Can Politicians Prove Their COVID-19 Lockdown Was Justified?

APJ Media report presents the case of University of Waterloo doctoral candidate in epidemiology, Ronald B. Brown, who concluded that there was a “math error” injected into the early COVID-19 death models that caused them to overestimate projected mortality totals.

This fact could impact the political justification of all COVID-19 policy because the data’s legitimacy is inversely proportional to the size of the “math error”. Put another way, information’s decision-making value falls as its level of error grows, and vice versa. Bad data equals bad decisions.

Mr. Brown determined that the mortality rate calculations were in error by a factor of 10, or 1000%, due to the conflation of case fatality rate (CFR) with an infection fatality rate (IFR) estimated to be ten times as large. A severe error, but not without issues. First, is the error large enough to delegitimize COVID-19 lockdown decisions, and, more importantly, how accurate is the estimated “math error”?

Considering the incalculable financial, psychological, and spiritual damage already done to millions, plus new, possibly mistaken, concerns over a rise in COVID-19 cases, citizens deserve to know if the data leaders use is accurate and reliable enough to justify further political action.

Calculating Actual COVID-19 Delusion Factors

As terrible as Brown’s conflation error is, it remains an estimate because the CFR and IFR numbers were themselves, estimates. Obviously, early models were data-challenged and had no choice but to produce ridiculous projections.  Remember, these erroneous results were crucial factors in the political decision-making process and as COVID-19 policy was brutal, it’s fair to ask for proper justification.

Thankfully, we can calculate a more realistic COVID-19 delusion factor by comparing the actual number of COVID-19 deaths with the model projections used to drive policy choices. The key to getting an accurate understanding of whether political action was justified or not requires accurate COVID-19 death counts and knowing the projected death numbers political leaders relied on.

For example, this early April CBC article reported Ontario provincial health experts expected COVID-19 to kill between 3,000 and 15,000 Ontarians. (Oddly, these estimates are strangely referred to as “revelations”.) It’s possible these numbers influenced Ontario Premier Doug Ford, so, how accurate would they have been?

As of September 15, 2020, worldometers showed Canada’s COVID-19 death total at 9,179. Extrapolating based on population; Ontario’s 15,000 figure is equivalent to 38,744 Canadian deaths.

This represents a COVID-19 delusion factor (projection/actual) of 4.22, or, a substantial 422%.

In that same article, however, they justify drastic political action on the idea that it prevented Ontario’s COVID-19 death toll from hitting 100,000. This would equate to 258,294 Canadians, which explodes the political delusion factor to 28, or 2800%. The argument that totalitarian action lowered the number of deaths is, thanks to RealClimateScience, [  ] proven false by looking at Sweden’s non-lockdown experience.

Some Saskatchewan projections were even worse. This CBC article suggested up to 15,000 could die in the sparsely populated province, which equates to a Canadian total of 479,036 COVID-19 deaths.

The delusion factor here is a nerve wracking 52, or 5228%. Scary enough, but this article also suggested Saskatchewan was still unprepared to combat the virus and that the health system would be overwhelmed even using “conservative” assumptions. Did that happen?

The Saskatchewan government noted that “more accurate modelling is anticipated in the coming days” and that “Even if there was a 50 percent error rate, we still need to do this.”  So, an admittance they’re simply guessing and, chillingly, the belief it’s acceptable to make life-altering decisions on data that is wrong half the time. This is panic, not logic, speaking.

The next number comes from Wikipedia where they report a worst-case scenario whereby 300,000 Ontarians would fall to the COVID-19 reaper. The worst-case delusion factor here is stroke inducing, 85, or 8500%. Was Premier Ford influenced by worst-case models? His actions suggest the possibility.

The following graph, also found in the RealClimateScience video linked above, provides a clear view of the difference between actuals and model projections. Does it make sense to base decisions on wildly incorrect projections because that is exactly what political leadership has done and wish to continue.

“Number of Cases” is another “conflation” deceit

The current concern, expressed by the media and certain political leaders, is the rising “number of cases”.  However, missing from that conversation is the fact that COVID-19 has lost its Death Punch, meaning there is no direct correlation between COVID-19 cases and deaths, as if viruses have a 
“life cycle” of their own.

Ask yourself how dangerous COVID-19 still is after reviewing this chart showing new deaths per day in Canada.

Can Canadians Handle The COVID-19 Truth?

Ask yourself how many Canadians would be convinced of the need to mask up or lock down if they understood that number of cases does not equate to number of deaths. Now, ask yourself why the media and premiers would insist on conflating the two.

