Trump Unbowed After Five Years Of Abuse

On June 16, 2015, the future President and his wife rode down the escalator at Trump Tower in New York City and the political world will never be the same. The occasion was the presidential announcement speech of Donald Trump. Previously, Trump had considered running for President in 1988, 2000 and 2012. Each time, the allure of his real estate and media businesses kept Trump away from the race. This time, he realized it was his last chance to run and he seized the opportunity.

The announcement speech was made before a packed crowd of boisterous supporters. The speech was pure Trump. He railed against bad trade deals and open borders. It was surely politically incorrect, and the media was appalled.

As a television personality and real estate mogul, Trump was not a threat to the media, in fact, he was an amusing curiosity who garnered mostly positive coverage. As a presidential candidate, Trump was a risk to the political system controlled by an entrenched establishment of both parties and supported by the corrupt news media.

As an independently funded businessman turned presidential candidate, Trump was a wild card. He did not need to make deals for donations. He gave voters his unvarnished opinion on the issues and that made him incredibly popular.

His initial foray into presidential politics infuriated the politically correct media. For example, regarding Mexico, Trump said, “They’re bringing drugs, they’re bringing crime, they’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.”

Immediately he was criticized and ostracized by NBC and the Miss Universe pageant. Amazingly, he stood firm and did not apologize, what most Republican politicians do during a controversy. One month later, he refused to express regret despite being eviscerated for criticizing the war record of U.S. Senator John McCain. Both controversies would have sunk any other candidate.

Trump faced universally negative media coverage and constant hostility from the establishment of the Republican Party. The party elders were in favor of any of the 16 candidates running against him. To their disbelief, they could not defeat him, and Trump garnered enough delegates to secure the GOP nomination.

It did not stop party insiders from trying to steal the nomination from him at the convention. Fortunately, he prevailed and strode into the general election against a very underhanded opponent, Hillary Clinton.

During the presidential campaign, the media and the Democrats unveiled a secret weapon they were convinced would finish his campaign, the infamous Access Hollywood tape. Trump’s controversial comments were taped without his knowledge on a bus at a TV production in 2005. It was released at a time to maximize damage to Trump. Surely, his opponents thought this would finally destroy him.

Instead, he fought back at the next presidential debate and brought with him three women who had accused Bill Clinton of varying degrees of sexual assault, including rape. He defused the scandal but in the final weeks faced a news media arrayed against him, social media bias and search engine manipulation engineered to harm his candidacy. To make matters worse, Clinton outspent him by a 2-1 margin.

Not surprisingly, the media never gave Trump any shot of beating Hillary. This surely diminished his turnout, which was their goal. Reporters touted the polls showing Hillary comfortably ahead of Trump.  On Election night, when Trump was declared the victor, their anguished faces will always be remembered with delight by the President’s supporters.

Most winning presidential candidates receive a honeymoon, but not Donald Trump. He was harassed from the very beginning. From the efforts to overturn the results of the Electoral College to the boycott of his inauguration to the women’s march in Washington D.C. to the phony Steele dossier being revealed by a deceitful media, Trump was under constant attack.

It has never gotten any easier for the President. The Steele dossier, paid for by the Clinton campaign, led to a two-year Mueller investigation to determine whether Russia colluded with the Trump campaign. It found no collusion and proved no obstruction of justice.

In the investigation, Trump colleagues were badgered, indicted, and imprisoned for activities that had nothing to do with “Russian collusion.” In contrast, Hillary Clinton was exonerated for sending top secret and classified emails on an unsecured computer. Members of a biased Department of Justice who attempted the de-facto coup d’état of the President were never penalized with criminal indictments.

While the Mueller probe was ongoing, investigations were launched into his relationship with Stormy Daniels, his tax returns, his businesses, and his private foundation. All were conducted by a partisan House of Representatives.

Eventually, his phone call with the President of Ukraine was leaked and investigated. This led to hearings and his eventual impeachment by congressional Democrats, without a single Republican vote. The Senate trial resulted in a partisan effort to convict the President that generated only one GOP vote, well short of the necessary margin for removal.

