Jumpin’ ju-ju bones… New home sales jumped a whopping 16.6% in May, blowing past the estimates of a 2.9% rise. The May increase in sales is nearly 13 percent higher than the same month one year ago.
Home sales are a key indicator of economic health because purchases of homes requires (1) income, a stable job; and (2) an optimistic financial outlook from the buyer.
Sales of new single-family homes jumped 16.6% in May from April, to a seasonally adjusted annualized pace of 676,000, the Census Bureau reported Tuesday. The median economist estimate was for 640,000, according to Bloomberg data.
In addition to a larger-than-expected monthly surge, May sales were nearly 13% higher than a year ago. As the US economy reopens, people are flocking back to the housing market in droves — the rosy sales are a rebound from three months of declines ending in April. (LINK)
In the economic balancing act toward China Larry Kudlow represents the good cop, Peter Navarro represents the bad cop and President Trump navigates the market responses. Neither person is factually in conflict with the other; the nuance is in the expression and each person has a role to play. Sometimes teeth, sometimes not. It depends on need.
Last night trade advisor Peter Navarro noted the U.S. position with China and trade is still in a state of serious conflict. This is accurate, and a more confrontational posture has been expressed by President Trump. Today Larry Kudlow moderates the Navarro position to lessen the Wall St. concern over a looming decoupling. It’s all a dance.
The need for nuance becomes clear as we watch Stuart Varney pushing the Wall Street concern angle on behalf of U.S. multinationals. The administration does not want to spook the stock market while they deal with a China confrontation. WATCH:

Kudlow represents the panda mask. Navarro represents the eagles claw. President Trump advances or retracts each position as he controls the market response. The objective is a slow, steady, smiling decoupling that doesn’t unnerve anyone… but the direction is always toward the decoupling.

Because China sees their strategic panda mask approach being used against their own interests; and because Beijing now sees their economy contracting due to the long-term strategy being deployed by President Trump; China is getting a little more desperate:
BEIJING/HONG KONG (Reuters) – The Chinese government’s top diplomat Wang Yi on Tuesday proposed a “fast track” arrangement for the movement of people and goods with India and Russia.
Ministers from China, Russia and India should together discuss trade, energy, transport, education and health, Wang said in a statement on the foreign ministry’s website. (link)
President Trump smiling while slowly and methodically cutting down the economy of China and simultaneously holding them to account for prior purchase agreements. This relentless approach has to be making Beijing quite angry.

Our numbers on the border, as you know, are at just about a record-breaking low. People are not being able to cross the border. The wall is up, because we have more than 200 — we have about 212 miles up of wall. So that’s good.
And we’re going to be doing a number of other things. We’re going to be making a speech to young people in Arizona, and we’ll be meeting with some of the Arizona officials to talk about their border and how strong it’s become. It’s become very strong.
Last night, we stopped an attack on a great monument — the monument of Andrew Jackson in Lafayette Park. And I just want to thank law enforcement. They did a great job. We were working very closely with the White House Secret Service and some of our executives. It was really — they did a great job. They stopped it cold.
Numerous people are in jail and going to jail today. People are already there, but we’re looking at long-term sentences under the act. We have a very specific monuments act. And we are looking at long-term jail sentences for these vandals and these hoodlums and these anarchists and agitators, and call them whatever you want. Some people don’t like that language, but that’s what they are. They’re bad people. They don’t love our country, and they’re not taking down our monuments. I just want to make that clear.

