Ukraine is so dishonest a government and it is always seeking unlimited money from the West, we really need to overthrow all Western leaders who support Ukraine. There are so many who KNOW that Ukraine blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric dam because it would cut off the water supply for Crimea. Just like Nord Stream, when that was blown up, they claimed Russia did it, when in fact all Russia had to do was turn off the valve.
Every single source I have said the same thing – UKRAINE did it! There is nobody in that government that will EVER tell the truth. Now Turkey is proposing an international investigation into the action. Of course, Ukraine rejects any investigation into anything including where the money is going or the fact that American weapons are all over the place in the black market.
All my sources have said from inside Ukraine that the Ukrainian losses have exceeded 200,000 troops. Biden finally admits that Ukrainian forces have suffered “significant” casualties as they battle to break through Russia’s defensive lines.
Ukraine has launched a land grab and pretending that the Donbas should be theirs when they hate Russians, and outlaw their language and their religion, is just shocking. Everything East of the Dnieper River was the old Russian Empire of the Tzars. That is why there are Russians living there for centuries. This would be like Mexico invading Texas and ordering everyone to speak only Spanish. The border was simply drawn by Khruschev for administrative purposes during the Soviet Union. It was NEVER Ukrainian people in that region. They never had their own country.
This entire nonsense is a proxy war against Russia and the Russian people. This will only end in World War III and as I have said, ALL of the neighbors of Ukraine do not trust Ukrainians who have always been a ethnic group of pure-blood elitists.
The West is using this as a cover because the monetary system is collapsing. They borrow year after year and have ZERO intention of ever paying off the debt. They are deliberately creating WWIII so they can all default, and shift to this one-world digital currency by the IMF which was announced on the precise day of the Economic Confidence Model confirming that is a major agenda.

Rather than write 10,000 highly specific and legally granular words to deconstruct the Trump indictment, I will share the opinion of others with supporting analysis and add some substance to the issues. Later I will compile all the various points of analysis into one very granular article.
First, it is important to always remember why this indictment is taking place. The DOJ, specifically Lisa Monaco, are continuing the offensive against Trump in large part to cover for the actions of the Obama administration in the originating targeting of their political opposition. Originating Spygate operations (’15-’16), Russiagate (’16-’17), Mueller (’17-’19), Impeachment #1 (’19-’20), Durham (’19-’23) and Jack Smith ’22-present, are all part of one long continuum of weaponized DOJ and FBI operations. The entirety of the effort is to protect the actions taken by the Obama administration. [Note to congress: Questioning Durham this month is defense key #1]
In this interview {Direct Rumble Link} Jeff Clark gives his opinion of the statutory weaknesses that exist in the case as outlined in the indictment. The first two defense approaches will likely be: (1) the Presidential Records Act supersedes the issues of document holding as noted in the use of the Espionage Act. (2) However, if the Espionage Act [Statute 793(e)] has to be defended, the originating issue of “unauthorized possession” will be the second approach heading to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Granular note, putting aside the fact that classification is irrelevant to the statute being used, within the indictment please notice how the DOJ states 102 classified documents [pg 27], some that were never marked classified as noted in the indictment [count 11, page 30] but defined as classified after DOJ review, were discovered after the Trump affirmation of compliance in July 2022. This is the predicate for the FBI raid. Again, a total of 102 documents were identified as classified by the FBI/DOJ.
They were unable to use classification status as a legal mechanism to attack President Trump; instead, they use the non-production as an evidence enhancement to the ridiculous claim that Trump lied to them (sec 1001); but notice how there are only 31 documents [31 counts] outlined as national defense security issues. This would mean approximately 70 classified documents are memory holed by this special counsel.
70 defined “classified” documents retrieved, no description provided, those documents not a part of any legal contention – they just disappear. I suspect we know what those sets of documents pertained to, and they have everything to do with DOJ and FBI conduct in Russiagate.

Amid all the furor of the corrupt and political indictment against President Trump, Congress was permitted to read the witness statement from a Confidential Human Source who outlined allegations of bribery in testimony to FBI agents.