Immediately thereafter, the Covid-19 crisis forced the government to shut down and the President was blamed for everything from virus deaths to the economic woes of the country.

Thereafter, the George Floyd murder sparked countrywide protests that often degenerated into disastrous riots. As the President tried to restore order, he was blasted by critics for threatening to use the U.S. military.

No matter what he does, his many opponents will criticize him. Independent analysts show that the mainstream media coverage of Trump has been 95% negative.

Recently, the media have returned to hyping the threats of Covid-19 and criticizing the President for staging his Tulsa rally, even though they commended the Black Lives Matter protesters.

As he faces re-election, powerful forces are arrayed against him and the polls show him losing to the unimpressive and clueless Joe Biden. Make no mistake, there will be a full court press to defeat him in November.

Nonetheless, Americans would be wise not to count out the man who has defied all expectations from the day he came down the escalator.

The air is still, but there is a tension. You can feel it. It’s a stillness that makes one nervous, as a sleeping volcano that’s beginning to awaken, showing smoke and ash. For right now, people are quiet, wondering what is around the corner.

Common folk are continuing to be bombarded by the Left, behind their high walls with a self-righteous, phony ‘heart felt’ drone of why the country we all love, having so many of us fought and died for, is a sham, a fraud, illegitimate, irredeemable. Former Secretary of State, John Kerry is even predicting a revolution if Trump wins re-election.

The Left recruits the protesters, the placard walkers, the mindless bull-horn loudmouths spilling their gratuitous and absurd cacophony. It’s the reticent, restrained, hard-working citizen who plays by the rules, wasting no time complaining, that is muted, and for the time being controlled. These folk listen in silence, growing immune to the continuous noise.

For many decades, at least since the sixties, the Left has deliberately planned and carried out the gradual destruction of our culture, what made us the greatest country in all of human history, to a point unrecognizable. They went from blue jeans to three piece suits…destruction from the inside. They have dismissed God from the public square, devastated our schools, taught our children to hate God, country, and parents, destroyed countless Black and White families with welfare and handouts, keeping them in ‘their place.’ They killed millions of children, disproportionately Black, and called it ‘healthcare.’ Everything God declares as sin, they call good. No big deal, they don’t believe in God anyway. To them. everyone creates their own reality.

Theirs is an evil, disordered, Marxist culture of the superiority of government over God and mankind. They hate everything that is good and clean. They needed to divide us and so they have. They say they hate fascism, but don’t really know what it is. They are willing to accept communism, but have no idea what they are asking for.

This Left has many faces…teachers, professors, politicians, media personalities, old hippy Marxists who lost their chance in the sixties, Hollywood types seeking relevance, judges of the Supreme Court on down, and high tech, the self-appointed keepers of morality, however bogus.

The Left wants limited free speech. Unlike what we were taught as children, they believe words can actually hurt them. They demand no guns (while they stockpile weapons), no borders, police, prisons (except for political prisoners), or churches. What they want is a full Red Chinese-style, student-led, paramilitary, socio-political cultural revolution. Unacceptable history, movies, speech, private property, books, especially the Bible, will be banned. Thought police have already arrived.

Democrat governors and mayors are winking at the discord. Police in all their states are being ordered to stand down to one extent or another while they tear cities apart. The Washington state governor, Jay Inslee, claimed recently he actually didn’t know anything about the partial city takeover in Seattle. New York City, on Mayor de Blasio’s orders, released 250 prisoners. They have since been rearrested 450 times, having committed unspeakable crimes. One of them walked past a 92-year old woman and for no reason hit her hard in the face as she passed with her walker, dropping her to the ground where her head hit a fire hydrant. Police are being shot, and ambushed. Precincts are being stormed. People are being assaulted wholesale in all the Democrat strongholds just for being White. Murder in New York City is up 25%.

