Călin Georgescu’s Replacement in Romania, George Simion Wins First Round of Voting in Critical Battle Against EU Intelligence Apparatus

The original winner of the previous Romanian election in 2024, Călin Georgescu, was removed as the election winner and barred from ever running again because Georgescu did not support the EU security state and did not want war with Russia.  The election was thrown out because the wrong person won the vote of the Romanian people.

A second election was organized, and the man who represents the voice of Călin Georgescu, George Simion, has won the first round.  However, do not get too excited; remember, NATO is building their biggest military base in Romania, and they will not accept any impediments.

Like Moldova, the second round will likely see massive numbers of “Romanians voting from abroad” to help shape the final result.  The people living in Romania will not technically be the ones deciding the Romanian election.

In the new era of intelligence systems controlling “democracy,” all votes from people with an interest in the matter will be counted in favor of the candidate chosen by the EU national security apparatus.

BUCHAREST — George Simion, the hard-right leader of the Alliance for the Union of Romanians, is projected to win the first round of Romania’s presidential election with around 40 percent of the vote, according to partial results from the country’s election authority.

Simion badges himself as a supporter of U.S. President Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” movement, wants to stop military aid to Ukraine and will leave the EU quaking as another key country threatens to turn its back on mainstream European policies.

“I promise I will always heed the will of the people. I am here to serve Romanians, not the other way around,” Simion said in a statement early Monday.

He will face centrist Bucharest Mayor Nicușor Dan, who edged out establishment figurehead Crin Antonescu to make it into a runoff on May 18.

Dan won 20.7 percent of the ballots of Romanians voting at home, barely ahead of Antonescu, who received 20.5 percent. But Dan won 26 percent of the votes of Romanians voting abroad, with nearly 80 percent of the polling stations counted. Antonescu only received 7.3 percent of the votes abroad.

[…] The election results are being closely watched in Brussels and Washington, as Romania has become the latest battleground between the far right and the political establishment.

[…] Sunday’s vote was part of the election do-over that Romania’s top court ordered in December, after canceling the November ballot over allegations of illegal campaigning and potential Russian interference in favor of Călin Georgescu, an ultranationalist firebrand who came out of nowhere to win the first round.

That was the first time a candidate backed by a mainstream political party did not make it into the second round. Georgescu was set to face reformist Elena Lasconi in the second round. Lasconi, whose center-right Union Save Romania party leadership abandoned her to support Dan, only received some 2.8 percent of the votes of Romanians voting at home, according to the partial results.

Simion hoped to harness the election support Georgescu built last year by saying he’ll have a job for him, even possibly as prime minister.

“We are approaching an exceptional result, far beyond what the system’s TV channels present, which stirred up division, sprayed venom and distorted everything I said,” Simion said in a message projected at his party’s headquarters after the exit polls were released. (read more)

Neil Oliver and David Krayden Discuss Recent Canada Election and Future of Alberta Secession

Posted originally on CTH on May 3, 2025 | Sundance

In this interview, British pundit Neil Oliver and Canadian David Krayden discuss how in the wake of the recent election Alberta separatism is gaining momentum.  Elected Prime Minister Mark Carney’s net zero energy policies could push Canada towards economic crisis, with fears of higher taxes and a loss of national identity.

Krayden outlines why some Canadians believe Alberta could become the 51st US state and how Donald Trump’s surprising support for Carney is fueling debate in Candian conservative circles.  Was there a plan behind Trump’s approach?   WATCH:

Canada Inevitable Split East and West

All my sources have been singing the same song. Carney won by creating hatred of Donald Trump, for this was a strategy carried out for the sole purpose of moving away from the USA and aligning with the EU. Even when Carney first became PM, he went to the EU, not to Washington. He is still part of the whole WEF agenda. They ditched Schwab, but it’s the same old car with a new paint job to change the appearance. So you won’t hear the slogan You will own nothing and be happy. They intend to promote this without the label.

Canada’s Inevitable Split – 30% Alberta Wants Freedom Already

2025 Canada_Election

Let’s get real. There is ABSOLUTELY no question that Canada will split West vs East. While the US did that with the Civil War over Slavery, this time we are staring into the eyes of economic decline, and we will see a worldwide recession into 2028. That is the economic trigger that sparks change. India had split between East and West, Hindu vs Islam; the Balkans are still divided, Ukraine has hated Russians and was into ethnic cleansing. Greece has had a long-standing hatred for Turkey since the days of Alexander the Great. In case you have not noticed, the world is deeply divided for varying reasons.

