“The stupid will believe it and ask to be treated” Pandemic to DePopulate 1981

Armstrong Economics Blog/Tyranny Re-Posted Aug 16, 2021 by Martin Armstrong

Jacques Attali is a well-known French economist and social theorist. He has been a political adviser but also a senior civil servant, which is in itself a distorted term for they never see themselves as serving the people. We have simply been a herd of sheep to manage.

Additionally, Attali was a counselor to the French President François Mitterrand from 1981 to 1991 and was the first head of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in 1991-1993 which I use to visit often. The building was outrageously expensive with a huge white marble slab on each floor as you got off the elevator. I had NEVER in all my years ever visited such a decadent public office anywhere in the world.

I use to do a lot of work in France. I was even a Keynote Speaker for the Bank of International Settlements at a luncheon in Paris with all the central bankers of Europe. And I was asked to debate political leaders in Paris on national TV – but they declined. When I say I have worked behind the curtain for decades, I am not making such a statement up out of thin air.

One of the aspects I have always encountered in various meetings is very disturbing in today’s light. There is a French book entitled L’Avenir De La Vie (“The Future of Life”) by Michel Salomon, who is a journalist and doctor back in 1981, he interviewed twenty scientists including seven Nobel Prize winners, and which thus relates his conversation with Jacques Attali, who at the time was the adviser to François Mitterrand. In that interview, it provides a clear warning of how they look down upon us, the great unwashed, which is the blueprint for what they are doing using Covid-19 to change the world economically and politically.

“In the future it will be about finding a way to reduce the population. We will start with the old, because as soon as he is over 60-65 years of age, man lives longer than he produces and costs society dearly. Then the weak and then the useless who do nothing for society because there will be more and more of them, and especially finally the stupid ones.

Euthanasia targeting these groups; euthanasia will have to be an essential instrument of our future societies, in all cases. Of course, we cannot execute people or set up camps. We will get rid of it by making them believe it is for their own good. Too large a population, and for the most part unnecessary, is something economically too expensive.

Socially, it is also much better for the human machine to come to a screeching halt rather than gradually deteriorating. We won’t be able to give intelligence tests to millions and millions of people, you can imagine!

We will find something or cause it, a pandemic that targets certain people, a real economic crisis or not, a virus that will affect the old or the big, it doesn’t matter, the weak will succumb to it, the fearful and the stupid will believe it and ask to be treated.

We will have taken care to have planned the treatment, a treatment that will be the solution. The selection of idiots will thus be done by themselves: they will go to the slaughterhouse on their own. “

“The future of life” – Jacques Attali, 1981, interview with Michel Salomon.

This book is currently out of print. Perfect coincidence. This road map to tyranny is well known. The Press will not report the truth nor Big Tech because they all assume that they will be part of those selected to remain. Indeed, society is nothing but a herd of sheep. They know very well that the majority “will go to the slaughterhouse on their own.” Nature will always cull the herd, so to speak. But that is simply how things have worked for thousands of years. Those who see themselves as elitists neither believe in God nor in Nature and simply think they should redesign the world. These ideas have been floating around for a very long time. I have listened to them in meetings for the past 40 years and often asked what was my opinion. While the computer has correctly forecast these dark years, it also clearly shows they will lose. For that, they never liked that forecast but assumed it was just my opinion. Sorry! Wrong again!

Afghanistan v Trump’s Wall

Armstrong Economics Blog/Politics Re-Posted Aug 17, 2021 by Martin Armstrong

The scene at the airport demonstrates the hypocrisy of the Democrats in this administration. They have bashed Trump over illegal aliens and wanting to build a wall, but those people were coming for economic reasons. There the Democrats claimed to have compassion, but there has been no such concern in Afghanistan. The Taliban is a religious fundamentalist force that seeks to install Islamist law blitzed across the country. Women will not be allowed to be schooled and are to be subservient to their masters. Somehow women’s rights no longer matter. For years the USA was protecting people who were against the religious fundamentalists. Then they just bail out and leave them to die.

During the election, Harris said the way illegal immigrants were being treated was un-American. It did not reflect “our values,” yet the treatment of those in Afghanistan is to be ignored. It is an old wise tale that you do not give a man a fish, for you will have to do that every day to feed him. Instead, teach him how to fish, and you will feed him for life. We were there in Afghanistan and provided freedom from fundamentalism, and people who grew up there have known freedom for more than 20 years. The US invaded Afghanistan in 2001. A 20-year-old knows nothing but Western freedom. It is somehow un-American to build a wall to prevent illegal aliens from storming in from Mexico seeking better economic opportunities, but leaving people to die after protecting them for 20 years is somehow ethical.

Then, President Biden admitted that the fall of Afghanistan to the Taliban happened “more quickly than we anticipated,” but added that “I stand squarely behind my decision” to order the vast majority of US forces out of the country ahead of the Western-backed government’s chaotic collapse over the weekend.