And yet, people are still, taking it all in.

Hypocrites abound. They ‘liberate’ a section of Seattle and call it their Autonomous Zone to show the world how to live. In the meantime they put up walls, destroy almost everything in sight, arm themselves to the teeth, accept deliveries of food and sanitation from people who actually work for a living, beat a man senseless by their ‘police’ for stealing. How’s that for police brutality? Police without law or inhibition. A true Animal Farm. I doubt they even see the irony of it all. The mayor of Seattle, being the hapless public servant, decides it’s just a block party…true anarchy with government approval.

Many ask why the anarchy? It is simple. The Left needs a total societal breakdown so as to introduce their own form of law and order, a tyrannical, communist, godless government. Think Soviet Union, North Korea, Red China. They will promise Scandinavia, but will deliver Red China. They’re hoping people will demand it.

In the sixties, the Left had the Vietnam War to protest. When the war ended, the movement disintegrated. Now, in a desperate search for a cause, they think they found it…racism. While he was president, Obama and his minions, anxious to finish the job, pulled all the scabs off what was a long healing wound and called us all racists, from a Black president mind you. They need division so they encourage it.

People are waking up, beginning to feel their families and stuff being threatened. In America, you don’t mess with one’s family and stuff. They worked too hard to find some happiness in this troubled world. The Left thinks they are gaining the upper hand, using treason and insurrection at a time when no one seems to meet with justice. They have miscalculated.

While the insurgents burn cities, the Left hopes people will demand change that only they can deliver. Yes, the people will make demands, but not to their liking.

Murder in The Lawless Seattle Autonomous Zone – Police Blocked From Responding After Two People Shot in CHAZ/CHOP, One Killed…

After two people were shot the responding police and paramedics were blocked by the lawless occupying mob.  One of the people died; the other was taken to the hospital by occupiers. Obviously, the autonomous zone has become a severe danger to those within it.

Capitol Hill Seattle has the very disturbing story: “Seattle Police have confirmed CHS’s early reports on the shooting and say that a 19-year-old is dead and that there have been no arrests:”

On June 20th, at approximately 2:30 AM, East Precinct officers responded to a report of shots fired in Cal Anderson Park. This is inside the area referred to as the Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP). Officers attempted to locate a shooting victim but were met by a violent crowd that prevented officers safe access to the victims. Officers were later informed that the victims, both males, had been transported to Harborview Medical Center by CHOP medics.

Officers responded to Harborview and were informed that one of the victims, a 19-year-old male, had died from injuries. The other victim, also a male, unknown age, remains in the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The suspect or suspect(s) fled and are still at large. There is no description at this time. Homicide detectives responded and are conducting a thorough investigation, despite the challenges presented by the circumstances.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in gathering evidence. Anyone with information about the shooting or who may have video from the incident is asked to contact the Seattle Police Department’s Violent Crime tip line at (206) 233-5000.

Multiple people reported hearing three to six gunshots from the area of 10th and Pine around 2:20 AM. Police radio updates described people seen fleeing to the north on 11th from Pine and through Cal Anderson.

One victim was reported undergoing CPR in front of the Rancho Bravo restaurant at 10th and Pine before he was transported to Harborview by the protest camp medical volunteers. According to Seattle Police radio updates the man was dead when he arrived at Harborview.  (more)

California Governor Mandates Face Coverings

California Governor Gavin Newsom has ordered that everyone, with a handful of exceptions, must wear a face covering in public or suffer the consequences.  Will there be a monetary fine for violators?  Jail time for those who refuse?  We haven’t been told.  All we know is that we are being ordered by a power hungry politician that we have to wear a specific type of clothing, without legislative backing, without constitutional authority, and for a virus that, if you run the numbers honestly, is mild and has less of a chance of killing you than the chance of you being struck by lightning.