Thus, Canada is not alone in this separatist movement. The European Union will also not survive, and trouble is brewing in Asia; by no means will the United States be exempt. In Britain, you still have Scottish vs English. Ireland is still divided, North vs South.

Centralized Government

The root cause of this rise in separatism is always an abusive centralized government. Once you hand power to a centralized government, it takes a revolution ever to get it back. As they say, you can vote your way into Socialism, but you have to shoot your way out. It always starts with the denial of free speech. Sometimes these splits end up in a civil war, and at other times it has been a bloodless revolution, as we saw in Russia in 1991, when the vast majority of the people did not support the leaders. This is what is unfolding in the EU, and you can expect to see the same in Canada. Carney is determined to keep the whole WOKE/CLIMATE Agenda in place and carry it out into 2030. Nothing has changed.

California GDP

Canada will split between East and West due to economics. This is not just a personal opinion of mine. I don’t live there. This is the judgment of history, and this process has been going on for thousands of years. California has now become the 4th largest economy in the world, so even one state is now bigger than all of Canada, which is ranked 9th among nations, with the US #1, China #2, and Japan #3. Even India has recently overtaken the UK to become the 5th largest economy. So, Carney wants to abandon trade with the US and align with the EU? He is not a financial genius, but a devotee of the WEF. Western Canada will have NO CHOICE but to split from Carney’s centralized control, which will be more devoted to the WEF Agenda 2030 than Trudeau. Just the same old car with a new engine and paint job.

US GDP Q 5 1 25
Canada_GDP Q 5 1 25 1

Communism collapsed because it resulted in stagnated economic growth that, over time, turned negative. Just compare Canada to the United States, and you see that highly socialistic economies also produce lower economic growth.

EU_GDP Q 5 1 25

We see that the very same socialist policies in Europe have ensured that economic growth has been dismal. Carney wants to align Canada with the EU because this is the alignment of Marxism that destroyed Russia and China under Communism. Carney cares nothing about the Canadian people. This is all about a political philosophy that has failed every single time.

An Unavoidable Trade War with Canada is Looming – Trigger Date July/August 2025

Posted originally on CTH on May 2, 2025 | Sundance

According to the people present, when former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau traveled to Mar-a-Lago to meet with President-elect Donald Trump, his primary objective was to inform President Trump his public demands for U.S. trade reciprocity with Canada were unachievable.

Trudeau was not lying.  In this outline we will explain a dynamic that is certain to surface this summer.

President Trump has deferred all North American trade negotiations with Canada and Mexico until later in the year, after the priority trade deals with other large trade partners are completed.  The USMCA trade pact is due for review and renegotiation this year [BACK STORY]. We should expect an entirely different trade pact as an outcome, quite possibly the ending of the trilateral nature of the current agreement.

A few days ago, Politico noted that Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney had a reprieve from his prior campaign points about confronting President Trump on tariffs immediately.  PM Carney is currently trying to align allies for what will likely be a major confrontation that he cannot win.

♦ BACKGROUND – Following the 2024 presidential election, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau traveled to Mar-a-Lago and said if President Trump was to make the Canadian government face reciprocal tariffs, open the USMCA trade agreements to force reciprocity, and/or balance economic relations on non-tariff issues, then Canada would collapse upon itself economically and cease to exist.  In essence, in addition to the NATO defense shortfall, Canada cannot survive as a free and independent north American nation, without receiving all the one-way benefits from the U.S. economy.

To wit, President Trump then said, if Canada cannot survive in a balanced rules environment, including putting together their own military and defenses and meeting their NATO obligations, then Canada should become the 51st U.S state.  It was following this meeting that President Trump started emphasizing this point and shocking everyone in the process.  However, in the emotional reaction to Trump’s statements, no-one looked at the core issues outlined by Trudeau that framed President Trump’s opinion.

Representing Canada, Justin Trudeau was not expressing an unwillingness to comply with fairness and reciprocity in trade with the USA, what Trudeau was expressing was an inability to comply.  Quite simply, after decades of shifting priorities, Canada no longer has the internal economic capability to comply with a fair-trade agreement (FTA).  Trudeau was not lying, and President Trump understood the argument; hence his 51st state remarks.