We can conclude the following.

  1. Poor models led to delusional political choices and disastrous consequences.
  2. The focus on “cases” rather than deaths is a deliberate decision shared by the media and most politicians.
  3. Conflation is a deceitful tactic whose use is to JUSTIFY, not prove the need for, government action both past and present.
  4. The horrific consequences of COVID-19 political policy are both known, and by pushing deceit, desired by the media and political leaders. Sad, but true.

We know they messed up and they know they messed up, HUGE! They just don’t want you to know they know, which allows them to avoid accountability and continue down their illegitimate course.

Both “number of cases” and the flatlined death rate are “true”. However, only one represents truth and common sense says it isn’t the position backed by contemptuous deceit.

Quebec Premier Francois Legault mocked mask deniers by equating them to conspiracy theorists who believe Elvis still roams Graceland. Considering how delusional Saskatchewan and Ontario projections were, and how misleading it is to focus on “cases”, the probability that COVID-19 justifications were predicated on accurate projections is ZERO.

Elvis will remain alive and in the building until politicians legitimize their actions by unmasking their delusional data.

Prediction

The unmasking of provincial COVID-19 delusions will show a direct relationship between the scale of the delusion and the severity of political restrictions that followed.

Democrats & Communists Should Pay Reparations for Their Multiple Crimes

Democrat Party leaders who are proud of their heritage, need to seriously take responsibility for the crimes of their ancestors, which amazingly seems to be what they are calling for as their Party is demanding reparations be paid for the price of slavery – especially that which is “systemic racism.” The free-for-all in the herd of the twenty-odd Democrat “leaders” were clamoring for public attention last year in their “race” to get their Party’s nomination to run for POTUS, were all demanding that reparations be paid to descendants of slaves. What a way to pander to the Blacks for their votes.

This has persisted despite the lack of logic or the nightmarish logistics of such an insane effort. Yet, it could drum up a few votes from those low information voters that still do not know that the major resistance to ending slavery was from the “Democratic” Party that had an entire region of the nation under the domain of slavery – even after most northern states abolished slavery. In fact, the deaths of many white soldiers who fought in the Civil War that slavery would end is on the heads of the Southern Democrats who changed their name to the Confederate States of America, So, if these calls for reparations are real, which it appears they are nothing more than a political tool, the real reparations should also include payment for the lives of those soldiers of the Army of the Republic who died fighting to defend the Constitution and to expand freedom to the Blacks held in slavery by the Democrats of the Deep South.

As long as the Democrat leadership is coming around to accepting financial responsibility for slavery, there are a few other reparations that should be tallied up for the Democrats to be held accountable for as well the “peculiar institution of slavery” as Democrat Alexander Stephens of Georgia referred to it. Stephens was the former Vice President of the Confederate States of the Union, and a serious proponent of institutionalized, systemic racism. The Democrat Party has violence in its political DNA, and the Ku Klux Klan was just a formal terror arm of the defeated Confederacy. Long before the Klan, Southern Democrats were “arranging” for Yankee abolitionists to be threatened, roughed up, or even murdered for their printed opinions against the slave system of the Democrat-run South.

The Democrats used labor union thugs to perpetrate violence in a similar way to accomplish specific tasks to coerce or intimidate citizens and bend their will to the will of the Democrat-backed unions. It was a symbiotic relationship as hardworking employees of large companies were coerced to pay the union dues, and for the most part, those union dues, went to support (read buy) Democrat officials or higher level candidates. Political “favors” were the rule rather than the exception. A classic example is the real origin of Labor Day as a federal holiday. It was born of severe violence from the American Railway Union strike. It was the inception of the marriage of Big Labor to Democrat politics. Is it not right that the Democrats assume the responsibility for all the violence and the serious destruction of property that union strikers and rioters have caused since 1893?

In the same vein, the violence being carried out by the anarchists, Antifa terrorists, and BLM Blackshirts in the major cities run by Democrat mayors or Democrat-run city councils should incur a great deal more accountability than the taxpayers having to pay for the damages. The leadership in those cities show culpability, and even outright support of the violence. Those leaders who have had an obvious causal relationship to such blatant violence should be sued and citizens should not only seek monetary damages, but in more flagrant instances, some mayors or city council members need to be prosecuted for aiding and abetting criminals committing crimes against the public. Voting such elected officials out of office will not curtail such a cycle of systemic disregard for regular citizens. It is such systemic lawlessness that absolutely needs to be stopped now.