The FD-1023 report was written by FBI investigators in July of 2020. It became an issue after the FBI seemingly took no action, and then recently claimed to be “investigating” the claims of the “highly credible” FBI source. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) reviewed the report and then gave her impression to the media. Video and Transcript below. WATCH:
Transcript: Reading this form (FBI’s FD-1023) today shows the pure distinction.
This information this source that came forward. It’s a paid informant by the FBI. This has nothing to do with Giuliani. This has nothing to do with the information that he brought forward in 2020. It’s totally separate and it’s extremely incredible because he’s a paid informant.
I made some notes after I left the skiff based on the information and I’ll share that with you guys right now.
Basically, what was happening there is back in 2015 2016 Burisma was looking to buy a US based oil and gas company, and this came from being advised by Hunter Biden and his partners.
(Joe) Biden said Shokan was corrupt. That was around the time of this meeting was when Joe Biden was Vice President had said that the prosecutor Shogun was correct. They hired Hunter on the board to make the problems go away. That’s what they specifically said.
Hunter advised that they can raise more money if they bought a US company.
So the informant was trying to do the right thing and trying to advise Burisma that they shouldn’t go this route but they should hire an attorney to work out their problems that they were being investigated for because they were having other legal problems. And that’s why they were being investigated by this prosecutor Shokin that it was advising them don’t go this route.
Why would you buy another US company while you’re under investigation? That’s not a good idea. So he’s trying to tell him to do the right thing.
The owner of Burisma said that Hunter was stupid and that his other business partner was smart.
He also said that he paid $5 million to one Biden and he paid $5 million to another Biden and it was all a bribery to get Shokin fired and end the investigation into Burisma.
He also told the informant This is common practice in Russia in Ukraine, common practice, it’s part of business there are other cultural works, that they will pay bribery money in order to get business deals done. And then many businesses, they take that into account they put in their budget, basically, when they’re preparing to buy another company or start another company, that that’s just normal.
And so over in Ukraine, for them to consider hiring Hunter Biden on the board in order to make their problems go away, which was the prosecutor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma for corruption and legal problems.
This was definitely illegal for a vice president of the United States and their family members.
The informant had asked the owner of Burisma if he was happy that Trump won and he said no he was not happy. Remember, he had invested a lot of money into the Biden’s to make these problems go away. But he did say that it would take 10 years for all of us to find out about the payments that were made to the Bidens. Because of how many bank accounts there were.
He said at the time, there were no direct payments made to big guy but at the meeting later, after he had become more upset as things are unfolding, he told that informant that he has two pieces of evidence showing proof of payment to Hunter and specifically Joe Biden.
You see, I think what everyone needs to understand is their business. Whether they perform their business in a legal manner or correct manner, they always keep records of their business payments, accounts and receivables that’s how it’s done and this owner and Burisma pepper record, especially at the bribes and if you’re in an industry where you have to pay bribes to get your business deals done.
You always want to keep a record and keep proof of your brides because that’s how you make sure you get people to follow through on whether it was done. What I read today is again shocking just as what I read in the treasury department with all the SARS is shocking. But we are going to continue following this investigation.
We’re going to continue to look into every single thing that we can uncover.
We need the FBI to keep cooperating with us that’s extremely important. And I have very high expectations of Christopher Wray that will do the right thing and continue showing us the information that we’re asking for.
What I’m upset about though the FBI doesn’t think the American people are worthy of this unclassified information. I certainly do. I think the American people deserve to know every single bit of it and that’s why when I left the skiff, I’ve made this paper here so that I could explain everything to the American people. Good news, bad news and granular news..
First, the good news.The judge assigned to the Trump documents case is U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon. She is the same judge who handled the lawsuit last year after the FBI raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. Judge Cannon was the judge who appointed the “special master” to review the documents the DOJ was claiming were classified, but Team Trump was contending that definition.
Now the bad news. The DOJ is no longer legally arguing that Donald Trump held any classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. The DOJ is arguing that President Trump held documents vital to U.S. defense security. It’s a farce but that’s their position. The classification status of documents is moot, nonexistent, except to create the predicate for the proverbial FBI nose under the tent.