This is where it becomes important to understand the core reason why Trump, Ross and Lighthizer (2017) did not structurally want to replace the NAFTA agreement with another trilateral trade deal. Mexico and Canada are completely different as it pertains to trade with the USA. President Trump would rather have two separate bilateral agreements; one for Mexico and one for Canada.

♦ Firstly, Canada is a NATO partner, Mexico is not.  As President Trump affirmed to Justin Trudeau during the meeting, it would be unfair of President Trump to discuss NATO funding with the European Union, while Canada is one of the worst offenders.  Trump is leveraging favorable trade terms and tariff relief with the EU member states, as a carrot to get them into compliance with the 2.0 to 2.5% spending requirement for their military.

If the NATO member states contribute more to their own defense, the U.S. can pull back spending and save Americans money.  However, Canada is currently 26th in NATO funding, spending only 1.37% of their GDP on defense (link).

Canada would have to spend at least another $15 billion/yr on their defense programs in order to reach 2.0%.  Justin Trudeau told President Trump that was an impossible goal given the nature of the Canadian political system, and the current size of their economy ($2.25 trillion).

♦ Secondly, over the last 40 years Canada has deindustrialized their economy, Mexico has not.  As the progressive political ideology of their politicians took control of Canada policy, the ‘climate change’ agenda and ‘green’ economy became their focus.  The dirty industrialized systems were not compliant with the goals of the Canadian policy makers.

The dirty mining sector (coal, coking coal, ore) no longer exists at scale to support self-sufficient manufacturing.  The dirty oil refineries do not exist to refine the crude oil they extract.  Large industrial heavy industry no longer exists at a scale needed to be self-sufficient.  Instead, Canada purchases forged and rolled steel component parts from overseas (mostly China).  Making the issue more challenging, Canada doesn’t even have enough people skilled to do the dirty jobs within the heavy manufacturing; they would need a national apprenticeship program.  Again, all points raised by Trudeau to explain why bilateral trade compliance was impossible.

♦ Thirdly, the trade between Canada/U. S and Mexico/U. S is entirely different.  The main imports from Canada are energy, lumber and raw materials. The main imports from Mexico are agriculture, cars and finished industrial goods.  Mexico refines its own oil; Canada ships their oil to the USA for refining.  There are obviously some similar products from Mexico and Canada, but for the most part there is a big difference.

♦ Forth, USA banks are allowed to operate in Mexico, but USA banks are not allowed to operate in Canada.  USA media organizations are allowed to broadcast in Mexico, but USA media organizations are regulated and not permitted to broadcast in Canada.  The Canadian government has strong regulations and restrictions on information and Intellectual Property.

All of these points of difference highlight why a trilateral trade agreement like NAFTA and the USMCA just don’t work out for the USA.

Additionally, if President Trump levies a tariff on Chinese imports, it hits Canada much harder than Mexico because Canada has deindustrialized and now imports from China to assemble into finished goods destined to the USA.  In a very direct way Canada is a passthrough for Chinese products.  Canada is now more of an assembly economy, not a dirty job manufacturing economy.

When Trudeau outlines the inability of Canada to agree to trade terms, simply because his country no longer has the capability of adhering to those trade terms, a frustrated President Trump says, “then become a state.”

There is no option to remain taking advantage of the USA on this level, and things are only getting worse.  Thus, the point of irreconcilable conflict is identified.

Because the Canadian government became so dependent on their role as an assembly economy, they enmeshed with China in a way that made them dependent.  The political issues of Chinese influence within Canada are a direct result of this dynamic. In fact, China was the big winner from the outcome of the recent election because all of their investments into Canada are grounded on retaining Liberal government dependency.

If Trump targets China with punitive tariffs, the Canadian economy will be collaterally damaged.  Canada will end up paying a tariff rate because they use cheap Chinese component parts in their finished goods.  Canada has structurally designed their economy to do this over multiple years.

Understanding the unique nature of the Canadian economic conundrum, the only way to address the issue is to break out the USMCA into two separate bilateral trade agreements.  One set of trade terms for Mexico that leverages border security, and one set of trade terms for Canada that leverages NATO security and border security.  The only substantive similarity between them will be in the auto and agriculture sector.

