This is exactly as expected. Larry Ellison now controls TikTok while his son David Ellison now controls Paramount/Skydance which is CBS. To solidify the objective of TikTok, new algorithms will be implemented, while to solidify the objective of CBS, Bari Weiss is hired as Editor-in-Chief of news. [Paramount Announcement]
The Trump administration assisted both the purchase of TikTok by Larry Ellison, and the acquisition of Paramount by David Ellison. CBS settled with President Trump for $16 million. Paramount then purchases/acquires Bari Weiss online site The Free Press and moves Weiss to editor of CBS news, while President Trump triggers a tariff against Hollywood production movies not made in the USA.
L Ellison (Oracle, TikTok), Musk (X, SpaceX), Thiel (Palantir), Sacks (Crypto), Karp (Palantir) and D Ellison (CBS) are all well positioned to fundamentally change the way information is processed for public consumption. CNN (Disney) is likely to be the final piece of the puzzle to be assembled.
David Ellison, Chairman and CEO of Paramount, a Skydance Corporation, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Bari and The Free Press to Paramount and CBS News. Bari is a proven champion of independent, principled journalism, and I am confident her entrepreneurial drive and editorial vision will invigorate CBS News. This move is part of Paramount’s bigger vision to modernize content and the way it connects – directly and passionately – to audiences around the world.” (LINK)
(VIA NEW YORK TIMES) – […] In a move that is expected to shake up the broadcast news landscape, CBS’s owner, Paramount, said on Monday that it was buying The Free Press, an upstart digital news site founded just four years ago, and appointing Ms. Weiss, one of its founders, as the editor in chief of CBS News.
The purchase price was roughly $150 million in cash and Paramount stock, according to two people familiar with the terms who spoke on the condition of anonymity. The total amount will be paid out over time, and it may fluctuate depending on the price of Paramount’s stock.
The acquisition puts one of the country’s most traditional news institutions — the former home of Edward R. Murrow and Walter Cronkite — under the editorial guidance of a journalist who rose to fame in part by critiquing old-line media institutions that she deemed timid and untrustworthy. Ms. Weiss is also a stalwart champion of Israel, and her site frequently lambastes the perceived excesses of the so-called woke left.
Ms. Weiss, 41, has never run a TV network, and in her role will have influence over hundreds of producers, anchors and reporters around the world. She will report to David Ellison, Paramount’s chief executive, and work alongside Tom Cibrowski, the president of CBS News. (read more)

Nepal, Morocco, Madagascar, and now South Korea—the youth are not accepting economic hardships quietly. South Korea passed a “public intimidation law” that criminalizes threats or acts of crime against the general public with a penalty of 20 million won ($13,700) or five years imprisonment. New data has found that half of the suspects are in their 20s and 30s, according to ministry data obtained by Representative Song Seok-jun.
The most common motive noted in around one-third of cases is anger or resentment toward society. The law went into effect back in March and there have been over 70 cases of public intimidation. Authorities have arrested over 50 people, mostly men in their 20s. Crimes vary from online hate to bomb threats.
Seoul National University’s School of Public Health reported in May that 55% of adults in South Korea are living in a state of “prolonged emotional frustration,” and 70% reported that society is “fundamentally unfair.”
Youth unemployment in South Korea has reached 15%, with the national average sitting at 5%. Over 1.2 million young people are unemployed, despite South Korea having one of the highest rates of higher education. Working for a family-run conglomerate or a chaebol is seen as prestigious compared to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) where working conditions and pay are less desirable. SK, LG, Samsung, and Hyundai alone accounted for 40.8% of the national GDP in 2023. In fact, 84.3% of all GDP can be traced to 64 companies ,but they compose only 10% of available jobs.
“The figures make clear that the chaebols’ impact on the Korean economy cannot be easily disregarded. But the 64 chaebol’s share of employment is lower than their share of revenue, which means they need to more aggressively expand their hiring,” said Oh Il-seon, director of the Korea CXO Institute.
