Earlier today the Amistad Project held a press conference announcing a report which exposes the dark money apparatus of 10 nonprofit organizations. According to the report [link to documents here] the 2020 election was coordinated by five foundations whose intent was to fundamentally undermine the electoral system.
Within the press conference the group outlines how hundreds of millions of dollars were injected into the election, with $500 million from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
It is not coincidental that bars and taverns have been targeted for closure and control under the auspices of 2020’s COVID-19 fear and mitigation.
It is not coincidental that churches and fellowship gatherings have been targeted for closure and control under the auspices of COVID-19 fear and mitigation. Both of these assembly points and gathering places have a deep history within the American rebellion.
The Sons of Liberty plotted rebellion in the public houses of Boston such as the Green Dragon Tavern, which began operation as early as 1712.
Members of the St. Andrew’s Lodge of Freemasons, which included Paul Revere and Dr. Joseph Warren, purchased the Green Dragon Tavern in 1764 to use as their headquarters.
In the fall of 1774, Revere, Warren, Samuel Adams, John Hancock and other members of the Sons of Liberty met in secret at the tavern to exchange intelligence gathered on the movement of British soldiers in and around Boston. By some accounts the plot for the Boston Tea Party was also hatched inside.
So pivotal were the secret meetings inside the Green Dragon Tavern that statesman Daniel Webster called it “the headquarters of the Revolution.” (link)
Fast forward 250 years later and the modern rebellion against leftist authoritarianism is now facing an identical issue. Individual members of the rebel alliance are having to use covert methods just to meet and discuss issues, grievances and concerns about liberty.
Additionally, modern social media communication has been intentionally throttled. As seen in the recent actions by Google/YouTube any challenge to the command and control authority will not be permitted. Any voices who raise questions about the legitimacy of our government will be silenced. The effort to block communication is happening in real places (bars and taverns) and in the digital space (the internet).
Less than a week after the November 3rd election our own voice was targeted to be silenced. Our Treehouse gathering place was razed by big tech, WordPress/Automattic, for violating opaque terms of service – for which they could not provide a single example.
As an illegitimate government intends to extend its power to control We The People, we would be wise to understand the purpose of cutting communication lines and attempting to isolate us. In the bigger picture any war strategy is more effective when the communication lines are disrupted. Do not doubt this is an actual war against the core principles of freedom and liberty.
The totalitarians have a strategy, and a big part of that strategy is to isolate us from assembling against their interests. This is why fellowship is so critical and all efforts to remain in communication must remain a primary focus.
Ultimately what the collective weight of progressiveness is putting upon us is isolation. There are so many historic references to this strategic sentiment it is disconcerting to review with hindsight.
We are not sages, but we saw this coming…. we just didn’t know the entry vector that would be used to accomplish the final stages of diminished freedom and individual liberty. As we look at the current COVID-19 mandates and dictates one cannot easily dismiss the weaponized use of a virus to attain division under the guise of “social distancing.”
When we initially asked the question: “where would you choose to live“, we had no idea a virus would be purposeful to enhance the objectives of social engineering, isolation and ultimately, painfully, oppression. Oblivious to the grand design, we allowed a seemingly disparate network of big tech companies to control communication. The COVID aspect now generates in the physical world exactly the same distance created in the digital world.
In/around July it was obvious in my travels we were on the precipice of a disconnect from human interaction that would numb our psyche to what ultimately matters, fellowship.
Not only are various governmental agencies forcing the separation of people from their community networks, we are also seeing faith-based organizations, churches, buying into the fear. Even in areas where churches are not forcibly shut down, many are seeing a structural shift where some faith leaders are willingly ostracizing their community under the guise of various COVID alarms. This is not good…. not good at all.
Fellowship is the essential ingredient to a purposeful life. How and why we interact with each-other is how and why we recharge our core humanity. To see faith leaders willing to separate from the function of fellowship is alarming. However, as individuals we must not allow this foreboding sense to become the normal expectation.
Throughout history large armies have been defeated through the process of division. It is not a leap to see the same strategic objectives being deployed against social assemblies including congregations. It is puzzling how leadership cannot see the danger in social and spiritual distance when the bond of fellowship is needed more than ever.
Each of us has a different connection to our community. Each of us has a different level of internal strength… such is the nature of living. However, the distance between people is manifestly not a good outcome when combined with the lack of food for the soul.
The influence of social media is already troublesome, physically distancing from human engagement only worsens the impact. There is no digital replacement for the true fellowship of humanity on a personal level.
Ultimately it is the currency of human connection that is the true value in our lives.