Additionally, the damages to the stores and businesses that were destroyed because the Democrat mayors or Democrat city council members held back their city’s police forces, or ordered the police to stand down and essentially be impotent in the face of mass lawlessness, violence and destruction in the inner city areas. Such Democrat “leaders” need to be held financially accountable. Truly, they should be sued just as medical doctors are sued for malpractice. These so-called community leaders have been masquerading as people who would uphold the law, specifically to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, as well as the constitutions of the states in which they preside. If it takes citizen groups to form to effectively support the efforts of law enforcement in their cities until order can be restored it may need to happen. “Leaders” who fail to uphold their oaths of office need to be arrested and held accountable for crimes against the citizens who pay their salaries.

In fact, withholding of the salaries of such irresponsible “leaders” should be a possibility or option available to citizens who have had enough. The contracts that city officials sign for their positions, as they are employees of the citizens who rightfully pay taxes, should include provisions for dereliction of their duties as public servants.Salaries could be withheld and even recourse could be made for reparations made by such Democrat officials who think they are being clever by letting mob violence deliver a political message to all observers. Such inaction and ineptness should no longer be viewed as acceptable by “We the People.” And, if Democrat leaders want to make reparations some political ploy, and if they want to have reparations for something as far back as the 1800s, then there should be no statute of limitations on the severe property damage, destruction of businesses, and even the deaths of innocent citizens caused by the indifference or “malpractice” of such elected officials.

People’s “Republic” of China should be held accountable for the dreaded COVID-19

Even more importantly, it is much more a tragedy of Democrat leaders of states as well as leaders in cities that allowed serious harm to come to the elderly and most at-risk people during the height of the COVID-19 influx. Governors like Andrew Cuomo of New York and Gavin Newsom of California need to be investigated and held accountable for negligence in committing senior citizens to senior centers where known communicable health hazards were rampant and where multiple deaths were common. Those governors who made such decisions to forcibly confine such seniors to facilities in which they would be more likely to die from COVID-19 should be sued for negligence just as any doctor could be sued for malpractice. Such actions are comparable to criminal activity as much as those who are charged with negligence for wrongful deaths. Individuals who claim to be “leaders” need to be sued, or even charged with criminal intent for such actions.

On the ultimate level, if Democrats, who are exercising their socialist ideologies in allowing harm to come to American citizens, agree to be held accountable for their actions (or inactions), then it should also follow that “Mother China” should be held accountable for all of the COVID-19 related deaths in the United States and throughout the world. If wrongful death suits or war reparations are legitimate ways to recover from intent or criminal negligence, then the People’s “Republic” of China should be held accountable for the dreaded COVID-19. If Socialists and Communists want to play the “reparations game,” they need to recall all that the world could hold them accountable for in history.

QUESTION: Marty; My cousin in Britain who works in the government said the governments are acting insane because of your model. They timed the Covid-19 pandemic to coincide with your turning point January 18, 2020, and then the lockdowns are because your model has been forecasting the rise in civil unrest and then the collapse of the monetary system. He said there is not a government that does not follow your models after Margaret Thatcher and your forecast for the collapse of Russia in 1998.

ANSWER: There are aspects and certain models I will not publish. I spent 7 years in contempt for refusing to turn over the source code to my models. The movie “The Forecaster” could NEVER have been made without insurance against slander and libel. The New York boys were after the model — the source code to be precise. They even put that in writing so I had to provide all the documentation for Llyods of London to insure the production of the film. If every allegation could not be proved, they would never have been able to make the film. The government was given the opportunity to be in the film and give their side. They refuse to ever cooperate with the producers. I was released ONLY because I got into the Supreme Court which ordered the government to explain how I could be held for 7 years on a statute that stated civil contempt maximum is 18 months – 28 USC 1826.

CNN even reported first that the money laundering involved stolen funds from the IMF loans. They quickly buried that truth to hide it from the public. The movie has been played around the world, but it was banned in America. Why? Only because it hit home. Curious how not even Fox News will report what took place in 2000. The USA, under the Clintons, interfered with the Russian elections of 2000 and that is how Putin came to power.

Perhaps you are correct and everything they are trying to do is because of our model. It still changes nothing. At best, it merely will increase volatility. They are looking to cancel the currencies and move to digital currencies because the monetary system is collapsing. The ECB lowered rates to negative in 2014, and 6 years later, their experiment has failed. They are now trapped and cannot raise rates. There is no place to hide.