If you think the multinational corporations, political leftists and UniParty Republicans in the USA are strongly opposing Trump now, just wait until later this year when the Trump administration proposes the elimination of the trilateral North American trade agreement, USMCA.

According to the World Bank, the USA economy is $27.3 trillion.  Canada is $2.1 trillion.

Do the math!

[…] The expectation, according to two people close to the White House, is that negotiations to permanently remove the threat of painful 25 percent tariffs on Canada — which Trump mostly rolled back earlier this month — and other sector-specific tariffs are likely to be folded into the upcoming review of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement. That review is due in 2026, but the Trump administration wants to accelerate to this calendar year.

“It makes sense to separate out Canada and Mexico from the rest because they are going to want to redo the USMCA,” said one of the people close to the White House, who were granted anonymity to discuss ongoing deliberations. “They’re going to have separate tariffs that focus specifically on Mexico and Canada, and they’re going to take some actions to squeeze them a little bit.” [LINK]

German Intelligence Agencies Label AfD, the Largest Political Group in the Country, as an “Extremist Organization”

Posted originally on CTH on May 2, 2025 | Sundance

In the USA we have the example of “Russiagate” where the FBI, CIA and DOJ-NSD intel community weaponized against candidate Donald Trump.

In Romania, we have the example of the EU intel community nullifying –through the court– the election win of Călin Georgescu; and disqualifying the winning candidate.

Now, in Germany, the intelligence community produces a report labeling the largest political party as an “extremist” group, taking new power to conduct political surveillance and control the election outcome.

…. What is the common denominator?

[SOURCE]

Hope is not a strategy. That said, I hope Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the former Chair of the SSCI, has awakened to the reality of the intelligence services controlling western govt.

WASHINGTON – Secretary of State Marco Rubio condemned a decision Friday from Germany’s domestic intelligence agency to classify the political party Alternative for Germany (AfD) as a “proven right-wing extremist organization,” calling the move “tyranny in disguise” and advising the country to “reverse course.”

“What is truly extremist is not the popular AfD—which took second in the recent election—but rather the establishment’s deadly open border immigration policies that the AfD opposes,” Rubio wrote in a post on X in the hours following the decision.

The decision, announced Friday by Germany’s Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, gives German authorities increased oversight and surveillance over AfD. While some AfD branches at the state level have received the label — such as in Saxony and Thuringia — this is the first time in modern German history that a party with nationwide representation on the federal level has been classified as extremist.

The party won a record 152 parliament seats in the February federal elections and now holds 20.8 percent of the vote.

After conducting a three-year-long investigation into the party, the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution released a 1,000 page report, citing violations of core constitutional principles including human dignity and the rule of law. (read more)

If you want to understand what is happening in Germany, WATCH THIS:

We cannot look at the splinter in the eye of the EU, without considering the plank in our own….

The modern iteration of this IC power originated during the ‘Arab Spring’ and was triggered by President Obama.  That is over a decade ago and we have tracked and documented every step of the growth therein.  The research is the core of our series on The Fourth Branch of Government.

Washington DC created the modern national security apparatus immediately and hurriedly after 9/11/01.  DHS came along in 2002, and within the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 the ODNI was formed.  When Barack Obama and Eric Holder arrived a few years later, those newly formed institutions were viewed as opportunities to create a very specific national security apparatus that would focus almost exclusively against their political opposition.

The preexisting Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Dept of Justice (DOJ) were then repurposed to become two of the four pillars of the domestic national security apparatus.  However, this new construct would have a targeting mechanism based on political ideology.  The DHS, ODNI, DOJ and FBI became the four pillars of this new institution.  Atop these pillars is where you will find the Fourth Branch of Government.

We were not sleeping when this happened, we were wide awake.  However, we were stunningly distracted by the economic collapse that was taking place in 2006 and 2007 when the engineers behind Obama started to assemble the design.  By the time Obama took office in 2009, we sensed something profound was shifting, but we can only see exactly what shifted in the aftermath.  The four pillars were put into place, and a new Fourth Branch of Government was quietly created.

