Dept of Labor and OSHA Reverse Course, Will Not Enforce Employer Responsibility to Report COVID Vaccination Injuries

An interesting about-face from the Dept of Labor and OSHA.  Previously OSHA stated that any employer who required vaccinations must report adverse reactions as workplace injuries.  However, OSHA is now saying they will not “enforce” that record-keeping requirement until May of 2022.

Essentially, vaccine mandating employers don’t have to start recording vaccination reactions as workplace injuries for another year.   This is a complete reversal from the OSHA position earlier this month.  The rules have now been modified as below:

OSHA – “DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022. We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.” (LINK)

Notice the obtuse wording: “OSHA will not enforce” the recording requirement.   So long as everyone sticks to “don’t ask/don’t tell” employers will no longer be penalized on their workplace injuries (OSHA log) and/or insurance rate from negative results of mandated, untested, non-FDA approved, vaccines.

California Will Lift Most COVID Restrictions, But Will Require Vaccination ID for Large Events

The state of California has released the new guidance that will begin on June 15th (no reasoning for date given) that permits returning to almost all non-COVID activities for California residents. [DETAILS HERE]  Essentially it appears that most pre-COVID activities are now authorized by the state; however, large venue gatherings indoors and outdoors will require masks by non-vaccinated persons.

Unlike Oregon who is requiring an entry check for non-mask wearing residents to prove their vaccinated status, within the California rules there is an allowed “self attestation” of vaccination compliance: “Businesses and venue operators may also utilize self-attestation at point of registration, during ticket purchase or on the day of the event prior to entry into the venue.”

Driving Joe Biden

We all know Joe Biden is semi-asleep at the wheel. He’s not operating on all mental cylinders. Earlier this week he test drove a Ford electric truck in Dearborne, Michigan. There appeared to be a second steering wheel with a handler behind it. Corporate news outlets are denying the existence of the wheel. Did Joe really zip away driving high speeds on his own? I have my doubts.

During the stunt, Biden also threaten to run over a reporter who politely wanted to ask a question. Everyone laughed. If president Trump had made such a joke, we all know the outrage that would have gushed from the corporate media. Pelosi would have demanded another impeachment.

Joe has had a very long career as a political grifter. Now he can now barely recall basic government offices without great effort. He is not capable of driving his own agenda. So who is driving Biden? His handlers include Ron Klain as White House Chief of Staff. He and others make sure Joe is steered toward day-to-day functionality, but who drives the agenda of America’s deconstruction? Probably Obama and Susan Rice along with the usual globalist bankster oligarchy.

We also know Joe’s son, Hunter, is compromised by China. Hunter kicked up 10 percent of the graft to the ‘Big Man,’ his father. That means Joe is most likely compromised by China as well.

The Biden regime is steering America down a very rough Socialist Road. It’s a dead end.

The COVID Nightmare is Political

The EU has simply been anti-British for years ever since Margaret Thatcher vowed to keep Britain out of the euro. Now, the EU is saying that Brits, even if vaccinated, must still quarantine for two weeks to visit Europe, citing the Indian variant. Under current restrictions, people from only seven countries, including Australia, Israel, and Singapore, can enter the EU on holiday, regardless of whether they have been vaccinated. Americans can enter if fully vaccinated, but upon return, the US still will test you for COVID even if you are vaccinated.

It appears we are reentering the age of segregation. Instead of race-oriented, now it will be vaccinated or not. The government and the press have not been able to scare the majority into these experimental vaccines. Despite the press being the government and Bill Gates’ co-conspirators, only 37.5% of the total U.S. population have been vaccinated. Despite the press creating the fake impression that the majority is vaccinated and believes government and Bill Gates, they have not yet convinced the American public.

Now we have Schwab desperately trying to convince employers to fire people who are not vaccinated. Something just does not smell right. Schwab and Gates are the two most distrustful people on the planet. WHY are they pushing so hard for vaccinations for a disease that is no more lethal than the flu? Many of the people dying in India were fully vaccinated. Evidence in India is growing that one variant, first detected, might be more transmissible and slightly better at evading immunity than existing variants. Animal models also hint that it might be able to cause more severe diseases. Researchers want to know if this variant and others might be driving the second wave and what kind of danger they pose globally. There are reports that perhaps those more significantly impacted were vaccinated, but there are claims that the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine is at least partially effective.