Government officials reach out all the time. Even Nigel Farage had the courage to speak at our World Economic Conference in Rome, stating bluntly because we were the “alternative to Davos,” which is now even more apparent as we are head-to-head against Klaus Schwab and his World Economic Forum in league with Gates.

This collapse would have taken place without me. I do not believe Gates follows our model. Perhaps others convinced him to use January 18, 2020, for his timing. However, if he really respected Socrates, he would see his own demise.

So your question is interesting. I do not believe I have that sort of influence or they would listen and NOT try to defeat the model. I have no desire to go through all of this craziness. As I have said, I wish Star Trek was real. I would be screaming right now — “Scotty! Beam me UP!”

COVID: Major case filed against Ohio governor and the state of Ohio for restricting freedom without legitimate justification

Ohio attorney, Thomas Renz, on behalf of plaintiffs, has filed a case against the state of Ohio and Governor Mike DeWine.  Renz is asking for a jury trial.

This case, in the current climate, should provoke intense interest from the public, and from every lawyer within hailing distance.

Here is the impressive opening salvo in the court filing:

“In recent months, entire states have been imprisoned without due process and with the clear threat to impose such lockdowns again, interstate travel has been severely restricted, privacy rights have been devastated, numerous business takings without compensation, and many regulations being implemented without statutory process requirements under the guise of a health emergency that is roughly as dangerous as a seasonal influenza outbreak. The plaintiffs in this case have all been injured in various capacities by these unconstitutional actions, and without action by the Court, will be left without redress. More terrifying, without action by the Court, the Court will be setting future precedent that will allow states to withhold fundamental Constitutional rights, in violation of US Supreme Court precedent, circumventing the various levels of scrutiny applied to such rights, and justify such actions under public health emergency orders without subjecting those orders to any real review—-just trust the bureaucrats because they are the experts.”

Here is the most important point: “We humbly ask the Court in this case to…Recognize that the political process and operative orders are invalid if based on false or misleading information… and recognize the criticality that all future emergency orders be based and maintained on clear, honest facts—-particularly when such orders are infringing on Constitutional rights.”

In other words, a declared State of Emergency cannot stand on the mere basis of arbitrary edict.

Facts matter.  Actual science matters.  Reasons why an Emergency is declared matter.

People can’t be locked down and restrained from earning a living and having contact with other humans simply because a state authority decides to issue such orders.

If this case goes to trial, the door will open to the presentation of fact and science.

Attorney Renz, for the plaintiffs, is well aware of this, and his filing is studded with bold and accurate claims of fact:

“According to recent data from the Ohio COVID-19 Dashboard, we can see that the ‘spike’ in cases is actually just a spike in testing. The State went from a few thousand tests per day to 25,000 tests plus per day. The positivity rate for COVID-19 has remained fairly steady but there have been more tests.”

“When the Emergency was declared we heard a daily drumbeat about the danger and deaths related to COVID-19. Now that the case fatality rate has been shown to be roughly the same as the yearly flu…those [death] numbers are simply not scary to the public. As a result, the State sees no impact from talking about fatalities and has instead begun testing more so they could tell us there are more cases.”

“The PCR tests are generally viewed as the means of determining if a patient has COVID-19. The problem is that the inventor of the PCR test, who won a Nobel Prize in chemistry for the invention, specifically stated that the test was not well-suited to and never designed to diagnose disease. Much has been made about this in the press and elsewhere but the reason there are issues with PCR testing in relation to COVID is that PCR testing cannot detect how much of a virus exists in a person. Exposure of the existence of incomplete traces of a virus do not mean a person is infected with a disease [,] which is part of the reason the PCR tests have an elevated rate of false positives.”

“…there is not even a true standard for testing…Instead we have numerous tests from numerous vendors that may or may not have a similar standard for what it means to ‘have’ COVID-19. The CDC, governor, and ODH [Ohio Department of Health] know this so they have allowed for the diagnosis of cases based on as meaningless criteria as a cough in a community in which COVID supposedly exists.”

This case is being argued not only on Constitutional grounds, but on major and deep issues of science

Plow through this quote and then receive the translation below: “Another document also came to light that is critical in demonstrating the egregiously misleading nature of the public COVID-19 data. On the final paragraph of page 39 of a document published by the FDA regarding instructions for a COVID-19 test is the following quote: ‘Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available, assays designed for detection of the 2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full length RNA (N gene; GenBank accession: MN908947.2) of known titer (RNA copies/μL) spiked into a diluent consisting of a suspension of human A549 cells and viral transport medium (VTM) to mimic clinical specimen’.”

“In plain English this means that there are no available pure 2019-nCOVvirus isolates to test against so instead an educated best guess is being used. The question this leads us to is how accurate can a test be for a virus that has not been defined…? If our freedoms are to be abridged under an emergency declaration related to a disease, should it not be a requirement that the disease at least be defined?”

As you can see, this case is being argued not only on Constitutional grounds, but on major and deep issues of science.  The plaintiffs are not accepting “the Word from the experts.”

There is no reason why they, or anyone, should surrender and accept.

Court Rules Lockdowns & Limits on Crowds are Unconstitutional

A federal judge has ruled against Pennsylvania’s Governor Democrat Tom Wold who has put countless small businesses out of business permanently including friends who had just opened a health spa and lost their life savings. Wolf impose of no more than 25 people were allowed indoors and 250 people outdoors. The judge correctly ruled that these arbitrary limits on crowd sizes and business closing orders to slow the spread of coronavirus were unconstitutional violating the freedom of assembly under the First Amendment. Essentially, Governor’s pandemic restrictions that required people to stay at home, placed size limits on gatherings, and ordered “non-life-sustaining” businesses to shut down, were struck down.

There has been a campaign against people who have spoken against Gates, this virus, and simply because Trump said he was taking Hydrochlorothiazide so all of a sudden it is lethal because Trump is taking it. Anyone who has spoken out is called a conspiracy theorist when that label applies to people making tenuous connections between things. Here we have Bill Gates constantly on TV around the world arguing for these lockdowns, saying we will never be safe without his vaccine and supports the elimination of paper money to force everyone into digital currencies where the Tech companies will get a piece of every transaction in the world. He experiments in Africa to launch what he would love to do to the rest of the world. Just saying this makes me now some conspiracy theorists despite the fact I just look to his own confirmed actions.

These lockdowns have cost more lives than the virus, but those desperate to keep us unconstitutionally locked down are clandestine supporters of Gates and have no problem with the blood on their hands. Even the CDC has admitted that handing hospital money for COVID has created an unethical economic incentive to escalated the numbers.

The REAL conspiracy theorists are those coming out calling anyone who dares to challenge their Gates Narrative the real threat to our liberty. This court order striking down what these people support as unconstitutional goes a long way in tipping the scales as to who are the REAL conspiracy theorists plotting to keep everyone ignorant.

Farmers have been unable to get their food to market because of the lockdowns and social distancing.

Today, there are food lines once again because of this dynamic trio, the COVID Triumvirate, composed of Gates, Fauci, & Schwab. Food lines have appeared around the country from Miami to New York City. Farmers were already being pushed into bankruptcies in 2019. Good morning. Well here we go, not that we didn’t already know, but here we have Fauci making an official proclamation of what’s to come over the next few months.

In another article from CNN about Fauci’s proclamation, continued widespread use of face masks is promoted as are keeping college students away from home under the pretense of not spreading the virus. A nice little trick to divide and conquer the family, so they can continue to indoctrinate the youth. As for the children in grade to high school, they ask the parents to sign a waiver and agreement that the parents won’t be in the same room as the children if they’re receiving the virtual lessons. I wonder why that is? Maybe they don’t want to see what really is being taught in school? Can’t imagine leaving my children online by themselves with some adults.

ANSWER: This is all political. The health director of Los Angeles openly admitted they will keep schools closed until after the election. I suppose if Biden wins, they think COVID will be cured before he even takes office. I saw a family of four driving and they all were wearing masks inside their own car. I suppose they all most sleep in separate rooms and eat in rotation. They really7 should have STUPID awards available where you could hand them out. It is people like this who are surrendering all our rights to this orchestrated political play.

Fauci belongs in prison. Fauci’s conflicts of interest and experiments with coronaviruses, which he sent to Wuhan when ordered to stop in the United States, is unbelievable. CNN will never report anything along those lines because they are out to hang Trump no matter what Fauci and Gates do to the nation. As I reported, in Thailand where they did not pay hospitals if the person had COVID, there were only 58 deaths out of 69 million people. There were 2551 deaths by suicide because they have destroyed people’s livelihoods. In Singapore, they have started a movement begging teens not to commit suicide, asking them to please stay. This is completely exaggerated and it is being done deliberately to overthrow Trump and usher in dramatically higher taxes with this New Green World Order with the United Nations, the major puppet of Bill Gates, along with a co-conspirator Klaus Schwab and his World Economic Forum.