Over 70% of Koreans between 25 and 34 hold a college degree, which is 20 points higher than the OECD average. Studies show that only 24% of college graduates in South Korea earn more than those with a high school diploma. In contrast, 69% of college graduated in America are employed.
South Korean children begin training for a position at a chaebol. The market is saturated with educated, eligible employees. Housing and the overall cost of living have skyrocketed. The youth followed the playbook and lost the game. South Korea already has a plethora of political turmoil, but no one is more vocal or willing to cause unrest than the youth.

Anti-government protests always begin with the younger generations. Morocco is the latest nation to face a massive youth uprising with nearly a week of ongoing protests against reckless government spending. The government allocated $15.8 billion to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup or roughly 16% of GDP.
Unemployment is at 13%, with youth unemployment, per usual, notably higher than the national average. This is the seed of the anger that sprouted the uprising. Youth unemployment among those 15-24 is estimated to be 36.7%, while nearly half of young adults in urban areas cannot find employment. Unemployment among college graduates stands at around 19%. One-third, mostly women, are not in education, employment, or training (NEET). The youth are enraged at their current predicament and blame government corruption and mismanagement.
“Gen Z 212” is the name for these decentralized protests occurring throughout the nation. The youth demand reform, especially in healthcare services and education. “The right to health, education and a dignified life is not an empty slogan but a serious demand,” the organizers of the Gen Z 212 protest movement wrote in a statement published on Discord.
The government allocated $9.6 billion to upgrade the high-speed rail line that will feature new connections between major cities. An additional $1.3 billion was set aside to improve roads and highways in host cities. Hotels and lodging will see a $3.2 billion expansion for World Cup tourism. The stadium alone will cost $3 billion, with costs likely to rise. The youth believes this funding should be reallocated to the people.
Morocco’s economy seems to be growing at a steady pace, rising 5.5% in Q2. Inflation has fallen to 2% as well. The nation’s economic status does not matter to Gen Z, who make up around 25% of Morocco’s population. They cannot find work and have nothing to lose. Hundreds have been arrested, and the civil unrest is amplifying as the protests continue.

In Canadian criminal law, “hate crimes” are not a single stand-alone offence, but rather ordinary criminal offences (like assault, mischief, or threats) that are motivated by bias, prejudice, or hatred.
Some are specific indictable offences in the Criminal Code:
Advocating genocide – s. 318:
It is an indictable offence to advocate or promote genocide against an identifiable group (based on race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc.).
Punishable by up to life imprisonment.
Public incitement of hatred – s. 319(1):
Willfully promoting hatred against an identifiable group in a public place where it’s likely to cause a breach of the peace.
Can be prosecuted as an indictable offence (max 2 years imprisonment) or by summary conviction.
Willful promotion of hatred – s. 319(2):
Communicating statements (other than in private conversation) that willfully promote hatred against an identifiable group.
Indictable (max 2 years) or summary.
Requires Attorney General’s consent to prosecute.
Other ordinary crimes with hate motivation (like assault, uttering threats, mischief) can be charged as usual, but hate motivation is an aggravating factor in sentencing under s. 718.2(a)(i).
Keep in mind this is just SPEECH – you do not have to hurt anyone!
Well, I guess Shakespeare is lucky not to be alive today. His famous line may be life in prison in Canada.

In Germany, warmongers are talking about declaring a “military tension case” using the false flags they have created with drones. This is the step before the State of Defense, which carries the most severe restrictions. This is a precursor to the total capital controls I have warned about. This will include the limits on freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and travel. COVID was just a trial run.
Of course. This is a complex and highly regulated area of German law, rooted in the country’s historical experiences. The restrictions allowed on population liberty and financial controls depend entirely on the specific legal state of emergency declared.
It’s crucial to understand that Germany, as a Rechtsstaat (a state based on law and justice), has strict constitutional safeguards. Any government action must have a specific legal basis in the Grundgesetz (Basic Law, Germany’s constitution).
The German constitution provides for several escalating states of crisis:
State of Tension (Spannungsfall): A preliminary stage when a military conflict is imminent.