The DOJ-NSD (that’s Lisa Monaco) got a warrant to look for classified documents, but never intended to use classified documents as a case cornerstone because President Trump had full declassification authority. The DOJ got a search warrant by convincing a judge they were looking for something that wasn’t even a violation of law. That’s why the DOJ would not reveal the probable cause affidavit. The search was built upon a fraudulent pretense. “Classified” is a snipe hunt.
You will notice Jack Smith never discussed “classified documents” in his remarks, and the issue of classified documents appears nowhere except in the indictment as a purposeful lawfare description of documents. The DOJ is not legally charging anything relating to the classification status of the documents. That’s the Lawfare and media banter to create a talking point. The term “classified” is all over the indictment, but as a lawfare adjective only; it’s like using the word “stash”.
The special counsel legal framework is centered around documents the DOJ define as vital to “the defense security” of the United States. EVERYTHING is predicated on 31 counts of an 18 U.S. Code § 793(e) violation. The DOJ defines what is considered a defense document, and that intentionally has nothing to do with classification.
The granular news. You might have heard that two of Trump’s lawyers, Jim Trusty and John Rowley, quit today. The media wants to use their exit as a point to indicate Trump is in legal jeopardy; however, that’s not the case.
As soon as Trusty and Rowley saw their forced testimony was used in the indictment, they had no option except to exit the case. Despite the lawyers providing no damaging information against Trump, the DOJ used language in the indictment to turn Trump’s lawyers into material witnesses. Weissmann’s Lawfare tactic create a conflict, forcing the two Trump lawyers to depart.
WASHINGTON DC – Two of Donald Trump’s top lawyers abruptly resigned from his defense team on Friday, just hours after news broke that he and a close aide were indicted on charges related to their handling of classified documents.
Jim Trusty and John Rowley, who helmed Trump’s Washington, D.C.-based legal team for months and were seen frequently at the federal courthouse, indicated they would no longer represent Trump in matters being investigated and prosecuted by special counsel Jack Smith, who is probing both the documents matter and efforts by Trump to subvert the 2020 election.
The resignations were shortly followed by an announcement from Trump himself confirming that a close aide, Walt Nauta, had also been indicted by federal prosecutors. Nauta, a Navy veteran, had served as the former president’s personal aide and was a ubiquitous presence during his post White House days.
In their place, Trump indicated that Todd Blanche — an attorney he recently retained to help fight unrelated felony charges brought by Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg in April — would lead his legal team, along with a firm to be named later. Trump and his team have liked Blanche, who is expected to play a more elevated, central role. (more)
Weissmann, Eisen and Smith are using lawfare in the indictment to put the interests of Trump and his aide Walt Nauta against each other. Obviously, Nauta would not turn on Trump, so the prosecution made Nauta a target for a federal 1001 charge of lying to investigators and will pressure him throughout the case to take a plea in exchange for testimony against Trump. Nauta is the baseline of the “Conspiracy Elements” which require two or more people. Again, pure Lawfare.
Obviously, Jim Trusty was unaware last night that his forced testimony would be used in the indictment. WATCH:

In the Trump indictment the DOJ is not, repeat NOT, arguing a classified documents case. The entire legal framework is centered around documents they define as vital to the defense security of the United States. EVERYTHING is predicated on this 18 U.S. Code § 793(e) violation:
18 U.S. Code § 793(e) Whoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it.
According to the Trump indictment, COUNT #7 – page 29, a document “concerning communication with the leader of a foreign country” is considered a classified document in violation of US Code 793, vital to national defense interests.

The Democrats are afraid of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. He is exposing the truth behind their lies, and the powers that be are silencing him. YouTube has begun scrubbing videos featuring RFK from their site as they with anyone who questioned the pandemic. He already has a massive platform from his famous father and uncle. The establishment does not like those who expose their secrets.