The Taliban have overrun one city after another and entered Kabul on Sunday morning. I’m sure CNN and others are highlighting the fact the Taliban were wearing masks during this pandemic of COVID, complying with recommendations of the World Health Organization, Gates Foundation, Fauci and crew, and the World Economic Forum. Their ability to take over the entire country in a matter of hours reflects the inability of this Biden Administration to even know what is going on. The Taliban has proven they could beat the United States just as the North Vietnamese. Withdrawal from Afghanistan should have been far better organized, and those seeking asylum should have had the opportunity to migrate rather than be left to die in a religious purge.

COMMENT ON THE TREND

Armstrong Economics Blog/Conspiracy Re-Posted Aug 15, 2021 by Martin Armstrong

I continue to believe that this virus was manufactured and deliberately released neither by China nor the US Military and at the same time, we have the Grand Wizzard Bill now calling to end all beef consumption, and simultaneously, there is a rising call to reduce the population. Killing millions in the name of saving the planet is not genocide in their mind. It is just pruning like a tree. These people do NOT believe in God and they do NOT believe in Nature for it will always regulate the population without their intervention.

NEVERTHELESSresistance is building. This may erupt in civil wars in 2022. We DESPERATELY need the police to see that the consequences of following orders like the Nazis, will lead to the destruction of society and the deaths of their own families. Resistance is NOT futile.

These people are evil and seriously deranged. COVID has been used to gain power and they have used it to distract people from their real agenda which they let drip out ever so slowly. One step at a time until the then hope it is too late. The idea of internment camps and not much different from the Nazi Concentration camps that were exterminating specific groups also to purify the herd. Hitler was of the same mindset – eugenics.

The Media is firmly in the hands of these people and will continue to preach we need to reduce the population for climate change. The press once upon a time, challenged the government. Now they are agents of the state. They are now telling people not to have children because of COVID rushing out studies claiming the children are stupid.

The speed with which France, Italy, and other EU members are moving to enforce the Green Card, which is now being copied in stages by the US, is sending a clear warning ahead to non vaccinated people even trying to order out(forget eating in) is eventually going to disappear as an option. Currently, most Euros eat outside, by preference….sure, eating in when it rains and in colder weather is normal and will follow, but I would expect in the US the Feds and some states are going to push restaurants and many other service businesses not only to enforce the vaccine as proof of entry at the door but will soon deny service even for people looking to order out…think this isn’t possible? Well, did anyone see COVID coming, mask mandates, a long lockdown, untested “vaccines” being enforced on government, state, and municipality employees? Or Universities having this power(recently backed by an idiotic Supreme Court) to deny students entry?

Look, these M’fers are looking to even prevent people from flying domestically if they aren’t vaxxed. This heavy-handed approach is nothing more than a staged enforced campaign to impose vaccines, you mentioned internment camps…these people are out of their GD minds. And later, to starve people out…think this isn’t possible?

Liberals. Always right. Always preaching. Always looking out for mankind…even if you have to kill a few million people…because, it’s the idea that matters, not the individual!

COMMENT #2: All these foundations, societies, NGOs, and other organizations haven’t popped up overnight or own their own. There are so many it’s hard to count. But why are so many of them based in England and specifically London?https://royalsociety.org/topics-policy/projects/climate-change-science-solutions/https://populationmatters.org/governance

COMMENT #3: Marty,Good Sunday morning to you!I have personally found this video of a conference with Dr Robert Malone quite informative, possibly one of the most informative discussions on COVID-19 that I have seen or read.  Dr Malone who was involved in the development of the mRNA vaccine technology back in the 1980’s at the Salk Institute.  This is a two-hour conference done just last week, August 10, 2021, for the Liberty Forum of Silicon Valley.  The first 30+ minutes, he introduces himself, if you need an introduction.  Otherwise, it gets quite interesting from the 34-minute mark onwards.  (If you don’t want to click the link, simply go to LewRockwell.com, and look at this weekend’s selections.)Dr. Robert Malone Explains mRNA Vaccines and The Noble Lie Used by the Medical Establishment To Manipulate Vaccine Propaganda – LewRockwellThanks,

Consumer Spending Unexpectedly Collapses in July as Essential Purchases Become Primary Focus of Working Class, Inflation is The Underlying Problem and It Will Get Worse

Posted originally on the conservative tree house on August 17, 2021 | Sundance | 228 Comments

The U.S. Census Department releases retail sales data today showing a strong contraction in consumer spending for July [MSM LINK].  The out-of-touch financial pundits were looking for a 0.3% decline; however, the drop was four times greater with a contraction of 1.1% in spending.

“The slide in retail sales comes after Friday’s preliminary consumer sentiment report from the University of Michigan showed one of the largest drops on record, leading some strategists and economists to warn of downside risk to the sales data.” (link)

This should not be unexpected for those who read here.  Massive price inflation on essential goods is eating up wages.  Food, fuel and energy price increases are changing consumer spending habits.  Non-essential purchases have stopped….. they haven’t slowed, they have stopped. ←Emphasize this because it is not showing up yet in the data lag.