We have each felt how our positive influence upon the lives of others nourishes our own sense of purpose and fulfillment… Do not lose that. Do not think you can compensate for that through other arbitrary measures; you cannot.
With local, state and now federal leaders moving beyond the workplace distance; and beyond the community distance; and beyond the church distance; and now entering your home to tell you the importance of separating yourself from your family during a time of year when that very assembly is the core of your support network… you must evaluate these arbitrary decrees very deliberately.
Evaluate very closely what you are willing to give up. Perhaps we are in this position today because we didn’t sit still enough and contemplate the real priorities in our lives.
But keep in mind losing one battle does not mean you lose the WAR. Trump one the first Battle by beating Hillary and the second battle by beating the deep state in a 4 year battle. Trump probably lost the Third Battle by interference of the corrupt Tech media Goggle, Facebook and Twitter.
Trump is Captain America and we must defeat the deep state so this is my opinion of the best way to win the war since the Supreme Court has surrendered to the deep state .
Trump needs to form a new political party
Both the Democrats and the Republicans are beholding to the special interests and the deep state. Neither now represents the citizens and that is just plain fact! Making it worse the national media has also joined the deep state creating Fake News in everything they speak or write. There is no way to win the war we are in withing the context of the existing systems and so a different approach is needed.
the solution is for Trump to create a new political party, and I think it should be the MAGA party. Once the MAGA party was created it would make it harder for the deep state to continue to go after him after January 20, 2021. Which I think they are likely to do.
After the party is created and based on private conversations A select number of the existing Congress both in the House and Senate would switch to the MAGA party. The MAGA party could if enough members switched be able to block any law as neither the Democrats nor the republicans would have 50% of either chamber. I think that it would be easy to gain effective control of the House if MAGA could get the Democrats to loose their narrow 50% membership and if 50 or so Republicans would also switch. The citizens are not going to like what Biden, Pelosi and Schumer have planned so I think this is realistic.
The Senate is going to be harder as although we could get a few Republican Senators it will be hard to peal off many Democrats unless the Biden Harris agenda is really radical.
Lastly the enemy generals that are driving this change are not even all in the United States they are the Globalists specifically: Bill Gates, George Soros, Klaus Schwab, Peter Neffenger and their supporters are the members of the World Economic Form. Schwab is the leader and Gates his second.
I think this option is better than a potential civil war so I hope someone can get this to Trump.
Trump should issue presidential pardons to Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, and Chelsea Elizabeth Manning. He should also grant pardons to his entire family because the Democrats have already vowed to go after Trump himself. Trump has granted only 29 pardons and 16 commutations during his term of office. The Democrats will seek to prosecute Trump supporters and clearly his family. AOC has already said they are making a list of his supportersto be targeted. This is not the America I grew up in anymore. It is nasty, vindictive, and totally un-American in every possible way.
Can Trump still win with lawsuits or invoking the fraud provisions of the Executive Order of 2018? I am not trying to give anyone false hope. Many people have written in because they do not understand the system. The overseas readers seem to be upset the most for they were hoping for Trump to stand up to the real tyranny they have suffered under the direction of Klaus Schwab and his modern version of Marx’s Communist Manifesto.
The Electoral College vote on December 14th was actually not the end. The counting of the Electoral Votes actually takes place on January 6, 2021, when Congress meets in a joint session to count the electoral votes and announce the results of the Electoral College vote.
The Constitution’s text requires that a group of electors, commonly called the Electoral College, chooses the next president. If a majority of electors fails to agree on a winner, Congress picks the winner in continent elections held within Congress under the terms of the 12th Amendment.
In Article II, Section 1, the Constitution requires two steps in the general election and the Electoral College process.
Here is the problem. First, the states (and the District of Columbia) are required to appoint members of the Electoral College.
“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.”
Therefore, in swing states such as Pennsylvania where the governor is a Democrat but the legislature is Republican, it is the legislature that has the legal right to select the electors – not the governor. This could be overruled if the governor acted unilaterally. If that happens on January 6th, the Democrats will claim the election was stolen by Trump. Will the legislatures uphold the law? Or will they be suppressed by the Deep State?
Then, Article II, Section 1 further states that the delegates the Electoral College deadlines to report to Congress:
“The Congress may determine the Time of chusing [original spelling] the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.”
Therefore, the Constitution’s 20th Amendment also requires that the president and vice president are to end their terms of office on January 20 at noon in the year following the general election. Additionally, Congress established by statute controlling when electoral votes are counted at the states and at Congress. The current statute reads at this time that “the electors of President and Vice President of each State shall meet and give their votes on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December next following their appointment at such place in each State as the legislature of such State shall direct.” This year, that day is December 14, 2020.
That has taken place, but despite CNN and others, it’s not over until the fat lady sings. The election law further requires the states to send in their electoral votes to Congress by December 23, 2020. If electoral votes are not received by the fourth Wednesday in December, which is next week, then the President of the Senate or the Archivist of the United States can use “the most expeditious method available” to get the votes sent to Congress. The electoral votes received by Congress are to then be counted in a joint session to be held at 1 p.m. on January 6, 2021. The president of the Senate — in this case, Vice President Mike Pence — will then formally announce the winners.
If a presidential or vice-presidential candidate does not receive a majority of the electoral votes, the House selects the next president and the Senate selects the next vice president. Back then, people ran separately for each post and they did not always agree on policy. But it is not every person in Congress who votes, each state votes which would mean Trump would win if the Republican states voted for him.
Furthermore, in conjunction with the presidential election, the newly elected Congress must take its place by January 3 following the general election under the 20th Amendment. That new Congress would select a president and a vice president if the Electoral College voters do not agree on a majority winner for each office. So it would be the newly elected House – not present.
The Constitutional Mess emerges which has called for abolishing the Electoral College whenever a candidate loses that vote but had won the popular vote. The conflict emerges because there is no defined manner in which the Electoral College is even to vote. With the exception of Maine and Nebraska which divide their electoral votes among districts whereby they case more closely to the popular vote, all other states practice a winner-take-all contest. Therefore, sometimes a person can win the popular vote in California say by just 1,000, and win all 55 votes. That then may distort the Electoral College for the popular vote nationally could have gone to the opponent. This lack of definitive rules for everyone on the surface creates confusion and defies Due Process of Law as well as Equal Protection. One state could actually say it will allocate all votes to the loser. There are no federal rules in this respect.
Legally, we can still end up in a conflict on December 23rd as well as January 6th because the slate of electors designated as their Electoral College representative has illegally been set by the governors instead of the state legislature. The tradition has been that the states and political parties work together on the presidential primary process. In some cases, disputes about that process are settled by the courts, which is what happened during the Bush v Gore election of 2000.
Some have asked could the election be postponed? The general election date that results in the selection of electors could be postponed since at least 45 states have statutes that deal with election day emergencies. Therefore, only the states have the power to delay that part of the election process. The Constitution nor Congress provides any similar power to the President or other federal officials to change this date outside of Congress’s regular legislative procedure. Historically, the presidential election date has never been changed in response to an emergency. This issue did come up during the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. It was generally viewed that Congress could by statute delegate some of its electoral process powers to the Executive Branch during an emergency. However, there would be a serious question that there would be any authority to postpone an election. At the very least, there could be no delay in an election that is indefinite. This may become important by 2022 or 2024 given there are some who want to end elections since we, the Great Unwashed, are really too stupid to vote.
The Constitution requires that Members of the House of Representatives shall be chosen “every second year” (under Article I, Section 2) and Senators shall be chosen for terms of “six years” (under the 17th Amendment). It is hard to see where they could postpone any election beyond their own terms.
The courts can still rule to overturn electors before January 6th on the basis of fraud. Despite the constant claims from Biden, the left media that there was absolutely no fraud, you know they are lying because every election has fraud. The question simply is whether or not the amount of fraud changed the material outcome? There are forensic audits of Dominion which are independent showing massive fraud. If the courts refuse to address these issues, then the judges are corrupt and should legally be impeached and imprisoned. The likelihood of that is ZERO.
Only if there is no clear winner of the presidential election on January 20, the Speaker of the House would serve as Acting President under the current succession law. The ONLY remote shot is that the courts change the elector votes which then go to Congress by December 23rd, or by January 6th changes the outcome. Then we end up in a real crisis.
Time will tell, but this looks like a real mess going into 2022. There does NOT appear to be a reasonable way to expect Trump to remain as president. Everything else is really a long-shot despite the fact that serious fraud has been uncovered and dead people have been voting in mass. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell recognized former Vice President Joe Biden as the president-elect during a 10-minute-long speech on the Senate floor Tuesday.

The presidential election seems to have turned on just four cities, Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta. ANSWER: The fact that the Republicans gained in the House indeed shows the trend is still in motion that the Democrats are in decline. Each election, despite winning, they have been declining since the Great Depression. This is why they really needed this one, but still, it was not a landslide. It appears that Biden has adopted Klaus Schwab by putting John Kerry in as climate czar. That should help to push the economy down further into 2022. It is the 2022 election I have been concerned about, for it is showing panic cycles. Then we have the economic decline from all of these lockdowns. You have AOC trying to push Biden to their agenda. She will become a critic of Biden, which will help to divide the Democrats and what appears to be a big loss for them in 2022, assuming we still have elections.
The electoral college vote really is out of line cyclically, which only further shows that this election was indeed rigged. But this is part of the Deep State and make no mistake about it, there were Republicans who wanted Trump out for fear he would drain the swamp aggressively during a second term.
The interesting trend is that indeed Trump won overwhelmingly in the suburbs and then you have the insane Democratic states that are now becoming racist against whites. Oregon is denying federal funds to help small businesses if they are own by whites, claiming the federal relief is only for blacks. And Biden says he will represent everyone?
Biden has also turned his back on Hillary. This is only going to fuel violence and then you have the Democrats insisting the Trump be criminally prosecuted to prevent him from running against in 2024. Harris has publicly stated the Democrats have no choice but to criminally prosecute Trump. They want to imprison him for decades. This is really the scorched earth policy and will only serve to erupt in violence. There will be an uprising with that one alone. This is because they know they rigged the presidential election and lost seats in the House, which was the real trend.

Congress reduced the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court to discretion. So many people have suffered from arbitrary law and that denies the equal protection of the law because one circuit will practice something different than the rest of the nation. New York allows judges to change the very words spoken in court by altering the transcripts which is a federal crime. The Second Circuit claims they have no power to tell judges to obey the law. UNITED STATES v. ZICHETTELLO, 208 F3d 72, 97 (2d Cir 2000).
Try standing before a judge who has dementia and forgets even who you are. (OWEN-Life Tenure for Federal Judges Raises Issues of Senility, Dementia – ProPublica). Judges protect judges. There is NOBODY you can turn to when faced with a judge would has lost his mind. Judge Owen is even mentioned to have “incurable ‘senile dementia’” in books. He was a public disgrace but never would the court of appeals EVER criticize him or recuse him from any case. They called him 100-Year Owen for that was his favorite sentence.
Or when you have one judge who is trying to do the right thing and the government has to always win so they go to the chief judge to have the case removed and sent to a pro-government judge who rules only for the government and then they seal your docket so nobody can review what they have done. This is your rule of law and discretion at the Supreme Court allows them to violate their oath and avoid cases they do not want to have to admit the government has acted corruptly or in my case protected the bankers as always!
I feel sorry for you because you cannot see beyond your bias. This is not about Trump and if he has the evidence it should be reviewed for everyone to see. These judges have all used procedures to avoid ruling on anything of substance. In Wisconsin, they dismissed his case on the procedure and simply said he should have argued that before the election – avoid the issues once again. This is not what the rule of law is all about.
When judges refuse to enforce the law, the ONLY solution remaining to the people is a revolution.
Just ask yourself, why are the Super-Rich always pouring money into the pocket of Democrats? So they will go after them? Today I am reading in DIE ZEIT the suggestion to make the vaccination against COVID mandatory in every public building, including the railway station, public transportation, etc…That is pretty scary to hear this from a Newspaper that used to be one of the best weekly papers. Yes, we are heading into a very dark future that very much resembles our road to fascism.
Of course, I will try to stay as long as possible in Germany, that is where my work is and my family.
REPLY: This is the plan. They cannot tolerate dissent. Stalin rounded up those who he thought might join a revolution against him and it is estimated that 20 million were killed in his labor camps. This vaccine will be used in the same manner. If you refuse to take it, you will be confined to prison which will be your home. It will all depend upon those who resist. If they fail to do so in a serious manner, then the tyrant overlords will be thrown out at the end of the cycle – 2032. Let us not hope we must live under this tyranny for that long. In 2021. it will be the 60th anniversary of the rise of the Berlin Wall.

Pfizer has readied a COVID-19 vaccine that will soon be rolled out. Trump hailed it as a ‘medical miracle.’ I must disagree with our president in this instance. The real miracle is our own immune system. Regardless, the new vaccine will also come with a heavy dose of politics. That much is certain. The push will soon be on for everyone to take a rushed-to-market vaccine with inadequate testing and questionable contents and results.
There will be a greater chance of people dying from the vaccine than the coronavirus itself. When people suffer from debilitating side-effects, they can always sue the vaccine manufacturers, right? No. The makers are ‘immune’ from lawsuits. Instead the taxpayers pay the tab in a special vaccine court. The vaccine makers pay nothing. When there are is no punishment for an egregious mistake, it only makes the vaccine manufacturers more responsible, right? No. If there is zero accountability, then quality control and reliability inevitably suffers. The vaccine makers take no risk, but they rake in a big reward. Those inoculated take all the risk.
At first, the politicians will try to make getting vaccines a happy event. It’s ‘science’ they say. Aren’t you happy to get it so we can end the pandemic? It won’t end anything. Social distancing and the masks will remain. Even Dr. Fauci said this. If we refuse to take their vaccine, we will soon enter the bargaining phase. “You will get a bailout check if only you take the vaccine.” From there, it will quickly morph into the threat phase. “You can’t travel without proof of the vaccine.” Then more conditions will be added. You won’t be able to travel at all without proof. Your kids won’t be able to go to school without it. You won’t be able to buy stuff at stores. Amazon included. Without vaccination you must stay in place. If you don’t, you will be arrested. Even if you do stay home, they know where you are. Makes it easier for them to round up the unvaccinated and pack them off to a gulag.
If you go along, the vaccines will become more regular and numerous. Eventually you will be dying of cancer or some other disease due to the vaccine. If a lot of people get sick at once, they’ll blame it on some new virus and victimize the victims even more with endless injections.
Because of a fake pandemic with a very high survivability rate, we’re now entering a very dangerous period of medical tyranny. The elitists running the world want to control what goes into our bodies. They want us culled. We must stand up for ourselves and say NO!
ANSWER: Yes. They need to go back to the Supreme Court and argue that the Judiciary Act of 1925 is UNCONSTITUTIONAL because it created discretion to hear cases when the Supreme Court is the ONLY court created by the Constitution.
The Supreme Court made it abundantly clear that “The Supreme Court alone possesses jurisdiction derived immediately from the Constitution, and of which the legislative power cannot deprive it.” Stevenson v Fain, 195 US 165, 167 (1904). In Reid v Covert, 384 US 1, 41 (1987) this Court quoted Lord Coke: “God send me never to live under the law of conveniency or discretion.” The jurisdiction of this Court was created by the Constitution. It requires an amendment to the constitution to alter that jurisdiction, not a statute passed by Congress. Therefore, the Judiciary Act of 1925 is unconstitutional.
The only court required by the Constitution is the Supreme Court and every Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States are required to take two oaths before they may execute the duties of their appointed office – (1) the Constitutional Oath to defend it and (2) the Judicial Oath.
Therefore, anyone can see on its face that the Judiciary Act of 1925 is unconstitutional for it violates their oath to defend the constitution when they have the discretion to not hear cases. Previously, the Supreme Court ruled and ignored this time when it defined “discretion” by saying “the term ‘discretion’ denotes the absence of a hard and fast rule.” Langnes v Green, 282 US 531, 541 (1931). This means that those in power do not have to obey any law, even the Constitution. The Supreme Court also said, “it is obvious that discretion does not exist where there is no power to act except in one way.” Jones v SEC, 298 US 1, 18 (1936). When judges and politicians claim discretion, they claim to be ABOVE the law of men.
Trump is so outnumbered it is alarming. The Deep State has been after his ass since he took office. The world needs him for he is really the only person standing in the way of Klaus Schwab and crew. I have warned that these people are EXTREMELY dangerous and they have no idea what they are doing insofar as the West will never rise again. They are using the lockdowns, not for a virus, but they are using lockdowns for climate change. They will try to criminally prosecute Trump to prevent him from running again in 2024 as he has said he would do. It was John Kerry who said at Davos that a Great Reset was urgently needed to stop the rise of populism. Kerry vowed that under a Biden administration, America would rejoin the Paris Climate Agreement to push the Great Reset but added, that this was “not enough.”
“What did surprise us is we hadn’t really thought through the economic impacts. What happens when you have a pandemic that’s running rampant in populations all over the world? The fact that we would all be home, and working from home if we were lucky enough to do that. That was a piece that I think we hadn’t really prepared for.”
I doubt she is telling the truth. These people really did not understand what their scheme would cost the West and thought they could build back better in a short time period. Like Schwab, they think they can simply rebuild it and hand out some money for those who lost their jobs. They never took into consideration how they would totally destroy our way of life with these lockdowns and that there will NEVER be a return to “normal” by any stretch of the imagination.
The arrogance of these people who will NEVER know hardship is just amazing thinking they can recreate society. They are responsible for all the suicides taking place because people lost everything. In Japan, there were more people who died by suicide than COVID, and these people just smile. They NEVER considered that at least 40% of the workforce cannot work from home and what would happen to these people. It was all about getting to ZERO CO2.
The Supreme Court has blood on their hands for their refusal to address this election on the facts – good, bad, or indifferent. The Supreme Court may think it is acting like Pontius Pilate and they have no blame and try washing all the blood from their hands. History will not judge them so kindly.
