from his statement last week appearing to dismiss the year-long war as a “territorial dispute,” DeSantis now says Russia was WRONG to invade Ukraine and was WRONG to invade and take over Crimea in 2014, and won’t win the war. And he’s made his strongest attack yet on Russia’s dictator, calling him a loser who is “basically a gas station with a bunch of nuclear weapons.”

His assertion, in a statement to Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson, that it is not in America’s “vital national interests” to become “further entangled in a territorial dispute between Ukraine and Russia” was strongly criticized by numerous senior Republicans — including Sen. Lindsey Graham and Sen. Marco Rubio.

When I asked him specifically if he regretted using the phrase “territorial dispute,” DeSantis replied, “Well, I think it’s been mischaracterized. Obviously, Russia invaded (last year) — that was wrong. They invaded Crimea and took that in 2014 — That was wrong.

[…] “There is a move now to hold [Vladimir Putin] accountable for war crimes,” I told DeSantis, “bombing maternity hospitals and genocidal activity in parts of Ukraine wiping out whole cities like Mariupol. Would you support that?”

“I think he is a war criminal,” he replied. “This ICC … we have not done that in the US because we’re concerned about our soldiers or people being brought under it. So, I don’t know about that route, but I do think that he should be held accountable.” DeSantis is convinced Ukraine will eventually prevail in the war. (read more)

The DeSantis team has also hired the notorious dirtbag, Jeff Roe.

You might remember Roe as the former 2016 campaign manager for Ted Cruz who falsely told the people of Iowa, on the night before the primary caucus, that Dr. Ben Carson dropped out of the race.  The Cruz Crew amplified this false message, and duped Carson caucus supporters who subsequently switched candidates on election day to support Ted Cruz.  Jeff Roe created the lie, then tried to deny it.

(Via Politico) – […] Jeff Roe, who previously ran Sen. Ted Cruz’s 2016 presidential campaign, has signed on to be an adviser to the super PAC, Never Back Down, according to an operative with direct knowledge of the move.

Never Back Down is being spearheaded by executive director Chris Jankowski, another seasoned Republican operative. Ken Cuccinelli, a former top Homeland Security official to Donald Trump, is serving as chair of the super PAC. Over the last several weeks, Cuccinelli has visited four key early GOP primary states. A DeSantis political group that would hire Jeff Roe highlights, yet again, how the DeSantis 2024 campaign is a mirror of Ted Cruz campaign in 2016.

Factually, almost all of the 2016 never-Trump Cruz Crew are now members of the 2024 never-Trump Desantis Crew.  To assist this overall ‘never-Trump’ endeavor, in 2024 Vivek Ramaswamy is now playing the former role of Evan McMullin in 2016.

The professional political class of the GOPe, the DeceptiCons, are never as vicious against Democrats as they are against candidates who do not conform to the Republican UniParty orthodoxy.   If you want to see the Republicans fight dirty, just become a Republican political candidate that does not comply with them.  Then, and only then, will you see a side of the Republican wing that doesn’t surface against Democrats.

Threaten their GOPe Wall Street multinational corporate interests, ie. ‘their money‘, and the DeceptiCons get vicious.

If the professional Republicans are NOT targeting a Republican politician, you can be assured that Republican politician is a member of the GOPe club operation.

Yes, it really is that simple, and Ron DeSantis is a member of that club.