Q Mr. President, do you have executive order coming regarding the monuments? What will it accomplish?
THE PRESIDENT: I will have an executive order very shortly. And all it’s really going to do is reinforce what’s already there, but in a more uniform way. Okay?
I want to also say this: If the state governments — because you see them all over — in Seattle, they’re very weak, and in Minnesota, they might need help. If they need help, the federal government is willing to help them. If these hoodlums come around — these are not protestors, by the way; these are — these are anarchists and other things. If these hoodlums come around, and if the states can’t handle it, we are ready, willing, and able to help as we did in Minnesota, where we stopped — after four days, they finally called, and we did a great job with the National Guard.
Q Mr. President, are you planning to make any — are you planning to make any changes at your campaign after the Oklahoma rally?
THE PRESIDENT: Yeah, Hogan Gidley — not for that reason, because as you probably have heard, Fox had the highest ratings on a Saturday night in the history of Fox. So that’s the ultimate poll, I guess. But the ratings on Saturday night, for Fox, were the highest ratings in the history of Fox News, which is, I guess, it’s a long history. So that was the number one Saturday night in history.
We actually had a nice crowd, and — despite all of the warnings and everything else that other networks were trying to do; despite the fact that we had some pretty bad people waiting there, waiting — they shouldn’t have been. Maybe some of the same people I just talked about.
We had a nice crowd. But we had the highest ratings in the history of Fox on Saturday night. And online, I heard the record was unbelievable. I heard the numbers were unbelievable. I think you probably know that. What were the numbers online? Do you know?
Q I don’t know, sir.
THE PRESIDENT: Well you should know because you should report it.
Q Mr. President, at that rally, when you said you asked your people to slow down testing, were you just kidding or do you have a plan to slow down testing?
THE PRESIDENT: I don’t kid. Let me just tell you — let me make it clear: We have got the greatest testing program anywhere in the world. We test better than anybody in the world. Our tests are the best in the world, and we have the most of them.
By having more tests, we find more cases. We did 25-plus — 25 million tests. Think of that: 25 million. If you look at other countries, they did 1 million, 2 million, 3 million. Big countries. We did 25 million. Way more by double, triple, quadruple any other country. Therefore, with tests, we’re going to have more cases. By having more cases, it sounds bad, but actually what it is, is we’re finding people. Many of those people aren’t sick or very little. You know, they may be young people.
But what’s happened is, because of all of the cases that we find, we have a very low mortality rate, just about the best in the world. So that’s the advantage to the testing, along with other things. But just remember this: The reason we have more cases than other countries is because our testing is so much. Other countries —
Q So do you want to slow it down?
THE PRESIDENT: Other countries — listen: Other countries do very little testing by comparison. So we’re going to do, this year, right now — up until yesterday, I think they told me, we’re over 25 million tests. Other countries are at 2 million, 3 million.
Here’s what I say: Testing is a double-edged sword. In one way, it tells you you have cases. In another way, you find out where the cases are and you do a good job. We are doing a great job. We have never been credited for it. We’re doing the best testing job anywhere in the world. We’re doing the best ventilator job anywhere in the world. We’re now supplying ventilators to the entire world. Nobody else has done that. Nobody else — people don’t — countries don’t have ventilators. They call the United States. We’ve done a great job. We have not been given credit for it.
The other thing: The Tulsa rally was incredible. Despite all of the horrible, ominous warnings that you people put out over a period of two weeks, the crowd was wonderful. It was a great — they were warriors. It was a great crowd. But many of them stayed home and watched television, and what happened is Fox, on Saturday night, had the biggest ratings in the history of Fox television.

A dozen years ago or there about, Bill Gates became worried about Climate Change and gave a TED talk on what the world had to do to save us from extinction. In that presentation Gates stated that one of the variables in his equation had to go to zero to stop Carbon Dioxide from killing all of us. Now keep in mind that Gates does not have any degrees and knows little about anything but making money with software. We do however recognize that he was very good at that but we must also understand that he had no formal training or studies in anything else.
Gates’ vision is a world with less than a billion people and probably closer to 500 million. This world will be very clean and use only solar PV or Wind to power this Utopian Dream. Everything will be perfect and safe for those that reside in that world. Dreams of that kind are neither practical nor doable but that never stops those that have these visions: like Karl Marx who also had a vision of a perfect world Marxism. Unfortunately that vision brought us WW I, WW II and the cold war and hundreds of millions of dead people, and Marxism has still not been eliminate as an evil system.

What do you call a place where you lock up your political opponents, make them do hard labor, subject them to an endless barrage of propaganda, and then kill them if they still resist?
A reeducation camp. Kind of sounds like adult summer school.
What do you call a mass movement where you turn loose mobs of your supporters to destroy institutions, spread terror, and kill your political opponents?

What do you call an organization wherein young people are indoctrinated, taught to revere the state above all other institutions, and, if necessary, to inform on their own parents?

And what do you call a movement dedicated to the destruction of the existing social, political, and economic order in the United States?
All over America millions of people have marched chanting “Black Lives Matter” slogans in recent weeks. Virtually all of them believed that they were advancing the cause of equal justice under the law. Likely very few of them fully understood the actual agenda of the Black Lives Matter movement and its goals.
The Black Lives Matter movement was founded by three black women who have described themselves as “trained Marxists.” Its agenda is revolutionary and almost unbelievably radical. It includes:

All over America, wealthy financiers donate to the cause. Corporations scramble to outdo themselves in groveling and begging forgiveness for perceived wrongs. Mayors, Governors, and members of the U.S. Congress join in, eager to mouth the words “Black Lives Matter” and be perceived as “woke” and on the right side of history.
Every single pillar on which this nation has been built – political, economic, and social is under attack. In the place of the most successful nation-state the world has ever seen, radical leftists are pushing for the creation of a mad, dysfunctional Marxist monstrosity. And right now, as we sit paralyzed and tongue-tied, the Marxists are winning.