There are many viruses more dangerous than COVID. The huge open question: Why has this become so political?

New York City may be the melting pot, but that also has its downside. Pro-Israel and pro-Palestine protesters have clashed near Times Square. The tensions in New York City over the conflict between Israel and Hamas illustrate that this is not a conflict that will simply pass. The deep resentment extends through the generations and this time, it may be different.

There are three main hot spots on the horizon. How do the cycles look for each region are under review in a coming report on this subject matter. We will post as soon as the editing is finished.

Gates & Epstein

The egotistical Bill Gates apparently wanted the Nobel Peace Prize like Al Gore for his climate change efforts, or perhaps for his zero CO2 and reducing the population arguments. Gates apparently would send employees to the Nobel ceremonies just in case he was to be awarded some honor. It turns out that Gates believed that Jeffrey Epstein had the connections to get him the prize. Interestingly enough, Epstein may have helped Al Gore get his Nobel Prize. Even one of Epstein’s sex slaves said she met Al Gore through Ghislaine Maxwell.

Epstein cultivated elites clearly for power. Epstein even had Nobel Prize winners Frank Wilczek, Gerald Edelman, and Murray Gell-Mann in his list of elites. Despite reports of abuse of underage girls, Gates and others were always happy to accept funding from Epstein and/or meet with him for favors. Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Gates met with the chairman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee. Claims that Obama gave the Medal of Freedom to Epstein are not true. Obama did give Gates the Medal of Freedom.

Once again, I believe that Epstein used the underage girls as a honey trap to buy influence through blackmail. I believe that Gates was attracted to that power, and the more this divorce unfolds, the greater the details may yet emerge.

NYC in Crash Mode?

New York City is dying thanks to COVID. It has really killed Broadway. When I would often go to a play, the vast majority were tourists from overseas. I would often listen to the different languages being spoken around me. New York City is clearly dying as a mass exodus has taken place of not just the rich, but even Wall Street is moving quietly to Florida. The rise in taxation that is reducing the quality of life will only continue to send more people south, and the hallow remains will gradually decline into 2042. Even permits for guns have soared in New York as the police are unable to restore order. The East Village was the hardest hit with so many businesses just gone. NYC is rapidly becoming extinct. Politicians only see the world from their perspective. They fail completely to comprehend how the economy truly functions. Thus, NYC is on the edge.

This COVID plan-demic has so altered the social structure it is dividing the population into vaccinated v unvaccinated. Even among those who were vaccinated, they are not what you would call Biden supporters. Some have taken the vaccination just to be able to visit family in Europe. Others thought that it would mitigate COVID and prevent hospitalization. Yet, the destruction of jobs and suspending education for many cannot learn remotely. There is also a massive shift with millennials returning home to the nest.

The Democrats are hard at work and desperately trying to open the flood gates to grant citizenship to those from the Mexican border, giving them access to a welfare state, while keeping the border closed to Canadians, fearing they would vote Republican. Then they are also promising citizenship to what they call the “dreamers,” again trying to expand their voting base.

While many try to blame China for COVID and presume they did this deliberately while they are not locked down, any rational thinking person would quickly realize that such theories are attributing clairvoyance to the Chinese leaders. Never in 6,000 years of history has any nation ever carried out such a response. Even during Woodstock, the Hong Kong Flu had the same death rate as COVID, and nobody shut the entire world economy down.

It is very interesting how the 309.6-year cycle marked when NYC was on the brink of bankruptcy in 1975, which was spot on from when NYC was born in 1665. It is stunning how New York has followed the ECM model rather closely, which does not bode well for what is coming in 2022. The 2007-2009 Financial Crisis marked its epicenter in New York City. The collapse of Lehman Brothers and Bear Sterns accelerated an economic meltdown that became the Great Recession. Before it was over, the nation’s unemployment rate had reached 10%, but the loss of jobs in the financial sector of NYC approached 20%. Nearly 9 million payroll jobs had been lost, housing prices had plummeted, and the stock market had crashed.