The data reflects that auto sales were the primary contributor to the decline in spending (-4.3%).  This should make sense to people because auto purchases are the largest general consumer purchase outside of home purchasing.

When purchase decisions are made by families; and food and fuel prices are skyrocketing; replacing a vehicle is not essential.  Auto sales are a key indicator of consumer confidence and income.

Overall inflation is the primary driver.  Real wages are declining (wages – inflation), and disposable income is dropping quickly.  Americans need to start talking very deliberately about what is about to happen.  CTH predicted this and has been walking through the visible outcomes as each set of new data surfaces {SEARCH BOX}.  Nothing happening right now is unforeseen or not easily understandable.

There is a cascading effect that happens within the economy.  Income shrinks, then spending shrinks, then employment shrinks and work hours reduce.  It is an unavoidable outcome inside the middle-class economy.

Two-thirds of our national economy (GDP) is dependent on middle-class consumer spending.  Any impact to that spending cornerstone triggers downstream consequences. Large ticket items (like cars) are the first to drop. [Car sales have declined 10.4% from their peak in April.]  Luxury goods in general come next.

Wage-earners, families around the table, husbands and wives, start making decisions on finances based on income outlays.  The roof over your head is the priority; then comes food, and the prices are rising;  then gasoline, and again rising prices; finally facilitating expenses for work and school.

I said in June, at a macro level home prices had reached their peak (last two weeks of May, first two weeks of June was apex).  Obviously, there are some geographic home value increases still happening as COVID related regional issues and work opportunities are shifting populations.  There is also a lag and ripple effect that takes time to work through the economy.  The macro-apex will not be visible until next year.

People go where the work is, and the work is in the freedom zones (red states/regions).  Population shifts keep some area home prices increasing.  However, on a national macro-level the apex has been reached.  People cannot afford higher mortgage payments and simultaneously deal with massive inflation on essential purchases.

Economic pressure works to the benefit of the command and control authority who wish to force vaccinations upon people.  The fear of losing a job becomes more of an issue for people when income security is threatened and they see food prices rising so quickly.  It is unnerving, unsettling and for paycheck-to-paycheck families extremely stressful.  This creates leverage for corporations to require vaccinations for employment.  I wish I had the answers; alas, I do not.

Bottom line is…  Depending on your personal situation,  prepare yourself now for prices to continue rising on both consumable and durable goods.  In the longer term, specifically due to a lack of purchasing, durable good prices will level and eventually drop.  Less people buying stuff makes prices drop as competition triggers and businesses selling durable goods look to survive.  Unfortunately at that point we are usually headed to a recession.

The downside for a drop in durable good purchasing is the workforce behind the manufacturing, distribution and sale of those goods are at risk of losing employment.  Again, a natural outcome.  For the auto-industry, and heavy industrial manufacturing, this is the time of year when retooling is taking place and some manufacturing and production lines are closed.  However, when they return to production those companies might be shocked to find fewer purchase orders for the goods they produce.

Employment is currently stable (especially in the freedom zones); but we should watch for continued signs of consumer spending contraction.  Any employment contraction will be made worse by the millions of illegal aliens now purposefully permitted to enter our nation.

Keep in mind, the Federal Government is pumping money into their command and control economy.  This short-sighted (I would say purposeful and ideological) monetary and economic policy is contributing to massive inflation.

Inflation puts pressure on incomes and savings…. which puts demands on government to support income losses…. which leads to govt pumping more money.  This is the dependency and welfare cycle that seems intentionally being deployed by Biden and the socialists behind him.

FORBES – “Consumers spent less last month than economists had expected, buying fewer things online and holding off on car purchases, the Census Bureau reported Tuesday morning, following Friday’s report of “a stunning loss of confidence

[…]Consumers spent 1.1% less in July than June, more than the 0.3% decline economists cited by MarketWatch had been expecting, after increasing 0.7% the previous month. The decline was driven by the lack of motor vehicle sales, which fell 4.3%.  Nonstore retailers, which includes online shopping, fell 3.1%” (link)

Biden Loses His Grip

Happy Landings!Joe Biden continues to lose his grip on an ill-gotten office. He needs to be impeached. He needs to be removed via the 25th Amendment. He needs to step down. Maybe all three.Less than a year into his regime, Joe’s cognitive state continues to show a precipitous decline. He is often lost and confused. He cannot field questions. He’s frequently and inexplicably angry or whispering. He displays all the characteristics of someone suffering from dementia. The problem is, cackling Kamala Harris would present a horrific replacement.Ideally President Trump will be rightfully restored to office. The election was stolen from him. It’s time for Joe to exit stage left before he commits more terrible blunders such as the one we just saw in Afghanistan.Hey Hey! Ho Ho! Sleepy Joe has got to go!—Ben Garrison

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann gave an insightful interview earlier on Tuesday.

Within the interview Senator Fann is asked what is her sense of why Maricopa County has been fighting against the audit?  As noted by Fann she suspects the legal team advising the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors was likely fearful of what might be discovered if a full forensic audit was completed.

The interview is in three segments.  Video #1:
