POLITICO has reported that the Paris prosecutor’s office confirmed that they have launched a criminal investigation after a preliminary inquiry. The investigation has targeted Marine Le Pen’s previous presidential bid in 2022 with allegations of embezzlement, forgery, fraud, and a candidate on an election campaign accepting a loan. It is curious that such criminal prosecution of candidates are always by the LEFT against the RIGHT.
Brazil’s federal police recommended that former President Jair Bolsonaro be criminally charged in a scheme to embezzle jewelry he received as gifts from foreign leaders while president, according to two people close to the investigation, adding another major legal challenge for Mr. Bolsonaro.
Bill and Hillary Clinton took furniture from the White House in 2001. The Clintons actually returned more than $28,000 worth of items, which, they said, they “thought were personal gifts given to them and not to the White House.”
CBS reported: “The server Clinton used as secretary of state contained “several dozen emails containing classified information determined by the [intelligence community] element to be at the CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, and TOP SECRET/SAP levels,” the inspector general, Charles McCullough, wrote in the letter, which was first reported by Fox News.”
Between taking government furniture and then returning it, establishing it was government property, not theirs, and then adding the classified documents on a private server for which the RIGHT did not criminally prosecute Hillary as the LEFT has done to Trump over the same issue.

This is the way to destroy civilization and create tyranny, as the LEFT will always go to extremes, for at the core of their philosophies lies the fact that they cannot tolerate freedom for people to do things that they object to.

This is intimidating people to stay away, for they will only be criminally prosecuted on allegations that once made, the press will pronounce them guilty without a trial or due process of law. Our computer’s political forecasts do not rely on polls. What is most interesting is that when you correlate the economy with politics, you get to see the major swings coming like never before. As I have said, our model has been showing that the 2024 election in the USA should be won by Trump. The Democrats will most likely draft Hillary to try to defeat this correlation whereby Biden would lose, and our computer interest had forecast back in 2020 that whoever won the 2020 election would not finish out the term. I had been concerned that if Trump won 2020, what was the computer forecasting – he would die in office or be assassinated? But the election was cleverly rigged in Congress itself with the help of the Deep State because Trump was anti-war. The previous anti-war president was Kennedy, and we all know what the CIA did back then.
The June 23, 1972, tape from the Watergate Affair was hailed as the incontrovertible evidence that Nixon had obstructed justice. The last vestige of support for Nixon on Capitol Hill evaporated. Two weeks later, on Aug. 8, 1974, Nixon resigned. Why did Congress and the Deep State abandon Nixon? Because while the tape dealt with obstruction of justice, it was a threat to the CIA that Nixon knew who killed JFK – the CIA. Nixon made ominous threats that reeked of unspoken crimes to the head of the CIA that had employed four of the seven burglars. For the next 50 years, people have looked at this evidence, and historians have pondered the June 23 tape as a Rosetta Stone of the JFK assassination. Nixon basically threatened to expose the “hanky panky” and “the whole Bay of Pigs thing.” What story was going to “blow” if the CIA didn’t cooperate?
A long-overlooked White House tape provides the answers—the “hanky panky” referred to CIA assassination operations in the early 1960s. The “whole Bay of Pigs thing” was the Agency’s reaction to its most humiliating defeat. And the story that might blow was the connection between those events and the assassination of JFK. Nixon was taken down and had to be discredited to protect the “hanky panky” that took place behind the scenes. The Watergate burglars were ex-CIA. Many wonder if they took down Nixon for daring to threaten them. The 1972 election had 520 Electoral votes for Nixon vs. 17 for McGovern. Nixon came in at 60.7% of the popular vote compared to 37.5% for McGovern. Our political model had forecast 61% and 62% for Nixon on two models. But then, too, it suggested that Nixon would not finish out his term. Nevertheless, 4 out of six models point to a Nixon victory.
Marine Le Pen’s National Rally was leading in the first round of parliamentary elections across France on Sunday. Based on early projections, her party is now one step closer to its goal of winning control of the National Assembly and taking the reins of government. Her National Rally and its allies appear to have won 34% of first-round votes, while the New Popular Front, a coalition of leftist parties, garnered 30% of ballots. President Emmanuel Macron’s warmongering party and its allies were heading for a third-place finish with 22% of the vote.
Macron’s presidential term ends in 2027. Macron placed a huge bet on this snap election. He wrongly expected to edge out leftist parties in the first round and force their voters to rally around his party for the runoff and thus defeat Le Pen’s National Rally. Macron does not understand politics. His strategy has backfired coming in third-place which means many of his candidates might miss runoff races altogether.
Le Pen and her allies, meanwhile, are within striking distance of a 289-seat majority in the National Assembly that would compel Macron to select a prime minister from her ranks. Le Pen has said she wants her protégé, 28-year-old Jordan Bardella, to run the government if National Rally captures a majority in the lower house of parliament.
The major political issue has been the rising cost of living. Macron fails to comprehend that his posturing to lead Europe and send troops to Ukraine will only drive inflation substantially higher in France. The cost of the sanctions against Russia has been devasting to inflation combined with the insane response to COVID with lockdowns. Leaders like Macron do not look at the costs of their chest beating in geopolitical posturing.

French President Emmanuel Macron has not outlasted every other EU leader without having a Pelosian cunning streak. Macron knows exactly what he is doing, and undoubtedly USAID/CIA operative Samantha Power is there in the background helping him execute it.
In the first round of the SNAP election, opposition leader Marine Le Pen’s National Rally party has made huge strides in becoming the predominant force in French politics. The National Rally gains around 34% of the seats, the left-wing Alliance party gets 28% of the seats, and Macron’s centrist party will suffer major loses with only 20% of the seats.
The top two candidates will now head to the second round, where Macron -who still has 3 years on his term- will deploy “operation chaos”.
Macron will instruct his centrist seats, who lost, to organize their votes for the far-left socialists, thereby blocking the National Rally party from gaining a working majority. Just like the radical leftists in the USA (Democrats), Macron’s followers will do exactly what they are told to do.
[Remember the Alaska primary?] This two-round approach was the insurance policy Macron had built into his call for the snap election.
The Nationalists will act flummoxed, stunned, jaw-agape, just like good little French Republicans. The French people will wonder what happened just like American conservatives. Wash – Rinse- Repeat.
PARIS — France on Sunday took a step closer to delivering what was once seen as an unthinkable nightmare: a far-right government taking power in Paris for the first time.
Marine Le Pen’s National Rally made big gains in the first round of a snap election that could upend political orthodoxy across Europe and beyond, with implications for markets and global security that will be hard to predict.
According to early estimates by pollsters Ipsos, the far-right National Rally is on course to win 34 percent of Sunday’s vote while French President Emmanuel Macron’s centrist alliance suffered staggering losses, coming third with 20.3 percent of vote. The left-wing alliance made a strong showing with 28.1 percent of the vote.
“The French people have shown that they want to draw a line under seven years of [Macron’s] disdainful rule,” said Le Pen, speaking at a party event in the Eastern French town of Hénin-Beaumont. “We haven’t won yet, the second round will be crucial … we need an absolute majority so that Jordan Bardella, in eight days, can be appointed prime minister by Emmanuel Macron,” she added.
According to early projections based on exit polls, Le Pen’s party is expected to get 230-280 seats in the 577-seat national assembly, the left wing alliance 125-165 seats and Macron’s coalition 70-100.
Seat projections however are conjectural at this stage and dependent on political decisions taken in the coming days ahead of the second round of voting on July 7. Macron himself is due to stay in power until the end of his mandate in 2027, regardless of the outcome of this assembly election. (read more)
The two-round election is similar to the “ranked choice” approach in Alaska. Seat projections are estimates, because the voters for the losing centrist candidates now will have a choice between the far-left and far-right. Macron will cut deals with the socialists and instruct his team to vote left.
The far-right will stomp their feet like Republicans in Congress. The National Rally party will demand reform like Republicans in Congress, and in the end, they will generally support the collective globalist goals of the Macron regime. Again, just like Republicans in Congress.
The migrants are more than an economic drain on society. These unaccompanied men with questionable morals are more prone to commit crimes. Forget being politically correct because these are the facts. They come from different nations where there is a different set of morals and social conduct. In France, migrants committed nearly 70% of violent crimes in 2022.
African migrants represent 3.2% of the population but committed 52% of all violent crimes last year. Foreign nationals were responsible for 69% of all rapes and other violent crimes, according to the French Ministry of Interior. Something is extremely wrong here and one must wonder what cultural upbringing these people (almost all men) had that makes them unable to exist in Western society.
In Paris, a once beautiful city, 38% of violent crimes were committed by African migrants, while non-French EU nationals committed 8% of crimes. Public transportation has become particularly dangerous for women as violent attacks have become common.
These same people are invading all European nations, Canada, and America. There is a deliberate attempt to open all borders and flood the West with illegal migrants. Votes for the left are more important to your politicians than the safety of the people.
QUESTION: I am writing to you today to seek your expert advice on a much-discussed topic in France: the Lagleize Law. As you probably know, this law, if passed, could radically change the way property ownership is structured in France.
The Lagleize law proposes to separate the ownership of the building from the land on which it is built. This means that a buyer could become the owner of his home without owning the land on which the property is built. ANSWER: Europe is a Marxist paradise. The left has dominated Europe and when you just look at our Real Estate Index for each country, there is just no comparison. Of course, the left will always interpret the way to stop inflation they cause is to always confiscate property.
The entire “Commune” project began in France. They convinced Marx that Communism is the answer to stop the business cycle. We can see how that devastated human society in Russia, Eastern Europe, and China. Nevertheless, this Lagleize Law is in line with this same thinking but they are trying to do it just for landownership. As Socrates has written: “Keep in mind that given the dramatic decline of 70% from the last high established during 2015, that if we continue to move in the same direction after one target, then the move will not subside until the next target in time is reached. We have elected 2 Bearish Reversals from the last high thus far to date.”
We have not elected any Yearly Bearish Reversals in US property. It is highly questionable that the government could even try that since the 5th Amendment states plainly in what is known as the Takings Clause:
“nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
Whenever we analyze the law, we MUST look at the historical reason for its creation. The genesis of the Takings Clause can be found in Section 38 of the Magna Charta, which declared that land would not be taken without some form of due process. King John (1166–1216), who signed that document, almost immediately denounced this undertaking to his barons. However, that promise eventually made its way into the coronation oaths taken by kings, and, in England, it became a protection against the confiscation of lands without some form of a hearing.
I had to study international law in order to even be in a position to advise clients on global investment. On this subject, I found Sir Edward Coke (1552-1634), who was the Lord Chief Justice of England, really defined the English Common Law. He wrote the “Petition of Right,” which established specific rights, of alleged ancient provenance, against the powers of the King to prevent tyranny. He eventually compiled everything in the law and prepared a full-volume series called the “Institutes of the Laws of England,” which set out his views on the role of the common law in protecting ancient rights against royal power.
Sir William Blackstone (1723-1780) wrote a four-volume series entitled the “Commentaries on the Laws of England,” which was used as a foundation for legal education in England. However, the founding of the United States relied upon his Commentaries to establish the American foundation of law. I would refer to his Commentaries to seek an understanding of the intent behind the Constitutional provisions as do US Supreme Court Justices from time to time.
You must understand the basic differences in law between nations before you dare step foot into that jurisdiction. The #1 mistake is to assume your legal tradition will apply in a foreign jurisdiction. For example, under common law, a wife or clergy cannot testify against a defendant. However, children can be forced to testify against a parent. Under French Civil/Canon Law, no family member can be forced to testify against another even a brother-in-law. The Canon Law recognized the sanctity of the family unit whereas the English King did not.
There is no constitutional prohibition against confiscating all the land in France and handing it to the State. In Fact, during the 1789 French Revolution, they confiscated all the land of the Catholic Church. On November 2nd, 1789, in the midst of the early enthusiasm for the Revolution and to solve the fiscal crisis of the Monarchy, the French Constituent Assembly passed a law to confiscate all Church property and to redistribute it by auction. The Assignat notes of the French Revolution were issued from 1790 – 1796. To buy the land, you had to exchange coins for these notes.
So as you can see, history repeats. They confiscated land before, so the same idea resurfaces once again.
If you overlay the U.S. intelligence leaks as a potential excuse for the U.S. not getting deeper into the never-ending Ukraine conflict we support, then the comments by Emmanuel Macron about the EU not wanting to get involved with U.S. interests in Taiwan make more sense.
On his flight back from Beijing, French President Macron told traveling media, Europe needs to reduce dependency on the United States. Remarkably, this is what President Donald Trump has been saying for years as part of his overall EU and NATO policy. However, this could also be an indication of a strategic Taiwan pivot by the U.S. as shared from the Foggy Bottom diplomats who love their French connections.
(Via Politico) – Europe must reduce its dependency on the United States and avoid getting dragged into a confrontation between China and the U.S. over Taiwan, French President Emmanuel Macron said in an interview on his plane back from a three-day state visit to China.
Speaking with POLITICO and two French journalists after spending around six hours with Chinese President Xi Jinping during his trip, Macron emphasized his pet theory of “strategic autonomy” for Europe, presumably led by France, to become a “third superpower.”
He said “the great risk” Europe faces is that it “gets caught up in crises that are not ours, which prevents it from building its strategic autonomy,” while flying from Beijing to Guangzhou, in southern China, aboard COTAM Unité, France’s Air Force One.
Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party have enthusiastically endorsed Macron’s concept of strategic autonomy and Chinese officials constantly refer to it in their dealings with European countries. Party leaders and theorists in Beijing are convinced the West is in decline and China is on the ascendant and that weakening the transatlantic relationship will help accelerate this trend.
“The paradox would be that, overcome with panic, we believe we are just America’s followers,” Macron said in the interview. “The question Europeans need to answer … is it in our interest to accelerate [a crisis] on Taiwan? No. The worse thing would be to think that we Europeans must become followers on this topic and take our cue from the U.S. agenda and a Chinese overreaction,” he said.
Just hours after his flight left Guangzhou headed back to Paris, China launched large military exercises around the self-ruled island of Taiwan, which China claims as its territory but the U.S. has promised to arm and defend. (read more)

French President Emmanuel Macron is in Beijing for an official state visit and his geopolitical priority is to break, or at least weaken, the China-Russia alliance. Yes, the western alliance sent diminutive Macron for this task. That is funny enough… but what comes next is buckets funnier.
In order to give power to their position, the brilliant NATO minds decided that President Macron should take European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, as a way to express the united ‘western alliance’ message that Macron was intended to leverage in his efforts. Obviously cunning Panda knew the intent, and the way China literally diminished the effort is not only funny in diplomatic action, but also in the optics they present. LOOK:
Upon arrival in Beijing, and customary with keeping good panda face, Macron “was given the full red-carpet treatment this week in Beijing, fêted at a state banquet, and greeted by military parades and firing cannons on Tiananmen Square. When Macron’s plane touched down, China’s foreign minister personally welcomed him.” However, “when European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen arrived, she got the ecology minister — at the regular passenger exit.” [link]

This entire effort by Macron and Von der Leyen is an exhibition in painful and slow-moving Panda humiliation. Even Politico had to note the cringe factor that surrounds the diplomatic undressing.
Even if you don’t like Big Panda, and obviously we do not, you still have to give them credit. It really is funny.
Free speech no longer exists. People are now scared to speak out against their government as if they were in the old USSR. Emmanuel Macron is an absolute tyrant and the French people have had enough. The protests in France over pension reforms receive little news coverage by design. The elite do not want the people to see how tyrannical governments across the world have become.
A French woman is facing criminal charges for simply speaking out against Macron on her personal Facebook page. “L’ordure va parler demain à 13 heures, pour les gens qui ne sont rien, c’est tjrs (sic) à la télé que l’on trouve les ordures,” the post read (translation: “This piece of filth is going to address you at 1:00 pm… it’s always on television that we see this filth”). French police went directly to the woman’s home to arrest her. “I asked them if it was a joke, I had never been arrested,” she said. “I am not public enemy number one.”
She has been charged with “insulting the president of the republic” and will face trial in June. She could be forced to pay up to 12,000 euros for saying the president was “filth” (other English translations say “garbage”) She did not incite violence or do anything other than post her views on social media. Clearly, the government wants to make an example out of this woman. Will the people of France be forced to frame pictures of Macron in their homes as they do with Kim Jung-Un in North Korea?
This innocent woman is claiming now that autocorrect changed “l’or dur” (“hard gold”) into an insult and is pleading for forgiveness. “I did make this post but I wanted to make a pun and write “hard gold,” the proof-check changed it and I didn’t proofread it before sending. Besides, I don’t even mention him.” French Politician François Ruffin denounced the trial by stating, “Soon the return of the crime against the crown?” In fact, insulting the crown was a criminal offense in France until 2013.
The French people are doubling down on their protests, and #MacronOrdure has gone viral on Twitter. We have seen countless world leaders across “free” nations do everything in their power to silence opposition. We are not free when our politicians can control our speech.