State of Defence (Verteidigungsfall): A formal declaration that the country is under armed attack.
State of Internal Emergency (Innerer Notstand): For dealing with grave threats to public safety and order within the country.
The most severe restrictions are only permissible under a State of Defence.
In Austria, the term “tension case” (more precisely: voltage state) in the military law 2001 (§ 2) is defined as a condition in which there is an immediate danger to the security of Austria or its allies, and preparation measures are required for defense. The “defense case” (defense state) occurs when an armed attack takes place or is imminent.
Week of October 22nd
We warned that this was the week that the computer was projecting for the shift. It is targeting, especially, the week of October 22nd, which could signal the start of serious restrictions ahead of war. NATO is also contemplating cutting off Russia’s access to the Baltics.
Putin has to realize now that any PEACE with Ukraine is a joke. Europe wants Russian blood, and they have been sacrificing Ukrainians using their ethnic hatred of Russians to reduce Russia as much as possible so that NATO can conquer Russia. Zelensky is the perfect stooge who will sacrifice Ukrainian lives for a pocket full of silver.

Bill Gates believes that electronic tattoos will soon replace smartphone technology. This is not a dystopian fable but an active plan set in motion by Chaotic Moon that was acquired by Accenture. Nanocapacitors that conduct electricity will be integrated into the body through these electronic or biometric tattoos and are activated by simple vital signs.
Marketing focuses on convenience and futuristic technology. Smart watches would be obsolete as the tattoo tracks body temperature, steps, heart rate, potential health issues, and more. Body gestures would have the power to unlock doors, turn on lights, and connect to the internet. One could browse the web without the need for screens or batteries. Annual visits to the doctor would be obsolete as the device would notify the doctor if something was wrong.
The markings can also be used for wireless identification. Border security is the new guise for collecting biometric data, and governments are actively researching tattoo recognition technology to track citizens.
The Washington Post covered the topic back in 2016 when development began. “What would the world be like if we had displays that could adhere to our bodies and even show our emotions or level of stress or unease? In addition to not having to carry a device with us at all times, they might enhance the way we interact with those around us or add a whole new dimension to how we communicate,” Takao Someya of the University of Tokyo stated. Researchers were seeking ways for the marking to last longer. At the time, they found a way for the tattoo to last for over a day, but now, the technology is permanent.
“At the end of the day, there’s all sorts of firms out there like cell phone companies and drug companies and medical device companies that work through those processes,” Lamm told TechCrunch in 2015. “For us, we’re trying to start a conversation around ‘hey you’ve already had these types of data collection components on your body.’ A lot of times they are big, they are bulky and they can be limiting. Now we’re looking at changing and evolving with these other types of conductive ink.”
The ”human circuit board” has other uses and has rapidly developed in the past decade. Bill Gates began supporting the project with his endless funds. “Smartphones have been our digital lifelines…but their reign is nearing its end. Electronic tattoos are the next leap in personal tech,” Gates declared.
These devices are intended to replace the current financial system. Credit and debit cards will be stored on the device. I am not one to preach the concept of Revelations, but there is a clear connection to the ancient prophecy.
Revelation 13:16-17 states, “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

This is one book that I absolutely want to read. In a great interview, the Executive Vice-President of Trump Inc, Eric Trump, describes what it was like to be targeted by a fully weaponized U.S. government.
Eric Trump speaks highly of the intents and purposes of Kash Patel and Dan Bongino in addition to several other members of the MAGA alliance who have assisted the family of Donald Trump in defending themselves. Eric notes the background conversations with his dad and family as Lawfare mounted their assault. WATCH:

The entire English Legal System has abandoned everything that once made Britain the beacon of human rights and liberty in the world. There is absolutely nothing left for Britain even to hold its head upright. This man, pretending to be a judge, ASSUMES what he said is racist, without acknowledging that the immigrants are NOT all of a particular race. Then he PRESUMES that those words instigated someone else to violence with ZERO evidence of that being the case at all. This is NOT the rule of law, and when that crumbles, the ONLY solution becomes revolution and violence, for there is no court of law that can ensure that society remains civilized.
