Florida Governor Ron DeSantis Signs Four Bills Prohibiting Vaccine Mandates for Employment and School – Press Conference and Remarks

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and the state legislature worked during a special session to create four new state laws prohibiting COVID-19 mandates for employment or school attendance:  HB 1B covering COVID-19 Mandates; CS/HB 3B covering protection of private records; HB 5B establishing standards for Florida Occupational Safety and Health State Plan; and HB 7B, governing vaccinations during Public Health Emergencies [LINK].  The special legislative session was called and utilized due to approaching deadlines within the original Biden mandate as outlined by the Dept. of Labor.

Yesterday the state legislature presented the four bills to the governors office.  Today Governor DeSantis joined with state Attorney General Ashley Moody and traveled to Brandon, Florida, for a press conference where he signed the bills to protect the rights of workers & students in the state.  After the remarks and signing ceremony Governor DeSantis took questions from the media. WATCH 

Also at the event today, Attorney General Ashley Moody announced that Florida is challenging the CMS rule in court. Read more about that announcement HERE.

The basics of the four bills include:✓ Private Employer COVID-19 vaccine mandates are prohibited.‣ Employees can choose from numerous exemptions, including but not limited to, health or religious concerns; pregnancy or anticipated future pregnancy; and past recovery from COVID-19. ‣ Employees can choose to opt for periodic testing or PPE as an exemption. ‣ Employers must cover the costs of testing and PPE exemptions for employees.  ✓ Employers who violate these employee health protections will be fined.‣ Small businesses (99 employees or less) will face $10,000 per employee violation.‣ Medium and big businesses will face $50,000 per employee violation. ✓ Government entities may not require COVID-19 vaccinations of anyone, including employees. ✓ Educational institutions may not require students to be COVID-19 vaccinated. ✓ School districts may not have school face mask policies. ✓ School districts may not quarantine healthy students. ✓ Students and parents may sue violating school districts and recover costs and attorney’s fees.

Judge in Project Veritas v New York Times Case Orders NYT to Defend and Explain Access to O’Keefe Legal Communication

The New York judge, Charles D. Wood, in the case of Project Veritas -vs- New York Times, has ordered the newspaper to explain how they obtained access to the legal correspondence between James O’Keefe and his attorneys.  [Source Harmeet Dhillon]

The FBI raided James O’Keefe’s apartment, seized his cell phone and other devices, and then days later the New York Times was publishing privileged legal information which appears to have been obtained from FBI leaks.  The judge in the case is ordering the New York Times to defend its position before he grants the requests of O’Keefe’s legal team.

Biden Purchases Ten Million Courses of Pfizer COVID Pills for $5.3 Billion, Equals $530 Per Treatment Course

This is a small example of the stunning graft and hypocrisy within the ideological Biden administration.

The White House has announced {SEE HERE} they are purchasing ten million courses of the new Pfizer COVID therapeutic treatment pill called Paxlovid.

[…] “Today, I’m announcing that we have purchased 10 million treatment courses of the Pfizer antiviral COVID-19 pill, with delivery starting at the end of this year and across 2022.” (link)

The Biden payment to Pfizer is for $5.3 billion {link}.  At 10 million courses that equals $530 per treatment.

Laughably, the White House says “pending FDA approval“, as if the FDA would not approve the Pfizer pill.

Pretending not to know things, just two days ago the White House Press Secretary said this:

Keep in mind the U.S. taxpayer fully subsidized the research and development for the entire spectrum of COVID-19 treatments and vaccines.  The development cost the private pharmaceutical companies, in this example Pfizer, absolutely nothing.

We the taxpayers fund the COVID pill development through Pfizer, and then we the taxpayers purchase the final product from Pfizer; in this example for $5.3 billion.  It’s a big money laundry.  (Plus 10% for the big guy)

$5.3 billion nets 10 million treatments, or roughly $530.00 per treatment.  At 30 pills per course each pill costs $17.67

MSNBC Producer Detained While Stalking Jury in Rittenhouse Trial – Judge Bruce Schroeder Bans MSNBC From Courthouse

According to police reports last night, an NBC producer named James G. Morrison was stopped while following the bus carrying jurors in the Kyle Rittenhouse case. As explained by Judge Bruce Shroeder earlier today, Mr. Morrison told the police he was under instructions from his New York office to follow the jurors and take pictures.

The NBC producer was following the bus when he ran a red light and was stopped by police. Judge Shroeder stated during court an investigation is underway, and the ramifications are quite serious. In the interim, the judge has banned MSNBC from the courthouse building. WATCH:

So I’m going to call it a sealed bus. And that’s been done every day, and then they are brought here to this building,” Schroeder explained. “Last evening, a person who identified himself as James G. Morrison, and who claimed that he was a producer with NBC News, employed by MSNBC … the police when they stopped him because he was following at a distance of about a block … and went through a red light, they pulled him over and inquired what was going on and he gave that information.”

Senate Banking Committee Confronts Communist Banking Nominee Saule Omarova During Confirmation Hearing

The Senate Banking, Housing, & Urban Affairs Committee held a confirmation today for Joe Biden’s communist nominee Saule Omarova to be Comptroller of the Currency.  It really is quite remarkable that Biden would nominate a person who has advocated for government control over all allocation of capital and credit in the U.S. economy.

Ms. Omarova has advocated for government intervention in the allocation of all resources used within the finance and banking system, completely reversing the free market allocation of capital in the economy.   Omarova’s position of federal control is unchanged throughout her life, yet she has attempted to add nuance and denial to a life-long history of working on this process.

Ms. Omarova is the tip of the spear in using finance and banking to implement the regulatory controls needed to support the Green New Deal, where government would intervene and deny capital to private interests who would not be in alignment with leftist energy policy and total economic change via Build Back Better.  Today she was confronted by several senators within the banking committee.  WATCH:

Kyle Rittenhouse Jury Verdict Anticipated Today – Open Discussion Thread

Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber as he was being attacked by a raging mob. Rittenhouse also fired on Gaige Grosskreutz as the attacker held a handgun toward him. Prosecutors and U.S. corporate media attempted to claim that Rittenhouse was a vigilante looking for a fight; however, the defense, and all video of the events, show all shootings were justifiable self-defense.

If the history of tracking the ¹DOJ-CRS results in a repeat of previous patterns within high-profile cases, the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict is likely to come today. Consider this an open discussion thread for the verdict or any activity in the trial.

¹The DOJ-CRS is the least known quasi-legislatively approved agency within the justice department.  The CRS is the Community Relations Service, and is a very secret division within the DOJ civil rights unit.  The activity of the CRS is rarely discussed, but essentially the agency is authorized to reach into any court proceeding, local, state or federal, and modify/guide the proceedings under the auspices of maintaining national racial harmony.

Florida Legislature Approves Bills Limiting COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates

Florida Legislature on Wednesday passed sweeping legislation that seeks to protect unvaccinated workers from federal COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

The four bills were approved largely along party lines during a three-day special legislative session convened by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis against federal COVID-19 vaccine mandates. The bills now head to the Republican governor’s desk to be signed into law.

If signed into law, Florida will become the first state that issues financial penalties for businesses that require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, according to CNN.

The Republican governor has been a vocal critic of the vaccine mandates pushed by President Joe Biden.

Among the measures, private businesses would be blocked from imposing COVID-19 vaccine mandates unless they allow workers to opt out for medical reasons, religious beliefs, immunity based on a previous infection, regular testing, or an agreement to wear protective gear.

The state health department, which is led by Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo, who opposes mandates, will be tasked with defining standards for the exemptions.

It also prohibits Florida schools and governments from imposing mandates and allows parents to sue schools with masking requirements. Another bill would block the public release of records regarding state investigations of vaccine policies in businesses.

“If you want to get a vaccine, you can get a vaccine. If you don’t want to get a vaccine, you can choose not to get a vaccine,” said Sen. Danny Burgess, a Republican. “That’s the entire purpose of this bill, trusting Floridians and allowing us to make that choice for ourselves.”

“It’s just mind-blowing most days to think that it is an acceptable position to hold that another person will get to make the health care decision about whether or not to be vaccinated, that an employer would get to make a health care decision for their employee,” added GOP Rep. Erin Grall.

Democrats have criticized the legislation, arguing that they are not an attempt to “keep Floridians safe” but instead amount to political theater meant to serve DeSantis’ political ambitions

“Does this bill truly attempt to keep Floridians safe, or was it crafted to kick off a presidential campaign for our governor?” asked Rep. Angie Nixon, a Democrat.

DeSantis said in a statement on Twitter on Wednesday afternoon: “I look forward to signing legislation that will protect their jobs and the jobs of all Floridians who are facing unjust termination due to heavy-handed mandates!”