As time passed, and the system operators became familiar with their new tools, technology allowed the tentacles of the system to reach out and touch us. That is when we first started to notice that something very disconcerting was happening.  Those four pillars are the root of it, and if we take the time to understand how the Fourth Branch originated, questions about this current state of perpetual angst will start to make sense. Carney in Favor of Debanking Practices

Posted originally on Apr 30, 2025 by Martin Armstrong

Truckers Canada

Countless truckers gathered for the 2022 Freedom Convoy in Ottawa, forming a gridlock, with a clear agenda and request to repeal all COVID mandates. The protest was peaceful and no one was injured. They fought on behalf of the world at a time when the global population was imprisoned by mandates that were later revealed to be falsified without any scientific backing. Then Prime Minister Justin Trudeau evoked the 1988 Emergencies Act, which is intended for an “urgent and critical situation” that “seriously endangers the lives, health or safety of Canadians.” Deeming a peaceful protest an act of terrorism is an act of free speech oppression is something that fellow World Economic Forum member Mark Carney fully supported. As a reminder, Mark Carney was in complete support of freezing the bank accounts of protestors and ignoring the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Credit card companies were required to report any activity that could be intended to help the protestors to Canada’s anti-money laundering agency. All vehicles involved had their insurance suspended. Fundraising sites were not allowed to raise money to support the cause. Anyone can be accused of conspiring with the protestors, and their funds will be frozen. Ottawa law enforcement even began to confiscate the pets of those protesting. There is no low that these men will not stoop to in order to firm their authoritarian grip.

trudeautruckerboycott

Carney called the protest an “insurrection” and claimed that the freedom convoy was intended to remove power from the Canadian government. ‘This is sedition. That’s a word I never thought I’d use in Canada. It means “incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority,’” Carney wrote in an opinion piece, praising Trudeau for declaring a state of emergency. “They are not patriots. This is not about “restoring freedom” but beginning anarchy. This isn’t getting carried away at a rally. It’s not a rush of blood to the head. It’s deliberate and calculated, and because of that, they must know that from now on, there will be consequences for their actions.”

He acknowledged that Canadian law enforcement officers were hesitant to arrest protestors, because they agreed with them. Carney went for the throat by demanding that the banks comply with the federal government to debank the protestors. In his own words:

“Drawing the line means choking off the money that financed this occupation. Again, many Canadians who were amongst the initial donors were likely well meaning. Perhaps they were unaware of the convoy’s stated objectives, or – like many in positions of authority in Ottawa – they didn’t take them seriously. Perhaps all they wanted was a new COVID-19 policy with fewer restrictions.

But by now anyone sending money to the convoy should be in no doubt: You are funding sedition. Foreign funders of an insurrection interfered in our domestic affairs from the start. Canadian authorities should take every step within the law to identify and thoroughly punish them. The involvement of foreign governments and any officials connected to them should be identified, exposed and addressed.”
Trucker White Supremist

The government froze bank accounts and credit cards without a court order or due process. These politicians have no idea how much freezing accounts undermined the confidence in the Canadian banking system. A staggering amount of money began to pour into US banks as money fled Canada. Canadians began withdrawing all of their money from their bank accounts, with most turning to cash, others to gold, and some to Bitcoin. The demand for US dollars more than tripled in the first week of this policy. Trudeau and Carney were unconcerned for their loyalty lies with globalist organizations and not Canada.

Increased banking regulations are discussed in the World Economic Forum’s Agenda 2030, primarily in regard to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which provide a framework for climate initiatives that corporations must follow. Carney is an outspoken climate advocate who has admitted that there is money to be made through the climate agenda. The ruling elite consistently let it slip that the climate change agenda is another fear tactic to grasp money and power. Still, the masses listen to the mainstream media and believe it is a virtuous cause.

This video is essential as it reveals what these politicians have in mind for Canada. In 2013, a reporter asked Justin Trudeau which country he most admired. “There is a level of admiration I actually have for China because their basic dictatorship is allowing them to turn their economy around on a dime,” Trudeau smiled and stated with seriousness. He went on to say how he admired (i.e., envied) how dictators could simply implement laws on a whim without the consent of the people, and added a nod to climate change policies, as the left does not see that as a problem yet. Carney has the same mentality when it comes to ruling Canada.

Canada had an opportunity to implement change. Instead, the masses voted for the next Trudeau, who is another indoctrinated WEF puppet who will step on the neck of the Canadian economy to achieve these globalist goals.