Summary: Several clinical trials of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) have been administering huge doses of the drug to COVID patients—-doses that can easily be lethal.
Obviously, if the inexpensive HCQ is said to fail, and is called dangerous, then it is sidelined, in favor of far more expensive (and profitable) drugs. And the promised vaccine has a clear field as the only “reasonable strategy against the pandemic.” Meaning: sky-high profits for the manufacturers. Get it?
The 6/20 article exposing the crimes is posted at the Alliance for Human Research Protection: “COVID-19 Has Turned Public Health Into a Lethal, Patient-Killing Experimental Endeavor,” by Vera Sharav. Two detailed sections of the article are written by Meryl Nass, MD, who did the investigation to uncover the sordid and astonishing details:
“Dr. Meryl Nass has uncovered a hornet’s nest of government sponsored Hydroxychloroquine experiments that were designed to kill severely ill, Covid-19 hospitalized patients. On June 14th Dr. Nass first identified two Covid-19 experiments in which massive, high toxic doses – four times higher than safe of hydroxychloroquine were being given to severely ill hospitalized patients in intensive care units.”
- “Solidarity [experiment] was being conducted by the World Health Organization, on 3500 Covid-19 patients at 400 hospitals, across 35 countries. The trial was suspended following the fraudulent Surgisphere report in The Lancet that claimed 35% higher death rates in patients receiving Hydroxychloroquine. But when The Lancet retracted the report, the WHO resumed the Solidarity trial. More than 100 countries expressed interest in participating in the trial.”
- Recovery experiment used very similar doses. It was sponsored by the Wellcome Trust (GlaxoSmithKline) and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the UK government. The experiment was conducted at Oxford University, on 1,542 patients of these 396 patients (25.7%) who were in the high dose Hydroxychloroquine arm, died.”
“Update: After Dr. Nass’ discovery was publicly disseminated, the WHO suspended the trial on Wednesday June 17th.”
“On Friday, June 19th, Dr. Nass uncovered a third, “Even Worse” hydroxychloroquine experiment. REMAP targets patients who are on a ventilator, or in shock – i.e., near death. Such patients are hardly capable of giving consent. Rather than attempting to save their lives, they are being used given multiple high doses of hydroxychloroquine and other drugs whose combination is contraindicated.”

“This is an ongoing medical atrocity being perpetrated by medical doctors at 200 sites in 14 countries: include: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, Spain, United Kingdom, and the United States of America.”
“Since all medicines are potential poison at high doses, why one wonders, are influential academic physicians and international public health institutions designing and conducting experiments that expose extremely vulnerable patients to poisonous levels of the drug Hydroxychloroquine?”
The article goes on to spell out, in great detail, how these clinical trials of HCQ have been conducted.
So, Mr. Barr, you should be working with law enforcement in all countries where these horrific studies are being run. The medical perpetrators, and their knowing assistants, need to be arrested and put on trial. No time to waste here. Get busy. You can be sure records have already been hidden, changed, and shredded. Denials of crimes will be couched in technical medical language—-“you civilians couldn’t possibly understand what we’re doing.” This unconscionable strategy is SOP in such cases.
What is really amazing is that Bill Gates’ father has long been an alleged racist with Planned Parenthood targeting minorities. Eugenics has also been about improving the Anglo-Saxon/Scandinavian portion of the white race as being superior and the black race is the lowest. We are in this era of taring down statues of monumental of Civil War generals and removing the Aunt Jemima food label because it has a “racist origin.” Anna Short Harrington worked as a cook for the Kappa Sigma fraternity in Syracuse, New York. It was where a representative from Quaker Oats discovered her as she was serving pancakes to white college boys. Her great-granddaughter is upset and responded that erasing her face from pancake mixes and syrups “hurts” their family. So if she were white and Aunt Selma working as a cook at a college, then that is ok?
This is the world we live in, which has become excessively politically correct, yet nobody is willing to mention a word about Bill Gates and how eugenics was clearly racist. Changing the name like the pancakes to climate change suddenly makes Gates not racist?
Gates has been pushing birth control in Africa for years. His vaccines have targeted India and Africa. He is obsessed with reducing the world population, yet has three kids himself. Nobody is protesting the Gates Foundation for all its racist statements, which are presented as climate change necessity. Back in 2018, he openly stated as reported in the Guardian: “By the end of this century there will be 4 billion more people on Earth – and 3 billion of these extra souls will be born in Africa.”
Very curious how Gates is not held to the same standard as the rest of the world. Guess his money buys the media.
The DOJ in Boston have announced the arrest of a Winchester resident, Elijah Majak Buoi, 38, for seeking more than $13 million in PPP loans from the COVID rescue package.
BOSTON – A Winchester man was arrested today and charged with allegedly filing fraudulent loan applications seeking more than $13 million in forgivable loans guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for COVID-19 relief through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
Elijah Majak Buoi, 38, was charged in a criminal complaint with wire fraud, and will appear in federal court in Boston this afternoon.
According to the complaint, Buoi is the president and CEO of an information technology services company, Sosuda Tech, LLC. Between April 2020 and June 2020, Buoi allegedly submitted fraudulent applications for over $13 million in PPP loans through SBA-approved lenders. In these applications, Buoi misrepresented the number of employees and payroll expenses and falsely certified that the United States was the primary residence for his employees.
Buoi also allegedly submitted falsified documentation in support of his applications for PPP funds. The complaint further alleges that Buoi ultimately received over $2 million in PPP funds. The government has seized approximately $1.98 million from Sosuda’s business bank accounts.
“The defendant tried to defraud an emergency program designed to help businesses, and their employees, survive the most difficult economic crisis since the Great Depression,” said United States Attorney Andrew E. Lelling. “This behavior is reprehensible, and my office is committed to rooting out and prosecuting this kind of fraud wherever we find it.” (read more)