Perhaps this “judge” who is obviously violating the English Bill of Rights should turn to Confusus. His legal doctrines are far better than this nonsense. Even Jesus Christ addressed a gathering of Jews and told them: “And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” Not in Britain. The truth will get you tax-free living in prison for 7 years.
The most famous trial where a jury stood up refusing to find the defendant guilty in the face of a corrupt government was that of William Penn (1644-1718), the founder of Pennsylvania. Penn was the leader of the Quakers in London, and you can see why people fled to America. The sect was not recognized by the government and was forbidden to meet in any building for the purpose of worship. In 1670, William Penn held a worship service on a quiet street, which a peaceful group of fellow Quakers attended. Penn and another Quaker, William Mead, were arrested for disturbing the king’s peace and summoned to stand trial.
As the two men entered the courtroom, a bailiff ordered them to put their hats, which they had removed, back on their heads. When they complied, they were called forward and held in contempt of court for being in the courtroom with their hats on. Penn discovered that contempt of court is a personal prerogative of the judge and an infliction of punishment by a judge who becomes the legislator, jury, and sentencing judge.
Penn demanded to know what crime he was being charged with preaching – the cornerstone of Due Process. The judge refused to supply any information as to his crime and instead referred vaguely to common law. When Penn protested that he was entitled to a specific indictment (NOTICE), he was removed from the presence of the judge and jury and confined in an enclosed corner of the room known as the bale dock.
Penn could neither confront the witnesses who accused him of preaching to the Quakers nor ask them questions about their charges against him. Several witnesses testified that Penn had preached to a gathering, which included Mead, but one showed some hesitancy as to whether Mead had been present. The judge turned to Mead and questioned him directly. In effect, the judge became the prosecutor, as he asked Mead if he was guilty. Mead invoked the common-law privilege against self-incrimination, which provoked hostile comments from the judge. The court then sent Mead to join Penn in the bale dock out of the sight of the jury and witnesses.
Finally, after the testimony, the court concluded that the judge had instructed the jury to find the defendants guilty as charged, dictating what verdict he had expected. Penn tried to protest but was silenced and again sent out of the courtroom. The jury, for its part, proved sympathetic to the two defendants and refused the judge’s command to find the defendants guilty.
At this point, the judge became so enraged, as I would expect from Judge Juan Merchan, and sent the jury back to reconsider their verdict. When they returned with the same verdict, the court criticized the jury’s leader, Bushnell, and demanded “a verdict that the court will accept, and you shall be locked up without meat, drink, fire, and tobacco…We will have a verdict by the help of God or you will starve for it.”
After that, the jury was sent back three more times but returned with the same verdict. Finally, the jury refused to reconsider. The judge then fined each jury member forty marks and ordered them imprisoned until the fine was paid. Penn and Mead went to prison anyway, held in contempt for obeying the bailiff’s order that they put on their hats.
Later, the jury members won a writ of habeas corpus and were released from prison. Penn and Mead left England after their release from prison, having a taste of English justice, and sailed to America. (Earl Warren, “A Republic, If You Can Keep It”, p. 113-115). Thus, Pennsylvania was founded. This was the Bushel’s Case(1670) 124 E.R. 1006, a famous English decision on the role of juries and that they possessed the independence to decide the validity of the law being prosecuted.
Where is the Magna Carta Right to a Trial by Jury of Your Peers?
This guy is forced to plead guilty to a non-crime because if he dares go to trial and the Judge refuses to allow the jury to nullify this insane Starmmer law, then he will be given the maximum time of 7 years+ for demanding a fair trial.

QUESTION: What do you think of Trump going after Soros and groups that are seeking to create violence? Is this connected to the Kirk assassination?
D
ANSWER: Look, the talk behind the curtain is that a lone shooter did not assassinate Kirk. Forensic experts suggest that he was struck from behind. Everything was wrapped up neatly very fast, and it is the same story, like Oswald was always a lone shooter. What Trump did was to respond to a deliberate effort to create civil unrest in the United States to essentially break up the country and surrender it to the one-world government theory.