Kennedy recently claimed that the CIA was responsible for killing his father when he ran for the presidency in 1968. Hearing about the blatant corruption among US intelligence agencies makes this claim plausible to many who would have previously dismissed it as conspiracy. He has been outspoken against the planned pandemic, writing books discussing his findings. He has spoken out against mainstream politicians and how they are above the law. He has been described as unconventional and has a certain headstrong appeal.
YouTube is owned by Alphabet (Google), so we can see where this is going. Kennedy also announced that he had been deplatformed from Instagram. Twitter seems to be the last social platform that will permit him to speak. Headlines are skewed to paint him as an oddball. Reuters reported: “Musk hosts Twitter event for anti-vaxx Democratic candidate RFK Jr.” Over 64,000 people tuned in to hear him speak. Reuters called his run a “long-shot bid.”
“I think if we don’t protect free speech at all costs, we don’t have a functioning democracy,” Kennedy Jr. said during a free-wheeling conversation. How is it legal for the media to shut down the campaign of a presidential candidate? This is clearly election interference and an infringement on the 1A. The “always vote blue” and “anyone but Trump” crowd are beginning to listen to RFK. The more I learn about this guy, the more I agree with what he’s saying. Not on climate change, but he is anti-war, anti-woke, anti-vaccines, questions big pharma and the entire establishment. The Democrats would not try to silence him if they did not fear his message.

The anti-religious left originally set their targets on the “Christian extremists” who were ruining America. The far-left originally left Muslims out of the argument because they thought Trump’s refugee ban on Islamic nations would lead to votes for the Democrats. Since everything the woke agenda stands for goes against Islam, the left has turned on the community.
Democrat Kristin Mink, a member of the Montgomery County Council for District 5, criticized Muslim parents who did not want their young children to learn about adult content. “This issue has, unfortunately, does put… some Muslim families on the same side of an issue as White supremacists and outright bigots,” said Mink. “I would not put you in the same category as those folks, although, you know, it’s complicated because they’re falling on the same side of this particular issue.” So now Muslims are ”white supremacists.” Welcome to the club of the hated majority who is hated for simply existed outside the woke narrative.
In this particular instance, Muslim parents wanted the ability to opt out of teaching young impressionable children the LGBTQQIAAP2S+ agenda (yes, that is the acronym now). Mothers protested outside the school. Students joined in as well and said that they wanted to respect their religion. If you watch the video above, the sane parents are visibly upset. The other side is dancing around in rainbow flags completely ignoring the pleas of the parents, many who likely expected better education opportunities in America.
Armenian Americans, predominantly Christian, recently faced the same problem with public schools. The protest turned physical and numerous fights broke out. What would Armenians, who were only recently recognized for the genocide of their people, know about the struggles of the LGBTQQIAAP2S+? You’ll be hard-pressed to claim victimhood to people who may have lost relatives for simply existing.
Here is a teacher from that school in Glendale telling Armenians that they do not understand oppression. “I deal with a lot of the trauma of LGBT youth related to the hetero-normative, Judeo-Christian, patriarchal, imperialist, capitalist system that oppresses them…Armenians talk about the genocide but they received SSI but they don’t want to talk about the indigenous genocide in 1850, and the lack of reparations for indigenous and black people in this country,” the disturbed teacher stated.
OUT OF 2 MILLION ARMENIANS, 1.5 MILLION WERE MURDERED DURING THIS GENOCIDE!!!! But go on and tell us how you’re oppressed for being unable to tell little kids about sex.
The conservative Christians have been under attack for a long time in America. Muslims do not permit others to speak badly about their traditions and values. Christians have become immune to being the hated majority. No one is trying to erase the gay community, but the other side is trying to erase traditional values and religion. Christians and Muslims will unite under this cause to protect children from groomers pushing adult content into the public school curriculum.
The indictment of Trump federally confirms what our computer has been warning about for the 2024 election – there will be none – at least a fair one at that. Never has any former president running for office been targeted and the Department of Justice has been completely weaponized. All for documents that he clearly had no intention of handing to some foreign enemy. They had to do with the stolen election and Hillary using the intelligence agencies to even spy on Trump when in the White House.