Since New York City was the epicenter of the 2008 financial crisis, the federal government’s immediate response was too focused on propping up New York-based financial institutions. They feared that if the Investment Banks failed, then the government would no longer be able to sell its debt into the marketplace. The national economic downturn was officially dated from December 2007 to mid-2009 when Real Gross Domestic Product began to increase again, but non-farm payroll employment didn’t bottom out until the first quarter of 2010.

Thanks to COVID lockdowns, this financial crisis is politically made and has created a cycle inversion. Unlike the Great Financial Crisis of 2007-2009, this time, the source of the crisis is government, and the response is the opposite of what we saw during the 2007-2009 crisis. Where Lehman Brothers marked the collapse in the private sector from reckless financial products, this time it is the government’s incompetence. The result has been over 100,000 wealthy people migrating from NYC to Florida. Worse still, Wall Street itself is quietly leaving, relocating their most profitable positions and trading to Florida. The crisis facing NYC will escalate, and the financial crossing of the Rubicon will arrive in 2022.

Former House Speakers Paul Ryan and John Boehner Conduct Fundraising Rallies for The Shameful 35 House Decepticons

Former House Speaker Paul Ryan previously held a fundraising event for Liz Cheney (March 2021).  Former House Speaker John Boehner previously held a fundraising event for Ohio Rep Anthony Gonzalez (March 2021)…. And now Paul Ryan announces he will host a fundraising event for Illinois Representative Adam Kinzinger.

WASHINGTON DC – Former House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) is set to headline a fundraiser on Monday for Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.), an ardent critic of former President Trump and one of 10 House Republicans who voted in January to impeach the former president. (more)

What do Liz Cheney, Anthony Gonzalez and Adam Kinzinger have in common?

If you notice they are all members of the shameful 35 HOUSE DeceptiCons, you are correct.

The issue with Kinzinger should be, essentially, moot.  Illinois is losing one congressional district due to the 2020 census figures and a drop in population.  The Democrats control Illinois and will more than likely re-district the state to get rid of Kinzinger’s (republican) district.  So Paul Ryan fundraising for Kinzinger is more a matter of financial positioning for something else as opposed to retaining his seat in the 2022 election.  In essence, Kinzinger is toast.

Previously I thought Kinzinger was likely to become a CNN contributor (although it could be Fox News), as an interim position before he goes back to DC and begins K-Street lobbying, likely on behalf of some defense contractors.  However, it could also be Fox News, which would align with Ryan’s support (Ryan is a Fox News board member).

For those who have followed national politics for a while these networks and alignments are clear and transparent.  However, if you are new to the understanding you will see more connective tissue if you just keep the 35 members above in mind when you read political stories.   A lot more will come out before the 2022 mid-term election, and we need to continually reference the background to get an understanding.

It doesn’t do any good to replace DeceptiCons without replacing or nullifying DeceptiCon leadership.  I plan to write about this more very soon, but keep in mind when we flipped 67 House seats in the 2010 mid-term election and the response from the DC system to that outcome.  In 2011 Obama and Holder initiated the IRS targeting as a direct result… and the DeceptiCon leadership (Boehner, Ryan, Cantor, McCarthy, McConnell, Thune, Cornyn, Blunt, Barrasso, etc. ) supported it.

The BIG UGLY purge needs to be a purge of DeceptiCons writ large, and a complete purge (or nullification) of the DeceptiCon leadership groups.  It is going to take a lot of education of MAGA voters to help them to see who the DeceptiCons really are.  For an example just look at how many of them support Nikki Haley.

DeceptiCons are by their nature Deceptive Conservatives…. AND they have a lot of conservative media support, A LOT.

It is important for MAGA voters to get deep in the weeds and understand the networks, the alignments, and how those cliques connect to specific interests in conservative media.  Unfortunately, when you do that level of network connection and sunlight YOU become an enemy of the GOP system.

We ain’t called The Last Refuge by accident.

The DeceptiCon Paytriots hate us as much, if not more, than they hate Democrats.
