This policy is insane as it puts to many governments in a position of war with each other of a failed state Syria whey they created. It would be a lot better if everyone pulled back and started talking.

Russia WARNS Obama not to attack Syrian forces. It is clear that the Obama Administration is desperate to continue its nation building policy and is determined to overthrow the Syrian government with absolutely no alternative as they did in Iraq and screwed up the entire region. It appears the US military is on a fast track with NATO to start World War III ASAP. The polls are rigged and they fear that if Trump were to win, he would put an end to this type of activity. So if seem to be trying to create a direct confrontation with Russia and then should Trump win, Obama will declare the election was hacked by Russia and declare a state of Martial Law to deny even Hillary office. He would then step aside and hand it to Biden to run until, of course, everything is back to normal and another election can be held.
This is talk behind the curtain.

The U.S. federal courts do whatever they possibly can to avoid real issues to maintain powers that are clearly unconstitutional. I reported last year when Judge Leigh Martin May struck down a SEC order on this challenge back in June 2015. Now on September 15, 2016, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has dismissed it, claiming that such a challenge must FIRST be made in the administrative court that is not constitutional to begin with. An administrative law judge does not even have to be a lawyer. They can be someone’s mistress, brother-in-law, or someone who promised some favor. They are not appointed by the president and they do not go through hearing in Congress. They can degree fines and strip you of all rights to effectively live, but the only consolation is they cannot imprison someone. They can fine you into bankruptcy and destroy your entire family financially, but hey, so can a local policeman using civil asset forfeiture.
This ruling demonstrates that there is no rule of law. They can spin you in circles, and unless you are a multi-millionaire, you will never get to the Supreme Court and they know that. The object of federal courts is always to sustain government power to PREVENT anyone from actually using the constitution to defend themselves. In this case, it took one year just for the 11th Circuit to figure a way out of having to rule on the issue, which is the standard way of ruling — avoid the issue whenever possible. It would have taken them at least a few years to get through the SEC — a year to get into the district court, another year for an appeal, and then a year for the Supreme Court who would rule they are too busy so they need not fulfill the Constitution.
Article III of the U.S. Constitution does not authorize administrative law courts. It does not even require federal courts. The “judicial power” is exclusively vested in the Supreme Court ONLY!!!!!!! It merely authorizes Congress may create federal courts if it desires.

Section 1.
The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.
The mere fact that the Supreme Court has claimed it can pick and choose what it wants to hear is COMPLETELY UNCONSTITUTIONAL. There is no discretionary power granted by the Constitution to the Supreme Court — NONE! As a result, there can be no rule of law if there is no ABSOLUTE right to be heard by the ONLY court that the Founding Fathers created. This is why I decided I did not want to be a lawyer. It was all a farce. I would have been in Washington, pounding on the door until they explained how they stripped all citizens of the right to be heard. They stole all of our rights and then demanded we call them honorable.

Putin has retaliated by suspending the nuclear pact with the United States, which is now raising stakes with Washington. This suspends the plan to clean up weapons-grade plutonium. According to a report, the CIA is to supply the mercenaries in Syria with heavy weapons.

I have a concern within Nato governance that I like your view on. Trump has not touched it however how can there be a direct link between Norway’s enormous contribution to the Clinton Foundation and the appointment of Jens Stoltenberg as new General Secretary in Nato. Jens Stoltenberg has just released a book about his carrier that smell propaganda, putting shit on all of his opponents however revealing how he sabotaged the previous labor leader of the Norwegian Labor party. It comes in the same line as rewarding President Obama with the Nobel peace price.

ANSWER: Norway’s pay-off to the Clinton Foundation was strategic. According to Norad,during the period 2007 to 2015, Norway sent 584 million to the Clinton Foundation. For the next three years, they promised them a further 92 million. These vast donations from Norway appear to have made Stoltenberg the head of NATO and Obama the Nobel Peace Prize.
The donation bought Jens Stoltenberg a position as the head of NATO on October 1, 2014. Obama was given the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize for absolutely nothing. The official announcement on October 9, 2009, cited Obama’s promotion of nuclear nonproliferation and a “new climate” in international relations, especially in reaching out to the Muslim world. Yes, there were 4,950 operational nuclear warheads in 2010, the year the New Start Treaty was signed to lower the amount to 4,700 weapons in 2015. However, the weapons systems are being modernized and better focused for targeting. So that is a joke. He has restarted the Cold War with Russia and has not brought peace to the Middle East or the Muslim world.
The confirmation that these positions were all pay-offs to Norway for huge donations to the Clinton Foundation is in Hillary’s destroyed emails. Others do have them and this is, in part, why Obama used a fake name to communicate with Hillary on her private server so this would all be beyond the Freedom of Information Act.
Now we have Jens Stoltenberg doing the bidding of the military establishment. Both NATO and the Obama Administration are preparing for war with Russia. It has come out that the Obama Administration has instructed the CIA to supply heavy weapons in Syria to invoke a direct confrontation with Russia. The preparation for war with Russia is building. This is even being reported in Russia. NATO has now added cyber attacks to the list to justify war.
Stoltenberg’s installation into NATO is a set-up. Everything is now in place and if Trump wins, Obama can claim, without any proof as usual, that Russia determined the election and call it all a FRAUD and domestic protest would justify Marshal Law and off we go.

The expansion of terrorism in Europe is really becoming widespread. This does not look good as we move forward. Unfortunately, our Cycle of War Model we warned began to turn up in 2014 is still far from reaching a peak. The fifth car bomb in just two days has exploded in the northern Spanish city of Santander. All indications is this trend will continue to undermine public confidence and support anti-immigration trends emerging everywhere.