I have lived in Southern California my whole life.  I grew up in Los Angeles County until my teenage years.  Then, when it got to the point that the gangs were tapping on the door of my adolescence, my folks moved to the City of Corona on the edge of what is known as the Inland Empire.  Riverside County back then was considered “the sticks”.  The inland area was considered rural when compared to its coastal neighbors.  It was, and is, less populated, and has always been much more conservative politically.

Back then California was truly the Golden State.  The policies of Republican leadership, such as that of Governor Ronald Reagan, had made California the place to be.  People had come to the western State for work, pleasure, and economic success.  My grandfather came to California in the 1940s, shortly after fighting in World War II, to be a farmhand.  He went from sharecropper, to carpet layer, to eventually owning his own carpet cleaning business.  Then, as I reached adulthood in the early eighties, the liberal left Democrats grabbed a hold of the Golden State, and since then they have run it into the ground with their heavy regulations against businesses, high taxes, destructive laws regarding our justice system, failed policies that have led to record homelessness, and authoritarian mandates that now have Californians fleeing the State in numbers as great as those coming here over fifty years ago.

California’s hard left leadership continues to swim in their pool of power, and it is getting worse.  While Governor Gavin Newsom claims, “Science shows that face coverings and masks work,” science also shows that, according to the CDC, if you are under 50 the mortality rate for the COVID-19 coronavirus is 0.05%, and only slightly higher if you are older.  You have a better chance of dying if you get behind the wheel of your car.  More have died because of the lockdowns, which means the liberal left policies have caused more damage than good.  Cases of domestic violence have been on the rise during these “stay at home orders,” as have instances of depression and suicide.  The symptomatic patients have all had underlying health conditions.  While everybody is freaking out that the number of cases of those positive with the Chinese Wuhan novel coronavirus may be higher of late, the truth is it has been high since the beginning.  Anti-body studies have shown that the number of cases has been massively higher than the estimates.

What’s next, comrade Newsom?

The thing is, based on my own calculations, at least more than 96% of cases are asymptomatic.  Herd immunity is a good thing, for it will make sure we all have the anti-bodies should this thing come back stronger, and it will shorten the life of the current scamdemic because the disease will quickly run out of people to infect.  Instead, Newsom’s idiotic statewide mandate of everyone wearing masks in public keeps the virus around longer, has us breathing in our own CO2, and it hurts the economy because it keeps everyone nervous about public interaction.

But, that’s the point, isn’t it?  To keep us afraid?

There is nothing in the California State Constitution that allows Sacramento to quarantine the healthy, or require us to wear a particular piece of clothing.  What’s next, comrade Newsom?  An armband with a democrat party symbol on it?  Or will you mandate yellow stars to be sewed to the clothing of anyone who disagrees with you?  And how will you enforce it if your various sheriffs say they won’t enforce it?  Are you going to fire them all, and cut funding to cities who dare to defy your dictatorial orders?  And remember, the courts recently slapped down Oregon Governor Kate Brown’s pandemic orders, stating that like you, she exceeded her authorities with them.  Are you, Gavin Newsom, ready for the lawsuits?  And better yet, are you ready for the defiance that will now happen?  Trust me, you don’t have enough room in the jails for us all.

In the end, when it comes to all of this coronavirus stuff, the reality is simple.  They are lying to us for the sake of power.

Hypocritical UN Human Rights Council Members Exploit George Floyd Killing

The dysfunctional United Nations Human Rights Council, which the United States exited for good reason two years ago, is exploiting the tragic killing of George Floyd. The Council decided to hold a U.S. bashing fest entitled “Urgent debate on systemic racism and police brutality in the United States.” The debate, which concluded on June 18th, followed on the heels of a harsh anti-American statement issued by the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. That statement denounced the United States for alleged “systemic and structural discrimination” which “disproportionately promotes racial disparities against African Americans.” It called for the United States to make what would amount to a public confession of the alleged “existence of structural racial discrimination” in American society.

United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet said, after referencing George Floyd’s killing specifically, that it was “necessary to make amends for centuries of violence and discrimination, including through formal apologies, truth-telling processes, and reparations in various forms.”

UN Special Rapporteur E. Tendayi Achiume urged the Human Rights Council to create a UN Commission of Inquiry on Systemic Racism and Law Enforcement in the United States, which was also advocated by the UN Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent and anti-American so-called human rights groups.

The UN Human Right Council’s “urgent debate” was requested by Burkina Faso on behalf of over 50 African countries. “The tragic events of 25 May in Minneapolis in the US which led to the death of George Floyd led to protests throughout the world against injustice and police brutality that persons of African descent face on a daily basis in many regions of the world,” Dieudonné W. Désiré Sougouri, Permanent Representative of Burkina Faso, said in a statement. Why, Mr. Sougouri, were you and the world silent about police brutality in your own country when Burkina Faso’s security forces allegedly executed 31 unarmed detainees on April 9, 2020 in the northern town of Djibo?

George Floyd’s brother, Philonise Floyd, asked the Council members for their help to “get justice for my brother George Floyd.” He told them via video, “You in the United Nations are your brothers and sisters’ keepers in America, and you have the power to help us.” If George Floyd’s brother is seeking justice for his brother from the UN Human Rights Council, he will be sorely disappointed. Members of the Human Rights Council who are the most vociferous in railing against the United States are among the world’s worst serial human rights abusers. Current non-member dictatorships Iran, North Korea, and China, equipped with plenty of experience in killing, torturing and imprisoning their own citizens at will, added their voices to the Council’s open debate targeting the United States.

In a statement delivered to the United Nations Human Rights Council on June 16, 2020 by Hillel Neuer, the executive director of the Geneva-based independent human rights group UN Watch, Mr. Neuer cited several examples of African members of the Council with horrendous records of racism and oppression. Yet these countries dare to sit in judgment of the United States.

Mauritania, Mr. Neuer pointed out, has “an estimated 500,000 black slaves, with CNN referring to Mauritania as ‘slavery’s last stronghold.’”

Libya, Mr. Neuer said, “subjects up to a million African migrants to virtual slavery—trapped in a terrifying cycle of extortion, imprisonment, forced labor and prostitution,” while Cameroon “crushes protests by the English-speaking population, and has committed atrocities, including massacring civilians, rape, and burning villages.” The Democratic Republic of Congo’s “police just 2 months ago killed 55 people, in a coordinated crackdown on a religious sect,” Mr. Neuer added.

Farhan Haq, Deputy Spokesman for the Secretary-General, was asked at a press briefing on June 17th how the opinions on police brutality in the United States by the likes of Venezuela and other Council members with atrocious human rights records can be taken seriously. Haq replied with the moral obtuseness of the typical UN bureaucrat that “there’s no rule that says that, in order to take issues seriously, we must ourselves be perfect.” He added, “In order to deal with these issues, we ourselves have to take a critical look and a hard look at what each country does.”

The United States does not claim to be perfect. No human being is perfect. However, the direction of U.S. history is towards creating a more inclusive society with equal opportunity and the equal protection of the law for all. The United States is dealing directly and openly with its past and present shortcomings. It is directly addressing race relations and police misconduct today, with remedial steps being taken at the federal, state and local levels. “We call upon all governments to demonstrate the same level of transparency and accountability that the U.S. and our democratic partners practice,” said the U.S. ambassador in Geneva, Andrew Bremberg.

Seattle Healthcare Worker Indicted for Stealing and Selling Ventilators, COVID Supplies on eBay….

Considering the fast-moving news cycles, this DOJ indictment has many elements of seemingly disconnected narratives.  Apparently healthcare workers were not just proficient parading around in their insufferable Tik-Tok videos.

A Seattle healthcare worker -a ‘respiratory therapist’- has been busted stealing COVID-19 supplies, including ventilators, from the VA hospital and selling them on eBay.

WASHINGTON STATESeattle – A 41- year-old Bonney Lake, Washington, man was charged today in U.S. District Court in Seattle with theft of government property for his scheme to profit by stealing and selling respiratory support equipment from the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), announced U.S. Attorney Brian T. Moran.

GENE WAMSLEY was employed as a Respiratory Therapist at VAMC until he was placed on leave from VAMC on June 9, 2020. WAMSLEY made his initial appearance on the criminal complaint today in Seattle.

“Right now respiratory support equipment is critical in medical care for those suffering with COVID-19 infections. To steal and sell equipment needed to care for our veterans is a shocking betrayal,” said U.S. Attorney Brian T. Moran.

According to the criminal complaint, the investigation began in January 2020 when VAMC reported two bronchoscopes missing from the hospital. A third bronchoscope was reported missing in April 2020.

Staff at the VAMC had noticed bronchoscopes listed for sale on eBay from a seller in Bonney Lake, Washington. The investigation linked the sale of three bronchoscopes to WAMSLEY. A further review of eBay records revealed WAMSLEY had sold five ventilators in March and April 2020.

Three ventilators were found to be missing from VMAC during the same time period. EBay records reveal a variety of other respiratory support equipment sold by the account linked to WAMSLEY. Administrators at VAMC confirmed the items were used in the respiratory therapy department.

Law enforcement executed a court authorized search warrant at WAMSLEY’s home on June 9, 2020. Medical supplies and eBay sales records were seized in the search. (read more)

Several months ago President Trump was criticized for stating their was something odd about the amount of COVID supplies that were seemingly missing from shipments made to numerous hospitals; the corporate media went bananas at the implication healthcare workers might be stealing…  Well?

When this story started exploding on social media, I thought it was a joke… but it is not.

Tulsa Oklahoma Mayor G.T. Bynum has declared a “civil emergency” and signed an executive order (outlined below) creating an immediate curfew and locking-down a six block area in and around the BOK Center venue for the Trump rally in the city.  Any MAGA rally attendee who does not immediately vacate the area is subject to arrest.

(Tulsa, Oklahoma) In a Facebook post Thursday evening, Tulsa police announced that an area of downtown will be off limits from 10 p.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Saturday ahead of the rally. The curfew will again take effect after the rally until 6 a.m. Sunday.

The curfew is the result of an executive order from Mayor G.T. Bynum, which cites both local and nationwide unrest in recent weeks as the rationale for the curfew.

“I have received information from the Tulsa Police Department and other law enforcement agencies that shows that individuals from organized groups who have been involved in destructive or violent behavior in other states are planning to travel to the City of Tulsa for purposes of causing unrest in and around the rally,” the order states.

The curfew affects the area from Archer Street to Sixth Street between Houston Avenue and Boulder Avenue. The people camped outside the BOK Center waiting to get into the rally were being moved out.

Police posted information about the curfew about 45 minutes before it took effect. Those found in violation who refuse to leave will be cited or arrested, according to the Facebook post. (link)

Perhaps there is a legitimate domestic terrorism threat, a “civil emergency”, which requires the curfew approach….

However, one would think if this were not a politically motivated decision, the prudent approach would be to place police in the area as a security precaution.  After all, the maintenance of a curfew perimeter will require a significant police presence to ensure compliance.  So regardless of whether there are people peacefully assembled to attend the rally, a significant police presence is required by the order itself.

Curfew Restrictions

1. People are prohibited from walking, running, loitering, standing or motoring upon any alley, street, highway, public property, sidewalk, or vacant premises within the boundaries indicated above, except for official designated duty in response to the emergency, providing public safety services, or going to or from a place of residence or work.

2. The manufacture, transfer, use, possession or transportation of a Molotov cocktail or any other device, instrument or object designed to explode or produce uncontained combustion is prohibited within the limits of the City of Tulsa.

3. The transporting, possessing or using of gasoline, kerosene, or combustible, flammable, or explosive liquids or materials in a glass or uncapped container of any kind is prohibited within the limits of the City of Tulsa, except in connection with the normal operation of motor vehicles, normal home use or legitimate commercial use.