If you think for one minute that the far-left has just laid down and surrendered to Trump, you are sadly wrong. This is a war, and they are not about to give up on the crazy WOKENESS theories. Obama is using Kirk to try to divide the country, claiming it is the RIFGHT, never the LEFT. Many are optimistic that the Supreme Court has agreed to take Trump vs Slaughter in December concerning the firing of a member of the Federal Trade Commission. But this is beyond the rule of law. They are not going to use the courts to win against Trump. This is about a deliberate assault to overthrow the Constitution to get the people to ask for that as the solution.
I do not believe that Kik was assassinated for anything he actually said. He was the symbol of the opposite of the LEFT agenda. Assassinating him would divide the country and create civil unrest, which is the real objective. Look, I have warned many times that REVOLUTION will always come from the LEFT, not the RIGHT, because they have fundamental differences in values. The LEFT always presents itself as the victims of the RIGHT, which is capitalism, etc., whereas the RIGHT are the traditional values and seek to maintain the status quo.
THE LEFT:
Left-wing ideologies (e.g., communism, socialism, anarchism) are fundamentally concerned with class struggle, economic equality, and the overthrow of existing capitalist or feudal hierarchies. This is why their ideologies have been outlawed even in the Ten Commandments. This goes back into ancient times. It was the LEFT agenda of Sparta that waged the Peloponnesian War to destroy the capitalists in Athens in 404BC. Sparta and Athens represented two completely different ways of life, and each viewed the other’s system as a threat to its own existence. Those struggles influence Marx.
Thus, they always insist that monetary inequality is an inherent failure of the capitalist system or exploitation by a ruling class (e.g., landowners, industrialists, or a monarch). Leftist movements will always mobilize the working class, peasants, and intellectuals around a vision of a revolutionary new order (e.g., a worker’s state, a classless society). The state always represents the interests of the propertied classes. They will crack down on strikes or protests. This confirms the left’s view that the state is an instrument of oppression and that revolution is the only path. Therefore, you will see that the left forms militias (often with international support from other socialist states) to fight the state’s police forces. The goal is revolution—to seize state power and radically transform the entire socioeconomic structure.
Historical Examples beyond Sparta vs Athens are numerous. Just a few examples are the Russian Civil War (1917-1923), the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939), and the Chinese Civil War (1927-1949, with a pause during World War II).
The French Revolution turned bloody and attacked the Catholic Church, seizing all of their property and executing priests. This is why the French are in their 5th Republic, because it was a LEFTIST agenda and class warfare. Hence, France was unable to establish a stable Republic as unlike the United States, which was not based on a LEFTIST agenda but on separation from Britain.
THE RIGHT:
When we examine the RIGHT, the motivations are entirely different. Here, a perceived threat exists to the traditional social order, national identity, or private property. This threat is often seen as coming from LEFTIST movements, secularizing reforms, or ethnic/racial minorities gaining rights. Right-wing movements mobilize those who feel their status, wealth, or cultural identity is under attack (e.g., traditional elites, religious groups, nationalist segments of the population).
A left-wing electoral victory, a series of progressive reforms, or a revolution that begins to dismantle the old order is usually the trigger. The right, often with support from within the military, launches a counter-revolution or secessionist movement. The goal is to conserve or restore a traditional social hierarchy, frequently defined by race, religion, or class. This can also manifest as a war for ethnic supremacy or separation.
Most people have never heard of William Lloyd Garrison (1805-1879), but he was perhaps one of the strongest voices that stirred up hatred in the South with his newspaper, The Liberator, which he founded in 1831 and published in Boston. He was not just anti-slavery; they were radical leftists for their time. They called for a complete overhaul of a society they saw as fundamentally corrupt and built on the sin of slavery. Their methods—using moral suasion, civil disobedience, and demanding immediate, uncompensated emancipation—were deeply challenging to the economic and social order.