DeSantis on Oct. 28 announced that the state is suing Biden, NASA Administrator Bill Nelson, and others over COVID-19 vaccine mandates for employees of federal contractors.

“We have a responsibility to stand up to those requiring vaccine mandates, or new mandates will just keep coming,” said DeSantis of the lawsuit, filed in a U.S. District Court.

“We’ve gone from 15 days to slow the spread, to three jabs to keep your job. Are you kidding me?”

“We’ve been clear in the State of Florida that we want people to be able to work and provide for their families,” the Republican governor said at a news conference at the Florida Air Museum. “In Florida, you have an opportunity to earn a living, and it should not depend on these shots.”

I warned that 2015.75 was the peak in confidence in government. It has been declining ever since. But this also marked the political shift where Donald Trump was the first non-politician to be elected president, which was right on target with our model that was 31.4 years from the start of this major wave 1985.65, which gave us 2017.05 — the precise day that Trump was sworn in.

However, 2015.75 also marked the beginning of Soros’ aggressive attempt to change the world. Since 2016, Soros has been donating sums exceeding $1 million to the campaigns of progressive politicians, particularly in the United States. He even targeted the local elections of state district attorney elections. For example, he was making large contributions altering the political landscape drastically for such elections never saw so much money. Larry Krasner was elected as the District Attorney of Philadelphia with the help of a $1.5 million ad campaign funded by Soros in 2017. That is just one example. Soros donated $6 million to a PAC we know tried to help Hillary against Trump in 2016.

John McCain was accepting funding from Soros, and it was John McCain who sponsored the Magnitsky Act, which was a huge cover-up of the attempt by the bankers to take over Russia back in 2000. It was McCain who also handed the fake Steele dossier created by Hillary to Comey at the FBI to start the entire Russian investigation that was fake. It was Comey who was the US Attorney who kept me in civil contempt and denied a trial for seven years on a statute that sets the maximum term of confinement to 18 months (28 USC 1826). I was released only when the Supreme Court ordered them to explain what was going on.

The year 2016 marked Soros’ 86th birthday. Ever since then, he has become very aggressive politically. I do not believe he will be on this earth beyond 2024 without creating artificial organs. That will not replace a failing mind. Next year, he will be 92, and his actions are becoming increasingly demigod-like insofar as he appears desperate to alter the world. I question his mental ability at this time.  I am concerned that he may have developed dementia. I don’t mean that he is a bit forgetful, but he appears to become more aggressive, and we may yet see him becoming hypersensitive to criticism. I understand that these may be early signs of dementia. This is not very good for the world when someone is trying to buy his way to alter our way of life when he is about to check out.

Biden’s Failed Talks with China

In all honesty, Biden is clearly out of it, and his handlers are only interested in bringing the Great Reset to dominate the world. I believe COVID-19 was deliberately leaked into China because there were far too many sources of a “virus is coming” by December 2019.  I believe it was deliberately released in China with the intention that they thought they could force China, out of embarrassment, to join this globalist agenda. That strategy failed, and all the finger-pointing and name-calling branding this as the CCP Virus has unleashed the necessary elements for war.

In China, the Chinese box office is the largest in the world. The new movie, “The Battle at Lake Changjin,” has been the biggest film in the international movie market that has beaten everything put out by Hollywood. It is the subject that is alarming. This portrays war between the United States and China and the United States is defeated. This is very important. Just as the Democrats kept blaming Russia for interfering in the US election, that scenario resulted in 70% of Americans believing Russia was the enemy. This movie portrays America as the enemy who is putting the shoe on the other foot. That same tactic is now pointing the finger at America, and we have Americans blaming China for the virus and China blaming America for planting the virus.

Biden will NEVER allow an investigation of COVID, and he will protect Fauci at all costs. I continue to believe the release of COVID was deliberate, for all the pieces were in place, and they rolled out the Great Reset in just a couple of weeks. They have taken over the Western world, and it appears that politicians have been bribed to betray their own people.

This plot is not rational. It was hatched only in the mind of an academic who lives in a world of theory. They have actually argued that Marxism would have worked if they had America and Europe as well. This time, they are trying to transform the world in their theoretical Marxist Wonderland.

They have weakened the economies of the West, but instead of convincing China and Russia to join, they will now see their golden opportunity to defeat America and Europe. What fools these mortals be!