I do not say that as a Trump supporter. We have Hunter Biden who has committed crimes that anyone else would be in prison for and the IRS and DOJ have been protecting him. You have the FBI brought to the brink of contempt for refusing to release documents that could justify not just impeaching Biden, but charging him with Treason. The point here is that these are the tactics normally seen in banana republics and even Ukraine where the former president is somehow always criminally charged to eliminate opponents in the future.
Yet none of this matters anymore. The media has committed treason and is doing everything to destroy this country by refusing to EVER just be balanced anymore. All we get is endless propaganda and with the Canadian fires, they will not even ask how did all these fires start simultaneously and whether will they be used for now Climate Lockdowns to further destroy our economy?

This is why we now have a Commerical Real Estate crisis for they deliberate;y used the lockdowns to stop commuting to work to reduce CO2. They had no basis in mitigating COVID. Now people were compelled to work Virtually and that killed offices which was their end goal. While kids are back in school, physical local stores are doing better than expected, and even retirees have started to return to cruise ships. But the primary target was to undermine small businesses and terminate office buildings in general.
Commercial real estate is in far worse shape than most care to look at. Offices buildings are struggling and the implications set off a contagion that will engulf banks, landlords, municipal governments from a tax perspective, and individual investment portfolios. The economic damage from the lockdowns is far-reaching and it is due to make everyone sit up and say OMD post-2024.
This will be the next real estate crisis and this one will invoke a catastrophic change that will not come back anytime soon. There is nearly $1.5 trillion of US commercial real estate debt that comes due for repayment before the end of 2025. This impact the larger banks and many assume that the defaults of banks have been driving the cash from regional banks to the big banks in hopes of stemming this tide.
During the first quarter of 2023, U.S. office vacancy topped 20% nationally for the first time really since the Great Depression. Then there are cities that have embraced WOKE to their detriment and are witnessing the worst. In San Francisco, the vacancy rate in the first quarter of 2023 climbed to 29.4%, up from 27.6% in the fourth quarter of 2022. Manhattan has a vacancy rate of n the first quarter of 2023 at 22.2% according to Cushman & Wakefield. Dallas has been absorbing the flight from California so its vacancy rate is 18.7% according to Cushman & Wakefield. The commercial vacancy rate in Miami, Florida office market has an overall vacancy which has been declining counter-trend to the rest of the nation falling now to 15.8% according to Cushman & Wakefield. In Chicago, Class-A vacancy rate stands at 19.3% while Class-B vacancy jumped to 28.3% according to Cushman & Wakefield.
These figures understate the severity of this crisis. While Biden’s staff is stuffed with LGBTQ which overrepresents their portion of society, we are hanging by a thread economically. You have the standard people running around screaming the sky is falling and selling all stocks. But selling stocks is typically followed by the flight to quality which is government debt. Yet somehow that seems strange in the period of a collapse in the confidence of government.
Meanwhile, Ukraine is the MOST untrustworthy government on the planet. The United States intelligence learned of a Ukrainian plan to attack the Nord Stream natural gas pipelines three months before they were damaged last September by underwater explosions, The Washington Post reported on this citing leaked information posted online. The damn they blew up and tried to blame Russia just so happens to also impact the water supply of Crimea.
It was Ukraine which blew up the dam because it would cut off the water supply to Crimea. Everything also results in Zelensky demanding more and more money from the world. He is “shocked” that the Red Cross and the UN are not pouring money into Ukraine for disaster after every disaster they create. This is the man determined to draw in the entire world to destroy Russia. When we foolishly give them F16s, they will attack Crimea and we will have World War III.
Meanwhile, the losses of Ukrainian troops have exceeded 200,000 according to reliable sources inside Ukraine. This is why NATO is actually looking at sending in ground troops for Ukraine is losing badly. Nato countries now say that they may be willing to put troops on the ground in Ukraine if member states including the US do not provide tangible security guarantees to Kyiv. As I have warned, NATO’s only purpose is to create war – not peace.