A historical example is the American Civil War (1861-1865), which was more than just slavery. The South was a core right-wing insofar as the Southern planter aristocracy’s desire to conserve the status quo. The LEFT (North) was morally against the institution of slavery, but it was deeper than that. They were against the traditional, agrarian way of life in the South. As these Patriotic Covers illustrate, they were seen as primitive and not keeping pace with the “new” way of doing things with the rise of the Industrial Revolution.
The North was embracing the Industrial Revolution. They saw the South as resisting that trend. The South seceded from the Union explicitly to protect what they saw as their way of life, “property,” and states’ rights from the threat posed by the increasingly LEFTIST anti-slavery Republican Party (which, in the 1860s, represented a more modern, industrial, and politically progressive vision).
The Spanish Civil War (1936-1939), as mentioned above, was triggered by the RIGHT. The Nationalists, led by Franco, were a coalition of monarchists, fascists (Falange), traditionalists, and the Catholic Church reacting against the secularizing and reformist LEFT-WING Republic. Their goal was a counter-revolution to restore a centralized, Catholic, and authoritarian Spain.
Even in Africa, the Biafran War/Nigerian Civil War (1967-1970) was an ethnic secessionist war, but RIGHT-WING ideologies of ethnic nationalism and supremacy fueled it. The Igbo-led secession of Biafra was a reaction to pogroms and a fear of political and cultural domination by other ethnic groups within Nigeria.
Anyone who thinks that Trump won and that somehow killed the LEFT, you are wrong. They have a few billionaires who fund civil unrest and they fully understand that the way to defeat the RIGHT is through dividing the people, and that makes them susceptible to management and control, where they will willingly surrender all their rights for safety.
Fund the civil unrest, divide the people, and the establishment will crumble. This is the standard formula that has been used for centuries. The Peloponnesian War (431–404BC) saw simmering tensions explode into a 27-year war of LEFT vs RIGHT philosophies. This Great Divide appears to be inherent within human nature that has always existed and contributes to both CIVIL UNREST/REVOLUTION as well as INTERNATIONAL WAR (which in ancient times was among city-states),
It’s crucial to recognize the preconditions that make any society vulnerable to civil war, regardless of ideology. These include a weak central government, as in the Roman Empire, when the Persians captured Emperor Valerian in 260AD. That led to the Empire splitting into three empires.
The next critical tipping point is a widespread economic crisis, which can be a sudden economic shock (e.g., a depression, famine), as was the Great Depression worldwide. Another critical division is deep divisions along ethnic, religious, or class lines, which we are witnessing in the Balkans and right now in Ukraine, and their hatred of Russians. Just as in the 2014 Ukrainian Revolution, the tipping point occurs when the military or police take sides instead of defending the state itself. In Russia, during 1991, when Yeltsin stood on the tank and told them not to fire on their fellow Russians, the coup collapsed.
Ideology (left or right) is the framework through which groups interpret these crises and justify their actions. Regardless of the culture we examine, we see the same divide over similar issues.
Long before the Progressive Era, there were distinct leftist movements of the Utopian Socialists in the United States during the 1820s-1840s, led by Robert Owen and Charles Fourier. They were Americans who established experimental communities, like the French Communes of their Revolution.
However, it was the Progressive Movement (1890s-1920s) with its Presidential candidate, Teddy Roosevelt, that became the Crucible of Modern Leftism.
Our Computer has been projecting the rise in civil unrest, which is a result of this Great Divide, and this trend is expected to become more aggressive in 2026, particularly from March 2026. I believe that Kirk’s assassination was not some random act. There may be a lot more behind this, and it may have been an intended spark to ignite this divide in 2026, with the attempt by the LEFT to resist the RIGHT and the rise of Trump.
Obama immediately came out and used Kirk’s assassination as a response to Trump’s White House. Obama, in defending the LEFT, blamed Trump for animosity in the country, calling him “the architect of modern political division in America.” Obama has been a major player in dividing the country. To defend the radical left, he blamed Trump. This illustrates what I am saying. The LEFT is always the victim, and the RIGHT is always the establishment seeking to retain traditional values, and this is the status quo. There is no resolution; this will lead to the dissolution of the United States as we head into 2032.
